- 1:02Speaker 1: Hey guys, Happy hump Day, and welcome to Midday Missing,
- 1:08Speaker 1: where I cover missing person cases. And I guess I
- 1:15Speaker 1: should have muted myself because I was hearing myself in
- 1:18Speaker 1: my head. Anyway, I am Terry true Crime. For those
- 1:21Speaker 1: of you that are not familiar with me, I am
- 1:24Speaker 1: half of the True Crime and Wine Time podcast team,
- 1:28Speaker 1: And if you didn't know, currently, True Crime and Wine
- 1:31Speaker 1: Time Production produces several shows, so we are on several
- 1:35Speaker 1: times a week. We have the Hey Host Show with JT.
- 1:40Speaker 1: We have the podcast True Crime and Wine Time, the
- 1:43Speaker 1: Investigation into the Disappearance of Chase Lackey, Night Court, and
- 1:49Speaker 1: Midday Missing.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So we are on several times.
- 1:53Speaker 1: A week and you can always join us if you
- 1:57Speaker 1: want some fun, or you can catch it later.
- 2:00Speaker 2: And before we get.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Started today, I thought I will let mister Jasper say
- 2:07Speaker 1: hello real quick.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Can you say hi? Buddy? Can you say hi?
- 2:11Speaker 1: The only time he talks or screams is when I
- 2:15Speaker 1: leave the room, So I don't know if that's a
- 2:17Speaker 1: good thing or a bad thing. But there's mister Jasper
- 2:21Speaker 1: and he's just going to go back and late in
- 2:24Speaker 1: my lap where hopefully he will be good for this.
- 2:29Speaker 1: So Guys, I have to tell you my heart breaks
- 2:35Speaker 1: when I'm looking at the headlines and cases about these cases.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I don't know if I'm just now he's doing on
- 2:46Speaker 1: my cords.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Yeah, let's not do that. Okay, that would not be
- 2:49Speaker 2: good for your health. But it's just heartbreaking.
- 2:53Speaker 1: And I just want to say that if listening to
- 2:57Speaker 1: any of these cases is hard for you, Tolly understand
- 3:01Speaker 1: if you can't, but appreciate you trying. But today, the
- 3:06Speaker 1: first missing person case, okay, Jasper, he's not cooperating here
- 3:10Speaker 1: that we're going to cover is Carly Goose, Okay. And
- 3:15Speaker 1: she was sixteen when she went missing in Mono County,
- 3:18Speaker 1: California in twenty eighteen. So on Friday, October twelfth, Carly
- 3:25Speaker 1: told her parents that she was going to the high
- 3:27Speaker 1: school football game with her boyfriend, but instead she went
- 3:31Speaker 1: to a party. Now, not going to confirm or deny
- 3:35Speaker 1: that I ever did that, I'm just going to say
- 3:39Speaker 1: sounds like something a teenager would do. Now, her boyfriend
- 3:44Speaker 1: said while they are at the party, she smoked some marijuana,
- 3:47Speaker 1: which they had done before, and that she started freaking
- 3:51Speaker 1: out and was very disoriented, and the boyfriend suspected that
- 3:56Speaker 1: maybe the marijuana was lace with something. She was freaked out. Oh,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I'm going to put him under the desk.
- 4:03Speaker 2: To go lay down. Go lay down there, baby, there
- 4:05Speaker 2: you go.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Sorry about that. That she was scared of the music.
- 4:10Speaker 1: She was paranoid about her boyfriend, so something was happening.
- 4:16Speaker 1: She called her stepmother, who picked her up and took
- 4:20Speaker 1: her home. Now her stepmom, Melissa, said she stayed next
- 4:26Speaker 1: to her the rest of the night to make sure
- 4:28Speaker 1: she was okay, and that when she woke up early
- 4:31Speaker 1: in the morning on October thirteenth, Carly was gone. Now Melissa,
- 4:37Speaker 1: her stepmom, said that Carly was very pale and that
- 4:41Speaker 1: she acted very weird when she picked her up. Now
- 4:46Speaker 1: her and the dad said they felt drugs were involved
- 4:50Speaker 1: and that Carly had a bad reaction. She admitted to
- 4:56Speaker 1: her stepmom that she had made some bad decisions that day,
- 4:59Speaker 1: had some but what we're going to hear is some
- 5:04Speaker 1: other things that make this case even more interesting. Now
- 5:09Speaker 1: Carly lived with her dad, Zach and her ste Melissa.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Zach had sole custody of Carla, but as her mom,
- 5:16Speaker 1: Lindsay had some medical issues and couldn't feel that she
- 5:20Speaker 1: could take care of Carly. The way she needed to,
- 5:22Speaker 1: and she needed to move back in with her parents
- 5:25Speaker 1: because of her health issues. So she had mom, dad, stepmom.
- 5:30Speaker 1: You know, she had you know, a family unit around her. Now,
- 5:35Speaker 1: Carl was seen by neighbors around Hey, guys, can you
- 7:58Speaker 1: tell me in the comments if you can see me?
- 8:02Speaker 2: It looks like.
- 8:05Speaker 1: The internet went down. I am now connected to a hotspot,
- 8:10Speaker 1: so I apologize. I do not know where I went lost,
- 8:17Speaker 1: but I'm back, so not exactly sure. Oh my gosh,
- 8:25Speaker 1: JT hi JT. I'm not sure exactly where I was.
