- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawkerel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kayleie, and this is
- 0:18Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:21Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day for you to become
- 0:23Speaker 1: the hawkral energy you want to attract. We are currently
- 0:26Speaker 1: dealing with twenty eight degree weather. You guys just probably
- 0:30Speaker 1: know how ecstatic I am about the warm weather. Being
- 0:33Speaker 1: outside at seven o'clock in the morning walking my dog
- 0:37Speaker 1: and it being seventeen degrees already was truly the peak
- 0:41Speaker 1: moment of my day, Like I started off the day
- 0:43Speaker 1: in the best way possible, and I'm just super happy
- 0:47Speaker 1: that the warm weather is here, and I feel like
- 0:49Speaker 1: summer in my mind has officially started. And especially like
- 0:52Speaker 1: looking at the weather these next few days, it's all
- 0:54Speaker 1: above like twenty to twenty two and I'm like, you
- 0:57Speaker 1: know what, this is summer. It's officially summer. So I'm
- 1:00Speaker 1: truly feeling super great about going into the season. Now.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I know everybody is in different parts of the world.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I know people in Australia is currently dealing with fall,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and then obviously people like us who are in Canada
- 1:12Speaker 1: or the States or in Europe. We're finally dealing with
- 1:16Speaker 1: the warmer weather. So I'm pretty stoked about it, and
- 1:20Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys are feeling the exact same way
- 1:22Speaker 1: of just thinking about summer plans, thinking about just sunny days,
- 1:27Speaker 1: and yeah, just some excitement ahead. I really wanted to
- 1:30Speaker 1: make this episode about hawk Girl summer because obviously my
- 1:33Speaker 1: mind is on summer. I'm feeling great about the weather.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I'm excited about a new season. So I figured we
- 1:37Speaker 1: can kind of talk about things that we could do
- 1:40Speaker 1: this summer to make ourselves feel like our hottest self.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Things that we could do this summer to really just
- 1:45Speaker 1: make ourselves feel like our hottest self. What are we
- 1:48Speaker 1: doing self care wise, what are we investing in? What
- 1:50Speaker 1: are we doing this summer to just feel like we've
- 1:52Speaker 1: become a hotter version of ourselves. So I'm going to
- 1:55Speaker 1: share all the tips that I personally think are like
- 1:57Speaker 1: my non negotiables when it comes to things that I
- 2:00Speaker 1: do in the morning, things that I want to do
- 2:01Speaker 1: throughout the summer, things that I want to try throughout
- 2:04Speaker 1: the summer season, and yeah, just kind of share it
- 2:07Speaker 1: with you guys of how we can level up this
- 2:09Speaker 1: summer season before we get into today's episode, I do
- 2:12Speaker 1: want to do a little bit of a life update,
- 2:13Speaker 1: because you guys know I'm always giving little updates here
- 2:16Speaker 1: and there in the beginning of the episodes, and if
- 2:19Speaker 1: you guys may or may have not noticed, last week,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I did not post an episode, and that was purposely done.
- 2:24Speaker 1: To be honest, I never really gave an update in
- 2:26Speaker 1: the previous episode, just because I didn't really know I
- 2:29Speaker 1: was going to be taking a break from the podcast
- 2:31Speaker 1: until last week. So I have been working with a
- 2:36Speaker 1: specialist just with like my mental health. I have chronic stress,
- 2:40Speaker 1: which I will always be upfront and honest with you
- 2:43Speaker 1: guys of things that I'm currently going through. And I'm
- 2:45Speaker 1: currently going through chronic stress, like my body is just
- 2:48Speaker 1: kind of giving signals of yeah, just something that I
- 2:51Speaker 1: need to improve on. And I've been advised to kind
- 2:54Speaker 1: of take a step back from work a bit, and
- 2:57Speaker 1: of course I don't want to take a step back
- 2:59Speaker 1: from the BO but at the same time, I'm just
- 3:02Speaker 1: kind of doing what I've been advised to do just
- 3:04Speaker 1: to really help me out mentally. So I am going
- 3:07Speaker 1: to be only posting an episode once every two weeks
- 3:10Speaker 1: probably for the next six to eight weeks, so there
- 3:15Speaker 1: won't be a weekly episode. It'll just be like once
- 3:17Speaker 1: every two weeks. I had the decision of either taking
- 3:19Speaker 1: an entire month off from the podcast, which I really
- 3:22Speaker 1: did not want to do, or start posting once every
- 3:25Speaker 1: two weeks, which I thought that was a little bit easier.
- 3:27Speaker 1: And also I just feel like I can still connect
- 3:29Speaker 1: with you guys like and obviously not be off the
- 3:31Speaker 1: podcast too much. So I hope you guys can understand
- 3:34Speaker 1: that it's coming from a place where I really want
- 3:36Speaker 1: to be present and like chatting with you guys. But
- 3:38Speaker 1: at the same time, there's obviously other stuff with my
- 3:40Speaker 1: job that I have to make a priority, like filming tiktoks,
- 3:43Speaker 1: doing YouTube videos, doing stuff on Instagram, obviously doing brand
- 3:46Speaker 1: deals with my management team. Like, there's obviously other stuff
- 3:48Speaker 1: happening behind the scenes and not just podcast episodes. But
- 3:51Speaker 1: but I do, unfortunately have to take a bit of
- 3:53Speaker 1: a step back. So if you notice that there's only
- 3:54Speaker 1: episodes being uploaded every two weeks, that is why. But again,
- 3:58Speaker 1: this is all for short term and I hope you
- 4:00Speaker 1: guys can understand that it's just coming from a place
- 4:02Speaker 1: of me really wanting to work on myself and just
- 4:06Speaker 1: to let you guys know that, like, your health is
- 4:08Speaker 1: truly the most important thing. As much as work is
- 4:11Speaker 1: an important thing, health will always be number one in
- 4:14Speaker 1: my opinion when it comes to anything, I will always
- 4:16Speaker 1: always put my health first. And this is just something
- 4:19Speaker 1: that I need to do right now, even though it
- 4:21Speaker 1: is a really hard thing for me to do, because
- 4:23Speaker 1: I truly do love being here every single week chatting
- 4:26Speaker 1: with you guys, but we are focusing on our health
- 4:29Speaker 1: and that's okay, And I just wanted to give you
- 4:31Speaker 1: guys that little update of what's been going on. And honestly, guys,
- 4:34Speaker 1: I'm good, Like it's not like I'm like currently going
- 4:37Speaker 1: through anything like bad, Like, I'm feeling really good. It's just,
- 4:41Speaker 1: you know, I'm trying to do this for my health
- 4:43Speaker 1: and just yeah, really focus on that. So I hope
- 4:45Speaker 1: you guys can understand that it's coming from that place
- 4:48Speaker 1: and we'll be back soon. We'll be back to the
- 4:51Speaker 1: weekly episodes, but for now, we're just going to be
- 4:53Speaker 1: doing bi weekly episodes. This weekend was a long weekend,
- 4:57Speaker 1: so I was actually at my best friend's cottage for
- 4:59Speaker 1: the weekends, celebrating my other best friend's thirtieth birthday, and
- 5:03Speaker 1: we literally had the most chill weekend ever. I really
- 5:05Speaker 1: wasn't planning on disconnecting from my phone for the weekend,
- 5:09Speaker 1: but it kind of just happened. I don't know, I
- 5:11Speaker 1: just kind of felt like I wanted to be off
- 5:13Speaker 1: my phone. I wanted to be like in the moment
- 5:15Speaker 1: with my friends, and honestly, we had the best time.
