Transcript
- 0:00Track us. It's the Galaxy's most unpredictable Star Trek podcast. There we are,
- 0:27all right, yeah, there we are, Daniel. How you doing.
- 0:35Are you doing? I'm doing great. It's good to see you.
- 0:37Yeah you too, you too, glad to be here. Yeah, I'm
- 0:42very excited. What what are we doing here? We are doing a trick
- 0:45cast supplemental So you know, since we're going every other week when we can,
- 0:51I figured we'd do this supplemental and and uh do something for the people.
- 0:56Think people are here with us. So that's great. Some of our
- 0:59great great. Yeah. So apparently Dan says he doesn't get paid enough.
- 1:03So right, right, well I understand the shuttle craft is in for repairs,
- 1:07I believe or right right. It's cold over there where he's at,
- 1:12it's cold everywhere. Yeah, I couldn't get the engines going this morning.
- 1:17There you go, there you go. Yeah, so we're gonna be talking
- 1:21about the new Echo Show by Marvel. Yeah yeah, well we'll definitely get
- 1:26into that. But yeah, how you been, man, I've been doing
- 1:32good? Uh it we had our first major snowstorm this weekend. Oh wow,
- 1:37so we got about I don't know, I'm not a meteorologist. We
- 1:40got about a foot of snow. It was wet, it was thick.
- 1:42It's it's gonna get cold here. It's gonna dip down to about zero degrees
- 1:47later in the week. So but you know, I was out most yesterday
- 1:52with my little tiny snowblower getting getting the snow out of the driveway. So.
- 1:57Uh. Some power outages near us too, thankfully in my neighborhood.
- 2:00So yeah, a lot of snow. Wow, how's the weather out your
- 2:06way? Oh dude, it sucks. We don't have a lot of snow.
- 2:10We have like maybe just a dusting. I'd be surprised if it's even
- 2:14an inch on the ground. Okay, but it is frozen out here.
- 2:20It is cold. Yeah. So today it is negative one, but then
- 2:25with the windshill it is negative twenty five, which is up from yesterday because
- 2:32with windshill yesterday it was negative thirty five. So yeah that you know,
- 2:38every time it gets that cold, I start to think, you know,
- 2:40because my brother used to send me pictures from Florida, like rattlesnakes in his
- 2:46driveway. Yeah, and I'm like, there's no way I'd ever live in
- 2:50Florida with Yeah, rattlesnakes in your driveway. That's crazy. But when I
- 2:54look outside, I'm like, yeah, I get it, Yeah, I
- 2:59get it. Yeah, I saw because I've just been indoors. It's too
- 3:04it's too cold to really go out. Yeah. Yeah, there's not much
- 3:07do you do? Yeah? I saw a video of a lady. She
- 3:09was pulling the pushing the snow off her car, and she's like, we
- 3:14don't have hurricanes, we don't have earthquakes, we don't have fires, right
- 3:17right, yeah, trying to remind herself why she lives in either the Midwest.
- 3:23Yeah. Yeah, so, yeah, it's pretty cold. It's supposed
- 3:28to stop with the windshow later today, so hopefully then it'll just be negative
- 3:31one. But yeah, well you know what we need Michigan and Idaho needs
- 3:38it. Says we need weather modification nets. That's right in star Trek.
- 3:44Yeah. So you know, tornado pops up, you just click a few
- 3:46buttons and get rid of it. Oh man, I would love that.
- 3:50Oh wouldn't that be great? Be so good. We used to joke when
- 3:53I was in news that the the best weather job would be the weather man
- 3:58in San Diego. All right, Tom, what's the other like? Nice?
- 4:02Back to you, back to you, that'd be great. Yeah.
- 4:10Yeah, So well, since it is a supplemental, we do keep a
- 4:15lot of the same things, but instead of Star Trek News, we have
- 4:17a different news segment. So why don't we get to that. Oh that's
- 4:29right, entertainment news. Entertainment news, yeah, legit and everything. I
- 4:33know, dude, I've been home all day yesterday because of the weather.
- 4:38So well, and I should point out to everybody too that like anytime we
- 4:42have graphics, anytime we have any of that kind of stuff, you know,
- 4:46the telephone, the new telephone number, the graphics, all the sound
- 4:48effects, all that stuff, that's all Daniel Reyes. That's all him.
- 4:54Dan and I don't do any of that. Daniel's the one that comes up
- 4:58with quickly. We we we do a lot of talking, that's right.
- 5:02But I just want to acknowledge that Daniel's the one that comes up with all
- 5:06that stuff and does you know, most all all the technical stuff for the
- 5:11show. So a big shout out to Daniel, thank you. But so
- 5:15our first news segment, I saw this, I thought it was weird and
- 5:18I wanted to talk about it, and I figured why not, let's throw
- 5:21it on here. So this comes to us from super throw Backparty dot net.
- 5:29You know that famous website right right, Yeah, it's in my top
- 5:31five indeed. Indeed, and let me uh, let me show you.
- 5:36Oh whoa we're getting just like I love in wrestling, we're getting running hold
- 5:42on, look at this whoa chair? Hey, I'm just running some errands
- 5:55and I and I looked at the clock and I say, wow, these
- 5:58guys are probably just just that's okay. The new first story of our new
- 6:04segment. What's that? We were starting a new segment, entertainment news on
- 6:09the supplementals. Oh okay, so we got our first story. If you
- 6:14want to take part in this, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't
- 6:15know how long I'm gonna have service for because I'm okay, but you know
- 6:19I'll stick around for it. Go ahead, let me read you the headline.
- 6:23Can hip hop get rich and die train with abstinence? So apparently there
- 6:29is an or orthodox trend going right now among a lot of rappers, including
- 6:34fifty Cent and uh glow Rilla, that they are practicing abstinence during twenty twenty
- 6:43four yeah glow Rilla. Yeah. Fifty Cent said that he wants to focus
- 6:48on business and other aspects of his life. So abstinence will help him be
- 6:54focused and not worry about another thing, shall we say the candy shop.
- 7:00Yeah, So I think what we should do is, uh, look the
- 7:04Planet Fitness as the litmus test is going to last. Oh yeah, anyone
- 7:12who's ever been the Planet Fitness in January, uh and then gone again in
- 7:15March and compared, we'll know about how long this is gonna last. Indeed,
- 7:20indeed, yeah, absolutely, the paparazzi's gonna catch catch him like,
- 7:26you know, with a group full of you know, women in late February.
- 7:32Yeah, he says, it's his big idea. Uh. Glorilla has
- 7:36already said that she is starting her ninety day celibacy tour, as she puts
- 7:42it, and she's already a few days in and her vision has gotten blurry.
