- 0:02All right, welcome to sea sign with Amien Bab. Good morning, Good
- 0:06morning day. How was it going going great? Nice? I like that.
- 0:16H had quite the experience when I've never had. I grew up.
- 0:21I've grown up in the desert like my entire life. Um and uh first
- 0:28time last week, um, almost stepped on a rattlesnake. No big deal,
- 0:37right, so that's quite interesting. Um, We're just trucking along on
- 0:45the path. Took the grand dog for a walk, and um, I
- 0:50there's It was a dirt path and so a lot of brush, and so
- 0:56the snake was kind of half in the brush and out, but it wasn't
- 1:03it wasn't present enough to be looking at what was on the path, if
- 1:07that makes sense. And I stepped and I caught it out of the corner
- 1:12of my eye. Something moved and then the rattle started. I'm like,
- 1:19uh, okay, huge giant leap away and stood still. In the meantime,
- 1:25the grand dog decides she was she's going to be curious and go smell
- 1:30it. Oh, let's sniff this. This looks like fun to play with.
- 1:34And my husband gets name amnesia and doesn't remember the dog's name, starts
- 1:40calling it our previous dog's name. And luckily she had a a doggie backpack
- 1:47on so on the back there's a strap. So he just reached overfted her
- 1:52up across the paths, put the leash back on her, and we trucked
- 1:57on our way. But it was about we do know was it was uh
- 2:00looked like a mahobbi green and um it was I would say, like teenage
- 2:08um old you know, so uh, but it was coiled up and ready
- 2:14to go. It's like this is my space. We honored that. We
- 2:20just kept on going. So anyway, that's been my excitement for the past
- 2:29ten years. Yeah, you're you're on the path of transformation. You've been
- 2:38on that. I totally understand it. We totally get it. It's like,
- 2:42oh, I'm doing this stuff already. Yeah, transformation, healing,
- 2:49shedding, the old, new beginnings, like all the stuff. And you
- 2:53know, when and I was, I was having a moment of um so
- 3:00not so good thoughts and you know, having that internal dialogue with the universe
- 3:06again, Um, you know that's pretty clear message. So and again and
- 3:12again and again. It so it's those you know, we say we want
- 3:22we pay universe, we want clear messages. Rights just suck, Like we
- 3:29have to interpret these things. We're not so good at him a lot of
- 3:32times. So could just us be more clear? I don't know how much
- 3:36more clear that one could have got, I really know, because it's be
- 3:39present, right, and you're even you're even witnessing your husband like autopilot,
- 3:45so you're not even autopilots calling it a dog that you haven't. I mean,
- 3:47when's the last time you had a dog? Yeah? Years? Yeah?
- 3:52Years. So I mean, but it's just a crazy thing, but
- 3:54it's such a it's actually exciting when you look at it, because back at
- 3:59it because you survived. And I understand this situation because I this has happened.
- 4:06My mom and I we had gone and when we were gonna it was
- 4:11just her a hind. So we went out to this area we're walking by,
- 4:14and I like just happened to glance over and see it was a diamond
- 4:16back but it was laying underneath the bush for shade because it was hot outside.
- 4:20I'm like, Mom, when you come back through, just go around
- 4:24this. So I kept telling her go around this way, and she just
- 4:25comes running through it. The whole thing. I'm like Jesus Mary and Joe
- 4:28stip like, what am I gonna deal with you? And then just like
- 4:31it was either last year or maybe the year before, I was walking.
- 4:34I had looked, been looking for the dog, couldn't find the dog,
- 4:36and I'm headed back to the house. I'm on a path. It's dust,
- 4:40you can barely see in front of you, and I almost stepped on
- 4:44a coiled rattles. I don't know that it was a diamond back or if
- 4:49it was long get those and Mohabbi greens don't give you that much of a
- 4:55warning. So that's the thing. Luckily you were able to go buy it
- 4:58and nothing happened, because they just will lash out and then they'll start with
- 5:01their rattle. So, I mean, it's been a couple of times that
- 5:04it's been in my experience. But it's for us to be aware, present
- 5:10and what are our thoughts. And the only way we can know what our
- 5:13thoughts are is to be present because we all go down that path. Really,
- 5:16that path is such a big message, but we all we've all gone
- 5:20down that path where we're not listening, and then all of a sudden we're
- 5:23creating a dialogue that we don't want to create. But we're not even in
- 5:26paying attention to it's all of a sudden you catch it and like, wait
- 5:28a minute, that's not my story? Is that true? Yeah? So
- 5:31yeah, that's that's actually pretty cool. And then you guys were all all
- 5:35made it about alive and nobody got murdering something like that, and you carried
- 5:40off on your path. So that's awesome. Yeah. And then the other
- 5:44thing, you know, kudos to my husband because he's very afraid of snakes,
- 5:48and he just again other than the name Amnija, he just reached over
- 5:55and snagged her and put the leash on her and we went about business.
- 6:00And it just that snake stood there, cooled up, rattling and hissing,
- 6:04and I was at I was like, that's just really it was, you
- 6:12know, in those surreal moments like did that just really happened? Because one
- 6:15of us could have not survived this walk? It's true, it's true.
- 6:25I mean, look at me going off on the path just recently with VIVI,
- 6:28you know, going to go down the wash like I'm all be a
- 6:30no, we can make it. You know, my trucks drifting here and
- 6:33there. It's a friend I call the one wheel drive because it's really only
- 6:36one wheel. It spends to get it moving. What's ridiculous. But I
- 6:42was having that experience, so you know, I'm on it. I took
- 6:45the wrong path, I took a fork of the road and it wasn't I
- 6:47already received the warning, right, so then I got another warning. It's
- 6:50like, you want to go ahead and go forward, let's see how this
- 6:53works out, and I didn't. So it's that's funny. I mean,
- 6:56it's just interesting how this is this shows up and both of us having the
- 7:00experience with a snake. Nonetheless, right, really get your It's like taking
- 7:05a shot of coffee. I guess I don't even know, because it's like
- 7:10you're super alert. You're like, now you're probably noticing everything, you hear,
- 7:14every single thought in your mind. It's like, wait a minute,
- 7:15don't want to create that. Oh my god, that's not a snake.
