- 0:39Speaker 4: Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Cats and Pudding. And
- 0:43Speaker 4: today we have a great episode. We have my friend
- 0:47Speaker 4: Jamie Tiverige. I said it right, said out because the
- 0:50Speaker 4: H is silent, H is silent, and you're you're married.
- 0:53Speaker 4: And now I've done just learned something new about you. You
- 0:55Speaker 4: married a Frenchman.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I married a Frenchman, but I'm almost one hundred percent Italian.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Well that's the sex. Good because he's French, because they're
- 1:02Speaker 2: like a language, a love of them.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Not bad, not bad. I mean I do have a
- 1:07Speaker 3: glow about me.
- 1:08Speaker 2: You certainly do. And I'm not saying it's all just.
- 1:12Speaker 3: And he's here, so maybe later you can meet him.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Wow, I love to I want to say that, I
- 1:16Speaker 4: want to see the whole package.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Does he does he have an accent?
- 1:19Speaker 3: Still he does not?
- 1:20Speaker 2: But does he.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Speak very little? I mean when you see him, he
- 1:24Speaker 3: looks more like a lumberjack than he does a Frenchman, but.
- 1:28Speaker 2: A lumberjack Frenchman. I love it.
- 1:30Speaker 3: He's a good guy.
- 1:30Speaker 2: He's a good guy.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Number two second husband.
- 1:32Speaker 2: So but I remember you saying that this one was
- 1:36Speaker 2: the one.
- 1:36Speaker 3: This is the one, the first one, you know.
- 1:39Speaker 4: And that did that lead you to your to where
- 1:42Speaker 4: you are now? Maybe to start your journey?
- 1:44Speaker 3: I think maybe a little bit.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Well, it's tell everybody what you do, it's you know.
- 1:50Speaker 3: So I am a therapist, a motivated motivator, motivational therapist
- 1:56Speaker 3: mostly for women.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Glors loved you, by the way.
- 1:58Speaker 3: I love Dolores.
- 2:00Speaker 2: We know that we love talking to him. I just
- 2:02Speaker 2: she's such a great girl.
- 2:03Speaker 3: I just need to be with her.
- 2:05Speaker 2: I love her so much. She's just such a great
- 2:08Speaker 2: good friends and I love her deal.
- 2:09Speaker 3: And what I love about Dolores is that she's so real.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Yes, and what you see is what you get.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Absolutely talking about Dolores Katana from the Housewives.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Yeah, so Dolores, we're coming to get love girl.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Yeah, she's a good friend. Well, I love her.
- 2:25Speaker 4: She and since my my I told you, my brother
- 2:27Speaker 4: has been in the.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Hospital, she every day checks on me.
- 2:31Speaker 4: You know, she's she always makes sure she's you know, uh,
- 2:35Speaker 4: keeps in charge and she's just she's just a good friend.
- 2:38Speaker 4: And she's the type of friend where I don't have
- 2:40Speaker 4: to hang out with her every day to know that
- 2:43Speaker 4: if I called her a second to drop it and
- 2:46Speaker 4: come and help me.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Well, when you two were together, I happen to have
- 2:50Speaker 3: this nice little gift inside of me that is not
- 2:54Speaker 3: prideful at all. But if I'm going to motivate women
- 2:57Speaker 3: and people they need, you need to embrace what how
- 2:59Speaker 3: you made. And for me, I just can sense people's layers.
- 3:05Speaker 3: And when the two of you were standing next to
- 3:07Speaker 3: each other, the sisterhood that I felt between the two
- 3:11Speaker 3: of you was was amazing. So yeah, she's a good,
- 3:17Speaker 3: good soul.
- 3:18Speaker 2: She's a good person, you know.
- 3:20Speaker 4: I you know, as you get older, you don't make
- 3:22Speaker 4: friends that quickly.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Anymore. You know what I mean. I'm one of the
- 3:26Speaker 2: lucky ones.
- 3:27Speaker 4: I do have friends for many from since I'm like
- 3:30Speaker 4: four years old. I still have those types of friends,
- 3:33Speaker 4: which a lot of people don't these days. But I
- 3:36Speaker 4: did get rid of a lot of people throughout the years.
- 3:38Speaker 3: I like to say, you weeded your garden.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Yes, I weeded my gone.
- 3:42Speaker 4: But sometimes you have to let people go for your
- 3:45Speaker 4: own health. I guess even if you have to love
- 3:47Speaker 4: them for a distance.
- 3:49Speaker 3: You can love them. You don't have to like them,
- 3:51Speaker 3: and you have good healthy boundaries. Yes, that's a good boundary.
- 3:56Speaker 3: I being a therapist began for me when I went
- 4:01Speaker 3: through some early on personal issues coming out of a
- 4:06Speaker 3: divorce of course at the age of thirty and children.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I had no children with him. Well, thank god, that's
- 4:14Speaker 3: absolutely And it was kind of like.
- 4:16Speaker 4: You're connected to that person that I fefe after there's
- 4:19Speaker 4: nothing you could do about it. You constantly connected.
- 4:22Speaker 3: To them, and it was kind of like we were
- 4:24Speaker 3: we were friends, and then we decided, well let's get married.
- 4:28Speaker 3: We're dating, and we went in and it was early nineties.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Every all of my friends got married, and so of
- 4:35Speaker 3: course I had this big twenty thousand dollars Italian wedding,
- 4:38Speaker 3: which my father called my oh I know, my twenty
- 4:41Speaker 3: thousand daughter, my twenty thousand dollars dress rehearsal, he called it.
- 4:46Speaker 3: But of course, you know you're thirty, you're thirty. Twenty
- 4:50Speaker 3: thousand dollars dress.
- 4:53Speaker 4: That don't give me one hundred thousand because now they're
- 4:55Speaker 4: like a hundred thousand.
- 4:56Speaker 2: You don't even know. I said stuff out, I have
- 4:59Speaker 2: a boy, I have a son.