- 7:46So Glorilla is a female female wrapper. Okay, Yeah, you know
- 7:50what glo glow sounds like, like like ky it sounds it sounds like something
- 7:58in the san that's a new version of glower. Yeah. Yeah, glow
- 8:05Rilla's glow real. Yeah, wherever I go, you're gonna go on a
- 8:20glow Rilla. Would the furby furry light light up or would like the face
- 8:24parts and like the hands, yes, the the face and the tobeans yeah,
- 8:31okay, yeah, all right, were enough. Yeah, there's some
- 8:37article about some scientists cross DNA between a gorilla and like a glowing jelly fish
- 8:45or something. Us. Now that that light up with black lights? Go
- 8:52oh yeah, Now did you say that? The fifty came up with us
- 8:58like he? Well did he? Did he coin the term abstinence? What
- 9:01does this word abstinence mean? Maybe for for people who don't know, yes,
- 9:05for those that don't know, it means no sect Okay, okay,
- 9:13gotcha? What's that? I love when an unintended, unintended pun goes over
- 9:20everyone's head, including the guy who said it, you know, a guy
- 9:24like a guy named Pitty sent coining a term. Uh you got me?
- 9:37Yep. According to other industry insiders, there are other hip hop artists who
- 9:43are participating in the abstinence slash celibacy trend. So music's about to get a
- 9:50lot angrier, yes, a lot more frustrated. Absolutely, yeah, all
- 9:58right, And speaking of hip hop, our next new story comes to us
- 10:01from Entertainment dot Com and uh, I don't know if you guys, have
- 10:05seen this. But the Super Bowl is coming up, and for the first
- 10:11time that I can remember, a trailer has been released for the halftime show.
- 10:16What's the Super Bowl? Yeah, it's it's the big football game at
- 10:20the end of the year. Yep, for for the NFL, for the
- 10:24NFL National Football League. Yeah. And we've already had the college big game
- 10:30at the end for college. My Michigan Wolverines won the national championships. Yes,
- 10:33congratulations, thank you. That's right. My Idaho Vandals have been just
- 10:37sitting there. So that's nice. Yep. I've been keeping a close eye
- 10:41at them. There you go, there you go. And yeah, so
- 10:45Usher has released a trailer. I'll play a little bit of it right now.
- 10:50He's gonna play m So weird that he has a trailer. That's some
- 11:00sick flute skills. I don't remember any other Super Bowl halftime show having a
- 11:05trailer. No, I don't either. Yeah, so I thought that was
- 11:09interesting. Yeah. And then our last news story comes to us from Deadline.
- 11:16And for those of you who are big movie fans and love the military,
- 11:22Top Gun three is in the works baby. Yeah, so Tom Cruise
- 11:26will be part of it. They're working on it. Over at Paramount,
- 11:31and also it is expected that Miles Teller and Glenn Powell to the other main
- 11:37coastars from the Top Gun. Maverick will be returning. The original writer of
- 11:41Top Gun Maverick is also going to be penning this sequel. So yeah,
- 11:46okay, where do you go from here with that character? You can only
- 11:52go up, You can only go up space. Yeah, yeah, right,
- 12:00space Sports. It's gonna be just fast and furious. Yeah, Tom
- 12:03gonna beats fast and furious. Does Earth get attacked and it's like, we
- 12:07gotta put Maverick in a spaceship. Yeah, that's our only hope. That's
- 12:11what it's gonna be. I would think you kill him and then give the
- 12:15franchise to Miles Teller. You're gonna talk Tom Cruise into that. Yeah,
- 12:20Tom Crews is looking for jas Man. I'm convinced he's on a quest for
- 12:24death, so he keeps doing his own stunts and all these mission impossible films.
- 12:28Well, I don't think, like you know, I don't think there's
- 12:33a universe in which Tom Cruise is supposed to reach the age of sixty five.
- 12:37Mm hm, you know, it's just does an eighty year old Tom
- 12:39cruise sound right to you, guys, It just doesn't like I think he's
- 12:43supposed to. I think he's faded to die in one of his movies,
- 12:48like literally die in one of his movies. He's so rich and so like
- 12:52he's at this level right of just being powerful and rich that nothing is exciting,
- 12:56right, And so that's why he does his own stunts looking that's because
- 13:00that's the ultimate excitement. Yeah, that's all he's got. So, yeah,
- 13:09he's gonna I think he's gonna freeze himself. Yeah, tried everything,
- 13:13Let me try that again. Yeah, Yeah, absolutely, I think he's
- 13:18gonna freeze himself. I think he's gonna, you know, have the Church
- 13:22of Scientology sort of go in this brand new direction. And that's right,
- 13:26he's gonna be ahead in the jar. So did I just cancel us by
- 13:31mentioning Scientology? I think I just canceled us. Sorry about that, guys,
- 13:35been a good run canceling as much as they come after you, Right,
- 13:39Okay, I'm sure i'll get a knock at the door in about a
- 13:43half hour. Allegedly that's the magic word. Just that, allegedly and allegedly
- 13:46alleged, Yeah right, tell you're cutting out Dan. Yeah, yeah,
- 13:54okay, yeah, bring it allegedly tell them to bring yes, yep,
- 14:01yep, awesome, all right, Top Them three will take it. Well,
- 14:05I'll watch it. Yeah, so yeah, I figured you're in the
- 14:09supplementals. Oh no, they're there, they got them already. Oh no,
- 14:20oh boy, yeah, Jazmine says he'll watch it. You'll watch yeah,
- 14:26yeah, absolutely. Do you think they'll be in space jazzmis where are
- 14:31they going to be? That's where else? Can what else can they do?
- 14:35There's only so many dog fight movies you can do. Yeah, I
- 14:39mean hopefully they don't go in the direction like think of all the dog fight
- 14:43franchises. You've ever seen, all the movies involving dogfight franchises. There's one,
- 14:50it's Iron Eagle. Oh yeah, does anybody remember Iron Eagle two and
- 14:54three and four? Oh yeah, you're not gonna have it. It's actually
- 15:05Oh no, it'll be the story Top Gun three, the Michael Vick story.
- 15:11Oh no, that's great, Oh, Chaz, missus. They'll have
- 15:16at Tac trones. Now we're gonna have the s p c A on us
- 15:20scientology. We're gonna have all kinds of letters and send send all your emails
- 15:26to Chad is wrong. That's right, he's not checking it. All right.
