- 0:08Speaker 1: Sable advice.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Sure it's time. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nic Show.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I'm your he Strup Shooter and it is Friday, which
- 0:18Speaker 2: means our dear friend Corey Andrew joins us. Hey, Corey,
- 0:22Speaker 2: are you there?
- 0:22Speaker 1: I am here. You know I wouldn't miss it, Honey,
- 0:24Speaker 1: I'm here here.
- 0:26Speaker 2: We've been doing this a while now I look forward
- 0:28Speaker 2: to it. I love talking to my friends every day gossip.
- 0:30Speaker 2: And we would do this even if we didn't have microphones.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Well we do. Actually we have seen us. I mean,
- 0:38Speaker 1: come on, we do this. Actually we do.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Okay, let's jump into the show. What time is it,
- 0:44Speaker 2: my friends?
- 0:44Speaker 1: It is se time.
- 0:46Speaker 2: More revelations from Britney's book. So lots of revelations about
- 0:49Speaker 2: justin Timberlake. We've covered those. Now a new revelation where
- 0:53Speaker 2: Britney is revealing her drug of choice during her two
- 0:57Speaker 2: thousands partying days. Brittany has in her new memoir that
- 1:02Speaker 2: she turned to drugs to feel less depressed during her
- 1:07Speaker 2: partying days. So she didn't do them to parties. She
- 1:11Speaker 2: wasn't out there having fun. She was depressed and that's
- 1:14Speaker 2: why she turned to drugs. She said, Adderall was her
- 1:18Speaker 2: drug of choice. She said, the press made it sound
- 1:21Speaker 2: like it was much more wild when she was out
- 1:24Speaker 2: with Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohand. But she admitted that
- 1:29Speaker 2: she had no interest in hard drugs and she never
- 1:32Speaker 2: had a drinking problem. But she does admit that she
- 1:36Speaker 2: was taking adderall liberally. She said, quote it made me high,
- 1:41Speaker 2: but what I found far more appealing was that it
- 1:45Speaker 2: gave me a few hours of feeling less depressed. Oh
- 1:51Speaker 2: it's heartbreaking.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Yeah, But it's so weird about that particular drug because
- 1:55Speaker 1: I mean, it was used i think for children to
- 1:58Speaker 1: calm them down from attention deficit disorder. So I've always
- 2:02Speaker 1: been sort of fascinated that that drug somehow made its
- 2:05Speaker 1: way into this recreational user, because it's really not intended
- 2:09Speaker 1: for that, like at all. So I'm hoping that she's
- 2:11Speaker 1: beyond that. Though it's very dangerous. I'm supposed to do it.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I think, I think. So it's like people that take
- 2:17Speaker 2: suita fed for sinus infection. The reason you have to
- 2:20Speaker 2: show your ID to get a pseudo fed at the
- 2:22Speaker 2: CVS pharmacy is because people use that to get a high.
- 2:25Speaker 2: So crazy, and so it's just it's really interesting Now
- 2:28Speaker 2: the thing is here is that I followed Britney very
- 2:32Speaker 2: closely during that period. I was the executive editor of
- 2:35Speaker 2: AKA magazine and Brittany was on the cover every week,
- 2:38Speaker 2: and we have tons and tons of reports ye spotting
- 2:41Speaker 2: her out drinking. In fact, there was a famous photo
- 2:44Speaker 2: shoot she did a cover with Okay magazine where she
- 2:47Speaker 2: was so erratic at the shoot we couldn't use the pictures.
- 2:51Speaker 2: So the point of doing a tell or book is
- 2:54Speaker 2: to tell, all right, And now there's a little bit
- 2:56Speaker 2: of pushback, people saying it's Britney really remembering this accurately.
- 3:02Speaker 2: As journalist, it's part of our job to ask these questions.