- 7:16No, I don't want to create that. Right, you see a bunny
- 7:19movement, You're like, whoa is that? I was very present after that
- 7:27experience, let me tell you very So that's exciting. Yeah. And a
- 7:39hike walk we go? A walk in the walk? Yeah? Who take
- 7:44your walk in every almost every night? Nice? Yeah, so good,
- 7:51good people. She's getting olders, you know, so like, um,
- 8:00keep her mobility going. Yeah, it's important. It's important for all of
- 8:07us to be on that space of moving. Yeah, she's a she's around
- 8:11nine or two. Well, that's I have to say. That's one of
- 8:16the things I realize. I'm like, Okay, what is you know when
- 8:20when you're making a transformation or change? Um, I was thinking recently,
- 8:26what is it that's really uh motivating me to go to the gym? Because
- 8:33sometimes we need something outside of us as a motivation, And I'm thinking,
- 8:39Wow, what I've recognized, UM, is I notice elderly people and I
- 8:50also notice their lack of mobility, And I'm like, yeah, you know,
- 8:58it's important for our bones and muscles to be strong and are you know,
- 9:03stretch, be flexible. I also know, you know, with with
- 9:09my first belief system second training is UM that a lot of them are harboring
- 9:18some emotional traumas and in their bodies, which is creating the limitations and lack
- 9:24of mobility. So I feel like I'm really good in that area. It's
- 9:31the awareness around the strength of the muscles themselves and the and keeping them limber
- 9:37so that you know, as I get older, if I trip and fall,
- 9:41I can learn to tuck and roll. So um having you know,
- 9:46just so I was like, yeah, I think that's really been in my
- 9:52awareness, is um the aging process of the body. So and I have
- 9:58to say, so, let me just tell you this. I took like
- 10:01a week off from going to the gym. Um got all off my you
- 10:05know, not completely off, but straight away from my eating habit, new
- 10:11eating habits and stuff and and uh, a week off the gym, and
- 10:18I still was able to reduce my weight. And but and I was even
- 10:26though I wasn't going to the gym, walking most of those nights with my
- 10:31husband and the grand dog. But also um, I went back first day
- 10:39back after a week, and I was able to do fifteen consecutive modified pushups
- 10:48where I wasn't doing that before. I did like ten, and then I
- 10:52would rest for a few seconds and do five, rest, do five,
- 10:54rest, do five. Right, I was That's how I was building that
- 10:56up. And I could do ten consecutively and then rest and go through that
- 11:03process and the allustrated fifteen I was like, whoa get a girl? Yeah,
- 11:11so still celeb yeah pipe five. Um, I wasn't beating myself up
- 11:16or anything for not going to the gym, but I definitely could notice when
- 11:18I don't go, I can definitely feel it my body so um. So
- 11:24luckily I was still walking. Um but anyway, still a lot, you
- 11:28know, a lot to celebrate. The other thing I notice is, um,
- 11:35you know, most bras have like three class and I'm on the smallest
- 11:41class. So cong stopping spree in my future. Yes, I do believe
- 11:52you are correct. That's awesome. Congratulations doing well in that area. You're
- 12:01talking about a lot of different things that are so beneficial for people. It's
- 12:05first of all, visualization, right, I mean it's not maybe first of
- 12:09all, but one of the tools that we have is visualization. And a
- 12:11lot of the times, what are you visualizing? Because that's our creation,
- 12:15that's our that's that's our power. We have a secret power with that visualization.
- 12:20So when you see one little let's say that you saw a dimple on
- 12:24your leg, you see one little dimple on your leg, and you focus
- 12:26on the next thing. You know, you're seeing dimples all over your legs.
- 12:28Right, That's just the way it works, because that's your visualization.
- 12:33So it's it's it's always either in your mind being able to visualize what you're
- 12:39what you're trying to achieve, or what you would like to have, or
- 12:41what you would like to see with yourself or your experience or your body or
- 12:45whatever it is, versus the opposite. NAT goes back to that same mind
- 12:48chatter, that that talk that we have with ourselves, like what are you
- 12:52saying to yourself? What are you visualizing for yourself? Because a lot of
- 12:56times worse, there's such an autopilot that we don't even realize what we're creating,
- 13:01but we're creating at that same time, and it's like do you want
- 13:05to create that? And the universes to you showing you like a rattlesnake,
- 13:11do you want to continue on this path? And it's like no, no,
- 13:13thank you, like okay, thanks, thanks for the snag because it
- 13:20snagged your attention. It snagged your attension and got you right like right now.
- 13:24It's like, gosh, you can stop. What was I thinking?
- 13:26What was I doing? Gosh? Thank you thank you so much for watching
- 13:31out for me and keeping a safe because you know you who knows. But
- 13:35how everything worked up worked out exactly the way it needed to. But there's
- 13:37this so much going on as far as that goes, and the visualization is
- 13:41so huge. We talked about the stuff all the time, how everything that
- 13:45we see and we read and we sing and we hear, that's all something
- 13:50that we're digesting for this creation while we're here, we're using all that for
- 13:56our creativity. So it's like, what do you want to create? What
- 13:58are you focused on? Again? Am I focusing on people that are my
- 14:05age that don't look my age? Do they look older than me? Do
- 14:09they look younger than me? Where am I putting my attention into? Because
- 14:13what we're creating at that same time, we don't even realize it. We
- 14:16don't even realize it. And that's why I find it. I have a
- 14:18couple of people that I know, they've always been around their kids, the
- 14:22kids, the teenagers, all that stuff, and they look young. Why
- 14:28because what are they seeing on a regular basis. Their eyes are focused on
- 14:31all these people and they keep themselves in that space of youth and vitality.
- 14:35And we all can do it. It's just a matter where are you putting
- 14:37your focus on? What are you visualizing? And it's of course it's not
- 14:41going to happen overnight, or more than likely won't happen overnight, because you've
- 14:45got stuff inciding you that it's right now is the time to look at it.