- 15:39Well, I would say that we have a main topic, but meaning
- 15:43that this is a supplemental we have something else. So let's get to that,
- 15:54all right, something. I love it. That's great. You notice
- 15:58the graphic don't have like word like they don't say things like the casts,
- 16:03So I made it slightly different, right right, that's great. I love
- 16:07it good. Yea. So our Spotlight is the Marvel Echo series. It
- 16:12was just released earlier this week. Five episodes each about what forty minutes probably
- 16:18roughly. Yeah, the last one is a little shorter. I only saw
- 16:22the first two episodes out of yeah. Yeah, being that the weather is
- 16:26horrible out here, I've seen them all, so yeah, but yeah,
- 16:33it's it's based off the Marvel comics. Who is a character from the Daredevil
- 16:37comic run. She's a newer character from what I understand, she's what maybe
- 16:42like ten years in the comics or so something like that. Is so if
- 16:48Daredevil is blind, she is deaf, is what I understand. Like,
- 16:53that's kind of the difference. It's a character who in the comics is part
- 16:57Hispanic and part Native American. On the show just Native American. It sounds
- 17:03like it seems like or at least they focus on that aspect of her pretty
- 17:08neat character. What do you call an anti hero where she can be a
- 17:15bad guy. Yeah, she's not evil. She's involved with some bad people,
- 17:19and at least was involved with some bad people, right, king Yeah,
- 17:29that's something that I wanted to talk about a little bit. You know,
- 17:30the the character and the actor are both uh they're both deaf, and
- 17:37they're both single leg amputees. So you know, I think it was interesting
- 17:42that that particular combination, you know, because there aren't a ton of actors
- 17:47who are deaf and a single leg amputee. Yeah, so I think Hollywood
- 17:55would get would have gotten a past if they had done one of those things,
- 17:57you know, uh, faked one of those things. Right, But
- 18:03what was that doing? Is that consistent with the comics? She heard,
- 18:07yes, yes, yes, yes, yep, yes, that is consistent
- 18:12with the comics. In the comics, she was a foil for Daredevil and
- 18:18then a ex girlfriend of Daredevil at some point, so there is quite a
- 18:22connection between the two of them. She was also connected to the Kingpin in
- 18:26the comics as well. She shot his eyes out at one point and left
- 18:32the Kingpin blind for an arc, which they kind of replicated on this show.
- 18:37She only shot one of his eyes that was in the In the Hawkeye
- 18:42show was the tail end of that. This show Echo was part of what
- 18:48they call the Marvel Spotlight, which is their new thing. The idea is
- 18:53that you don't have to do your homework. You can just go into this
- 18:56show fresh and just enjoy it. They do give you a little bit recap
- 19:00in the beginning for the little threads that are slightly connected to other stuff,
- 19:04but basically you can just walk into it and enjoy it. So were I
- 19:10didn't get a chance to research this, maybe you did. Were all the
- 19:12scenes with Daredevil or were those all from Hawkeye or they shot new scenes for
- 19:22that, didn't they? They did shoot a whole new fight scene with Daredevil.
- 19:26Okay, Yeah, Charlie Cox was brought in for that, that big,
- 19:27long one take, which people say, that's the best Jareduble we've seen
- 19:32in the MCU, which is a big difference from what we saw in Sheeholk.
- 19:37He is just badass for all thirty seven seconds that he's in this show.
- 19:41Right right now, Jeremy Renner. That was all. That was all
- 19:45footage, right, that's all footage. Yeah, that's from they repurposed some
- 19:49Hawkeye footage. Maybe there's some alternate takes and stuff like that, but I
- 19:53thought it they punted it in pretty seamlessly. No, it looked great.
- 19:56It looked great. Yeah. I the Hawkeye series so far has been one
- 20:03of my favorite Marvel shows. I liked it because it was sort of down
- 20:08to earth and it was you know, just kind of focused on a couple
- 20:11of characters, and it was it was a really character driven show and I
- 20:15like that story. Arc tell Us the Truth. It was Rogers the musical.
- 20:19That's okay, Yeah, it was Rogers the Musical. I watch it
- 20:23every year just for that. Yeah, that was great. It's going to
- 20:27be sorry, Yeah, that's right. That's right, guys. I but
- 20:38yeah, that's cool man. There's good having you on. You know,
- 20:41that's a good way to leave it with me, you know, stretching that
- 20:45high right right. Oh, it was a good city Dan. Yeah.
- 20:52I'm excited because you know, I have a second half of a checkcast supplemental
- 20:56to listen to on my way to work. There you go, all right,
- 21:00guys, All right, We'll see you next week, see you next
- 21:03all right, see you Dan. All right, okay, let's talk crap
- 21:08about Dan. That's right now, finally, no kidding. Yeah, So
- 21:15there's five episodes. Each episode title is named off another ancient or ancestor of
- 21:25the main character, Maya, who is Echo. I don't want to get
- 21:30into too many spoilers since you only watched the first two episodes, so we
- 21:33kind of stick to that. We do see the kingpin in this show,
- 21:38which is great. I love Vincentinafrio as a kingpin. Yeah. I did
- 21:47you enjoy the show that the two episodes you watched, Yes, they did,
- 21:51Yeah, very much, So, yes I did. I did too.
- 21:53I really liked it. What I thought was interesting was that all the
- 21:57other characters that you sign langue, you know, communicate with her. I
- 22:02thought that was great. Ye. You know, you really didn't see any
- 22:06point where people are handing over phones to each other and be like, well,
- 22:08this is what I'm trying to say to you. Yeah right, yeah,
- 22:11yeah. Everybody that's kind of close to her, they've taken the time
- 22:14to learn sign language. I one of the one of the things about watching
- 22:19a show like that is I I was watching it while I was working out,
- 22:22okay, and when like I was watching on a day that I was
- 22:27lifting weights and I've got machines that don't necessarily face the TV. Yeah,
- 22:32and I usually it's not a big deal. Like if I'm watching Reacher or
- 22:36if I'm watching some of the show that's that's dialogue heavy, I can kind
- 22:40of just kind of hear what's going on in the background and sort of piece
- 22:41it together. There was long periods of time that there was no talking,
- 22:45so it was it was subtitles, and so I found, oh, I'm
- 22:49gonna have to face the TV and actually watch this in order to watch it.
- 22:52So, yeah, it is. It can be pretty subtitle heavy at
- 22:57times. It does demand your attention that way. I Yeah, I noticed
- 23:02that myself, because you know, every now and then I checked my phone
- 23:04and yeah, I couldn't do that because I would miss chunks. Yeah.