- 5:01Speaker 3: It's crazy, but I you know, coming out of that,
- 5:04Speaker 3: I went back home when I was thirty, laying in
- 5:07Speaker 3: my old bedroom thinking to myself, Oh my god, you
- 5:11Speaker 3: know what do I do. I've been with this person
- 5:14Speaker 3: both dating, engagement and married for four years, for ten
- 5:18Speaker 3: years of my life. Now I'm thirty and I'm home
- 5:21Speaker 3: and I'm back in my old bedroom, and so thirty
- 5:25Speaker 3: years old, you know what's put in your mind is, oh,
- 5:28Speaker 3: my gosh, I'm going to die alone with you know,
- 5:31Speaker 3: no one. But you know, it wasn't it for me.
- 5:36Speaker 3: It wasn't about racing right back out there. For me,
- 5:39Speaker 3: it was about taking some time for myself to.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Have a relationship with yourself.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Absolutely, And then was introduced to my husband that I
- 5:49Speaker 3: have now, but.
- 5:50Speaker 2: How long you've been together.
- 5:51Speaker 3: We're married twenty five years. I do have children, one
- 5:54Speaker 3: son twenty wow.
- 5:56Speaker 4: And you know what the best thing you could do
- 5:58Speaker 4: for your kids is to love each other.
- 6:00Speaker 2: That's it.
- 6:00Speaker 4: If you if you if the parents love each other
- 6:02Speaker 4: and have a good relationship, that is the best thing
- 6:05Speaker 4: for a kid. Absolutely get you could see it so
- 6:08Speaker 4: much in life that the kids thrive like so much more.
- 6:12Speaker 4: That's why you know, this whole single parent household, it's
- 6:16Speaker 4: just not good for them. I mean not saying that
- 6:18Speaker 4: you don't have good children with one parent, but if
- 6:22Speaker 4: you don't, if you can have a happy household with
- 6:25Speaker 4: a mother and a father, children do thrive more.
- 6:29Speaker 3: They do.
- 6:29Speaker 4: It's it's it's not even being any other thing. But
- 6:32Speaker 4: it's been proven.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Well over and over again.
- 6:34Speaker 3: I know my son was one documented proof. My son
- 6:37Speaker 3: was one of the few out of his friends to
- 6:40Speaker 3: actually have two of us, and all his friends still today.
- 6:44Speaker 3: It's the house. You know, he's graduating college, but on
- 6:47Speaker 3: weekends everybody's at our so but.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Well, because you know, they feel that Copperati and they
- 6:53Speaker 4: like to coach the houses that they feel that.
- 6:55Speaker 5: And I'd like to be that house. Come on, that's
- 6:57Speaker 5: my house too. Everybody likes to do it on my house.
- 7:00Speaker 3: It's good. When Nicholas, that's my son, was about two
- 7:04Speaker 3: years old, my mother, who I was very close to,
- 7:07Speaker 3: she passed away, passed well. She had four five strokes
- 7:12Speaker 3: and was in the hospital and for three months, and
- 7:16Speaker 3: we were back and forth and back and forth and
- 7:17Speaker 3: back and forth.
- 7:18Speaker 5: Was he very close to her, very close and she
- 7:22Speaker 5: actually no, Nona, she came.
- 7:26Speaker 3: We were told she was going to pass away. She
- 7:29Speaker 3: never did. She came out of that hospital. As I
- 7:33Speaker 3: was raised by super strong women. My father was not
- 7:36Speaker 3: in my life for the first seventeen years. He lived locally,
- 7:40Speaker 3: but I was raised by my grandmother, my mother, my aunt,
- 7:43Speaker 3: and my cousins brought together. Amen couldn't ask for anything
- 7:46Speaker 3: different because when you think, when you it's amazing to
- 7:51Speaker 3: me how we look back at our past. But we
- 7:53Speaker 3: realized God had a plan because.
- 7:55Speaker 4: We and you don't realize how much your past makes
- 7:59Speaker 4: you the person that absolutely without parents. My mother died,
- 8:03Speaker 4: my fallo died when I was very young, and my
- 8:05Speaker 4: mother died when I was young, So it was hot.
- 8:07Speaker 2: It was I was orphaned time I was youngeen years old.
- 8:09Speaker 3: What strength it you? So when my mom got back
- 8:14Speaker 3: home from the hospital, I actually collapsed from being so
- 8:19Speaker 3: strong for so many years, you need and I developed
- 8:24Speaker 3: severe panic and anxiety. I had pulled chest muscles from
- 8:28Speaker 3: lifting her, you know, helping to maneuver her bathe her.
- 8:32Speaker 3: I was a mess. I lost thirty pounds in four weeks.
- 8:36Speaker 3: I could not take care of my son. God bless
- 8:38Speaker 3: me Blade by himself. But going through all of that
- 8:43Speaker 3: at the at I went to doctor and doctor and
- 8:46Speaker 3: therapist and hypnotists and everything. But going through all of that, well,
- 8:53Speaker 3: they increased my faith. I have to say it increased
- 8:56Speaker 3: my faith. But then I realized I am not Catholic.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I grew up Catholic, but I'm a Christian girl and
- 9:05Speaker 3: I came through it.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Are you a non denominational now.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Oh, yes, Christian? I am a pastor assistant pastor. I'm
- 9:14Speaker 3: a yes, and I love it. And I empower women
- 9:17Speaker 3: to all ages. You know something going through the days
- 9:21Speaker 3: where you you don't have to say, oh, you know,
- 9:24Speaker 3: I'm a Christian, just say I'm a Christian. I have
- 9:27Speaker 3: my own relationship with God and nobody's business. And so
- 9:31Speaker 3: for me when I decided this is something I want
- 9:34Speaker 3: to get into. I had no idea how big it
- 9:39Speaker 3: would become. So now renewed hope is my practice and
- 9:45Speaker 3: I see women's young as six. My oldest client is
- 9:50Speaker 3: eighty years old, and it's emotional beauty was born out
- 9:54Speaker 3: of my practice.
- 9:56Speaker 4: Do you incorporate the like the church into it to like?
- 10:00Speaker 4: Would you feel like it's well like.
- 10:02Speaker 3: If they want it? But I do get people that
- 10:05Speaker 3: come in that have no they have no faith they
- 10:07Speaker 3: have so for me, I know who I'm working, I
- 10:12Speaker 3: know who's working through me.
