Winnipeg drivers, brace yourselves—Plessis Road is shutting down completely both ways starting Monday, August 17th at 7 AM between Autumn Way (CN main approach) and Camiel Sys Street. Southbound traffic will be blocked between Camiel Sys and Dugald Road, while northbound stays open there. Oddly, two-way traffic is temporarily restored between Fermor Ave and the CN area.
