- 0:18Speaker 1: We're going to be talking about pop culture current events.
- 0:21Speaker 1: We're going to be peppering in our inane opinions. We
- 0:25Speaker 1: are likely to be Somewhat offensive. We're not trying to be,
- 0:28Speaker 1: but you know, I ain't got no class. I ain't
- 0:30Speaker 1: got no cool. I'm just going to tell you how

- 1:03Speaker 4: If we ever have any like pop culture topics that
- 1:05Speaker 4: are like too crazy for the general pod, we post
- 1:09Speaker 4: it over on there. Like the Lindsay Clancy trial that's
- 1:11Speaker 4: been happening. If you have heard about that.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Of course they haven't. Who's heard about that?
- 1:15Speaker 4: Who's heard about that? You'll want to join us on
- 1:18Speaker 4: Patreon for that and much more.

- 1:32Speaker 1: It's so important and it allegedly helps us somehow. Everything
- 1:36Speaker 1: you do helps us, in fact. And so thank you
- 1:38Speaker 1: in advance. And so I think on the roster today,
- 1:44Speaker 1: we have a few things we're going to be talking about.
- 1:46Speaker 1: We are going to open with, you just told me
- 1:50Speaker 1: everything we're talking about. I know we have like a
- 1:52Speaker 1: little update for Perez Hilton.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 1: We've got, that's all I remember from our whole conversation.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Perez Hilton. We have a little tidbit from the Lindsay
- 2:02Speaker 4: Clancy trial that we'll talk about. And then we are
- 2:07Speaker 4: going to shit all over Tom Segura. And his recent
- 2:10Speaker 4: divorce from Christina P.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Also, we're going to shit all over Bert Kreischer. And
- 2:15Speaker 4: then we're going to talk about, unfortunately, the passings of
- 2:19Speaker 4: Dolly Parton and Tim Curry.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Let's start with that.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Because we love Dolly.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Dolly wasn't just a national treasure. Dolly was literally a
- 2:30Speaker 1: global treasure. Did you see... The Palace Band.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:36Speaker 1: In the UK. I think it was in front of
- 2:38Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace. They were playing 9 to 5.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:41Speaker 4: In memoriam.
- 2:42Speaker 1: And I just, I've been seeing all of the clips
- 2:45Speaker 1: and all of the folks online talking about Dolly, having
- 2:48Speaker 1: met Dolly, clips of Dolly when she was a younger lady,
- 2:51Speaker 1: an older lady, and just what a beautiful soul she was.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Did you hear that she had recorded... a song that
- 3:02Speaker 4: she locked up in a dream box and she is
- 3:04Speaker 4: keeping it at her amusement park, I think in East Tennessee,
- 3:07Speaker 4: Dollywood or whatever. And she's keeping this song locked up
- 3:10Speaker 4: in this dream box and it won't be released until
- 3:13Speaker 4: her 100th birthday.
- 3:14Speaker 2: No.
- 3:15Speaker 4: So yeah, in 20 years, we're going to get one
- 3:17Speaker 4: more Dolly Parton song.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Like the Browns and their time capsule?
- 3:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Really?
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:22Speaker 1: That's fantastic. I'm actually pretty surprised. I mean, I know
- 3:26Speaker 1: she was 80 years old. That's a nice long life.
- 3:29Speaker 1: But she seemed so spry, although a few days before
- 3:34Speaker 1: she passed, I think she actually issued some sort of
- 3:37Speaker 1: a statement or said that she was feeling a little down,
- 3:41Speaker 1: like she was struggling with her health in some areas. She,
- 3:44Speaker 1: of course, did not elaborate. And then the next thing
- 3:46Speaker 1: I knew, our Dolly was gone. Have you been to Dollywood?
- 3:50Speaker 4: No, I haven't.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I've been to Dollywood.
- 3:51Speaker 4: Have you?
- 3:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it was cute.
- 3:53Speaker 4: That's so fun.
- 3:53Speaker 1: It was fun. That's really cute.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I grew up on Dolly Parton music. Like my nonny
- 3:58Speaker 4: and poppy loved Dolly Parton. So like, it was just
- 4:01Speaker 4: a thing that was always around in my family and
- 4:03Speaker 4: I loved her music. I love country music personally. And
- 4:07Speaker 4: I just thought she was sweet. And you know, my
- 4:09Speaker 4: friend Ethel, she signed up her baby for, um, the
- 4:12Speaker 4: free books that Dolly was foundation gives out. And she
- 4:15Speaker 4: gives this out to kids and, up until the age
- 4:17Speaker 4: of five, I guess they get a free book every
- 4:19Speaker 4: single month. Really? Yeah. Which is really cool. Like Dolly
- 4:23Speaker 4: Parton did a lot of cool things and like, I'm
- 4:25Speaker 4: not here to like worship celebrities or music artists or
- 4:28Speaker 4: anything like that. But when there's like a rare soul
- 4:30Speaker 4: that like that, that actually tries to do good things
- 4:33Speaker 4: in the world, I feel like it's worth talking about.
- 4:36Speaker 4: They're worth talking about. And I don't know, she had
- 4:39Speaker 4: posted a couple of days before her passing that she
- 4:42Speaker 4: was like feeling really dizzy and kind of out of it.
- 4:44Speaker 4: And she ended up actually being hospitalized for a couple
- 4:47Speaker 4: of days. And I guess the autopsy report came out
- 4:50Speaker 4: recently that she had a bout of cancer. So that's
- 4:53Speaker 4: ultimately what she passed away from, but she didn't let
- 4:56Speaker 4: anybody know that. Um, and yeah, she lived a really
- 4:59Speaker 4: long life.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Well, can I be completely inappropriate here and steer this
- 5:04Speaker 1: into a strange and peculiar direction for just one moment?
- 5:08Speaker 1: We won't be spending a lot of time on it,
- 5:10Speaker 1: but like, have you heard about all the conspiracies?
- 5:12Speaker 4: Yes.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Around Dolly. And I know like you have like more
- 5:16Speaker 1: access and interest in some of these Illuminati-ati-ati. The naughty Illuminati.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Those types of conspiracies. But something about her telling Taylor
- 5:26Speaker 1: Swift that her first baby with Travis Kelsey belonged to Dolly.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Another thing with like her flashing some sort of Baphomet
- 5:33Speaker 1: or some sort of.
- 5:34Speaker 4: They said it was like some hand signal.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Right. And then something else about the god... A Zazzle
- 5:39Speaker 1: or something.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So tell us what you know about that.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Well, there's like clips going around of Dolly with this toasting.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Like she was with Jennifer Aniston and some other stupid
- 5:49Speaker 4: celebrities and she like was doing a little toast and
- 5:53Speaker 4: she said to the God. But some people are saying
- 5:57Speaker 4: she was saying to the god Azale or Azazel. But
- 6:01Speaker 4: she doesn't say Azazel. She says like Azale or something
- 6:05Speaker 4: like that. And Dolly Parton had a really thick, you know,
- 6:08Speaker 4: southern accent. So I'm like, I don't think she even
- 6:10Speaker 4: really said that. I feel like sometimes people in the
- 6:14Speaker 4: conspiracy theory community are just whack, dude. They are mostly that.
- 6:19Speaker 4: You are literally grasping at straws. And I don't know.
- 6:22Speaker 4: I'm just like, can we just like, let it breathe
- 6:25Speaker 4: for a little bit before we have to go on
- 6:27Speaker 4: and say that Dolly Parton was a part of the Illuminati.
- 6:29Speaker 4: People are also saying that the tropical storm that's forming
- 6:33Speaker 4: right now in the Atlantic that's named Dolly is like,
- 6:36Speaker 4: this was, it's not a coincidence. It's from DARP. And
- 6:40Speaker 4: I don't know if y'all know what DARP is, but
- 6:42Speaker 4: it's like.
- 6:42Speaker 1: DARP or harp?
- 6:43Speaker 4: DARP. I thought it was DARP. Maybe it's harp. I
- 6:46Speaker 4: don't know.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Some sort of.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Arp.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Something arp.
- 6:50Speaker 4: A-E-R-P.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Is controlling the weather. Yeah. And I mean, that is,
- 6:56Speaker 4: there is some evidence for that.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I'm not going to lie.
- 6:58Speaker 4: But like.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Harp is a thing.
- 6:59Speaker 4: Yeah. But people are saying that this was like all
- 7:01Speaker 4: some weird like Illuminati sacrifice. Calm down, everybody. Yeah. And
- 7:05Speaker 4: they're like tying it to Miley Cyrus because she was
- 7:07Speaker 4: going to release a new song on the day of
- 7:09Speaker 4: Dolly's passing. And so they're saying that it was like
- 7:12Speaker 4: some sacrifice for Miley Cyrus's career. I'm just like, y'all
- 7:15Speaker 4: need to chill out.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Ridiculous.
- 7:19Speaker 4: I think it's stupid. And I've got my tinfoil hat on.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Oh, she does.
- 7:23Speaker 4: I'm totally the resident kook of this family.
- 7:25Speaker 1: She's locked in, bro.
- 7:26Speaker 4: I'm locked in. And even I think this is stupid.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I do as well. And I also think it's disrespectful.
- 7:31Speaker 4: Yes.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Although I was hearing a lot of this well before
- 7:33Speaker 1: she passed. I had seen some things. I just don't
- 7:36Speaker 1: think it's, Something that we should be doing after she
- 7:39Speaker 1: passed is just not right. I was watching a lot
- 7:41Speaker 1: of the clips on the Instagram of Dolly like talking
- 7:44Speaker 1: about her marriage to Carl Dean.
- 7:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Looking at the pictures of her and Carl Dean and
- 7:49Speaker 1: he was a tall strapping man. But then like hearing
- 7:52Speaker 1: about their open marriage kind of.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Kind of.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Like she was like, yeah, I mean, if he wants
- 7:57Speaker 1: to be with somebody while I'm on the road, I
- 7:59Speaker 1: just don't want to know about it. And we have
- 8:01Speaker 1: an agreement. It's actually pretty progressive for, we're talking the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'm sure it wasn't just Carl Dean getting his noodle wet.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I'm sure she was out there touring with a bunch
- 8:13Speaker 1: of country men and everything.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Probably.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Burt Reynolds, who knows? Just having the time of her life.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, she always said that The reason why
- 8:24Speaker 4: she loved her marriage with Carl Dean was that he
- 8:26Speaker 4: gave her the freedom to like be who she was
- 8:28Speaker 4: and allegedly maybe fuck other people.