- 3:05Speaker 2: But I don't like blaming a victim. I don't like
- 3:09Speaker 2: pretending that something somebody is telling me is not true.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I don't think Brittany is in has any reason to
- 3:16Speaker 2: lie about any of this. And if she's going to
- 3:18Speaker 2: be this honest about her relationship with Justin Timberlake, I'm
- 3:21Speaker 2: sure if she was doing cocaine, which really was what
- 3:24Speaker 2: the rumor was at the time, she was abusing cocaine,
- 3:26Speaker 2: and she would have said so. Remember last year Britney
- 3:30Speaker 2: said that her mom was so angry with her that
- 3:31Speaker 2: she slapped her so hard after staying out till four
- 3:34Speaker 2: am with Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. She said, my
- 3:39Speaker 2: mom was watching the boys and I was partying til
- 3:42Speaker 2: four am, and my mother was so pissed. I walked in.
- 3:44Speaker 2: She looked at me and hit me so hard. I
- 3:47Speaker 2: will never ever forget it. How do you feel overall,
- 3:51Speaker 2: Corey about all these revelations?
- 3:53Speaker 1: You know, I really feel like sadly that Britney spears
- 3:57Speaker 1: as a young one. What was a young woman who
- 4:00Speaker 1: literally got solicited and exploited by everyone around her, The
- 4:04Speaker 1: people who are supposed to protect her, most of her parents,
- 4:07Speaker 1: they had their issues, you know, they were trying to
- 4:08Speaker 1: protect I think what they thought was a cash cow,
- 4:11Speaker 1: which was their daughter. And I don't know they always
- 4:14Speaker 1: had her best interest at hand or were they thinking
- 4:16Speaker 1: more about the money, the opportunities, you know, the wealth,
- 4:19Speaker 1: and so I don't know. I just think it's really
- 4:22Speaker 1: it's sad, like from Justin the revelation about Justin So,
- 4:25Speaker 1: the man she was with didn't really protect her, he
- 4:28Speaker 1: betrayed her. Her mom has this questionable thing the father.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I'm really I'm scared for her quite Honestly, who does
- 4:34Speaker 1: she turn to now sam Ashari and they're divorced, Like,
- 4:38Speaker 1: who does she turn to for help? Really?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I hear you. There's lots of concerns about Brittany
- 4:45Speaker 2: or rooting for her. I'm not reading this book with
- 4:48Speaker 2: any joy. Sometimes when I jump into a celebrity memoir, Oh,
- 4:51Speaker 2: they're so gossipy and delicious and silly, and I just
- 4:53Speaker 2: you can just eat them up in a couple of
- 4:56Speaker 2: hours on the beach or wherever you are. This is
- 4:58Speaker 2: not that set. I think this is going to take
- 5:01Speaker 2: a few days to get through, and I think I'm
- 5:02Speaker 2: gonna have to put it down and feel sad. I'm
- 5:05Speaker 2: told at the end of the book. And remember the
- 5:06Speaker 2: book isn't out yet, so this is reporting from people
- 5:09Speaker 2: who have got advanced copies. I'm told at the end
- 5:12Speaker 2: of the book there is optimism that Brittany is really saying,
- 5:18Speaker 2: all these awful things happen to me. But at the
- 5:20Speaker 2: same time, I'm one of the luckiest people in the world.
- 5:23Speaker 2: I have all this money, I have all this power,
- 5:25Speaker 2: and I think she wants to do good with that.
- 5:27Speaker 2: So I think this book actually might have helped her
- 5:30Speaker 2: deal with a lot of these problems. People that write
- 5:33Speaker 2: memoirs often say that Corey, that they really go through
- 5:36Speaker 2: this cathartic experience of confronting their past.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it's true. Although the problem though, is that
- 5:43Speaker 1: we see her in real time like dancing with Butcher knives,
- 5:47Speaker 1: you know what I mean. So it's a little bit
- 5:48Speaker 1: of I love that her book says one thing, but
- 5:51Speaker 1: the behavior that we're seeing from her seems to contradict that.
