- 1:54Speaker 5: Yeah, all my friends pick up when they're working out,
- 1:56Speaker 5: so they could let you know that. They were like, hello,
- 2:00Speaker 5: your back, Ryan, got that real bad. I'd been like,
- 2:02Speaker 5: you didn't even have to pick the phone up. You know,
- 2:04Speaker 5: you knew you was running.
- 2:05Speaker 4: But okay, yeah, how.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Was your run? Was good?
- 2:08Speaker 4: You went allowed?
- 2:09Speaker 1: I saw your thing and your story. Yeah with four
- 2:12Speaker 1: mile four four miles okay for four mile run, it
- 2:15Speaker 1: was really five. I didn't count the first half where
- 2:17Speaker 1: I was trying to figure out the map.
- 2:19Speaker 5: Yeah, how did you figure how did you map out
- 2:21Speaker 5: your route? Because I was like, oh, Jack, don't go
- 2:24Speaker 5: over there, you know, like one more block that's.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 4: It was like I was just watching, I'm like, where
- 2:31Speaker 4: is he going?
- 2:32Speaker 1: Well? Yeah, the app, the app gives you the You
- 2:35Speaker 1: put in how how far you want to go in?
- 2:38Speaker 1: The app puts out your sets the map for you. Okay,
- 2:42Speaker 1: so wherever you start is where it's gonna end you.
- 2:45Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Yeah, but they don't think about where you're going to.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Think about where you're going into. It had me going
- 2:50Speaker 1: through some all I made some it was some detours.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I was like, nah, I ain't going that. Yeah, keep
- 2:55Speaker 1: going up and then you know, get back on the track.

- 3:15Speaker 5: Seeing is that just running past your out? Oh I
- 3:21Speaker 5: am here for the run journeys and I'm not enjoying it.
- 3:23Speaker 1: It was fun, man, It's really it's been a little
- 3:26Speaker 1: very therapeutic for me. You don't know how much stuff
- 3:28Speaker 1: you can think about when you Yeah, you think about
- 3:31Speaker 1: everything because ain't nothing else to do but think and run.
- 3:33Speaker 1: And then once you're out there, you're out there, so
- 3:35Speaker 1: you got to get home.
- 3:36Speaker 3: That's the thing I want to ask what the people
- 3:38Speaker 3: that run along?
- 3:39Speaker 1: This is what's on your mind? Everything? Bro, it's therapy.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It's literally clinically proven that it's therapy. You can think
- 3:46Speaker 1: about everything. You think about everything, everything, you can think
- 3:50Speaker 1: of problems, what you need to do when you get back.
- 3:53Speaker 2: How you gonna I don't want to think about my everything.
- 3:56Speaker 2: I probably stopped, like, damn, my life a baby.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Ain't thinking about nothing but staying alive. Stand alive, Lord,
- 4:04Speaker 4: if you give me one more breath. Running in therapeutic. Okay,
- 4:11Speaker 4: I'm not to tap in y'all.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Gona.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Hey, I know I'm on the journey.