- 5:17Speaker 1: We went golfing, we had a lot of camp buyers,
- 5:20Speaker 1: we played some board games. Like literally the most chill weekend,
- 5:23Speaker 1: and I felt like I just like needed that detox
- 5:25Speaker 1: of like being off my phone, not being on social
- 5:27Speaker 1: media scrolling, Like it felt really really good. I did
- 5:30Speaker 1: kind of film here and their clips for YouTube because
- 5:32Speaker 1: I was vlogging throughout the week last week, so you
- 5:35Speaker 1: might see some clips from the cottage on my most
- 5:38Speaker 1: recent YouTube blog that'll be posting hopefully within the next
- 5:40Speaker 1: few days. So yeah, it was just a very chill
- 5:42Speaker 1: weekend and I really really enjoyed just being present and
- 5:46Speaker 1: not feeling the need to be on my phone. Twenty
- 5:48Speaker 1: four to seven, some of you guys commented on my
- 5:50Speaker 1: most recent TikTok saying like, oh my gosh, where were you,
- 5:52Speaker 1: Like we missed you, And honestly, yeah, like I missed
- 5:56Speaker 1: posting every single day. But at the same time, like
- 5:57Speaker 1: I do think it's super important to just like step
- 5:59Speaker 1: away from your phone sometimes and just like be present,
- 6:03Speaker 1: chilling in the moment, and that's exactly what I did
- 6:05Speaker 1: this weekend. It has been so hard to not show
- 6:08Speaker 1: you guys more stuff about our new house. I am
- 6:12Speaker 1: so excited. We literally move in less than three months,
- 6:15Speaker 1: which is so crazy. We've been going to the house
- 6:18Speaker 1: and obviously we can't go inside, but we've been like
- 6:19Speaker 1: looking in the windows just to see the progress every
- 6:22Speaker 1: single weekend. And we have drywall, we have doors they're painting,
- 6:27Speaker 1: we have hardwood floors. Like I wish I could just
- 6:30Speaker 1: like show you guys all this stuff, But at the
- 6:32Speaker 1: same time, like if I posted a picture, you guys
- 6:34Speaker 1: would literally see barely anything, because you know, when you
- 6:36Speaker 1: take a picture through a window of the exterior of
- 6:39Speaker 1: the house, like it's really hard to tell what's going on,
- 6:42Speaker 1: and like the quality of the images are never really great.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I feel like you have to be there in person
- 6:46Speaker 1: to like look through the window and see the progress.
- 6:50Speaker 1: So I really hate that I can't give you guys
- 6:52Speaker 1: updates just because it's such a fun process and I
- 6:54Speaker 1: truly do love like seeing the house come to life.
- 6:56Speaker 1: But just so you know, when I get the keys
- 6:59Speaker 1: to the house, I will be posting the crap out
- 7:02Speaker 1: of house content, don't you worry. I know so many
- 7:04Speaker 1: of you guys have been like wanting me to post
- 7:06Speaker 1: more like house inspo, stuff design all that, But it's
- 7:09Speaker 1: really hard obviously when I can't access the house and
- 7:12Speaker 1: like walk through it and film it for you guys,
- 7:14Speaker 1: or even like show you guys inspiration pictures all that.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Like I really want to do it the right way.
- 7:18Speaker 1: I don't want to just like randomly like throw stuff
- 7:21Speaker 1: up on my Instagram story and like not really make
- 7:23Speaker 1: the connection with you guys, if that makes sense. So
- 7:26Speaker 1: there's going to be so much house content you have
- 7:28Speaker 1: no idea as soon as we move into that house,
- 7:30Speaker 1: because not only are we like going to be showing
- 7:33Speaker 1: the whole process of the new build of like what
- 7:35Speaker 1: the builders did, but we're also technically renovating our house
- 7:39Speaker 1: when we when we move in, because we've hired a
- 7:42Speaker 1: general contractor, they're doing a bunch of stuff after close,
- 7:45Speaker 1: which is not typically what you would do with the
- 7:47Speaker 1: new build. Like obviously most new builds you just like
- 7:49Speaker 1: buy it and everything's done. We're literally not doing that
- 7:52Speaker 1: at all. We're doing most of the stuff with a GC,
- 7:55Speaker 1: just because we wanted to do it a different way
- 7:59Speaker 1: like the new builders. Obviously we could do certain things,
- 8:01Speaker 1: but we wanted to go more the extreme route of
- 8:03Speaker 1: like doing exactly what we want, So we decided to
- 8:07Speaker 1: do some of these upgrades after close by hiring a
- 8:10Speaker 1: GC and getting them to do it all after the fact.
- 8:13Speaker 1: So definitely going to be a lot of stuff going on.
- 8:15Speaker 1: So I'm telling you more how stuff will be updated
- 8:18Speaker 1: with you guys once we get the keys to our house,
- 8:20Speaker 1: which will be hopefully sometime in August, which is really exciting.
- 8:23Speaker 1: So basically we're just patiently waiting for the keys and
- 8:25Speaker 1: then I'll be posting all the house content, all the
- 8:28Speaker 1: design content, all that, which you guys know I love
- 8:30Speaker 1: that kind of stuff, so I'm very excited to take
- 8:33Speaker 1: you guys along. Anyways, enough talking about my personal life,
- 8:36Speaker 1: Let's get into this episode. Let's talk about summer non negotiables.