- 8:32Speaker 1: But I was getting into telling y'all that there's some
- 8:36Speaker 1: suspicious things about the family. They went on Dateline and
- 8:41Speaker 1: admitted later that they lied to Dateline. Okay, Then they
- 8:47Speaker 1: went on the Doctor Phil show, and Doctor Phil, if
- 8:50Speaker 1: you don't know, he does a missing segment. They have
- 8:52Speaker 1: helped fine some people, and they have investigators. They have time,
- 8:56Speaker 1: they have money. The family refused to get them the
- 9:01Speaker 1: audio recording, so Melissa, the stepmom, said that she recorded
- 9:05Speaker 1: her stepdaughter so that she could play it back to
- 9:08Speaker 1: her when she was in her right mind, so that
- 9:11Speaker 1: she could let her hear how she sounded. But yet
- 9:15Speaker 1: they refuse to give it to doctor Phil. They refuse
- 9:18Speaker 1: to give their home address, witnesses addresses, or phone numbers
- 9:24Speaker 1: so that they could talk to doctor Phil. All of
- 9:30Speaker 1: that makes me wonder why you are not doing everything
- 9:37Speaker 1: in your power to help find your kid. Because I'm
- 9:42Speaker 1: going to just be honest, even if Jasper goes missing,
- 9:45Speaker 1: I am going to share every information, even if that
- 9:48Speaker 1: information is guess what, I was sleeping in bed naked
- 9:55Speaker 1: an he took off and I had to get closed,
- 9:57Speaker 1: so I don't know where he went. I mean, if
- 10:00Speaker 1: you have to admit some things, the other thing. Originally,
- 10:05Speaker 1: the stepmom said she put her daughter to bed, she
- 10:10Speaker 1: woke up and she was gone. Then later she said, no,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I stayed next to her all night long.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Okay, So.
- 10:19Speaker 1: That just makes me concerned. Next, if your child is
- 10:24Speaker 1: acting that strange and you think they smoked marijuana that
- 10:29Speaker 1: was laced with something, I would be taking my kid
- 10:33Speaker 1: to the er, get a drug test done, drop blood,
- 10:38Speaker 1: see what that f it was laced with, because what
- 10:43Speaker 1: if it was something that would have killed her while
- 10:44Speaker 1: she was sleeping. I mean, you just don't know. And guys,
- 10:48Speaker 1: the cops are not gonna arrest her for smoking a joint, Okay,
- 10:52Speaker 1: even in crazy Texas, They're not gonna do that. So
- 10:57Speaker 1: that makes me wonder, why wouldn't you take him to
- 11:02Speaker 1: the hospital. Why wouldn't you give all of the information
- 11:08Speaker 1: that you could to help. I mean, it makes me wonder,
- 11:11Speaker 1: what are you hiding or what are you lying about?
- 11:16Speaker 1: Her mom, her biological mom, now believes that the step
- 11:20Speaker 1: mom and dad had something to do with Carly's disappearance.
- 11:23Speaker 1: There is let me tell you, guys, I went down
- 11:25Speaker 1: some rabbit holes everything from Carly died in bed and
- 11:33Speaker 1: the stepmom and dad freaked out so they got rid
- 11:37Speaker 1: of her body, that she was abducted by somebody, that
- 11:42Speaker 1: she oweded something.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I mean, there's just so many things.
- 11:46Speaker 1: So I want to tell the parents, please open your closet.
- 11:52Speaker 1: We all got skeletons in your closet. Okay, I got
- 11:56Speaker 1: skeletons in my closet. It comes to finding your kids,
- 11:59Speaker 1: your grand your spouse, well maybe not your ex spouse,
- 12:03Speaker 1: but if it's your spouse, you do what the heck
- 12:06Speaker 1: you got to. I mean, I do not want to
- 12:09Speaker 1: tell people how to act when your kid goes missing. Okay,
- 12:14Speaker 1: I like to think I know how I would act,
- 12:17Speaker 1: whether i'd be crying hysterical, I'd be silent. I don't know,
- 12:22Speaker 1: but I can tell you this. I would give all
- 12:25Speaker 1: information to the police to find the person that's missing.
- 12:30Speaker 1: And if I think their drugs have been laced with something,
- 12:33Speaker 1: I would take them to the hospital.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Okay.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Now police have said both the Stepmam Melissa and the
- 12:40Speaker 1: dad Zach have passed a polygraph test and they do
- 12:43Speaker 1: not believe they have anything to do with her disappearance. Guys,
- 12:49Speaker 1: to me, a polygraph test is junk science. If you
- 12:54Speaker 1: can be taught how to beat the test, or you
- 12:57Speaker 1: can take a xanax or something so that you can
- 13:01Speaker 1: pass the test, that is junk science. Unless there is
- 13:05Speaker 1: something you can add to the test to count.
