A massive recall is underway for nearly 1.6 million dozen eggs from Texas due to possible Salmonella Enteritidis contamination. Produced between June 6 and July 3, these eggs were shipped to stores in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana and carry plant codes P-1950 or 0840962 with Julian dates 157–184. Check your cartons for sell-by dates between July 20 and August 17. If you have them, don’t eat them—return for a full refund.
