  news. So Tesla is going to start a

  construction company. In China, they registered in

  Shanghai to create a construction company for Tesla

  Motors Tesla batteries and they registered for business filing

  that shows the latest sign of Tesla.

  Pushing ahead with plans, in the world's biggest auto market,

  this is a huge, huge deal. So they opened a wholly-owned
• 3:15
  construction unit in Shanghai with registered capital of 1
• 3:19
  million dollars. That's according to China's
• 3:22
  national Enterprise information publicity system.

  Now, Elon Musk is thinking ahead.

  Because the US car market is huge, but China is even bigger.

  so, if he can get into this Chinese market, And get a bigger
• 3:44
  foothold with the money over there.

  Tessa will be totally fine. There's always naysayers, you

  know, you can look around online, you can, you know, you

  read newspapers, whatever, stock reports Etc.

  And you see people ragging on Tesla because they don't think

  they have a clear goal ahead of them.

  A lot of times, they don't think they can make it, they don't

  think that this is a viable business.

  It's for the future. Now this is cementing that Elon

  musk's Tesla company is going to move forward with not just us

  built cars but they will be building In China as well.

  So they'll be building Vehicles battery, Etc in China.

  So, this new construction company.

  Well, it's copes architectural, design, Construction and

  building materials, and it listed the firm's legal
• 4:45
  representative. Who is Tesla's boss in China.

  And while the purpose of the construction company remains

  unclear, Tesla has been building car manufacturing facilities in
• 4:59
  Shanghai since January with an estimated capacity of 250,000
• 5:04
  vehicles for its initial phase. And the two billion dollar
• 5:10
  Factory, which is Tesla's first, in China was a huge deal.

  And the company faces more competition in the u.s. than
• 5:21
  ever before. People are jumping on the
• 5:23
  bandwagon. So when Elon Musk started Tesla,
• 5:27
  he didn't start Tesla to make a bunch of money, you know.

  Of course he wants to make a bunch of money, everybody is
• 5:35
  starts a business, you got to make money, right?

  But the whole goal was to change the world.

  That's the whole goal behind this company.

  That's why everyone's that's a fan of Tesla.

  They're not in it because they think cars are cool.

  Right. Like that's not the initial

  reason why somebody likes Tesla, I hope not.

  I hope you can like it for whatever you want to, but I hope

  you know the history and I hope, you know, the background of this

  is this is the thing that is going to change the world.

  They got to get off fossil fuels.

  Elon Musk has said it numerous times in numerous press

  conferences that it's not about building.

  A new car. It's about building an

  infrastructure to get us off fossil fuels, in to move us

  forward as a, as a race, as a society to get us.

  Like I said before, I'll fossil fuels because they don't last

  forever and they're horrible for the Earth so and for us too.

  So, with this new company in China, the construction company,

  they're able to build new manufacturing facilities, you

  know, they, we don't know all the details yet, but they're
• 6:57
  able to move forward with building new manufacturing

  facilities storage facilities, Etc.

  We're not exactly sure what kind of manufacturing facilities, but

  if you have a car company, you're probably going to

  manufacture something. If you have an energy company,

  you're probably going to Sure something.

  So if you got to be manufacturing solar panels, you

  need a construction company to do that.

  And why not? Just have your own construction

  company do that. So you can have control over the

  whole process. It makes more sense than hiring

  out sometimes because you need very specific things for these