- 13:09Speaker 2: For those things, it's a junk test. So I don't know.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Until she has found we're not going to know what happened.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I am going to try to believe, on the positive side,
- 13:24Speaker 1: that they were not involved and that they just do
- 13:27Speaker 1: not know what to do and they're out of their element.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I am just going to tell them, you're out of
- 13:34Speaker 1: your element, open up your door, tell the police come in,
- 13:37Speaker 1: then have whatever they need.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Okay, that's all I'm saying.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Now, if you have any information about Carly Goose, please
- 13:46Speaker 1: contact the FBI at nine one six seven four six
- 13:51Speaker 1: seven thousand, or if you don't feel comfortable, you can
- 13:55Speaker 1: submit an anonymous tip at tips dot FBI dot gov.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna also say this, I don't know how their
- 14:02Speaker 1: system works, but use a VPN and a dugo or
- 14:08Speaker 1: a hidden browser just to make sure you're protecting yourself
- 14:11Speaker 1: if you really want to be anonymous. Okay, I don't
- 14:14Speaker 1: know how it works. I'm just gonna say to please
- 14:18Speaker 1: do that.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Okay.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Now, this next case is heartbreaking because of the limited
- 14:26Speaker 1: amount of information that I could find because once again,
- 14:32Speaker 1: he's not a blonde, white female. Okay, but excuse me.
- 14:37Speaker 1: And also I have someone sucking on my toe. So
- 14:41Speaker 1: Jasper's getting ready for his lunch, but he doesn't get
- 14:45Speaker 1: it until one o'clock. So keep on sucking on the toe.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Just don't bite. So Jason Jawaski, I think that's how
- 14:54Speaker 1: you say it, or Jason Joel Kolwaski, Sorry.
- 14:58Speaker 2: I tried.
- 15:00Speaker 1: He was born on June twenty fourth, nineteen eighty one,
- 15:04Speaker 1: in Nebraska and was last seen on June thirteenth, two
- 15:08Speaker 1: thousand and one. He was nineteen years old, and he
- 15:12Speaker 1: was at home on the morning of June thirteenth when
- 15:15Speaker 1: his boss called and asked if he could come into
- 15:18Speaker 1: work early. Okay, Jason, being that stand up guy, said yeah,
- 15:25Speaker 1: I can come in. My car's in the shop. It
- 15:27Speaker 1: would take me an hour to walk there. Let me
- 15:30Speaker 1: see if my coworker can bring me and I'll call
- 15:33Speaker 1: you back. Called his coworker. Coworker said absolutely, I can
- 15:38Speaker 1: take you. Let's meet at the high school where we
- 15:41Speaker 1: graduated from, which was only about eight blocks away from
- 15:46Speaker 1: Jason's house now. They agreed to meet at eleven AM,
- 15:51Speaker 1: and Jason was heading out to walk to the high school.
- 15:56Speaker 1: He was dressed in his uniform, but being the responsible
- 16:00Speaker 1: young manny in, he first took in the garbage cans
- 16:03Speaker 1: and returned them to the garage. People, how many of
- 16:07Speaker 1: you can't get your husband or kids to do that?
- 16:13Speaker 1: So I'm going to just say Jason was a really
- 16:16Speaker 1: good guy, and his brother and a neighbor saw him
- 16:20Speaker 1: doing that chore and then saw him leave in his
- 16:23Speaker 1: working form to walk eight blocks, which he had done
- 16:28Speaker 1: hundreds thousands of times.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Well.
- 16:31Speaker 1: His coworker waited at the high school until around eleven
- 16:34Speaker 1: thirty am when she jumped out, found a payphone, called
- 16:39Speaker 1: to see what was holding him up. His brother Michael
- 16:43Speaker 1: answered and said, hey, he left about over a half
- 16:47Speaker 1: hour ago. They both became worried and guys, Jason never
- 16:53Speaker 1: showed up at the high school and he was never
- 16:56Speaker 1: seen by anyone again after putting those trash cans in
- 17:00Speaker 1: the garage. Now this next part, those of you that
- 17:08Speaker 1: know me are followed their shit.
- 17:11Speaker 2: That just pisses me off.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Back then, the family had to wait twenty four hours
- 17:17Speaker 1: to report him missing. Why in the hell do you
- 17:22Speaker 1: need to wait twenty four hours? Everybody knows there's even
- 17:26Speaker 1: a show. Forty eight hours. It's critical most forty eight hours, okay,
- 17:32Speaker 1: So and what is so common? Police failed to immediately
- 17:38Speaker 1: act they believed maybe Jason was a runaway. They waited
- 17:45Speaker 1: ten days to start actually looking for him. Guys, ten days,
- 17:55Speaker 1: ten freaking days. They waited to start looking for him
- 18:01Speaker 1: because I mean, guys, if you wait ten days, I
- 18:04Speaker 1: think we all know. Evidence can disappear, People's memories change backup,
- 18:12Speaker 1: can be erased on a ring camera. If you only follow,
- 18:15Speaker 1: you know, save it for seven days, shit goes away, okay,
- 18:21Speaker 1: And the other crazy thing. He never had run away before.
- 18:26Speaker 1: He had six hundred and fifty dollars in his bank account.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Who runs away and doesn't take their money?
- 18:36Speaker 2: Right?