- 5:55Speaker 1: She seems like she's still in trouble. And I'm fingers
- 5:58Speaker 1: crossed wishing her well always, you know. But it's a
- 6:00Speaker 1: little tricky.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Me me too, me too, Which brings us to our
- 6:04Speaker 2: whole question of the day. Britney Spears claims that she
- 6:06Speaker 2: had no interest in hard drugs and she never had
- 6:10Speaker 2: a drinking problem, but she does admit she was taken adderall.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Do you believe her? It's a tough question. I was
- 6:15Speaker 2: trying to phrase it as softly as possible. Do you
- 6:18Speaker 2: believe her? She's been very honest about her own struggles
- 6:22Speaker 2: with mental health, her own struggles in the past. Now
- 6:25Speaker 2: this book is coming out, and should we believe all
- 6:27Speaker 2: of it at faced value? I don't want to blame
- 6:30Speaker 2: the victim here. I'm being very careful not to do that,
- 6:32Speaker 2: but go vote on our Twitter paget not too nice
- 6:35Speaker 2: rob about facebook page, norready gossip. I'm be sure to
- 6:38Speaker 2: check back on Monday to hear your results. Hey, Cory,
- 6:40Speaker 2: what are you working on?
- 6:41Speaker 1: Yes, well, you know, sort of a similar story. It's
- 6:44Speaker 1: about abuse of substances, her alcohol, sort of similar. Adele
- 6:47Speaker 1: has mentioned that she's quit drinking after becoming what she
- 6:51Speaker 1: says was a borderline alcoholic, so she no longer drinks wine,
- 6:55Speaker 1: and during a recent Las Vegas show, she revealed that
- 6:58Speaker 1: she has quit drinking. Now you know, she's the I
- 7:00Speaker 1: drink wine singer, but she mentioned this while interacting with
- 7:04Speaker 1: audience members who were enjoying a pint of whiskey sour
- 7:08Speaker 1: and cheers for that. Adele said, And you know, she
- 7:11Speaker 1: goes on to say, I stopped drinking quite a long
- 7:13Speaker 1: time ago, and she went into it though it turned
- 7:16Speaker 1: out it wasn't actually that long ago. It feels like forever,
- 7:20Speaker 1: but it was only maybe like three and a half
- 7:22Speaker 1: months ago, she said. And so you know, how is
- 7:25Speaker 1: she liking the sober life? Though she says it's boring,
- 7:28Speaker 1: it's very boring. She says, but she's complained before admitting
- 7:33Speaker 1: that she was borderline alcoholic for a while in her twenties. Like,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you know, so she's not that old, so this is like,
- 7:39Speaker 1: you know, kind of recent history for her. But to
- 7:42Speaker 1: make things more challenging, she's also says she's cut out caffeine,
- 7:46Speaker 1: which I could never do. I couldn't do that one.
- 7:48Speaker 2: But you know, she.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Says, that's even harder than quitting smoking.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Oh wow.
- 7:52Speaker 1: So you know, it's all these sort of things that
- 7:54Speaker 1: you know, she's trying to work with. Quite honestly, though,
- 7:57Speaker 1: what's good about this. All the things she's trying to
- 7:59Speaker 1: do without are great for the voice, you know, singing
- 8:04Speaker 1: voices so much better without caffeine, it's so much better
- 8:06Speaker 1: without alcohol, and it's so much better obviously without smoking smoking.
- 8:10Speaker 1: You know. So she's really taking care of her instruments.
- 8:12Speaker 1: So I commend her on that part.
