- 0:00Speaker 1: So the bail package that we expected Ghislaine Maxwell to
- 0:06Speaker 1: present to the court has been presented. Now it looks
- 0:11Speaker 1: like $ 28. 5 million is the final number of the package.
- 0:18Speaker 1: And we know that her husband, Scott Borgerson, is on
- 0:25Speaker 1: the line for most of this money. Now, we went
- 0:29Speaker 1: into depth about this topic a couple of days ago
- 0:33Speaker 1: when it was first revealed that she was going after Bell, right?
- 0:39Speaker 1: But you all know that I am a stickler for context.
- 0:42Speaker 1: So we're going to dig into this article from ABC
- 0:45Speaker 1: News and James Hill and add a couple of pieces
- 0:52Speaker 1: that were missing from the original reporting. There's also... a very,
- 1:00Speaker 1: very familiar pattern with this request for bail. And it
- 1:05Speaker 1: follows the same exact scenario that Jeffrey Epstein attempted to
- 1:16Speaker 1: put into play to catch bail for himself. Remember the
- 1:19Speaker 1: letter that was put into action on his behalf by
- 1:23Speaker 1: Glenn and Eva Dubin, a bunch of other people? The
- 1:28Speaker 1: same has occurred here, and Borgerson and others are gushing
- 1:33Speaker 1: about how great of a person Ghislaine Maxwell is. As
- 1:39Speaker 1: if her personal relationships with Scott Borgerson or any of
- 1:44Speaker 1: her so-called friends is going to be the thing that
- 1:48Speaker 1: moves the lever and makes people say, ah, you know what,
- 1:51Speaker 1: maybe we've been wrong this whole time. Maybe we have
- 1:54Speaker 1: just been wrong this whole entire time. And Ghislaine Maxwell is,
- 1:57Speaker 1: you know, she's really a good person. Listen to what
- 1:59Speaker 1: Scott Borgeson has to say. And her kids, you know,
- 2:02Speaker 1: her stepkids, they miss her. So she has to be
- 2:04Speaker 1: a good person, right? That's what they're attempting to do.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And they're trying to refurbish Ghislaine Maxwell and her reputation
- 2:18Speaker 1: via this letter. What they'll say is, Oh, the media
- 2:23Speaker 1: has it all misconstrued. It's the media's fault. The media
- 2:27Speaker 1: is unfairly persecuting her. And while the media does do
- 2:32Speaker 1: that a lot, I will admit to that. In this case,
- 2:36Speaker 1: it's not like we're following this case as it's occurring, right?
- 2:41Speaker 1: There are years and years and years and investigation after
- 2:45Speaker 1: investigation that was killed into these people. So there is
- 2:51Speaker 1: a bunch of circumstantial evidence. This is a lot more
- 2:58Speaker 1: than just he said, she said. And if it was
- 3:00Speaker 1: just a he said, she said type of situation, I
- 3:03Speaker 1: certainly wouldn't be spending this amount of time on this story.
- 3:09Speaker 1: This goes way deeper than that. There are so many
- 3:12Speaker 1: levels to this. And Ghislaine Maxwell is facing a mountain
- 3:18Speaker 1: of evidence.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Circumstantial and otherwise and we're not just talking about witness
- 3:25Speaker 1: statements here there are going to be actual girls who
- 3:29Speaker 1: are now women who were allegedly abused by Ghislaine Maxwell
- 3:33Speaker 1: who take that stand and stare out across at her
- 3:39Speaker 1: and the jurors and they're going to lay it all
- 3:42Speaker 1: on the line and they're going to lay it all
- 3:44Speaker 1: out about Maxwell's behavior about what Maxwell was doing While
- 3:50Speaker 1: she was with Jeffrey Epstein. And then all of the
- 3:55Speaker 1: letters and all of the gush pieces that you can
- 4:00Speaker 1: wrangle your friends into writing for you aren't going to
- 4:04Speaker 1: be enough to save the day. I don't care what
- 4:08Speaker 1: sort of statements your friends are writing about you. Let's
- 4:11Speaker 1: see what the impact statements from the survivors have to
- 4:14Speaker 1: say about you. Of course your friends are going to
- 4:17Speaker 1: carry water for you. Of course your friends are going
- 4:19Speaker 1: to say, oh, she could have never done that. That's
- 4:22Speaker 1: not the Ghislaine Maxwell we know. But in reality, how
- 4:28Speaker 1: many people really know everyone they come into contact with
- 4:34Speaker 1: or people that they call their friends? A lot of
- 4:37Speaker 1: people have multiple faces, folks, and they can fake the
- 4:41Speaker 1: funk real well. A lot of chameleons out there. Not
- 4:44Speaker 1: everybody is what they seem. And especially when we're talking
- 4:51Speaker 1: about people like Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, and those that
- 4:54Speaker 1: roll with them. They have one face, right? The face
- 4:57Speaker 1: that they wear when they're in public and they're trying to,
- 5:02Speaker 1: you know, buffer their reputations. And then there's the other face.
- 5:08Speaker 1: When they think all the lights are down and nobody's
- 5:11Speaker 1: paying attention. That's their true face. The true face that
- 5:15Speaker 1: is revealed today. When they abuse these survivors. When they
- 5:19Speaker 1: engage in their epic money laundering scams. That's who these
- 5:26Speaker 1: people truly are. The face that they put on at
- 5:29Speaker 1: their social gatherings and all the rest. That's their false face.
- 5:36Speaker 1: And Ghislaine Maxwell. While she might have pulled the wool
- 5:43Speaker 1: over the eyes of some of her quote-unquote friends. The
- 5:47Speaker 1: rest of us are on to her. And the rest
- 5:49Speaker 1: of us understand what sort of bipedal serpent is within
- 5:53Speaker 1: our midst. Alright, so our article is from ABC News. Headline,
- 6:00Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell described as deeply committed to family in effort
- 6:04Speaker 1: to be released on bail. This article was authored by
- 6:09Speaker 1: James Hill.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And Mr.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Hill authored the other article that we read when this
- 6:13Speaker 1: was first talked about. So I figured for continuity purposes
- 6:18Speaker 1: and considering how in-depth Mr. Hill gets with this topic,
- 6:22Speaker 1: I figured we'd use this article to continue to build
- 6:25Speaker 1: context about this subject. And if you're not familiar with
- 6:30Speaker 1: James Hill's work, you should check it out. He's one
- 6:33Speaker 1: of the few in the legacy media that has done
- 6:36Speaker 1: a fantastic job with this case. He obviously has integrity.
- 6:40Speaker 1: He obviously has a backbone. And even though I think
- 6:45Speaker 1: ABC in general is a joke of an operation, that
- 6:48Speaker 1: doesn't mean that I believe all of the people that
- 6:51Speaker 1: work for them don't know what they're doing, right? My
- 6:54Speaker 1: problem with these legacy media outlets is basically in the
- 6:58Speaker 1: editorial room. That's where the real problem is. So there
- 7:06Speaker 1: are some good writers out there still, right? There are
- 7:08Speaker 1: some members of the legacy media that are you know,
- 7:12Speaker 1: good at what they do. But it's far and few
- 7:15Speaker 1: between these days. I wake up in the morning and
- 7:19Speaker 1: where it used to be, I would check, you know,
- 7:21Speaker 1: the Washington Post, New York Times, all of the big hitters.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I don't even really bother with those outlets anymore, folks.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I get up and, you know, I check a lot
- 7:31Speaker 1: of independent journalists work. I'll check some independent content creators work.
- 7:35Speaker 1: And of course, I'll do a cursory glance through the
- 7:38Speaker 1: legacy media to see what sort of gaslighting is occurring. But,
- 7:42Speaker 1: I don't understand how anyone could look at the legacy
- 7:47Speaker 1: media at this point and say, oh, yeah, these guys
- 7:49Speaker 1: are the arbiter of truth. They definitely have my best
- 7:52Speaker 1: interest in mind. They really want to get to the
- 7:55Speaker 1: truth of the matter and they want to cut out
- 7:57Speaker 1: all the BS and they would just want to tell
- 7:59Speaker 1: us the facts. How can anyone look at the legacy
- 8:02Speaker 1: media at this point in that regard? When you have
- 8:07Speaker 1: people like Glenn Greenwald being purged from the legacy media
- 8:11Speaker 1: because he won't get into lockstep with them. Folks, we
- 8:14Speaker 1: got a big time problem. But there are still good
- 8:21Speaker 1: writers and good reporters that are working inside the monster
- 8:27Speaker 1: of the legacy media. And James Hill is certainly one
- 8:30Speaker 1: of them. So if you haven't checked out all of
- 8:32Speaker 1: his work in regards to this story, you definitely should.