- 18:37Speaker 1: So police later did view video footage from the high
- 18:41Speaker 1: school and they verified he never made it to the
- 18:44Speaker 1: high school. So somewhere in eight blocks Jason went missing. Okay,
- 18:49Speaker 1: his ATM card was never used, that six hundred and
- 18:53Speaker 1: fifty dollars still sat there, his cell phone was not used.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Now a least in the family do believe that he
- 19:01Speaker 1: was most likely abducted and killed. Okay, I don't know
- 19:08Speaker 1: why they think he was abducted and killed instead of
- 19:11Speaker 1: maybe just subducted. I think we've learned that people are
- 19:16Speaker 1: sex trafficked, that people kidnap people hold them in their
- 19:20Speaker 1: homes for many, many years. So I don't know why
- 19:24Speaker 1: they suspect that. I couldn't find anything that would tell me,
- 19:28Speaker 1: and since we don't investigate the cases, I had to
- 19:31Speaker 1: prevent myself from going into that. They did go and
- 19:36Speaker 1: check out the multiple sex offenders in the area, and
- 19:40Speaker 1: they say nothing came of this. So I'm going to
- 19:45Speaker 1: say not saying that if they would have done something
- 19:49Speaker 1: within the first twenty four hours or within the first
- 19:52Speaker 1: ten fucking day. Oh excuse me, first ten days, maybe
- 19:56Speaker 1: something could have happened, say, you would have had a
- 20:01Speaker 1: better chance. And if you want the odds in your favor,
- 20:04Speaker 1: you got to do it all and you got to
- 20:06Speaker 1: do it quickly. Now it has been twenty three years
- 20:09Speaker 1: and Jason is still missing. His family founded a nonprofit
- 20:15Speaker 1: called Project Jason that helps family of missing persons with
- 20:20Speaker 1: tactical guidance, emotional support, and gives overall general hope for
- 20:25Speaker 1: the families. So you can learn more about that organization
- 20:28Speaker 1: by going to Project Jason dot org or they have
- 20:33Speaker 1: a Facebook group. And if you have any information regarding
- 20:38Speaker 1: Jason jo Kowski, please call the Omaha Police Department at
- 20:43Speaker 1: four oh two four four four five eight one eight
- 20:48Speaker 1: or call one eight hundred eight four three five six
- 20:53Speaker 1: seven eight. I also want somebody to find out do
- 20:58Speaker 1: you still have to wait twenty four hours in Omaha,
- 21:00Speaker 1: Nebraska to report somebody missing? Because if you do, you
- 21:06Speaker 1: need to write your legislators and tell them they need
- 21:10Speaker 1: to change that shit because that's just not acceptable, okay,
- 21:15Speaker 1: Or you need to move the hell out of Omaha, Nebraska.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I mean, Texas and Nebraska have a big you know,
- 21:24Speaker 1: favory thing kind of gone sod is Oklahoma. I'm just
- 21:27Speaker 1: gonna tell you, Nebraska's a beautiful place. A lot of
- 21:32Speaker 1: great people live there.
- 21:34Speaker 2: But if you have to wait.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Twenty four hours to purport your nineteen year old missing
- 21:39Speaker 1: or any family member missing, you might want to move. Okay,
- 21:43Speaker 1: there's my rent on that.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Guys.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Now this next one, Angie actually told me about it.
- 21:57Speaker 2: And Angie, I want to say say this one pushed me.
- 22:05Speaker 1: In a lot of ways, and not in a good way. Okay,
- 22:10Speaker 1: not in a good way. So Daniel Robinson was twenty
- 22:13Speaker 1: four when he went missing on June twenty third, twenty
- 22:16Speaker 1: twenty one and Buckeye, Arizona. Guys, Daniel was a Tempe geologist.
- 22:23Speaker 1: He's a smart dude. He was last saving his work
- 22:26Speaker 1: site in Bucky, Arizona. His jeep was found crashed in
- 22:31Speaker 1: ravine and police originally sat there was.
- 22:34Speaker 2: No foul play.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So my first question, police, hmmm, his jeep is crashed
- 22:41Speaker 1: in a ravine in his body or he is nowhere
- 22:45Speaker 1: near the jeep And you said there was no foul play.
- 22:48Speaker 1: To hit a ravine, you're not on the road. Did
- 22:52Speaker 1: you think he just decided to go off roading for
- 22:54Speaker 1: some reason. Really, you just said there's no foul play.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Okay.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Now, a kick ass private investigator who is a retired
- 23:06Speaker 1: police officer has done more work than the police on
- 23:10Speaker 1: this and he said in his opinion, and guys, he
- 23:13Speaker 1: was a retired police officer, so I trust his opinion.
- 23:16Speaker 1: They said this crash looked like a setup, okay, And
- 23:21Speaker 1: that the jeep was driven for about eleven miles after
- 23:25Speaker 1: the airbag's deployed. Okay, so that means someone hit the car.
- 23:33Speaker 1: He drove another eleven miles into that ravine.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Okay.
- 23:37Speaker 1: So yes, maybe he was disoriented from an airbag.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Okay, let's be fair.
- 23:43Speaker 1: I've driven into a ravine too, But you found me
- 23:47Speaker 1: next to my car waiting, okay. Also, they found red
- 23:52Speaker 1: paint on his jeep, which indicated someone hit him causing
- 23:57Speaker 1: the crash.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Okay.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Now, guys, here's the other thing. His jeep was found
- 24:03Speaker 1: July twenty third, which happens to be my birthday. In
- 24:08Speaker 1: case anyone wants to put that down and mail me
- 24:11Speaker 1: pink glitter, I'm always open for pink glitter. But his
- 24:16Speaker 1: jeep was found on July twenty third by a local
- 24:18Speaker 1: rancher in that ravine. That rancher had been in that
- 24:24Speaker 1: area and at that ravine on the seventeenth, which means
- 24:30Speaker 1: that jeep had not been there since he went missing
- 24:34Speaker 1: on the twenty third. So please, how could you say
- 24:40Speaker 1: there was no foul play when you went missing on
- 24:43Speaker 1: the twenty third? You found not the police, but someone
- 24:48Speaker 1: found the jeep on the twenty third, a month later,
- 24:52Speaker 1: and it had been in that area, you know, a
- 24:54Speaker 1: week before, and the jeep wasn't there. Someone put that
- 24:59Speaker 1: jeep there after he went missing. Okay, guys, you all
- 25:05Speaker 1: met with me and the private investigator. Mind you again,
- 25:09Speaker 1: not the police. The private investigator went to Daniel's place
- 25:13Speaker 1: where he resided. His room had been severely ransacked, and
- 25:19Speaker 1: someone got into his laptop and was searching for shit
- 25:24Speaker 1: on his laptop. Suspicious anyone. And he was a geologist.