- 5:46Speaker 1: The food not exactly all i'd be mad is hell, Yes,
- 5:50Speaker 1: I wasted my good meal on this. It's gotta be good.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I want them to be worth it.
- 5:56Speaker 5: I mean Chicago so and it's such a sad time
- 5:58Speaker 5: to be on a clean and trying to change my
- 6:01Speaker 5: life because I feel like soul food in Chicago is
- 6:04Speaker 5: up right now. It is between soul, prime soul vibes, cleo, like,
- 6:08Speaker 5: we got some good going on.
- 6:11Speaker 4: So y'all pray for me.
- 6:12Speaker 1: What said southern? It's called southern.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Andh yeah, I haven't tried them yet.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Oh fire Southern? Oh man? What yeah? Yeah?
- 6:21Speaker 3: Like that I had, I was like, all right, y'all
- 6:23Speaker 3: own the something. And it's a beautiful space too.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Yeah, soul food is up in Chicago.
- 6:27Speaker 3: We're doing our thing, all right, man, let's get to this.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Everybody's feeling it.
- 6:33Speaker 2: It's unfortunate Reverend Jesse Jackson has passed away at age
- 6:37Speaker 2: eighty four. This is a person that you know, I
- 6:40Speaker 2: always got to kick out of it anytime I met him,
- 6:43Speaker 2: because I was like, yo, you steading the said doctor King,
- 6:47Speaker 2: just a that's a real It was a real life
- 6:50Speaker 2: piece of history walking around. Yes, So I always was
- 6:53Speaker 2: really excited when I got a chance to even shake
- 6:55Speaker 2: his hands see him, like, Yo, that's Jesse, Like that's real.
- 7:00Speaker 2: He's seen it, he's seen our struggle, he spoke to it.
- 7:04Speaker 2: An amazing black man and he's got an amazing family.
- 7:08Speaker 2: So it's definitely a loss. But he lived a great
- 7:10Speaker 2: and powerful life.
- 7:11Speaker 5: Absolutely, that's a big historical figure for our culture, and
- 7:15Speaker 5: everybody needs to be doing some research on him and
- 7:18Speaker 5: sharing it with the youth because I feel like they
- 7:20Speaker 5: don't talk about it enough in schools about our civil
- 7:23Speaker 5: rights leaders and what they have given the culture. And
- 7:25Speaker 5: while we're able to do certain things that we're able
- 7:27Speaker 5: to do now, it is because of the work and
- 7:30Speaker 5: things that people like Reverend Jackson put in, you know.
- 7:33Speaker 5: So we just got to continue to teach our kids
- 7:36Speaker 5: about it, because you know, it's not being broadcast I
- 7:39Speaker 5: think enough.
- 7:40Speaker 1: And then you gotta also realize he never I mean
- 7:43Speaker 1: as much as a world global figure he was to
- 7:45Speaker 1: the entire world, right, he never left Chicago. He kept
- 7:49Speaker 1: at Chicago. You know what I'm saying. Push Coalition still here, Yep, Rainbows,
- 7:54Speaker 1: you know, Rainbow Push still right here, you know. And
- 7:57Speaker 1: that's just that's a beautiful thing in itself because we
- 7:59Speaker 1: always talk about how you gotta leave and do all this. No,
- 8:03Speaker 1: the historical figures from the past, they they set up
- 8:07Speaker 1: shop right here and got the work done right here.
- 8:10Speaker 1: So I just I just respect that a lot. Man.
- 8:12Speaker 1: And like I saw him, I met him like when
- 8:16Speaker 1: he was much older, and you know, he was wheelchair
- 8:19Speaker 1: bound when I finally got to shake his hand. But
- 8:21Speaker 1: you do feel it, like when you're around him, you
- 8:23Speaker 1: feel like, man, this this the dude. He was with King,
- 8:26Speaker 1: he was with you know what I'm saying, Like you
- 8:28Speaker 1: don't see that often. And he used to be in
- 8:30Speaker 1: this building where we sit that all the time. My
- 8:33Speaker 1: first my second day as an intern in the building,
- 8:35Speaker 1: I just happened to walk into him, like just walked
- 8:38Speaker 1: around the corner.
- 8:38Speaker 4: He was just stunning ups. I was like, damn, big, goddamn,
- 8:42Speaker 4: that's Reverend Jackson. Do you know what to say, what
- 8:44Speaker 4: to do?
- 8:45Speaker 5: But he was always so nice any time you would
- 8:47Speaker 5: see him in the hallways. And it's yeah, it's it's
- 8:50Speaker 5: crazy we had a historical figure right here.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, definitely that that and.
- 8:54Speaker 2: And and that's the thing like when he spoke when
- 8:56Speaker 2: I I was growing up, he was speaking and he
- 8:59Speaker 2: would with if something went wrong with black folks, he
- 9:02Speaker 2: was on top of it, Jesse. He was on TV talking,
- 9:06Speaker 2: and back then it was not a lot of people
- 9:09Speaker 2: that supported what he was saying, you know what I
- 9:12Speaker 2: mean as far as like the general market, they will
- 9:15Speaker 2: always look at me like, Okay, he's trying to you know,
- 9:17Speaker 2: trouble maker.
- 9:18Speaker 3: But really he was trying to keep things equal, you
- 9:21Speaker 3: know what I mean.
- 9:22Speaker 2: And I it's so funny just looking at some of
- 9:27Speaker 2: the people that we have now that that try to
- 9:31Speaker 2: do this what he did. I hope we have another
- 9:34Speaker 2: great person coming behind it, but it looks like he
- 9:38Speaker 2: just was one of one.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Absolutely, And you know, think about it. He walked before
- 9:44Speaker 1: to let Obama and Kamala Hears run. You know what
- 9:47Speaker 1: I'm saying. He ran for president twice in the eighties,
- 9:51Speaker 1: you know, and just just even having the courage to
- 9:54Speaker 1: do something like that. You just gotta understand this man
- 9:57Speaker 1: is his history. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, Like,
- 10:00Speaker 1: definitely definitely back here. She recipeace Reverend Jackson for sure.
- 10:05Speaker 1: All right, let's get to this.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Somebody else is having problems from Chicago, different type of problem.
- 10:12Speaker 1: R Kelly back in trouble.
- 10:13Speaker 2: It's been placed in solitary confinement after being a possession
- 10:17Speaker 2: of a retired war warden's phone number.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I don't right, what is this.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Being possession of a retired warden's phone number.
- 10:29Speaker 3: I guess eat had a long day.
- 10:31Speaker 4: He was actually R.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Kelly. So I think the story is R Kelly. R
- 10:36Speaker 1: Kelly got in trouble because he had a retired warrants
- 10:39Speaker 1: phone number as the I guess warden's phone. So do
- 10:44Speaker 1: you know the wardens, the guards and when they shake
- 10:47Speaker 1: the room.
- 10:47Speaker 5: Down, they found an old phone number that belongs to
- 10:49Speaker 5: somebody that was over the jail at one point. So
- 10:52Speaker 5: what were you, as an inmate doing with a phone
- 10:54Speaker 5: number to somebody that used to run.
- 10:56Speaker 1: The jail that's retired. You should have ate that.
- 11:00Speaker 5: I wouldn't be worried about it if I was R Kelly.
- 11:02Speaker 5: I'm not going nowhere, no time soon anyway. So found
- 11:05Speaker 5: whatever y'all want to find in him. I'm gonna be
- 11:07Speaker 5: if I was kill I'll be doing all kind of stuff.
- 11:09Speaker 4: In jail, fool. I'm not going nowhere. What am I?
- 11:12Speaker 2: What am I?
- 11:13Speaker 4: High numbers for Yes, I called them all one. I'm
- 11:15Speaker 4: trying to get out of here.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Yeah, he was sending me stuff.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Call your grandma, I call anybody to get me out.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I wouldn't you know he was bringing me. I don't
- 11:23Speaker 1: think R.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Kelly is living a life of chill in that place.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I don't know if it's chill, I call it chill.
- 11:31Speaker 1: You remember when I told you Chris Brown was chilling
- 11:33Speaker 1: and in jail that he was chilling. I knew he
- 11:35Speaker 1: was chilling, said, Chris ain't doing nothing that jil R Kelly.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I don't know if it's chill. Do I think he
- 11:42Speaker 1: has probably more privilege and access than the average inmate
- 11:46Speaker 1: next to him. Yeah, I don't know if I can
- 11:48Speaker 1: call it chill, because they it's still he's still got
- 11:51Speaker 1: people at his head in there, people who want to