- 8:35Speaker 1: He also treated Maria very fairly. So definitely check out
- 8:39Speaker 1: his work. If you're not familiar with it, I'm sure
- 8:42Speaker 1: most of you are. But make sure you, you know,
- 8:44Speaker 1: give him a like on Twitter or follow or whatever
- 8:48Speaker 1: the hell you guys do. All right, so on to
- 8:52Speaker 1: the article. The husband of Ghislaine Maxwell and more than
- 8:56Speaker 1: a dozen of her family members and friends... have submitted
- 8:59Speaker 1: letters to a federal court in support of an effort
- 9:03Speaker 1: to obtain pretrial release for the accused co-conspirator, fellow child abuser,
- 9:09Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, of the late sex offender, pedophile,
- 9:14Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, according to court documents made public on Monday.
- 9:19Speaker 1: And look, don't get it twisted, right? You expect someone's
- 9:23Speaker 1: husband to try and come to their defense, write a letter,
- 9:28Speaker 1: Whatever it is. But this is a whole new level
- 9:32Speaker 1: of scumbaggery, right? This dude left his wife, left his
- 9:36Speaker 1: kids for Ghislaine Maxwell. Everybody knew what Ghislaine Maxwell was.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Wasn't like him and Maxwell have been married for 40
- 9:43Speaker 1: years and she just had the curtains pulled over his
- 9:46Speaker 1: eyes and he was so in love with her he
- 9:48Speaker 1: had no idea what she was. No, that didn't happen. Borgerson,
- 9:53Speaker 1: your cousin from Boston... Walked into this with eyes wide open.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Knew exactly. what he was doing, knew exactly the type
- 10:02Speaker 1: of serpent he was with. And then this jerk off
- 10:07Speaker 1: has the audacity to write some sort of gushing letter
- 10:10Speaker 1: about all of the great character attributes that she possesses. Yeah,
- 10:17Speaker 1: that's going to ring well with the world. I'm sure
- 10:20Speaker 1: that your letter here, pal, is going to make Judge
- 10:24Speaker 1: Nathan just drop everything she's doing and give Ghislaine Maxwell bail.
- 10:32Speaker 1: The letters attest to Maxwell's strong, forthright character. Oh, my Lord. Really? Strong,
- 10:38Speaker 1: forthright character? What's next? Jeffrey Dahmer and his incredible palate
- 10:45Speaker 1: at the dinner table? and their confidence that she will
- 10:50Speaker 1: not flee. Her attorneys wrote in a renewed motion for bail,
- 10:55Speaker 1: which also includes a proposed bond package totaling $ 28. 5 million,
- 11:01Speaker 1: secured by three U.S. properties owned by Maxwell and her husband,
- 11:06Speaker 1: along with other assets of close family and friends. Well,
- 11:09Speaker 1: that's all fine and well, right? But my question is,
- 11:12Speaker 1: how do they even have these assets? How did they
- 11:16Speaker 1: buy these assets? With ill-gotten gains would be my guess.
- 11:19Speaker 1: So how is it that their assets are not seized?
- 11:26Speaker 1: I have somebody that I know that's very close to
- 11:28Speaker 1: me in my life. They were under a federal investigation
- 11:32Speaker 1: for RICO laws. And not only were they under investigation...
- 11:39Speaker 1: the bitch-ass feds tapped the phone of that person's kids.
- 11:48Speaker 1: They also threatened to seize that person's kids home due
- 11:55Speaker 1: to the crimes of the father because they said that
- 12:00Speaker 1: the kids received ill-gotten gains from a criminal enterprise. So
- 12:05Speaker 1: where is that same treatment of these scumbags They shouldn't
- 12:12Speaker 1: have this kind of money. This money should all be seized.
- 12:15Speaker 1: If they were drug dealers, it would be seized. What?
- 12:20Speaker 1: You don't think that they're taking people's houses in South Central?
- 12:24Speaker 1: You better pay attention to what's going on. Because that's
- 12:27Speaker 1: what they do. Government seizure of property in RICO cases.
- 12:31Speaker 1: It's a thing. That's how they roll. They freeze your
- 12:34Speaker 1: bank accounts. They make it almost impossible for you to
- 12:37Speaker 1: pay your legal fees even. But Ghislaine Maxwell... And Scott
- 12:40Speaker 1: Borgerson and this crew of bipedal serpents somehow is still
- 12:46Speaker 1: not facing that same kind of heat. Ask yourselves why, folks.
- 12:50Speaker 1: That's the real question here. That's the 500-pound gorilla in
- 12:53Speaker 1: the room. The court filing reveals for the first time
- 12:59Speaker 1: that Maxwell, the youngest daughter of the late British publishing
- 13:02Speaker 1: tycoon Robert Maxwell... has been married since 2016 and was
- 13:07Speaker 1: living what her attorneys describe as a quiet family life
- 13:11Speaker 1: with her spouse. Yeah, well, it must be nice. Guess
- 13:13Speaker 1: who wasn't living a quiet family life? All of these
- 13:19Speaker 1: survivors that were abused by you and Jeffrey Epstein and
- 13:23Speaker 1: all of these survivors whose abuse you facilitated. They weren't
- 13:28Speaker 1: living quiet and cozy lives. They weren't living in million
- 13:34Speaker 1: dollar New Hampshire getaways they weren't hanging out in chalets
- 13:39Speaker 1: in Colorado they were busy picking up the pieces of
- 13:42Speaker 1: a life destroyed by you until Epstein's arrest last year
- 13:48Speaker 1: ignited a media frenzy that has ripped the family apart
- 13:52Speaker 1: so it's the arrest of Epstein the media frenzy no
- 13:57Speaker 1: self responsibility for Ghislaine Maxwell none whatsoever I'm tired of it, okay?
- 14:05Speaker 1: It's not the media's fault. This is one time it's
- 14:08Speaker 1: not the media's fault. What, should everybody just stop reporting
- 14:13Speaker 1: on what's going on because Ghislaine Maxwell's family is being
- 14:17Speaker 1: torn apart? Well, what about when Casey Anthony was going
- 14:21Speaker 1: through her trial? There was a million, billion reporters parked
- 14:28Speaker 1: out in front of her parents' house on a regular basis.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And guess what? They should have been. There is a
- 14:34Speaker 1: public interest in this case. You don't want to have
- 14:37Speaker 1: this kind of publicity? Here's an idea. Don't commit any
- 14:41Speaker 1: dumbass crimes. Don't get involved in sex trafficking. Don't kill
- 14:44Speaker 1: your kids. It's not very difficult to be a human
- 14:48Speaker 1: being that is even halfway productive, all right? Get up
- 14:52Speaker 1: in the morning, clean your room, brush your teeth, take
- 14:55Speaker 1: a shower, don't do meth, stay out of sex trafficking rings,
- 14:58Speaker 1: don't kill your children. Pretty simple, folks. Maxwell's husband, whose
- 15:05Speaker 1: name is redacted from the public version of the filing,
- 15:08Speaker 1: wrote that the person described in the federal government's criminal
- 15:11Speaker 1: charges is not the person we know. Well, yeah, that's
- 15:14Speaker 1: true because you don't know her. All right. You know
- 15:17Speaker 1: one face of Ghislaine Maxwell, Scott Borgerson. I'm pretty confident
- 15:21Speaker 1: when I say that. If you think that she's this loving, doting,
- 15:28Speaker 1: fantastic person, you truly do not know her. I have
- 15:33Speaker 1: never witnessed anything close to inappropriate with Ghislaine. Quite the contrary.
- 15:38Speaker 1: The Ghislaine I know is a wonderful and loving person.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Her husband wrote in a letter accompanying the motion for bail. Well, yeah, look,
- 15:47Speaker 1: let's keep it real. Even Ted Bundy had people writing
- 15:50Speaker 1: to him in prison. Even that sick, weird-looking bastard Richard
- 15:54Speaker 1: Ramirez had people writing to him in prison. Scott Peterson?
- 15:58Speaker 2: Inundated.