- 25:32Speaker 1: And I can't help but think did they you know,
- 25:38Speaker 1: was somebody looking to see if he was searching for goal?
- 25:41Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. There could be so many things. Now,
- 25:44Speaker 1: Daniel's dad has said the Buckeye police have been less
- 25:48Speaker 1: than helpful. Guys, I'm going to just say less than helpful.
- 25:54Speaker 1: His dad, David is a nice guy, because I wouldn't
- 25:58Speaker 1: have said it so nice. Okay, now here's my thing, Guys,
- 26:03Speaker 1: Daniel is African American. He's black, and I can't help.
- 26:08Speaker 1: But wonder is that one of the reasons the police
- 26:12Speaker 1: have been less than helpful and want to say that
- 26:15Speaker 1: they don't suspect foul play. And the total lack of
- 26:20Speaker 1: investigation by the Buckeye police is absolutely horrific. You know
- 26:27Speaker 1: the fact that they say no foul play, but yet
- 26:30Speaker 1: the suspicion around the car. Guys, did they think he
- 26:34Speaker 1: just hung around in the desert because this is the
- 26:37Speaker 1: desert for weeks, then decided to cross his jeep and
- 26:41Speaker 1: then maybe he summoned aliens to come beat me up
- 26:44Speaker 1: to their spaceship. Seriously, police, do your damn job. I
- 26:51Speaker 1: have said this about Harris County, and I've said before
- 26:55Speaker 1: not all law enforcement do this, okay, but there are
- 26:59Speaker 1: some out there that are just bad apples and it's rotten.
- 27:02Speaker 1: I don't care if the person is purple black, a prostitute,
- 27:07Speaker 1: a drug addict, or having a mental episode. Your job
- 27:11Speaker 1: is to find them, okay, and then when you find them,
- 27:16Speaker 1: and if it was a criminal act, it is to
- 27:18Speaker 1: get justice and charge them if you never look for them.
- 27:23Speaker 1: When you find a body and you see he was murdered,
- 27:26Speaker 1: if you haven't done an investigation, how are you going
- 27:29Speaker 1: to be able to charge the person or find the person?
- 27:33Speaker 1: Somebody please explain to me how you can do that
- 27:37Speaker 1: if you never did an investigation in the first place. Somebody, please,
- 27:46Speaker 1: if you can answer that to me. If you know
- 27:48Speaker 1: law enforcement, please come at me.
- 27:49Speaker 2: And tell me.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Because I am not a police officer, but I'm not stupid. Okay,
- 27:56Speaker 1: Cause and effect. If you don't do this, you can
- 27:59Speaker 1: have an effect. If you don't investigate, you can't charge someone. Okay,
- 28:06Speaker 1: just gonna say you can't. Now his dad has started
- 28:11Speaker 1: an amazing website, okay, and a Facebook group.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Go there.
- 28:17Speaker 1: I am going to be doing some more research on
- 28:20Speaker 1: this case because I am wondering, and I say, I'm
- 28:26Speaker 1: not going to investigate these cases that don't have the time.
- 28:29Speaker 1: I'm wondering if the Arizona Desert where they were working
- 28:33Speaker 1: and he was doing his geological stuff for the engineering company,
- 28:38Speaker 1: was there a drug farm somewhere near there. Maybe I've
- 28:41Speaker 1: watched too much Breaking Bad. Maybe I've dug too much
- 28:45Speaker 1: into the chase lackey case. I just want to know
- 28:48Speaker 1: what did he possibly stumble upon that had somebody worried. Okay,
- 28:55Speaker 1: the website his dad started is called Please Help Find
- 28:58Speaker 1: Daniel dot com and that's also the name of their
- 29:02Speaker 1: Facebook group, and they are working tirestly to bring his
- 29:08Speaker 1: son's disappearance. He's even running for an office political office.
- 29:14Speaker 1: He is.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Like me as a parent, he ain't all stop. So
- 29:20Speaker 2: kudos to David.
- 29:22Speaker 1: If somebody wants to reach out to David's dad and
- 29:25Speaker 1: see if he wants to come on here, I would
- 29:29Speaker 1: love to chat with him. I'm going to try to
- 29:32Speaker 1: send him a message, but with everything I've got going on,
- 29:35Speaker 1: I don't know if I have the time to really
- 29:38Speaker 1: seek him out. But I would love to talk to
- 29:40Speaker 1: him because he sounds like my kind of parent. Now,
- 29:45Speaker 1: if you have any information regarding Daniel's disappearance, please call
- 29:50Speaker 1: the tip line at eight four four six zero two
- 29:54Speaker 1: zero six six zero. Okay, guys, I have to tell
- 29:59Speaker 1: you something. When I first was typing this up, I
- 30:01Speaker 1: typed zero sixty sixty six and I was like, oh
- 30:05Speaker 1: my god, you cannot have a tip line that.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Ends in sixty sixty six.