- 10:13Speaker 4: Do you feel that these people, ever, if that might
- 10:16Speaker 4: be the problem, is that if they don't have any
- 10:18Speaker 4: faith and believe in something else, I.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Do because we have to have some type of foundation
- 10:24Speaker 3: and whether it's it has to be some type of faith.
- 10:27Speaker 2: You know, it can't be an ideology. It's got to
- 10:29Speaker 2: be faith.
- 10:30Speaker 3: I mean faith and whatever faith looks like to that
- 10:33Speaker 3: individual that's between you and him. For me, I just
- 10:40Speaker 3: kind of make it you know that it's okay, that's okay,
- 10:44Speaker 3: it's it's you don't have to have your hair in
- 10:46Speaker 3: a bun and a turtle neck and a plat skirt
- 10:49Speaker 3: on to you know, have a relationship with God. For me,
- 10:53Speaker 3: it's like I love everything. I love makeup and jewelry
- 10:56Speaker 3: and clothes, but at the end of the day, when
- 10:59Speaker 3: it all comes off, I know that there's an emotional,
- 11:01Speaker 3: beautiful person inside.
- 11:03Speaker 4: Like I was a raised Catholic. I mean I'm not
- 11:05Speaker 4: a devout Catholic. I don't go to church every Sunday.
- 11:07Speaker 4: I mean I had to. I went to Catholic school,
- 11:10Speaker 4: Cathoic Grammar school, Catholic high school, Catholic college I went.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I would do the whole gamut. I mean my mother
- 11:15Speaker 2: was a bride of Christ. Likes you.
- 11:17Speaker 4: I mean it was like legit, like the cathing On
- 11:20Speaker 4: And you know, I say to myself, now, you know,
- 11:24Speaker 4: I did feel better when I was young when I
- 11:26Speaker 4: used to go to church.
- 11:27Speaker 2: I used to like going to church.
- 11:29Speaker 4: I think I never realized that. Now now I look
- 11:31Speaker 4: back on it, I'm like, maybe I should still going
- 11:33Speaker 4: back to it.
- 11:33Speaker 3: I think, if you find a church that for me,
- 11:37Speaker 3: I'm not about religion, I'm about relation, yes, And I
- 11:40Speaker 3: think if you find a church that you love and
- 11:43Speaker 3: it esteems you for the rest of the week.
- 11:45Speaker 4: And I was thinking about doing a Christian church as
- 11:48Speaker 4: opposed to Catholic. I do like the Catholic religion, and
- 11:51Speaker 4: I you know whatever, but I feel like it's sometimes
- 11:54Speaker 4: it's Gothic. It's a little scary, you.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Know, growing up Catholic and the same like you said,
- 12:00Speaker 3: to Catholic church. I remember being in fifth grade and
- 12:03Speaker 3: I went home and said to my mother, Mom, you're
- 12:05Speaker 3: paying for me to go to this church or to
- 12:08Speaker 3: this school. I don't like it. I'm scared to death.
- 12:11Speaker 3: And she yanked me out.
- 12:12Speaker 2: At the end of the year.
- 12:14Speaker 3: I think there's a lot of rules and regulations.
- 12:17Speaker 4: It's very what's the word I want to looking for?
- 12:21Speaker 4: It's like militant almost. What good does that doesn't? Because
- 12:26Speaker 4: God's supposed to be merciful and loving and happy.
- 12:29Speaker 2: He's not. We're not in the military, and.
- 12:31Speaker 3: We all screw up, and you know what, when we
- 12:34Speaker 3: screw up, you need to know you know what, you're
- 12:37Speaker 3: all right?
- 12:37Speaker 2: Right?
- 12:37Speaker 3: So emotional beauty came out of just I remember one
- 12:42Speaker 3: day thinking to myself, I want I see so many
- 12:45Speaker 3: women that come in and they think I need two
- 12:48Speaker 3: emotions Jamie, happy and sad, and I don't want to
- 12:52Speaker 3: feel anything else. Well, that's virtually impossible because you need
- 12:56Speaker 3: to feel, you need to lean into things. There were
- 13:00Speaker 3: so many different emotions that women feel and I just
- 13:03Speaker 3: want you to know, go ahead and feel them. It's okay.
- 13:07Speaker 2: What do you think that women? You juicy? Mostly women
- 13:09Speaker 2: to juicy mento.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Mostly women. I have had my fair share of men.
- 13:13Speaker 3: I'm not opposed to it, but don't say anything.
- 13:19Speaker 4: We won't say everybody that's watching you know, do you
- 13:23Speaker 4: feel so?
- 13:24Speaker 2: What do you think? Is that is always the main problem?
- 13:26Speaker 2: Usual relationship?
- 13:27Speaker 4: Do you feel like it's broken relationships that they come
- 13:29Speaker 4: in for usually?
- 13:31Speaker 3: And this is what I always say, The issue is
- 13:33Speaker 3: never really the issue when people come in, they come in.
- 13:36Speaker 3: I had one woman come in and said to me, Jamie,
- 13:39Speaker 3: I'm gonna can I swear on here?
- 13:41Speaker 2: Say what you want? Yeah?
- 13:42Speaker 3: Good. She's like, I'm gonna fucking kill my husband. I'm
- 13:45Speaker 3: gonna kill him, or I'm gonna change the locks. And
- 13:48Speaker 3: I'm like, well, let's start with the locks. So instead
- 13:50Speaker 3: of prison, go to home?
- 13:51Speaker 2: Deep right, yeah, well maybe the better choice.
- 13:54Speaker 3: So, but the issue really was within herself. But sure,
- 13:58Speaker 3: relationships glory are the problem. You know, women who are broken,
- 14:05Speaker 3: women who've never taken time to look at who they
- 14:09Speaker 3: are or you know, look at their identity, which takes
- 14:12Speaker 3: years and it takes wisdom. But I love, I love.
