- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, my gorgeous people. It is La La Kent. Welcome
- 0:09Speaker 1: to my podcast.
- 0:11Speaker 2: It's good to be here.
- 0:13Speaker 1: We are recording in the afternoon. I prefer mornings.
- 0:19Speaker 3: I would take a morning over this any day.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I usually this is when I start to unwind, not
- 0:25Speaker 1: start the dark the day.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Yeah, it's going to be a very hard podcast for me.
- 0:31Speaker 1: I think it's going to be fun. We just got
- 0:32Speaker 1: back from Vegas. We ended up driving, which that's the
- 0:35Speaker 1: money move for me. I don't know what it is
- 0:38Speaker 1: about flying that gives me so much anxiety, And it
- 0:41Speaker 1: has nothing to do with all the plane crashes that
- 0:43Speaker 1: have been happening.
- 0:44Speaker 2: No, it's just time.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It's the time, and like if you don't leave exactly
- 0:48Speaker 1: when you need to, like there's a chance you could
- 0:50Speaker 1: miss the flight. There's always something that happens to our
- 0:53Speaker 1: family when it comes to flying. So with the drive,
- 0:56Speaker 1: it just seems so much easier because I can pack
- 1:00Speaker 1: as much shit as I want.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Well, that's the one thing I liked. I like just
- 1:04Speaker 3: pulling off when we wanted to. I like having everything
- 1:08Speaker 3: that I need. I can buy more stuff and don't
- 1:10Speaker 3: worry about getting at home. And by the time we
- 1:12Speaker 3: even like left got to Vegas.
- 1:15Speaker 2: You're looking at what four hours and.
- 1:18Speaker 1: A half, but because there was no traffic, we hauled ass.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Honestly, it's three and a half hours going to the airport,
- 1:25Speaker 3: flying getting out of the airport.
- 1:26Speaker 1: So I woke up the morning that we were gonna
- 1:31Speaker 1: leave for Vegas, and I was like, why are we
- 1:34Speaker 1: in such a great mood with no stress? Because anytime
- 1:37Speaker 1: we travel with the two kids, I'm like so on
- 1:40Speaker 1: edge and so high strung. And it was just a breeze,
- 1:44Speaker 1: no traffic. It takes longer to get to Palm Springs.
- 1:47Speaker 2: It feels like yeah. And I was just in the
- 1:50Speaker 2: back watching my show.
- 1:51Speaker 1: It was just busy, relaxing, just relaxing. Guys to do
- 1:56Speaker 1: is relax. Anytime I call him, I'm like, what are
- 1:58Speaker 1: you doing?
- 1:58Speaker 2: No, I'm a great a relax relaxing.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, I suppose to what else? Relaxing, relaxing
- 2:05Speaker 1: and chilling. Before we left for Vegas, my baby Sosa
- 2:10Speaker 1: hit a milestone. Now I spoke about this, I want
- 2:14Speaker 1: to say a week ago, two weeks ago, where it started,
- 2:17Speaker 1: where I compare my kids, where I'm like, hold on.
- 2:21Speaker 1: At this point in time, Ocean had done this like,
- 2:24Speaker 1: is something wrong.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 2:27Speaker 1: But then I was talking to my other mom friends
- 2:29Speaker 1: because I have those now. They were like, no, the
- 2:32Speaker 1: clapping and the waving doesn't need to come into like
- 2:36Speaker 1: I think it's between like nine months and twelve months.
- 2:40Speaker 1: So I'm like, Okay, I'm gonna take the stress off
- 2:43Speaker 1: of myself and the pressure because you guys, when I
- 2:45Speaker 1: tell you, I've been working with her in a pretty
- 2:48Speaker 1: obsessed way, the clapping and waving. Dude, I'm working out
- 2:53Speaker 1: with Jenna and I put soas in the ballpit and
- 2:58Speaker 1: I go hi baby, and she full on waves to me.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Oh full because I've been doing that now every time
- 3:06Speaker 3: I see her, I wave yeah.
- 3:08Speaker 1: And then not but a few hours later, the girl
- 3:11Speaker 1: freaking claps. She's really holy shit, oh damn, not just
- 3:18Speaker 1: one but two gets.
- 3:20Speaker 2: She's she's ahead of her time. She is.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I It literally made me so happy. And now she's
- 3:26Speaker 1: just been clapping up a little storm and waving yeah.
- 3:29Speaker 2: And those little legs are moving.
- 3:31Speaker 1: She can't wait, those little legs are moving. We did
- 3:34Speaker 1: a bonus or that was a Q and A and
- 3:38Speaker 1: I missed this question and I do want to answer it.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Someone wrote in do you ever, wonder what so says
- 3:45Speaker 1: bio dad is like, or wonder what way she is
- 3:48Speaker 1: like him versus you? And I have to be honest, now,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I don't even think of the guy.
- 3:55Speaker 2: I don't even think of the guy doesn't exist, not.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Even a little bit. However, we went to Vegas and
- 4:04Speaker 1: we went with my mom's best friend since junior high
- 4:09Speaker 1: school and her children, who you guys know, Danny Shay
- 4:14Speaker 1: was on vander Pump a few times. Madison is her
- 4:17Speaker 1: younger sister who's six months older than me. So it
- 4:19Speaker 1: was all of her kids, your friends with them, yep,
- 4:21Speaker 1: and all of their kids. So it was three generations
- 4:23Speaker 1: of just.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Like kids and family.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Friendly family units. But they were asking like kind of
- 4:31Speaker 1: the same question. And so I went back and I
- 4:34Speaker 1: looked up the little photos of the donor. There's like
- 4:38Speaker 1: the first I.
- 4:40Speaker 2: How many photos of them did you get?
- 4:41Speaker 1: Only two?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Okay?
- 4:42Speaker 1: And it was the first like toddler photo and then
- 4:45Speaker 1: his first school picture. And I will say, she does
- 4:51Speaker 1: have his ears. What else I want to say? The smile,
- 4:58Speaker 1: the little smile, Okay, the nose I'm still I'm iffy about.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I'm like, she doesn't have my nose and Ocean has
- 5:06Speaker 1: my nose, So I'm like, does she have Gigi's nose
- 5:10Speaker 1: or does she have the donor's nose? But through the
- 5:12Speaker 1: eyes she is through and through.
- 5:15Speaker 2: She's gig in the eyes.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Weird, the weirdest Shiloh, one of the friends, he goes,
- 5:26Speaker 1: when you gave birth, did you feel like you gave
- 5:28Speaker 1: birth to your mamas? Like Shiloh, that is a weird question.
- 5:31Speaker 2: And the answer is yes, I did, shoved out. It
- 5:35Speaker 2: was weird.
- 5:35Speaker 1: It was very weird, and I try not to think
- 5:38Speaker 1: about it too much, but I am happy that I
- 5:40Speaker 1: have a kid that looks like me. Yeah, and like
- 5:43Speaker 1: the family well, because Ocean looks more like uh my
- 5:50Speaker 1: ex through the eyes and she's kind of got those eyebrows,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and then the smile and nose is more our like
- 5:57Speaker 1: our family's side. So yeah, the answer is I don't
- 6:01Speaker 1: think about the guy until I guess this weekend, keep
- 6:06Speaker 1: dive into this. Also great news. I took Lily into
- 6:11Speaker 1: the vet because I told you guys, she had a
- 6:13Speaker 1: stroke a week before I gave birth to Sosa. She's
- 6:16Speaker 1: rough on the feet, but she still got still got spirit.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Yes she do, and that is literally what she sounds
- 6:23Speaker 1: like seven if she's not doing that.