- 8:14Speaker 2: That's why she might be doing. Yeah, I mean, that
- 8:16Speaker 2: is a god given gift that she has. I do
- 8:19Speaker 2: love Adele. I do love too when she tells the truth,
- 8:22Speaker 2: which is that this isn't all rainbows and happiness. It's
- 8:26Speaker 2: really boredah. Yeah, and she would much rather be drinking.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I lost quite a bit of weigh, thirty forty pounds,
- 8:32Speaker 2: and everybody's like, oh, you must feel great. So I'm like,
- 8:34Speaker 2: I was happier when I was fat. No, I'm joking
- 8:36Speaker 2: a little bit, but I loved eating and drinking. And
- 8:39Speaker 2: now I have to watch what I do when I
- 8:41Speaker 2: put in my mouth, and it's one of the best
- 8:42Speaker 2: I get it in the long run. But anybody that
- 8:45Speaker 2: thinks losing weight or giving up alcohol is suddenly going
- 8:49Speaker 2: to make you happy, it's not true. It is not
- 8:51Speaker 2: true at all. You're still you. And I think Adele
- 8:54Speaker 2: has found a real inner happiness here with her new relationship. Yeah,
- 8:58Speaker 2: her new life. And so we are rooting for you, Adele,
- 9:01Speaker 2: And once again you do make me. Now how does
- 9:05Speaker 2: it feel? And she said, ah, I love her, okay.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Gwenneth Paltreyer is promising that she might disappear completely from
- 9:15Speaker 2: public life. I will believe it when I see it.
- 9:17Speaker 2: She did an interview with Bussell where the Oscar would
- 9:19Speaker 2: have vowed that she would no longer be a public
- 9:22Speaker 2: figure when she eventually sells her fitness her wellness company
- 9:26Speaker 2: goog Wow. So she was asked about it. Who would
- 9:28Speaker 2: buy Goop and when she'll sell it. She said, I
- 9:30Speaker 2: have no idea. I'm not ready to sell yet. But
- 9:33Speaker 2: then Bussell suggested, why don't you make a dramatic exit
- 9:36Speaker 2: on your fifty fifth birthday, which is four years from that,
- 9:39Speaker 2: and she said, oh, I'd be happy with that. I
- 9:41Speaker 2: will literally disappear from public life. No one will ever
- 9:44Speaker 2: see me again. I sort of think this is a
- 9:48Speaker 2: fabulous idea.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Well, listen, you know, if you have the means a
- 9:52Speaker 1: lot of people, if you give them the opportunity to
- 9:54Speaker 1: have fame or fortune. People have to remember they're not
- 9:57Speaker 1: the same, and you have to pick one. You'd probably
- 10:00Speaker 1: pick the fortune so you can just go and have
- 10:02Speaker 1: money and resources, and the fame part is sort of secondary.
- 10:06Speaker 1: So I don't know. I think I would choose the
- 10:08Speaker 1: money and just disappear to Yeah, but.
- 10:11Speaker 2: We have friends who would pick the faith. But we
- 10:13Speaker 2: do know people like that. No, I would definitely pick
- 10:16Speaker 2: them money. She could sell that company for hundreds of
- 10:18Speaker 2: more years, and I think in the public eye now
- 10:21Speaker 2: it's a little bit of a bother to Gweneth. I
- 10:23Speaker 2: think it annoys her and she's always going to be famous.
- 10:25Speaker 2: That's the other thing, too, is that she can't disappear
- 10:27Speaker 2: from public life because you're always going to be Gwyneth Paltrow.
- 10:30Speaker 2: And so even if you just pop up at a supermarket,
- 10:33Speaker 2: you're Gweneth Paltrow. So unless you become like a hermit
- 10:36Speaker 2: Greta Garb and knock the world away, you know, I
- 10:39Speaker 2: just don't see Gwena doing that. She likes life, she
- 10:42Speaker 2: likes her friends, she's she's out and about in LA's
- 10:44Speaker 2: It's a nice sentiment. I just don't totally believe that. Okay.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Will Smith has responded to Jada's tell All saying their
- 10:53Speaker 2: relationship is quote a sloppy public experiment in unconditionable Honey.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I'm not going to disagree with him on that, because
- 11:03Speaker 1: it is like the messiest thing I've seen in a
- 11:05Speaker 1: long time. However, you know, it's great because Will have
- 11:08Speaker 1: been silent for all this time, and now you know
- 11:10Speaker 1: he's coming out forward and he's speaking about it. So
- 11:13Speaker 1: he opened up about his tumultuous relationship with Jada Pinkett
- 11:16Speaker 1: Smith and who's recently revealed that they have been separated
- 11:19Speaker 1: for six years, you know, before that whole Oscar slap
- 11:22Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two. So no one really knew that
- 11:24Speaker 1: that's a big revelation. But the actor joined his wife
- 11:27Speaker 1: on stage during her recent visit to Boston's Enoch Pratt Library,
- 11:32Speaker 1: where she was promoting her new memoir, which is called
- 11:35Speaker 1: Worthy and has begetting all the press and buzz all
- 11:37Speaker 1: over the internet. He said, I just really wanted to
- 11:39Speaker 1: come out and just be here and hold it down
- 11:42Speaker 1: for you the way you have held it down for me.
