- 0:10SPEAKER_01: Hi guys, welcome back to Skincare Anarchy.
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: This is your host, Ekta, and I have a very special guest today.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Um, she has so much experience in not only the you know skin and skill wellness, but just so much more, and and I cannot wait for you guys to just learn from her, and I can't wait to learn from her.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: So, without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to Marie Reynolds, who is a global skin and wellness expert, and she has over 35 years of experience in this industry.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: So, welcome to the show, Marie.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: I'm so grateful that you had the time to come on to our show.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Oh, thank you for having me.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: It's a pleasure to be here.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: Um, I would love to get started by um kind of understanding your you know your path in you know the the industry and just where you got started and you know just the whole story.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: I want all the details.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: If you could share that with us.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: Okay, um, well, I've been in the skincare industry for for the longest, I suppose.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Um, and but but when you learn as a therapist, you learn in very restrained in a 2D format.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: And as human beings, we know that you know we're not just 2D beings, we're made up of all sorts of things, uh, even you know, we're mainly bacteria, viruses, molds, uh, we're only a small percentage human cells.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Um, and all of those are important for our existence to adapt to our environment, but they also can play havoc with our system and throw us up in the skin.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: So when we look at the skin uh as a whole, um, you know, people always go for either normal, dry, or oily skin types, and that just didn't sit right with me.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: So as I went through the skincare journey, I just thought, right, okay, what else can I do?
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: And I was very interested in uh Chinese medicine and the Chinese philosophy, um, traditional uh Chinese medicine, and so I did uh Oriental Diagnosis course, and um I thought, well, it's very well people saying, you know, if if the left toe on this foot is longer than that toe, then it means X, Y, and Z.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: But how does it do that?
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: So for many, many years I took pictures of people's feet, ears, and faces, and um, you know, started to join the dots really.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: I then went into fascia, uh, learned learned the bow and technique and understood about fascia health, and then I went into energy medicine and learned about you know how energetic stresses, because every single thing in our body has an energetic stamp, our heart and our lungs, uh people can people can understand it more when it's to do with their heart, you know, you know, go going for an ECG.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Um, but every single thing in our system has an energetic stamp, so it was about looking at what causes possible energetic stresses that throw up in the skin.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: So that I suppose that's what's led me to this point here, and that's what I'm known for.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: I'm not really known for sort of like just doing skin, it's looking at um you know the processes or what's going on within that reflects in the skin.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Absolutely, and you know, I think that that is I think that is the approach to skin health, if we really think about it, because to be honest, the skin, um, like the you know, the neuro, you know, the entire neurology of our body, we know very little about these two organs, you know, and the skin, um, in terms of understanding it from a scientific and and research aspect or a strictly clinical or medical aspect, um, there's just too many roadblocks and there's too many unanswered questions.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: And that's where, you know, I'm a firm believer as well in the in the idea of this energetic component coming into the overall health and well-being of us as human beings, you know.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: So I absolutely love that you brought this up, and I would love for you to go into more depth about that.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: You know, I know that your approach, as you described, is very holistic, and that's wonderful, but I want to really hit all those key points that you just mentioned.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: And if you can give us like examples and some insight into like the work that you do on the energy level.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: So when a client comes to me, um, it's really important uh that I spend quite a lot of time in the consultation process.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: The consultation process is not just, in fact, I actually uh train therapists to um think outside the box, it's not a case of just throwing a consultation card at your customer and then uh that because they'll only tell you yes and no answers.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: So it's about looking at how the client sits, how they're breathing.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Um I ask questions about what line conceived they are.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: I can often see that in the feet as well, by the toes.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: I can also see whether they are born by forceps or cesarean, what I call yanked into the world, and it's all manifest in the skin.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: So, for instance, D-section babies, you'll often find that they may be predispositioned to an acne-type skin, and it's because they are exposed to a different type of bacterium through the gut wall rather than the vaginal canal, and that's really important for the immunity of the skin.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: Um, so they're like little clues.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Um, I ask about digestion.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: We know that the gut-skin link is really important, but a lot of people just focus on probiotics.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: My tagline is I'm interested in everything from how you chew to how you poo, and everything in between because it's really important to understand not just the digestive pathways but the elimination pathways, how this rubbish, how this toxic load is getting out of your body is so important.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Um, what times you're eating, if you're eating late at night, this has an impact on the digestive system.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Um, how you're eating, if you're eating fast on the hop, you know, uh, that has a massive impact, and it can often uh reflect in certain skin conditions.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: So if somebody comes into me and they might have rosacea, I will look at elements of the stomach and the liver.