- 14:50And age has been kind of something that's been up in my face recently
- 14:54too. Of course, of course I just had a birthday, and I
- 14:56know that yours is coming out around the corner. Yeah, but there's a
- 15:01lot going on there, and that doesn't matter. I think that there's a
- 15:03difference. It's not it's not that, oh gosh, I'm gonna I'm almost
- 15:07ninety and I probably should grab out my polyester because that's what it reminds me
- 15:11of because as always work polyester. And then my grandpa wore those jumpsuits that
- 15:16were I guess they were probably just freaking easy. I don't know, but
- 15:18it's funny because that's what we see, right, So what did we put
- 15:22our attention into, what we put our attention into even at a young age.
- 15:26What do we start creating even then that we can change. But we
- 15:28already have this template that's been in place, So now we're looking at our
- 15:33autopilot tools and then seeing what could be different. Fortunately, your husband was
- 15:39very um calm in the situation, even with a spear and just reacted,
- 15:46Yeah, but appropriately, like reacted safely for everybody, right, So it's
- 15:50like there's just such a but you. But at the same point, we
- 15:54also know he's always been your protector. Ye always he has and now also
- 16:00a mirrors saved the girl. But there's a lot going on our there's a
- 16:07lot going on in our lives. And it's not just I can't do the
- 16:11monotonous stuff anymore or the repetitive stuff anymore. It's just not my thing.
- 16:15Finding fighting the gym. Finding it was brought to my attention not that long
- 16:19ago, because it's like, oh, I don't know if I had the
- 16:22time for it, because I've always first been the person that made the time
- 16:25for it. Everything else had to have time to fit in my schedule because
- 16:27the number one priority was going to the gym. That was my priority.
- 16:32Now that that's changed, that's kind of throwing things off a little bit because
- 16:33now I'm not operating the same. But I also recognize there's other things that
- 16:38I can do. I can even do stuff at home, and that's the
- 16:41thing. I get home. I'm about twenty five vinals out of town,
- 16:45so it's like just one way and sometimes it's just nice to stay home.
- 16:48And I don't have a gym at home just yet, so it's fine.
- 16:52Bols outside he could go move somebody. There's rocks. I got plenty of
- 16:59the oar chicks, which I've been doing the last couple of days, clearing
- 17:03up some paths and stuff, because, like you said, you were on
- 17:04the path and all these things because we've had such beautiful weather and stuff to
- 17:08bring us water and it's watered all these plants. But like you have to
- 17:12make a path to go through or you're walking through the weeds and everything else.
- 17:17They're beautiful weeds though, because there's all kinds of weeds that are flowering
- 17:19right now, and it's awesome. But I had to get motivated. I
- 17:23had to find a different motivation, a different reasoning, because I can't.
- 17:27I don't have the same reasonings before that I would use to go to the
- 17:30gym. And now it's like you said, it's because I feel good.
- 17:33It's because I who doesn't like to look good naked. I mean seriously that
- 17:40we're not for everybody else but for yourself, because it's really what that's all
- 17:45about anyways. It's about you appreciating you. So it's just all it's funny
- 17:49that you brought that up, because it's been something that I had dealt with.
- 17:52God, it's probably been maybe a couple months ago that I just sit
- 17:55and talk about it. It was just one of those things that I was
- 17:57finding the struggles, like I'm just after work sometimes I'm just drained from the
- 18:03energies, and I would imagine that there's something that I can do, because
- 18:08they're why am I being drained? Right? So it's those are for me
- 18:11to start looking into and asking questions and being curious because there is a few
- 18:18things that it seems like and I can't blame it on a person really,
- 18:22because then I would be blaming on my clients. And I couldn't blame it
- 18:25on my clients. But how am I give myself away at that time?
- 18:29You know, just where are my thoughts at? So finding that motivation,
- 18:32just like you said, visualizing, visualizing yourself at the gym, having a
- 18:36blast where I really working out. You're listening to your tunes, you're you're
- 18:41jamming it out, listening to it, and you're on your elliptical or treadmill
- 18:45or whatever, you're lifting your weights. You're focused you're having a great time.
- 18:49It's nice, it's nice to be in that space. But so it's
- 18:52just to remember all those things to be that to motivate you sometimes, right,
- 18:56sometimes I feel like it's a reach, but sometimes it's not. It's
- 19:00just really easy. Everything worked out great, and you have to look at
- 19:04yourself. You don't have to, but when you don't have the motivation that
- 19:07I have enough water today, Have I had enough food today? Did I
- 19:11get enough sleep last night? Whatever? Am I putting out too much of
- 19:15my energy into a situation that it's because we do it. Sometimes we bribe,
- 19:19we just rise above and beyond what we even needed to, and then
- 19:23we leave ourselves depleted if we're not doing it from the right space or I
- 19:29guess with the intentions and being centered in present when you're doing all that stuff.
- 19:33Because when you are, you wouldn't be losing your power, you wouldn't
- 19:37be draining your energy. So it's pretty awesome. It's pretty awesome just your
- 19:42little experience what it provoked. And I would I would add on to that,
- 19:52like in your case, you know, you don't have to go to
- 19:56the gym every day now, I mean, you're you're in pretty good shape
- 20:00and doing that, and it's just a you know, I would say,
- 20:03a maintaining of where you're at a few times of a month, a few
- 20:07times a month, a few times a week. You know, it's not
- 20:11the it's not um having because that commitment isn't it served its purpose and that's
- 20:19not where you're at now, But still knowing how beneficial it is to continue
- 20:25that in some way, whether it's just go to the gym a few times
- 20:29a week while you're in town, or go out in your yard and move
- 20:33some boulders around just because you know you're one hundred percent right, or just
- 20:38you know, make sure you're doing some stretching run a regular basis and you
- 20:42know you can do that in your bed. So um. Just things like
- 20:48that, so um, and you know, hitting on the idea of of
- 20:53where where's your focus. I have the awareness of how the body ages and
- 21:03the possibilities of immobility and stuff like that, so I want to keep my
- 21:07body as mobile as possible. Also internally, it's what are the affirmations I'm
- 21:12telling myself. I'm like, I'm in great shape. My body's you know,
- 21:18doing its thing every single day. It shows up for me I have
- 21:21a great relationship with my boy, you know, and just telling myself some
- 21:25uplifting and wonderful things, and that is equivalent to you know, those people
- 21:32who are around younger people on a regular basis, So if they're around teenagers
- 21:37or children and they're they're seeing that vitality and that energy we can create that.