- 8:31Speaker 1: That's kind of what I thought.
- 8:32Speaker 4: It's kind of what it seemed like. I thought it
- 8:34Speaker 4: was kind of interesting that she had made comments like
- 8:36Speaker 4: that because she was always like revered like her and
- 8:39Speaker 4: her marriage with Carl Dean was always revered as like.
- 8:42Speaker 4: really amazing and noble because they were together for like
- 8:45Speaker 4: 1 million years. And everyone's like, how do you.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Make it work?
- 8:49Speaker 4: And I'm like, okay, obviously an open relationship. Right.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I think that might be what it was, the secret.
- 8:55Speaker 1: But some of the younger pictures of Dolly, my God,
- 8:59Speaker 1: she was a snack. What a beautiful woman. And she
- 9:02Speaker 1: was very insecure about her kind of short and curvy body.
- 9:07Speaker 4: That's crazy.
- 9:08Speaker 1: And she was insecure about her looks. And I'm like,
- 9:11Speaker 1: oh my God, you were and are just so, so beautiful. Stunnen.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Totally.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Gorgeous. Well, rest in peace.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Rest in peace, Dolly Parton.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Beautiful Dolly Parton.
- 9:21Speaker 4: And unfortunately, Tim Curry died on the same day.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Yes.
- 9:25Speaker 4: But they like delayed the announcement of his death until
- 9:27Speaker 4: the next day because obviously Dolly Parton died.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Same age, 80.
- 9:30Speaker 4: 80, both 80.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:32Speaker 4: And there's conspiracy theories about that right now, too. I'm
- 9:34Speaker 4: just like, chill out.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Well, tell us what the theories are. I want to know.
- 9:37Speaker 4: People are saying that it comes in threes, so there's
- 9:39Speaker 4: probably going to be another 80-year-old dying. I'm just like, oh,
- 9:42Speaker 4: my God.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Well, 80-year-olds tend to die. That's sort of what happens. Exactly.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I loved Tim Curry.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Me, too.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Of course, Rocky Horror Picture Show. But I loved him
- 9:52Speaker 1: in Clue. I loved him in Clue, he was the
- 9:54Speaker 1: best in clue i just and of course it yeah
- 9:57Speaker 1: the original it he was a fantastic actor.
- 10:00Speaker 4: He was iconic and unfortunately for him he was suffering
- 10:02Speaker 4: from a lot of health issues like later in his
- 10:04Speaker 4: life i mean he had a stroke in 2012 that
- 10:07Speaker 4: was really bad and that kind of like stunted his
- 10:10Speaker 4: career for a period of time and He just, I mean,
- 10:13Speaker 4: I feel like a lot of people loved Tim Curry.
- 10:14Speaker 4: I think a lot of people loved Dolly Parton. And
- 10:17Speaker 4: I just, you know, like I said, I'm not one
- 10:19Speaker 4: to worship celebrities or musicians or anything like that. But
- 10:23Speaker 4: I just feel like these ones were pretty iconic. And
- 10:26Speaker 4: they did span across multiple generations. Like Dolly Parton in particular,
- 10:30Speaker 4: you know, like parents, grandparents, like people listened to her
- 10:35Speaker 4: music for a really, really long time. So I don't know.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Rest in peace. Yes, indeed. So now what's next?
- 10:43Speaker 1: Well, I don't want to just segue right into Perez
- 10:45Speaker 1: Hilton because that seems macabre.
- 10:48Speaker 4: We could talk about the Lindsay Clancy thing.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Okay, that's also very macabre and grotesque.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Yeah, but like less disturbing than Perez Hilton.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Okay.
- 10:57Speaker 4: So I'm just going to read off a tweet about
- 10:59Speaker 4: this situation because it kind of summarizes this issue. There
- 11:03Speaker 4: was a reporter at the Lindsay Clancy trial that was caught...
- 11:09Speaker 4: smirking and winking at the cameras because we all know
- 11:13Speaker 4: that we all know the Lindsay Clancy trial is heavily
- 11:16Speaker 4: tele televised right now. And everybody is seeing these clips
- 11:18Speaker 4: and stuff, but she in particular went viral because she
- 11:22Speaker 4: looks really fucking weird. She's literally smirking, winking and making
- 11:26Speaker 4: some weird gestures to the cameras. And I'm like, this
- 11:30Speaker 4: is literally a murder trial. Like what are we doing?
- 11:33Speaker 1: Three little children died, died in a very gruesome way.
- 11:38Speaker 4: Right.
- 11:38Speaker 1: So she was sent there, I think, by Vanity Fair
- 11:41Speaker 1: to potentially write a story because she was actually a
- 11:45Speaker 1: childhood friend of Lindsay Clancy's. And there has been some
- 11:48Speaker 1: photographs of the two girls together when they were very,
- 11:51Speaker 1: very young. I think she's trying to make it out
- 11:54Speaker 1: to be much more than what the relationship was. I
- 11:57Speaker 1: think she's like so many people right now are just
- 12:01Speaker 1: trying to clout Chase and get their moment in the sun.
- 12:05Speaker 1: But like, this is not The way to do it
- 12:08Speaker 1: in the middle of a trial looking like an absolute ghoul.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So I know I'm jumping on you. I'm going to
- 12:14Speaker 1: pull back now and let you read your text and
- 12:16Speaker 1: stuff like that.
- 12:16Speaker 4: But like, oh, my God, it's super fucking weird, man.
- 12:20Speaker 4: So this tweet comes from user. I'm not I don't
- 12:24Speaker 4: even know how to pronounce it. M.O.S.H.E.H.? And he says,
- 12:28Speaker 4: a journalist covering the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has lost
- 12:32Speaker 4: her press credentials into the courtroom after a video went
- 12:35Speaker 4: viral of her smiling and winking Monday afternoon on a
- 12:39Speaker 4: courtroom live stream. Brittany Romano, the reporter in question, grew
- 12:42Speaker 4: up with Clancy and was in court to write a
- 12:45Speaker 4: personal essay for Vanity Fair about growing up with the
- 12:48Speaker 4: woman now on trial for killing her three children. First
- 12:50Speaker 4: of all, why do we need a personal essay about this?
- 12:53Speaker 4: It's not like she's like this influential figure. She literally
- 12:55Speaker 4: killed her kids, but whatever. Brittany Romano faced immediate backlash online.
- 13:00Speaker 4: Vanity Fair announced Tuesday it had revoked Romano's credentials, stating, quote,
- 13:05Speaker 4: we were interested in the prospect of a personal essay
- 13:08Speaker 4: by Brittany Romano about her experiencing growing up with Lindsay Clancy,
- 13:13Speaker 4: but after clear conflicts with our editorial standards and processes,
- 13:16Speaker 4: we informed Romano that we were not moving forward with
- 13:19Speaker 4: her essay and informed the court that she is no
- 13:21Speaker 4: longer credentialed by Vanity Fair. Romano posted some of her
- 13:24Speaker 4: hate comments on Twitter and And her Instagram saying, quote,
- 13:29Speaker 4: all for smiling at the camera. Love it. Thank you
- 13:32Speaker 4: so much for boosting my analytics. Oh my, oh my God.
- 13:36Speaker 4: This is literally a murder trial. We don't need to
- 13:38Speaker 4: be acting all Gen Z millennial weirdo about it and
- 13:41Speaker 4: acting like this is some like Instagram post or something
- 13:45Speaker 4: that needs to go viral. I don't understand. And that
- 13:49Speaker 4: was basically it. And we all showed the video, I think,
- 13:52Speaker 4: right in this episode. So you can see it, but,
- 13:56Speaker 4: It's weird. It's giving the chick from obsession.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Yeah, kind of. I just, I don't know. We were
- 14:04Speaker 1: touching upon it in our video that we did for Patreon,
- 14:07Speaker 1: this mind contagion that is currently afflicting so many millennials
- 14:13Speaker 1: and also Gen Z, but like people who have been
- 14:16Speaker 1: groomed from a very young age to perform on camera,
- 14:20Speaker 1: to emote on camera, to share everything in their lives.
- 14:23Speaker 1: on camera for clicks and views and for clout and
- 14:27Speaker 1: how it has conditioned people to look for every single
- 14:30Speaker 1: opportunity to do that. And there's something very grotesque about
- 14:34Speaker 1: that to me as somebody who did not grow up
- 14:37Speaker 1: that way and who's kind of seeing it from the
- 14:39Speaker 1: outside looking in. It's just this lack of awareness of
- 14:44Speaker 1: the world, but also self-awareness of yourself in a moment
- 14:47Speaker 1: that you can't see yourself accurately, that you are doing
- 14:50Speaker 1: this in such an inappropriate way. way and at an
- 14:52Speaker 1: inappropriate time. It's just beyond the pale.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:56Speaker 1: It's beyond my can. It's beyond my ability to understand
- 15:00Speaker 1: other than I find her revolting. I think she made
- 15:03Speaker 1: one or two Instagram lives after the tremendous backlash, which
- 15:08Speaker 1: she deserves, in which she's clearly like affected, in my opinion, allegedly,
- 15:14Speaker 1: like on some sort of substance and or drinking. She's
- 15:18Speaker 1: talking about being sober, but she is Anna Faris-ing it.
- 15:22Speaker 1: She is looking not sober in my opinion, allegedly, and
- 15:26Speaker 1: just talking about like how she doesn't care. Like, I
- 15:29Speaker 1: don't care what any of you guys think. And this
- 15:31Speaker 1: is what I do. And like, ew, people like this exist.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I don't know how to deprogram brainwashed brain parasite people
- 15:41Speaker 1: who have a complete inability to function and At a
- 15:45Speaker 1: normal level in our society and I'm all for individualism
- 15:49Speaker 1: and being yourself and going out there and getting it
- 15:52Speaker 1: girl but like there is something to be said for
- 15:54Speaker 1: decorum and being appropriate and knowing how to fucking act
- 15:58Speaker 1: and like you have some home training dumb fuck.