- 11:44Speaker 1: That's what he says in a very emotionless speech. Yeah. Then,
- 11:47Speaker 1: he says, you know, we've had a very long and
- 11:50Speaker 1: tumultuous relationship. We call it brutiful, which is a combination
- 11:55Speaker 1: of brutal and beautiful. At the same time, he says,
- 11:58Speaker 1: our union is a sloppy public experiment. It is a
- 12:02Speaker 1: sloppy public experiment in unconditional love. And he says he
- 12:06Speaker 1: stands by her. He's happy that he's ever been in
- 12:08Speaker 1: his life. And you know, he went on to say
- 12:09Speaker 1: his dreams were largely built on the foundation of Jada's
- 12:12Speaker 1: sacrifices and credited her for supporting him throughout his career.
- 12:15Speaker 1: And you know, I got to tell you his career
- 12:18Speaker 1: was it is. It is another level of fame, and
- 12:22Speaker 1: he is saying that this woman, really, despite what the
- 12:24Speaker 1: public thinks, grounded him, took care of family, helped him
- 12:28Speaker 1: have some stable existence despite what people think. And I
- 12:32Speaker 1: love that he's come into her defense. And I will
- 12:35Speaker 1: just add that relationships are defined by the people in them,
- 12:39Speaker 1: not all the people watching from the sidelines.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Oh wow, oh Corey, I like that. I've been judging
- 12:45Speaker 2: them all week. I have, and now I've changed my mind.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I've changed my mind, Corey. Now I think this is
- 12:51Speaker 2: wonderful because often celebrities put out statement and they don't
- 12:54Speaker 2: mean anything.
- 12:55Speaker 1: He showed up. Yeah, he showed like physically.
- 12:57Speaker 2: She was at an event in Baltimore and he showed up.
- 13:00Speaker 2: She looks really surprised. I don't even think she knew
- 13:02Speaker 2: he was coming. There's real love here and we might
- 13:05Speaker 2: not understand it, and it might be very different to
- 13:07Speaker 2: what we think is love. But there are many, many definitions.
- 13:11Speaker 2: And you're right, Corey, it's what works for you. You know,
- 13:14Speaker 2: all our lives, Corey, people have judged our relationships. We
- 13:17Speaker 2: want to love, so I'm quite careful when I judge others,
- 13:20Speaker 2: although I do a little. I know Jada, I was like,
- 13:26Speaker 2: leave him alone. But now Will's like fine with it.
- 13:28Speaker 2: So if Will's fine, so am I okay quickly before
- 13:30Speaker 2: we get a break. There's a new polette that says
- 13:33Speaker 2: the majority of Americans think the media cover Taylor Swift
- 13:37Speaker 2: and Travis Kelsey's relationship too much. So if a new survey,
- 13:41Speaker 2: fifty five percent of the respondents feel like they're in
- 13:44Speaker 2: and dated with updates on Taylor Swift and Travis, only
- 13:47Speaker 2: twelve percent think it's about right, and four percent I
- 13:51Speaker 2: think I'm part of that, think it's not enough. So
- 13:53Speaker 2: we went sort of Taylor and Travis mad on the podcast,
- 13:57Speaker 2: and the numbers went through the roof them. So sometimes
- 13:59Speaker 2: you're to be very careful because in surveys people say
- 14:03Speaker 2: that they cross about stuff, but they really love it.