- 8:40Speaker 1: How we're going to level up for Hawkgirl summer and
- 8:42Speaker 1: become our hotest self this summer. Okay, So I've kind
- 8:45Speaker 1: of separated this into two different categories. We have self
- 8:48Speaker 1: care non negotiables, and then we have things that I
- 8:50Speaker 1: think are worth investing in when it comes to either
- 8:53Speaker 1: appointments or things to do throughout the summer season. So
- 8:56Speaker 1: I've kind of split it up in that sense. So
- 8:59Speaker 1: we're going to talk about summer self care non negotiables first.
- 9:01Speaker 1: This is kind of things that I want to do
- 9:03Speaker 1: on a daily basis, whether it's in my morning routine
- 9:06Speaker 1: or just daily habits in general throughout the summer season.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So Number one, I think this is a non negotiable,
- 9:12Speaker 1: especially in the summer season, and that is morning sunlight
- 9:16Speaker 1: within the first hour of waking up. This is something
- 9:18Speaker 1: that I think is super easy for anyone that is
- 9:20Speaker 1: currently dealing with the summer season. Get outside, sit on
- 9:24Speaker 1: your deck or sit on your front porch, just being
- 9:27Speaker 1: outside and either reading a book, journaling, drinking your coffee.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It could be literally anything. It doesn't have to involve
- 9:34Speaker 1: doing something. You could literally just sit out there and
- 9:36Speaker 1: do nothing for ten minutes. But being outside within the
- 9:40Speaker 1: first hour of waking I think is the best way
- 9:43Speaker 1: to start the day. I feel like the sunlight on
- 9:45Speaker 1: your body just like really creates good energy. I feel
- 9:49Speaker 1: like it's the best way to kind of like distress,
- 9:52Speaker 1: not think about anything that might cause you any anxiety
- 9:55Speaker 1: or anything like that. Like the sunlight is so healing,
- 9:58Speaker 1: Like I can't even describe how healing the sun is.
- 10:01Speaker 1: I think I treat the sun as like a healing
- 10:03Speaker 1: power because I have such bad winters here that when
- 10:06Speaker 1: the sun is not out, I can truly notice a
- 10:08Speaker 1: difference in my mood and how I feel when I'm
- 10:10Speaker 1: dealing with the winter season. When I think of winter,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I think of it almost as a season of survival,
- 10:15Speaker 1: like we're truly just trying to survive throughout the next
- 10:18Speaker 1: three months of the dreading, cold winters that we experience,
- 10:22Speaker 1: Whereas the summer I see it as an opportunity of
- 10:25Speaker 1: enjoyment mode and we're healing and we're feeling good. And honestly,
- 10:29Speaker 1: just the feeling that you feel on your body with
- 10:31Speaker 1: the sunshine just is it a feeling that you can
- 10:33Speaker 1: even describe. It's just the best feeling. So that's like
- 10:35Speaker 1: something that I'm making a non negotiable every single morning,
- 10:38Speaker 1: is to be outside within the first hour of the day.
- 10:40Speaker 1: For me personally, I'm actually meditating outside. So I'm sitting
- 10:43Speaker 1: on my backyard couch and I'm sitting there for like
- 10:46Speaker 1: ten minutes and I'm just doing deep breathing exercises, And honestly,
- 10:49Speaker 1: it's been really nice because when I close my eyes,
- 10:52Speaker 1: I'm listening to a meditation on YouTube, but I'm also
- 10:55Speaker 1: listening to the birds chirping, I'm feeling the sun on
- 10:57Speaker 1: my face. Like i feel like it's actually a perfect
- 11:00Speaker 1: situation to meditate. And if you guys have been listening
- 11:03Speaker 1: to the podcast for a while, I've definitely talked about
- 11:05Speaker 1: always like wanting to include meditation into my routine, but
- 11:08Speaker 1: I've always had a really hard time getting into it.
- 11:10Speaker 1: And I think it's because I'm just inside my house,
- 11:13Speaker 1: sitting on a couch, like listening to a YouTube video.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I feel like I'm not really having a good environment
- 11:18Speaker 1: of doing meditation. So being able to like be outside
- 11:22Speaker 1: with the sun in the summer doing it within the
- 11:25Speaker 1: first ten minutes of my morning by just waking up,
- 11:27Speaker 1: walking outside, sitting on my couch playing a meditation while
- 11:31Speaker 1: listening to the birds and seeing the sunshine, I feel
- 11:33Speaker 1: like it just like sets the tone of the meditation
- 11:36Speaker 1: session and I feel really really good doing it. But again,
- 11:40Speaker 1: you don't have to do meditation. You could read a book,
- 11:42Speaker 1: you could do journaling outside. Journaling is also something that
- 11:44Speaker 1: I feel like I would love to do outside in
- 11:46Speaker 1: the mornings before starting my day, So that to me
- 11:49Speaker 1: is like a non negotiable for the summer season. Another
- 11:51Speaker 1: non negotiable is obviously just keeping up with hydration. I
- 11:54Speaker 1: know that's like an obvious one of like drinking more
- 11:56Speaker 1: water and all that, But here's the kicker. We can
- 12:00Speaker 1: obviously like jazz it up a bit that way. It's
- 12:03Speaker 1: not as boring. Obviously, with being in the heat in
- 12:05Speaker 1: the summer season, I feel like we're sweating more and
- 12:07Speaker 1: we're obviously dealing with a lot more hotter temperatures, So
- 12:12Speaker 1: adding electrolytes to your water is a great one. Adding
- 12:15Speaker 1: fruit to your water can kind of just like jazz
- 12:17Speaker 1: it up, change it up. I love to add like strawberries,
- 12:20Speaker 1: or sometimes I'll add like mint or lime to my water.