- 11:54Speaker 1: see him fail. Lord, you know what I'm saying, seeing pieris.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure it's people who look out for him too.
- 11:59Speaker 1: But that's tough. That's tough.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you think it was planted, you know
- 12:04Speaker 4: how y'all be.
- 12:05Speaker 1: No, I don't think it's planning. I don't think it's planning.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Do I think the stuff that happened about toy LANEZ
- 12:11Speaker 2: and all of the stuff that they've said about.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Got to get to that.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I love to hear your thoughts on that saying about him.
- 12:19Speaker 4: Blad TV over the weekend posted all these tweets and
- 12:22Speaker 4: I don't is it on there already?
- 12:24Speaker 3: He doesn't even have it, okay.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Blad TV posted, see, okay.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Let's get to it.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Then okay he does. Sorry, we'll get to it right here.
- 12:32Speaker 2: People reacted to the tweets DJ bad posted about jay
- 12:35Speaker 2: Z and made the start toy and toy Lane. Some
- 12:38Speaker 2: believe that the tweets, while others said he was being
- 12:41Speaker 2: sarcastic in the tweets.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Uh so, Kiki was saying he was.
- 12:45Speaker 2: He was basically saying that he was paid by Rock
- 12:47Speaker 2: Nation to make jay you know, to make toy Lanes
- 12:52Speaker 2: look bad. Jay Z has all his power over the jurors,
- 12:57Speaker 2: the judge.
- 12:59Speaker 1: If I get side, you know who did it all?
- 13:02Speaker 1: It was weird, bro, Yeah, very odd.
- 13:05Speaker 5: So do you believe do you believe the tweet as
- 13:08Speaker 5: fact or do you believe that it was truly sarcasm?
- 13:12Speaker 1: Don't?
- 13:13Speaker 3: I don't believe anything after that.
- 13:17Speaker 2: It was weird. It just was weird. I don't really
- 13:18Speaker 2: know what to believe. It's unfortunate that it's going ass man.
- 13:22Speaker 5: Is trolling, I mean trolling to me, it was so
- 13:25Speaker 5: random and unnecessary and strange. I don't know what he
- 13:30Speaker 5: was trying to do.
- 13:31Speaker 1: But it didn't hit whatever. You know, it didn't hit.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I don't know what he did.
- 13:36Speaker 2: You know.
- 13:36Speaker 5: It was like he put that out there, let it live,
- 13:38Speaker 5: which is very dangerous today, very dangerous accusations to post.
- 13:42Speaker 5: I'm sure he gonna be sued. He put it out there,
- 13:45Speaker 5: let it live. People were asking questions. From what I saw,
- 13:49Speaker 5: he was responding and answering the questions as if it
- 13:52Speaker 5: was true. Then he waited till the next day or
- 13:55Speaker 5: so to rebuttal and say, y'all don't understand sarcasm.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Nothing about that was funny to me or sarcasm. When
- 14:02Speaker 1: I read it, I thought it was sarcastic. I said
- 14:04Speaker 1: it has to be because it was so bad and
- 14:06Speaker 1: it is so much. But it wasn't. It wasn't read
- 14:08Speaker 1: as sarcasm because nobody was talking about it. It wasn't
- 14:12Speaker 1: a joke, and you weren't in the conversation, Blad, So
- 14:14Speaker 1: you just came out of nowhere and made what some
- 14:18Speaker 1: people could look at it and be like, I only reason.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Once I got to the end, I was like, oh,
- 14:22Speaker 1: he playing. It took me going through the whole, going
- 14:25Speaker 1: through all of them to realize he was playing. And
- 14:27Speaker 1: then you consider yourself a journalist, Blad right, you know
- 14:30Speaker 1: what I'm saying, So you can't really play with information
- 14:32Speaker 1: like that like a regular person or a comic or
- 14:35Speaker 1: somebody who is known for playing right, because you want
- 14:38Speaker 1: your journalism to be taken seriously. But then you come
- 14:40Speaker 1: out and be like, oh, I was just being sarcast dude,
- 14:44Speaker 1: you're being weird. We're gonna tell and I don't know.
- 14:47Speaker 1: I'm not a black I'm sorry, I'm gonna tell you.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I feel like he got a call okay from who
- 14:54Speaker 1: I think Jay Z called him.
- 14:55Speaker 4: Oh okay.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I don't know what Blad, what Blad was trying to do,
- 15:03Speaker 2: true or not, but I definitely the way he sounded
- 15:06Speaker 2: on that stream. Did you see that when he's like,
- 15:08Speaker 2: I was being sarcastic, sound like a scared man to me,
- 15:12Speaker 2: I would believe Jay Z called him and was like, hey, man,
- 15:16Speaker 2: I don't know what you're doing playing whatever. I don't
- 15:19Speaker 2: Jay Z's on the same algorithm that we are, and
- 15:22Speaker 2: I think if his name pops up, he sees it
- 15:24Speaker 2: like that he calling you again. And I'm not saying
- 15:29Speaker 2: this that I know for a fact. But jay Z
- 15:32Speaker 2: is an admitted, admitted drug dealer, does he? There is
- 15:38Speaker 2: parts of being a drug dealer where you don't. I've
- 15:41Speaker 2: seen people the deal drugs that be cool, but when
- 15:44Speaker 2: you play with them, they get they turn a different way.
- 15:47Speaker 3: That part never leaves them. They're selling drugs leaves them.
- 15:50Speaker 2: But that part where it flips, You flip on people
- 15:53Speaker 2: and you'll see another side of them. If if there
- 15:57Speaker 2: was ever a time that I thought jay Z showed
- 15:59Speaker 2: it up the side, it was those tweets.
- 16:02Speaker 4: I don't. I don't.
- 16:03Speaker 5: I only know jay Z is an upstanding citizen and
- 16:05Speaker 5: a man of God and the father and a husband.
- 16:08Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 16:08Speaker 5: If I don't think jay Z even I don't think
- 16:10Speaker 5: Vlad is worth a jay Z call. I think the
- 16:13Speaker 5: Beehive got on his ass and was like, what are
- 16:15Speaker 5: you doing? I almost called black like what are you doing?
- 16:18Speaker 5: Like this is insane? Well in Black History Month, like
- 16:21Speaker 5: are you okay? I thought it was very outlandish and
- 16:25Speaker 5: very thirsty for attention. So I still don't understand the
- 16:29Speaker 5: meaning behind it, but I wish y'all would just find
- 16:32Speaker 5: something to do, Like, I don't know why why y'all
- 16:35Speaker 5: want jay z head on the plotter so bad? Well,
- 16:37Speaker 5: obviously I know what because when you the number one,
- 16:39Speaker 5: that's just what happens. But seriously, like somebody gotta protect
- 16:43Speaker 5: the culture at some point, like you can't, we can't
- 16:46Speaker 5: just keep letting that type of stuff run rapid.
- 16:47Speaker 1: It was a when I not even when I read
- 16:51Speaker 1: it again, I would remember when we got to the
- 16:53Speaker 1: Mexican guy who stabbed toy, who do you think paid
- 16:55Speaker 1: him to do that? You already know the answer to that.
- 16:57Speaker 1: By that time, I was like, Okay, you're joking. You're joking,
- 17:00Speaker 1: but it's a bad joke. You know if somebody tell
- 17:02Speaker 1: a bad joke. Yeah, you told a bad joke that
- 17:05Speaker 1: didn't land, and it had no context so it didn't land.
- 17:10Speaker 1: So everybody was just like, this is stupid. I don't
- 17:13Speaker 1: I don't.
- 17:13Speaker 4: People believe that stuff like you can't run with that.
- 17:16Speaker 2: You just said it from a person that comes from
- 17:18Speaker 2: like a blast not known for being a jokester.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Right, you've never done this before, So it comes to
- 17:23Speaker 1: left field because and I think he was trying to
- 17:26Speaker 1: in some weird way. I think he was trying to
- 17:28Speaker 1: take up for jay Z in some weird blad way,
- 17:31Speaker 1: like y'all believe anything. I'm just gonna say anything and
- 17:35Speaker 1: watch y'all believe it. But that's weird, Like, where's this
- 17:37Speaker 1: coming from?
- 17:37Speaker 2: It came from left field. It wasn't even in the
- 17:39Speaker 2: news cycle right now. Really, people was kind of off that.
- 17:43Speaker 2: So that's the point where people are feeling a way
- 17:45Speaker 2: of like, damn, why you even bring the way he
- 17:47Speaker 2: ended it? Why you bring it? Why you bringing them
- 17:49Speaker 2: up like that? That doesn't even make sense. And then
- 17:52Speaker 2: for a person you know and you do what you
- 17:54Speaker 2: want to do. If you ever see this clip, I
- 17:55Speaker 2: don't care is the fact that hey, bro, you've been