- 14:17Speaker 3: I have an eighty year old that comes in and
- 14:19Speaker 3: oh my god, she's like, now all the kids are
- 14:21Speaker 3: out of the house. Now, all the grandchildren out of
- 14:23Speaker 3: the house. Now I'm looking at my husband of fifty
- 14:26Speaker 3: something years and I'm like, oh my god, what the
- 14:29Speaker 3: hell are you doing here? You know, So it's it's
- 14:33Speaker 3: it's relational. But for me, I just want to encourage
- 14:37Speaker 3: women to look inside of themselves as well as having
- 14:41Speaker 3: the external. Yeah, exactly. So it's a bunch of different issues.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Do you ever get like angry with a patient that
- 14:51Speaker 4: you just want to triangle them, like like I could say,
- 14:54Speaker 4: I was like you stop it.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Yeah, And I get that. When I watched The New
- 14:57Speaker 3: Jersey Housewife, I want to jump in there and I want.
- 15:02Speaker 2: To start being a shad of people.
- 15:04Speaker 3: I don't, I mean, of course, I mean because for me, again,
- 15:08Speaker 3: it's seeing the it's seeing the layers. You know, it's
- 15:11Speaker 3: funny not being addressed.
- 15:13Speaker 2: I don't watch reality shows. Oh I really don't. I do.
- 15:16Speaker 4: I have a lot of patience to shows, but I
- 15:19Speaker 4: don't watch them.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I don't have the the I can't.
- 15:22Speaker 4: You know, because it I don't like it as entertainment.
- 15:25Speaker 4: It makes me nervous, so I don't like to watch
- 15:27Speaker 4: it anymore. I used to watch them, you know, years ago.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Now I know I'll watch the snippet or whatever. Obviously,
- 15:33Speaker 4: if doors I want to see your sh'll tell me
- 15:35Speaker 4: I'll watch this, and I'll and I'll do it, and
- 15:37Speaker 4: I'll watch it, but I'll further, I have no time
- 15:39Speaker 4: to do it anyway, and by tell I put the
- 15:41Speaker 4: TV on, It's like I'm watching it for ten seconds
- 15:44Speaker 4: and I'm out sleeping. I mind it twenty seven times
- 15:47Speaker 4: before I get the whole show anywhere.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Reality TV is hard for me because I deal with
- 15:51Speaker 3: so much reality during the day.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Yes, that enough for you.
- 15:55Speaker 3: I've become a Hallmark Christmas movie watcher because I'm because
- 16:00Speaker 3: you want to, like everybody leaves through New York City
- 16:05Speaker 3: Steven digit job, you know, to go to go to
- 16:10Speaker 3: Vermont and marry the lumberjack. You know. I mean it
- 16:12Speaker 3: makes sense, but I think, yes, I do. I do
- 16:16Speaker 3: when when people come in and they say, listen, this
- 16:19Speaker 3: is what I want to change, and we're in sessions.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Now we're on the eighth session and they're they're still
- 16:27Speaker 3: not moving forward or taking the advice that they're coming
- 16:31Speaker 3: in to seek. It's very frustrating. And then I have
- 16:34Speaker 3: the ones that come in and they can't get enough.
- 16:36Speaker 4: So yeah, but so let me so, how does like,
- 16:39Speaker 4: let's just say somebody is like.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Doing drugs or drinking, did you like, just do you.
- 16:45Speaker 4: Think that if they maybe the substance of just will
- 16:48Speaker 4: take you know, it's a toll on your helping them,
- 16:53Speaker 4: and you have to tell them like, hey, you're going
- 16:54Speaker 4: to have to recover absolutely, because this is going to
- 16:58Speaker 4: hold to you and and you're gonna have to get
- 17:00Speaker 4: out of that.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Most most of the time, why I did not become
- 17:05Speaker 3: an addiction it was not a specialty for me, was
- 17:10Speaker 3: because that's such a whole different It is, damn it,
- 17:13Speaker 3: and it's very hard because it is a disease, and
- 17:17Speaker 3: it's very hard for people to step out of that
- 17:22Speaker 3: and then stay on that path and then get the help,
- 17:26Speaker 3: you know, emotional and help that they need. So for me,
- 17:30Speaker 3: that's not really my wheelhouse. But I have had some
- 17:35Speaker 3: come in because the family or friends have forced them
- 17:38Speaker 3: to come.
- 17:39Speaker 1: And then.
- 17:41Speaker 3: You have to want it. You have to want.
- 17:43Speaker 4: So you would tell that person, listen, you need to
- 17:46Speaker 4: go to the.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Rooms or whatever. You have a good recovery every program,
- 17:51Speaker 2: and then before you could do.
- 17:52Speaker 3: That, take that hat off and then we'll once you.
- 17:55Speaker 4: To get into that and get some clean time, then
- 17:57Speaker 4: we could talk. Absolutely, So that's great that you do,
- 18:00Speaker 4: because it doesn't work.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Well, you know you can you can keep them coming
- 18:04Speaker 3: in and it's not gonna be and it's not it's
- 18:06Speaker 3: not it's not not worth my time and it's not
- 18:10Speaker 3: helping them and it's not worth your time or their
- 18:12Speaker 3: money because and when you really know they need something different,
- 18:18Speaker 3: you have to be honest and tell them listen, I
- 18:20Speaker 3: want you to be healthy, but you're not ready for this.
- 18:23Speaker 3: So absolutely, who do you have?
- 18:27Speaker 4: I mean, I don't want to say it, but you
- 18:28Speaker 4: have like patients You're like, oh my god, I'm so
- 18:30Speaker 4: glad that coming in today. So I don't have to
- 18:32Speaker 4: listen to this all the one because I can imagine
- 18:34Speaker 4: that some people that you just want to probably like
- 18:37Speaker 4: commit suicide.
- 18:38Speaker 3: Like, let me tell you, there are days, O my god,
- 18:42Speaker 3: there are days and it's it's being honest. There are
- 18:45Speaker 3: days that I wake up and I'm like who's on
- 18:47Speaker 3: the calendar?
