Manslaughter charges against former Sonora Behavioral Health employee Bryce Nolan Coleman have been dropped after an eight-month investigation concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove a crime occurred or that Coleman was responsible. The case began in October 2025 when patient Bluesky D. Thomas died at the facility, leading to Coleman’s arrest in June.