- 23:08Yeah, So but that said, I do like it that it demands your
- 23:14attention, that's true. Yeah, it definitely. It draws you in more
- 23:18than you know, because with today's fast paced lifestyle, you know, people
- 23:21are doing so many different things. It's hard for me to just dedicate that
- 23:26kind of chunky amounts of time to just watching the TV show. That's why
- 23:29I'm usually either you know, on the treadmill, or I'm I'm doing doing
- 23:33something else in my hands, you know, fixing something or whatever it is
- 23:36with this show, and sometimes it's just good to like, you know,
- 23:41commit yourself to a show and actually watch it and pay attention. Yeah,
- 23:45you know, I did put on social media that we were going to be
- 23:48talking about this show today, and overall the reap reception was very positive.
- 23:52People seem to like it. I have seen. Is this maybe the best
- 23:57New Marvel show in a while. I would think so. I don't know
- 24:03if it's quite or or Loki, but it's really good. Well let's talk
- 24:08about that for a second. Because we were talking before the show. I'm
- 24:14I'm not really huge into fantasy and into supernatural. There is so it's hard
- 24:21for me to and without giving away too many spoilers, like I said,
- 24:23I've only seen the first two episodes, but there is a supernatural element to
- 24:27this and it's you know, it's obviously it's a comic book movie, so
- 24:30there's gonna be you know, there's there's not a Tony Stark mechanical uh explanation
- 24:36for everything. So I you mentioned Wanda Vision and Loki both are very especially
- 24:45WandaVision, very heavy fantasy involved, and so sometimes that takes me out of
- 24:52the story a little bit, especially when it gets super complicated like Loki,
- 24:57Like, oh my goodness, there's you know, there's there's so many things
- 25:00going on. But with Hawkeye and even with Echo, where there's a little
- 25:06bit of fantasy going on, I didn't find myself being pulled out of the
- 25:10story trying to figure out, Oh, what's this fantasy element, how does
- 25:14it relate to the main story. I didn't have that problem. So,
- 25:18you know, if if you're if you're like, well, I'm not sure
- 25:21if I like these Marvel shows because it's you know, it's a little too
- 25:23fantastical. Yeah, Hawkeye and and and Echo are very uh you know,
- 25:30grounded, I think for a Marvel show, And And the storyline is not
- 25:37completely out there, it's not completely really really complicated. So so in later
- 25:42episodes, because I know you haven't seen them all, there is a little
- 25:45bit of fantasy that gets involved into it, right, And I figured as
- 25:51much because of the you know, she has powers, you know, it's
- 25:53it's a Marvel character. So and and I know, I I knew her
- 25:57character before I saw the show. I did a little bit of research on
- 26:02her characters, so I know she has powers and I know, you know,
- 26:04like I said, not everybody's powers come from you know, a mechanical
- 26:07suit or right, right, right, So yeah, I enjoyed that aspect
- 26:14of the show too, that it's it's a little more grounded. I think
- 26:17people act like people, you know, Uh, I that I really liked.
- 26:22You know, they're not just superhero do gooders. Who are you know,
- 26:26trying to say trees or whatever. They're struggling and you know, well,
- 26:32oftentimes stories about anti heroes are some of the best. Yeah. Yeah,
- 26:37uh. There is one scene. I know you haven't gotten to this
- 26:40point on it, so I don't want to say too much about it,
- 26:42but there is one point where the fact that a bunch of characters know how
- 26:48to use sign language is a big benefit to them, okay, And and
- 26:53and it comes to play to really help them, And I think that's great.
- 26:56I think that they use that advantage and and that's awesome. Yeah.
- 27:02You know, I I'm fascinated by ASL, by American sign language. Yeah,
- 27:07me too, it's really neat. Yeah, I I've never learned a
- 27:11second language, you know, shame on me. But I think if I
- 27:18it's it's the it's my favorite. I think of all the foreign languages for
- 27:22me, it's it's one of my favorites. Right, Yeah, that actress.
- 27:26I think she did a great job because you know, she's not talking,
- 27:32right, she's deaf, so she's signing, but you could tell the
- 27:36emotions she's trying to get across with her face in her body language, and
- 27:41I thought that was great. I think she did a fantastic job with that.
- 27:45Yeah, even to the point you could see parts where she was yelling
- 27:51right because she was she was so very expressive, very expressive. Yeah,
- 27:56that's the word I was looking for. Yeah, but it was good,
- 28:00It was really good. She did great in the fight scenes too, that
- 28:04Daredevil fight scene in the first episode. Amazing. Yeah, very physical actor.
- 28:11She does it very well, her facial expressions, her movements. You
- 28:17know, with the fact that she's got a prosthetic limb, that's gotta be
- 28:22tough, not not just as a character, but as an actor too,
- 28:26to be able to navigate the world of you know, filming a TV show.
- 28:30Yeah, there was a couple of times where like she'll jump off of
- 28:33things or jump onto things and do kicks and flips and all that, and
- 28:37I'm like, how did Like, I know, they're pretty snug on there,
- 28:40those prosthetics and they're pretty secure, but I feel like that would just
- 28:44jostle them even more. And like that, I was thick of the same
- 28:48thing, Like, you know, it seems like it would be such a
- 28:49disadvantage that they've done such a great job of turning it into an advantage.
- 28:53Yeah. Yeah, so it was really good, really good. Yeah,
- 29:00really like her. She's she's done a really really good job. Yeah,
- 29:02she's done a great job. I know that they also use the I guess
- 29:06Marvel had some consultation from the Chalk Down Nation on the scripts and in some
- 29:12of the history. So that was cool. You know. Some of the
- 29:18side characters are really great. There's one I don't know if you if you
- 29:21got to this character, I can't remember Biscuits. No, okay, Yeah,
- 29:26he's a pretty fun character. He's he's the comedic relief in the show,
- 29:30and he's he's pretty great. Her name the character who plays Maya,
- 29:37uh huh, her name echo is my Maya's echo for right, right,
- 29:42I'm gonna butcher her first name, but her last name is Cox. Is
- 29:47that Charlie, Right, That's what I'm wondering X her but all hanging out
- 29:57q u a aqua. Yeah, I don't know how to pronounce that.
- 30:03So she was in nineteen ninety seven in Wisconsin. So yeah, uh,
- 30:15I'm just reading the IMDb. Yeah, but uh, And this is her
- 30:22only acting role. The only says here are the only acting roles she had
- 30:26before. This was a background part in a high school play. Wow.
- 30:33Wow. Yeah, so she definitely does not look like someone who doesn't have
- 30:41any acting experience. No, she did fantastic. Yeah, absolutely, kudos
- 30:45to her. Yeah, yeah, she did great. You know, we
- 30:52we did have a couple of negative comments about the series. We had someone
- 30:56say that they felt she was like another Michael Burnham, which I have to
- 31:00completely disagree with. I saw that too. I don't. I didn't.