- 6:30Speaker 2: No, yeah, And she's turned into a little fucking cricket too, crying.
- 6:34Speaker 1: But I feel bad because usually when she does it,
- 6:37Speaker 1: it's because she has to go to the bathroom. And
- 6:39Speaker 1: I would be lying if I said she has not
- 6:41Speaker 1: shipped herself before. And then she looks at us like,
- 6:44Speaker 1: you motherfucker should be cleaning up my shit. I was
- 6:46Speaker 1: trying to tell you I needed to go outside. So
- 6:49Speaker 1: she just has a hard time on her feet. But
- 6:51Speaker 1: the breathing, I'm like, I'm worried because she does have
- 6:54Speaker 1: masses on her right and I battle. I'm like, Okay,
- 6:56Speaker 1: if I take her to the vet and she's there
- 6:58Speaker 1: like she's riddled with cancer, I can't.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Put her on No, we would just now know she
- 7:03Speaker 2: is riddled with cans.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Now, quality of life? How do we give her the
- 7:06Speaker 1: best quality of life? Take her in. They do extensive
- 7:11Speaker 1: X rays and extensive blood work. I get a phone
- 7:13Speaker 1: call the night before we leave her vase and they're like,
- 7:16Speaker 1: so your dog's very healthy.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Are we sure we're talking about the right dog.
- 7:21Speaker 1: They're like, she's just old. We're talking about dump. She's
- 7:28Speaker 1: fourteen and a half, has black lab and Golden, which
- 7:31Speaker 1: both of those breeds, especially Golden. Even the vet was like,
- 7:34Speaker 1: I'm thrilled to be making this call because it usually
- 7:37Speaker 1: does not go this way.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I'm thrilled that we got that call.
- 7:40Speaker 3: But I'm glad that even now that she's panting and
- 7:43Speaker 3: annoying me, I at least know she's not in pain.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Which is oh no, she's straight chilling.
- 7:48Speaker 2: No, she's hanging, chilling, annoying the hell out of us,
- 7:51Speaker 2: and we're loving it.
- 7:53Speaker 1: There are times where I'm trying to watch a show
- 7:55Speaker 1: and I'll pause, I'd be like, Lily, shut well, she's just.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Like not even anywhere.
- 8:00Speaker 3: She's not looking at us, She's looking up at the sky,
- 8:02Speaker 3: just doing it, and it's like, what the fuck.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Do you want?
- 8:04Speaker 1: She's kind of blind. So anyway, before all the great
- 8:07Speaker 1: news or after all the great news, between Lily my
- 8:10Speaker 1: child clapping, we go to Vegas. You guys, let me
- 8:15Speaker 1: just tell you so. About four or five years ago
- 8:18Speaker 1: they switched the hard Rock Hotel in Vegas, which, if
- 8:21Speaker 1: you guys remember, the hard Rock is where I performed
- 8:26Speaker 1: in the Tupac Onesie with hoops that I could fit
- 8:31Speaker 1: my arms through. Waste it out of my mind, it
- 8:35Speaker 1: was just not a good series. Okay in the moment,
- 8:37Speaker 1: maybe I didn't know where I was or what I
- 8:39Speaker 1: was doing. But they switched it to Virgin.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's great.
- 8:46Speaker 1: It was phenomenal and they redid so. I got a
- 8:51Speaker 1: suite for myself and my family. Madison stayed with me,
- 8:55Speaker 1: Jamie was in mom's room. Yeah, you got your own room.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Yeah, and it was a sweet yep.
- 9:00Speaker 1: The rest of the Apple and Alps got their own
- 9:02Speaker 1: room in the hotel. If you guys are looking, because
- 9:05Speaker 1: I assume most of the people who listen to my
- 9:07Speaker 1: podcast their parents, Yes, if you want to have like
- 9:13Speaker 1: a Vegas experience, but you also have children, highly highly
- 9:18Speaker 1: ri you.
- 9:19Speaker 3: Don't love the hubbub of the strip and you're looking
- 9:22Speaker 3: for like a nice, fun hotel that's easy to get into,
- 9:25Speaker 3: easy access the Virgin and you're only a.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Mile away from the strip though, and they have cars
- 9:31Speaker 1: take you to the strip. On top of you don't
- 9:34Speaker 1: have to pay for valet. Nope, it's only tips that
- 9:38Speaker 1: they rely on. I really loved it. I was nervous
- 9:42Speaker 1: because we went to Vegas for a baby shower. The
- 9:45Speaker 1: youngest of the Apple and Elp just up Crew is having.
- 9:49Speaker 2: A baby, which is weird.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It's so crazy. I just remember him sitting on our
- 9:54Speaker 1: couch watching Disney.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Channel, drinking eggnog, sneaking.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Snacks before his mom got home to tell them we
- 10:01Speaker 1: couldn't have them.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I know he'd always asked me. I'd be like, fucking you,
- 10:04Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 10:04Speaker 1: No, But I liked it because there also wasn't a
- 10:09Speaker 1: lot of like smoke. Yeah, that was my biggest fear
- 10:12Speaker 1: of taking the kids because you basically like you're in
- 10:15Speaker 1: the room, but you're kind of living in like the
- 10:17Speaker 1: lobby and going to the restaurants and you have to
- 10:20Speaker 1: cross through the casino. You can still gamble there, you
- 10:23Speaker 1: can still do all the bits. Glorilla performed there over
- 10:27Speaker 1: the weekend.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean there was a lot of stuff.
- 10:30Speaker 1: There was a lot of stuff going on, but a
- 10:32Speaker 1: car show stil, there was a car show.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Yeah, they had the like the lowrider show down there.
- 10:37Speaker 2: That's what we were passing all those when we were
- 10:39Speaker 2: on the way.
- 10:40Speaker 1: They were like lowriders that were like pickup trucks, eighteen wheelers, willers.
- 10:47Speaker 3: No, no, just a truck with a trailer, an eighteen wheeler.
- 10:52Speaker 3: What wasn't eighteen wheelers semi truck. Oh that has eighteen wheels,
- 10:58Speaker 3: hence eighteen wheeler moving on.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I cannot breathe anyway. I highly recommend staying at virgin
- 11:04Speaker 1: if you guys want to do Vegas and still have children.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So I was very into doing the Ferris Will as
- 11:12Speaker 1: well because we had some time to kill before the
- 11:16Speaker 1: baby shower. Yes, so Shiloh and I took the Ocean
- 11:20Speaker 1: and his daughter Everley, who's six. Ocean plays so much
- 11:24Speaker 1: better with the older kids.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Yeah, and well I think she's like older.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Yeah she there's just way less drama, way less tattle telling.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Yeah, so we we had time to kill. We did
- 11:38Speaker 1: the Ferris Wheel, which was awesome.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Ocean like, how so do you does that thing ever
- 11:43Speaker 2: stop moving? Or does that thing?
- 11:44Speaker 1: No? No, no, no, it never stops moving like.