- 16:03Speaker 4: Well, that's the problem. I don't think a lot of
- 16:04Speaker 4: these people have a lot of home training because they
- 16:06Speaker 4: were probably raised by fucking gentle parents or whatever, or
- 16:10Speaker 4: they took a lot of their home training from the internet,
- 16:12Speaker 4: which is terrible. And these people tend to live for
- 16:17Speaker 4: the internet and think that that's like real life when
- 16:19Speaker 4: half of their engagement is probably from fucking bots and
- 16:23Speaker 4: like people that aren't even real. And then the rest
- 16:25Speaker 4: of it is like human beings being like, what is
- 16:29Speaker 4: wrong with you? Like, actually, what is wrong with you?
- 16:31Speaker 4: People don't do this. This is not normal. And I
- 16:34Speaker 4: don't know what happened in society to get us to
- 16:37Speaker 4: the point where we've kind of lost all common sense.
- 16:41Speaker 4: But it's just like, that's what it feels like. And
- 16:43Speaker 4: I was, I would probably consider myself somebody who grew
- 16:47Speaker 4: up with the internet, like generationally. Like I was always
- 16:50Speaker 4: like on the computer, you know, I was everything. in
- 16:54Speaker 4: the dawn of the social media era. Like I had,
- 16:56Speaker 4: I had MySpace, I had Facebook, like right when they started.
- 17:01Speaker 4: And that was like a big part of my upbringing.
- 17:04Speaker 4: But even with that influence and with being somebody who's
- 17:07Speaker 4: grown up with so much technology and with the advancement
- 17:11Speaker 4: of technology, I still know how to act.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Right.
- 17:13Speaker 4: So I don't understand.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Because your mother would have probably smacked you upside your
- 17:17Speaker 1: head if you acted inappropriately. You had some actual parenting.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:22Speaker 1: So who were the parents of the millennials? Because I
- 17:25Speaker 1: don't think it was X.
- 17:26Speaker 4: It's X.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Is it X?
- 17:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:28Speaker 4: Y'all fucked us up.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I know there's a lot of boomers, too.
- 17:31Speaker 4: Yeah, some.
- 17:32Speaker 1: But the elder millennials probably had boomers.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Like those millennials who are like 35 and up probably
- 17:38Speaker 1: had boomers, but like a lot of y'all had X
- 17:41Speaker 1: and that is embarrassing for me to admit because I,
- 17:45Speaker 1: I coming up as a young parent, I don't remember
- 17:48Speaker 1: anybody gentle parenting out there.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:51Speaker 1: To me, generation X is a very grounded nomadic had
- 17:57Speaker 1: been isolated, no very self-sufficient parent. generation of people but
- 18:02Speaker 1: we also have been influenced by the trends of society
- 18:06Speaker 1: we were also the pioneers of the internet like we
- 18:09Speaker 1: also were the first ones adopting this technology and so
- 18:12Speaker 1: it's just crazy how people are turning out and honestly
- 18:16Speaker 1: i don't even know at this point that you can
- 18:18Speaker 1: turn to the parenting i think you have to turn
- 18:20Speaker 1: to social media and we were talking about this on
- 18:22Speaker 1: the patreon video for lindsey glancy about like all of
- 18:26Speaker 1: these people on tiktok and some on instagram who are
- 18:30Speaker 1: standing in solidarity with Lindsay Clancy by some of them
- 18:35Speaker 1: outright harming their children and others simulating harming their children
- 18:42Speaker 1: and saying, you know, same Lindsay, we've been through it. Lindsay,
- 18:45Speaker 1: we have the same feelings, Lindsay, but like this barrage
- 18:49Speaker 1: of digital content in which mostly women are either outright
- 18:55Speaker 1: hurting or pretending to hurt children. I'm like, stop it
- 18:58Speaker 1: right now.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Like this is, going too far we've crossed some we've
- 19:04Speaker 1: crossed some sort of Rubicon into derangement and I just
- 19:09Speaker 1: don't know how to pull it back to a place
- 19:11Speaker 1: of normalcy I honestly feel really nihilistic about where we're
- 19:15Speaker 1: going as a society unless and I hate to say
- 19:18Speaker 1: this because I'm I'm such, again, I'm an individualistic kind
- 19:23Speaker 1: of person. I'm very much into my personal rights, especially
- 19:27Speaker 1: as an American. But I feel like there's some controls
- 19:30Speaker 1: that are going to need to be put on social
- 19:31Speaker 1: media because this is what's raising our children out there.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Like this is a problem. And if we don't fix it,
- 19:38Speaker 1: it's just going to get worse. Yeah.
- 19:41Speaker 4: And like the internet is forever too, unfortunately. So like
- 19:44Speaker 4: all these people making this really problematic content, it's like
- 19:47Speaker 4: there are people taking screenshots. there are people saving all
- 19:50Speaker 4: of this shit and it's going to be there forever.
- 19:53Speaker 4: And your digital footprint is going to follow you. And unfortunately,
- 19:57Speaker 4: even though a lot of us don't want this, it's
- 20:00Speaker 4: kind of turning into like a social credit score almost
- 20:03Speaker 4: like where, you know, if you get enough clicks and
- 20:06Speaker 4: if you get enough engagement, even if you're doing a
- 20:08Speaker 4: lot of rage bait content or cringe content, which I
- 20:11Speaker 4: personally enjoy, like even if you're doing all of this
- 20:13Speaker 4: like crazy stuff for engagement, like it's going to become
- 20:19Speaker 4: kind of a social credit score because a lot of
- 20:21Speaker 4: these people are making money off of it. Like I
- 20:23Speaker 4: can name off so many creators that I've seen recently
- 20:26Speaker 4: that are literally just making and pumping out rage bait
- 20:29Speaker 4: and That is fake, like fake ass stories, but people
- 20:33Speaker 4: are buying it because this is also the age of AI.
- 20:36Speaker 4: So everyone's just kind of believing everything that they see
- 20:39Speaker 4: on their little doom scroll and stuff. And it's getting
- 20:42Speaker 4: these people super fucking rich, like making hundreds of thousands
- 20:45Speaker 4: of dollars from rage bait content. And I'm just like, why?
- 20:49Speaker 4: I don't understand. And to your point about Gen X
- 20:53Speaker 4: kind of ruining millennials.
- 20:54Speaker 2: A little bit.
- 20:55Speaker 1: I never said that.
- 20:56Speaker 2: I know.
- 20:56Speaker 4: You said that. I'm just joking. I'm just joking. Have
- 20:59Speaker 4: you seen, just to kind of segue into a funny
- 21:01Speaker 4: bit after this nihilistic talk about the internet and the
- 21:04Speaker 4: state of the world, on TikTok, there is a growing
- 21:08Speaker 4: trend of like Gen Xers lip syncing to AI generated music.
- 21:14Speaker 2: No.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Are you kidding?
- 21:18Speaker 2: It's so.
- 21:21Speaker 4: There's a couple YouTube videos I can send you of
- 21:23Speaker 4: people reacting to this and, like, compiling all of this.
- 21:26Speaker 4: But it's becoming a huge trend. And it's, like, always
- 21:30Speaker 4: these Gen Xers with, like, missing teeth. Lip syncing to
- 21:36Speaker 4: AI-generated music and having, like, five filters on. Yeah.
- 21:42Speaker 1: No.
- 21:44Speaker 4: To make them look like younger with no wrinkles and stuff.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Are you serious? It's fantastic.
- 21:49Speaker 1: No, I haven't seen any of that. Please forward that
- 21:52Speaker 1: to me immediately. I'm dying inside seeing so much of
- 21:56Speaker 1: this stuff. Like it's just, you're putting this out into
- 21:58Speaker 1: the world.
- 21:59Speaker 4: It is fantastic. awful i would consider myself a cringe
- 22:04Speaker 4: connoisseur like i personally love content like that the cringier
- 22:07Speaker 4: the better because i just think it's so ridiculous but
- 22:10Speaker 4: at the same time i also feel like it's kind
- 22:13Speaker 4: of a symptom of where we're at in today's society
- 22:16Speaker 4: and how people make this content and they're like fully
- 22:18Speaker 4: serious like they're not doing it to be cringy they.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Think they look cool they think they look that's how
- 22:24Speaker 1: out of touch with reality they are I'm sorry.
- 22:28Speaker 4: I shouldn't laugh about it. I'm part of the problem.
- 22:30Speaker 4: But it's just crazy that we've gotten to this point
- 22:33Speaker 4: in society. Like when Facebook started, and I know I'm
- 22:36Speaker 4: going on a tangent, but like Facebook started as just
- 22:38Speaker 4: like a way to like make wacky statuses and like.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Stay connected to your friends and family and stuff.
- 22:45Speaker 4: And now Facebook is just all AI and ads. I
- 22:50Speaker 4: saw one the other day of Janelle Monae. And her
- 22:53Speaker 4: new boyfriend with like a pregnancy announced. And I'm not kidding.
- 22:57Speaker 4: Like boomers on Facebook were like.
- 22:59Speaker 1: She's pregnant.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Oh my God. That's fantastic. I'm like, oh my God.
- 23:04Speaker 4: I have to laugh about it because otherwise I am
- 23:07Speaker 4: just going to despair. Yeah.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Yes.
- 23:10Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 23:12Speaker 1: It truly is.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Okay.
- 23:14Speaker 1: So let's segue very briefly because they don't have a
- 23:16Speaker 1: lot of information into Perez Hilton. Oh my God. I'm
- 23:21Speaker 1: sure everybody knows this, but for those of you who
- 23:23Speaker 1: might not know, Perez Hilton went up on TikTok a
- 23:27Speaker 1: few weeks ago. He had a psychotic episode, and he self-harmed.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I just don't want to get demonetized.
- 23:36Speaker 4: I don't think that'll get us.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I don't know. He self-harmed, but not just a little bit.
- 23:42Speaker 4: He very, very graphic.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Graphically, explicitly.
- 23:46Speaker 4: For like 15 minutes.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Violently and terribly graphic. harmed himself. And so to that end,
- 23:52Speaker 1: because I didn't see it, I didn't even see, I
- 23:54Speaker 1: think I saw somebody with like a blurred image in
- 23:57Speaker 1: the background. Like I, and I just scrolled away immediately
- 23:59Speaker 1: because I cannot take that into my being, but I
- 24:02Speaker 1: didn't see it. I don't want to see it. You
- 24:04Speaker 1: said you saw it.