- 12:23Speaker 1: It kind of feels like a bit of a moheto situation,
- 12:26Speaker 1: but I kind of get sick and tired of water
- 12:28Speaker 1: by the afternoon, so I kind of like to change
- 12:30Speaker 1: it up a bit by doing those things. I also
- 12:32Speaker 1: recently lost my water bottle. I have no idea what
- 12:35Speaker 1: I did with it, but it gave me an excuse
- 12:37Speaker 1: to buy a new water bottle, buy a fun color
- 12:40Speaker 1: for the summer season. I got this hydroflask water bottle
- 12:43Speaker 1: from Amazon. I think it's called sea Foam. The color
- 12:45Speaker 1: that I got. It's like a mint green, which is
- 12:48Speaker 1: actually such a beautiful color and I love it and
- 12:52Speaker 1: I've been drinking it NonStop. I feel like whenever I
- 12:54Speaker 1: have a new water bottle, I'm always so motivated to
- 12:56Speaker 1: drink more. Of course, getting some movement in is a
- 12:59Speaker 1: non nego well, but one thing that I've been really
- 13:01Speaker 1: wanting to get back into this summer season is running.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I used to run so much when I was younger.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I feel like I always kind of go back to
- 13:10Speaker 1: it for maybe a few days in the summer, and
- 13:12Speaker 1: then I don't really stick to a routine to it.
- 13:14Speaker 1: But I really want to stick to a routine this
- 13:16Speaker 1: summer of getting outside and running once a week. Like
- 13:20Speaker 1: it doesn't even have to be like a you know,
- 13:21Speaker 1: two to three times a week. It just needs to
- 13:23Speaker 1: be a once a week thing for me. But it's
- 13:25Speaker 1: just something that I want to get back into because
- 13:27Speaker 1: I find walking is really healing, which I love to do.
- 13:30Speaker 1: But sometimes I'm like I could change it up. I
- 13:32Speaker 1: could do different routes. And we have this beautiful route
- 13:35Speaker 1: by my place that I could literally run on for
- 13:38Speaker 1: like an hour and actually enjoy it. So I think
- 13:41Speaker 1: I'm going to try and pick up running again. That's
- 13:44Speaker 1: like one of my goals this summer is to just
- 13:46Speaker 1: kind of try a new movement out and also again
- 13:49Speaker 1: enjoy being outside at the same time. I find it's
- 13:52Speaker 1: really beneficial to kind of change up your workout routine
- 13:54Speaker 1: when you go into a new season. So I've talked
- 13:57Speaker 1: about in the past when it's like the winter season,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I love to do heated workout because obviously it's freezing outside,
- 14:01Speaker 1: I want to do heated classes. Now I'm not really
- 14:03Speaker 1: craving heated workouts, I'm craving more workouts outside, so obviously
- 14:07Speaker 1: running and just being outside. So maybe just kind of
- 14:09Speaker 1: like reevaluate your workout routine, maybe try and keep it
- 14:12Speaker 1: the same, but obviously like add something into it that
- 14:14Speaker 1: might feel different, whether again it's working out outside or
- 14:18Speaker 1: adding strength workouts into your routine, pilates, whatever the case
- 14:21Speaker 1: may be like just adding one new thing in your
- 14:24Speaker 1: routine just to kind of change it up for a
- 14:26Speaker 1: new season. Sometimes feels really good. Another non negotiable is SPF.
- 14:30Speaker 1: I am a huge sunscreen girl. I do not leave
- 14:32Speaker 1: my house without putting SPF on. It's just a non
- 14:35Speaker 1: negotiable for me, specifically my face. I've made it a
- 14:38Speaker 1: non negotiable in my skincare routine to always put SPF on.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Two brands that I love when it comes to face
- 14:43Speaker 1: sunscreen is the brand Tatcha and Summer Fridays. Summer Fridays
- 14:48Speaker 1: actually just came out with a new one. They reform
- 14:51Speaker 1: They actually reformulated their previous sunscreen and I've been dying
- 14:56Speaker 1: to try it. So that's something that I can keep
- 14:59Speaker 1: you guys posted on. But some that I really want
- 15:00Speaker 1: to try is the new Summer Friday sunscreen. In terms
- 15:03Speaker 1: of body sunscreen, I love the brand Kapari. You can
- 15:06Speaker 1: find it off Revolve. I believe, I don't know if
- 15:08Speaker 1: it's at Sephora. It might be at Sephora, but it's
- 15:10Speaker 1: a really good body sunscreen that I've been using. It's
- 15:13Speaker 1: kind of got like a bit of a glow to it.
- 15:15Speaker 1: It's more of like a spray oil base, which I
- 15:18Speaker 1: love the spray sunscreens. It's just really easy to quickly
- 15:21Speaker 1: put on. And then I also love the brand Sunbum.
- 15:25Speaker 1: It's got cleaner ingredients and kind of like a lower
- 15:29Speaker 1: talks option, like not as toxic as what you'd get
- 15:32Speaker 1: from like A I don't remember the other sunscreen names,
- 15:36Speaker 1: but like the boat one is a banana boat, Hawaiian boat,
- 15:39Speaker 1: Hawaiian something, I have no idea Hawaiian tropics. I think
- 15:42Speaker 1: that's one of the sunscreens. But I always try and
- 15:45Speaker 1: like find ones with better ingredients, and sun Bumb is
- 15:48Speaker 1: one that has some pretty good ingredients. So yeah, that's
- 15:52Speaker 1: a non negotiable for me in the summer. Again, this
- 15:54Speaker 1: next one's really about being outside more, which is my
- 15:57Speaker 1: whole non negotiable throughout the summer season is just trying
- 16:00Speaker 1: to be outside as much as I can, but almost
- 16:02Speaker 1: like finding a hobby that you could do outside once
- 16:05Speaker 1: a week, whether it's you know, picking up a sport
- 16:08Speaker 1: like playing soccer or tennis, or picking up golf, or
- 16:13Speaker 1: maybe it's horseback riding, maybe it's playing soccer, Like there's
- 16:17Speaker 1: so many things that you could do on a weekly
- 16:19Speaker 1: basis that will get yourself outside. But I've been really
- 16:22Speaker 1: inspired lately about some people that I've seen on TikTok
- 16:25Speaker 1: that I actually follow, who are girls that are like
- 16:28Speaker 1: in their thirties and they're picking up brand new hobbies
- 16:31Speaker 1: that they've never done before. So there's this one girl
- 16:33Speaker 1: that I follow. She's been taking ballet lessons, and I'm like,
- 16:37Speaker 1: that's amazing, like something that you would probably do as
- 16:40Speaker 1: a kid, right, but she's doing it in her thirties
- 16:42Speaker 1: and I find it really inspiring. And then there's another
- 16:45Speaker 1: girl I follow that's been taking adult gymnastic classes and
- 16:48Speaker 1: trying to just again learn different things and moves, and
- 16:52Speaker 1: I don't know, I just find it really really inspiring
- 16:54Speaker 1: for girls who are trying new things in their thirties
- 16:57Speaker 1: or in their late twenties that I don't know, you'd
- 17:00Speaker 1: never think of doing because you feel like, oh, I'm older,
- 17:03Speaker 1: I don't need to go to those things. But like