- 17:58Speaker 2: You've been called the oleice, you for shoven, called a
- 18:02Speaker 2: culture vulture, a white man talking about black entertainment, and
- 18:07Speaker 2: for you to come out something, make something up to
- 18:10Speaker 2: be sarcastic that wasn't currently in the news cycle. It's weird, bro,
- 18:15Speaker 2: and you lead to what people will get to calling
- 18:17Speaker 2: you names the things that you you don't like.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yep, maybe I'm trying to think maybe I missed something,
- 18:23Speaker 1: maybe he posted something before that and to tie it together.
- 18:27Speaker 1: But I feel like he just wanted his name back
- 18:28Speaker 1: in the news. Mm hmm, man bro, I think he
- 18:32Speaker 1: was trying to take up for a man, but did
- 18:35Speaker 1: it terribly. Yeah, give up.
- 18:38Speaker 4: I don't know what he was trying to do, but
- 18:41Speaker 4: don't do that shit again.
- 18:42Speaker 3: That is what we know for sure.
- 18:44Speaker 1: He ain't playing about Jay.
- 18:47Speaker 3: All right, how about this, y'all take a listen.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Uh huh, No, well we're not doing that to my goat.
- 19:02Speaker 1: They sexy and they're tried. They tried. That was a
- 19:05Speaker 1: good swing. That was a good swing. Another one another
- 19:08Speaker 1: than miss sexy. Don't do that. That's Michael Jackson. That
- 19:12Speaker 1: is the Michael Jackson, the greatest of all time. We
- 19:15Speaker 1: literally have a biopic getting ready to come out in
- 19:17Speaker 1: the honor this man's legacy in April. Okay, we don't
- 19:21Speaker 1: need no eat it. And you talking filthy and trashy
- 19:24Speaker 1: over Michael Jackson's Michael Jackson rolling over his grave. If
- 19:27Speaker 1: they would have came out just to think that Michael
- 19:30Speaker 1: would lose his mind hearing some stuff like that, It's
- 19:34Speaker 1: not a way in hell do you know how particular
- 19:37Speaker 1: two artists were, especially during that time when they made music.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Prince and Michael Jackson were so particular on the things
- 19:43Speaker 1: that they said in Luther too. They were very particular
- 19:46Speaker 1: on the things that they said and the music that
- 19:48Speaker 1: they made. They didn't just make throw away records. They
- 19:51Speaker 1: didn't put out music that was just they'll cancel the
- 19:54Speaker 1: whole record for the wrong line being in there, and
- 19:57Speaker 1: y'all gonna sit up here and play and talk about
- 19:59Speaker 1: eating it and all of that with No Bro, that's disrespectful, man,
- 20:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'm sorry. No, not in Black History month,
- 20:05Speaker 1: y'all crazy?
- 20:06Speaker 4: Ambody trying to laugh?
- 20:07Speaker 1: Little?
- 20:08Speaker 2: What?
- 20:09Speaker 3: At the song?
- 20:10Speaker 1: No Bro? I was immediately pissed.
- 20:14Speaker 3: Immediately, I was like, you wold, No, you wild?
- 20:18Speaker 1: Think about you work your whole like you put together
- 20:20Speaker 1: this catalog of greatness and then people play with you. Nah,
- 20:25Speaker 1: she got, she got the viral moment. Can't give what
- 20:27Speaker 1: about you?
- 20:29Speaker 4: I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't
- 20:33Speaker 4: like I like the message in the song just over that.
- 20:40Speaker 1: It's not over thats okay, Yeah, I don't like the
- 20:44Speaker 1: message wrong.
- 20:47Speaker 4: So you just started I know, you just.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Taste that I was so nasty the other day. What
- 20:57Speaker 1: you do talking? Cat?
- 21:07Speaker 4: I know, still new friend.
- 21:09Speaker 2: I know I can't even defend myself, and I'm like,
- 21:12Speaker 2: I been even right, I can't even defend myself.
- 21:18Speaker 3: I just gonna let y'all have y'all moment.
- 21:20Speaker 4: Man back the message and let's just pick another beat.
- 21:23Speaker 3: Girl, Oh my god, don't beat that up. Yeah, that's
- 21:27Speaker 3: that's a good way.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Let's say the All Star weekend looks like it was
- 21:30Speaker 2: a success, except for the dunk contest. Three point contest
- 21:35Speaker 2: was had. It was exciting, but the game was good
- 21:37Speaker 2: and we had great performances.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Tay A listen to perform the star Spangled banner. Please
- 21:44Speaker 1: welcome Grabby Award winning artist and an icon Brandy. What
- 22:09Speaker 1: come on, Brandy? I ain't know she did it like that.
- 22:13Speaker 1: That's my first time hearing that. She did the R
- 22:15Speaker 1: and B with it like that? Did she do that live?
- 22:18Speaker 1: She have a recorded track?
- 22:21Speaker 3: Look, we don't care. We don't care. Howard k at
- 22:25Speaker 3: what it was the performance and how it sounded you like,
- 22:27Speaker 3: I'm just curious.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Did you haven't seen? This is all I heard? But
- 22:31Speaker 1: did you like?
- 22:32Speaker 3: I need more?
- 22:33Speaker 1: I have?
- 22:33Speaker 3: I can't give my take until I know it all.
- 22:35Speaker 3: But oh my god, uh, y'all.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Know how y'all know?
- 22:40Speaker 5: First of all, I would love, I love to say
- 22:42Speaker 5: that ever since that that argument we had about Brandy,
- 22:45Speaker 5: everywhere she's been introduced, they introduced her as the icon,
- 22:49Speaker 5: and I think that is incredible.
- 22:50Speaker 4: So I just want to go ahead throw that out there. However,
- 22:53Speaker 4: we did not need that.
- 22:55Speaker 1: That did We did not need.
- 22:57Speaker 4: No, it sounded a hot ass mess. It was terrible.
- 23:01Speaker 4: The outfit was bad. It was just it was all bad.
- 23:04Speaker 4: It was all bad, all bad.
- 23:06Speaker 3: The person that loves Brandy down is not.
- 23:09Speaker 4: I'm an honest person. I'm sorry. I'm with you when
- 23:13Speaker 4: you're right watching it now.
- 23:16Speaker 1: You like it as it's a lot. I'm not saying
- 23:18Speaker 1: it's bad. It's a lot. It's a lot. I gotta
- 23:24Speaker 1: see it. I'll tell you tomorrow what I think if
- 23:27Speaker 1: it's terrible. But that's why I said, Oh, she got
- 23:30Speaker 1: a new arrangement on it.
- 23:31Speaker 4: No, we don't need I don't know why arranged.
- 23:35Speaker 1: We don't need to rearrange for a moment, like didn't
- 23:38Speaker 1: Marvin Gaye do an arrangement that was cold? I don't know.
- 23:41Speaker 4: I wasn't alive I don't know.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Go ahead, Brandy, I'm with you. No, I like she
- 23:48Speaker 1: got a little navy outfit on. You didn't like the
- 23:51Speaker 1: little navy outfit?
- 23:52Speaker 4: No, I was that that rendition of the star spangled banner.
- 23:56Speaker 1: It was long too.
- 23:57Speaker 4: I would have gotten baby. It was terrible.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Oh it was so bad.
- 24:01Speaker 4: I'm sorry. Okay, maybe it's just me.
- 24:05Speaker 1: I gotta hear. I gotta see the whole thing. I
- 24:07Speaker 1: can't wait to watch this. It was terrible.
- 24:09Speaker 3: What you think?
- 24:10Speaker 1: Told you liked it? But what I heard that little piece.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I didn't watch the All Star Game at all, in
- 24:15Speaker 2: which the time I don't watch it, it turns out
- 24:17Speaker 2: to be good. I was boycotting in a little bit
- 24:21Speaker 2: because it's been weak. It's been weaken. I've been there
- 24:24Speaker 2: in the stadium and it's been week and I'm like, nah,
- 24:27Speaker 2: y'all ain't gonna get me again and trap me. And
- 24:29Speaker 2: then it turns out to be a good game. Shout
- 24:31Speaker 2: to Anthony Edwards, Zach looks like Anthony Edwards is not.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Somebody got a hold of ant and it was like, hey,
- 24:40Speaker 2: you can win a lot of people over if you
- 24:43Speaker 2: do it this way and over the weekend had microphones
- 24:46Speaker 2: in his face all throughout the weekend and said all
- 24:49Speaker 2: of the right things at every moment.
- 24:52Speaker 1: No he didn't.
- 24:52Speaker 3: He was still in he still here. You don't think
- 24:55Speaker 3: he said all the right things.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Yo, Kitchen Luca don't want to play the start game. Yeah,
- 25:01Speaker 1: but he said so so he said, I just shit
- 25:05Speaker 1: on them though, But like, come on, bro, he was.
- 25:08Speaker 2: He was but a lot of When they asked him
- 25:10Speaker 2: about the face of the being the face of the