- 15:59Speaker 1: With crazy people writing to him in prison. So my
- 16:03Speaker 1: point is, there's no shortage of people that can get
- 16:06Speaker 1: hoodwinked by these sick, charismatic sociopaths like Ghislaine Maxwell. But
- 16:15Speaker 1: if you think the rest of us are falling into
- 16:17Speaker 1: that trap, if you think the rest of us are
- 16:20Speaker 1: going along with your she's a loving and wonderful person narrative,
- 16:24Speaker 1: my man, you done fell and hit your head. Following
- 16:30Speaker 1: Epstein's death in August 2019... Prosecutors vowed to hold accountable...
- 16:35Speaker 1: Anyone who allegedly conspired with him... Or participated... In his
- 16:39Speaker 1: alleged child sex trafficking crimes... Fair... But guess what? I'm
- 16:45Speaker 1: not sated... I still have a hunger... My stomach is
- 16:49Speaker 1: still rumbling... And guess what's on the menu?
- 16:52Speaker 2: Justice!
- 16:53Speaker 1: It's time to arrest the other co-conspirators... And once that happens...
- 16:58Speaker 1: the prosecution can say, well, look, we're not just going
- 17:01Speaker 1: after Maxwell. That kills your whole entire narrative of her
- 17:04Speaker 1: being the fall guy. They need to unseal these other
- 17:07Speaker 1: indictments and they need to bring in these other co-conspirators.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Let's expand this case. Let's put the pedal to the
- 17:15Speaker 1: metal and let's really throw these sons of bitches into chaos.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Their attention quickly turned to Maxwell, who had previously been
- 17:24Speaker 1: accused in civil lawsuits of allegedly facilitating Epstein's abuse of
- 17:29Speaker 1: young women and girls, allegations that she has long denied.
- 17:33Speaker 1: She was arrested on July 2nd in a surprise early
- 17:36Speaker 1: morning raid at a secluded property in New Hampshire. Boy,
- 17:40Speaker 1: I really wish they would have brought the crew from
- 17:42Speaker 1: cops in on this one, huh? Imagine watching Ghislaine Maxwell
- 17:45Speaker 1: get arrested on an episode of cops on a Saturday night.
- 17:50Speaker 1: It would be an event. I'd be ordering wings, I'd
- 17:52Speaker 1: get some pizza, might even pop a bottle open again.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Watching this lady get dragged out of that house, boy,
- 18:00Speaker 1: would have been fantastic entertainment. Too bad we don't have
- 18:06Speaker 1: that video footage. You know, I would have paid for
- 18:08Speaker 1: that on pay-per-view. That's worth a $ 20 bill. Got all
- 18:14Speaker 1: kinds of footage of Roger Stone getting arrested, however, but
- 18:17Speaker 1: none of Ghislaine Maxwell. She was arrested, excuse me, past that.
- 18:27Speaker 1: She has pleaded not guilty to a six count indictment,
- 18:30Speaker 1: alleging that she conspired with Epstein in a multi-state sex
- 18:34Speaker 1: trafficking scheme involving three unnamed minor survivors between 1994 and 1997.
- 18:42Speaker 1: So again, they really reached into their bag of tricks, right?
- 18:46Speaker 1: For these charges, older charges, but powerful charges. And charges
- 18:53Speaker 1: that are going to be amplified when Annie and the
- 18:58Speaker 1: other girls get up there and testify. The fact of
- 19:02Speaker 1: the matter is Ghislaine Maxwell is not just looking at
- 19:08Speaker 1: a police investigation where they had to recreate the crime scene.
- 19:11Speaker 1: There are eyewitnesses in the dozens who are going to
- 19:16Speaker 1: testify against Ghislaine Maxwell. So all of this wrangling and
- 19:20Speaker 1: all of this nonsense that's going on right now is
- 19:22Speaker 1: all fine and well. And it's expected from Ghislaine Maxwell's team,
- 19:30Speaker 1: but they're going to really be up against it when
- 19:35Speaker 1: she's staring down these accusers and the jury is sitting
- 19:39Speaker 1: there waiting to see how they're going to send Ghislaine
- 19:44Speaker 1: Maxwell's fate, right? They're going to send it up river
- 19:48Speaker 1: or not and I would be hard pressed to believe
- 19:55Speaker 1: that anyone sitting on a jury hearing girl after girl
- 19:59Speaker 1: come forward and attest to the fact that Maxwell abused
- 20:02Speaker 1: them is not going to send her up river for
- 20:06Speaker 1: a million years Prosecutors contend Maxwell not only befriended and
- 20:13Speaker 1: later enticed and groomed multiple minor girls to engage in
- 20:17Speaker 1: sex acts with Epstein through a variety of means and methods,
- 20:21Speaker 1: but was also at times present for and involved in
- 20:25Speaker 1: the abuse herself. And I think that's something that is
- 20:28Speaker 1: left out of this story all too much. You know, oh, co-conspirator,
- 20:32Speaker 1: Epstein's madam, Epstein's girlfriend. The madam shit is wild, right?
- 20:38Speaker 1: That intones that she is some kind of lady of
- 20:43Speaker 1: a cat house who's providing prostitutes. That's not the case.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Groomer and procurer are much better titles for her. Or
- 20:51Speaker 1: if you want to go the extra mile, feel free
- 20:53Speaker 1: to call her a bipedal serpent. At a detention hearing
- 20:58Speaker 1: less than two weeks after her arrest, prosecutors argued that
- 21:02Speaker 1: Maxwell was the very definition of a flight risk and
- 21:05Speaker 1: convinced U.S. District Judge Allison Nathan to keep Maxwell locked
- 21:10Speaker 1: up until trial. They also faulted Maxwell for refusing to
- 21:14Speaker 1: disclose the identity or assets of her previously unknown spouse. Well, look,
- 21:20Speaker 1: what is the court supposed to do? If they demand
- 21:24Speaker 1: a full accounting of your assets and you're not fully compliant,
- 21:31Speaker 1: why would the court think that you're going to do
- 21:33Speaker 1: anything else but lie and try and cheat your way
- 21:36Speaker 1: through the case? And that's what occurred. They've never been
- 21:40Speaker 1: honest about the money that they have. And like I
- 21:43Speaker 1: said before, I'm of the mind. And in my opinion,
- 21:46Speaker 1: they have war chests offshore in these LLCs and these
- 21:51Speaker 1: shell companies. What do you think? They were moving that
- 21:54Speaker 1: money around there for just because? Hell no. She has
- 22:00Speaker 1: three passports, large sums of money, extensive international connections, and
- 22:05Speaker 1: absolutely no reason to stay in the United States to
- 22:09Speaker 1: face a potential significant term of incarceration, said Assistant U.S.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Attorney Alison Moe. And she's correct, right? Now, what the
- 22:21Speaker 1: other side's going to be now is, well, she has
- 22:24Speaker 1: a lot of reason to stay.
- 22:25Speaker 2: She's put up $ 28.
- 22:25Speaker 1: 5 million. she's putting up not only her money, friends
- 22:30Speaker 1: and family's money. You know, they're going to make that
- 22:32Speaker 1: argument and they're going to pitch it hard. I hope
- 22:35Speaker 1: that the prosecutors are ready to engage them in this
- 22:39Speaker 1: argument and run roughshod over them in this argument because
- 22:44Speaker 1: there's no reason for Ghislaine Maxwell to be getting out
- 22:47Speaker 1: of jail at this point. No reason whatsoever. But Maxwell's
- 22:53Speaker 1: lawyers argue in the renewed bail application that that she
- 22:56Speaker 1: has deep and effective ties to the United States, which
- 23:00Speaker 1: she has called home for the last 30 years. Someone
- 23:02Speaker 1: like her has no ties to anywhere. She's a vagabond
- 23:09Speaker 1: when it comes to nationalistic pride. She doesn't have that.
- 23:13Speaker 1: She has the pride in her organization, in her own
- 23:17Speaker 1: consolidation of power and information. She has no sense of
- 23:24Speaker 1: being loyal to one's nation. Letters from supporters who have
- 23:30Speaker 1: known Ms. Maxwell for decades describe her as a deeply
- 23:33Speaker 1: committed to her family and obviously very much at home
- 23:37Speaker 1: and in love. I don't care about all of that.