- 17:05Speaker 1: trying new things, I think is such a great opportunity
- 17:08Speaker 1: for growth. And I don't know, just something that has
- 17:11Speaker 1: really inspired me. So I've been really wanting to pick
- 17:14Speaker 1: up something this summer. I haven't figured out what yet,
- 17:16Speaker 1: but I do want to try and take weekly lessons
- 17:19Speaker 1: for something maybe like tennis or golf or horseback riding,
- 17:24Speaker 1: Like those are three that I can think of right
- 17:25Speaker 1: now that I've always wanted to learn and get better at.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Like golf, I've definitely done a few times with my friends.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Would I say I'm great, No, But golf is also
- 17:35Speaker 1: a really hard sport, So that's definitely something that I'd
- 17:40Speaker 1: consider taking lessons in kenness. I used to play as
- 17:42Speaker 1: a kid, but I feel like whenever I'm on vacation
- 17:45Speaker 1: and I'm at resorts, I see a lot of tennis
- 17:47Speaker 1: courts and I always like want to play tennis, but
- 17:50Speaker 1: I'm like, I suck, Like why would I go attempt
- 17:52Speaker 1: to play when I'm not good at it? So I'm like,
- 17:53Speaker 1: it would be really nice to get lessons and actually
- 17:57Speaker 1: like learn how to play, because I feel like I
- 17:59Speaker 1: would love to do that when I'm vacation or just
- 18:01Speaker 1: like something to do on like Sunday mornings with my husband.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Like I don't know, I love the idea of playing tennis.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I have played pick a ball a few times, which
- 18:08Speaker 1: I do love. It's obviously a little bit easier than tennis,
- 18:11Speaker 1: but yeah, something that is really fun that I enjoy.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I also love the idea of horseback riding. I think
- 18:17Speaker 1: that's so fun, and there's a few spots that are
- 18:20Speaker 1: nearby to me that actually offer horseback riding lessons. I
- 18:24Speaker 1: think the only reason why I'm not sure about it,
- 18:27Speaker 1: for like my summer weekly thing is because it's not
- 18:29Speaker 1: really active and I'm not really moving. I feel like
- 18:31Speaker 1: I really just want to dive into something that gets
- 18:33Speaker 1: me moving as well. And I feel like tennis or
- 18:36Speaker 1: golf gets me going and gets me moving throughout the night.
- 18:39Speaker 1: So I feel like that's why I kind of want
- 18:41Speaker 1: to lean more towards those versus the horseback riding. But
- 18:44Speaker 1: who knows. Definitely want to pick up something and pick
- 18:46Speaker 1: up a hobby and just kind of focus on that
- 18:48Speaker 1: for the summer season. So I think that's really inspiring
- 18:52Speaker 1: when people try out new things at a later age,
- 18:55Speaker 1: I think it's something that's worth trying. Another non negotiable
- 18:57Speaker 1: that I'm making my self care habit through the summer
- 19:00Speaker 1: season is not doing my hair as much. I don't
- 19:04Speaker 1: want to constantly be blow drying my hair. I really
- 19:07Speaker 1: want to try and take advantage of doing my hair
- 19:09Speaker 1: more natural. I feel like I always want to do
- 19:13Speaker 1: my hair like blowout style and all that which we
- 19:15Speaker 1: all love. Obviously, a blowout's amazing, but in the summer season,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I do feel more gravitated towards doing my natural hair.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I feel like it's very much a summer hairstyle to
- 19:24Speaker 1: just pull out the hair moves, pull out the curl cream,
- 19:27Speaker 1: scrunch out your hair, let it air dry, And I
- 19:30Speaker 1: don't know, I just really like the way my natural
- 19:32Speaker 1: hair looks when I actually put the effort in styling it,
- 19:34Speaker 1: and it's so much less damage on my hair when
- 19:38Speaker 1: I do it natural. So I'm trying to make it
- 19:40Speaker 1: a natural girl hair summer, trying to be more natural
- 19:44Speaker 1: and just yeah, not put too much heat on my hair.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Going back to the point where I was talking about
- 19:48Speaker 1: kind of like changing things around to match the season,
- 19:51Speaker 1: So changing up your workouts, changing up your morning routine
- 19:54Speaker 1: by you know, going outside more, maybe walking more, trying
- 19:58Speaker 1: out different workouts, right, But other things that you could
- 20:01Speaker 1: do to also kind of like match the season is
- 20:04Speaker 1: changing up your daily things. So maybe your phone case
- 20:07Speaker 1: you want to change it to a fun summary color,
- 20:10Speaker 1: or your iPhone wallpaper or your laptop desk green, or
- 20:14Speaker 1: it could be you know, things throughout your house, like
- 20:16Speaker 1: adding more color in your house by changing out some
- 20:19Speaker 1: of your florals maybe to something more fun and bright,
- 20:22Speaker 1: like you know, just like pink flowers or you know,
- 20:26Speaker 1: floral pillows. Like just adding color into your house in
- 20:30Speaker 1: the summer season I find very refreshing and exciting. You
- 20:33Speaker 1: could also change up your beddings, so you could do
- 20:35Speaker 1: fun colors like pink bed sheets or floral bed sheets.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I also just like love white linen bedding in the summer.
- 20:43Speaker 1: I find that always really nice and just feels very
- 20:46Speaker 1: fresh for the summer season. So just kind of like
- 20:48Speaker 1: making the effort of changing things around in your home
- 20:51Speaker 1: and your environment. And it could be as small as
- 20:54Speaker 1: changing your phone case as I said, or changing things
- 20:57Speaker 1: around your house just to kind of make it feel
- 20:59Speaker 1: more summary. I also love to buy candles that reflect
- 21:02Speaker 1: the season, so you could buy candles that have more
- 21:05Speaker 1: of like a floral scent or a beachy scent to
- 21:08Speaker 1: again kind of just like match the summer season. And
- 21:10Speaker 1: then the last self care non negotiable for the summer
- 21:13Speaker 1: is just like that feeling of taking everything showers in
- 21:16Speaker 1: the summer when you've been outside for a long period
- 21:19Speaker 1: of time. I find doing bodycare in the summer is
- 21:25Speaker 1: so essential. I'll be fully transparent. I am not the
- 21:28Speaker 1: kind of girl that takes in everything shower and then
- 21:30Speaker 1: like spends like twenty minutes after her shower routine to
- 21:32Speaker 1: do like body lotion, body oil, exfoliate whatever, like. I
- 21:37Speaker 1: honestly am not very good with my body care. I
- 21:39Speaker 1: feel like I'm good with everything else when it comes
- 21:41Speaker 1: to like hair mass, face mass, you know, doing my everything,
- 21:45Speaker 1: shower routine, all that, but when it comes to like
- 21:48Speaker 1: after my shower routine, I'm not very good at that.