- 30:09Speaker 1: But I went back and realized it was a typo.
- 30:11Speaker 1: It is zero six six zero, so I'm going to
- 30:16Speaker 1: just say something. Something is just suspicious about this now, guys,
- 30:25Speaker 1: I decided to cover another case since I wasn't able
- 30:30Speaker 1: to be here Monday. And this is a case that
- 30:34Speaker 1: most people have heard of. It has made national headlines,
- 30:38Speaker 1: and I'm going to tell you when it happened. I
- 30:42Speaker 1: made my original judgment and I never researched it, but
- 30:49Speaker 1: I watched a bunch of things about it news newscases.
- 30:53Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you my judgment still stands on
- 30:57Speaker 1: who I think's involved. Okay, kyne Horman, I'm sure most
- 31:02Speaker 1: people remember the adorable young man in his CSIIT shirt
- 31:10Speaker 1: and his glasses, and the picture was taken outside of
- 31:14Speaker 1: the science fair at school on the day he went missing.
- 31:18Speaker 1: He is absolutely adorable. So he was born on September ninth,
- 31:25Speaker 1: two thousand and two, and he disappeared from Skyline Elementary
- 31:30Speaker 1: School in Portland, Oregon, on June fourth, twenty ten. Okay, guys,
- 31:36Speaker 1: I gotta stop right here. How in the f does
- 31:39Speaker 1: a kid go missing from inside an elementary school. I'll
- 31:45Speaker 1: tell you how how I think when we get there
- 31:49Speaker 1: Karen had been taken to school by his stepmother Terry,
- 31:52Speaker 1: And guys, I'm going to just say right now, I'm
- 31:55Speaker 1: glad she has an extra R in her name because
- 31:58Speaker 1: I don't want anyone to ever can infuse me as
- 32:03Speaker 1: being the same as that woman, because I think she
- 32:06Speaker 1: is a bunny boiler. But she helped him set up
- 32:09Speaker 1: for the science fair. Terry said she left the school
- 32:13Speaker 1: around eight forty five and that she saw Kyen walking
- 32:16Speaker 1: down the hall towards his classroom. Then she went to
- 32:21Speaker 1: do Aaron's YadA YadA stuff, and then that afternoon she
- 32:26Speaker 1: posted a picture on Facebook around one fifteen pm showing
- 32:31Speaker 1: kyrone at the science fair. Then that afternoon, her and
- 32:36Speaker 1: Kyene's dad, Kane and their new little girl went to
- 32:41Speaker 1: the bus stop to get Kyen, and guys, they were
- 32:44Speaker 1: shocked when he did not get off the bus and
- 32:47Speaker 1: was told he never got on the bus. First of all,
- 32:53Speaker 1: why doesn't that school have a notification system telling parents
- 32:58Speaker 1: their child is abb sent from school? I had kids.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I even got notified back in two thousand and five
- 33:08Speaker 1: when my kids didn't go to school.
- 33:10Speaker 2: So how when he.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Didn't make it to his first period class? Did dad
- 33:14Speaker 1: not get a text, a phone call, something. So then
- 33:21Speaker 1: they checked with the school.
- 33:22Speaker 2: And found.
- 33:24Speaker 1: He was absent all day and he never made it
- 33:27Speaker 1: to class, which they would have known if the school
- 33:31Speaker 1: system had a notification system. Okay, the police here did
- 33:38Speaker 1: a damn good job. I like to give credit where
- 33:41Speaker 1: credit is due. They immediately began searching around the school
- 33:47Speaker 1: about a two and a half mile area and near
- 33:50Speaker 1: by an island that was right by there that there
- 33:53Speaker 1: was a bridge. They had over three hundred qualified search
- 33:57Speaker 1: and rescue individuals plus the thirteen hundred others who came
- 34:03Speaker 1: and helped search. They worked twenty four hours a day,
- 34:08Speaker 1: NonStop for ten days, and he was not found. Okay,
- 34:15Speaker 1: and guys, this case gets crazier. Okay, at ten days,
- 34:21Speaker 1: they did not stop investigating. They stopped searching and spent
- 34:25Speaker 1: more time on investigating.