- 23:40Speaker 1: That shit is nonsense. What, you don't think every single
- 23:42Speaker 1: person incarcerated pretty much in every single jail or prison
- 23:47Speaker 1: in America could get people to write letters like this
- 23:49Speaker 1: for them gushing about them? But what, it carries more weight?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Because it comes from rich people and so-called polite society? No,
- 23:59Speaker 1: it doesn't. Not for me. I don't really care who's
- 24:03Speaker 1: writing in. I don't really care who is cosigning for
- 24:07Speaker 1: her or who is saying that she's a good person.
- 24:10Speaker 1: The evidence is in. And I believe what I see
- 24:14Speaker 1: in evidence, not what I hear from gaslighting friends and family.
- 24:21Speaker 1: One friend's letter attests to the loving relationship she has
- 24:24Speaker 1: with her husband, which I have personally witnessed on many
- 24:28Speaker 1: different occasions. Yes, so what?
- 24:30Speaker 2: Big deal.
- 24:33Speaker 1: My friends that I know had loving wives and kids
- 24:35Speaker 1: and grandkids and family members, and they were snatched away
- 24:39Speaker 1: from them and sent across the country to some shithole
- 24:41Speaker 1: federal prison. There was no hubbub about it. There was
- 24:46Speaker 1: no $ 28. 5 million packages offered. Nothing. The federal government made
- 24:51Speaker 1: their decision. The judge swung the gavel and that was that.
- 24:55Speaker 1: But yet Ghislaine Maxwell, you know, different story, right? Her
- 24:59Speaker 1: friends and her family love her, so she should get out. Nope, sorry.
- 25:04Speaker 1: If my friends and my family had to do their
- 25:06Speaker 1: bit and had to do their time, so do you.
- 25:11Speaker 1: The friends and family who have written in support of Maxwell,
- 25:14Speaker 1: her attorneys wrote, know her to be the antithesis of
- 25:18Speaker 1: what the government has alleged. They trust her completely, including
- 25:22Speaker 1: with their minor children. Yeah, just like Glenn and Eva
- 25:25Speaker 1: Dubin trusted Jeffrey Epstein with their children, huh? Uncle Jeffy,
- 25:29Speaker 1: who was running around talking about marrying 14-year-old Cecilia. So please.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Stop with the bullshit. You trust your children around Ghislaine Maxwell.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Anyone who wrote that should be looked into by CPS.
- 25:46Speaker 1: And I mean it when I say that. F-bomb incoming.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Cover your ears, alright?
- 25:53Speaker 1: If that offends you. How the fuck would anyone leave
- 25:59Speaker 1: their minor children with Ghislaine Maxwell? Far from the cruel
- 26:06Speaker 1: caricature that the press has so recklessly depicted since the
- 26:10Speaker 1: arrest of Jeffrey Epstein, these letters demonstrate that Ms. Maxwell
- 26:14Speaker 1: is generous, loving, and devoted to her family and friends,
- 26:18Speaker 1: and that her life is firmly rooted in this country
- 26:21Speaker 1: with her spouse, the court filings said.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Guess what?
- 26:26Speaker 1: There are plenty. of sociopaths, maniacs, narcissists who have so-called
- 26:32Speaker 1: loving families and are loving parents and nobody cares.
- 26:38Speaker 2: All right.
- 26:38Speaker 1: That's not what this is about. This is about her actions.
- 26:42Speaker 1: And this is about the risk of her fleeing incarceration
- 26:48Speaker 1: and prosecution point blank period.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Ms.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Maxwell would never destroy those closest to her by fleeing
- 27:05Speaker 1: after they have risked so much to support her. Yeah, well,
- 27:08Speaker 1: she's already destroyed all of these survivors.
- 27:10Speaker 2: So what?
- 27:11Speaker 1: They don't matter? Now we should worry about her friends
- 27:14Speaker 1: and her family? People that probably were aiding and abetting
- 27:18Speaker 1: her while she was on the lam?
- 27:20Speaker 2: Nah, sorry.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I don't care about any of them. I don't really
- 27:25Speaker 1: care that they've risked so much to support her. That's
- 27:29Speaker 1: on them. I don't know why anyone would put anything
- 27:36Speaker 1: up for Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell's husband told the court in
- 27:40Speaker 1: a letter that he did not come forward as a
- 27:42Speaker 1: cosigner to her initial bail to application because he and
- 27:46Speaker 1: Maxwell were trying to protect their family from ferocious media aggression. Yeah, well,
- 27:51Speaker 1: guess what? The media.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Never protected those girls from aggression. So guess what? The
- 27:59Speaker 1: shoe is now on the other foot. The narrative has
- 28:02Speaker 1: been snatched from you scumbags. And now the evisceration is on.
- 28:06Speaker 1: The full court press is on. And with the pressure
- 28:11Speaker 1: coming the other way, And the other side finally standing
- 28:16Speaker 1: in the middle of the octagon and biting down on
- 28:19Speaker 1: their mouthpiece and firing back. And you don't like it.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Like every other paper champion ever, the second you get
- 28:26Speaker 1: stuck in the mouth with a hard combination.
- 28:30Speaker 1: It changes everything. And that's what you're seeing here, folks.
- 28:33Speaker 1: You're seeing some big punchers, right? That's who these people
- 28:36Speaker 1: think they are, these so-called elites. These big punchers with
- 28:39Speaker 1: all this knockout ability. They get up there, they swing,
- 28:42Speaker 1: and they knock you out. But when they get dragged
- 28:45Speaker 1: down deep into the late rounds, into the deep water,
- 28:49Speaker 1: they don't know how to swim. Her spouse is coming
- 28:53Speaker 1: forward now because he is deeply concerned about how she
- 28:56Speaker 1: is being treated in the federal detention center and because
- 28:59Speaker 1: the terrible consequences that he and Ms. Maxwell were trying
- 29:03Speaker 1: to prevent have already occurred. Maxwell's attorneys wrote, while also
- 29:08Speaker 1: noting that her husband had offered to post everything he
- 29:11Speaker 1: owned as collateral to secure Maxwell's appearances in court. See,
- 29:16Speaker 1: it's all about material items to these people. What can
- 29:18Speaker 1: I put up in court? Oh, I'll put up everything
- 29:21Speaker 1: I own in material possessions. It does not matter. Okay,
- 29:25Speaker 1: listen to me clearly. None of that matters. What she
- 29:28Speaker 1: is being charged with, what she has gotten away with
- 29:30Speaker 1: for decades, there's no amount of bail in my opinion.
- 29:36Speaker 1: That should be acceptable for her to get out. if
- 29:40Speaker 1: miss maxwell were to violate her bail conditions which she
- 29:43Speaker 1: has no intention of doing she would be leaving her
- 29:45Speaker 1: spouse with virtually nothing her lawyers wrote so borgeson this
- 29:51Speaker 1: scumbag bastard puts up everything he owns even though he
- 29:56Speaker 1: has children everything he owns according to this article To
- 29:59Speaker 1: get Ghislaine Maxwell out of jail. What an absolute prick.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I really hope that his wife gets custody of these
- 30:12Speaker 1: children at this point. Because this guy right here. This
- 30:15Speaker 1: guy shouldn't be in charge of a garden inside the house.
- 30:20Speaker 1: You know some indoor grown tomatoes. This dude shouldn't even
- 30:23Speaker 1: be in charge of that. Never mind kids. In his
- 30:28Speaker 1: letter to the court, Maxwell's husband wrote that he believed
- 30:32Speaker 1: she had nothing to do with Epstein's crimes. Oh, yeah,
- 30:36Speaker 1: I'm sure.
- 30:37Speaker 2: I am.
- 30:38Speaker 1: I am sure, Scott Borgerson, that she had nothing to
- 30:41Speaker 1: do with Epstein's crimes. All of these girls are lying.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's telling the truth. And that's that, right? Give
- 30:50Speaker 1: your head a shake, you moron. I pray for Ghislaine's safety.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I think we all pray for Ghislaine's safety. Nobody wants
- 30:58Speaker 1: to see her get hurt. I certainly don't. I want
- 31:02Speaker 1: her to face justice. That's what I want. And I'll
- 31:05Speaker 1: tell you what. She's certainly on course for just that.
- 31:13Speaker 1: I am praying for justice. And I pray for her
- 31:16Speaker 1: constitutionally afforded due process.
- 31:18Speaker 2: He wrote.