- 21:50Speaker 1: So this summer I'm trying to make it a non
- 21:52Speaker 1: negotible to be better at putting body lotion on, putting
- 21:55Speaker 1: body oil on. In the summer, I feel like my
- 21:58Speaker 1: skin gets so dry, especially when I'm you know, outside
- 22:01Speaker 1: in the sun all the time. I just really need
- 22:04Speaker 1: to hydrate my body. So I've been using the body
- 22:06Speaker 1: oil by Lacutainte. I could be pronouncing it wrong, but
- 22:12Speaker 1: the body oil is so good. It smells incredible and
- 22:16Speaker 1: it's really really hydrating. And then I've been using the
- 22:19Speaker 1: brand Necessary for the body lotion, which I think you
- 22:23Speaker 1: can get those two products from Sephora. But that's been
- 22:26Speaker 1: like my combo lately because I have been outside these
- 22:28Speaker 1: past few weeks and I've noticed my skin getting really dry.
- 22:32Speaker 1: So I'm like, Okay, this is something I need to
- 22:34Speaker 1: make a non negotible this summer. Is just being really
- 22:36Speaker 1: good at just keeping up with my body care. So
- 22:39Speaker 1: those are kind of like my self care non negotiables
- 22:41Speaker 1: when it comes to the summer season. Now. Appointments are
- 22:45Speaker 1: self care. Things that I think are worth investing in
- 22:47Speaker 1: are number one, obviously getting your nails done. For me,
- 22:51Speaker 1: I feel so much hotter when I actually put the
- 22:53Speaker 1: effort in myself. And I know getting your nails done
- 22:56Speaker 1: could be costly, but I do think it's worth it.
- 22:58Speaker 1: I feel really really good when I have a fresh
- 23:00Speaker 1: set on. I love to do fun summer colors, usually,
- 23:04Speaker 1: so you could do fun colors like baby blue, you know,
- 23:07Speaker 1: peachy orange, baby pink. I usually love to do like
- 23:09Speaker 1: pestel colors in the summer. I also usually love to
- 23:12Speaker 1: do like a bright red or sometimes a nice chrome
- 23:15Speaker 1: with like a neutral pink color, or just like a
- 23:17Speaker 1: neutral nail color. In general. All in all, I just
- 23:20Speaker 1: like feel like having your nails done, especially in the summer.
- 23:23Speaker 1: I feel like it's like a non negotiable. And then
- 23:25Speaker 1: another thing is obviously getting a pedicure. It's flip flop season.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Obviously my toes are going to be shown. If there's
- 23:31Speaker 1: one thing that I will never expose is my toenails
- 23:35Speaker 1: without nail polish. I'm sorry. That for me is like
- 23:38Speaker 1: a non negotiable. I just like I need to put
- 23:40Speaker 1: nail polish on my toes, so I try and get
- 23:43Speaker 1: pedicures done. I think it's usually once every five to
- 23:46Speaker 1: six weeks. And yeah, that's a non negotible for me
- 23:49Speaker 1: when it comes to like summer season, just because I
- 23:51Speaker 1: am wearing flip flops all the time, or just like
- 23:54Speaker 1: open toe shoes in general. So it's just something that
- 23:56Speaker 1: I feel like I need to upkeep and always do.
- 23:58Speaker 1: But I do think it's worth the investment. Another thing
- 24:01Speaker 1: that I think is worth the investment is facials. I
- 24:04Speaker 1: love a good facial. I actually got one last week,
- 24:06Speaker 1: and my skin was thanking me so much because I
- 24:09Speaker 1: feel like I haven't gotten one done since last January.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I want to say, so five or six months ago.
- 24:16Speaker 1: January was the last one. Yeah, it was the last
- 24:17Speaker 1: time I went. So getting it done felt so good,
- 24:20Speaker 1: and again, I feel like my skin has been obviously better.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Winter it gets really dry. Summer it's a bit better,
- 24:25Speaker 1: but it's still obviously dry. So just kind of like
- 24:28Speaker 1: keeping up with facials is great. Like I used to
- 24:31Speaker 1: do facials once every six to eight weeks when I
- 24:33Speaker 1: was getting ready for my wedding, and obviously it was
- 24:37Speaker 1: quite costly, but my skin was the best it ever
- 24:40Speaker 1: looked because I feel like I put so much effort
- 24:42Speaker 1: in my skincare routine. I put so much effort in
- 24:44Speaker 1: like making facials a non negotiable throughout, you know, every
- 24:49Speaker 1: six to eight weeks. So I want to try and
- 24:51Speaker 1: get back into that, just because I feel like my
- 24:53Speaker 1: skin has been kind of going through it and I
- 24:55Speaker 1: feel like when I do facials, my face is like glowing,
- 24:58Speaker 1: Like I feel so much better after a facial. It's wild.