- 31:04Yeah, I disagree as well. Yeah. I think you know, some
- 31:08people they maybe they don't like female leads, but I think she's the opposite.
- 31:14You do see her struggle, you do see her have challenges and she
- 31:18overcomes them. She's not always the best at everything, you know, right,
- 31:23Like, what are those Star Trek fans know anyways, that's right,
- 31:26the guys on the internet complaining talking about living Yeah, but yeah, no,
- 31:33I love the series. I can't wait to see what they do with
- 31:36her. There are rumblings that they're gonna do some sort of street level superhero
- 31:42team up film at some point, with like Spider Man and Dared Euvil leading
- 31:47the pack. Oh nice, like a Rumble in the Bronx kind of thing.
- 31:51I guess like that. Basically, the idea is Kingpin would be their
- 31:55thanos. Yeah, essentially take him down, which would be cool. That
- 32:00would be really well. I've always said it, you know, once you
- 32:04do a Fano snap, where do you go from there? What's what's more?
- 32:07What's a more dire situation than the universe? And I think that Guardians
- 32:13of the Galaxy three answered that question quite well when they said, Okay,
- 32:16the only thing is the steak now is just one character. Instead of making
- 32:21it about you know, bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger, they brought
- 32:23it down to, oh, this is about one character and saving one character
- 32:30exactly. And I think if they brought it down to okay instead of the
- 32:34universe, how about just a neighborhood. That's right, you know, together
- 32:37for the Brons or yeah, yep, exactly when when when Batman had to
- 32:42save Alfred because the Ed McGregor syndrome, it's just one person, yep,
- 32:46yeah, yep, yeah, absolutely So I like it when the storyline,
- 32:53especially with Marvel, can can kind of go back to its roots and yeah,
- 32:58maybe this can be just about saving Hell's Kitchen or just about saying New
- 33:01York. I would love that, you know. I I hope that they
- 33:05do not bring up the dragon Bones under New York again like they did in
- 33:08The Defenders. Yeah, yeah, I guess canonically the Defenders and all those
- 33:16shows are now officially Marvel Cannon. Okay, that means so hopefully they don't
- 33:24they bring the characters and not their past storylines, right so, but yeah,
- 33:30bringing it having like a a Peter Parker and Daredevil and Kingpin and Echo,
- 33:37that would be that'd be great. A street level view, you know
- 33:43of of these characters. Is there any street level characters you'd like to see?
- 33:52You know, I would like to see I did like Jessica Jones and
- 33:59and I did like, uh, what was the other one, Luke?
- 34:07Was it? Luke Cage yeah, Luke Cage. Yeah, I did,
- 34:12like I did like those characters as well, you know, sort of the
- 34:19they're not nonpowered, obviously, they're they're they're they have super strengths and stuff
- 34:22like that, but you know, they don't live in mansions. They live
- 34:24in you know, different New York neighborhoods. And I would like to see
- 34:28those two characters. I like them. Uh. The the other one uh
- 34:32from the Defenders not so much. Oh, iron Fist, iron Fist,
- 34:38I didn't. I kind of agreed with most of the internet. I didn't
- 34:43think his character was particularly compelling. But you know, iron Fist has a
- 34:46soft spot in my heart. I watched that show with my dad. Mhmm.
- 34:52You know, my dad, for whatever reason, loved it. He
- 34:54loves kung fu stuff, so sure, sure, yeah, he's not that
- 34:58discerning, so whatever, Right, so he'd be like, oh man,
- 35:01this show is so great, right right? Yeah. I mean, you
- 35:06know, as long as they didn't me particularly, I doubt they would make
- 35:09him the central character. Yeah, but bringing them all together would be cool,
- 35:16Yeah, especially if they could bring some of those characters with the Yeah,
- 35:29oh you're cutting out Scott in Scott, you're cutting out Wall show.
- 35:37The character I would like to see. I would like to see Dark Hawk.
- 35:42I would love for Darkhalk to be part of the street level team.
- 35:45I don't know if people remember this character. He was big in the nineties.
- 35:50He looked cool. But yeah, Scott, are you there, I
- 35:54am here. Can you hear me? Yeah, no, I hear you.
- 35:58Okay I cut out there for a little bit. Oh okay, but
- 36:01yeah, but yeah, so we'll we'll see if we do get this,
- 36:05uh theoretical street team of Avengers, I guess, or yeah, the new
- 36:12Defender. Yeah, i'd like to see that. I would do. Let's
- 36:19see anything else we want to bring up with this, No, I think
- 36:23I'm good. Okay, well tell you what. Let's then get to feedback
- 36:30and I'll play that cool listener feedback. Yeah, so I'm using that same
- 36:40one because it's pretty generic. So I like. So as far as feedback,
- 36:46like I said, we did have quite a few people who said that
- 36:50they very much enjoyed the show, and and that's great. Another thing I
- 36:58wanted to bring up. Let me pull this up here. I put out
- 37:01a meme earlier this week or yesterday actually, and yeah, that's what I
- 37:07thought, and I wanted to get your opinion. I'm not sure if you've
- 37:13got a chance to see this scott show this meme. Uh and it was
- 37:17this one. What's the name of this Star Trek series? Boy? Yeah,
- 37:22oh boy, Yeah, let's see Star Trek after Dark. Yeah.
- 37:29Yeah, we had quite a few Deep Throat nine a big one. Romulan
- 37:37or Vulcan Stepsisters was the other one. My favorite one though, that I
- 37:40saw was Star Trek Shuttle Bay Watch A nice Yeah. Now this image this
- 37:50looks like it was probably AI generated, Oh, I would imagine, So
- 37:52I guess we should say what it is for those who are only listening the
- 37:57radios. Yes, yes, it is too uh, very attractive ladies in
- 38:01not much of outfits. That's Star Trek uniform sort of, I mean Star
- 38:07Trek bathing suits essentially, yeah, basically. Yeah. Yeah, and they
- 38:10are they're a couple of well endowed ladies. They're ready for first contact.
- 38:17Yes, yeah, so it had been quite the thing. But they have
- 38:24ample nay cells, if you'll engineering parlance. That's right, Scottie. That
- 38:30works on multiple levels, Yes it does. It works both ways. You
- 38:40deloaded the wrong Star Trek apparently, or the right one. The right one.
