Speaker 1: Documents here don't match up. The documents that were presented
• 0:04
Speaker 1: to us don't match the digitally scanned records of when
• 0:08
Speaker 1: they were taken from mar A Lago, and Jack Smith
• 0:11
Speaker 1: not only did they tamper with that and lie to
• 0:13
Speaker 1: the court about it, but he's now admitted to the
• 0:15
Speaker 1: court that he doesn't know how that happened. He's only
• 0:18
Speaker 1: offered a number of possible explanations for how that could
• 0:21
  Speaker 1: have happened.

Speaker 3: the Marlago raid on Donald Trump, and why did it happen?
• 0:46
Speaker 3: Why did they keep pushing forward because the man in charge,
• 0:50
Speaker 3: the Attorney General, said keep moving forward no matter what,

Speaker 3: message from my Heartmedia. It's the forty seven Morning Update
• 2:13
Speaker 3: and it starts right now.
• 2:14
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 2:16
Speaker 3: New files are revealing this morning that the Department of
• 2:20
Speaker 3: Justice and the FBI did not have cause to raid
• 2:24
Speaker 3: mar a Lago. That coming now from shocking information that
• 2:29
Speaker 3: has been released by Senator Chuck Grassley. The newly released
• 2:33
Speaker 3: emails and records that were made public show that FBI
• 2:37
Speaker 3: officials internally, in writing where questioned whether they had probable
• 2:42
Speaker 3: causes seek a search warrant for mar Lago, and August
• 2:45
Speaker 3: of twenty twenty two emails state that the FBI's own
• 2:49
Speaker 3: Washington Field office did not believe the evidence established probable
• 2:55
Speaker 3: cause for a raid at that time. Despite these written
• 3:00
Speaker 3: in doubts in writing, the Department of Justice leadership said
• 3:04
Speaker 3: screw it, We're going to move forward anyway and obtained
• 3:08
Speaker 3: a warrant from a federal magistrate judge. One senior FBI
• 3:13
Speaker 3: agent reportedly said the effort to build probable cause was
• 3:17
Speaker 3: time consuming, quote unquote, and not productive without additional evidence.
• 3:25
Speaker 3: Grassley characterize the disclosures as a miscarriage of justice and
• 3:29
Speaker 3: claimed the Biden DOJ push forward despite internal resistance based
• 3:35
Speaker 3: on the facts. Now, these internal emails were not previously public,
• 3:40
Speaker 3: and they contradict past public assertions about the confidence levels
• 3:45
Speaker 3: before the raid on the former president's home. It's important
• 3:49
Speaker 3: to note that the FBI's public stance was that a
• 3:52
Speaker 3: judge found probable cause even though they didn't believe it
• 3:55
Speaker 3: was there, and authorize the warrant. That is something Democrats
• 3:59
Speaker 3: are pointing to right now to try to save themselves. Now,
• 4:02
Speaker 3: let me also remind you about what happened during that
• 4:05
Speaker 3: raid when there's no evidence. What do you have to
• 4:09
Speaker 3: do when you're raiding someone tome if you want to
• 4:12
Speaker 3: go after them? And why did they raid? We all
• 4:15
Speaker 3: know the reason why the FBI raided the DOJ. They
• 4:18
Speaker 3: were trying to make sure that Donald Trump never made
• 4:21
Speaker 3: it back to the White House. Let me remind you
• 4:23
Speaker 3: what now CIA director John Radcliffe had to say about
• 4:27
Speaker 3: this quite some time ago after the raid happened.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, so that famous photograph. What we have now learned
• 4:33
Speaker 1: and the government has had Jacksmith and his prosecutors have
• 4:36
Speaker 1: had to admit that that was staged. And those top
• 4:39
Speaker 1: secret classified sheets that all the public songs said, Oh
• 4:42
Speaker 1: my god, look at those top secret documents, those were
• 4:44