- 25:02Speaker 1: And also just like keeping up with like face mass
- 25:04Speaker 1: from home or eye patches. One face mask brand that
- 25:07Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with is Medicube. I think I've talked about
- 25:10Speaker 1: them in the past. It's a Korean skincare brand. Their
- 25:13Speaker 1: face masks are so good. I like that it comes
- 25:16Speaker 1: in like two separate parts, so you can kind of
- 25:18Speaker 1: like adjust it for your face, because I'm sure if
- 25:21Speaker 1: you guys have done face masks, you guys know that
- 25:23Speaker 1: sometimes the face mask doesn't fit properly with your face,
- 25:25Speaker 1: and I feel like sometimes I have to like cut
- 25:28Speaker 1: the face masks to kind of fit my face. But
- 25:31Speaker 1: the Metacube ones, I feel like it fits at least
- 25:33Speaker 1: my face perfectly, and I feel like I don't really
- 25:35Speaker 1: have to cut anything, so it's like easier to adjust,
- 25:38Speaker 1: if that makes sense, So try that out. And then
- 25:41Speaker 1: another one is for eyemass. I love the brand Lux
- 25:45Speaker 1: Unfiltered Summer Fridays and Road. Their eye patches are so good.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I really want to get the new Road eye patches
- 25:52Speaker 1: with like the yellow and brown pattern. I think they're
- 25:54Speaker 1: so cute. I've been seeing so many girls on TikTok
- 25:57Speaker 1: where them, and I'm like, I need these. Another point
- 26:00Speaker 1: that I think is a non negotiable is just going
- 26:02Speaker 1: to the dentist. I know that's an appointment that I
- 26:04Speaker 1: feel like a lot of people either avoid or don't
- 26:06Speaker 1: love doing, and trust me, I do not like going
- 26:08Speaker 1: to the dentist at all. I pricking hate it. But
- 26:11Speaker 1: seeing my teeth white and just like having a fresh,
- 26:14Speaker 1: clean smile makes me feel really really good. And again,
- 26:17Speaker 1: just we're trying to make yourself feel hotter this summer.
- 26:19Speaker 1: So I'm just trying to give like advice of like
- 26:21Speaker 1: things that I like to do when I feel really
- 26:22Speaker 1: good about myself, and getting my teeth cleaned and just
- 26:26Speaker 1: like freshly done always makes me feel really good. I
- 26:28Speaker 1: don't know if I ever told you guys this, but
- 26:30Speaker 1: I actually have composite bonding. So my two front teeth
- 26:34Speaker 1: have bonding on them, just because when I was a kid,
- 26:36Speaker 1: I actually had two teeth that didn't grow out properly,
- 26:39Speaker 1: so I had to do composent bonding on them. They're
- 26:41Speaker 1: called peg teeth and they actually need to be completely redone.
- 26:45Speaker 1: The last time I did composite bonding was I want
- 26:48Speaker 1: to say, like seven years ago when they touched it up,
- 26:51Speaker 1: so I haven't gotten them touched up in a really
- 26:53Speaker 1: long time. And they basically told me that they had
- 26:55Speaker 1: to start from scratch, like they'll have to take it
- 26:57Speaker 1: all off and redo it all. So it's definitely going
- 27:01Speaker 1: to be an investment and going to take a lot
- 27:03Speaker 1: of time to do, but I think it's worth doing,
- 27:06Speaker 1: so I'm hoping to get that done this summer or
- 27:09Speaker 1: this fall. That's like one thing that I need to
- 27:11Speaker 1: make it non negocible this year is just getting them
- 27:13Speaker 1: redone since it's been so long. But your smile does
- 27:17Speaker 1: make a huge difference. I think for me, I care
- 27:19Speaker 1: so much about my teeth and I feel good when
- 27:21Speaker 1: my teeth are whitened or when they just look good,
- 27:23Speaker 1: so that to me is a non negotiable. Another one
- 27:27Speaker 1: is investing in some summer pieces. So obviously we want
- 27:30Speaker 1: to shop when we go into a new season, which
- 27:32Speaker 1: I'm a victim to doing that myself. I obviously love
- 27:35Speaker 1: buying new things, especially for a new season. I have
- 27:39Speaker 1: been loving stripe anything like stripe pants, stripe tops. I've
- 27:43Speaker 1: been loving a lot of white linen. I also think
- 27:46Speaker 1: it's worth investing in a good pair of denim shorts.
- 27:49Speaker 1: I feel like I'm always wearing denim shorts whenever I
- 27:51Speaker 1: want to, like go to a coffee shop or just
- 27:53Speaker 1: you know, go to do a casual err and I'm like,
- 27:56Speaker 1: what do I wear? Okay, denim shorts on a tank top?
- 27:58Speaker 1: Like you know what I mean? Like, thinking of good
- 28:00Speaker 1: staple things to invest in, I think is worth it
- 28:02Speaker 1: and denim shorts is definitely one of them, or a
- 28:05Speaker 1: good pair of flip flops. I invested in a good
- 28:08Speaker 1: pair of flip flops last year and I love them.
- 28:11Speaker 1: I literally wear them all the time. They're so comfortable,
- 28:13Speaker 1: especially throughout the summer season. I just feel like you
- 28:16Speaker 1: need a comfortable pair of flip flops. One brand that
- 28:18Speaker 1: I really love is Havianas that I think you can
- 28:22Speaker 1: get off Revolve. They're like, I think maybe between fifty
- 28:25Speaker 1: to seventy dollars, which could be kind of high. I
- 28:28Speaker 1: get it, but I feel like when they're comfortable, it's
- 28:30Speaker 1: worth investing in. I also have gotten myself a pair
- 28:33Speaker 1: of Teaks. I think that's the brand. It's like a
- 28:35Speaker 1: leather patent leather flip flop brand. I've got a pair
- 28:39Speaker 1: of red ones. I love red in the summer. I
- 28:42Speaker 1: feel like it's a nice, fun pop of color. So
- 28:44Speaker 1: you wear like red flip flops with like a white
- 28:46Speaker 1: linen top and denim shorts, and like the shoes obviously
- 28:49Speaker 1: pop with the red, so you could like dress really neutral,
- 28:52Speaker 1: but like having fun colors for accessories when it comes
- 28:54Speaker 1: to like your bags or your shoes, I think is
- 28:57Speaker 1: really fun for the summer, so obviously, investing in summer
- 29:00Speaker 1: pieces I think is nice and like treating yourself to
- 29:03Speaker 1: a few new things going into a new season is
- 29:05Speaker 1: always fun. And of course I always feel really good
- 29:08Speaker 1: when I purchase a few new things for myself and
- 29:10Speaker 1: being able to wear it out and yeah, just feel
- 29:12Speaker 1: like really stylish and cute. I don't know, it's just
- 29:15Speaker 1: like the best feeling when you invest in some summer
- 29:19Speaker 1: pieces for the new season. Another thing is getting your
- 29:22Speaker 1: hair done, whether it's getting a haircut or freshly coloring
- 29:26Speaker 1: your hair. I've had this urge to go lighter. I
- 29:29Speaker 1: don't know why. I usually always go dark, but lately
- 29:32Speaker 1: I'm like, do I lighten my hair? Do I do?