- 38:46Yeah, oh no, all right, we got jays Is on the
- 38:52line, so let me bring him on there. He is, does tracks
- 38:59hat love it? How's everybody doing good? Are you doing good? How's
- 39:05the weather out where you're at? It is eight degrees freaking cold? Okay
- 39:10you obviously degrees in Oklahoma to eight degrees so okay, Friday was you can
- 39:17wear shorts and today, yeah, you're you're kind of screwed. So that
- 39:22sounds a little bit like the weather in Michigan. Yeah, yeah, just
- 39:24no snow. So yeah, we got good in that part. But everybody
- 39:30bought. They bought all the bread and milk cup so there's no more bread
- 39:34or milk because it's cold. Nah. Yeah, over here, a lot
- 39:38of eggs are gone, like there was barely any exit. Yeah, you
- 39:44know what's up with that? Every time it's like snow Mageddon here, if
- 39:46it snows half an inch, everybody drinks out. It's odd what people buy
- 39:52when they start to panic. You know what I've noticed for Snowmageddon's over here,
- 39:55at least toilet paper sells out real quick because you guys actually have true
- 40:01snow mgedtons because yeah, yeah, yeah, down here, it's what two
- 40:07days at the most and then it falls out. So okay, yeah,
- 40:14we got about a foot of snow, so because it'll warm up to fifty
- 40:17sixty degrees like the next few days or so. But well, and what's
- 40:22weird is it still helps keep it warmer for some because it helps insulate some
- 40:27of that heat while you're up. Yeah, it's a weird effect, but
- 40:30it happens. So yeah, yeah, well that's cool. Did you watch
- 40:36Echo? Yep? I watched it all yesterday. Oh wow. I was
- 40:39like Scott, you could not walk away from the screen because I had to
- 40:43go back on some of those parts because yeah, it's really what I can't
- 40:47tell what's going on. So yep. But I was happy that it featured
- 40:52the Choctaw nation, not that that was cool because I got a tiny bit
- 40:58of Choctaw in me my great great grandfather. There was Oh that's cool,
- 41:00awesome. Did you feel represented? Well, you know, Oklahoma. But
- 41:06the thing that made me mad is they filmed it in Georgia, not Oklahoma.
- 41:10Right, Okay, you gotta film in do rant so and you gotta
- 41:15say it do rant like mountain dew and then rant not during rent Okay,
- 41:20not Durant. Yeah, not Durant, do Rant. Oh that's what you
- 41:25mean. Well, I read that there's actually not a roller skating rink in
- 41:30Durant. I'm pretty sure there's not. Yeah, it's like there's one in
- 41:35Idaho, is there. We've got a rollers We've got a place called roller
- 41:39World about five miles away from me. So, oh, we have skate
- 41:43plaza. I haven't been in years, you know, down there. So
- 41:51the last time I went roller skating was about I don't know, six years
- 41:53ago, and I couldn't walk for two days afterwards. Our our skate plaza
- 42:00is owned by a church and it is their for profit arm ah profit arms,
- 42:07like the militant branch of the Salvation Army. Yeah. I guess it's
- 42:13funny though, because it's constantly closed down because they have youth group events there.
- 42:16Oh yeah, yeah, so like you have to go every night ago
- 42:22everything the sleepover at the skate rank smell like and you can rent it out
- 42:25pretty cheap and like, yeah, I have it entirely private, so whatever.
- 42:31Yeah, yeah, I haven't been to a skating rink over. Well.
- 42:35I guess my niece had a birthday party there probably about fifteen years ago.
- 42:39But I didn't skate. I feel like if I was going to do
- 42:43something like that, I would want to go either a laser tag or miniglf
- 42:45instead of like, yes, and I don't want to break my tailebone,
- 42:47right, the skates can't sit forever, so fair. Yeah, some of
- 42:53us are of a certain age that, yeah, it's not jackass here.
- 42:58You don't see the jackass guys doing jackass hardly anymore, right, they still
- 43:02they still do. Yeah. Yeah. Johnny Knoxville and you can't pee for
- 43:07two years because you I met him once and he was a really nice guy.
- 43:16Oh yeah, he was very nice. Yeah. Yeah. Him and
- 43:21Steve was so like fun guys to be around. Yeah, I've I've heard
- 43:24both of them interviewed in different podcasts, and they seem they seem a little
- 43:30more intelligent, articulate than they would let on in their TV show. Yes,
- 43:35yeah, I would one hundred agree with that. Yeah, you have
- 43:38to be somewhat smart to get to that level too. So well, and
- 43:42and with the case of I think it's Steve O. You know, one
- 43:44of the reasons why he would do some of the things he did in the
- 43:46show is there was substances. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Yeah.
- 43:54He was talking about he was fired from every job until he got to
- 43:58Jackass, right, right. He was in like clown school, and then
- 44:04you got fired from there, and then was a clown on a cruise ship,
- 44:07then got fired from there. Yeah. He's a podcaster too, yeah,
- 44:10and then he finally found Jackass somehow. So yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 44:19all right, anything else you want to bring up? Chest Biz?
- 44:22Uh? You know, I like the series was. I thought it was
- 44:25rushed in a way to the end. It was. It was one of
- 44:30those things that they filmed eight episodes and then they condensed it down to five,
- 44:35right, because last year they had eight episodes and the bad thing was
- 44:38like you could tell where they condensed it because it, I don't know,
- 44:42it almost seemed like there was kind of gaps. You think there'd be like
- 44:45more with their grandfather and grandmother. Yeah. I do like though that they
- 44:52streamlined it instead of just doing eight. Just think of doing right. I
- 44:59heard they were in a film six and then this particular show they were gonna
- 45:01film sex they decided only release five, so I'm and then they edited the
- 45:08crap out of it. Yeah. Oh did they originally film eight? Yes?
- 45:13Yeah, filmed oh wow, Yeah, I think that iron Heart show,
- 45:17like they've shot it all, like it's done. Iron Yeah, iron
- 45:22Heart's done. But it's like, are they gonna do eight episodes? Four,
- 45:28five, six? You know, I'm not familiar with iron Heart.
- 45:31She was in the wad oh oh yeah, yeah, okay, okay,
- 45:37okay, yep. Yeah, she's got her own show too. She's she's
- 45:40the Iron Man like kind of replacement, right, She's the one that had
- 45:44built a suit and all that. Okay, yeah, okay, And then
- 45:45they were supposed to do the one with her and what's the Iron Man's buddy
- 45:53Brody? Yeah, the Armor Wars. Yeah, they were supposed to do
- 45:58that. And I don't know if they scrapped the movie or what. So
- 46:00they've gone back and forth. First it was going to be a TV series,
- 46:04then it was going to be a movie. Last I heard it is
- 46:07going to be a movie. But there's been no updates. Yeah. I
- 46:09like these secondary characters. I mean, it's like Marvel lower Decks. Yeah.