- 24:05Speaker 4: I saw the blurred.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:06Speaker 1: You saw the blur. You did not actually see the video.
- 24:09Speaker 4: I don't think. the like real version.
- 24:13Speaker 1: It was up on x for quite some time like
- 24:15Speaker 1: 24 hours yeah it was up on x of course
- 24:18Speaker 1: i didn't go to look for it but a lot
- 24:19Speaker 1: of people including children actually watched live and then went
- 24:24Speaker 1: and saw it after the fact but in terms of
- 24:27Speaker 1: the injuries and the scope and the scale of those
- 24:30Speaker 1: injuries apparently he suffered broken bones yeah i mean i
- 24:39Speaker 1: And as somebody who didn't watch it, I'm just wondering how.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Not to get graphic or anything, but the way that
- 24:47Speaker 4: he was performing this was really gruesome. And it was
- 24:51Speaker 4: deep and bad.
- 24:53Speaker 1: But would that break bones?
- 24:54Speaker 4: I mean, little ones probably, yeah.
- 24:58Speaker 1: And also... I was watching, I think, who was it?
- 25:01Speaker 1: It was somebody who just popped up in my timeline.
- 25:03Speaker 1: I think it was Billy Bush or something like the
- 25:05Speaker 1: hot mics with Billy Bush. I think that's who I
- 25:07Speaker 1: heard it from. He said there's a report that he
- 25:10Speaker 1: actually severed his little Perez.
- 25:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:14Speaker 1: I'm not sure if... he severed it clear off or
- 25:17Speaker 1: if there's just an injury, but in terms of injuries,
- 25:22Speaker 1: he's going to have to over the next months have
- 25:25Speaker 1: multiple surgeries. And so I share that just as an
- 25:28Speaker 1: update because we have talked about it. That's obviously grotesque
- 25:31Speaker 1: to even think about it. And I feel so terribly
- 25:35Speaker 1: because there were a lot of folks out there who
- 25:37Speaker 1: were wondering whether he was doing this for clicks and views.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Like this is a guy who spent his entire adult
- 25:43Speaker 1: life in a the spotlight in some way or another,
- 25:48Speaker 1: and usually not in a great way. And so is
- 25:50Speaker 1: it really outside of the scope of possibility that he
- 25:53Speaker 1: might do something like this for the spectacle of it,
- 25:56Speaker 1: because he wants to be on camera. And a lot
- 25:57Speaker 1: of people thought that's probably what it was. But when
- 25:59Speaker 1: you're talking about broken bones and a severed little Perez
- 26:04Speaker 1: and surgeries, multiple surgeries, and also being institutionalized for months
- 26:10Speaker 1: to come, if not years, like I believe that he
- 26:14Speaker 1: wasn't doing it for clicks and views, or maybe it
- 26:17Speaker 1: was a combination of things because that's such a part
- 26:19Speaker 1: of his psyche to want to be a display in
- 26:21Speaker 1: that way.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Like maybe there was a driver in him that wanted
- 26:25Speaker 1: to do it, but it was also absolutely a clear
- 26:28Speaker 1: psychotic break. And I know that his mother has taken
- 26:32Speaker 1: custody of his three children. Did he have a husband?
- 26:36Speaker 1: I thought he had a husband.
- 26:37Speaker 4: I don't fucking know. I never really like paid attention
- 26:39Speaker 4: to Perez Hilton.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Honestly, I thought he had at least a partner. So
- 26:43Speaker 1: I'm not sure what the deal is with the partner
- 26:46Speaker 1: and the children and whether the partner was a donor.
- 26:49Speaker 1: I would imagine not if Perez's mother is taking custody
- 26:53Speaker 1: of the children. But there were also reports when this
- 26:56Speaker 1: happened that the children were not in the house. So
- 26:59Speaker 1: the children were not present when he was doing this.
- 27:02Speaker 1: But then it came out that they were actually in
- 27:05Speaker 1: the house. And that it was Perez's sister who saw
- 27:09Speaker 1: what was going on. And took the kids out of
- 27:12Speaker 1: the house.
- 27:12Speaker 4: That's so vile.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Well, if you're having a psychotic break and I mean,
- 27:18Speaker 1: but yeah, I feel bad for his kids.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Like that's just so disgusting and vile to like expose
- 27:23Speaker 4: them to. And I know like if he was having
- 27:24Speaker 4: a psychotic break, obviously he's not really like aware of the,
- 27:29Speaker 4: the impact that he was having on his own family
- 27:31Speaker 4: that was in the home. And also all of the
- 27:33Speaker 4: viewers that unfortunately saw this on live stream for 15
- 27:36Speaker 4: fucking minutes before TikTok finally took it down. like it's
- 27:40Speaker 4: just a horrifying situation and like we've recapped this before
- 27:44Speaker 4: so if you want to hear like our more in-depth
- 27:46Speaker 4: take about this situation it's a couple videos back but
- 27:50Speaker 4: it's just awful and I still maintain my position of
- 27:54Speaker 4: I feel like this was demonic like this is so
- 27:57Speaker 4: evil and like you know you can make a case
- 27:59Speaker 4: for a lot of psychosis being demonic yes possession and
- 28:03Speaker 4: everything and that's another topic for another day like this
- 28:05Speaker 4: whole situation just like gives me the eebie-jeebies and I
- 28:09Speaker 4: just don't know what's going to happen to him. He
- 28:10Speaker 4: should get institutionalized.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Absolutely. I think it would be appropriate. Have you ever
- 28:15Speaker 1: heard of Father Malachi Martin?
- 28:18Speaker 4: Yes, because of you, but no, let's pretend I don't know.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Father Malachi Martin was a priest and an exorcist and
- 28:25Speaker 1: he made quite a few appearances on coast to coast
- 28:29Speaker 1: am which is a show about paranormal stuff and it
- 28:33Speaker 1: was hosted by a guy named art bell who was
- 28:35Speaker 1: the goat of radio hosts the goat of all time
- 28:40Speaker 1: but he would come up you know and talk about
- 28:42Speaker 1: his his spiritual beliefs and he would talk about his
- 28:45Speaker 1: exorcisms and such and if you ever want to do
- 28:47Speaker 1: a deep dive into malachi martin just like art bell
- 28:50Speaker 1: father malachi martin And listen to some of those interviews
- 28:53Speaker 1: because they truly are riveting. But I just remember Father
- 28:56Speaker 1: Malachi saying that he had been in these institutions. He'd
- 29:01Speaker 1: gone in to help people. And he'd also just walked
- 29:05Speaker 1: down a regular street in a city. And he told Art,
- 29:09Speaker 1: you would be shocked and appalled at how many people
- 29:14Speaker 1: are perfectly possessed.
- 29:15Speaker 4: Wow.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Businessmen, young children. stay-at-home mothers, perfectly possessed. Nobody would ever
- 29:23Speaker 1: think that that's what was going on. But he's like,
- 29:26Speaker 1: but I could see it, that that's what was going on.
- 29:27Speaker 1: And then you go into the institutions and you have
- 29:30Speaker 1: these various mental illnesses. And Father Malachi thought that most,
- 29:35Speaker 1: if not all, were spiritual illnesses. Now, and we can
- 29:39Speaker 1: obviously talk about that and debate about that. But I mean,
- 29:43Speaker 1: when you take it back to Perez Hilton and the
- 29:46Speaker 1: stuff that this person did, and even Lindsay Clancy, when
- 29:51Speaker 1: you think about it, being able to do that type
- 29:54Speaker 1: of devilry, it kind of makes you believe in perfect
- 29:59Speaker 1: possessions yeah and that's that and that is that but
- 30:03Speaker 1: i mean honestly i feel very compassionate towards perez i
- 30:06Speaker 1: hope he gets the help that he needs should he
- 30:08Speaker 1: ever regain custody of his children i personally i personally
- 30:11Speaker 1: do not think so i don't.
- 30:13Speaker 4: I kind of feel like he shouldn't i kind.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Of yeah i do i.
- 30:16Speaker 4: Agree because those kids are going to need like therapy
- 30:18Speaker 4: to deal with that trauma that they witnessed like for
- 30:22Speaker 4: the rest of their lives probably.
- 30:23Speaker 1: And so moving on to talk about maybe a little
- 30:27Speaker 1: lighter fare, but also enraging as well. Let's talk about
- 30:31Speaker 1: Tom Segura and Christina P.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Yes.
- 30:34Speaker 4: So for those of you who don't know, Tom Segura
- 30:37Speaker 4: used to be A pretty famous and I mean, I
- 30:39Speaker 4: guess he's still pretty famous, but he used to be
- 30:41Speaker 4: really famous and funny as a comedian. And he was
- 30:44Speaker 4: really big in like 2012-ish. Like he was obviously started
- 30:50Speaker 4: his career before that, but he became a bit of
- 30:53Speaker 4: a superstar in 2012, 2014 when he had like his
- 30:56Speaker 4: first show. Netflix specials and he was married to a
- 31:01Speaker 4: woman named Christina P I can't pronounce her last name
- 31:04Speaker 4: but she was also a comedian and they had been
- 31:06Speaker 4: together for almost 20 years they recently announced their divorce
- 31:12Speaker 4: and it kind of shook the comedy community a bit
- 31:17Speaker 4: because Christina P and Tom Segura were were kind of
- 31:20Speaker 4: revered as this like power couple. They had been in
- 31:24Speaker 4: the business together for pretty much the entirety of both
- 31:27Speaker 4: of their careers. They were both really good comedians. Tom
- 31:30Speaker 4: Segura kind of, I don't want to say overshadowed Christina P,
- 31:35Speaker 4: but he became more famous because Christina P got pregnant
- 31:39Speaker 4: with their kids and, you know, kind of took a
- 31:41Speaker 4: back seat after a while. But Tom Segura became really
- 31:45Speaker 4: big and he was famous because not only was he funny,
- 31:48Speaker 4: but he portrayed himself to be like a really relatable
- 31:52Speaker 4: kind of down to earth dude. He also used to
- 31:54Speaker 4: be quite chubby. Yeah. And he used to be just like.
- 31:59Speaker 4: kind of cool. Like he would crack jokes about anything
- 32:01Speaker 4: and everything. Him and Christina had started a podcast called
- 32:05Speaker 4: your mom's house that became pretty famous. Um, after a.