- 11:47Speaker 2: You're getting off while it's moving.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like it's like when you go on a
- 11:52Speaker 1: Disney thing.
- 11:54Speaker 2: It doesn't stop.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it just goes way slower like this key thing's
- 11:57Speaker 1: tall ass.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Yeah, that thing I was watching. I was like, is
- 12:00Speaker 2: that thing moving? And I see like the other parts
- 12:02Speaker 2: start coming over a building. I was like, that thing
- 12:04Speaker 2: is moving.
- 12:04Speaker 1: It is moving, and one of them is an open bar,
- 12:08Speaker 1: and I heard people get wasted. They can barely get off.
- 12:13Speaker 1: In fact, when you get off, there's like a net
- 12:15Speaker 1: in case you fall, it catches you.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Maybe just serve less liquor.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Oh no, Apparently they encourage like, drink, drink, drink.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Oh not me.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Oh, I can't imagine be wasted that high in the sky.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Oh, I'm just in that confined room, just hot with
- 12:33Speaker 3: other drunk people.
- 12:34Speaker 2: I vomit.
- 12:35Speaker 1: I thoroughly enjoyed it during the day and we're all
- 12:39Speaker 1: eight of us on the thing.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Oh, that's good.
- 12:41Speaker 1: It was awesome. Ocehan was making tiktoks. Don't ask me
- 12:44Speaker 1: how she knows what a TikTok is, but she does.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Speaking of kids, did you see TikTok? I guess that
- 12:55Speaker 1: Drew Ski did a like a parody type thing that
- 12:59Speaker 1: what it's call the parody.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Yeah of miss Rachel.
- 13:03Speaker 1: No, but and he's like doing it and then it cuts.
- 13:06Speaker 1: It's just the green screen and he goes and like
- 13:08Speaker 1: does blow with like one of the producers and then
- 13:11Speaker 1: like talks about it. He's like, I don't give a
- 13:13Speaker 1: fuck about these kids, and then it like flashes back
- 13:15Speaker 1: to them like dancing pans over to one of the producers,
- 13:19Speaker 1: like smoking a joint and he's doing the ABC's and
- 13:22Speaker 1: a lot of people in the cart section was like, ell,
- 13:25Speaker 1: it's for lawsuit, Like, dude, do you know who Miss
- 13:29Speaker 1: Rachel is? She makes so much money, She's like a
- 13:31Speaker 1: multi millionaire. You buy books, She's now on Netflix.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Can he get sued for doing a parody?
- 13:37Speaker 1: No, you can sue for anything, like Erica Jane says,
- 13:41Speaker 1: we're in the business, you sue, you get sued. Well, what,
- 13:45Speaker 1: it's just what you do.
- 13:45Speaker 2: It's just what you do when you're bored and you
- 13:47Speaker 2: want to just have a little lawsuit. Why not?
- 13:49Speaker 1: I don't know, though, can I tell you? I think
- 13:52Speaker 1: people are just a little too sensitive. I hope that
- 13:54Speaker 1: it's not like, come on, we all love Miss Rachel,
- 13:56Speaker 1: but like, give the parents a laugh. Drewski gave us
- 13:59Speaker 1: a laugh, like we love you, Miss Rachel. But at
- 14:02Speaker 1: the same time, like I can sometimes watching the videos
- 14:05Speaker 1: make me want to relapse. So I'm like, oh my god,
- 14:12Speaker 1: but I don't turn it off because ocean and so well,
- 14:14Speaker 1: so obsessed. She squeals, Miss Rachel has.
- 14:19Speaker 2: These kids in a chokehold.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Yeah, mam Ma.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Good.
- 14:25Speaker 3: I watched I was watching a video and it's a
- 14:27Speaker 3: kid dead asleep and he goes hi, and he goes.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Oh, he was ready, and he's just like looking at
- 14:36Speaker 2: his mom, like, where's Rachel's on again?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Yeah? How did not fall in love with her? You
- 14:41Speaker 1: know her? Her husband is a composer for like Broadway,
- 14:47Speaker 1: and she started it because her son was like delayed
- 14:49Speaker 1: in speech. And honestly, I won't even lie. I put
- 14:52Speaker 1: Miss Rachel on all the time for Ocean and she
- 14:55Speaker 1: speaks incredibly well.
- 14:57Speaker 2: They do like the sign language.
- 15:00Speaker 3: I like how they do like more like I like
- 15:03Speaker 3: how they she's teaching that as well.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Yeah, she has patients that as parents just don't.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yes, that's why we watched Drew Ski exactly.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Tiktoks for the adults and Miss Rachel for the children.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Uh did you see that scientists are bringing back the
- 15:19Speaker 1: dire wolf?
- 15:22Speaker 2: I did not.
- 15:23Speaker 1: You know what a dire wolf is?
- 15:25Speaker 2: Right?
- 15:25Speaker 1: Did you watch Game of Thrones?
- 15:28Speaker 2: No, it's like a giant wolf. Okay, as we're just
- 15:30Speaker 2: bringing it back, but semen, And I'm no.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Scientist, I'm not quite sure. But every time I think
- 15:39Speaker 1: about like replicating, I always go back to that Family
- 15:46Speaker 1: Guy episode where Stewie replicates himself and his body just
- 15:49Speaker 1: like falls apart.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Oh yeah, because he has to make him just a
- 15:52Speaker 3: little dumber.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Well, it's just I don't know why we're doing that
- 15:57Speaker 1: for me, Like it's just the way of the world world, right,
- 16:00Speaker 1: like dinosaurs when it's well that's biggest is I think,
- 16:04Speaker 1: what is at some point going to go extinct? Like
- 16:07Speaker 1: we're not going to be rocking it forever.
- 16:09Speaker 2: But like what is bringing that wolf back going to
- 16:11Speaker 2: do for.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Well, it says this is this is about animal engineering.
- 16:17Speaker 2: It's not about the world. I don't know.
- 16:20Speaker 1: It's like, you guys, are you are we so bored
- 16:22Speaker 1: that we have to just like.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Are there too many deers and this this thing is
- 16:25Speaker 3: going to like help out and like keeping clear down
- 16:28Speaker 3: and killing them or are we just bringing it back
- 16:30Speaker 3: for no reason?
- 16:31Speaker 1: I'm not really sure the point of it. But there
- 16:34Speaker 1: was someone his name is Neil Shubin. He's a professor
- 16:37Speaker 1: at the University of Chicago, and he said, this is
- 16:41Speaker 1: about animal engineering. It's not about resuscitating ancient species. He
- 16:47Speaker 1: then went on to say, do we bring old species back?
- 16:50Speaker 1: The conversation is we're creating new kinds of creatures. We
- 16:53Speaker 1: are modifying creatures in new ways. Should we be doing it.