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Um, if somebody has got um issues with congestion, or the the classic one is hormonal acne, um, I will look at the liver and also the gut pathways and all the and the elimination pathways.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: So that's just part and parcel of it.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: The energetic side is a completely different thing altogether, it completely blows everything out of the water, in my opinion, because it takes into consideration your thought patterns.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: A good example is when somebody tells you some bad news, you have a physical reaction from that.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: So the vibration action of somebody speaking to you, the message that's sent you are going to absorb that, and it manifests manifests in a physical way.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: So if it's bad news, you'll often feel your heart rate going, you may even have an evacuation of bows, you might even go weak at the knees.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: Um, if you get excited, you get sort of like butterflies in your tummy.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: So it's a physical manifestation of a vibrationary response.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: Um, but this yeah, and I mean, you know, I I wanna I wanna actually, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but I want to insert that, you know, I know that there have been some very, very renowned uh scientists that have really um you know added a lot of conversation around this topic.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: For example, you know, first person that comes to mind is Brian Green.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: He's a renowned biologist, he's a you know phenomenal um scientist, researcher, and he spoke about the energetic um awareness of our body.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: And you know, one of my favorite quotes, I think, by him was, you know, he was describing what he feels that the human mind is.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: And he said, I don't think the mind is contained within the brain, like anything else in any of our other organs.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: He thinks that there was there, he thinks that there is a um the mind, for example, is more of something like a magnetic field that is surrounding a you know what I mean?
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: So like Yeah, yeah.
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: So I just wanted to insert that little blurb, but I'm so with everything you're saying.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: Please continue.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: No, it's 100%.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: We have 12 ethnic bodies and we have different magnetic fields uh depending on what etric body we're in.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: Um, and there is have you heard of curlian uh photography?
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: So you know it it can manifest the energetic field of a plant.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: If you tear a plant in half, it would still photograph the plant as a whole as the energetic field as it should be.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: It's the same as a phantom limb, you've still got that nerve pathway, but also that energetic pathway.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: So all of these things are manifested.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: So, you know, you can also have sort of like energetic blocks from past trauma, you can have blocks caused in you know the sinuses in the teeth, which are major pathways to overall health and well-being.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: The sinuses in the teeth, you know, are locked into major bone in you know, the jaw, nerve, soft tissue, and all of these things that can create imbalances in the body.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: So, you know, and also myismas, myismas are like um little muddy footprints that come down through the genetic pathway, so you can have a look at somebody's feet and it gives you clues on what ancestral line they they come from, depending on whether they're first, second, third, or fourth conceived.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Um and then that gives you certain myismas, muddy footprints that come down through the through the uh pathways.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Um so so it's literally as simple as you can have it, or you can really blow it open wide and really work amazing.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, let's take it, let's take it even to the molecular level, you know, why not?
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: You know, we're having a conversation.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: So I mean, if you think about it and the way that our body works, it's literally a transfer of energy that is conducting the entirety of every every physiological process that's occurring.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: You know, when you have, for example, electrolytes moving in the body, that's energetic movement.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: That is a form of energy.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: And that you for us to completely ignore that aspect of health and how that plays into the overall functioning of our physiology is completely you know, it's ludicrous to do that because it's it's you know, you you have to Yeah, no, really, I could talk to you for hours about this because and also I I wanted to say one more thing because you know, one of the most interesting studies I have ever, ever um heard about in my life was this Japanese experiment with Japanese monks um that were they were conducting a study to look at the crystallization of water.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: Water is you know, our body is more than 75% water, and what they noticed is the intentions, the monks would meditate upon a specific intention, like a love, like either they would think about love or they would think about anger, and they would meditate on these emotions.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: And the water, the way it crystallized, mimics visually the way the energy of that, what that monk was, you know what I mean, like um meditating on.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: You know, it it works on it works on the process that water, water is a memory card, it's it's almost like the memory card of your computer, and so and that's why it's so so important to be mindful in what you're thinking and what you're saying, because self-prophesing and self-prophesizing is is one of the harmful things that many of us do.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: But um, water, um, you know, it imprints everything, and and so it's the same with if you they've done another experiment with rice, you know, they're putting you know three pots of rice, uh, one they they say, you know, good affirmations, one negative, one they ignore altogether, and the one that they ignore all together gets more mold spores than the one that's been uh had negative reactions to it.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's that's observer effect.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: That's this is literally physics, you guys.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Like she's talking about physics, like genuinely.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: Like your everything you're saying, Marie.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: Honestly, I I'm so sorry I keep interrupting you, but like it's just reminding me of things like quantum physics and the way like the observer effect, you know what I mean?
