- 0:16and many more on the spirit Nomad YouTube channel.
- 0:21Now, here's your host, Julia London.
- 0:24Do you want to learn how to achieve Financial Freedom so
- 0:29that you have more time doing what you love, the minimalist
- 0:32Community talks a lot about how to save money and being an
- 0:36extreme a minimalist has really helped me to save up to this
- 0:40house in the top 5. Most expensive town in the UK.
- 0:46But the biggest secrets to help me do, this has been passive
- 0:50income every day. When I wake up, I can decide
- 0:53whether I want to work or not because money comes in
- 0:55regardless. So if you are watching my
- 0:57videos, because you are spiritual Seeker, Minimalist.
- 1:01Then this is the ultimate lifestyle for you, because I
- 1:03might guess, is that a long commute and a dead of night to
- 1:07five job? It's not really your thing
- 1:09today. I will reveal how I'm able to
- 1:12make money without a knife to five job and how you can do it
- 1:16too. In four simple steps.
- 1:18A big thanks to short form for sponsoring this video and let's
- 1:22get into it growing up. My dream was to get a job at
- 1:26Google and using the law of attraction.
- 1:29I was able to get Get it. But I was still miserable.
- 1:33This was not what I wanted. I was still stuck in an office.
- 1:36I had a boss telling me what to do and I didn't like my job.
- 1:40It wasn't contributing anything to the society, then I had a
- 1:43life crisis, I realized. If I don't like this job at
- 1:47Google I mean, that's not it really any companies who spoiled
- 1:51their employees more than Google.
- 1:53So what should I do? And then I realized to be able
- 1:56to achieve both freedom to travel and Financial Freedom, I
- 2:01needed to create passive income. I tried several different
- 2:05passive income streams, but the ones that really stood out to
- 2:08me, because they were so much fun was YouTube and blogging in
- 2:11my posting content on these two platforms.
- 2:14I was able to monetize them with ads, so we have AdSense on
- 2:19YouTube and on my blog, I'm using media Vine.
- 2:22I'm also monetizing them through affiliate links.
- 2:25So I will look up whether my favorite products have any
- 2:28affiliate program. Alms and then when people click
- 2:31on the link and by then I get a commission.
- 2:35I also sell ebooks and online courses, so when people click on
- 2:39my YouTube description or in my blog shop, then they can buy
- 2:43that automatically and this can happen, even when I'm on
- 2:46vacation, right? I wake up and I say, oh well,
- 2:48someone both my ebook or someone with my horse.
- 2:50And then I also sell merch. Like this t-shirt is my newest
- 2:54March. So this is very easy to set up
- 2:57in places like spreadshirt and other Put them on Services where
- 3:01all you need to do is get a designer on, for example, Fiverr
- 3:05the path from Fiverr and then put it on a T-shirt and decide
- 3:09which cut which colors to offer and then just put that link in
- 3:12your blog and in your YouTube description.
- 3:14So if this sounds interesting to you, I will tell you.
- 3:16Now the four steps you can do to achieve passive income, creating
- 3:22content. Step number one is to find your
- 3:25Niche. My Niche is spirituality.
- 3:27I also talked a bit about minimalism now.
- 3:29How do you find your Niche? Think about which blogs you like
- 3:33to read which books, which podcasts in which category is
- 3:37it? Is it in business?
- 3:40Finance, healing minimalism and also think about what people
- 3:45come to you for advice? Is it for the relationships?
- 3:49Is it money advice that could also give you a clue of what a
- 3:54good Niche for you would be step two is to create content on
- 3:58search engines. So Google and YouTube and also
- 4:02podcast, I would say are all search engines so people go
- 4:06there when they want help with something.
- 4:08So if you've created a good YouTube video or blog post, then
- 4:12people can still find it like eight years later.