- 31:18Speaker 1: With humility and deep compassion. I am also praying for
- 31:22Speaker 1: Epstein's victims. What a slap in the face. I certainly
- 31:27Speaker 1: don't speak for anyone but myself and my beard, but
- 31:30Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that you're going to get a F
- 31:35Speaker 1: you across the board from the survivors with your canned
- 31:40Speaker 1: ass wannabe, oh, I feel bad for the survivors. I
- 31:46Speaker 1: have compassion for the survivors. Meanwhile, you're there trying to
- 31:50Speaker 1: get Ghislaine Maxwell, the bipedal serpent, who was involved in
- 31:54Speaker 1: just about all of their abuse, out of the clink.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Take your BS statement and, well, you know. Maxwell's marriage
- 32:07Speaker 1: had been a well-kept secret until prosecutors made the surprise
- 32:10Speaker 1: disclosure about her spouse during the July court hearing. According
- 32:14Speaker 1: to the new bail motion, she got married in 2016.
- 32:18Speaker 1: the same year she was twice deposed in connection with
- 32:21Speaker 1: a hotly contested civil defamation lawsuit filed against her by
- 32:25Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts. So while she was getting deposed, while she
- 32:30Speaker 1: was under all of this fire, that's when Borgerson married her.
- 32:38Speaker 1: And this guy has the audacity to act like he
- 32:41Speaker 1: doesn't know who or what Ghislaine Maxwell is. Roberts alleged
- 32:48Speaker 1: that Maxwell recruited her at 16 years old into a
- 32:51Speaker 1: life of sexual servitude to Epstein. She also accused Epstein
- 32:55Speaker 1: and Maxwell of directing her to have sex with a
- 32:57Speaker 1: number of their prominent associates, including Britain's Joe Exotic of
- 33:02Speaker 1: the Windsor family, on three occasions in 2001. Maxwell has
- 33:07Speaker 1: denied Roberts' allegations, calling her an absolute liar according to
- 33:11Speaker 1: court records. The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has
- 33:15Speaker 1: denied the allegations and told the BBC last year that
- 33:19Speaker 1: he had no recollection of ever meeting Roberts. Yeah, we
- 33:23Speaker 1: know how that worked out, right? We absolutely shredded the
- 33:27Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family yesterday, his weak-ass alibis
- 33:31Speaker 1: and his weak-ass excuses. According to a recently unsealed transcript
- 33:38Speaker 1: of an April 2016 deposition in the case, Maxwell told
- 33:42Speaker 1: Roberts' lawyers that she was then in the process of
- 33:45Speaker 1: selling her New York City townhouse, but she answered vaguely
- 33:48Speaker 1: about her plans for the future. Where do you intend
- 33:51Speaker 1: to live once your townhome is sold? Asked Sigrid McCauley,
- 33:54Speaker 1: counsel for Roberts. That's a good question. I don't have
- 33:58Speaker 1: an answer for you yet, Maxwell responded, adding that she
- 34:01Speaker 1: was just couch surfing at the time. Didn't I say that?
- 34:04Speaker 1: What did I say about couch surfing yesterday? Zero chance.
- 34:08Speaker 1: I'm sorry. There is zero chance couch surfing. What are
- 34:13Speaker 1: we in high school?
- 34:14Speaker 2: What are we on?
- 34:15Speaker 1: What am I on a road trip across the country
- 34:17Speaker 1: climbing a peak in all 50 states? and reaching out
- 34:21Speaker 1: to all of my dirtbag. That doesn't mean bad people,
- 34:24Speaker 1: by the way. That's a term used for people who
- 34:26Speaker 1: climb and hike without really having jobs. One of my
- 34:30Speaker 1: dirtbag friend's couches. What is this, my life? What is
- 34:34Speaker 1: going on here? She's couch surfing now, folks. They got $ 28. 5
- 34:39Speaker 1: million in the kitty, but she's couch surfing. Maxwell's attorneys
- 34:45Speaker 1: have asked Judge Nathan to consider the new bail request
- 34:48Speaker 1: on a compressed timetable. That could, if granted, get Maxwell
- 34:52Speaker 1: out of jail before the end of the year. Boy,
- 34:54Speaker 1: that would be a great Christmas present for her, huh?
- 34:56Speaker 1: And a shitty one for the rest of us. And
- 34:59Speaker 1: imagine how the survivors would feel. Nathan has not yet
- 35:04Speaker 1: committed to Maxwell's request for a hearing as soon as
- 35:07Speaker 1: December 21st. The judge directed prosecutors to submit their response
- 35:11Speaker 1: to Maxwell's motion by Wednesday, and she may again seek
- 35:15Speaker 1: input from the three women whose allegations are detailed in
- 35:19Speaker 1: their criminal indictment against Maxwell before issuing a decision. Boy,
- 35:24Speaker 1: I hope she does. Pretty sure Annie and the other
- 35:26Speaker 1: gals will have a thing or two to say about
- 35:29Speaker 1: Maxwell being bailed out. At the July bail hearing, a
- 35:33Speaker 1: federal prosecutor read a statement from one of the alleged
- 35:36Speaker 1: survivors who asked the judge to not let us down
- 35:39Speaker 1: by allowing Maxwell the opportunity to further hurt her survivors
- 35:44Speaker 1: or evade the consequences that surely await her if justice
- 35:47Speaker 1: is served. If she believes she risks prison, she will
- 35:51Speaker 1: never come back. And I agree, man. Why would Ghislaine
- 35:54Speaker 1: Maxwell ever try and face these charges? With all of
- 35:59Speaker 1: her means. and the big war chest that they have
- 36:03Speaker 1: available to them, why would she ever stick around and
- 36:07Speaker 1: face these charges? Another alleged survivor, Annie Farmer, 41, publicly
- 36:14Speaker 1: identified herself and implored Nathan to keep Maxwell locked up.
- 36:19Speaker 1: You know, mad credit and props to Annie for standing
- 36:24Speaker 1: up in the face of the maelstrom, put her name
- 36:27Speaker 1: on the record, And get on there. On that video conference.
- 36:31Speaker 1: And tell the judge face to face the deal. Annie's
- 36:34Speaker 1: a straight up hero. A superhero and a rock star.
- 36:38Speaker 1: All wrapped into one. What this girl did. And what
- 36:43Speaker 1: she has done for years. And the bravery shown by her.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Boy I'll tell you what. There are too many people.
- 36:50Speaker 1: That have that kind of courage folks. And Annie should
- 36:53Speaker 1: certainly be lauded. For the courage that she has shown.
- 36:56Speaker 1: In the face of. of great evil. She is a
- 37:02Speaker 1: sexual predator who groomed and abused me and countless other
- 37:06Speaker 1: children and young women, Farmer said. She has never shown
- 37:10Speaker 1: any remorse for her heinous crimes, for the devastating, lasting
- 37:14Speaker 1: effects her actions caused. And she still hasn't, right? It's
- 37:18Speaker 1: all about, oh, Ghislaine, her treatment, COVID. It's never about
- 37:24Speaker 1: these survivors. It's never about A 15, 16-year-old Annie Farmer
- 37:28Speaker 1: who had her whole entire life shattered the moment these
- 37:33Speaker 1: idiots began abusing her? It's always about the bipedal serpent,
- 37:37Speaker 1: isn't it? Well, not on this podcast. Maxwell's attorneys contend
- 37:44Speaker 1: in their new bail motion that they have now assembled
- 37:47Speaker 1: substantial information and evidence that was not available at the
- 37:50Speaker 1: time of the first bail hearing, including a comprehensive financial
- 37:54Speaker 1: report that pegs her net worth with her husband at $ 22. 5 million,
- 37:59Speaker 1: and reveals that the couple has filed jointly federal tax
- 38:02Speaker 1: returns every year since 2016.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Bam!
- 38:06Speaker 1: Borgerson is now part of the RICO investigation.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Bingo! Bango!
- 38:11Speaker 1: Boom! The motion also takes aim at what the defense
- 38:17Speaker 1: team describes as the weakness of the government's case against her.