- 16:56Speaker 1: There's a lot of science here that's potentially very interesting,
- 16:59Speaker 1: but give it and how colossal that's one of the
- 17:03Speaker 1: that's basically he's doing it, he said, we're basically not
- 17:06Speaker 1: having the conversations that should have it. Yeah, and this
- 17:10Speaker 1: is in Rolling Stones that scientists warnedt dire Wolf could
- 17:12Speaker 1: bring unintended consequences.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Now, so it could bring consequences.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Let me tell you, Okay, hear me out. We've spoken
- 17:21Speaker 1: about this before, Deep Blue cy Do you remember when
- 17:25Speaker 1: they took the sharks and tried to do modifications and
- 17:29Speaker 1: use science, and these sharks got so smart that they
- 17:33Speaker 1: started hunting like actual human beings and figuring out a
- 17:39Speaker 1: way to like break through glass sink boats. Like it
- 17:44Speaker 1: kind of got a little scary, and I just think,
- 17:46Speaker 1: let's leave shit alone.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Yeah, they're leaving us alone.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Well, they may not, depending on how smart these people
- 17:55Speaker 1: make the dire Wolf. I mean, did you see Game
- 17:57Speaker 1: of Thrones, They like really messed people up.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:00Speaker 3: I just have a feeling that the human race is
- 18:02Speaker 3: going to be the biggest downfall to the human race.
- 18:06Speaker 1: You don't say, you don't say. Also, did you see
- 18:11Speaker 1: that the Department of Justice released that University of Michigan
- 18:14Speaker 1: coach hacked thousands of intimate images from like people on campus. No, yeah, sick.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Fuck he's going to trial. Obviously. They interviewed one victim
- 18:25Speaker 1: and she was like, I feel so exposed and vulnerable,
- 18:28Speaker 1: Like I didn't know that these images that I have
- 18:33Speaker 1: or had of myself in a protected space would be
- 18:37Speaker 1: tapped into by a coach.
- 18:40Speaker 2: How did he tap into him?
- 18:41Speaker 1: Genius? He's a genius. I won't even know the first
- 18:45Speaker 1: thing of how to get someone's The other day, I
- 18:48Speaker 1: was like, why is my face ID not working? And
- 18:51Speaker 1: I googled and I tried like turning off stolen protection.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Googled again. It was like, try cleaning your camera. So
- 18:57Speaker 1: I did and it worked.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Wow. Who would have thunk?
- 19:01Speaker 1: Who? So I don't ask me how someone does that.
- 19:06Speaker 2: I don't.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I have no idea. I'm just surviving in technology.
- 19:10Speaker 3: I just wake up and hope to God that everything
- 19:13Speaker 3: goes well. Well?
- 19:14Speaker 2: Are you always well?
- 19:17Speaker 1: Speaking of hope everything goes well, did you hear about
- 19:19Speaker 1: that helicopter that went down? Yes, obviously everybody did. Wild
- 19:24Speaker 1: is just sitting there flying literally loses all of its
- 19:28Speaker 1: blades and falls into the Hudson.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Just seeing that, it makes no sense of how that
- 19:33Speaker 2: even could happen.
- 19:34Speaker 1: So the helicopter was owned by New York Helicopter Tours,
- 19:39Speaker 1: but I would I'm curious to know who like manufacture
- 19:44Speaker 1: the actual helicopter. And I won't say why, but I
- 19:47Speaker 1: know of this case going on that involves a helicopter
- 19:52Speaker 1: and someone ended up passing away.
- 19:54Speaker 2: But what's in a surrendous manner.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Yeah, but what's weird is just like, yeah, the manufacturer
- 20:00Speaker 3: the helicopter, but then it was purchased by this you
- 20:03Speaker 3: know tour. It's weird to me how the tail falls
- 20:07Speaker 3: off and then the top blades. To me, that's not
- 20:09Speaker 3: even the manufacturer.
- 20:10Speaker 1: That's like, oh you think someone messed with it.
- 20:13Speaker 3: I'm not even gonna say mess with it, but I
- 20:14Speaker 3: just feel like they didn't like repair it correctly, or
- 20:20Speaker 3: the maintenance on it wasn't done right. There's just something
- 20:24Speaker 3: to me that's weird when a whole tail is falling
- 20:27Speaker 3: off as well as props weren't.
- 20:30Speaker 1: There are some conspiracy theories that the there was a
- 20:33Speaker 1: guy on board who was said to be someone who
- 20:38Speaker 1: was gonna start shaking things up in his industry, and
- 20:41Speaker 1: Mom sent you. It's why I don't know much about
- 20:44Speaker 1: it now because Mom sent you a video and I
- 20:46Speaker 1: was like, make sure Easton gets it. And now it's
- 20:49Speaker 1: been removed, yeah.
- 20:51Speaker 3: The day after because we're knowing too much, and if
- 20:55Speaker 3: we know too much, they.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Take it off.
- 20:57Speaker 3: There's so many things that like I've even sent Mom
- 21:00Speaker 3: and I'm like, I have to show you this, and
- 21:02Speaker 3: she'll be like, it didn't send and I'll try to
- 21:04Speaker 3: find it and I can't find it.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Do you think Easton, let's just say a lot of
- 21:08Speaker 1: these conspiracy theories end up being true, which they actually
- 21:13Speaker 1: there are a few that aren't there in trials right
- 21:17Speaker 1: now where you know p Diddy, the Ariana Grande conspiracy
- 21:24Speaker 1: theory where she's looking very very different, right, and.
- 21:27Speaker 3: We've talked about like she has to go in back
- 21:30Speaker 3: to that place and they can maybe give that memory
- 21:33Speaker 3: back to her.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Right. So, what I'm wondering is with TikTok and Instagram
- 21:42Speaker 1: and I guess Twitter, which is now x or whatever,
- 21:46Speaker 1: do you think that who's ever responsible. Let's say that
- 21:50Speaker 1: these conspiracy theories are true, do you think they're tripping
- 21:55Speaker 1: that people are getting smart for their own good. We're
- 21:59Speaker 1: catching on or do you think there's still enough sheep
- 22:02Speaker 1: left to kind of keep things calm?
- 22:07Speaker 3: Oh, that's a really good question. I think there's enough
- 22:10Speaker 3: sheep that they'll continue to keep doing what they're doing.
- 22:13Speaker 2: But I think it's.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Called Blackstone or black Rock or something like that, which
- 22:17Speaker 3: is a huge corporation, and like, if you look into that,
- 22:20Speaker 3: there's some crazy things.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll put a link up for that one.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Me and Landon look at it all the time because
- 22:26Speaker 3: it's like how crazy they're involved in everything. They're worth trillions, yeah,
- 22:32Speaker 3: and it's just weird. But they're behind a lot of
- 22:34Speaker 3: weird conspiracy things, even with the Palisades fired, Like the
- 22:38Speaker 3: conspiracies around that black Rock is behind it and there,
- 22:42Speaker 3: you know.
- 22:42Speaker 1: There's just a lot of there's some that I think
- 22:44Speaker 1: are so far fetched, But then I wonder, I'm like, wait,
- 22:49Speaker 1: is someone planting the ones that are super far fetched
- 22:51Speaker 1: to make conspiracy theorists look super crazy, so that even
- 22:55Speaker 1: the ones that they're spot on with, they're like, wait,
- 22:57Speaker 1: you've got me, you've got me. Oh wait, now you
- 23:00Speaker 1: talk and you have care on an island like creating
- 23:03Speaker 1: music together, you kind of lost well, you know, Okay,
- 23:07Speaker 1: So back to the helicopter. New York Helicopters is the
- 23:10Speaker 1: one that manufactured the plane, and the New York Times
- 23:13Speaker 1: interviewed like the CEO or whatever of New York Helicopters
- 23:17Speaker 1: and he's like, we don't know what went wrong.
