  Speaker 1: the ego's way of trying to protect you. But your

  Speaker 1: ego doesn't need to protect you from your interests and passions.

  Speaker 1: That is safe space you are free to wholeheartedly pursue

  Speaker 1: all you desire. So a closed heart creates suffering. A

  Speaker 1: closed heart keeps you from the very experiences, opportunities, and

  Speaker 1: blessings that are trying to find their way to you.

  Speaker 1: Moving towards your interests and passions pleases spirit. So be

  Speaker 1: Your focus for this season is openness. Open your heart,

  Speaker 1: take the risk, go for it. Believe the best can occur.