- 32:09Speaker 1: While, very famous, like very successful.
- 32:12Speaker 4: So many inside jokes, like from the very beginning. And
- 32:15Speaker 4: Tom Segura was also a part of the Joe Rogan club,
- 32:19Speaker 4: like the Rogan sphere, which is another topic for another day.
- 32:22Speaker 4: But like essentially a lot of the comics that were
- 32:25Speaker 4: around Joe Rogan are are kind of starting to fall
- 32:27Speaker 4: apart a little bit and tom segura is one of
- 32:29Speaker 4: them so anyway tom segura and christina p started their
- 32:33Speaker 4: podcast your mom's house became really famous and successful his
- 32:36Speaker 4: career kind of skyrocketed she had a really good career
- 32:40Speaker 4: for a while but then you know became a stay-at-home
- 32:42Speaker 4: mom not really a stay-at-home mom but.
- 32:43Speaker 1: She got pregnant i think in 2018 with her first
- 32:46Speaker 1: child yep and he was doing his netflix specials and
- 32:49Speaker 1: he was touring and he was very popular And then
- 32:52Speaker 1: I think she pretty immediately got pregnant again after she
- 32:54Speaker 1: gave birth. So like back-to-back babies.
- 32:57Speaker 4: Yes. So she was kind of out of it for
- 32:59Speaker 4: a little while. She was still on their podcast. And
- 33:03Speaker 4: the reason why it's interesting is because Tom Segura, in
- 33:07Speaker 4: my opinion, I think a lot of fans' opinions, has
- 33:09Speaker 4: had a major fall from grace. Yes. Because again, he
- 33:12Speaker 4: started off as this like really humble... Relatable. Relatable comic.
- 33:16Speaker 4: He was the chubby, funny guy. And like his jokes
- 33:19Speaker 4: were like... I don't know, very all encompassing. Like everybody
- 33:24Speaker 4: could laugh at them. Like, and he was very sarcastic.
- 33:27Speaker 4: He had a kind of a unique like sense of
- 33:29Speaker 4: humor and same thing with Christina P. But like I said,
- 33:33Speaker 4: I brought up his chubbiness. He, after I think his
- 33:36Speaker 4: first kid, he started working on his health, which is great.
- 33:39Speaker 4: That's fine. Like that there's nothing wrong with like getting
- 33:42Speaker 4: your health in check. especially for your kids and so
- 33:44Speaker 4: he started working out and losing weight and being really
- 33:47Speaker 4: disciplined in his diet and this is where he started
- 33:49Speaker 4: to kind of change in his personality because he became
- 33:53Speaker 4: more successful and he kind of got a bit of
- 33:57Speaker 4: an ego about him a bit it started growing like
- 34:02Speaker 4: right around the time that he started losing weight and
- 34:05Speaker 4: it probably in his mind becoming more attractive because he
- 34:08Speaker 4: had always been this like funny big dude or whatever Now,
- 34:11Speaker 4: keep in mind, Christina P has always been known as
- 34:15Speaker 4: this like hot blonde that was like married to.
- 34:18Speaker 1: She was actually on Road Rules, an MTV show.
- 34:21Speaker 4: I thought that. Yeah.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Okay. I forgot about that. Way back in the day.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Such a little snacky poo. Very cute.
- 34:25Speaker 4: Totally. Always been. But she had always been with Tom Seger.
- 34:29Speaker 4: She was always faithful to him. And according to her,
- 34:33Speaker 4: like they started out as two broke comics, like they
- 34:35Speaker 4: were living in an apartment in LA together, you know,
- 34:38Speaker 4: like right at the beginning. And they like really worked
- 34:41Speaker 4: from the ground up to build both of their careers.
- 34:44Speaker 4: And so to watch them divorce in real time has
- 34:48Speaker 4: actually been pretty sad for a lot of people. And
- 34:51Speaker 4: now like people are going back in the archives and
- 34:54Speaker 4: watching old episodes of Your Mom's House and other podcast
- 34:57Speaker 4: appearances that Tom Segura has been on. And they're like
- 35:00Speaker 4: listening to some of these really terrible jokes that Tom
- 35:04Speaker 4: Segura has made in the past and like looking at
- 35:07Speaker 4: it from a different light.
- 35:08Speaker 1: At her expense.
- 35:09Speaker 4: At her expense. A lot of it at her expense.
- 35:12Speaker 4: And a lot of it at other people's expense. And
- 35:14Speaker 4: part of the other reason why Tom has fallen from
- 35:17Speaker 4: grace so hard is that he became a rich, arrogant,
- 35:21Speaker 4: piece of shit. Like it's just as simple as that.
- 35:24Speaker 4: So like the more fame that he amassed and the,
- 35:27Speaker 4: the more weight he lost.
- 35:29Speaker 1: And the more money he got.
- 35:30Speaker 4: The more money, the more successful he became, the more
- 35:34Speaker 4: pompous and more pretentious he became as well. And so
- 35:38Speaker 4: it started a couple years ago where he started making
- 35:42Speaker 4: jokes about poor people. And at first people thought maybe
- 35:46Speaker 4: this is just like his sense of humor or whatever,
- 35:49Speaker 4: because Tom has always been a pretty sarcastic dude and
- 35:52Speaker 4: he would make fun of pretty much everybody. But what
- 35:55Speaker 4: really set it off was a series of tweets that
- 35:58Speaker 4: he made in October, 2023 that he has since deleted
- 36:01Speaker 4: because he's a piece of fucking shit. And he went
- 36:05Speaker 4: off on an American airlines worker. So he tweeted in October,
- 36:11Speaker 4: 2023 saying, about how this American Airlines worker made him
- 36:15Speaker 4: check his bags. And he like was very mean about it.
- 36:19Speaker 4: Like I have this screenshot.
- 36:20Speaker 3: Very mean.
- 36:22Speaker 4: He said something like, he said, dumb C-U-N-T from American
- 36:26Speaker 4: Air made me gate check my bag. So she feels
- 36:29Speaker 4: the little, little power she has in her life. I
- 36:31Speaker 4: get it. You win this round. C-U-N-T. And he like
- 36:35Speaker 4: went off about this and people did not take it
- 36:38Speaker 4: as a joke. Like, even knowing Tom Segura and his
- 36:41Speaker 4: sense of humor, like all of his fans were like, dude,
- 36:45Speaker 4: chill out. And this was also a response from Tom
- 36:49Speaker 4: because he normally flew private. He flies a lot of
- 36:53Speaker 4: private jets and stuff because, you know, he's famous. He's
- 36:56Speaker 4: a successful comedian. But this one time in particular, he
- 36:58Speaker 4: flies American Airlines with the rest of us pours and
- 37:01Speaker 4: he makes a comment about it. And so when he
- 37:03Speaker 4: made this initial tweet, people obviously got pissed off at
- 37:06Speaker 4: him for it. And they were like, That's lame and entitled.
- 37:09Speaker 4: And that's her job.
- 37:10Speaker 1: That's what she's supposed to do.
- 37:12Speaker 4: And she's like an underpaid worker. Like you don't need
- 37:14Speaker 4: to be mean to this person who's literally just doing
- 37:17Speaker 4: her job. And then he doubled down and he started
- 37:20Speaker 4: going after his fans who were giving him criticism for
- 37:24Speaker 4: this initial tweet. And he said, the lowest level pours
- 37:28Speaker 4: get upset as they've been trained to do. When you
- 37:31Speaker 4: point out their quote, happy to do what I'm told
- 37:34Speaker 4: servant mentality is They don't value time because their time
- 37:37Speaker 4: is worthless. You are specks of shit on a washcloth
- 37:41Speaker 4: and washcloths belong in the trash. And then more people
- 37:44Speaker 4: were like, what the fuck are you saying? Like you're
- 37:47Speaker 4: having a meltdown about having to check your fucking bag.
- 37:50Speaker 4: Like it's not that deep. And he just kept calling
- 37:52Speaker 4: people poor and poor. All of these people were replying.
- 37:55Speaker 4: He would just say they're poor. And then he said,
- 37:57Speaker 4: all the poors and losers are, have the same response. Oh,
- 38:01Speaker 4: you were inconvenienced. Well, you should accept it. That's what
- 38:04Speaker 4: me and my dumb poor family have done for generations.
- 38:06Speaker 4: And then he says, this is why you're poor. And
- 38:09Speaker 4: so after these series of tweets came out, they went
- 38:12Speaker 4: viral for obvious reasons. He has since deleted them, like
- 38:15Speaker 4: I said, and then he continued to double down on
- 38:19Speaker 4: these and he continues to make poor jokes and which
- 38:21Speaker 4: are in bad taste, obviously.
- 38:23Speaker 1: Especially now.
- 38:25Speaker 4: Especially now. And then he also made merch of washcloths
- 38:30Speaker 4: that had the word poor on them that he was
- 38:32Speaker 4: trying to sell on his stupid fucking website. And so
- 38:35Speaker 4: this is where people really started to turn against Tom Segura,
- 38:38Speaker 4: like for the worst. They were like, okay, now you're
- 38:41Speaker 4: showing your true colors of what you really think about people.
- 38:44Speaker 4: And he has since gone on podcast after podcast after podcast.
- 38:48Speaker 4: defending his position and just shitting on all over these
- 38:52Speaker 4: poor people and saying that this is just your fault
- 38:54Speaker 4: and it's not.
- 38:54Speaker 1: My fault I'm rich. Your audience.
- 38:56Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Your audience are the poors and the losers.
- 38:59Speaker 4: That made you famous in the first place. And you
- 39:01Speaker 4: used to be a poor loser.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Which he addressed directly by saying, yeah, that's true. My
- 39:05Speaker 1: fans made me famous, but it doesn't change the fact
- 39:08Speaker 1: that you're losers. Yes. He said that.
- 39:10Speaker 4: He said that with his own fucking words. Like there
- 39:12Speaker 4: are clips of it. And so Tom Segura is just
- 39:15Speaker 4: a giant piece of shit. And so when him and
- 39:18Speaker 4: Christina P announced their divorce. Not a lot of people
- 39:20Speaker 4: were surprised, but a lot of people went on Christina's
- 39:23Speaker 4: side because they're like, fuck Tom Segura. So then Christina
- 39:27Speaker 4: P hosted your mom's house, their podcast. on her own
- 39:32Speaker 4: with Duncan Trussell.
