#011: From Louisville to the Pro Circuit: Jacob Thomson's Running Journey
On this episode we had good friend Jacob Thomson on the pod! Jacob is a Louisville, KY native and currently runs professionally with Under Armour in Flagstaff, Arizona.
We talked about what it was like growing up in Kentucky, going to a couple of different colleges and then transitioning to the professional circuit.
Jacob explains the shift from the track to the roads and why he wishes he did it sooner. He also gives some great advice to the HS runner looking to run in college and be a better runner.