- 34:27Speaker 2: One of the.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Reasons I think that is is because of information that
- 34:31Speaker 1: they uncovered during their search. The Horman's landscaper came forward
- 34:39Speaker 1: and told police that batshit bunny boiler crazy Terry had
- 34:45Speaker 1: offered him money to kill Cain, which is Kyne's dad,
- 34:49Speaker 1: back in January, just five months before Kyrone disappeared. Okay, guys,
- 34:57Speaker 1: did you hear me? She solicited someone to try to
- 35:01Speaker 1: kill her husband five months before their son goes missing,
- 35:06Speaker 1: or her step son, and she's the last one to
- 35:09Speaker 1: see him, supposedly walking towards his class. Now, guys, Terry
- 35:18Speaker 1: denied this. However, she failed two polygraph tests. Like I said,
- 35:25Speaker 1: they are junk science. I think you can pass them
- 35:29Speaker 1: if you're taught how to cheat. However, I do think
- 35:33Speaker 1: if you fail them, I would take about seventy five
- 35:38Speaker 1: percent of that as factual. Okay, now, Cain Kyne's dad,
- 35:43Speaker 1: I am going to tell you he did exactly what
- 35:47Speaker 1: in the hell a person should do. He immediately moved
- 35:53Speaker 1: out of the house, took the daughter with him, filed
- 35:56Speaker 1: for divorce and a restraining order against batshit bunny boiler Terry. Okay, guys,
- 36:04Speaker 1: that is what a parent does. I mean a lot
- 36:09Speaker 1: of you know, doubleh. I love him to the moon
- 36:12Speaker 1: and the back. He is my other half. He is
- 36:16Speaker 1: my rock. I probably would not be sitting here today
- 36:19Speaker 1: alive if it wasn't for that man. But let me
- 36:22Speaker 1: tell you, he tried to hire somebody to kill me
- 36:27Speaker 1: or one of my kids or my grandkids. Guess what
- 36:31Speaker 1: he gone he is out on that curb faster than
- 36:35Speaker 1: you can say jimmity cricket. Okay, So just saying Karan
- 36:41Speaker 1: was seven years old at the time he disappeared, and
- 36:44Speaker 1: like I said, he was last scene wearing a CSI shirt.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Now I have his photo pulled up here, and I
- 36:54Speaker 1: am gonna attempt to be all snazzy like JT and
- 36:58Speaker 1: share my screen. I don't know if it's going to work,
- 37:02Speaker 1: but let's see because I want y'all to see this
- 37:04Speaker 1: cute little boy. In case you haven't heard of this case,
- 37:09Speaker 1: share screen, share screen with two monitors. Okay, I'm doing this.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Let's see if I'm doing this right. Okay, guys, can
- 37:25Speaker 1: y'all see his missing person flyer? Look at this cutie?
- 37:30Speaker 1: But tuty, this is an age progression that was done
- 37:34Speaker 1: saying what they think he would look like in twenty
- 37:36Speaker 1: twenty two. This is the photo taken the day of
- 37:41Speaker 1: the Science Fare.
- 37:45Speaker 2: But look at this freaking cuty, Cuty, Cuty.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Okay, look at that cutie. Now, guys, when I said
- 37:58Speaker 1: it gets crazier, the stepmom took that picture of him
- 38:02Speaker 1: in front of the Science project and posted it on
- 38:05Speaker 1: Facebook around one Now, she said she was driving around
- 38:11Speaker 1: their daughter that she had with Kirine's dad, trying to
- 38:16Speaker 1: get to soothe her because she had an ear infection.
- 38:19Speaker 1: I will tell you I never put my child in
- 38:22Speaker 1: a car to drive them around with an ear infection
- 38:26Speaker 1: and then go to work out at the gym and
- 38:29Speaker 1: take your child to the gym daycare to work out.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Who has an ear infection? Why would you go work out?
- 38:34Speaker 1: Why would you go to the grocery store. Why didn't
- 38:36Speaker 1: you take your butt home? Anyway, but she told police
- 38:40Speaker 1: all about her activities. All of her time has been
- 38:45Speaker 1: accounted for. Uh oh, guys, can y'all still see me?
- 38:49Speaker 1: I don't think I did the screen share right, But
- 38:52Speaker 1: can y'all see me at least hopefully If not, let
- 38:57Speaker 1: me know, I will put it in the discord or Angie,
- 39:02Speaker 1: I'll send it to you if you can put it
- 39:03Speaker 1: in discord, because let's all remember, I am discord illiterate,
- 39:07Speaker 1: but I am trying, Okay. I did look to see
- 39:10Speaker 1: if there was a dummy skuide, and I didn't find
- 39:13Speaker 1: a dummy skuide, but I did find some videos. But anyway,
- 39:18Speaker 1: they could account for all of her activity except for
- 39:22Speaker 1: between ten in the morning and eleven thirty nine. Okay,
- 39:28Speaker 1: here's where it gets crazy. It was reported by multiple
- 39:34Speaker 1: people that there was a second person inside of Terry's
- 39:39Speaker 1: car the morning she took Hier into school for the
- 39:43Speaker 1: science fair. Okay, that person was sitting in the car
- 39:46Speaker 1: while she went in. To this day, that second person
- 39:51Speaker 1: has not been identified. Okay, it gets worse, guys, I
- 40:01Speaker 1: will still share my thoughts. Kuren's mom, Desiree, said that
- 40:07Speaker 1: Terry hated Kyen okay, and blamed him for her marital
- 40:13Speaker 1: issues with kin. Kyron's dad. Now, when Terry's dad yes,
- 40:19Speaker 1: Bunny Boyler, Terry's dad asked if he thought his daughter
- 40:23Speaker 1: could hurt Kyron or be involved. He said there was
- 40:27Speaker 1: a fifty to fifty chance. Guys, her dad says there's
- 40:33Speaker 1: a fifty to fifty chance. I mean, come on now.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Police showed Kyen's mom Desireate emails that Bunny Boyler Terry
- 40:43Speaker 1: had sent to a family member weeks before Kuren's disappearance
- 40:48Speaker 1: and after that.
- 40:49Speaker 2: She said she.