- 39:33Speaker 1: May I interject here? Yep. Because in 2024, Christina contracted
- 39:38Speaker 1: breast cancer.
- 39:40Speaker 4: Yep, yep, yep.
- 39:41Speaker 1: She got breast cancer and had to undergo treatment. During
- 39:45Speaker 1: this time, Tom is... just doing his Netflix specials. He's
- 39:51Speaker 1: on the road constantly. There's an interview with Bert Kreischer,
- 39:55Speaker 1: who he's got a podcast with, where Bert's like, he
- 39:57Speaker 1: was in Europe for 40 days, 40 days straight. So
- 40:01Speaker 1: he was constantly gone. And it's one thing to think
- 40:04Speaker 1: about the father of the children being constantly gone while they're,
- 40:08Speaker 1: I think, six and four. They were very young at
- 40:10Speaker 1: the time that he's just traveling and never coming home.
- 40:13Speaker 1: And Christina's taking care of it all. But it's quite
- 40:15Speaker 1: another when you add on top of that, that she
- 40:17Speaker 1: had breast cancer. And of course, a lot of us
- 40:20Speaker 1: ladies have heard the statistics of men who leave women
- 40:24Speaker 1: who get sick when they get sick. And so she
- 40:28Speaker 1: gets sick with breast cancer in 2024. the lady who
- 40:32Speaker 1: built this entire empire with you. And one good thing
- 40:35Speaker 1: about building it from the ground up is there was
- 40:38Speaker 1: probably no prenup.
- 40:39Speaker 4: Probably not.
- 40:40Speaker 1: It's probably no prenup. But this is the lady who
- 40:43Speaker 1: was there with you in the trenches. And when she
- 40:46Speaker 1: gets sick, Not only do you not show up for
- 40:49Speaker 1: life with her, but ultimately you file for divorce. And
- 40:53Speaker 1: it doesn't feel to me, and you'll get into her
- 40:56Speaker 1: discussion with Trussell, but it doesn't feel to me like
- 40:58Speaker 1: this is what Christina wanted. It feels like Christina wanted
- 41:02Speaker 1: to be in the marriage and it's Tom who's initiating everything.
- 41:06Speaker 4: Yes. And so in this announcement podcast with Christina P.
- 41:10Speaker 4: and Duncan Trussell, Christina cries and she's very emotional about
- 41:14Speaker 4: it and she is very careful to not talk any
- 41:17Speaker 4: shit about Tom Segura even though she should in my
- 41:20Speaker 4: opinion but she doesn't say anything bad about Tom Segura
- 41:23Speaker 4: at all she says you know they started off as
- 41:25Speaker 4: two broke comics they worked really hard to build this
- 41:29Speaker 4: life that they have and all of these podcasts and
- 41:32Speaker 4: Netflix specials and everything like they've built a really wonderful
- 41:35Speaker 4: life together they have two kids together And she says
- 41:38Speaker 4: that they had been struggling for many years prior to
- 41:41Speaker 4: this ultimate divorce announcement. And it seems like they divorced
- 41:45Speaker 4: prior to the announcement becoming public. But she was very
- 41:49Speaker 4: kind to Tom in this podcast special. But what we
- 41:54Speaker 4: hear kind of in this announcement is that, like you'd said,
- 41:58Speaker 4: it doesn't seem like Christina really wanted this. It seemed
- 42:01Speaker 4: like she really loved him. And they are amicable in
- 42:05Speaker 4: this split, according to Christina P., But Tom Segura hasn't
- 42:09Speaker 4: really talked about it. I think he made like one
- 42:11Speaker 4: brief announcement on an episode of Your Mom's House where
- 42:14Speaker 4: he just says that this was a very horrible, awful
- 42:17Speaker 4: experience and he doesn't really want to talk about it
- 42:19Speaker 4: and he's not going to talk about it publicly and
- 42:22Speaker 4: nobody's going to hear his opinions about it.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Which I have some feelings about because you built your
- 42:26Speaker 1: entire brand. It's called Your Mom's House. You built it
- 42:29Speaker 1: on your marriage. You built it on your life. You
- 42:31Speaker 1: built it on that intimate aspect of who it is
- 42:34Speaker 1: that you are. And now all of a sudden... Because
- 42:36Speaker 1: you're probably out banging other chicks. Now all of a
- 42:39Speaker 1: sudden you're getting a divorce and you don't want anybody
- 42:41Speaker 1: to ask any questions about that. You don't want to
- 42:43Speaker 1: address it. You don't want to talk to the people
- 42:45Speaker 1: who were there with you every step of the way
- 42:47Speaker 1: in your marriage. You don't want to talk about it though.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Now all of a sudden you need privacy.
- 42:51Speaker 4: I don't think he wants to talk about it because
- 42:53Speaker 4: he knows and he can see. that the public is
- 42:55Speaker 4: already turning on him and they're already taking christina's side
- 42:58Speaker 4: like he just doesn't want any part of that and
- 43:01Speaker 4: i think the shitty part of him is pissed off
- 43:05Speaker 4: that nobody's really on his side or being like i'm
- 43:08Speaker 4: team tom but nobody fucking likes you dude because you've
- 43:11Speaker 4: shown your ass for the last several years of the
- 43:15Speaker 4: kind of character that you are and like When Christina
- 43:18Speaker 4: was going through her cancer treatment, she was not on
- 43:21Speaker 4: episodes of Your Mom's House for a period of time
- 43:23Speaker 4: because she obviously was getting like chemo or whatever. And
- 43:27Speaker 4: Tom continued to crack jokes about Christina while she was
- 43:32Speaker 4: gone and about her cancer treatment. And there were a
- 43:35Speaker 4: lot of jokes that I think were done in really
- 43:36Speaker 4: poor taste about like what would happen if she died.
- 43:40Speaker 4: And how can I fake my reaction to how she's
- 43:44Speaker 4: going to die? And Tom will pass this off as like,
- 43:47Speaker 4: I'm just joking. I'm just a comedian. But I don't know.
- 43:50Speaker 4: There's a very fine line between a joke and a
- 43:53Speaker 4: really mean thing to say. You shouldn't be joking about
- 43:56Speaker 4: stuff like that, in my opinion, while your wife's going
- 43:58Speaker 4: through cancer, the mother of your children. But when she
- 44:01Speaker 4: was gone, he had brought on literal porn stars as
- 44:06Speaker 4: surrogate hosts. And he would joke about how these are
- 44:09Speaker 4: the new Christina movies. These are the new hosts of
- 44:11Speaker 4: your mom's house. And they're so much better and hotter
- 44:14Speaker 4: than Christina was. And mind you, Christina is also a
- 44:17Speaker 4: couple years older than Tom Segura. Tom, I think, is
- 44:19Speaker 4: 48 and Christina is like 52 or 51 or something
- 44:23Speaker 4: like that. And so he always was like making jokes
- 44:25Speaker 4: about how she was old and how she was used
- 44:28Speaker 4: up or whatever and how he needs to find a
- 44:30Speaker 4: newer model. And, you know, there's lots of clips that
- 44:33Speaker 4: you guys can see on YouTube. There's lots of podcast
- 44:36Speaker 4: creators like commenting about this. Podcast Grinch is one of them.
- 44:40Speaker 4: and Patrick CC on YouTube. If you guys want to
- 44:42Speaker 4: do some more deep dives on it and you can
- 44:44Speaker 4: see the clips for yourself, but there's so many bad
- 44:47Speaker 4: jokes that are now resurfacing after this divorce that are
- 44:51Speaker 4: kind of shedding a light on the fact that they
- 44:53Speaker 4: were having problems for a long time. And it seems
- 44:56Speaker 4: like it was because of fucking Tom.
- 44:57Speaker 1: Well, and didn't you say in her conversation with Duncan
- 45:00Speaker 1: Trussell that she alluded to Tom perhaps cheating on her?
- 45:04Speaker 4: It was heavily speculated.
- 45:06Speaker 1: What did she say? How did that happen?
- 45:08Speaker 4: She wasn't saying anything that he did cheat or anything
- 45:11Speaker 4: like that, but she said that he traveled a lot
- 45:13Speaker 4: and that put a huge wedge in their marriage and
- 45:16Speaker 4: in the trust that they had together. And she would
- 45:19Speaker 4: constantly ask him to come home and that was a
- 45:22Speaker 4: point of contention for them. And then what supports the
- 45:25Speaker 4: whole cheating theory is that there's a clip of Bert Kreischer,
- 45:28Speaker 4: who is Tom Segura's best friend. Bert Kreischer was on
- 45:31Speaker 4: another podcast called Bad Friends, where he had said that
- 45:36Speaker 4: he told Joe Rogan that he thinks that Tom Segura
- 45:38Speaker 4: has been cheating on Christina P.
- 45:40Speaker 3: And I told Rogan, Tom's cheating on Christina. I was like,
- 45:44Speaker 3: something's going on, man. Like, he was acting so fucking weird.
- 45:47Speaker 3: I was talking to Rogan the other night, and he's like,
- 45:50Speaker 3: how's everything going? You know, Rogan sometimes can get that
- 45:52Speaker 3: inside vibe from you. I go, something's going on with Tommy.
- 45:55Speaker 3: He goes, wait, what's going on? I said, I don't know, man.
- 45:58Speaker 2: I can't track it, but he's not coming to my premiere.
- 46:00Speaker 2: And Rogan's like, whoa. He's not coming to your premiere?
- 46:03Speaker 2: And I was like, dude.
- 46:05Speaker 3: And then you know how sometimes you sell your buddies
- 46:07Speaker 3: under the bus? I was like, he was in Europe
- 46:09Speaker 3: for 40 days. He only had like 10 shows. Like,
- 46:14Speaker 3: what's going on?
- 46:15Speaker 2: And he's like, wait, what do you think's going on?
- 46:17Speaker 2: I go, I think he's cheating on Christina. He's got
- 46:18Speaker 2: a wife over there now. He's got that Swedish wife.
- 46:21Speaker 3: And then he's like, and I go, he's looking good.
- 46:22Speaker 3: He's in great shape. He's wearing Gucci everywhere. He's got Rolexes, Porsches.