- 21:42You know, I'm that's not my space being around children and in teenagers,
- 21:48that's not my space. I do much better with older people, and
- 21:52so I have the internal conversation with myself about how much vitality I have and
- 22:03how well I'm doing, and and so just for the audience to know,
- 22:07you know, that's important too. If you're not seeing younger people and how
- 22:15they the energy that they do can have, then you know, be sure
- 22:21to tell yourself make those affirmations believable. I choose to allow my body to
- 22:29be full of energy and get me through the day. And one of the
- 22:33things I say pretty frequently is I have all the time, space and energy
- 22:37to complete the tasks that need my attention today. So I know that I
- 22:41am going to get through this day with the amount of energy I need.
- 22:48So be sure to make you know, incorporate that into your your daily practice
- 22:56of your your own energy. And the other thing is, you know,
- 23:00Bev talked about that after seeing some clients she gets strained. U I use
- 23:08Archangel Michael. I just call him in, surround me in this brilliant blue
- 23:12bubble, loving bubble of light and help me maintain my energy, which means
- 23:18I'm taking responsibility for my energy. And you can think about it. You
- 23:23know, that bubble is like a barrier from you absorbing somebody else's energy.
- 23:29So when somebody else is depleted an energy, they tend unknowingly, unconsciously draw
- 23:36on the energy of other people. And if we are not aware of that,
- 23:38then then then we could feel drained being around those types of people.
- 23:45I had a great lesson and awareness around this not too long ago where I
- 23:52didn't take the time to get grounded and call in Archangel Michael. And I
- 23:56went and did a house clearing which was like for two two hours, and
- 24:00I got home and I was out, like I took a two hour nap,
- 24:04like I was out. So I was like, oh, yeah,
- 24:08this is so. You know. Ever, once in a while I'm reminded
- 24:15because I tend to either not take the time to do it be rushed or
- 24:21forget, and I'm reminded these things are important. These tools that I have
- 24:26are important to utilize. So maybe that'll be something that would help the audience
- 24:33as well. Developing that relationship with Archangel Michael on the color of blue.
- 24:37So that blue bubble. That's funny that you brought up, Archangel Michael,
- 24:44because I have like a funny, like just a weird thing that happened to
- 24:47me the other day. But before I get there, it's it's also if
- 24:51we maintain our energy or we have a HiPE flying vibrating energy, we don't,
- 24:56we're fine, then we don't need to worry about anything. But the
- 24:59thing is, we're not all he's vibing high, we're not. And like
- 25:02you just said, there is many reasons why and that all be And that's
- 25:04just the my devices on my my suit here were letting me know, Hey,
- 25:11something's out of balance right here were you know something's going on. You
- 25:15you left and you didn't put up your shields or you left and you're not
- 25:18vibing high. You're like only, uh this this hurts and you could should
- 25:22be Appetivits hurts, you know what I mean. So there's some different stuff.
- 25:25The other day. It was interesting because I had um. I don't
- 25:27know if I even told you about this, but I had. I was.
- 25:32I was in the kitchen, Framaz on the on the phone with his
- 25:36son, and I'm in the kitchen and I'm having conversations with you know,
- 25:40with my mom shows up, my brother shows up, Jim has shown up.
- 25:44Jim shows up and I can actually see him, just so people know
- 25:47these people are in spirit, that yet they are, and I could actually
- 25:52see him animating and moving. It wasn't just like the images showing up.
- 25:55And I was like, oh my god, like, you're really here.
- 25:57This is so weird to me. And then next seeing, you know,
- 26:00I see Michael. Have you seen the movie Michael, Yeah, with John
- 26:10Travolta. Yeah, Archangel Michael showed up to me as John Travolta from the
- 26:15movie Michael, like animating, moving, talking. It was and I thought,
- 26:22well, that's hilarious to me, that's hilarious, because of course that
- 26:25would be my expectations because I like to laugh. I do have a sense
- 26:30of humor. I don't always show it on here, you know, that's
- 26:32a I get. I have been I think cot or torn in between some
- 26:37places of the funny versus the spirituality. You know what I mean, how
- 26:41you throw everything in together because sometimes the funnies aren't very spiritual and you know
- 26:45so, I mean, they're just not so. But anyways, I'm in
- 26:49that space and I'm like, holy spokes, like, how interesting that you
- 26:53chose that to show up, because because I'm interested to see how Jesus shows
- 26:56up to me because I've I've seen him once before, but it was different.
- 27:00It's like, Okay, how is it going to show up now?
- 27:03We'll show up the same as you do before, because it goes by whatever
- 27:07we've visualized, what we've seen in this experience, this life experience, this,
- 27:12and I guess any other experiences we might have had while we were here,
- 27:15because I don't want to cut all that out. But it was just
- 27:18interesting how things show up. And it's just it was a knowing. So
- 27:25it's like for me to explain it to somebody else. It was my knowing.
- 27:27That's all I can tell you is by knowing. But it was just
- 27:29hilarious how it showed up that way. But that's why I say it was
- 27:32interesting that you brought him up. So I've been I have been utilizing it,
- 27:36but I will utilize him even more because that's a good reminder because I
- 27:38have that's what I have done. If I travel I have, I will
- 27:42be surrounded and stuff if I'm not in a good space already. So you
- 27:48listen to Alex for Next Level Soul all the time, But did you listen
- 27:52to the interview with Ellen Tad. She's talking about like the third eye.