- 40:50Speaker 1: Truly believes that Terry is capable of hurting Kyroen, apparently
- 40:55Speaker 1: Terry's words in the emails. They would not share the
- 40:58Speaker 1: exact emails with the public showed that she had a
- 41:02Speaker 1: severe hatred for Kyen, and they said the words were
- 41:10Speaker 1: so horrible that everyone believes she could have hurt him.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Okay.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Police have publicly said that they have probable cause to
- 41:22Speaker 1: think Terry was involved in his disappearance. They do not
- 41:27Speaker 1: have enough evidence to arrest her. Guys, I'm gonna say
- 41:34Speaker 1: it again, somebody out there knows something. There is no
- 41:40Speaker 1: way this Bunny Boiler kept her mouth shut. She talked
- 41:44Speaker 1: to somebody. Okay, somebody needs to come forward. Karen's dad, Kane,
- 41:51Speaker 1: did divorce Terry and he got full custody of the
- 41:54Speaker 1: daughter he shared with Bunny Boiler, and she gets supervised visitation.
- 42:00Speaker 1: That tells you police have very good probable cause. Courts
- 42:05Speaker 1: would not make supervised visitation against the daughter if she
- 42:09Speaker 1: had never done anything to the daughter. It had to
- 42:12Speaker 1: be because there's good evidence. I mean, to this day,
- 42:17Speaker 1: Kiren has not been found. Okay, in this case drives
- 42:22Speaker 1: me crazy because no one just disappears. And with the
- 42:27Speaker 1: information I've read online and back in the beginning, I
- 42:31Speaker 1: always thought Bunny boiler stepmom was involved, and to this day,
- 42:38Speaker 1: I still think she was involved. I don't know if
- 42:43Speaker 1: she's the one who actually killed him. We don't know
- 42:45Speaker 1: that he's deceased. I'm going to assume he is. My
- 42:49Speaker 1: thoughts are she took him to that science fair, took pictures,
- 42:55Speaker 1: then she left with him. No one else saw him
- 42:59Speaker 1: in the hallway walking. He was seen at the science fair.
- 43:04Speaker 1: He wasn't seen after that. She could have walked him out.
- 43:08Speaker 2: To the car. Oh, we forgot to get this in
- 43:10Speaker 2: the car. Took you to the car. Something.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Somehow she and that other person in the car got
- 43:17Speaker 1: Kiren out of that school and into the car. She
- 43:21Speaker 1: maybe sold him into trafficking. I don't know. Most likely
- 43:25Speaker 1: she did something horrific to him. I want to implore
- 43:30Speaker 1: anyone that has information about this to please come forward,
- 43:36Speaker 1: because karma's gonna get Terry. I believe in good karma.
- 43:40Speaker 1: I believe in karma. She called get hers and if
- 43:46Speaker 1: you know something and you don't tell, you'll go and
- 43:49Speaker 1: get yours. Okay, And there you can call and report
- 43:57Speaker 1: any information. You can also submit it to the FBI.
- 44:01Speaker 1: I would say submit to the FBI the Portland Field
- 44:04Speaker 1: Office for this case. But I want to say on
- 44:09Speaker 1: a record, I think she had something to do with it,
- 44:12Speaker 1: and my heart breaks for desiree in Kin because Kane
- 44:19Speaker 1: married this woman. I mean, you marry her, you think
- 44:22Speaker 1: your son's safe with her, and find out she was
- 44:26Speaker 1: trying to kill you because you weren't getting along with her.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Then she takes a picture of your son at a
- 44:31Speaker 1: science fair. She's the last one to see. She posted
- 44:35Speaker 1: on face everything she was to say. Oh look I'm
- 44:42Speaker 1: a good step mom. Okay, no you're not, lady. You
- 44:45Speaker 1: are a scumback. You are a piece of dirt. And
- 44:49Speaker 1: I'm going to say, miss Terry Bunny Boiler, I'm going
- 44:52Speaker 1: to put you up there with Addis Singerea and Matt
- 44:54Speaker 1: Brewer from the Chase Lackey case. Y'all all going to
- 44:58Speaker 1: get yours. So I hope the family can get the information,
- 45:07Speaker 1: and I hope karma gets her and whoever else was involved.
- 45:11Speaker 1: But I at the end of the day, hope his
- 45:14Speaker 1: family gets the answers that they deserve, and then I
- 45:18Speaker 1: hope they get justice. I hope, I mean I hope she.
- 45:24Speaker 1: I hope she gets whatever's the worst commra you could
- 45:27Speaker 1: have somebody get. So that's all I got today. I
- 45:32Speaker 1: want to thank you all for joining me. I look
- 45:35Speaker 1: forward to seeing you all again next Monday for our
- 45:37Speaker 1: next episode of Midday Missing. I have gotten medical meds
- 45:43Speaker 1: and fusion stuff, so I should be good for the
- 45:48Speaker 1: upcoming months coming into summer and have less flare ups
- 45:52Speaker 1: or pseudo flare ups, which is exciting. So shouldn't have
- 45:57Speaker 1: to miss. But I thank you all for your patients.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Don't forget. You can catch all of our productions here
- 46:02Speaker 1: on our YouTube channel and until next week, stay safe,
- 46:08Speaker 1: watch out for crime, enjoy your wine time guys.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Thanks guys. Now I'm gonna go feed the goat. Bye, guys.
- 46:24Speaker 2: See I'm slow playing this stuff. Here we go.