- 23:19Speaker 2: It's like, but that's the thing.
- 23:21Speaker 3: You can't You sold a great helicopter and you're like,
- 23:23Speaker 3: all right, you purchased it, maintenance is now up to you.
- 23:27Speaker 1: But Easton, I feel like that's on what planet? Do
- 23:30Speaker 1: you hear about a maintenance issue resulting in the whole
- 23:34Speaker 1: helicopter falling apart? Tell me it seems like you're missing
- 23:37Speaker 1: some studs and bolts.
- 23:38Speaker 2: I would like to know how many how.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Many tours it did before that happened.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Yeah, was it its first tour? Or has that thing
- 23:44Speaker 3: been in their fleet for five years? It seems sus
- 23:48Speaker 3: It just seems weird. Yeah, blades to not be on
- 23:51Speaker 3: there's maintenance that. I'm like, you know, maybe you guys
- 23:54Speaker 3: didn't do something.
- 23:55Speaker 1: I mean, I've heard that people do, like when they're
- 23:59Speaker 1: trying to mess with somebody, they like, unscrew the lug
- 24:04Speaker 1: nuts or whatever on tires.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, cut their people cut their brake lines.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it's seeming like that, but in an aircraft.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Let's move on to something a little lighter, which is
- 24:20Speaker 1: what's more lighter than freaking white lotus?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Right? Oh beautiful?
- 24:27Speaker 1: So SNL did a white Lotus parody?
- 24:30Speaker 2: Did you see it?
- 24:31Speaker 1: I watched the clip.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Did you like it?
- 24:34Speaker 1: I kind of thought it was really funny. Did you
- 24:37Speaker 1: watch it? I just watched called White Lotus. If you
- 24:40Speaker 1: guys haven't seen it, you can obviously look it up
- 24:42Speaker 1: on the peacock app.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Yeah, but no, I thought it was I thought it
- 24:45Speaker 2: was funny. Who was upset?
- 24:48Speaker 1: Amy lay would did? So you saw like what she
- 24:52Speaker 1: was upset about?
- 24:54Speaker 2: No, I just saw that she was upset.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Well, John Ham makes like a little bit of an
- 24:58Speaker 1: appearance on the yacht and he plays RFK Junior and
- 25:03Speaker 1: they're talking about how they're gonna take floride out of
- 25:05Speaker 1: the water and he's going through it in his mind
- 25:07Speaker 1: like what will that do to people's teeth? And she's like, uh, flora,
- 25:14Speaker 1: I'd for teeth? What's that day or whatever? They just
- 25:17Speaker 1: like made a dig, but it was like about hygiene
- 25:19Speaker 1: I guess, and she said I did find the SNL
- 25:23Speaker 1: thing mean and not funny, such a shame because I
- 25:26Speaker 1: had such a great time watching it a couple of
- 25:28Speaker 1: weeks ago. Yes, take the piss, for sure, that's what
- 25:31Speaker 1: SNL is about, but there must be a clever, more nuanced,
- 25:34Speaker 1: less cheap way. And then SNL apologized, I truly don't
- 25:41Speaker 1: know how I feel about this because I try to
- 25:42Speaker 1: put the shoe on the other foot, and if someone
- 25:44Speaker 1: made fun of me like that, I would feel extremely
- 25:46Speaker 1: hurt and I would be like, come on, that's like such.
- 25:49Speaker 2: A like she's like cheap, yeah, like you can come
- 25:53Speaker 2: up with it.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Not clever at all, it's just rude. But at the
- 25:56Speaker 1: same time, I feel like everyone's getting so sensitive.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I think people just need to be
- 26:04Speaker 3: able to take a joke. Like she could have just
- 26:05Speaker 3: been like, yeah, that was funny and moved on.
- 26:07Speaker 2: And I don't know.
- 26:08Speaker 1: But again, it's about her appearance, so we always talk
- 26:11Speaker 1: about how we don't like that, so it's just again nuance.
- 26:14Speaker 1: She used the word there's got to be a more
- 26:16Speaker 1: nuanced way. I thought the whole bit was absolutely hysterical.
- 26:20Speaker 1: I thought it was great and maybe I'm like, it's
- 26:22Speaker 1: all good girl, because I'm obsessed with her. I'm like,
- 26:25Speaker 1: how could anyone knock you down? But I saw an
- 26:29Speaker 1: interview that she thought HBO would not hire her for
- 26:32Speaker 1: White Lotus because she's ugly and that's her word. I'm
- 26:37Speaker 1: doing quotes air quotes. Yeah, that I did not think
- 26:40Speaker 1: they would hire.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Me because and what's so crazy is when I saw her,
- 26:43Speaker 3: I was like, how I loved her because she was
- 26:45Speaker 3: so like authentic looking on the screen.
- 26:47Speaker 2: I was like, I love looking at you. I just
- 26:50Speaker 2: love it.
- 26:50Speaker 1: She like stole my heart. When I say I could
- 26:52Speaker 1: not eat, drink sleep after that finale. It devastated me
- 26:59Speaker 1: to my core. Yeah, and I did not see it coming.
- 27:03Speaker 3: No, they really have a good way of just like
- 27:05Speaker 3: throwing way out of left field, Like I could have
- 27:09Speaker 3: never thought that.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Well, can I tell you what it's about. I don't
- 27:13Speaker 1: know about you guys who also watch, But when you
- 27:16Speaker 1: see the first episode of White Lotus, and you always
- 27:21Speaker 1: see the body and you know either water it's been
- 27:25Speaker 1: at water. Actually I think all three times, but I
- 27:30Speaker 1: always fixate on who's the killer rather than who's dead. Yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 1: I did not even go there for season three of like,
- 27:37Speaker 1: I just immediately said, this is who I think the
- 27:40Speaker 1: killer is. I didn't think about who died.
- 27:43Speaker 2: No, is that weird? Yeah?
- 27:48Speaker 1: Are you joking? Easton? It's truly offensive.
- 27:52Speaker 2: It really is a I watched it again.
- 27:55Speaker 1: You've been My best friend. Madison, who literally does not
- 27:58Speaker 1: watch TV, watched it whitead.
- 28:00Speaker 2: No, it really is good.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I'll tune into Night White Lotus and then I would
- 28:05Speaker 1: rewatch Game of Thrones with you.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Let's do that. I would be down phenomenal. Okay, are you.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Seeing the new AI like Barbie?
- 28:16Speaker 2: Yes, thing going around that everybody's posting of themselves.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Yeah, did you see ours?
- 28:21Speaker 2: No?
- 28:21Speaker 1: Okay, just wait, Oh god, I'm gonna show. You're gonna die.
- 28:25Speaker 1: But Lebron James has become the first male athlete to
- 28:28Speaker 1: have a Ken doll. The doll feature are we clappy?
- 28:32Speaker 2: No, that's dope. I think that's way cool.
- 28:34Speaker 3: And everything behind it, like the uh he got, like
- 28:37Speaker 3: the I promised wristband.
- 28:38Speaker 2: There's like a lot of cool things that come with it,
- 28:40Speaker 2: he says.