- 38:21Speaker 1: The weakness, huh? This is why I think that the
- 38:24Speaker 1: superseded indictment needs to just be unveiled already. How about
- 38:28Speaker 1: 40 or 50 RICO charges? Okay, how about that for
- 38:32Speaker 1: a week? You lying, smarmy sons of bitches. Her lawyers
- 38:38Speaker 1: contend that the government has so far produced no meaningful
- 38:41Speaker 1: documentary corroboration in pre-trial discovery exchanges. And they argue that
- 38:46Speaker 1: the investigation of Maxwell was launched only because of the
- 38:50Speaker 1: government's failure to keep Epstein alive to face the charges
- 38:54Speaker 1: against him. What a bunch of bullshit artists. If Epstein
- 38:57Speaker 1: was there to face those charges, if he didn't die,
- 39:00Speaker 1: Maxwell was getting caught up in this no matter what
- 39:02Speaker 1: and going to prison. What, you think this just happened
- 39:04Speaker 1: because Epstein died? And they were like, ah, so we'll
- 39:08Speaker 1: get Maxwell instead. No, she was involved. Her fingerprints are
- 39:14Speaker 1: all over this, and even if Epstein didn't die in prison,
- 39:17Speaker 1: Maxwell was going to jail in a RICO case. 60
- 39:21Speaker 1: charges were filed against this guy, okay? The facts strongly imply...
- 39:30Speaker 1: that the government only chose to pursue a case against Ms. Maxwell,
- 39:34Speaker 1: who was not named in the Epstein indictment, because the
- 39:37Speaker 1: main target, Jeffrey Epstein, had died in their custody. The
- 39:41Speaker 1: lack of corroboration in the discovery confirms that the case
- 39:44Speaker 1: against Ms. Maxwell was an afterthought and was reverse engineered
- 39:48Speaker 1: based on the allegations of 25-year-old conduct from a small
- 39:53Speaker 1: number of alleged victims, her attorneys wrote. A small number, huh?
- 39:57Speaker 1: I guess we'll see at trial how small that number is.
- 40:00Speaker 1: We'll just see at trial when they come out one
- 40:03Speaker 1: after one testifying against you and your sorry-ass, disgusting, lying client.
- 40:13Speaker 1: If granted bail under her proposed conditions, Maxwell would be
- 40:16Speaker 1: restricted to a New York residence with round-the-clock security and
- 40:20Speaker 1: GPS monitoring. She would also irrevocably waive her rights to
- 40:24Speaker 1: contest extradition from France or England, the two countries other
- 40:29Speaker 1: than the U.S. where Maxwell holds citizenship. Yeah, no thanks. Sorry,
- 40:34Speaker 1: not the kind of deal I'm looking for. I have
- 40:37Speaker 1: no interest, personally, in seeing this lady get bailed out.
- 40:41Speaker 1: I just don't think it's... proper. There are plenty of
- 40:45Speaker 1: other people around the country who should be bailed out.
- 40:49Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell, not one of them in my opinion. One
- 40:54Speaker 1: friend who has offered to post her one and a
- 40:55Speaker 1: half million home to secure the bond wrote that she
- 40:58Speaker 1: was willing to put up her only nest egg for
- 41:00Speaker 1: retirement because she knows in every fiber of her being
- 41:04Speaker 1: that Maxwell will never try to flee, the court filing said. Uh,
- 41:10Speaker 1: pretty bold strategy there, Cotton. First of all, I don't
- 41:16Speaker 1: think that Ghislaine Maxwell is hanging out with somebody who
- 41:18Speaker 1: only has a measly $ 1. 5 million net worth, okay? So
- 41:22Speaker 1: I don't buy that, first of all. In fact, I
- 41:26Speaker 1: don't buy any of this.
- 41:28Speaker 2: That's right.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I said it. I don't buy any of this. She
- 41:30Speaker 1: doesn't have any friends. Prove it. What are their names?
- 41:38Speaker 1: The court filing said another close friend pledged $ 25, 000 that
- 41:42Speaker 1: he had planned to set aside for his own daughter's future.
- 41:45Speaker 1: But he is prepared to pledge it for Miss Maxwell,
- 41:48Speaker 1: her lawyers wrote. Well, that friend's an idiot, too. And
- 41:51Speaker 1: if I was his daughter, I'd be steaming pissed. You
- 41:54Speaker 1: mean to tell me, pops, you had 25 grand you
- 41:57Speaker 1: were going to put aside for me. But instead, in
- 42:00Speaker 1: your infinite wisdom, you decided to help post bond for
- 42:03Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, huh? Guess who is not invited to Christmas
- 42:08Speaker 1: next year, good old dad? Hope you enjoy Christmas with
- 42:11Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, dad. Oh, I would be so fired up
- 42:16Speaker 1: if this was my pops doing this. Thankfully, I have
- 42:20Speaker 1: a father that would just as soon see all of
- 42:23Speaker 1: these people put underneath a prison as give them anything,
- 42:28Speaker 1: so I don't have to worry about that. In sum,
- 42:32Speaker 1: These bonds reflect the depth of support that Maxwell has
- 42:36Speaker 1: from her family and friends who are risking their livelihoods,
- 42:39Speaker 1: their safety, and their ability to live without constant media
- 42:44Speaker 1: harassment to support her, her attorneys wrote. Aw, this is
- 42:48Speaker 1: me playing the world's smallest violin once again. If you
- 42:52Speaker 1: dip your toes into the water, don't be mad if
- 42:58Speaker 1: they get a little bite. So these people who were
- 43:01Speaker 1: entering the fray on Maxwell's behalf, now, I don't think
- 43:05Speaker 1: anyone should be harassed, right? But that doesn't mean that
- 43:08Speaker 1: they shouldn't be talked about in the media. They shouldn't
- 43:10Speaker 1: be talked about on podcasts or in blogs. Once you
- 43:16Speaker 1: step into the arena, it's fair game, folks.
- 43:22Speaker 2: Ms.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Maxwell would never destroy those closest to her by fleeing
- 43:26Speaker 1: after they have risked so much to support her. Yeah,
- 43:28Speaker 1: that's exactly who I'd put all my trust in. Exactly
- 43:33Speaker 1: who I would be trusting with my future is Ghislaine Maxwell.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Maxwell's attorneys contend that the proposed bail package is exceptional
- 43:42Speaker 1: in its scope and that it puts at risk everything
- 43:46Speaker 1: that she has if she were to flee. Ghislaine Maxwell
- 43:49Speaker 1: is committed to defending herself and wants nothing more than
- 43:52Speaker 1: to remain in this country with her family and her
- 43:55Speaker 1: friends by her side so that she can fight the
- 43:57Speaker 1: allegations against her and clear her name, her attorneys wrote.
- 44:01Speaker 2: Oh, okay. Good.
- 44:03Speaker 1: So we could expect her to be forthright. We could
- 44:06Speaker 1: expect her to, you know, rat on other people who
- 44:09Speaker 1: are involved. Is that what you're telling us?
- 44:12Speaker 2: No.
- 44:12Speaker 1: What you're doing is engaging in some bluster. Maxwell doesn't
- 44:18Speaker 1: want to defend her name. She knows that she can't
- 44:20Speaker 1: defend her name. She knows that she's not innocent. You
- 44:23Speaker 1: all know that she's not innocent. And she's going to
- 44:25Speaker 1: look for technicalities to try and make sure that her
- 44:29Speaker 1: innocence isn't what the discussion is about. That it's about
- 44:34Speaker 1: these technicalities and these loopholes. Mark my words. Maxwell Maxwell's
- 44:41Speaker 1: bail proposal also renews her concerns that the conditions of
- 44:44Speaker 1: her confinement at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn are
- 44:48Speaker 1: putting her health at risk and making it difficult for
- 44:51Speaker 1: her to review documents in preparation for her trial.
- 44:54Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 44:55Speaker 1: 13 hours a day. I'm sure she'd be focusing for
- 44:58Speaker 1: 13 hours a day if she was at home. Sure,
- 45:01Speaker 1: she would be putting 13 hours a day into looking
- 45:03Speaker 1: at these documents. Yeah, right. Give me a break. She
- 45:09Speaker 1: recently spent two weeks in quarantine protocol after a staff
- 45:12Speaker 1: member assigned to her unit tested positive for COVID-19, according
- 45:16Speaker 1: to court records. Ms. Maxwell's quarantine period also resulted in
- 45:21Speaker 1: cancellation of weekly in-person legal visits. This is likely to
- 45:26Speaker 1: continue in light of the spike in COVID infection within
- 45:30Speaker 1: and outside the MDC, Maxwell's lawyers wrote. As of the
- 45:34Speaker 1: date of this filing, the BOP reports 80 MDC inmates
- 45:38Speaker 1: and staff with COVID. All right, well, if you don't
- 45:41Speaker 1: have any comorbidities, you're not obese, you're not suffering from
- 45:46Speaker 1: COPD or anything like that, you're going to be okay
- 45:49Speaker 1: for the most part. The numbers don't lie, folks. The
- 45:53Speaker 1: data says that if you're under a certain age, you're
- 45:56Speaker 1: relatively healthy, you're going to be fine. Look at Trump.