- 18:48Speaker 2: Do you have to go to a whole session? And
- 18:50Speaker 2: I listen to somebody honest.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Chris, do you know what I'm thinking? I'm thinking thinking
- 18:53Speaker 3: about dinner. What do I gotta do after this? What
- 18:57Speaker 3: clothes do I need to know? But listening, I know
- 19:02Speaker 3: what clothes need to be in the draw? Did I
- 19:04Speaker 3: make the bed, did I blow out the candle? You
- 19:08Speaker 3: know who's taking the door? I love it. I you
- 19:11Speaker 3: know what this is. It it's all.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Real, all human. So we all have that.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Absolutely absolutely you got it. And then I get one
- 19:19Speaker 3: that just talk for the full.
- 19:22Speaker 4: And you're just and I'm like, this is great and
- 19:25Speaker 4: you listen like this is a work storyline.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Or I'm taking notes, but I'm really making my shopping list.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I love that I have to tell you do what
- 19:34Speaker 2: I do? You know?
- 19:35Speaker 4: I also I'm also a therapist. I feel like, you know,
- 19:39Speaker 4: I become a derapish your hairdresser.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Can I make an appointment with you?
- 19:42Speaker 2: I would love you.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Yeah, And you can do whatever you want to me
- 19:45Speaker 3: as long as you listen.
- 19:46Speaker 2: And I do listen. It's funny.
- 19:48Speaker 4: I'm like I should charge for therapy sessions to but
- 19:51Speaker 4: you know what I don't mind it because I guess
- 19:53Speaker 4: they feel like they're in a safe place to talk
- 19:55Speaker 4: to me and and about.
- 19:56Speaker 3: And being safe is so important to people. They want
- 19:59Speaker 3: to know that they can speak and they feel sick.
- 20:02Speaker 4: I have so much shit that people have told me
- 20:04Speaker 4: that I should be I should be murdered for him,
- 20:06Speaker 4: because nobody like I have a lot of information about
- 20:09Speaker 4: things of the patient I did.
- 20:10Speaker 3: I did have one gentleman come in at the beginning,
- 20:14Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, of of when I just planted myself
- 20:18Speaker 3: in this new office, and he had the whole mafia
- 20:21Speaker 3: connections and whatever, and he said, I'm going to tell
- 20:24Speaker 3: you things, but I'm telling you you can't say anything.
- 20:28Speaker 2: And I'm like to analyze this absolutely.
- 20:31Speaker 3: And I'm like, I'm like, as long as I don't
- 20:33Speaker 3: go outside my car blows up. I'm like, I will
- 20:36Speaker 3: take it to the grave. I'll take it to the grave.
- 20:39Speaker 3: You doctor, I know absolutely. And he kept calling me doctor.
- 20:43Speaker 3: He's like, listen, doctor, I'm like.
- 20:45Speaker 4: You don't call me.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Whatever you want to do with me, call me. But
- 20:50Speaker 3: I'm on your side. I told him, I'm on your side.
- 20:55Speaker 4: But you know what's funny is that is that it's
- 20:58Speaker 4: so true. Like when you if you ever watched The Sopranos, that.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Was the whole, the whole absolute dialogue.
- 21:04Speaker 4: Between doctor Milphi and an Tony soprano. That made the
- 21:08Speaker 4: whole show absolute because they humanized him. It showed him
- 21:11Speaker 4: at all the different hats. If that's that aspect was
- 21:14Speaker 4: not in the show, it would have not been a
- 21:15Speaker 4: hit as.
- 21:16Speaker 3: It was absolutely so.
- 21:17Speaker 4: She her, her and actually the Catherine who does the
- 21:21Speaker 4: show made was on the show too. Yeah, you know
- 21:24Speaker 4: that whole part of it. It just shows that humanizes
- 21:28Speaker 4: humanized him, as you know, because because he was in therapy.
- 21:31Speaker 4: And my point was is that you know a lot
- 21:33Speaker 4: of men, a lot of wise guys. I mean I was,
- 21:35Speaker 4: I was. I live around wise guys my whole life.
- 21:38Speaker 4: They would never go to They would never go for recovery,
- 21:41Speaker 4: would not go to therapy, won't even go to the doctor.
- 21:43Speaker 2: If they had a pain, you.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Go to the priest. When my father was young, every time
- 21:47Speaker 3: there was a problem, they took you to the priest.
- 21:49Speaker 3: And they don't even go to the priest, and the
- 21:50Speaker 3: priest gave you, well, there are no priest less it
- 21:53Speaker 3: seems like we're looking for priests. But they give him
- 21:55Speaker 3: a blessing and they send him home and you know,
- 21:58Speaker 3: there you go, or don't talk about it, Yeah, because
- 22:01Speaker 3: you can't let the family dynamic go out of the bag.
- 22:04Speaker 4: A lot of things were swept under the ropes. So
- 22:06Speaker 4: at that point, absolutely a lot.
- 22:08Speaker 3: But yeah, but my mother's side was different. We were talkers,
- 22:12Speaker 3: you know everything. We didn't keep anything quiet. My father's
- 22:16Speaker 3: side was quiet, our side totally. My mother's side totally meshed.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Everybody knew. You know, you're paying, what are you doing,
- 22:23Speaker 3: I'm paying? What are you doing? Oh I'm you know,
- 22:25Speaker 3: changing my tampon or whatever. Sorry guys. But nothing was sacred.
- 22:30Speaker 3: So that's why I love to speak. I love I
- 22:33Speaker 3: look forward to when I motivate women and I speak
- 22:37Speaker 3: because you're right. It humanizes who we are. It's there's
- 22:41Speaker 3: nothing wrong with being transparent and saying, you know what,
- 22:44Speaker 3: I'm fucked up, I need help. I'm going for help
- 22:47Speaker 3: and I'm going to do the best I can.
- 22:48Speaker 4: I dig a lot of people, and I think a
- 22:51Speaker 4: lot of I mean, I know with me, for the
- 22:54Speaker 4: men I have been with in my life, that their
- 22:58Speaker 4: pride and maybe I don't know, maybe it's because I
- 23:01Speaker 4: attract narcissists, I don't know what it is, or sociopaths.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Oh you know, I know myself. I can't fix that that.
- 23:10Speaker 4: They're going to have to fix that, you know, for themselves,
- 23:13Speaker 4: because those type of people that you're with, they want
- 23:17Speaker 4: to push it on you that you owe the problems.