- 28:40Speaker 1: The doll features the Los Angeles Lakers basketball player in
- 28:43Speaker 1: his pregame fashion and reflects his height. It's an inch
- 28:47Speaker 1: taller than the standard Ken doll. Hot. Come on, Barbie,
- 28:52Speaker 1: are you kidding me? Do you know what I would
- 28:53Speaker 1: have given back in the day?
- 28:56Speaker 2: Have a Kobe doll?
- 28:57Speaker 1: Oh my god, let's not get it. Let's started. Don't
- 29:02Speaker 1: get me started. It includes an Ohio patch because isn't
- 29:07Speaker 1: that where he's from? Okay, and a crown patch on
- 29:11Speaker 1: one sleeve in the number twenty three his basketball jersey
- 29:14Speaker 1: number on the other, and on the back it says
- 29:16Speaker 1: Lebron boldly printed, along with the phrase just a kid
- 29:20Speaker 1: from Akron. That is adorable.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it's it's a cool doll.
- 29:24Speaker 3: And I mean what people are saying is if you
- 29:26Speaker 3: can get your hands on when they're going to be
- 29:27Speaker 3: a collector. Well, shit, look it up, dude, I already did,
- 29:31Speaker 3: trust me already I looked.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Yeah. They were sixty bucks brand new, and right you
- 29:36Speaker 2: buy one. They were sold out.
- 29:38Speaker 1: Oh okay, that's fine.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Yeah, and now on stock X like they're selling for
- 29:42Speaker 2: one sixty buy it. Okay, I'll buy it today.
- 29:47Speaker 1: All right. Under the jacket, the doll wears a shirt
- 29:50Speaker 1: that reads we are Family, a nod to the Stars Foundation.
- 29:53Speaker 1: The doll includes accessories like a basketball, headphones, and sneakers.
- 29:58Speaker 1: You guys, this doll sounds what hot.
- 30:03Speaker 2: It's a cool doll.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I think we need to get it for ocean, But
- 30:05Speaker 1: then you got to keep it in original.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Package to open it. Then you might as well just
- 30:09Speaker 2: not buy it.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Yeah, And I remember Mom would buy Collector barbies and
- 30:14Speaker 1: I'd go in her closet and just stare at them
- 30:16Speaker 1: how badly I wanted to open them.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Yep.
- 30:18Speaker 1: And where do you think they are?
- 30:19Speaker 3: Now?
- 30:20Speaker 2: In a storage unit still shut.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I don't even know where they are.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Yep. Aren't you glad that you got to have so
- 30:25Speaker 2: much fun with someone?
- 30:25Speaker 1: I wish I would have. I wish I would have
- 30:27Speaker 1: been able to. But then I look back on my
- 30:29Speaker 1: Spice Girl barbies and I'm like, dang it, I should
- 30:31Speaker 1: have left them in the box.
- 30:32Speaker 2: You always won't what you can't have.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Okay, are you ready to see Easton? You're gonna die.
- 30:41Speaker 1: So basically what you do is you send you just
- 30:46Speaker 1: like send, you put photos.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Of yourself in it, right, and then it just generates.
- 30:52Speaker 1: So let me show you. Okay, so this is the
- 30:57Speaker 1: photo that we sent him you. Oh boy, So we
- 31:03Speaker 1: submitted the photo Easton and then you kind of have
- 31:05Speaker 1: to like tell it what to do right, like what
- 31:07Speaker 1: to add the accessories? So here's yours. Oh my gosh,
- 31:15Speaker 1: you've got a pit bull.
- 31:16Speaker 2: I've got a pit bull.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Some carkis right, car keys, Yeah.
- 31:21Speaker 2: I kind of like it. I kind of want that doll.
- 31:25Speaker 1: It's a good one, by the way, though. Love the nikes.
- 31:28Speaker 1: I think I have those.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Jordan's. Yeah, those, I like that whole outfit.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Now, I got a few, and I can't tell which
- 31:33Speaker 1: one I like the most. So here's mine, host of
- 31:37Speaker 1: give them la la. I also have Jordan ones on
- 31:40Speaker 1: love it. But then I have ones with Ocean. I
- 31:44Speaker 1: have a breast pump, a chic bag. Here's me an ocean,
- 31:50Speaker 1: and we both have babies.
- 31:52Speaker 2: I love that I wish.
- 31:55Speaker 1: And then here's the final one. Some of the ones
- 31:58Speaker 1: that I've seen, they look IDENTI cold to the people
- 32:01Speaker 1: I have, And you know what, these probably look identical
- 32:04Speaker 1: to me, just depending on when I've been injected and
- 32:07Speaker 1: who's injected me. I wear many faces depending on who's
- 32:13Speaker 1: holding the needle. Oh there was this woman who was like,
- 32:19Speaker 1: I did a TikTok because I'm active on TikTok now,
- 32:22Speaker 1: sort of love it. And when I say I'm new here,
- 32:26Speaker 1: I was sending someone my videos to post on TikTok
- 32:30Speaker 1: because I don't I didn't know how to do it,
- 32:33Speaker 1: so now like I'm personally doing it. So I did
- 32:35Speaker 1: this one about sleep and it was morning, so I
- 32:38Speaker 1: was extremely swollen because that's just what happens to me.
- 32:43Speaker 1: My lips are so big, and I was looking at
- 32:45Speaker 1: them and I was like, damn, I love how banking
- 32:47Speaker 1: look like I'm trying to go. I'm trying to go
- 32:50Speaker 1: get them injected. There was one comment the comment section
- 32:53Speaker 1: on TikTok is harsh.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Dude, No, they're violent in there.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I feel way better about myself when I'm
- 32:58Speaker 1: on Instagram, which is I'm saying something. I'm like, take
- 33:01Speaker 1: you back to the gram with all the grandmas. They're kind.
- 33:06Speaker 1: But this old woman actually she was older. It was
- 33:09Speaker 1: like stop. I was confused why she was even there,
- 33:11Speaker 1: Like how, yeah, how do you even know what TikTok is? Graham?
- 33:14Speaker 1: She said, you need to stop touch your lips, okay,
- 33:18Speaker 1: and like everyone started getting into it. That's my favorite
- 33:20Speaker 1: part is when one person says something and then.
- 33:22Speaker 3: And then they're all arguing with each other about what
- 33:25Speaker 3: you're doing, and You're like I'm not even here right now,
- 33:28Speaker 3: what the hell?
- 33:29Speaker 1: But I wanted to say life is so silly while
- 33:33Speaker 1: you're telling me to stop injecting, I'd like to tell
- 33:36Speaker 1: you to start. And then I was like, that's rude.
- 33:38Speaker 1: I'm not going to say it.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Yep. Then your backlash is ten times heavier.
- 33:41Speaker 1: I know they can say whatever they want, but we
- 33:44Speaker 1: can't say shit. It's very intense.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Bite those lips.
- 33:48Speaker 1: How do you feel about Coachella?
- 33:52Speaker 2: I don't feel like I until I feel about Cochilla
- 33:56Speaker 2: right there. Ya on.
- 33:57Speaker 3: I don't think I'm missing out on anything, and I
- 33:59Speaker 3: feel like it's like the new cool thing to do
- 34:01Speaker 3: for everyone.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Is to like show how miserable Coachella is.
- 34:06Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I never see like videos of like the
- 34:12Speaker 3: music anymore, like people walking cute.