- 25:12Speaker 2: league that before, the answer was terrible this and he's like, yo,
- 25:17Speaker 2: if that's what it turned out to be, I'm just
- 25:19Speaker 2: gonna play hard. And you know, I ain't gonna run
- 25:21Speaker 2: from it, but I'm gonna play hard. He's like, it
- 25:23Speaker 2: could be me and Wenby, you know what I mean.
- 25:25Speaker 1: He was.
- 25:26Speaker 2: It was a lot of great answers I thought, and
- 25:30Speaker 2: is authentic in that way. And that's why I was
- 25:33Speaker 2: so upset about the way things will handle when he
- 25:37Speaker 2: had the baby out there and all of that information
- 25:39Speaker 2: was getting out there, because I do think, and to
- 25:42Speaker 2: be honest with you, I don't think a person that's
- 25:45Speaker 2: not American born can be the face of the n
- 25:48Speaker 2: b A because the NBA is a lot of solid
- 25:52Speaker 2: like it's it's just it's an African American sport.
- 25:56Speaker 1: It's our sport. I think it's changing, though tone I
- 25:58Speaker 1: think I think it's I'm not being racist. I said
- 26:01Speaker 1: it's tough, but it's tough. I think it's still gonna
- 26:03Speaker 1: be a black person. But they may not be a
- 26:04Speaker 1: black American.
- 26:05Speaker 2: It may not be I don't know, because Okay, so
- 26:09Speaker 2: let's say, like it would be hard. We've got good
- 26:12Speaker 2: American soccer players. It would be hard for the face
- 26:16Speaker 2: of the face of soccer to be an American born,
- 26:21Speaker 2: white man, black man, whatever.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It would be hard.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Hockey a Canadian, it would be hard most of the
- 26:27Speaker 2: time the face of the sport, although they play in
- 26:29Speaker 2: American teams that're from either Canada Russia predominantly. Whether where
- 26:34Speaker 2: that sport evolved from, that's all I'm saying.
- 26:38Speaker 1: But the way the NBA has expanded globally, in the
- 26:41Speaker 1: way that they want to expand globally, I wouldn't be
- 26:43Speaker 1: surprised if I see it in the in the near future.
- 26:46Speaker 1: You gotta think Shaye could Shaye could very well much
- 26:48Speaker 1: be the face of the NBA. He's from Canada. Shay
- 26:51Speaker 1: could be definitely if it's a he could be if
- 26:54Speaker 1: you he he looked just like an American dude. He
- 26:57Speaker 1: don't really have much of an accent when you started
- 26:59Speaker 1: talking a little bit, but he he could be. Now
- 27:04Speaker 1: definitely is more relatable. But a lot of times, shoot
- 27:08Speaker 1: what's name was on the trajectory to be the face
- 27:10Speaker 1: of the league for real, and then he just went
- 27:12Speaker 1: off take a shot. Jah was on the trajectory to
- 27:19Speaker 1: be faced, but then he went off the handle and
- 27:20Speaker 1: he couldn't do it. You know what I'm saying. Ant
- 27:22Speaker 1: was we were questioning and with his off court troubles.
- 27:25Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, a lot of these guys
- 27:28Speaker 1: who are coming up the Winby's the shades and they pureballers.
- 27:32Speaker 1: People want to see him play and they don't have
- 27:35Speaker 1: as much off off the court drama. Part of being
- 27:37Speaker 1: the face of the league is keeping your off the
- 27:40Speaker 1: court drama. I'm not worried about American players on the
- 27:43Speaker 1: court because they're gonna always be dominant, right. Sometimes when
- 27:47Speaker 1: I worry about our players is getting into the the
- 27:49Speaker 1: young guys be getting into the off the court stuff.
- 27:51Speaker 1: It's either baby Zion Williamson could have been a superstar.
- 27:57Speaker 1: People love to watch them. He loved the women too much, right,
- 28:00Speaker 1: it just we fall off. It's okay to like women.
- 28:05Speaker 1: He liked them holes yet the whole, but they had
- 28:07Speaker 1: the holes messed them up almost, you know, baby Mama's
- 28:11Speaker 1: and all that. You know, Mama's telling him, don't buy
- 28:13Speaker 1: his shoes. You can't have that type of stuff if
- 28:15Speaker 1: you're gonna be the face of the league. You know
- 28:17Speaker 1: what Wimby do. Play chess. That's it. He don't do
- 28:21Speaker 1: nothing but play chess and go hoop. So we start
- 28:24Speaker 1: getting more players who just who can get the off
- 28:26Speaker 1: the court stuff together, then we could be But.
- 28:28Speaker 4: He got a gambling problem.
- 28:31Speaker 1: These dudes, be our old faces of the league, had
- 28:35Speaker 1: gave the problem to social media.
- 28:37Speaker 5: They still got it today, a lot of them still
- 28:39Speaker 5: at the casino. What happened to ludle Chris Audio? Did
- 28:44Speaker 5: y'all see that at the NBA All Start game when
- 28:48Speaker 5: they performed? Then you can't hit nothing even saying they said,
- 28:52Speaker 5: I performance though, why what it wanst have happened at halftime?
- 28:57Speaker 1: Acoustically it's always sounded bad time you're in a gym
- 29:01Speaker 1: and acoustically and it'd be like, oh, we got what's
- 29:03Speaker 1: the name before him? In the gym. It always sounds
- 29:05Speaker 1: bad for some reason at a halftime shoe. It be
- 29:09Speaker 1: a bulls game, sky game. Don't matter what. They always
- 29:12Speaker 1: just its echoe. You can't they can't hear. It's a delay,
- 29:15Speaker 1: that's true. That's why liking them them. Rap performances. Singing
- 29:18Speaker 1: performances be a little better, but rappers the beat be
- 29:22Speaker 1: bouncing off of fall. We need.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Like little deserves a redo.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, get his flowers though he deserves them. Is
- 29:34Speaker 1: he going on tour?
- 29:36Speaker 5: I don't know, but that I saw somewhere that they
- 29:38Speaker 5: were working on like a d t P reunion type situation,
- 29:42Speaker 5: So maybe that can be a thing him Shina, they better.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Put on that. Don't forget chinger Ling Chinker. You gotta
- 29:50Speaker 1: be on that. You gotta be on there. I you're
- 29:52Speaker 1: gonna do a d t P reunion even though it's short.
- 29:55Speaker 3: I will say this about a tour announcement. Now, maybe
- 29:58Speaker 3: this was maybe that is it?
- 30:00Speaker 1: Am I old?
- 30:00Speaker 3: Because that made it just hit my scroll late that
- 30:04Speaker 3: the tank b two k annow.
- 30:05Speaker 4: So for the tour tank you hit Oh yeah, they're
- 30:09Speaker 4: they're now yes.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Voice over, Now you should know that.
- 30:12Speaker 4: They didn't add tank, but they had Tank.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Do like a video years ago.
- 30:17Speaker 5: It was.
- 30:19Speaker 1: That, but oh damn, because I was just talking about
- 30:25Speaker 1: B to K. Yeah so you know, yes, but.
- 30:29Speaker 5: No, Tank won't be on tour with them. He is
- 30:32Speaker 5: just he was a part of the rollout. I liked
- 30:35Speaker 5: it as the general of R and B shout out
- 30:38Speaker 5: the Tank.
- 30:39Speaker 1: But I still looked at the position between marian and
- 30:43Speaker 1: what is it? Yeah, he is. They never gonna stand
- 30:46Speaker 1: by each other.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know if they will. They they are.
- 30:51Speaker 5: I'm telling you, they are selling us the friendship they are.
- 30:55Speaker 5: They've been together by themselves. It's all kind of living.
- 30:58Speaker 1: I don't believe it. It's no way you think they
- 31:03Speaker 1: friends for real.
- 31:04Speaker 4: No, I don't think they were ever France for real.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I know.
- 31:07Speaker 1: I ain't going on that.
- 31:08Speaker 5: Okay, well I don't think they were ever friends for real.
- 31:12Speaker 5: And I think they are working. I mean, you asked
- 31:15Speaker 5: me what I think, so I'm just saying I think that.
- 31:18Speaker 5: I don't think they were having friends for real. I
- 31:19Speaker 5: think Marianna is doing this for his fans, and that's
- 31:21Speaker 5: what he's supposed to do. People work together every day
- 31:24Speaker 5: and don't like each other.
- 31:26Speaker 1: That's true, that's true. I work with people all the time.
- 31:28Speaker 5: I don't like now who you work with because your
- 31:30Speaker 5: show is so long. Oh what you're trying to say? Nothing,
- 31:35Speaker 5: let's talking about.
- 31:36Speaker 4: Scared to go to church twice in one week.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Did you the two services at the same day or
- 31:44Speaker 1: did you go to two different ones.
- 31:46Speaker 2: I went to Saturday service in a Sunday service. So