- 28:00She's talking about that we've gone our lives and we've been told and she's incorrect,
- 28:06what we've been told to lead with our gut, to go with those
- 28:07fillings. And she does a little process in that interview. She even says,
- 28:12and you can have your eyes, open, our clothes, but bring
- 28:15your attention till your your solar plexus which is above your belly button, and
- 28:21you go into that space. And now in that space, imagine right now
- 28:26you're late for a very important appointment, very important appointment, and feel where
- 28:32that you fill out in your body and you fill it in your solar plexus,
- 28:34and how does it feel? Well? For me? It feels I
- 28:37would describe it as anxious, uncomfortable. It's I don't know draining comes up
- 28:44next, but I guess that would be another phase. And she says,
- 28:45now I want you to imagine. And one of the ways, she says,
- 28:48you're going to take an elevator up or you're gonna go all the way
- 28:51up to your third eye. So go up and put your attention on your
- 28:53third eye. And she says, even tap on the third eye a few
- 28:56times just to kind of bring that awareness to that space. And now stop
- 29:00and now focus on that area, and now process how this fills. I'm
- 29:06late for an appointment. It's very important and I'm late for it. It
- 29:11totally in that small little exercise, it totally took away the anxiety and the
- 29:17stress in the solar plexus and it brought it into the third eye. But
- 29:22she said, it brings it in You're now in a discernment area. So
- 29:25I'm just learning like everybody else, and I'm processing and stuff, because she
- 29:27says, when you're in the solar plexus, you're in your feelings. You're
- 29:32in your feelings and emotions, which are great guides. But we're now we're
- 29:37not neutral right now we're there, we're pretty vested in it, or we
- 29:41could be invested in it. So it's coming back up to the third eye.
- 29:44It's taking you into a neutral space, it's taking you into discernment,
- 29:47it's taking you and it allows different information to come through. You don't even
- 29:51experience the same thing in the same way. If you would have done that,
- 29:53even with that snake, who knows what other information might have come up
- 29:57for you. It's just we get this information that comes through us, and
- 30:02we have these great facilities, our bodies, our vehicle that we have to
- 30:08work through in this lifetime that we haven't even realized to the max, really
- 30:12haven't. That's why I go back to the whole aging thing. It's the
- 30:15visualization. It's the vision boards. The vision boards are huge. As long
- 30:19as you're looking at that vision board and you're like, oh god, I
- 30:22still don't have that, I'm never going to look like that, you know.
- 30:26But if you can find things, like you said, if you can
- 30:29find ways to work with the body, if you find ways, maybe you
- 30:32like the skin on somebody that you know the way it looks, so maybe
- 30:34you just focus on just a patch of skin on your thing. Okay,
- 30:37my skin looks like this all the time, and this your focus all the
- 30:41time. And it's again, it goes back to the same thing it's awareness.
- 30:45If we spend so much more time and awareness, we will recognize how
- 30:48valuable, how powerful we are that we can create all these amazing things.
- 30:53Everything. We talk about this, and I know I get excited about it
- 30:57and stuff too, but because I'm learning it too, So I'm learning in
- 31:00this process too. Well what does that look like? And how do I
- 31:03do that? And these are all the ways. These are all the ways
- 31:07that I'm practicing it. It's we have a Tennessee. Even when you're talking
- 31:11to some when you look at things, you notice certain things and it's like,
- 31:14what are your what are you noticing? Are you noticing they have wrinkles?
- 31:17Are you noticing they have beautiful hair? Are you noticing that they're hunched
- 31:21over? Are you noticing that they're standing tall? Like? What are you
- 31:23paying attention to? You? Because that's what what is creating your experience right
- 31:29now? It's you're experiencing this physical body. You're like, you can break
- 31:33it down or you can build it up. And there's also you know,
- 31:37there's also um the idea that you know your parent, the parent or grandparent
- 31:48has a physical issue and then the child gets it or the grandchild gets it
- 31:56because they're around them all the time, and it becomes a belief that will
- 32:02because they're like that, I'm going to be like that. I've seen this
- 32:06happen with a handful of people, and I'm just like, no, no,
- 32:13no, I mean, I learned so much from Joe Dispenser, doctor
- 32:16Joe Dispenza, and doctor Bruce Lipton as far as this goes, that we
- 32:23have the ability to change our DNA and that where they say ninety seven percent
- 32:30of the diseases that are out there are not hereditary, are not hereditary.
- 32:37But yet it's quote unquote handed down from it is right because there because the
- 32:47child grows up with this parent and sees it, and and that becomes a
- 32:53deep seated belief system that, oh, because my mom's like this, I'm
- 32:58gonna be like that. And I get to a certain age. Um,
- 33:02like the whole polyester thing, right, I'm like, oh, dang,
- 33:06you know what, it's probably going to be back in fashion by the time
- 33:08we are well, we don't need it, we won't need it. Yeah.
- 33:15No. So so it becomes a deep seated belief system that because they're
- 33:22like that, I'm going to be like that. Um, And I I
- 33:27just I just I'm like, part of me wants to grab them and shake
- 33:34them, like you don't have to be like this, you don't have to
- 33:37suffer. And then the other part of me understands and knows that, you
- 33:43know, there's there's a whole package of stuff there that's inside of them that
- 33:46has that idea that this is the way their life is to be. So,
- 33:52um, since I have the awareness of all these you know, these
- 34:00teachings and stuff, UM, I'm very aware of where I put my focus.
- 34:06And and I've seen some very very energetic people that are in their eighties
- 34:15and nineties and just still going strong and they're walking and they dance and they
- 34:21do you know, they're they're they're mind is just on point, and like
- 34:29I've seen those two and I'm like, yes, So that's where my focus
- 34:31is in the idea of as I get older, I'm I'm good like I'm
- 34:38more than good like, I'm doing great. So yeah, So, if
- 34:45you are somebody who has a parent who is ill, or grandparents or somebody
- 34:52significant in your life that you've been around for years and you feel like you
- 34:54have the symptoms of what they have, I would strongly suggest as you look
- 35:00up the works of doctor Bruce Lipton and Joe Dispenser, because definitely eye opening.
