  Speaker 1: Trouble visits everyone's life at some point. Maybe you're walking

  Speaker 1: through financial strain, a health battle, family conflict, or an

  Speaker 1: inner struggle with your fear and anxiety. The Psalmist reminds

  Speaker 1: us that God has given us an open invitation for

  Speaker 1: these very moments. Call upon me in the day of trouble.

  Speaker 1: Notice he didn't say figure it out on your own,

  Speaker 1: or carry it until I get back, or until you break.

  Speaker 1: He said call me. That means we don't have to

  Speaker 1: face trouble on our own, and we don't have to

  Speaker 1: carry burdens that were never ours to carry. Too often,

  Speaker 1: though we claim anxiety, fear, or depression as if they

  Speaker 1: belong to us. We say, my anxiety is high today,

  Speaker 1: the devil is a liar, my depression is bad. But

  Speaker 1: the truth is those things don't belong to you. They

  Speaker 1: are unwelcome intruders. The moment. We call them mind, we

  Speaker 1: give them permission to stay. Instead, treat them as foreign foreign,

  Speaker 1: treat them like they're temporary. Treat them like they're defeated.

  Speaker 1: In the presence of God, you are the temple of

  Speaker 1: the Most High God, and anxiety, fear, and worry have

  Speaker 1: no rightful place in you. Come on, Jesus. Calling upon

  Speaker 1: Each morning, you can pray, Father, thank you for strengthen

  Speaker 1: hold on me. The Lord is my deliverer. That daily

  Speaker 1: Jesus' name. That's your word for today. Take it apply