- 32:16Speaker 1: the whole church. Yeah, I got the whole church. I
- 32:18Speaker 1: want to go leave. That's like the church. Stop doing
- 32:21Speaker 1: panel in the church.

- 36:38Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, he was dealing with his voice. Yeah,
- 36:41Speaker 1: like he's fought through all this stuff to continue to
- 36:44Speaker 1: show up and people will ain't got no grace because
- 36:46Speaker 1: people don't care. They just want what they want.
- 36:48Speaker 5: Yeah, we got cussed out this morning about being off yesterday.

- 39:08Speaker 2: said big tim ain't that tapever.
- 39:10Speaker 5: I've said much worse. So just so you know, whoever
- 39:14Speaker 5: you go with, they you ain't around. They say all
- 39:17Speaker 5: kind of stuff that don't mean you mean it.
- 39:19Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 39:20Speaker 5: That is his wife and his child and he want
- 39:23Speaker 5: to get them tattooed. You got what care tattoos you
- 39:26Speaker 5: got over there? God, you got a Chicago flat. He
- 39:30Speaker 5: got Chicago theater on him, But he want to call
- 39:33Speaker 5: him dumb.

- 39:53Speaker 1: Stupid. I know people who have put other men on
- 39:56Speaker 1: them that they don't know. Who does that?
- 39:59Speaker 2: Man?
- 39:59Speaker 1: People got portraits of Kobe on them. They got portraits
- 40:02Speaker 1: of Lebron James hold nipsey hustle. That's hard. But then
- 40:07Speaker 1: he put his wife. That's wrong. No, that's his wife,