- 35:07I thought that was gold, That information was gold. When I got
- 35:12ahold of it, I'm like, yes, please and thank you. I
- 35:17will take that as my belief system. You know, it's funny. I've
- 35:22actually known people where they've been in relationships and they actually started changing where the
- 35:27couple looks like each other. I have witnessed adopted children looking like the parents
- 35:32that adopted them. Because that's what we see. It's the same thing as
- 35:36we're creating what we see. We're creating with what we hear. We're creating
- 35:38with what we revisualize, our self talk. We're creating. That's what that's
- 35:45my that's the truth. We're creating all the time. And when we were
- 35:49creating, when you got a whole family that's talking about breast cancer or something
- 35:52else, and they're all focused on it, they're all talking about it,
- 35:55and they're all creating, and it, like you said that, it started
- 35:59at the creation started subconsciously in your mind when you heard, oh yeah,
- 36:04well the family, gosh, all the women in this family, you know,
- 36:07you're over here. The conversation or all ended up with the same thing.
- 36:09So now you're going to end up with the same thing. It's just
- 36:13it's just it's according to them, according to those thoughts, but you don't
- 36:17have to it's not it's not even necessary. So you go back to the
- 36:21thing, the same thing, the healthy cells, the healthy body, the
- 36:23healthy whatever you're trying to create. And it's the thing is I would say
- 36:29it's getting focused. For the longest time, I was all over the place,
- 36:31and I would say that I feel like a lot of my my focus
- 36:36is now more narrowed down in a certain areas than it was before, like
- 36:43this, I want to try that one, try that, Matt and I
- 36:45and I've slowed down and I'm just doing a little bit at a time,
- 36:47but I'm focusing on it to create it. And of course listening to things,
- 36:52I pay attention to. What am I listening to? Oh? Is
- 36:55that good information? Or is that person to sing? So I deserve a
- 36:58singer talking about how he just lost his dog and his cow and his wife
- 37:04and his house. And it's like, I don't want to listen to that
- 37:06song. I don't want to create from that space, right. So it's
- 37:10just it's just interesting because it's so easy it's so effortless. We can go
- 37:15along on that ride and let it be like we can just be it on
- 37:16for the ride, or we can be the one that's driving the train.
- 37:22Yeah, and then if you play the song backwards, he gets it all
- 37:24back, So it's true, that's true. I'm love you knew that joke.
- 37:31I'm like, no, it's play it backwards. That was one of
- 37:35Jim's favorite jokes. That's funny. Yeah. And the other one was what
- 37:39do you do if you come across an elephant in the woods? You wipe
- 37:44it off? You figure it out. I'm not gonna say anything else,
- 37:49but he would just think that was so hilarious, like every time. I
- 37:52don't know why those came into my head now, but I know why actually,
- 37:54but whatever, but it's funny, it's funny. These are a little
- 37:58funny things, a little silly least. Yeah, And that's what life is,
- 38:02to be light. We've been taking life too seriously, and I catch
- 38:07myself doing the same thing, taking life too seriously. Gosh, why are
- 38:10we not more happy? And then I had a couple of ladies together the
- 38:15other day and to notice, like how different to be in those environments with
- 38:22like minded co creators in a space because it's it's slighter, m it feels
- 38:29different, and you're like lit the whole time, like lit up and that's
- 38:32and and then I caught myself like yeah, that's right, yeah, like
- 38:37I animated. I'm like, h how much standing out inside of myself looking
- 38:39at myself, I'm like, who are you right now? Like what are
- 38:43you doing? Just sit different? Shut up? What it is? Because
- 38:46I noticed that I'm more excited. And that's just another way of me noticing
- 38:50that I've changed. I am changing, like all the time. Yeah,
- 38:53and it's awesome. It's way better than being serious all the time. Remember
- 38:59those days, I say, go back to go back to video number one,
- 39:04Oh god, the first go back to the first probably the first half,
- 39:08I don't know, you probably pick anything in that time frame. And
- 39:10it's like, I'm sure I was more serious sharp. I had sharper edges
- 39:15too. My edges have softened a lot because I don't have the same ideals.
- 39:21I don't have to. I don't feel like I have to defend myself
- 39:23like I used to do. I still have a defensiveness sometimes I do.
- 39:28I haven't completely walked away from that, but I do notice, you know,
- 39:30I'm noticing how I am evolving and changing. Am I more animated?
- 39:35Am I more excited? Yeah? Daily, and I catch myself and I'm
- 39:39like, oh what now I'm seeing It's like a quick thing. But I'll
- 39:43see myself as my kid, like I'll see that light in my eyes as
- 39:46my kid, my inner child. Yeah. And I would also say,
- 39:52you know, go back to those videos and look at your complexion. Oh
- 39:59yeah, as transform as we allow more joy and took because that joy goes
- 40:04to our cells. And the more we're in that high flying, high vibrant
- 40:10or high frequency space and we're lighter, we're more relaxed or more flow or
- 40:17more love or more joy, it literally affects your complexion, your skin.
- 40:24And I'm telling you, ladies, it is It's like free. I getting
- 40:30a different skin complexion is free. Just saying I mean, you might invest
- 40:35in all the people to do the transformation and the work, but like I've
- 40:42witnessed it so many times working with people in coaching them, and then you
- 40:47know, coming to classes for a period of time, they come to me
- 40:52and they're just so heavy. Even their shoulders, you know, are drawn
- 40:54forward. They're kind of hunched over this sad sadness in their eyes, the
- 41:00dark circles that the matt um skin tone like just that. I mean I
- 41:07know because I used to be there myself too, and I totally can see
- 41:10a difference, just absolutely. And afterwards, like after we spend time together
- 41:21and we do some internal work, um, shoulders are up, heads up,
- 41:27there's a sparkle in their eyes, they smile a lot more. Their
- 41:30complexion completely changes. I mean it's like nine and day. It's just so
- 41:36so different. And they won't do anything with there's like if they didn't have
- 41:40a skincare regiment, then they probably didn't have a skincare regiment in there after
- 41:45their after doing their either like they're not there they were that was not their
- 41:50interest. And their skin will completely change their complexion, they're just their overall
- 41:57um, their hair is healthier, just tiny, you know. So uh
- 42:04it's yeah, so many benefits to do an internal healing where so many benefits.