- 46:00Speaker 1: This guy's chowing down more hamburgers on a regular basis
- 46:04Speaker 1: than the Hamburglar, eating French fries by the box load.
- 46:09Speaker 1: This dude kicked it. This dude's fine. So I doubt
- 46:13Speaker 1: Maxwell has anything to worry about on the COVID front.
- 46:16Speaker 1: That is just such an asinine argument, in my opinion.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Unless you're immunocompromised, I don't want to hear that shit.
- 46:26Speaker 1: So Ghislaine Maxwell... the COVID excuse, all this other jazz.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Let's really hope that the judge sees through all of
- 46:34Speaker 1: this and that the judge decides not even to hear
- 46:38Speaker 1: from them about a bail request. But if Nathan does
- 46:42Speaker 1: decide to hear it and there is a hearing about bail,
- 46:46Speaker 1: I really hope that Nathan, when she slams down that
- 46:50Speaker 1: gavel and tells them to kick rocks, does it emphatically.
- 46:55Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 46:57Speaker 1: at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
- 47:06Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All
- 47:13Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
- 47:15Speaker 1: found in the description box. Ghislaine Maxwell moved 36 times
- 47:22Speaker 1: in the last year, according to her report. Who in
- 47:27Speaker 1: the hell moves 36 times in one year? And according
- 47:34Speaker 1: to her and her people, it was all because of
- 47:37Speaker 1: the media. It had nothing to do with law enforcement scrutiny,
- 47:41Speaker 1: according to them. Oh no, Ghislaine Maxwell is a good person.
- 47:44Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell should get bail. Ghislaine Maxwell is liked by
- 47:48Speaker 1: her friends and family. Isn't that what her lawyers told us?
- 47:55Speaker 1: Isn't that the bullshit they expect us to accept? 36
- 48:02Speaker 1: times in a year since Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide. Now,
- 48:07Speaker 1: why would she be on the lam? Why would she
- 48:11Speaker 1: be running like that if she was not guilty? An
- 48:17Speaker 1: innocent person does not go on the lam. An innocent
- 48:22Speaker 1: person stands up tall and defends their good name.
- 48:28Speaker 2: They don't hide.
- 48:30Speaker 1: They don't use fake mouthpieces in the media to sow disinformation.
- 48:35Speaker 1: And they certainly don't fire shots across the bow at
- 48:39Speaker 1: other co-conspirators. Ghislaine Maxwell... was not hiding from the press. Oh,
- 48:47Speaker 1: I'm sure that played into it, of course. She didn't
- 48:49Speaker 1: want anything to do with an interview or anyone blowing
- 48:53Speaker 1: up where she was at, no doubt about it, blowing
- 48:56Speaker 1: up her spot, right, and letting people know where she's at.
- 48:58Speaker 1: She didn't want to have to deal with that. So
- 49:00Speaker 1: I can understand how that could play a part in it.
- 49:03Speaker 1: But for her and her camp to come out and
- 49:05Speaker 1: act like it had nothing to do with law enforcement
- 49:07Speaker 1: and the scrutiny put on them by law enforcement is
- 49:10Speaker 1: laughable at best. Ghislaine Maxwell is as good guilty, in
- 49:21Speaker 1: my opinion, as Jeffrey Epstein for all of this.
- 49:25Speaker 2: She played a leadership role. She called the shots.
- 49:30Speaker 1: She made sure her little minions like Sarah Kell and
- 49:33Speaker 1: Vickers were on point and doing their jobs. And she
- 49:38Speaker 1: made sure that she let the survivors know that she
- 49:41Speaker 1: could reach out and hurt them or ruin their lives
- 49:45Speaker 1: in an instant. And why would the survivors think any
- 49:49Speaker 1: differently considering the company that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell kept?
- 49:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Ehud Barak, Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner,
- 50:02Speaker 1: Jess Staley. We're talking about some of the most powerful
- 50:05Speaker 1: people in the world. Our article tonight is from the
- 50:11Speaker 1: New York Post, and the headline is, Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly
- 50:16Speaker 1: moved at least 36 times during her year in hiding.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Authored by Tamar Lappin. Ghislaine Maxwell moved at least 36
- 50:26Speaker 1: times across the U.S. in the year before her arrest,
- 50:30Speaker 1: and coronavirus mask wearing may have helped her stay undetected,
- 50:34Speaker 1: a report said Sunday.
- 50:36Speaker 2: Well, yeah, right? Everyone's wearing face masks.
- 50:39Speaker 1: I know here in Las Vegas, we have to wear
- 50:41Speaker 1: them even in the casinos, which is unheard of in
- 50:45Speaker 1: Nevada to wear a mask into a casino. You can't
- 50:48Speaker 1: even wear a hood into a casino. But now everybody
- 50:52Speaker 1: has to wear masks, right? So when you're walking into
- 50:55Speaker 1: the casinos here in Las Vegas, they have these thermal
- 50:59Speaker 1: temperature scanners and you have to stand in front of
- 51:03Speaker 1: the scanner. You have to pull down your mask and
- 51:05Speaker 1: take off your hat so that the camera can get
- 51:09Speaker 1: a shot of your face just in case you go
- 51:11Speaker 1: on some sort of rampage. But I could totally see
- 51:14Speaker 1: how this could help her stay undetected, right? And especially
- 51:19Speaker 1: in a little town like New Hampshire, I'm sure nobody
- 51:21Speaker 1: even had any idea who she was. We're not talking
- 51:25Speaker 1: about France where everybody could recognize her by her sovereign ring.
- 51:29Speaker 1: What a load of crap that was, huh? I mean,
- 51:31Speaker 1: are you kidding me with that France stuff?
- 51:33Speaker 2: Jeez Louise.
- 51:36Speaker 1: The British socialite took off from the West Coast and
- 51:39Speaker 1: crisscrossed the country making stops in Idaho, Wyoming, and Colorado
- 51:43Speaker 1: before ultimately ending up in New Hampshire where she was
- 51:47Speaker 1: busted 10 days ago, the Sun reported.
- 51:50Speaker 2: Yeah, she was on quite the adventure, huh? Quite the
- 51:52Speaker 2: road trip.
- 51:53Speaker 1: I wish I could go on a road trip like that,
- 51:55Speaker 1: five states, six states, hop in the car, crisscross.
- 51:58Speaker 2: The nation, live the life of Riley.
- 52:01Speaker 1: Meanwhile, all of these survivors are still asking for justice
- 52:05Speaker 1: and begging for justice. But Ghislaine Maxwell, while she was
- 52:09Speaker 1: living that high life, boy, has there ever been a
- 52:12Speaker 1: person who deserved to have their freedom ripped out from
- 52:16Speaker 1: underneath them more than this bipedal serpent? Ghislaine has been
- 52:24Speaker 1: constantly on the move throughout the last year, a source
- 52:26Speaker 1: told the outlet. She would stay in properties for a
- 52:29Speaker 1: few days or a week.
- 52:31Speaker 2: What was she at?
- 52:31Speaker 1: The Siegel Suites? The budget rentals? Here in Las Vegas,
- 52:36Speaker 1: she might have been hanging out down on Boulder Highway.
- 52:38Speaker 1: That's where she belongs. That's the kind of trash she is. So,
- 52:43Speaker 1: I mean, what was she doing? Airbnb-ing it for a
- 52:45Speaker 1: few days or a week, staying at hotels? That's all
- 52:49Speaker 1: interesting stuff, right? I really hope that that comes out
- 52:51Speaker 1: and it comes to light and we kind of get
- 52:53Speaker 1: a look at her whole entire situation while she was
- 52:57Speaker 1: on the lam. Her life on the lam appears to
- 53:01Speaker 1: have begun after her pedophile ex-boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein killed himself
- 53:06Speaker 1: last August, allegedly, in a Manhattan lockup while awaiting trial
- 53:10Speaker 1: on federal sex trafficking charges, according to the paper.
- 53:15Speaker 2: She is not an innocent woman in my opinion.
- 53:18Speaker 1: An innocent person does not do what she did in
- 53:21Speaker 1: the wake of Jeffrey Epstein's death. An innocent person like
- 53:25Speaker 1: her does not lie and deceive and cheat the way
- 53:30Speaker 1: she does, okay? She is not innocent of any of
- 53:33Speaker 1: this in my opinion. Leadership role, RICO charges, a long
- 53:38Speaker 1: lengthy stay in jail, and maybe, maybe 10 or 15
- 53:43Speaker 1: years shaved off your 60s if you help the federal government.