- 4:15Compare that with social media like Instagram and Tick Tock,
- 4:18the lifespan is around three days even less on visible
- 4:23Twitter, which only has a lifetime of like two hours
- 4:26usually. So on the social media
- 4:28platforms, you have to constantly we pump out content
- 4:31to grow bath with YouTube and blog.
- 4:34You can take months of work and you will still get that income
- 4:39step 3 is to monetize. So get some affiliate links for
- 4:42your favorite products. If you don't know which ones to
- 4:46pick, then I recommend ClickBank.
- 4:48It's a big Marketplace for affiliate links.
- 4:50It's very easy. You just search for your Niche
- 4:53and you can see you can sort them by the most profitable and
- 4:56then you just click and then they will auto-generate a link
- 4:59for you. I also recommend creating an
- 5:01online course people value online courses, more than ebooks
- 5:04people. Expect ebooks to be around the
- 5:06same price as a physical book. Well, with online courses, they
- 5:09compared it to University lectures which you know how
- 5:13expensive, a University degree can be, right?
- 5:15So you can charge more for your online courses.
- 5:18Step 4 is to become a master in your niche of true expert and
- 5:23you do this simply by reading the biggest, most famous books
- 5:26in your Niche, subscribe to other YouTubers.
- 5:29It's in your Niche or podcasts so that you're always learning.
- 5:34You also want to learn about entrepreneurship and digital
- 5:36marketing to do so that, you know, how to structure your blog
- 5:39posting YouTube videos for the greatest engagement as a
- 5:43minimalist. I don't really like to collect
- 5:45many physical books because it can get very cluttered and I
- 5:48prefer to have them on my Kindle or on my phone in my app short
- 5:53form that I mentioned that is sponsoring this video.
- 5:56There, you can find book summaries.
- 5:58It's kind of like blankest if you heard about it.
- 5:59It's where it's like around one page summary but they also have
- 6:04a more detailed one but it go deeper into every chapter.
- 6:08It also comes with interactive exercises to help you apply what
- 6:11you learn. So that way I find sometimes you
- 6:14actually learn more from the book summaries and they actual
- 6:16books subscribers actually get to vote on what books to cover
- 6:20which is really cool. It's not a replacement of books,
- 6:22but if you like me and you have a long list of books that you
- 6:25want to read, then this is a great way to get straight to the
- 6:28good stuff. I read one book Summary a day as
- 6:30part of my morning routine and sometimes when I go for walks, I
- 6:33like to listen to the audio versions.
- 6:35So, if you and I fast-track yourself to becoming an expert
- 6:38in your Niche, then I highly recommend short form.
- 6:41One book, I read recently is building a story brand, I have
- 6:44already read that one in the past but reading the short for
- 6:47motion was a great way to kind of catch up on the key points.
- 6:51This book has some great nuggets of wisdom about how to achieve
- 6:57more sales in your business through storytelling.
- 6:59Here are Highlights from the book that really stood out for
- 7:01me. The brain, ignores, anything
- 7:03that's complicated because parsing complexity uses up
- 7:07energy and calories. So in other words, minimalism
- 7:11can help you get more sales because the more cluttered your
- 7:15website is, the more links, there is everywhere.
- 7:19The less people are actually likely to click them because
- 7:21they will just be overwhelmed. So you would have a simple
- 7:23website with a lead magnet. So a free guide of some sort.
- 7:27They will sign people up to the email list and that be the focus
- 7:30on your website. The only thing customers care
- 7:33about is how your brand can solve their problems.
- 7:36So if your marketing is unclear or confusing or self-centered
- 7:40and obsesses about the company's image, it's doomed to fail.
- 7:44I see this a lot on YouTube, especially where people ramble
- 7:48on about their life before they get started on the video when
- 7:52it's really about how you can help your audience, it's about
- 7:55them and not about you short form publishes, new book, guides
- 7:58and articles every week. You can find books in many
- 8:01categories such as business, entrepreneurship and
- 8:03spirituality to get five days of unlimited access and 20%
- 8:08discount on the annual subscription.