- 23:19Speaker 3: That's right.
- 23:19Speaker 2: No, I'm reacting to the how you are doing.
- 23:24Speaker 4: What you're doing is causing the problem, and I'm just
- 23:27Speaker 4: I'm just the product of how I'm reacting is the
- 23:30Speaker 4: product of what.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Absolutely. Remember your toolbox. I always love to have my
- 23:35Speaker 3: own personal toolbox, imaginary toolbox. My tools can only fix me,
- 23:40Speaker 3: Your tools can only fix you. And I always say,
- 23:43Speaker 3: you don't call a plumber if you have a broken ankle.
- 23:45Speaker 3: You don't call an orthopedic surgeon to fix your toilet.
- 23:48Speaker 3: And that's that's what happens. But I spent years being
- 23:52Speaker 3: affected by relationships and whatever mood they were in, I
- 23:57Speaker 3: would take it on and that's just a horrible.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Way to feel. Money. Oh my god, I know. My
- 24:04Speaker 2: story is I have a story. I go I gotta
- 24:07Speaker 2: write a book for what I went through in my life.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Yeah, And it happens, and a lot of times it's
- 24:12Speaker 3: because we're we're sensitive and we're caring, and we're.
- 24:17Speaker 2: People take advantage of that.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Yeah, you turn yourself inside out for people.
- 24:21Speaker 4: And then you know when you're not so nice anymore,
- 24:24Speaker 4: that oh my god, oh.
- 24:25Speaker 2: She's a bit terrible. Yeah.
- 24:28Speaker 4: No, no, because I'm telling you about yourself and you
- 24:31Speaker 4: don't want to hear it.
- 24:32Speaker 3: A narcissist will. I get A lot of women come
- 24:37Speaker 3: in and they've been in narcissistic relationships and they will
- 24:42Speaker 3: never A narcissist will never say two things, I'm sorry
- 24:46Speaker 3: or you know, uh, let me take a let me
- 24:51Speaker 3: take a look at myself. They'll never say or they'll
- 24:54Speaker 3: never say or thank you. It's all about them, and
- 24:58Speaker 3: it's it's so intriguing to me how the mind of
- 25:01Speaker 3: a narcissist works. And I've dealt I've dealt with one.
- 25:05Speaker 3: I had a really awful relationship with a pastor that
- 25:10Speaker 3: was a narcissist.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Wow, And probably we're probably more of a sociopath because
- 25:16Speaker 4: he was probably full of himself, unbelievable, and then he
- 25:20Speaker 4: more offers himself to be like you, to be like, oh,
- 25:23Speaker 4: didn't know.
- 25:24Speaker 3: What I found interesting is there was almost a jealousy
- 25:27Speaker 3: behind because a narcissist want you to line up behind them.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Yes.
- 25:32Speaker 3: So for me, as I came around the corner.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Who no, no, no, And it's and you trust these people,
- 25:39Speaker 6: you trust them and you look up to them, and
- 25:41Speaker 6: and then you know, just one day I had a feeling,
- 25:45Speaker 6: you know what, I don't like what I see.
- 25:46Speaker 3: As I gained more wisdom and I was out a
- 25:49Speaker 3: little bit more talking with more people, I had to
- 25:52Speaker 3: break that. I had to break that relationship because it
- 25:56Speaker 3: wasn't healthy for me. I know what works and what doesn't.
- 25:59Speaker 3: And narcissists will know how to push your buttons. Oh yeah,
- 26:02Speaker 3: and where to find them.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I don't know.
- 26:04Speaker 4: I don't argument with my narcissus the other day and
- 26:07Speaker 4: I wouldn't get on the phone.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I said, boundaries.
- 26:10Speaker 4: I said, I will talk to you. If you're not
- 26:12Speaker 4: going to yell at me, you're not going to scream
- 26:14Speaker 4: at me.
- 26:14Speaker 2: I'm not. I'm not doing it.
- 26:16Speaker 3: But that's good your your your boundaries are in good spot.
- 26:19Speaker 2: That's it. I'm not I'm not doing I'm not going
- 26:22Speaker 2: down that road with you.
- 26:23Speaker 3: You know what. We drive down a dead end road
- 26:26Speaker 3: expecting another way out, and it never happens. We keep
- 26:30Speaker 3: driving down that same Oh here it is.
- 26:33Speaker 4: And all I did was I just wanted to make
- 26:35Speaker 4: sure they were okay, and I heard they had an issue,
- 26:40Speaker 4: and I saw a friend called them and said I
- 26:46Speaker 4: was concerned, flipped out like all the how horrible I
- 26:53Speaker 4: am this blah blah blah, the whole nine yards, and
- 26:57Speaker 4: then you know, then I'm like okay, And then then
- 27:01Speaker 4: it hangs up on them, and then it's calling me
- 27:05Speaker 4: the hook and texting me like so if you don't
- 27:07Speaker 4: want to talk to me, then why are you're calling
- 27:08Speaker 4: me then?
- 27:09Speaker 3: Because you're I always say to people, you know what
- 27:12Speaker 3: it's like. It's like they want to put us in
- 27:14Speaker 3: a high chair. Remember high chairs when our kids are little. Uh,
- 27:18Speaker 3: it's like putting us in a high chair, and they
- 27:19Speaker 3: want to spoon feed us their ship. And you know what,
- 27:22Speaker 3: we can't allow that from anyone, anyone. And as we
- 27:26Speaker 3: get older, we recognize what and who we want neural life.
- 27:31Speaker 3: And it's not easy.
- 27:32Speaker 2: It's not people.
- 27:33Speaker 3: People will beg you to get healthy, but then when
- 27:35Speaker 3: you do, they don't like you.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Yes, that's so, because then you don't like them anymore.
- 27:42Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why they don't want any It can go
- 27:44Speaker 3: both ways because.
