Supreme Court To Hear Concealed Carry CaseThe Supreme Court announced that in its upcoming term it will decide a core gun rights issue: Whether the Second Amendment requires states to give permits to law-abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons. The case they've taken up is: New York Rifle & Pistol Association (NYRPA) v. Corlett.