- 14:05Speaker 2: This is what happens with the Real Houseworks. If you
- 14:07Speaker 2: ask anybody, they're like, oh, I'm so angry with it.
- 14:10Speaker 2: There's such a mean show. I wish they were nicer,
- 14:12Speaker 2: and yet when they are nice, nobody.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Wants no, no, no. We all'll need that little that tension
- 14:17Speaker 1: in life that we're at. Tensions like the train wrecks,
- 14:19Speaker 1: right or the car wreck, that's what it is. We
- 14:21Speaker 1: don't want to you don't want to look away, but
- 14:23Speaker 1: you don't want to look at it too. It's both, you.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Know, yes, because we do this for a living. Corey,
- 14:27Speaker 2: I've got a really good barometer for this one. And
- 14:29Speaker 2: I'm still into I'm still into Taylor, I'm into Travis.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I am at the moment, I'm a little over Will
- 14:34Speaker 2: and Jada. But Will has brought me back into the
- 14:37Speaker 2: fold man by turning up because I'm like, if he
- 14:39Speaker 2: did that, So Mike, my my pendulum goes back and
- 14:43Speaker 2: back and forth. But the majority of Americans, fifty five
- 14:46Speaker 2: percent think it's just too much information. Okay, we're going
- 14:51Speaker 2: to take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Welcome back to the Nordy ben Nihoan. But we should
- 14:57Speaker 2: have with that different Corey Andrew, Hey, Corey, let's get
- 14:59Speaker 2: to the polls. Hang you, darling. Last year we talked
- 15:02Speaker 2: about shattered. John Stamos hated Rebecca Remain during their divorce.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Should Rebecca now tell her side of the story. So
- 15:10Speaker 2: there's two stories here. When somebody writes a book about
- 15:14Speaker 2: somebody else, name drops somebody, should they respond, Let's have
- 15:17Speaker 2: a look. Sixty percent said yes, Rebecca should tell her story.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Two people were in the marriage two people that got divorced, Rebecca,
- 15:26Speaker 2: write your book to it or keep us going on
- 15:28Speaker 2: the Naughty but Nice Show. Don't forget to vote on
- 15:31Speaker 2: today's poll. Go to page at Naughty Nice Rob or
- 15:35Speaker 2: a Facebook page which is Naughty Gossom and be sure
- 15:39Speaker 2: to check back on Monday to hear your results. And
- 15:44Speaker 2: now it's my favorite part of the show and nicest
- 15:47Speaker 2: of the day.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Yes, Scarlett Johansen, Yes, well, you know what. We love
- 15:53Speaker 1: her and she's reflecting on her marriage to Ryan Reynolds.
- 15:56Speaker 1: What a lucky gown she was. But they weren't married
- 15:59Speaker 1: that long now, but she says he's a good guy.
- 16:01Speaker 1: You know, the internet was always wondering about what went
- 16:04Speaker 1: on between those two in that marriage. They never really
- 16:06Speaker 1: spoke about it after they released a joint statement in
- 16:09Speaker 1: twenty ten, and they were just letting fans know that
- 16:11Speaker 1: they would be divorcing. Yes but now Scarlett, yeah, no,
- 16:14Speaker 1: nothing else. They were very tight lip, which is very
- 16:16Speaker 1: odd for Hollywood, right because people talk. But Scarlett briefly
- 16:20Speaker 1: reflected on her marriage to Renolds on Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop
- 16:23Speaker 1: podcast after Paltrow said that she actually forgot the two
- 16:27Speaker 1: were even married because it was so brief, you know.
- 16:30Speaker 1: And so she says, yeah, we weren't married very long,
- 16:33Speaker 1: she confirmed to Paltrow. But Paltrow says, it still counts.