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Like if you observe something, it it organizes, but when you don't observe it, it's a scat, it's scattered.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's it's brilliant, yeah.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but the the problem the problem is is that people want a physical um a physical explanation of quantum or they want a physical explanation of energy therapy, um, because I do distance therapy, so I actually take a sample of a tiny little blood, and then I'll do the distance therapy with them being on the other side of the world, and um they just can't, you know, people just can't get their head around it.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: But actually, if you look at you know Einstein's spooky effect, um, it's based on very simple uh theory of the phenomenon with um identical twins, how they share you know the um experiences of the other.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: One twin might be in Scotland, the other one in Wales, and then one might have their toothboard, and the one in Wales is feeling the pain.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Um and it's believed because they share the quark within the uterus.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: So with the blood spot, with the the sample that I have, I'm actually not interested in sort of like the skin set, the blood cells or anything like that.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: It's the quantum, it's the quark within the within the energetic DNA.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: Yes, the quark.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: Yes, I love that.
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry, I'm laughing because you are a fellow physics nerd like me.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, look, you know what?
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: It's so it's I'm so relieved that I've got to speak to you uh finally, but it because it's so refreshing to um have somebody that actually gets it, you know, trying to, and that's why I try and demystify when I talk about the twinning effect.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: People understand it then.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Um, and I always say, look, you know, I never claim because to to uh treat any condition, or you know, that's your your physicist, your your medical practitioner's job, that's your GP's job.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: Um, but what I do is look at energetic imbalances and help to sort of like build the vitality of the body to encourage healing.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: Um and you know, had amazing effects from it.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: It's been it's been phenomenal, not only on the skin, but for you know, for for the body as well.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: Yes, absolutely.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: And you know, I actually want to ask you a question because I want your opinion.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Uh just to see what you think about, you know, when back when I was, you know, I know when I was like kind of growing up and getting into just under you know, physics and all the energy work really, um, I hated the word metaphysical, you know, and I because I think it took like it took something that is truly rooted in just genuine science and it made it this mystified, like, you know what I mean, like almost like a gypsy-like thing, when in reality this is real stuff, you know.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: And so I'm wondering, how do you feel about the word metaphysical?
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Like, are you uh well it's it's the same, it's the same as I I think what people do is that they have to tag themselves onto certain um words like metaphysical, like new age, like alternative, because one, they don't want to accept the understanding of it, and two, they accept the understanding of it and they want to devalue its worth.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: That's my understanding.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Um I always say it's it's not alternative medicine, it's complimentary because it complements other, you know, you can have this while you're still having your allopathic therapy, your allopathic medicine, um, and it doesn't interfere, it just supports the body.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: But you know, it's not a case of but I think whatever people do, I mean, especially with what I do when we're talking about earthing and grounding, or when I'm talking about earthing and grounding, people or whole hugging trees and things like that, you know, it's easy for people to um demonize it if they don't understand it.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: But when you actually understand it with the ionosphere and when you understand it with you know the human resonance, human resonance, which is the earth's resonance, is actually placed in um uh spaceships rockets to earth the astronauts before they come back down to Earth because otherwise it sucks and feeling.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: No, did you hear about the did you hear about the thing where they sent like the so I'm a huge Beatles fanatic, okay?