- 46:26Speaker 4: And this was a couple years ago. And this was
- 46:28Speaker 4: because Tom Segura had spent so much time in Europe
- 46:32Speaker 4: and he was buying all these fancy clothes and being
- 46:35Speaker 4: very secretive and very weird about it. And so it's
- 46:39Speaker 4: already kind of in the ether that. It seems like
- 46:42Speaker 4: Tom Segura was probably cheating on Christina P. And I
- 46:46Speaker 4: believe it.
- 46:46Speaker 1: I think so. That's immediately where my head goes. And
- 46:49Speaker 1: I also want to just comment on their content generally
- 46:52Speaker 1: because I never really was into any of these folks
- 46:55Speaker 1: at all. I'm not part of the Joe Rogan manosphere
- 46:59Speaker 1: bullshit or whatever. But I had seen some clips of
- 47:03Speaker 1: Christina P. with Tom where they were like watching TikToks together.
- 47:06Speaker 1: And I thought it was really funny. I thought Christina
- 47:09Speaker 1: was so.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Freaking funny yeah but um i noticed that there was
- 47:15Speaker 1: a lot of conversation about how tom's content generally across
- 47:19Speaker 1: all of his podcasts had begun to change whereas before
- 47:22Speaker 1: you know he again was down to earth he was
- 47:24Speaker 1: humble cracking jokes like about the everyday man now he
- 47:28Speaker 1: was like talking about all of these expensive watches that
- 47:31Speaker 1: he was buying like he was constantly geeking out on
- 47:33Speaker 1: cars and watches and vodkas and scotches like he launched
- 47:37Speaker 1: an alcohol brand with burt and he was wearing designer clothes.
- 47:41Speaker 1: And he seemed really overly enamored in all of these aesthetics.
- 47:45Speaker 1: And you can really just see how, gosh, he changed.
- 47:48Speaker 4: He changed.
- 47:49Speaker 1: He changed. Like, see, to me, Beatrice, I think if
- 47:52Speaker 1: I got $ 100 million, I'm not changing that much, especially
- 47:57Speaker 1: if I'm older. Yes, I'm going to set up a trust.
- 48:01Speaker 1: I'm going to buy some land and we're going to
- 48:03Speaker 1: be living on a commune. But I'm not going to
- 48:05Speaker 1: be like going to Manhattan and getting lip fillers. And
- 48:08Speaker 1: I'm not going to be like, buying a bunch of
- 48:10Speaker 1: designer clothes because I think that's for me, I think
- 48:13Speaker 1: that's just a worthless endeavor. These things don't last. I'm
- 48:16Speaker 1: going to be building things and doing things, but I
- 48:17Speaker 1: just really don't think it would change my character. I
- 48:20Speaker 1: think it only can amplify a bad character that already exists.
- 48:25Speaker 1: And so I think Tom Segura has been a bastard
- 48:28Speaker 1: probably this entire time.
- 48:29Speaker 4: Probably. And like a lot of people have speculated again,
- 48:32Speaker 4: like if you want to watch some of these deep dives,
- 48:35Speaker 4: I definitely encourage it. But a lot of people speculated
- 48:38Speaker 4: he's always been this way because he started out as
- 48:41Speaker 4: this fat, like, and I'm not trying to be mean
- 48:45Speaker 4: about that. Like he was objectively fat. He made jokes
- 48:47Speaker 4: about him being overweight. Um, he was this fat Tom.
- 48:51Speaker 4: He was, he was this kind of dorky loser that
- 48:55Speaker 4: no one really wanted to sleep with, but he got
- 48:57Speaker 4: lucky with Christina P who was objectively gorgeous and chose
- 49:01Speaker 4: him consistently for the last 20 years.
- 49:03Speaker 1: Like she could have had anybody.
- 49:05Speaker 4: She could have had anybody. And she was loyal to him.
- 49:08Speaker 4: And she said this on previous podcasts throughout the years
- 49:10Speaker 4: about how she chose Tom Segura because he was humble.
- 49:14Speaker 4: And he, he was the only dude that like didn't
- 49:17Speaker 4: try to take advantage of her. And early on in
- 49:19Speaker 4: their relationship, he was very respectful and because he was
- 49:22Speaker 4: a humble person. But then once he starts losing weight
- 49:25Speaker 4: and getting hot and getting all of this money and fame,
- 49:28Speaker 4: and he probably had a lot of like 20 year old,
- 49:32Speaker 4: you know, porn stars or bimbos or whatever, like hitting
- 49:35Speaker 4: on him, you know, because they have daddy issues or whatever.
- 49:38Speaker 1: And they want money.
- 49:39Speaker 4: And they want money. And I think it got to
- 49:41Speaker 4: his head because he started out as this kind of
- 49:43Speaker 4: like outcasted dude that nobody really wanted to be with.
- 49:47Speaker 4: And that's what's so unfortunate about this whole thing. Because
- 49:50Speaker 4: A lot of comedians have reacted to this saying like,
- 49:54Speaker 4: nobody's saying you can't enjoy these like luxuries that you're
- 49:57Speaker 4: getting from all of this fame and this money. Like
- 49:59Speaker 4: nobody's saying like you can't have a big house or
- 50:01Speaker 4: you can't have nice clothes or nice cars or whatever,
- 50:04Speaker 4: or enjoy the hard earned money that you have achieved.
- 50:09Speaker 4: But what is the problem is how you've become an
- 50:13Speaker 4: arrogant prick. who shits on people who make less money
- 50:18Speaker 4: than you do. And these are the same people that
- 50:20Speaker 4: have supported you throughout your career. And like you had said,
- 50:24Speaker 4: had made you famous in the first place. So like
- 50:26Speaker 4: to turn on your fan base, to turn on regular
- 50:29Speaker 4: shmegular people where you came from that same pot. And
- 50:33Speaker 4: actually people are saying Tom Segura grew up like upper
- 50:36Speaker 4: middle class. Like he never really was.
- 50:38Speaker 1: His father worked for JP Morgan. Yeah.
- 50:40Speaker 4: So like he never really was famous. one of us
- 50:43Speaker 4: or anything like that. But like the fact that you
- 50:45Speaker 4: lost your humility along the way, and then you ultimately
- 50:49Speaker 4: lost your wife probably because of it.
- 50:51Speaker 1: You threw her away.
- 50:52Speaker 2: You threw her away.
- 50:52Speaker 4: You didn't lose her.
- 50:53Speaker 1: You threw her away.
- 50:54Speaker 4: Like it's just.
- 50:55Speaker 1: Like she was so much trash.
- 50:56Speaker 4: So sad to see. And this kind of segues into
- 50:59Speaker 4: Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer, because in addition to Tom
- 51:03Speaker 4: Segura's podcast with Christina P., Your Mom's House, he has
- 51:07Speaker 4: another podcast called Two Bears, One Cave with his best friend,
- 51:11Speaker 4: Bert Kreischer. Bert Kreischer is another famous comedian that's in
- 51:15Speaker 4: this kind of Rogan sphere or whatever. But the difference
- 51:17Speaker 4: with Bert Kreischer is that he has been on the
- 51:19Speaker 4: decline for like, I don't know, the last five, six, seven,
- 51:23Speaker 4: eight years.
- 51:24Speaker 1: Physically and professionally.
- 51:25Speaker 4: Like, and it's really actually pathetic and sad to watch
- 51:30Speaker 4: his decline because it is so in your face about it.
- 51:34Speaker 4: And like, Burt Kreischer, I don't even think he was
- 51:37Speaker 4: like a bad person to begin with. Like he was
- 51:39Speaker 4: also just kind of this chubby dude that like made
- 51:42Speaker 4: jokes about his life and made jokes about his weight
- 51:44Speaker 4: and all this stuff. But he got really addicted to
- 51:48Speaker 4: alcohol and that's kind of what started his fall from
- 51:51Speaker 4: grace because for all intents and purposes, he's a straight
- 51:55Speaker 4: up alcoholic dude. And like he abuses other substances too.
- 51:59Speaker 4: It's not even just alcohol.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Allegedly and in our opinion.
- 52:02Speaker 4: Allegedly and in our opinion. And people have been pointing
- 52:04Speaker 4: this out for literal years because you can see the
- 52:07Speaker 4: physical effects of his alleged addiction in front of your eyes.
- 52:12Speaker 4: Like he started gaining more weight. He became more flush
- 52:15Speaker 4: in his face. You could tell when he was drunk
- 52:18Speaker 4: on other podcasts and stuff. He also became increasingly more
- 52:22Speaker 4: and more like self-centered and narcissistic. He really loves to
- 52:27Speaker 4: hear himself talk. And he is so... attached to when
- 52:32Speaker 4: he peaked in his career his comedy career because he
- 52:35Speaker 4: he had some funny netflix specials too but after that
- 52:38Speaker 4: they just went downhill because he's not funny anymore.
- 52:42Speaker 1: No i think they're all cashing checks on joe rogan's
- 52:45Speaker 1: popularity oh and now that joe rogan's popularity is going
- 52:50Speaker 1: down kind of plummeting i don't know what his podcast
- 52:52Speaker 1: numbers are i'm sure he's still killing it or whatever
- 52:54Speaker 1: but like he's kind of falling out of favor with, um, everybody.
- 52:59Speaker 1: So his sidekicks like Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer and
- 53:03Speaker 1: Jimmy Diaz or whatever his name is. I don't know
- 53:06Speaker 1: all those guys. Like I don't, I could care less
- 53:08Speaker 1: about any of them and I don't need to hear
- 53:09Speaker 1: them talk ever.
- 53:10Speaker 4: Me too. I only watch like the YouTubers that recap them. Yeah.
- 53:14Speaker 4: And criticize them because I do find it interesting to
- 53:16Speaker 4: kind of watch how their careers have changed because they
- 53:19Speaker 4: did start off pretty popular in the comedy scene. And
- 53:23Speaker 4: now they're just like really going downhill and, And Bert
- 53:25Speaker 4: Kreischer in particular is sad because he does very obviously,
- 53:29Speaker 4: in my opinion, allegedly have an alcohol abuse problem and
- 53:33Speaker 4: probably a drug problem. And he goes on these like
- 53:37Speaker 4: weird drunken rants where he like kind of talks about
- 53:41Speaker 4: how his life is falling apart. Like he is also
- 53:43Speaker 4: married to a woman. He's been married to her for
- 53:45Speaker 4: like the last 20 years. She was a good woman too.