- 16:37Speaker 1: And I love that response. Though it doesn't matter how
- 16:39Speaker 1: long it was, it still counts, you know, And she goes,
- 16:41Speaker 1: we love a good Ryan Reynolds in our home. Paltrow continued,
- 16:45Speaker 1: and Johanson laughed and said, you know what, Yeah, he's
- 16:47Speaker 1: a good guy. So it seems like there's no hard
- 16:50Speaker 1: feelings between the exits. I like that you're a positive
- 16:53Speaker 1: ye I once positive.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Yeah. I like it when you don't say anything. Everybody
- 16:57Speaker 2: always assumes the worst. We thought these two hated one another.
- 17:00Speaker 2: But to admit that he is a good guy, I'm
- 17:02Speaker 2: sure he would say the same about her. You know,
- 17:05Speaker 2: good people often can't fit together. That does not make
- 17:08Speaker 2: you a bad past. Just because it doesn't fit together,
- 17:11Speaker 2: the jigsaw puzzle doesn't fit, you can move on and
- 17:14Speaker 2: still be friends. So I love this hour, nicest of
- 17:18Speaker 2: the day. And I loved Gweneth two of all the
- 17:20Speaker 2: people talking about disappearing that she wants to disappear from
- 17:23Speaker 2: public life, and here she's on a podcast with scarlet.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Fixing, fixing marriages.
- 17:28Speaker 2: I know, I see your Gwenneth. Okay, let's do I
- 17:30Speaker 2: not is the day? Naughty? Naughty, naughty. Brittany in her
- 17:33Speaker 2: book claims that Justin Timberlake broke up with her via
- 17:36Speaker 2: text message never good So. According to The New York Times,
- 17:40Speaker 2: who got an early copy of the book, Britney details
- 17:44Speaker 2: the end of a relationship with Justin, claiming that they
- 17:47Speaker 2: split up over a text. She was devasttated about all
- 17:51Speaker 2: this at the time. There were two of the biggest
- 17:53Speaker 2: music stars in the world. She even thought about quitting
- 17:57Speaker 2: the business. Now, when they broke up, they didn't actually
- 18:01Speaker 2: say anything, but they both put out songs. So a
- 18:03Speaker 2: lot of people think crimea River all these songs had
- 18:06Speaker 2: something to do with it. It was rumored that's that
- 18:08Speaker 2: Brittany had cheated on Justin with choreographer Wade Robson, and
- 18:13Speaker 2: that changed really the public perception of Britney spears. Now
- 18:17Speaker 2: she's telling her side of the story, and it doesn't
- 18:20Speaker 2: sound as if doesn't Timilate did the right thing.
- 18:22Speaker 1: No, no, and he was a little nervous about that
- 18:24Speaker 1: book coming out, remember, and I think it still is.
- 18:27Speaker 2: It's not out yet I know justin you'll be nervous. Okay,
- 18:30Speaker 2: let's end with a moment of Rob. But the week
- 18:35Speaker 2: can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.
- 18:41Speaker 2: I had to forgive somebody a couple of days ago,
- 18:44Speaker 2: and I didn't want to do it. And the way
- 18:46Speaker 2: that I got myself into the headspace to actually move
- 18:49Speaker 2: forward with this is it couldn't be about them. It
- 18:52Speaker 2: had to be about absolutely. I often say, you don't
- 18:55Speaker 2: forgive because they deserve it, You forgive because you deserve it.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I deserved to move on and the only way I
- 19:01Speaker 2: could do that is to forgive, which I didn't really
- 19:04Speaker 2: want to do. Then I told myself forgiveness is for
- 19:08Speaker 2: the strong, and I am a strong person. I want
- 19:11Speaker 2: to be a strong person, and it helped me forgive
- 19:15Speaker 2: and ultimately move on. Never forget that the week can
- 19:19Speaker 2: never forgive. You're not weak, your tease, You're strong. Forgiveness
- 19:24Speaker 2: is the attribute of the strong. That is it for
- 19:27Speaker 2: this week. Thank you so much for listening to The