- 29:35Speaker 1: I not? I have no idea. I feel like all
- 29:37Speaker 1: the girls are lightening your hair for the summer season.
- 29:40Speaker 1: I need to know if you're a dark hair brown
- 29:42Speaker 1: girl like me, if you've ever dyed your hair light brown,
- 29:46Speaker 1: how is your experience. Was it the worst mistake that
- 29:48Speaker 1: you've ever done, or was it the best decision you've
- 29:50Speaker 1: ever made. I'm currently waiting for my hair appointment. I
- 29:53Speaker 1: think it's in June, end of June. I think end
- 29:56Speaker 1: of June or beginning of July one of the two,
- 29:58Speaker 1: and I'm like, do I go lighter? I don't know.
- 30:01Speaker 1: That could be a mistake. It could be a mistake.
- 30:03Speaker 1: I don't know if I want to bleach my hair
- 30:05Speaker 1: because obviously, like you'd have to bleach it. I've tried
- 30:08Speaker 1: to tone my hair lighter and it turned my hair red,
- 30:11Speaker 1: so we're not doing that. But I'm like, do I
- 30:13Speaker 1: bleach it? But then again, I also don't want to
- 30:15Speaker 1: damage my hair, So I'm kind of in this like
- 30:17Speaker 1: light hair era right now. I'm loving the girls with
- 30:20Speaker 1: the highlights as well, and also I'm like, do I
- 30:22Speaker 1: do highlights and just kind of like bring some low
- 30:25Speaker 1: lights into my hair so it kind of feels lighter.
- 30:27Speaker 1: I've also been debating that, but when I think of highlights,
- 30:30Speaker 1: I look at photos of myself from high school and
- 30:32Speaker 1: I'm like, ooh, I did highlights and it looked awful.
- 30:36Speaker 1: So now I'm like, I'm knowing to do, but I
- 30:38Speaker 1: don't know. I feel like getting your hair done before
- 30:41Speaker 1: the summer season, or just like in the beginning of
- 30:44Speaker 1: the summer season always feels so good. I feel fresh,
- 30:47Speaker 1: I feel good, feel like booking a hair appointment in
- 30:49Speaker 1: the beginning of a new season is a non negotiable
- 30:53Speaker 1: and truly one of the best feelings. Another thing is
- 30:55Speaker 1: doing solo dates once a week, whether it's going to
- 30:59Speaker 1: a coffee shop, going on a lunch date, going on
- 31:02Speaker 1: a picnic, maybe going to the bookstore. Like really again,
- 31:05Speaker 1: just forcing yourself out of the house. And it doesn't
- 31:07Speaker 1: have to be with a friend. It could be with
- 31:08Speaker 1: a friend, but you could also do it by yourself,
- 31:10Speaker 1: but just kind of like buying something for yourself by
- 31:13Speaker 1: getting yourself out of the house. I think solo dates
- 31:15Speaker 1: are so important, but also it just kind of makes
- 31:17Speaker 1: you feel good. And again, changing up the environment is
- 31:20Speaker 1: always nice and also just like finding a new place
- 31:22Speaker 1: with a cute patio is always fun. So just like, yeah,
- 31:26Speaker 1: taking advantage of doing solo dates once a week throughout
- 31:29Speaker 1: the summer season, I think is a fun non negotiable.
- 31:32Speaker 1: And the last one is really just trying new things
- 31:35Speaker 1: out this summer, whether it's trying a new restaurant out,
- 31:38Speaker 1: trying a new hobby, trying different things in your city,
- 31:41Speaker 1: you know, making the investment of like maybe booking yourself
- 31:44Speaker 1: a weekend trip with your girlfriends or maybe a solo
- 31:47Speaker 1: trip out of the city. I feel like this is
- 31:50Speaker 1: the time now to make fun summer plans and also
- 31:52Speaker 1: maybe making the opportunity of creating a summer bucket list.
- 31:55Speaker 1: I've always talked about creating bucket lists, which is something
- 31:58Speaker 1: that I do literally every single year, as you guys know.
- 32:00Speaker 1: So something that I need to work on is creating
- 32:03Speaker 1: a summer bucket list and how I kind of envision
- 32:05Speaker 1: my summer looking for myself. What are things that I
- 32:08Speaker 1: want to do, What are things that are going to
- 32:09Speaker 1: get me out of the house and do fun things
- 32:11Speaker 1: with my friends, or things that I want to do myself,
- 32:14Speaker 1: trying new hobbies all that. So if you haven't made
- 32:16Speaker 1: a summer bucket list, I feel like now is the
- 32:18Speaker 1: time to do so, because obviously we're at the end
- 32:20Speaker 1: of May. I feel like June first is really like
- 32:22Speaker 1: the start of summer, which is literally less than two
- 32:25Speaker 1: weeks away, which is so crazy. So that is part
- 32:27Speaker 1: one of leveling up for Hawkgirl summer. We really wanted
- 32:30Speaker 1: to focus on self care, non negotiables that I personally
- 32:33Speaker 1: find make me feel hotter or feel like I've leveled
- 32:36Speaker 1: up for hawt Girl summer. Thank you guys so much
- 32:38Speaker 1: for listening to another episode. I hope you guys enjoyed it.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I really want to make this a series just because
- 32:44Speaker 1: I think Hawkgirl Summer has so many fun things look
- 32:48Speaker 1: forward to, whether it's leveling up, becoming hotter, becoming more chic,
- 32:52Speaker 1: things that we're buying, summer, essential summer bucket lists, you
- 32:56Speaker 1: name it. I really just want to make this a
- 32:58Speaker 1: whole series of us leveling up for this new season.
- 33:01Speaker 1: So definitely make sure to stick around because there'll be
- 33:04Speaker 1: more hawk Girl Summer episodes coming for the summer season. Anyways,
- 33:08Speaker 1: I hope you guys enjoyed this episode. If you're new,
- 33:10Speaker 1: definitely make sure to follow me on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- 33:14Speaker 1: As you guys know, and as I said, I will
- 33:16Speaker 1: only be posting bi weekly for the next few weeks,
- 33:18Speaker 1: so there will not be an episode next week, but
- 33:20Speaker 1: the following week there will be. So I hope you
- 33:22Speaker 1: guys enjoyed this episode. I love you guys allso much
- 33:25Speaker 1: and I will see you guys in two weeks.