- 27:45Speaker 4: A lot of people do. Find a lot of people
- 27:47Speaker 4: want like caid. It's that they have to. They want
- 27:50Speaker 4: somebody who's needy. And then you know, it's like you
- 27:53Speaker 4: almost if you see that somebody is really like say somebody,
- 27:57Speaker 4: let's just say somebody's recovery. So let's say they almost
- 28:00Speaker 4: like the person battle when they're on drugs and drinking
- 28:02Speaker 4: because they can they get they like.
- 28:05Speaker 3: They can manipulate and manipulate them and a lot of
- 28:08Speaker 3: times they feel better about themselves.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Feel better about themselves.
- 28:11Speaker 3: That person's down and you're right there.
- 28:14Speaker 2: They don't want to hear that you're a bad off.
- 28:16Speaker 3: You got it right, So yeah, you keep your circle.
- 28:19Speaker 2: People are fucked up, sure, yeah they are and fucked up.
- 28:23Speaker 3: And and even the younger kids coming in. I mean,
- 28:26Speaker 3: I'm not I don't do a lot of children, but
- 28:29Speaker 3: a lot of the teenage girls that come in, they're
- 28:31Speaker 3: being hit left and right.
- 28:33Speaker 2: You know, that's crazy.
- 28:35Speaker 4: I can't even believe how bad it is now with
- 28:39Speaker 4: everything that's going on, first of all, with women's rights,
- 28:43Speaker 4: with this, with that, I mean, everybody's gay now and
- 28:45Speaker 4: now and now met have beaten women up now again,
- 28:48Speaker 4: like what is happening here?
- 28:49Speaker 3: It's insanity, Like I just don't.
- 28:51Speaker 4: Even know it's it is, it's it's it's the phone,
- 28:55Speaker 4: it's the the the social media, it's what it is.
- 29:00Speaker 2: That's the beast.
- 29:01Speaker 3: I will tell you more marriages. I'm a marriage therapy.
- 29:04Speaker 3: We'll get from there. There are so many relationships and
- 29:08Speaker 3: marriages and families that have broken up because of social
- 29:11Speaker 3: media because everything is that, you know, you're not happy
- 29:14Speaker 3: at home, let me see if you let me, let
- 29:16Speaker 3: me see if my fifth grade crush is available, and
- 29:20Speaker 3: then they go find him or her and then before
- 29:23Speaker 3: you know what, they're leaving for this person and it's unreal.
- 29:27Speaker 3: Bring back the pagers or the house phone. Remember that
- 29:30Speaker 3: was crazy.
- 29:32Speaker 2: It's crazy.
- 29:33Speaker 4: It's like you think the grass is always greener on
- 29:36Speaker 4: the other side, and it's not.
- 29:38Speaker 2: It's not. It's just not. It's just you know what.
- 29:41Speaker 4: And as you get older you start to realize that,
- 29:43Speaker 4: you start to learn it's I wish that I knew
- 29:45Speaker 4: what I knew that then I would have.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Ruled the world.
- 29:48Speaker 3: That's that's all of our yes, that's all of our wish.
- 29:51Speaker 4: By the time you know what, you know everything, you're too,
- 29:54Speaker 4: you're to try, you to try.
- 29:56Speaker 3: To put you're too tired, and you have.
- 30:00Speaker 4: I don't care anymore. Well at this point now I
- 30:02Speaker 4: don't even care. When he was all it doesn't mattle
- 30:04Speaker 4: like all right, I guess you know. But I think
- 30:06Speaker 4: it's because you learn as you get older, and you
- 30:08Speaker 4: get more content with yourself as you get older, and
- 30:10Speaker 4: you're okay in your own skin.
- 30:12Speaker 3: That's that's that's to be fifty eight.
- 30:16Speaker 4: Do you feel so comfortable in your skin? I feel
- 30:19Speaker 4: so comfortable.
- 30:21Speaker 3: But boy, did it take some roller coaster to get
- 30:24Speaker 3: you confidently and just making a decision. Like I'm a
- 30:29Speaker 3: reactor because you're Italian. I blame it on the Italian.
- 30:34Speaker 3: I can't help it. But yeah, I preach. Oh there's
- 30:37Speaker 3: two rs. The red R is reacting, the yellow R
- 30:40Speaker 3: is responding, Honey, I'm a red I know I am.
- 30:45Speaker 3: I mean the other day my father said something to me.
- 30:49Speaker 3: I had about four clients. I get home, he brings
- 30:51Speaker 3: me a piece of mail that he doesn't understand, and like,
- 30:55Speaker 3: I'm like, can you just give me a minute? And
- 30:57Speaker 3: I mean, I love him, but give me a minute
- 31:00Speaker 3: to put my head in the freezer. And but I'm
- 31:03Speaker 3: a reactor, and I know that about myself. And this
- 31:08Speaker 3: is what I try to tell people. We're whatever you are,
- 31:13Speaker 3: embrace it, whatever you are. You don't have to be
- 31:16Speaker 3: loving and sweet and kind and joyful every second. That's
- 31:19Speaker 3: not even realistic. You can react and get angry, and
- 31:23Speaker 3: you can be disgusted, and you can feel all these emotions,
- 31:26Speaker 3: but yet you still can be okay with you know
- 31:29Speaker 3: who you are.
- 31:30Speaker 2: That's it, that's it, know who you are.
- 31:32Speaker 3: I have women make lists and they put out in
- 31:34Speaker 3: the refrigerator and they're like, you know this about me,
- 31:37Speaker 3: you know that about me, and you know what, that's okay.
- 31:41Speaker 3: We don't have to be shamed into feeling like, well
- 31:44Speaker 3: today I wasn't very kind. I gave the cab driver
- 31:47Speaker 3: you know, the finger, or I was pissed at some
- 31:50Speaker 3: woman hit me with the car in the supermarket. It's
- 31:53Speaker 3: okay to react. Yeah, I mean, we have it for
- 31:56Speaker 3: a reason.
- 31:57Speaker 2: So emotional mental anyway.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Oh man, I love that come in that want therapy.
- 32:05Speaker 3: You know what they'll say to me, Jamie, do you
- 32:07Speaker 3: do you have the six week package? Because I should
- 32:10Speaker 3: be well, I should be fine in six weeks. And
- 32:14Speaker 3: I'm like, well, we'll g if it six weeks cause I.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Tell you something. Are you the type of therapists will
- 32:19Speaker 2: tell me what you think?