- 53:49Speaker 1: The SunSource claimed that between then and her July 2nd arrest,
- 53:52Speaker 1: Maxwell hopped from home to home, moving at least three
- 53:55Speaker 1: times each month. Three times each month? I mean, this
- 54:01Speaker 1: is El Chapo level shit right here. This lady was ducking, dodging,
- 54:08Speaker 1: and evading like Rip Torn was throwing wrenches at her
- 54:11Speaker 1: at the dodgeball tournament. I mean, are you kidding me
- 54:14Speaker 1: right now? Three times each month? And it's all to
- 54:19Speaker 1: avoid the media, huh?
- 54:21Speaker 2: Okay.
- 54:24Speaker 1: While on the run, the accused madame co-conspirator, fellow child abuser,
- 54:29Speaker 1: all-around scuzzball, mostly spent her days working out and reading,
- 54:33Speaker 1: including a book on Epstein's accusers by Survivor's lawyer Bradley Edwards,
- 54:39Speaker 1: in which she featured prominently Vanity Fair previously reported. And again,
- 54:44Speaker 1: for those of you who are just tuning into the
- 54:46Speaker 1: podcast who haven't been listening for a while and just
- 54:48Speaker 1: found us recently, I highly suggest you go out and
- 54:52Speaker 1: get Bradley Edwards' book, Relentless Pursuit. It is a behind-the-scenes
- 54:57Speaker 1: look at a lawyer who has been on the front
- 54:59Speaker 1: lines battling these sick, disgusting bastards from.
- 55:02Speaker 2: The word go.
- 55:06Speaker 1: I highly, highly suggest you pick up that book if
- 55:08Speaker 1: you have not read it yet. The Sun Source added
- 55:12Speaker 1: that she did go out, but not often. Obviously, with
- 55:16Speaker 1: the coronavirus, people wearing masks, it made things easier for her.
- 55:20Speaker 2: That's no doubt about that.
- 55:22Speaker 1: I mean, if you're on the lam right now and
- 55:24Speaker 1: you're some sort of criminal, this is your time to shine, boy.
- 55:27Speaker 1: Wear your face mask, throw on some shades, put on
- 55:30Speaker 1: a hat. You might as well be the invisible man
- 55:33Speaker 1: or woman. And for somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell, who is
- 55:38Speaker 1: most certainly a lamest, oh yeah, this is heaven sent
- 55:41Speaker 1: for her.
- 55:42Speaker 2: Heaven sent.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Officials have also said they were tracking Maxwell's movements and
- 55:47Speaker 1: had recently learned that she moved to a luxury home
- 55:50Speaker 1: on a 156-acre estate in Bradford, New Hampshire that she
- 55:54Speaker 1: bought in an all-cash deal in December. I think that
- 55:58Speaker 1: that estate should be seized and it should be turned
- 56:02Speaker 1: into some sort of rehabilitation place for survivors of assault
- 56:09Speaker 1: by people like this. Make this property into something like that,
- 56:13Speaker 1: some sort of retreat, some sort of getaway, some sort
- 56:15Speaker 1: of place where survivors can go.
- 56:18Speaker 2: And start the healing process.
- 56:21Speaker 1: That's the best way to shove a thumb in the
- 56:24Speaker 1: eye of these sick, disgusting, bipedal serpents. In an initial
- 56:29Speaker 1: memo seeking Maxwell's detention, prosecutors said she was hiding out
- 56:33Speaker 1: in various locations in New England and had made efforts
- 56:36Speaker 1: to go undetected, including switching her main phone number, which
- 56:40Speaker 1: was registered under the name G-Max. And for her next trick,
- 56:44Speaker 1: she's going to enter the rap battle and be a
- 56:46Speaker 1: freestyle rapper with her.
- 56:47Speaker 2: New nickname G-Max. G-Max. More like stupid moron.
- 56:53Speaker 1: But the Sun's source said Maxwell moved around to outrun reporters,
- 56:57Speaker 1: not federal authorities, echoing an argument made by her defense
- 57:01Speaker 1: attorneys last week for why she was not a flight
- 57:03Speaker 1: risk and should be granted bond. Pay very close attention
- 57:06Speaker 1: to that, okay? The source is mimicking the defense attorney's
- 57:11Speaker 1: last week's statement. No, it's probably a source that has
- 57:15Speaker 1: been put into play by Maxwell and her team, and
- 57:18Speaker 1: what we're seeing here is circular reporting. Be very careful
- 57:22Speaker 1: of it, folks. Be very, very careful of it. She
- 57:29Speaker 1: was never running from the feds, the source said. She
- 57:31Speaker 1: was running from journalists and crazy people who wanted to
- 57:34Speaker 1: kill her.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Well, who's she talking about? Her handlers?
- 57:39Speaker 1: If that's the case, then she should be begging the
- 57:41Speaker 1: government to protect her. Who was trying to kill her?
- 57:46Speaker 1: Nobody even knows where she is. Lawyers for the survivors
- 57:50Speaker 1: can't even find her. but she's scared she's going to
- 57:54Speaker 1: be killed.
- 57:55Speaker 2: Give me a break.
- 57:56Speaker 1: It is all a setup for the victimhood shield. That
- 58:01Speaker 1: is what she's trying to play here. Oh, I'm a
- 58:03Speaker 1: victim in this. I'm a victim.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Nope. Sorry. You are not a victim. No one was
- 58:08Speaker 2: trying to kill you.
- 58:09Speaker 1: You're on the lam and you're such a coward that
- 58:12Speaker 1: you had to keep moving locations because you were scared
- 58:16Speaker 1: that some reporter was going to stumble upon you and
- 58:19Speaker 1: put you on blast. That's what you say you were
- 58:23Speaker 1: scared of, huh?
- 58:25Speaker 2: Sorry. You were scared of the authorities, in my opinion.
- 58:29Speaker 1: It was a serious problem. Her location was on a
- 58:32Speaker 1: need-to-know basis. Maxwell reportedly even hired a professional security firm
- 58:37Speaker 1: to keep her safe amid an influx of death threats.
- 58:40Speaker 1: She's now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in
- 58:43Speaker 1: Brooklyn and is expected to be arraigned Tuesday on sex
- 58:47Speaker 1: trafficking charges.
- 58:51Speaker 2: Wow.
- 58:53Speaker 1: Hired a professional security firm to keep her safe amid
- 58:58Speaker 1: an influx of death threats.
- 58:59Speaker 2: Now, where did those death threats....
- 59:03Speaker 1: Where did she receive those death threats? Changed her phone number.
- 59:06Speaker 1: Doesn't have the same email address. What were they, smoke
- 59:09Speaker 1: signals in the sky? Somebody hired a Goodyear blimp and
- 59:15Speaker 1: had a terrible message for Ghislaine in the Goodyear blimp?
- 59:20Speaker 2: She had to go out and.
- 59:20Speaker 1: Bring in some ex-SAS soldiers to protect her?
- 59:25Speaker 2: Give me a break already, okay?
- 59:28Speaker 1: All a sham. all part of the smokescreen, and all
- 59:32Speaker 1: part of the plot for them to build the case
- 59:34Speaker 1: that she was also a victim.
- 59:37Speaker 2: But guess what? We see right through it.
- 59:40Speaker 1: Reading right between the lines, we see right through it,
- 59:43Speaker 1: and we know exactly, exactly what your strategy is going
- 59:48Speaker 1: to be. And it is not going to work. So
- 59:51Speaker 1: you better get with your boy Dershowitz behind the scenes.
- 59:55Speaker 1: Tell him to pick up his pants. Enough with the
- 59:58Speaker 1: naked volleyball. and to get into the back room and
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: help you guys out, because you're going to need all
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: the help you can get when it comes to defending
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: this bipedal serpent. Because, my friends, all of the evidence
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: that we have seen thus far, all of the circumstantial
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: evidence that is available to the public, is there any
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: other destination you can arrive at? other than Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: had a leadership role with Jeffrey Epstein, played a crucial
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: part in the building of the criminal enterprise, and also,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: let's not forget, played a crucial part in laundering millions
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: and millions of dollars. That, my friends, is a career criminal,
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: not a victim. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
