- 4:25Speaker 3: the longest day? The answer Venus. It takes two hundred
- 4:32Speaker 3: and forty three Earth days to complete one full rotation

- 5:04Speaker 3: consistent self awareness and intentional effort. It begins with understanding
- 5:11Speaker 3: that our thoughts shape our experiences, and by consciously choosing
- 5:16Speaker 3: to challenge negative or limiting beliefs, we open ourselves to

- 6:23Speaker 3: control your actions, learn to react less. Four when you
- 6:31Speaker 3: are honest, you lose people who don't deserve you. Five
- 6:38Speaker 3: One beautiful heart is worth more than a thousand beautiful faces.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Six stop overthinking you cannot control everything, just let it be.