- 32:21Speaker 1: Uh?
- 32:21Speaker 3: No?
- 32:21Speaker 2: Do you?
- 32:22Speaker 4: Because I because I'm telling you I I want my
- 32:25Speaker 4: money back from white therapists because you know, I know
- 32:28Speaker 4: I'm here to tell.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Me what you think. I don't I already know what
- 32:31Speaker 2: I think. I want to know what you think.
- 32:33Speaker 3: I'm not interested in what they think because I know
- 32:37Speaker 3: if you're thinking that way, you shouldn't be in here.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Right.
- 32:39Speaker 4: But you're not telling, you're not asking because because that
- 32:42Speaker 4: drives me not to like I got scammed.
- 32:44Speaker 3: No, you're gonna hear me.
- 32:46Speaker 4: But good, because then I'm gonna come to you because
- 32:49Speaker 4: you are an arapist who could talk to me because
- 32:51Speaker 4: I I hate that.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Yes, why do they do that?
- 32:55Speaker 2: Because again they don't know what to say. I mean,
- 32:59Speaker 2: I'm here for you to help me and give me
- 33:01Speaker 2: some kind of.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Something, give me something.
- 33:04Speaker 2: I'm not here. It's just a talk. I'm giving me
- 33:06Speaker 2: some kind of.
- 33:08Speaker 3: The motivating part in me because that's why you're coming
- 33:12Speaker 3: to me. You need to. I will listen with my
- 33:15Speaker 3: little ears, but I also have a big mouth. Good
- 33:18Speaker 3: but for me, you're in here and I'm going to
- 33:22Speaker 3: tell you. I'm going to tell you.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Are you're coming in for my advice, I'm gonna get
- 33:27Speaker 4: you and you're gonna get it, or what I see
- 33:29Speaker 4: as an outsider, look absolutely, you know, as a as
- 33:32Speaker 4: a nonpartisan, bipartisan.
- 33:35Speaker 3: And I've been to my fair share of therapist that
- 33:37Speaker 3: sit there and look at me and I'm like, well,
- 33:40Speaker 3: do you have a pulse or here's my insurance.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Car on Maddie, I know, and it's so no.
- 33:46Speaker 3: I am. I am a very interactive therapistes.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Okay, I love that. So you're a good therapy.
- 33:51Speaker 3: I don't know how else to be.
- 33:53Speaker 2: I mean, listen, every therapist should be like that.
- 33:56Speaker 4: Because I told I'm told you all my money back,
- 33:58Speaker 4: I'm like, really, yeah. I was laughing because my friend
- 34:01Speaker 4: we were at this this this event in Florida for
- 34:04Speaker 4: Powell Magazine in Long Island, and this just woman she's
- 34:07Speaker 4: a therapist too, and.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Actually no she's not.
- 34:09Speaker 4: She's a motivational speaker, and she said something that was
- 34:13Speaker 4: so profound. I said, honestly, I'm gonna get my money
- 34:16Speaker 4: back from my from my therapist, because in five minutes
- 34:19Speaker 4: you just recapped everything I needed to hear absolutely. I go, seriously,
- 34:22Speaker 4: I go, how come I took me ten years from
- 34:24Speaker 4: therapy to freaking figure the shit out? You just you
- 34:26Speaker 4: just completely wrapped up things and a babble gave it
- 34:29Speaker 4: to me because it's like you just feel like you
- 34:31Speaker 4: want you know, what is it really about?
- 34:34Speaker 2: What's therapy?
- 34:35Speaker 4: And I think the therapy is you have to build
- 34:37Speaker 4: right your therapy. You're a physical therapist. You're building Savannah russels,
- 34:41Speaker 4: You're building somebody's bones. You're helping them build that up.
- 34:44Speaker 4: So what therapists needs to build up your minds and
- 34:46Speaker 4: your and your soul and your emotions and everything else. Absolutely,
- 34:49Speaker 4: because that's what they that's what you're doing. You're building
- 34:52Speaker 4: your helping build your helping build yourself about and bring
- 34:56Speaker 4: you up to a level of semilance the way you
- 34:59Speaker 4: feel good about yourself. Absolutely, Bill, give you that perspective
- 35:03Speaker 4: that you need.
- 35:04Speaker 3: And the way I will say to them is, well,
- 35:07Speaker 3: in the in the great words of doctor Phil when
- 35:10Speaker 3: they're well I did this, and I did that, and
- 35:12Speaker 3: I I I And I'll say to them, well, in
- 35:15Speaker 3: his great words, how's that working for you?
- 35:17Speaker 1: Right?
- 35:18Speaker 3: Obviously it's not. So let's wipe out the house and
- 35:21Speaker 3: let's build on a good solid foundation and that foundation
- 35:24Speaker 3: is you. And yeah, I'm not interested in hearing their version.
- 35:29Speaker 3: I know that, but I want them to listen to
- 35:33Speaker 3: me and where I get my authoritative information.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Do you feel like that you have that that you know?
- 35:45Speaker 2: Do you ever feel sometimes like who am why to
- 35:47Speaker 2: tell somebody what they need to heal? Whatever? Never, I
- 35:52Speaker 2: love the confidence. Never, I love it.
- 35:55Speaker 3: I again, I'm blessed. I feel like this is a
- 35:57Speaker 3: calling for me. When I'm motivation, will speak. I have
- 36:00Speaker 3: big goals. I want to take over the whole audience
- 36:05Speaker 3: on these talk shows and say, listen, they put comedians
- 36:09Speaker 3: out there. You don't need to laugh, you need to
- 36:11Speaker 3: be motivated. Let's take a moment. But absolutely not. No,
- 36:16Speaker 3: I know what I need to do and I'm going
- 36:18Speaker 3: to get in there and do it.
- 36:19Speaker 2: So I love it.
- 36:21Speaker 4: So tell everybody where they can find you. And you
- 36:25Speaker 4: know what's coming.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Up next to you?
- 36:27Speaker 3: Well, social media right now is being our good friend.