- 42:08It sucks. I'm not gonna lie because it's kind of a suck deal
- 42:13having to you know, look at a lot of that stuff. I know
- 42:15it was for me, I'll speak from my perspective. For me, it
- 42:19was, but it was so worth it. So where it's like a sculpture,
- 42:23right, It's just like a sculpture is chipping away some of the old
- 42:25things that didn't look right right there. And you're right, you're one hundred
- 42:29percent right. I've taught myself. I caught myself both um, looking raggedy
- 42:37and then being in a space where so high flying bib and then catching my
- 42:40reflection and I was like, oh, holy shit. But but that's the
- 42:44stuff. I know. I've even talked about this to people. Again,
- 42:47I don't always do everything that I'm talking about, and I don't spend all
- 42:52my time there like I could. But that was those those kind of conversations,
- 42:55those kind of group meetings, those kinds of um, that's those conversations
- 43:00should be happening every day, all day. I mean, it should never
- 43:05be anything else that this that we're focused on as far as that goes up,
- 43:12because we're maintaining our high flying disc, right, And when we're on
- 43:15that high flying disc, you don't have to focus on anything. You don't
- 43:17even need the vision. That's because you're not even having thoughts. You're just
- 43:22vibing high. That's all all those things. But this is like the path
- 43:25to get there, to make it easier. It's one little step. So
- 43:29that way you can have an opportunity to feel what it feels like for a
- 43:30minute. Yeah, and then decide do you want to stay there or do
- 43:35you want out of there? Great? Right, And the more you practice
- 43:40the better feeling side of things, the less you want to spend in the
- 43:46other space. It's just you're just like, this does not feel good at
- 43:51all. Yeah, I'm over it, but I still I still dip into
- 43:58it once in a while. And then you know, rattlesnakes show up in
- 44:01my life. I don't have to wear polyester. Okay, Okay, got
- 44:07it, Thank you lord. It's funny, though, but that's this,
- 44:15This is where a lot of our thoughts have what they've created, and then
- 44:20I see it on a global scale. I see the fear of that's put
- 44:22in place on people, and then you see how that shows up on a
- 44:25face, You see how that shows up on a body. Um, it's
- 44:30just it's it's just interesting. It's there's a lot of control that's been used
- 44:32with that knowledge, but you don't have to be controlled. And that's the
- 44:37awesome thing that we're I feel like that collectively, we're coming into that realization.
- 44:44Yeah. I mean it's not like a huge conversation in this moment,
- 44:49but just that the thought of, you know, in twenty twenty, how
- 44:52much fear was expressed collectively, and now it's like you don't even hardly see
- 45:04it anywhere, not outwardly like it was. But it was like definitely public
- 45:13fear extravagance. I mean it was like and no, it didn't matter where
- 45:19you turned, where you went, it was there. It was the conversation.
- 45:22And and now it's like, did that happen? Did that really happen?
- 45:30Twenty twenty really happen? Yeah, you know, and and so um.
- 45:38Personally, I didn't live in that space. I might have dipped in
- 45:42it here once, you know, once in a while, but I didn't
- 45:45live in it constant um. And I mean even even the encounter with a
- 45:53rattlesnake is the action that was taken. Like I with the little girl screech,
- 46:02I jumped over the path to the other side and stood still while my
- 46:08hubby was taking care of the dog, and then being very mindful and keeping
- 46:14an eye on the snake as I walked past, and kept on. We
- 46:15kept on our way it's there. I don't know. I know I felt
- 46:24a little fear in that moment. I don't know anybody who wouldn't. And
- 46:32I also remained calm and making sure, Okay, he's staying there, they're
- 46:40being taken care of. I'm good. Now, let's just keep moving on.
- 46:46Everybody was fine, And even afterwards, it wasn't a you know and
- 46:52bad back in my earlier days, man, I would have went into a
- 46:54spin mode and all the drama of it. But we just kept on walking.
- 47:00We didn't talk about it for for a lot of stats, like we
- 47:05just kept walking, you know, was set even a conversation like oh my
- 47:09god, we almost died. It was none of that. It was just
- 47:14all right, let's keep going. So, you know, those are just
- 47:17like indicators of I mean, I was pretty intense indicator of how well I'm
- 47:22doing mastermind of yeah if if if, if you were, if you if
- 47:34I wasn't sure how well I was doing, I'm I got a good clear
- 47:37picture of it now. So um so yeah, it was just even just
- 47:44sharing in the in the experience, I can make it a big huge deal.
- 47:49Oh my god, I almost lost my life. My dog almost died.
- 47:52It was sniffing this rattle. You know, I could have just made
- 47:53this huge, huge story about it, but I was like, I didn't
- 48:00feel like I didn't feel the necessity of making a huge deal like that.
- 48:08Did I share my story? Yeah, I put and put a post on
- 48:12Facebook um of the experience. I also put on their spiritual meaning of a
- 48:19snake right, all this stuff. It was a teaching moment. It wasn't
- 48:27a oh my god, I almost lost my life moment. I just even
- 48:30just saying that doesn't even feel good. I was just like, it happened.
- 48:36It was just like what I was saying, it just happened. Yeah,
- 48:39this experience, well you see the bigger picture in this situation. Now,
- 48:43that's what makes soup. That's what makes a difference. So that with
- 48:45any situation, So let's use that with anything you experienced in life. We're
- 48:50going to have things that we experience that we don't want. We're going to
- 48:52have things that we do want, right, but sometimes those things that we
- 48:54don't want, you just got to experience it just to figure out, oh,
- 48:59okay, I can them back onto this path this way. I don't
- 49:01have to stay in that space. But you see the bigger picture of it.