- 46:14Well, I think the problem is is they're not getting the fans,
- 46:17like the They got to get the normies to watch it, right, right,
- 46:22yeah, because the normies like you have to get my wife to go
- 46:27to the theater, or want to go to the theater to see these things
- 46:30and pay the money. I want beata a bill, baby, give me
- 46:32a horse man. I think that was part of the problem with Moonnight is
- 46:37a lot of people were like, what what what even is this? Is
- 46:39it? Well, they kind of mess with the lore and everything, and
- 46:44they did the modern Moon Night. They didn't do the original. Well that's
- 46:47the problem. I mean, the only people whould have noticed that were the
- 46:50hardcore fans, and I don't think a lot of people other than the hardcore
- 46:52fans watched it. I don't know how well that did. I heard,
- 46:55like, you know, acting wise and story wise, it was really good,
- 46:59but yeah, it's one of the rails at the end, so right,
- 47:05And then I only watched the first two episodes of it. Did you
- 47:07watch Secret Invasion or anything? Yes, yes, we don't. We don't
- 47:15talk about you don't like it. Daniel's got me so mad to talk in
- 47:21Spanish. What do you mean, terrible, terrible bottom? That's right,
- 47:31that's right, I got madly hit the button. Yeah, you just start
- 47:38talking in Spanish Daniel, and I'll just translate. Now, keep in mind
- 47:40I don't speak Spanish at all, So, yeah, what is he saying
- 47:46to it? Right, Samuel Ober on our Instagram because we have the Instagram
- 47:52live stream going says the m c U has been so weird lately. And
- 47:55also that Marvel lower Decks I'm dying, thank you. Yeah, Marvel lower
- 48:06Dicks wouldn't be bad. I mean this is kind of the era, is
- 48:08the lower Deck era of you know the shows. It's not so bad,
- 48:15have all the sidekicks, but they need to focus on I'm with you,
- 48:19Scott. They need to focus on the movies, on single heroes and not
- 48:23trying to save the whole universe or the world right on those characters and not
- 48:29try to build up to this giant. Hey, we've got to get together
- 48:32and form, reform or reform the Avengers again. So right, Sometimes we
- 48:38just want to see a friendly neighborhood. Gared deevil Y, Spider Man.
- 48:43You want to see Dared Doubil. You want to see like these random guys.
- 48:45You want to see Miles Morales. You know, I would see Miles
- 48:51Morales. I would love to see, you know man, who else who
- 48:55I want? I would like to see the X Men. I like to
- 48:58see, Uh, fantastic for you know, there's there's other characters that they
- 49:04haven't used yet in Disney. And I really like to see a new form
- 49:07of the X Men with the actual X Men suits on. Oh yeah,
- 49:14the old nineties and maybe set it in the nineties. That'd be kind of
- 49:17cool. Oh, that'd be an interesting idea. Yeah, yeah, you
- 49:22know, kind of like they did with the Oh was it first Class?
- 49:27So what was the name of the X Men First Class? Yeah, but
- 49:30this one's, you know, nineties, because the I think it was the
- 49:34second or third one was the eighties. But they could set this one in
- 49:37the nineties, or they're a little bit older, you know what. Would
- 49:40like to see his Squadron Supreme some Marvel's answers to the Justice League. They're
- 49:45all analogies, so there's like power Ring or forget his name's Hyperion is like
- 49:51they're Superman. But that would be cool. Yeah, have to look that
- 50:00up. I even have my notes from I've got a lot of watch I've
- 50:01got my notes from last last week's episode too. I forget the character names,
- 50:08but I know that they're they're basically the Justice League, but Evil and
- 50:13Marvel and oh yeah, they were supposed to have the guy from The Walking
- 50:17Dead was supposed to be Centry and he you know, now he's not.
- 50:22Yeah, he's not. Which which one from The Walking Dead? Glen okay?
- 50:28Yeah, yeah yeah, And he was in that show Beef on Netflix.
- 50:34That's really good if you watch why. It's kind of funny because that
- 50:37would be his second kind of Superman character with Invincible and then Century. Yeah.
- 50:44Yeah, well it'd be cool if it was actually Invincible. Yeah.
- 50:47The bad thing is about Invincible. He's a teenager on there pretty much,
- 50:52right, and that guy's like forty five years old, so yeah right,
- 50:55yeah yeah, and it's kind of hard to do that. And Invincible is
- 51:00a different comic universe but has crossed over with Spider Man, so an Invincible
- 51:05that's oh man, I would like to still live Action Invincible to be pretty
- 51:07cool. Yeah, well and coming out right, yeah, it is half
- 51:14of it, yeah, the first okay, Yeah, I like the whole
- 51:20compendiums. It was I just went to the coffee shop. Yeah cool,
- 51:24it's bad. I got to Barnes and Noble and I grabbed the graphic novels
- 51:29and bring them back to the coffee shop breedom there and then put them back
- 51:31on the shelf. So people do. Yeah, because I used to feel
- 51:37guilty about that. Then I realized Barnes and Nobles and giant corporations, I
- 51:39don't care, right, yeah, yeah, that's how I look at it.
- 51:44It's like, well they're a giant. It was like they shut down
- 51:45all the other booksellers exactly right. Yeah, coffee already spent like giant,
- 51:53right yeah, yeah, and they pay rent to Barnes and Nobles, so
- 51:55everybody wins. Yeah, that's right. That's like when you're paying to Stollies
- 52:00for coffee and you don't add anything in it. It's just black. Okay.
- 52:06I think I'll get to rerint one of your books over here and something.
- 52:08That's right, that's right. They grab back where they're supposed to go.
- 52:13Some people just get like five or six of them and they leave them
- 52:15on top of the trash can so they could, yeah, put them back
- 52:20later. I think that's kind of okay. Well, since you do put
- 52:23them back, I I already started an email to Barnes and Noble. I'm
- 52:27gonna go this guy in Oklahoma City, he's yeah, that's right, he
- 52:32reads books. How dare he, especially in Oklahoma City? How dare he
- 52:40read books? That's right. All right, Well thanks for being on jazz
- 52:45Biz. Yeah, hey, thanks for these simple of you know, these
- 52:50supplementals. You guys got to keep these up because this is Yeah, they're
- 52:52fun. Yeah, I'm enjoy doing them. This is what David and Ben
- 52:57did. This was you know, because you got to think they had all
- 53:00those years of hardly any content right to talk about, so they had to
- 53:07talk about older episodes. Now we have new episodes and we can talk about
- 53:12that, but you got to keep the show fresh. So yeah, as
- 53:15long as we don't talk about Bruno, we should be good. Yeah.