- 34:15Speaker 2: At each other. It's like two hours for the fucking bathroom,
- 34:18Speaker 2: and it's like you knew what you were getting into.
- 34:20Speaker 2: You knew well.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Kylie Jenner attended with Timoshy, with Timothy Shalome. They were
- 34:32Speaker 1: like all over each other. Whatever. Charlie XCX, you guys,
- 34:36Speaker 1: the amount of times that I talk about her and
- 34:38Speaker 1: call her Charlie.
- 34:39Speaker 3: Sex, Charlie sex should be it I saw her performance,
- 34:44Speaker 3: might as well be Charlie Sex.
- 34:47Speaker 1: She's really not my type of person, but it just
- 34:53Speaker 1: does not you know. I went last year after not
- 34:56Speaker 1: going to a music festival in so many years, and
- 34:59Speaker 1: I went fully pregnant, and I will say I had
- 35:01Speaker 1: a really good time. But if you were to say,
- 35:04Speaker 1: if you didn't go, would you feel like you were
- 35:06Speaker 1: Did you have such a great time that you feel
- 35:09Speaker 1: like you would have missed out if you hadn't gone. No,
- 35:13Speaker 1: and it was a really great time. But I also
- 35:15Speaker 1: could have said, like, but I could have stayed home.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Yeah, Like it was take it or leave it for me, right.
- 35:21Speaker 1: There are certain moments that I'm like, oh my god,
- 35:23Speaker 1: I had the best time. That was amazing. This was great.
- 35:26Speaker 1: If I wouldn't have gone, that would have been great too.
- 35:29Speaker 1: But Lady Gaga did a two hour performance.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Damn. You can't go wrong with Lady GGA.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Everyone loves her. She's like insanely talented. Benson Boone had
- 35:41Speaker 1: a surprise cover with Queen guitarist Brian May.
- 35:46Speaker 2: Oh Yeah, and it was.
- 35:47Speaker 1: A cover of Bohemian Bohemian rap. This nows and me
- 35:54Speaker 1: be way too aware of how I sound Bohemian rap
- 35:57Speaker 1: City be nicely done. No one reacted.
- 36:03Speaker 2: I would have well, that would have been just ea.
- 36:06Speaker 1: The crowd just sat there. So people are like, maybe
- 36:08Speaker 1: they don't know who this is. I don't know. It's
- 36:12Speaker 1: it doesn't it doesn't look fun.
- 36:15Speaker 3: And that's how like it's people are going to like
- 36:18Speaker 3: not have fun.
- 36:19Speaker 2: Now it seems like.
- 36:20Speaker 1: It just isn't what it used to be. I don't think.
- 36:23Speaker 1: And it's and it's not because I'm not drinking anymore.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Like I just truly feel like the spirit of it
- 36:30Speaker 1: is no longer there.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Like I said, you didn't see anybody complaining about their tents,
- 36:35Speaker 3: the heat or anything like that. They were at Coachella
- 36:38Speaker 3: and you just saw them having fun, dancing like girls,
- 36:41Speaker 3: like walking with all their friends, like waving like a
- 36:44Speaker 3: thing with the art in the back, you know, like
- 36:46Speaker 3: there were those videos and that's when I was like dancing.
- 36:48Speaker 1: I want to feel very content driven.
- 36:52Speaker 3: Now Now it's like how people are like twenty dollars
- 36:56Speaker 3: for this shitty sandwich.
- 36:58Speaker 2: It's like, what do you knew? You you knew?
- 37:02Speaker 3: Just eat the sandwich that cost you twenty bucks, don't
- 37:04Speaker 3: say anything. Everybody help had to pay the same We
- 37:07Speaker 3: all know you know what you got into, eat the sandwich,
- 37:10Speaker 3: and then go make good content about having fun. Because
- 37:13Speaker 3: all the content about Coachella now today depression.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I saw a lot of people talk like doing the
- 37:19Speaker 1: whole bit of how much fun they're having. But for me,
- 37:22Speaker 1: because I kind of know how this works. Fun fun, fun,
- 37:26Speaker 1: fun fun while filming.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Post and then sit in the corner.
- 37:31Speaker 1: Yes, and that's why I feel like it's just it's
- 37:34Speaker 1: like a bit now.
- 37:35Speaker 2: Yes.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Whereas when I would go with my friends, we were
- 37:39Speaker 1: lucky to get a picture. Everyone else was getting content
- 37:44Speaker 1: for us, and then they would send it be like,
- 37:46Speaker 1: here you go, here's a picture of that we got
- 37:48Speaker 1: of you girls at you know, Coachella, and it's like, oh,
- 37:51Speaker 1: thank god, we have this memory. That's so cute. But
- 37:53Speaker 1: we were so in the moment. It doesn't seem like
- 37:55Speaker 1: anyone's in the moment anymore.
- 37:58Speaker 2: I think that you just nailed it.
- 38:00Speaker 1: It makes me really sad. In fact, Hayley Bieber and
- 38:05Speaker 1: Justin Bieber just said that they will no longer be
- 38:07Speaker 1: attending Coachella. They just don't feel like it's for them anymore.
- 38:11Speaker 1: And maybe it's because of where they're at in life.
- 38:14Speaker 1: But I can't say that.
- 38:16Speaker 3: I just feel like Coachella is kind of just going
- 38:19Speaker 3: down that route right now.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and then Bernie Sanders made an appearance. He introduced Clara,
- 38:26Speaker 1: which I don't know who that is, but he basically
- 38:28Speaker 1: like urged people to fight for justice, respect it wholeheartedly.
- 38:35Speaker 1: And it's probably an unpopular opinion. I'm like, can we
- 38:38Speaker 1: just save this one weekend to not be about politics
- 38:43Speaker 1: and what's going on in the world. Everyone needs a
- 38:46Speaker 1: moment to just have fun, break away, and I hope
- 38:52Speaker 1: that that doesn't come off the wrong way. But I
- 38:54Speaker 1: was talking to a friend and she was like, do
- 38:56Speaker 1: you ever feel that it's unnatural that human beings are
- 39:03Speaker 1: not equipped to handle what's going on at every single
- 39:09Speaker 1: moment in time all over the world. And I'm like, well,
- 39:13Speaker 1: that's why we're all including me in Constant Hysteria twenty
- 39:17Speaker 1: four to seven. Because it's a helicopter clash, it's two
- 39:21Speaker 1: planes clydie, it's a war that's broken out. It's well
- 39:25Speaker 1: where toddlers in a car accident and dies. It's a
- 39:28Speaker 1: shooting the twelfth of the day that he's just heard about.
- 39:32Speaker 1: It's devastating, and so.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Well, we're desensitized now where everybody is just desensitized. And
- 39:39Speaker 3: there's a comedian who I absolutely love, Dave Chappelle, and
- 39:43Speaker 3: he talks about pretty much just that, and he was like,
- 39:45Speaker 3: you know, back in the day, you heard something that
- 39:48Speaker 3: was close to you right in the newspaper and it
- 39:51Speaker 3: was like, oh, that's something crazy. Now with technology, it's
- 39:54Speaker 3: like you see a crash in New York, you see
- 39:57Speaker 3: something in another whole different country over in Dubai. You
- 40:00Speaker 3: see that they're creating rain and it's like or a
- 40:03Speaker 3: shooting anything like that. So it's like, how can you
- 40:05Speaker 3: give a crap about something when.