- 41:54Speaker 4: You know you got an ny bottle on him?
- 41:59Speaker 1: You got you do got never stopped, never settled.
- 42:01Speaker 2: No, I don't.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Don't y'all go how these people looking at my I
- 42:11Speaker 3: bet he do got one of them saying, these people
- 42:16Speaker 3: looking at my tattoos like.
- 42:17Speaker 4: I got that's crazy?
- 42:20Speaker 2: Oh my god. Man, okay, all right, all right, that's
- 42:23Speaker 2: that's like I said. It's going to be a cover
- 42:25Speaker 2: up time for that. But we'll see. Oh man step
- 42:28Speaker 2: On diggs Man disappearance at court and he pleaded not
- 42:32Speaker 2: guilty to a lang'saw case involving his personal chef. Now
- 42:37Speaker 2: you know the chef said that she strangled he strangled her.
- 42:39Speaker 2: There's a lot of things going on with that. Well,
- 42:41Speaker 2: what's your thoughts?
- 42:44Speaker 1: Alleged? Yeah, no, what did he say?
- 42:46Speaker 4: No, you're not guilty?
- 42:48Speaker 1: Not guilty? Okay, well, what what? What? I just want
- 42:54Speaker 1: to know what's not guilty? What when you say not guilty,
- 42:59Speaker 1: do you mean because some people be like you plead
- 43:01Speaker 1: not guilty?
- 43:03Speaker 2: Now?
- 43:04Speaker 1: Does he mean he didn't do it at all?
- 43:06Speaker 4: If you don't know the answer to the question, just
- 43:09Speaker 4: let somebody else answer. What are you talking about?
- 43:17Speaker 1: What I'm trying.
- 43:22Speaker 4: Is the brains, like, what are you? What are you
- 43:24Speaker 4: doing right now?
- 43:26Speaker 1: What when you say not guilty, does that mean you
- 43:29Speaker 1: didn't do it? Yes? That means I don't know how
- 43:35Speaker 1: to explain what I'm trying to say. I'm trying to
- 43:37Speaker 1: say something, but it ain't come out right. Just hell
- 43:40Speaker 1: with jail guilty? Does that mean that he did it? Lord?
- 43:47Speaker 1: It's almost like what I was trying to say. If
- 43:49Speaker 1: there's a way to say it. Okay, we're back. Let's
- 43:51Speaker 1: try again. Let's say somebody was on trial for murder,
- 43:55Speaker 1: right and they charged them for like manslaughter, but they
- 43:58Speaker 1: did it in self defense that caught there being not
- 44:00Speaker 1: guilty of that charge, but they did it. That makes
- 44:03Speaker 1: sense what I'm saying. So what I'm asking is he
- 44:05Speaker 1: is he saying he didn't touch her at all? Or
- 44:07Speaker 1: is he saying whatever the charge is he's not guilty
- 44:09Speaker 1: of Well it's in assault case.
- 44:15Speaker 4: So what's the opposite of a side.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Ship all fight?
- 44:19Speaker 2: Yeah? I respected him. Act bro insruspected that. I question
- 44:32Speaker 2: because y'all let me figure out. Let me break this
- 44:34Speaker 2: question down for y'all'all outside the box man. Oh wow es, okay, Uh,
- 44:40Speaker 2: we didn't talk about Valentine's Day weekend.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Uh shout to Valentine's Day weekend. Uh?
- 44:45Speaker 3: Just again, it should not be celebrated. It's a weird time.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Uh.