- 49:05There was a message from that situation. So everything has a message for
- 49:08you. There's always a nugget. There's always information that's showing you that you're
- 49:13on the right path. And look at how much of a creator that you
- 49:15are, that you're you barely your thought barely even went off the rolls for
- 49:21five seconds, and next thing you know, that's what happened. That's fast,
- 49:23that's super fast. That's awesome. It was gentle and you can self
- 49:29correct right then. It was not a big deal. It was a learning
- 49:31moment. It was a teaching moment, right, all of it. And
- 49:37we have a lot of those experiences. So when we lose someone in our
- 49:39life and they transition, that's a teaching moment. That's an experience that you
- 49:43now can share with somebody else who was that. We were listening to it
- 49:46interview recently and the girl was talking about, gosh something about like all this
- 49:54death that was going on. I off to see if I can remember if
- 49:57I remember, because I like to put it out there for people to kind
- 50:00of go take a look at it. I don't remember the whole gist of
- 50:04everything, but it's just there's a lot of information that's out there. That's
- 50:07so beneficial for us to see things from such a bigger picture that we're not
- 50:10stuck where we're not prisoners, we really are free. If you think that
- 50:15you're free, if you think that you're trapped and you're a prisoner, then
- 50:17you're you're trapped and you're a prisoner. Doesn't We've talked about it before.
- 50:21It doesn't matter if you're incarcerated, you're in prison. It doesn't matter if
- 50:25you're a free person and things that you are being prisoned. So it's like
- 50:29it's a lot of a stuff is in our mind and we can create so
- 50:31much more from that space. We're not We don't have to be stuck in
- 50:36that space. We don't have to create the breast cancer. We don't have
- 50:38to create the anger, the death and destruction, the victimhood. We don't
- 50:45have to do any of those things. We get to be in a different
- 50:46space, get to live life and have experiences so that we were able to
- 50:53go and talk to someone else. Oh, I know what I was going
- 50:55to say. The girl was like a grievance counsel, and she had a
- 50:59rule all of them talking about grief to people because she really hadn't had that
- 51:02experience, but she had she had a lot of experiences in life. Then
- 51:06she lost her daughter and her mom like around the same time, like within
- 51:10three weeks of each other, so she would then at that time, and
- 51:14this was only two years ago, it was an interview, okay, with
- 51:16Alison Dubois. She was interviewing this gal that had this experience and it was
- 51:22a rough experience for her, but she really she was doing all these great
- 51:25things anyways, helping people and everything else, guiding people, and then that
- 51:30one aspect she didn't have a clue about. And then she got into that
- 51:34position where now two years ago that she's still dealing with a big part of
- 51:37that grief, but still and being able to move forward because she's a psychic
- 51:43medium and other things. But it still doesn't make it easier for her.
- 51:45She still has to go through this process. It just depends on those tools
- 51:50that you lean on. But she had that experience so that she could go
- 51:52talk to other people so she could help, so she could be the experience.
- 51:57So she didn't come forward from a victim. She was coming forward with
- 52:00hey, here's some information for you, and this is what I did,
- 52:02and not that it's always going to work out for everybody because a lot of
- 52:06the stuff that she did was she learned shamanic practices, so I mean,
- 52:09and that was very beneficial for her. So that's what we've got to pay
- 52:13attention to. If you if something keeps catching your eye, listen to it.
- 52:16If if something, if you keep hearing something, or you keep thinking
- 52:22something I hear. I have clients that tell me, Gosh, for some
- 52:24reason, my body keeps wanting to go and to go stretch the stretches,
- 52:27and I'm just not doing what do you mean you're not doing it? Your
- 52:29body is telling you exactly what it needs that's going to be beneficial for you.
- 52:32That you're being you're keeping yourself miserable at home, waiting till you come
- 52:37see me to help me fix the situation when your body's already trying to nudge
- 52:42you into that space and you're not listening. This is what happens to everybody.
- 52:45People were receiving information all of the time, but we just don't put
- 52:50that much weight into it. We've ignored ourselves so much that we don't even
- 52:54listen. Actually can make a huge difference on the body because when they come
- 52:59in from us technically, I'm getting into areas and stretching them out that maybe
- 53:02they couldn't because of their their daily moves. Right, you're talking about mobility.
- 53:07Mobility is important because we can't be just sitting at as a robot,
- 53:10sitting in front of the computer screen doing certain things or head down all the
- 53:14time. If we're doing a certain things, then our head knows this,
- 53:16our eyes know this. Our eyes don't know how to look around. They
- 53:20get weak. They don't know how we do. There's so many things.
- 53:22Our body doesn't know how to respond anymore. People don't even know how to
- 53:25turn their neck, you know, from side to side. I'll way whole
- 53:30body to do things and they don't even realize they're doing it because they're already
- 53:32in that space. They're in that space of totally ignorance of their self totally.
- 53:39But we've got all of this, all of this information. Life can
- 53:43be so much easier if you just allow it. Yeah, I couldncur.
- 53:55It just gets me every time. I don't know why. I just like
- 53:59that. I laugh everyally funny awesome word, yeah, ah awesome. Well
- 54:08I'm gonna leave it at that because I think that was a great ending.
- 54:12Um that no, life can be easy if we allow it. Yeah,
- 54:19it's okay if it is. I had to come to terms of that with
- 54:22myself, like I didn't have to struggle, I don't have to suffer.
- 54:25I don't have to put myself self through all this pain and agony and then
- 54:30live with it and and hate life like. Life can be easy, Life
- 54:36can be simple, life can be fun, life can be of ease and
- 54:39flow, and it's an allowing of it. And you just mainly need to
- 54:46learn how to do that and that's okay. There's lots of resources, lots
- 54:52of tools out there to help you do that. So um, if you
- 54:55are ready for that, then I would say step on that path and start,
- 55:00because it's worth it. So awesome, awesome. We want to thank
- 55:07you for hanging out with us. Tea time with Amy and Bev and we
- 55:09will be back next week days the later