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: I really love classic rock, Beatles my fair bed.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: And I I don't know when I had heard this, but they said that um because of the way that the vibrations were and some of the you know like the main parts of their songs, they sent those same like on a mute, like I know this can be misconstrued, but those same frequencies were emitted, and there was some sort of um collection of data in return, like a bounce back of vibration and frequency.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: You can go right into this, you can go into frequencies where they use it on you know, when they make uh shapes with frequencies, and those shapes are are reflected into um uh architectural buildings, ancient architectural buildings, um and you can actually, you know, there's all sorts of data.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: You can go into all sorts of things with vibrations and frequencies, and uh I've had some amazing you know, uh results with with the energy work that I do, um, and and that is and I and I always say I don't have to bang my own drum, I just let my clients do the talking, you know, I let them say how they felt, you know, what the results are of it, and go from there.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: But often, you know, getting back to this sort of like demonizing of what what if people don't understand, if they can't touch it, feel it, or see it, then it's it's not real.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: Um but I think if you back it up with education, you know, talking about the human resonance, it's like crystals.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: When you talk about crystals, you know, crystals are like batteries, and we are we've got liquid crystal within us, we've got our fascia, our fascia is made up of collagen fibers and liquid crystal, and yeah, we are very conductive as as certain crystals, they are you know they are extremely conductive, especially ones that sort of like absorb the light, they're photovoltaic.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: You use them in um spaceships, you know, again, spaceships, they use quartz and they're used in solar panels, they're used in everybody, everyone on this earth uses crystals because they're in your phones, they're in your computers, they're in your but they can't, you know, um compute that they are also very good for the human body and the electromagnetic.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: No, I want to actually I want to add to this because I think that what you're what you're saying is actually very, very, very much grounded in biomedical sciences as well, because you know, we are now coming into an age of starting to understand truly what epigenetics means.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: And you know, we talk about epigenetics like you know, for what everybody knows it's you know methylation or deacetylation of your DNA, but they have also now found, I'm sure you're aware of this, that it is passed down.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: So it's a gen, it's a non um, you know, it's it's something that's not coded within genes, but it's a pattern which is regulating when your genes turn on and off because it's like the meth the methyl groups are on top.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: So that pattern that also depends on sort of like the genetic microbiome, because you get sort of like the genetic microbiome, you actually you actually take you can take on your the the microbiome from the mother through uh through birth, but also if you're a second or third sibling, you can take on the microbiome from those siblings as well, and those then can cause energetic stamps, which is what's known as coupling, the coupling energetic stamps from the myismas, from the metas from what you're talking about, and and they can then cause other energetic stresses.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: So, and that's why you know when people come here, I don't actually go into one about you know what testings I do because otherwise they'd think, oh my gosh, because but you test so many different things and all of the different energetic stamps that that can cause those stresses and imbalances.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: Right, no, absolutely, and I think that you know, back to your point about you know, this we need to really focus on demystifying this, you know, approach to therapy because this is really, really good work.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know, everyone listening out there, like I can honestly tell you as a doctor, as somebody of science, woman of science, you know, I can say how relevant this is, you know, what everything that Marie's sharing with us, like I don't know why more that's why I'm so against like strictly allopathic medicine.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: I don't get me wrong, I'm you know, I I love the science and I love you know fact-based, you know, approaches, but there's so much out there that we just do not understand yet, you know.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: And if we completely negate that aspect, it's like, you know, for me, this reminds me of like, you know, biology 101 in college when you know you learn about introns and exons and DNA and how introns are like all of it.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: But I used to always wonder, I'm like, I bet you anything, everything else is coded in the introns.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: And now they're coming out and realizing that.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: So it's like that, it's like it's ahead of its time, is what I'm trying to say.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: You know, everything you're explaining.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: So, you know, that's very important to acknowledge.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: It's you're really truly ahead of the times.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: But it is like what I always say about allopathic medicine, and I don't want to be on here sort of like bashing them, you know, bashing, you know, saying it's bad.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: What I always say is that is they're in the the business of disease management rather than health care.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: They're they're more like putting out the fires, whereas I'm and at complementary therapies are more about um avoiding the fires altogether.
- 20:55SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes, you know, it's it's true preventative medicine at its core, like that's what it is.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, I mean I would this is this is amazing.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: You know, and that's and so that's why sort of like involving it into in therapy, and and and I also actually involve it in the skincare because in the skincare I only had a really basic core, and it was getting out of that you know, you look at some skincare brands and they've got umpteen different skews of like cleansers, toners, moisturisers, and all to me that's a nonsense.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: For me, it's sort of like dealing with the microbiome and supporting the lipid barrier and everything and working with everything internally, but even with the certain skin, you know, like with the with the um lipid-based skincare, um, I imprint them with the with frequencies, you know, like orthomoleculars or you know, which you vitamins, your amino acids, which you know you know that your followers might not.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: Um and sort of like all of the different things that may be good for that person's skin.