- 40:09Speaker 2: You know everything? Right?
- 40:11Speaker 3: So it's like I can't care about a helicopter crash,
- 40:15Speaker 3: like this poor family, they're gonna be tomorrow's news with
- 40:17Speaker 3: another helicopter crash somewhere else in the world. And that's
- 40:20Speaker 3: where you just can't even carry It's just hard to
- 40:23Speaker 3: be sensitive to things because it's like it's I know
- 40:27Speaker 3: all of it now.
- 40:28Speaker 2: It's like plane.
- 40:29Speaker 3: Crashes are gonna happen. I already know there's probably gonna
- 40:32Speaker 3: be one this week. Sensitized and so it's like you
- 40:35Speaker 3: can't care about anything when you know.
- 40:37Speaker 2: About everything.
- 40:39Speaker 1: That's so true. Wow.
- 40:40Speaker 2: And he's the one who said it.
- 40:41Speaker 3: He was like, you just can't care about anything anymore
- 40:44Speaker 3: because you know about everything.
- 40:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:46Speaker 1: You know, Bernie Sanders had when he was running for president,
- 40:48Speaker 1: had his little hub in West Hollywood and it was
- 40:52Speaker 1: on the corner of where the shot.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Yeah, in that diner.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that's exactly right. Yeah, you know, I love me
- 41:03Speaker 1: some fucking Bernie Sanders. I'm sorry that called for the
- 41:06Speaker 1: F word.
- 41:07Speaker 2: I'll take it.
- 41:07Speaker 1: And I'm like, Bernie, can we just like maybe just
- 41:09Speaker 1: take a load off for just a minute, just like
- 41:12Speaker 1: take a load off.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Yeah, just come out and be Bernie, just come up.
- 41:15Speaker 2: Well he was Bernie, Oh, don't be too much, Bernie.
- 41:20Speaker 1: And can I tell you Kylie looked very understated. I'm
- 41:22Speaker 1: so into her vibe right now. Just like a little hat,
- 41:24Speaker 1: white T shirt.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Right with some jeans on. Yeah. She yeah. I think
- 41:29Speaker 2: she just is very happy. It seems like cove it
- 41:32Speaker 2: for her.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Also, something incredible that happened today what U Blue Origin said,
- 41:39Speaker 1: it's rocket up with Katy Perry, Gail King, and Jeff
- 41:42Speaker 1: Bezos fiance Lauren Sanchez. Took him like eight minutes to
- 41:47Speaker 1: get up there. The eight minute flight traveled more than
- 41:49Speaker 1: sixty two miles into the atmosphere past the Carman Line,
- 41:53Speaker 1: which per Blue Origin, is the internationally recognized boundary of space.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Katy Perry said it was like the highest high that
- 42:03Speaker 1: she's ever felt. Obviously, I want to do it like
- 42:07Speaker 1: it's the highest high.
- 42:10Speaker 3: You don't say, miss Perry, you don't say no, but like,
- 42:14Speaker 3: literally no, literally it's the highest high.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right, that's absolutely correct, and it is surrendered
- 42:21Speaker 1: to the unknown. Trust I could. I couldn't recommend this
- 42:24Speaker 1: experience more.
- 42:25Speaker 2: How much does it cost?
- 42:26Speaker 3: Just like a cool five hundred thousand? Fuck, let me
- 42:28Speaker 3: get my check book out, fucking bitches.
- 42:31Speaker 1: And she said she will one be writing a song
- 42:33Speaker 1: about it. Is it gonna go? Because I went to space? She?
- 42:38Speaker 1: I love her music, but she's always right on the nose,
- 42:41Speaker 1: you know, Like her wedding song was like I've never
- 42:43Speaker 1: won white. Yeah, and I'm standing here tonight like oh yeah, night.
- 42:49Speaker 2: And me and my husband and I hope we don't fight. Yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what you get for Vegas. Like it's literally
- 42:59Speaker 1: verbatim exactly, like there's do.
- 43:03Speaker 2: You feel like a plastic bag? Is that her?
- 43:07Speaker 1: Wow? That's pretty deep though, because I often feel like
- 43:10Speaker 1: a plastic bag just getting through the wind. Oh and
- 43:16Speaker 1: that has a lot of meaning. A plastic bag blowing
- 43:19Speaker 1: through the wind hoping to start again recycle.
- 43:23Speaker 3: Yeah, she really does go really deep, doesn't.
- 43:26Speaker 1: She also looking like her mind is being wiped clean?
- 43:32Speaker 2: Right we all are? I think no one's even talking
- 43:36Speaker 2: to me, and I'm like, there's severance? Is really here?
- 43:42Speaker 3: Yeah, terrific, it's like you made this show because I
- 43:46Speaker 3: that's true.
- 43:47Speaker 1: But before I do signe off those speaking of space,
- 43:49Speaker 1: if someone gave you the opportunity, would you go.
- 43:53Speaker 3: I let me put it this way, I would love to.
- 43:56Speaker 3: I would need a lot of dramamine.
- 44:00Speaker 2: You're very sick, and I think i'd throw up.
- 44:04Speaker 1: I would have to see the rocket ship first, like what, like,
- 44:08Speaker 1: what are we talking? How big is this? Because I
- 44:10Speaker 1: get claustrophobic there.
- 44:11Speaker 3: It is like that the ocean gate the little submarine
- 44:14Speaker 3: when they went down.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Even if that thing came back up, I was like, claustrophobic,
- 44:19Speaker 2: I'm dead in there. Anyway, No, I would win at
- 44:21Speaker 2: the time.
- 44:22Speaker 1: I think I'd give a hard pass. I'm sorry, I
- 44:24Speaker 1: just don't need to see what's up there. I can
- 44:26Speaker 1: look it up or down there or down there. I
- 44:29Speaker 1: don't need to go up or down. I'm I'm fine
- 44:31Speaker 1: here in the middle.
- 44:33Speaker 3: We're fine at about you know, a couple three hundred
- 44:36Speaker 3: feet above sea level.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't need to defy gravity. I'm perfectly happy
- 44:40Speaker 1: with it.
- 44:41Speaker 2: I said to be here exactly.
- 44:45Speaker 1: What's that? What's that movie?
- 44:47Speaker 2: Though?
- 44:47Speaker 1: Real quick before we set off where she's like, oh,
- 44:50Speaker 1: it's Phoebe from Friends where he talks about gravity. She's like,
- 44:54Speaker 1: I don't really feel like I'm being pulled down as
- 44:56Speaker 1: much as I'm being pushed.
- 45:00Speaker 2: That's wow. I do too. I don't feel like I'm
- 45:02Speaker 2: being pulled. I feel like somebody just pushing medway we
- 45:05Speaker 2: all do.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Welcome to humanity these days, you guys. On that note,
- 45:09Speaker 1: I hope that you have an epic rest of the week.
- 45:11Speaker 1: It is hump day. Just two more sleeps until Friday.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Enjoy Frye. It's Friya. Thank you for listening to another episode,
- 45:22Speaker 1: and we will catch you Monday for the bonus and
- 45:23Speaker 1: we will catch you for a regular episode on Wednesday.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Catch you next week. Bye.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Na.
