That dawned on me the other day. I was thinking about how so many people stretch but then have something happen, and they shrink back. They'll go for it, and then they'll shrink back. They'll go for it again, and then they'll shrink back.

An epic life is big. It's bold. It's audacious. And to go for something audacious is often stepping outside your comfort zone. It's often the complete opposite of what your little brain in the back is saying is safe. That voice wants to stay comfortable. It wants ease and instant flow.

But the epic life? The epic life is scary.