- 53:22There are people who have seen that movie and know what you're talking about.
- 53:24People that movie and have no idea what you're talking about exactly. But my
- 53:30wife to that and she was like, it looks over at me and she's
- 53:34like, what the hell are we watching? You know, it's like leave.
- 53:42But yeah, Chas, But there's more to your point. You know,
- 53:44I think a lot of people who are Star Trek fans are you know,
- 53:46there's a lot of cross you know, interest into a lot of these
- 53:51other sci fi and Star Wars. Yeah, yeah, got Dunes coming out
- 53:55and Dunes, Yeah, the major sci fi you know, because any sci
- 54:00fi that's good helps out. Start. We've got the Mickey horror film that's
- 54:04coming out later this year because now that's public domain. Steamboat Willie is public
- 54:07domain. Oh boy, it's gonna be such garbage. Yes it is,
- 54:15Yes it is. I can't wait. And we got the new Winnie the
- 54:19Pooh killer movie, the sequel figure together, the sequel of Steamboat versus Winnie
- 54:28Oh, the Ultimate grudge match. Yeah. The producers of the Winnie of
- 54:31the Pooh one has said that they want to do a universe because they're also
- 54:36going to do a Bambie one. Well, the guy that I listen to,
- 54:38the directors that made the Steamboat Willie, they want to do this.
- 54:45Yeah, they all do. That's the thing. Everyone wants, the universe
- 54:47nowadays. These things are so cheap to make, and then right VOD everything
- 54:53else to make. That's where they make their money. Oh yes, not
- 54:57so much the theater. It's v O D merchandising. We learned this the
- 55:00old version of beloved characters that have gone into public main cinematic universe. Yeah,
- 55:06what's like five Nights of Freddy's went Crazy. It did good this year,
- 55:09and they're already making another one, and it's supposed to come out in
- 55:13October. Do so five Nights Afready's side side tangent on this because this is
- 55:19hilarious to me. Okay, I have a lot of family members who are
- 55:22very, very religious, and they hate the fact that that thing is so
- 55:27big because it's scary and creepy. Right, But then I pointed out that
- 55:31the the game designer behind Five Nights of Freddy's used to make religious video games.
- 55:37That's what he did. Yeah, he made a game where like he
- 55:39walked around something. No, no, no, it was like legitimately,
- 55:49yeah, the hell you. It was like saving people's souls and ship.
- 55:53But well, yeah, I pointed out just how religious it was, and
- 55:58they were just looked at that guard. Did he do that? There was
- 56:01a religious video game I remember from the eighties that was for the Yeah,
- 56:07I Bible adventure games. I think you're thinking about. Were you to Philip
- 56:15Noah's art, Yeah, yes, that's it, that's it. Yeah,
- 56:20there was a there was a neighbor kid that had it. Yeah. Actually,
- 56:23it's not as a match two game where you have to match all the
- 56:27animals to put on the art. You gotta catch those two lions with mains
- 56:30and you're like, how is this gonna work? Oh? Well, no,
- 56:34you can't make a wife. Have all the Bible characters? Have all
- 56:37the Bible characters become public domain? Yeah no, no, no, Horse
- 56:43and Donkey can't make a mule. I'm gonna get as canceled. I'm sorry
- 56:50for sure. That's all right. Well thanks about this, Yeah, I
- 56:59better quit well behind. I went to Christias School all my life, so
- 57:04okay, I was the honored kids. So I had the Bible thrown at
- 57:07me growing up. So oh goda. Well, guys like you usually have
- 57:13the best sense of humor about it. So yeah, I grew up with
- 57:16it and used I worked in ministries. I know what it's like. Okay.
- 57:22Yeah, when you grew up with that and then you go to college,
- 57:25it's the same thing, and it's okay. Yeah. Then after that
- 57:31your fer you're like, m that was tough. Quit in some time some
- 57:39time. Yeah. So we're gonna start a new new podcast, Bible Cast.
- 57:44Yeah, you'll be brother Scott, I'll be Brother Daniel. That'll be
- 57:51great, it'll be great. You just gotta bring Dan in here, you
- 57:55know, yeah, absolutely, ever Dan, Oh, we got to bring
- 58:02in those who was it that approached his van while he was about ready to
- 58:07do the podcast Witness? Yes, yeah, we can have them on his
- 58:14guests. Yes. Now, if you guys like show up next week with
- 58:17like white shirts on and black ties like Mormons, that'd be funny. And
- 58:22here's a funny thing, man, Just don't tell Dan he never listens to
- 58:25the show. Just show up with white shirts, black ties. I am
- 58:31an ordained minister, that's right, yes, and I yeah, I actually
- 58:38have performed a wedding ceremonies, so you can just call me reverend. Instagram
- 58:51chat, somebody put, uh, but Sheer was genetically enstured. Why don't
- 58:55we see that in an episode where we go inside his mind as he ages
- 59:00fast? Oh? Interesting, I'm not sure what they mean by that though,
- 59:09No, no, repeat that again. But if but Sheer was genetically
- 59:15engineered, why don't we see that in the episode when we go inside his
- 59:19mind and he ages fast? Oh? The fact that he okay, that
- 59:24they didn't mention that he was genetically engineered, that's because they came up with
- 59:28it later, is the right. Yeah? Yeah, yeah, that's the
- 59:31real answer. Yeah, he had. That was the last thing I went
- 59:37into his mind that they found out he was you know right, uh,
- 59:44they found out he was Yeah, the one where section thirty one was in
- 59:47his mind? Right or now they were in the other guys. They were
- 59:51in Sloan's mind. Yes, that's why I get confused. Yeah, but
- 59:55when were they in Buteer's mind? Wasn't that at the same point? Like
- 1:00:02they could because you were in someone's mind, they could be in yours.
- 1:00:07Wait a minute. There was the Dominion episode where they had several people playing
- 1:00:13out scenarios in their heads. Oh yeah, yeah, because there's one where
- 1:00:16he keeps aging. I remember that now, so, oh that's right,
- 1:00:22Yes, that's right. I don't remember the episode, but I remember that
- 1:00:27episode now, like it. It's been so long I got to rewrotch face
- 1:00:31sign. Yeah it's time. I think that was something. I think that
- 1:00:36person who said that on Instagram was just probably trying to get us back up
- 1:00:38track. That's a Swagger's the Cat, which yeah, I love it,
- 1:00:44Swaggers the Cat. Yeah, yeah, I love your hat. Chaz Biz.