- 53:48Speaker 4: And also very beautiful and way too tolerant of his
- 53:51Speaker 4: bullshit in my opinion. but now they like sleep in
- 53:54Speaker 4: separate rooms and she doesn't really like him. And Bert
- 53:58Speaker 4: Kreischer is starting to feel the health effects of his
- 54:02Speaker 4: really terrible lifestyle. And like recently he had, um, some
- 54:06Speaker 4: issues with some DVT, some blood clots in his lower legs.
- 54:10Speaker 4: Oh no. And his doctor urged him and everybody else
- 54:14Speaker 4: in his life has been telling him to stop fucking drinking. Like, please,
- 54:16Speaker 4: it's really embarrassing at this point. So his doctor urged him,
- 54:20Speaker 4: please stop drinking, please change your lifestyle. And like, eat
- 54:23Speaker 4: better and try and lose some weight.
- 54:25Speaker 1: I thought he was on a GLP one and I
- 54:27Speaker 1: thought that he was sober.
- 54:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 54:29Speaker 4: So he was, so his daughter told him to go
- 54:31Speaker 4: sober for a period of like six months or something.
- 54:34Speaker 4: his doctor stupidly gave him a date in which he
- 54:37Speaker 4: could start drinking again after his health apparently got better.
- 54:41Speaker 4: And that date was in July of 2026. And so
- 54:43Speaker 4: now Burt Kreischer, it looks like he's drinking again. And
- 54:47Speaker 4: Burt Kreischer is on this podcast with Tom Segura, Two Bears,
- 54:50Speaker 4: One Cave. And it's honestly one of the worst podcasts
- 54:53Speaker 4: I've ever heard in my life. Like it's so stupid.
- 54:56Speaker 4: And in my opinion, this also showcases Tom's really shitty
- 55:00Speaker 4: behavior because Tom Segura really only has him on there
- 55:04Speaker 4: And I think Tom Segura is smart enough to know
- 55:07Speaker 4: that people are talking about Bert and how he is
- 55:12Speaker 4: like going to die, probably falling apart. And he is
- 55:16Speaker 4: on this self-destructive path of life. And Tom Segura is
- 55:21Speaker 4: enabling it. They created a vodka line together, even though
- 55:26Speaker 4: he knows that Burt Kreischer has a drinking problem. And, like,
- 55:29Speaker 4: it's no secret. Like, Burt Kreischer even talks about how
- 55:32Speaker 4: he relies on alcohol and he drinks a lot every day.
- 55:36Speaker 4: And it's really bad.
- 55:37Speaker 1: Dude, he looks like he's going to stroke out at
- 55:39Speaker 1: any minute.
- 55:40Speaker 2: 100%.
- 55:40Speaker 4: And Tom Segura just keeps having him on the podcast.
- 55:43Speaker 1: And it seems like Tom Segura also, like, makes... jokes
- 55:46Speaker 1: at his expense as well. Like you can really see
- 55:49Speaker 1: watching his interactions with Christina and also with Bert, like
- 55:52Speaker 1: he's got an actual cruel streak. Like he likes to
- 55:57Speaker 1: poke fun and humiliate them.
- 55:59Speaker 4: Oh, totally. And he thinks that he's right a lot
- 56:02Speaker 4: of the time. Like even with Christina P, there was
- 56:04Speaker 4: an episode of Your Mom's House a couple months before
- 56:07Speaker 4: their divorce announcement where she was talking to some guests
- 56:10Speaker 4: that they had about how terrible it is that Tom
- 56:13Speaker 4: Segura is constantly gone and constantly touring and never home.
- 56:17Speaker 4: And this guest was like, man, that's like borderline abusive
- 56:20Speaker 4: to like your family and your kids. And Tom Segura's
- 56:23Speaker 4: response was, yeah, well, you like your fucking life, Christina?
- 56:26Speaker 4: You better be grateful for it of all of my
- 56:28Speaker 4: touring and stuff because I provide all this money. You
- 56:31Speaker 4: like your fucking life? And there's a lot of YouTubers
- 56:33Speaker 4: that say that this started because Tom Segura got really
- 56:37Speaker 4: into the Andrew Tate spear right yes of thinking this
- 56:41Speaker 4: like toxic they interviewed Andrew Tate they did and he
- 56:44Speaker 4: was very like supportive.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Very effusive yes very much ball washing Andrew Tate and
- 56:51Speaker 1: you could see Christina there going like okay but you
- 56:53Speaker 1: really believe this and Andrew Tate's like yeah my woman
- 56:56Speaker 1: needs to do x y and z for me and
- 56:58Speaker 1: Tom's like absolutely Christina are you listening just take notes
- 57:01Speaker 1: you don't have to say anything just take notes yes
- 57:04Speaker 1: just gross I mean I the good news I think
- 57:07Speaker 1: is that we're finally getting over this manosphere, red pill,
- 57:12Speaker 1: bro Rogan and company stuff that's been going on in
- 57:16Speaker 1: our national consciousness for the last, I don't know, 10 years,
- 57:20Speaker 1: it feels like. And like all of the influence that
- 57:22Speaker 1: Joe Rogan has wielded politically, socially, scientifically, and not all
- 57:28Speaker 1: of it was bad at all. Like a lot of
- 57:31Speaker 1: it was good, but like, I just feel like all
- 57:33Speaker 1: of us are just like, I'm sick of these guys.
- 57:34Speaker 1: They're all disgusting. They're richer than sin. What are they
- 57:37Speaker 1: doing that's charitable? What are they doing that's good? You
- 57:40Speaker 1: can't even honor your women. Bert's been on multiple podcasts
- 57:44Speaker 1: talking about he misses cheating. I wish I could cheat.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Like they're just despicable pieces of shit. And these are
- 57:49Speaker 1: the middle-aged fucking guys we're going to hold up as
- 57:52Speaker 1: some sort of symbol for what guys should aspire to?
- 57:55Speaker 4: No way.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 57:57Speaker 4: No way. And I think that just to conclude this segment,
- 58:00Speaker 4: like it's just interesting how like money and fame can
- 58:05Speaker 4: corrupt people in this way or really show their true
- 58:08Speaker 4: character once they get enough money and power and status
- 58:11Speaker 4: that they feel like they can, you know, take off
- 58:13Speaker 4: the mask or whatever and show us who they actually are.
- 58:16Speaker 4: And it's really unfortunate because so many people I know
- 58:19Speaker 4: look up to these figures and look up to these
- 58:21Speaker 4: comedians and stuff similar to how people look up to
- 58:24Speaker 4: certain celebrities and stuff like that. And we just have
- 58:27Speaker 4: to be able to have honest conversations about the characters
- 58:30Speaker 4: of these people and like how good is their influence
- 58:33Speaker 4: really in the grand scheme of things. And I just,
- 58:37Speaker 4: I don't know. I hate Tom Segura.
- 58:38Speaker 1: I hate Tom Segura. I'm absolutely team Christina P.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Yes.
- 58:42Speaker 1: I'm glad there was no prenup. She deserves half of everything.
- 58:46Speaker 1: And I saw that. The podcast she did discussing the
- 58:49Speaker 1: divorce got twice as many views as the podcast that
- 58:54Speaker 1: Tom did discussing the divorce. And so it looks like
- 58:57Speaker 1: people are rallying for Christina P and she deserves that 100%.
- 59:01Speaker 4: And really the only people that watch anything that Tom
- 59:05Speaker 4: Segura is a part of, same thing with burke kreischer
- 59:07Speaker 4: are the people that are just losers clowning well they're
- 59:10Speaker 4: they're clowning oh oh yeah there's really critiques very few
- 59:13Speaker 4: people that actually like support these dudes anymore.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Who watches them like earnestly honestly Because they're having fun.
- 59:21Speaker 1: I mean, is it even possible to do that? Like
- 59:23Speaker 1: who listens to that?
- 59:24Speaker 4: Nobody. And like I was watching some recaps earlier today
- 59:27Speaker 4: just to get this refreshed in my mind. Like there
- 59:30Speaker 4: was a period of time where like Tom Segura was
- 59:33Speaker 4: actually kind of funny. And it's really unfortunate that like
- 59:35Speaker 4: he went to this from somebody who was kind of
- 59:38Speaker 4: likable and humble and kind of normal or like at
- 59:43Speaker 4: least portraying himself to be normal. And then now he's
- 59:45Speaker 4: just this arrogant, rich, fuck who's like LARPing as a billionaire.
- 59:49Speaker 1: Just another elite. Yes. Who's worthless.
- 59:52Speaker 4: Who wants to act like he's so fucking cool. Like
- 59:54Speaker 4: he's probably got his own fucking bunker that he has
- 59:57Speaker 4: spent money on building.
- 59:58Speaker 1: He's not that rich.
- 59:59Speaker 4: I don't know. Maybe.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: But I just, I'm like, I hate them all.
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: And especially in today's climate when there is so much
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: wealth inequality, I'm like, this is not the look, dude.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: No, it is not.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: At all. Get fucked.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: Absolutely get fucked. I hate, I'm not even going to
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: say what I was going to say because I just
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: said get fucked. And to that end, let's conclude with,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: I think I need a swear jar. I honestly do
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: because it is so, it's so uncool for me to
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: be swearing every other fourth word. And I know that
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: I have been doing it for years, but like, I
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: really just want to stop swearing so much.
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: I do too.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: I know you do, but I mean, I think I'm worse.
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: I was just going to quote Jesus after saying, get fucked.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: I'm not going to do that. But yeah, these people,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: I don't look up to celebrities. I do not care
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: about celebrity culture. I think it is entirely toxic. I
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: think it is bread and circuses. I think it is
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: opiate for the masses. And I think we all need
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: to weigh up.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: And I need to swear less. And on that note, Beatrice,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: is there anything else that we need to say to
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: these beautiful raccoons before we get up on out of here?
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Well, if you love our podcast, please do us a favor.

- 1:01:10Speaker 4: you guys want to hear us talk about, any current
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: events or, like, random shit that you want to hear
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: our opinions on. Let us know in the comments below. And, yeah.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: Yes, we'll be back later to talk Sister Wives. We'll
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: continue to have all kinds of conversations with you. We
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: love just sitting here and talking to you. Until then,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: please do not forget that we have nothing but.
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: Love for you. Peace out.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: Bye. Bye guys.