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: So you treat it energetically and you can imprint it.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: So it's it's absolutely amazing.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: can only imagine and you know I I think that there's a lot of you know like you know things like tuning forks you know like it they tell us to use them you know to test for like vibration and like sensation and so but it's like I don't know there's just so much there you know there's so much undiscovered or really untapped potential in this in in expanding your your mind and thinking in a moralistic way like you like you said you know we really have to think outside of the box in the most literal sense you know at this point for for medicine to go forward I mean even even when you're sort of like looking at the different you know um organisms of fungi I've got one of the one of my uh supplements is called fungi fusion um you know when you're looking at the elements of mushrooms and even the mycelium um I don't know if you've looked into mycelium but the mycelium is absolutely phenomenal I mean it's known as the woodwide web it's not it's used um for all plants and organisms and all fungi for communication between you know different species of of plant and trees and if one tree is is failing it knows and it travels through the mycelium to another tree to to bring source from that that energetic and it's just you know we live on an amazing planet and we live in an amazing sort of like environment and people have just got to open up their you know just not be so constrained and and so you know as say literal or linear um and understand that everything you know there's always a possibility well there's more fluidity there there's more fluidity to materialized you know form like you know in terms of matter like there's more fluidity than we realize it's truly just vibrational different vibrational frequencies condensed and you know no matter what you think and no matter what that is true physics it's proven in physics like it's what's that absolutely I mean it's like it's like the book the secret isn't it everybody went mad with the secret but that's actually all that is is self-prophesizing and tuning into that vibration tuning into that frequency yeah and people go mad when you say the secret because they think you're this loony tune that thinks that you know no and it's just ridiculous you know it's like open your minds you know that really does work Marie I honestly that really does work you know what I used to do was parking spots did you ever try that like when you intentionally ask like you you like plan out stuff I did an experiment like I am such a scientist at heart like I remember when I first discovered the law of attraction I literally like I I wrote this out like a protocol and I tested it and I was like I trained myself and then I tested it and it freaking works it's there's truth in this and you know it's you know I call that cosmic ordering ordering yeah I've done and it actually worked so so to the point where my um my daughter's uh father was involved in a in a tragic accident and um he anyway that's a long story but I we were separated at uh uh when she was three years old and I was on my own for many many many years but I I wrote in this diary years ago and I wrote exactly what I wanted I wanted sort of like um I wanted a house in the country I wanted my own business um I wanted uh to meet a man who was really kind and supportive um even down to the point I wanted him to be a silver fox forgot all about it I then met my husband my now husband and as we was moving found this um this book and I could not believe it I'm now like living in in Norfolk which is east anglia of of of England I know and it's beautiful we live in a 16th century barn he is a silver fox and he's got you know that grey beard and got my own business every single thing even down to how I described my house was exactly how it is oh I love it I love it are you a follower of Abraham Hicks the Esther Esther Hicks no okay you gotta look into that I'm gonna I'm gonna send you some links you're gonna that this woman has really she changed my life because of everything you're saying I started learning this at a very young age because of her and I anyways I'm that's a side tangent but I'm gonna send you that link and I want you to check it out but I love everything that you said so I I give them something called the non-emotional contract and that is really important you know for them to do certain things is offloading all the negative you know um emotions that actually play a part make us overwhelmed and you know that control our our thought processes so I actually um I've written on my blog the non-emotional contract and I use that with a lot of clients that's amazing you know and I think that the main thing honestly Marie when I think about it I think it's guidance.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: I think it's proper guidance by someone who is educated you know and you are able to educate others.
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: I mean I think that's what I've gotten away the most from this interview just speaking to you is that you are incredibly you know gifted in terms of just really being able to deliver this message in a way that doesn't sound loony toonie.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: It's true science and and you know and I love that I mean I think everyone listening like this is you know please if there's one episode you listen to you listen to this one.

- 27:26SPEAKER_01: And I think that that's truly a gift and I love everything you're doing.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: I you know I can't support you enough like that's it it's wonderful work.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: That that I can't tell you how much that means to me because especially it's sort of like in the industry that I'm in a lot of people don't get it.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: They don't understand it.
- 27:43SPEAKER_01: So it's almost like my mission in life to educate people in and making them understand in a tangible way that it almost is an is an aha moment and um you know it is a battle especially when you're sort of like met across people and they completely don't get it think it's a load of nonsense think it's a load of crap and just like just think you know okay give me something else um but I've just been you know like quietly plodding along doing my treatments and my therapies and my clients have you know and I think the results speak for themselves um you know even you know dealing with you know young children that have got eczema um you know all of these things the results speak for themselves and so slowly but surely and now you know like treating you know quite uh a few celebrities and you know journalists um with with issues and then it's like oh my goodness there might be something in this you know um yeah yeah I know and and I didn't mention this before but um everyone listening Marie has worked with some phenomenal people you know so your your uh your your client list is quite impressive and I and I just you know I hope that everyone listening you you've gained some wisdom from this because this is very very real stuff and you know I would love Marie if you could come back onto the show and we could do like you know a rapid fire question answer and just talk about some of the emerging you know things that you think are coming up in this area because I think it's so important now more than ever especially with COVID to spread awareness about this you know like it's it's it's about a personal journey and I think beauty is just so much more than vanity it's it's a personal journey and you'll have to come you have to really consider so many aspects and and I just this was this was so wonderful speaking to you.