- 44:53Speaker 2: that lacking another woman's picture is considered cheating.

- 45:13Speaker 5: we go together, and I don't need you all up
- 45:15Speaker 5: and down somebody likes and I'm just playing.
- 45:17Speaker 4: It's not it's not I think it's not about like
- 45:20Speaker 4: just liking.
- 45:20Speaker 1: Right.
- 45:20Speaker 5: You can like a double tap of nice photo, right,
- 45:23Speaker 5: but if I go down her pay like for instance,
- 45:25Speaker 5: when I when Kim kardaship.

- 45:34Speaker 5: This lady can post some skill, she can post her socks.

- 45:51Speaker 1: That's cheating.
- 45:53Speaker 5: That's a bad flag and a problem. You got her
- 45:59Speaker 5: phone notifications because ain't no way.
- 46:02Speaker 1: It just up. That's because you always tap it, just
- 46:05Speaker 1: letting you know, great pictures. Hey, I know what you like.
- 46:11Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, and that's my man. Nobody
- 46:14Speaker 4: should know what you like.
- 46:15Speaker 3: That's that's how I feel.
- 46:17Speaker 4: Nobody you should. You could like it in your mind.
- 46:19Speaker 4: That ain't gonna stop you. You can do whatever, but

- 46:47Speaker 1: every single all these muscle bound. He just double tapping
- 46:52Speaker 1: all that, and I kept seeing it. I'd be like, hey,
- 46:53Speaker 1: what you want?
- 46:54Speaker 3: You got a chill?
- 46:55Speaker 1: Like you said, I can't stop from what you look at.
- 46:57Speaker 1: But you ain't got to acknowledge it. And then let
- 46:59Speaker 1: me tell you, if you're commenter, you really wild. Oh yeah,
- 47:02Speaker 1: them commenters that that thing that's taken into enough you

- 47:35Speaker 4: That to you?
- 47:36Speaker 1: That don't happen to me. Nobody asked me for nothing.

- 49:12Speaker 1: is in the eye of the beholders. That well, it
- 49:15Speaker 1: is tom but I'm speaking in general. You know what
- 49:17Speaker 1: I'm saying. That's why they ain't took that many pictures themselves. Hmm,
- 49:22Speaker 1: it's very rare. You see a fine woman with no pictures, Yeah,

- 50:00Speaker 5: through my stories, rewatching myself. I don't know what that
- 50:03Speaker 5: disorder is called, but I enjoy me, so I couldn't
- 50:07Speaker 5: imagine having to Instagram and never posting like I have
- 50:10Speaker 5: so much to express, that's so funny.