Speaker 1: placed there by the FBI. And what Jacksmith admitted in
• 4:48
Speaker 1: court this week was that, in his word, they mishandled
• 4:52
Speaker 1: the classified documents and misrepresented those to the court, Maria,
• 4:56
Speaker 1: that's a kind way of saying, we tampered with the evidence,
• 4:59
Speaker 1: then we lied to the court about it, and they
• 5:01
Speaker 1: got caught when President Trump's lawyers and the other co
• 5:03
Speaker 1: defendants raised this issue and said, look, the documents here
• 5:06
Speaker 1: don't match up. The documents that were presented to us,
• 5:09
Speaker 1: don't match the digitally scanned records of when they were
• 5:12
Speaker 1: taken from mar A Lago, and Jack Smith not only
• 5:15
Speaker 1: did they tamper with that and lie to the court
• 5:18
Speaker 1: about it, but he's now admitted to the court that
• 5:20
Speaker 1: he doesn't know how that happened. He's only offered a
• 5:22
Speaker 1: number of possible explanations for how that could have happened.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: So he's absolutely blown the chain of custody. And again
• 5:29
Speaker 1: he has a prosecutor lead prosecutor in this case, Jay Bratt,
• 5:32
Speaker 1: who met with White House counsel and a representative of
• 5:35
Speaker 1: the National Archives in several times in the weeks before
• 5:39
Speaker 1: Jack Smith was even appointed. This reeks of crossfire hurricane
• 5:42
Speaker 1: when the Biden when the Obama Biden administration fabricated evidence
• 5:47
Speaker 1: before the FISA court lied to the court about it
• 5:49
Speaker 1: to pursue Donald Trump, and now we're seeing it again
• 5:52
Speaker 1: in this classified documents case.
• 5:54
Speaker 3: So not only was this thing crooked from the beginning
• 5:57
Speaker 3: and fabricated out of thin air, we also now know
• 6:01
Speaker 3: that those men and women at the FBI and the
• 6:03
Speaker 3: DOJ that were on the ground said there is nothing there,
• 6:08
Speaker 3: there's no probable cause. And so that's where the politics
• 6:12
Speaker 3: and the corruption of the Biden regime comes in. Let
• 6:15
Speaker 3: me remind you of what the Attorney General Merrick Garland
• 6:18
Speaker 3: had to say as he went on TV before the election,
• 6:22
Speaker 3: of course, delivering his remarks on the search warrant executed
• 6:26
Speaker 3: at President Trump's Marlago resident And what did he say,
• 6:31
Speaker 3: And again put this in perspective, it's now coming out
• 6:34
Speaker 3: the FBI warned the Biden administration that there was not
• 6:38
Speaker 3: probable cause to raid mar Lago, and they rated President
• 6:42
Speaker 3: Trump anyway. So who made that decision, Well, we know
• 6:47
Speaker 3: exactly who it was. It was Merrick Garland. How do
• 6:50
Speaker 3: we know it because he said it.
• 6:52
Speaker 4: There are, however, certain points I want you to know. First,
• 6:57
Speaker 4: I personally approved the decision to see a search warrant
• 7:01
Speaker 4: in this matter. Second, the Department does not take such
• 7:05
  Speaker 4: a decision lately.
• 7:06
Speaker 3: Which brings us back to the issue of accountability. If
• 7:10
Speaker 3: you look at the FBI doubting problem cause for Malago raid,
• 7:14
Speaker 3: then push forward because the man in charge, Merrek Garland, says,
• 7:19
Speaker 3: I'm telling you you're going to do it. I'm personally
• 7:22
Speaker 3: authorizing it. And then you have emails showing that this
• 7:27
Speaker 3: is a massive, massive, massive problem and they're telling you
• 7:32
Speaker 3: don't do it. Then how is there not accountability? And
• 7:35
Speaker 3: let's just talk a little bit more about accountability. We're
• 7:38
Speaker 3: now getting reporting from Fox News Digital that they're saying
• 7:41
Speaker 3: the FBI not only do they not believe they had
• 7:43
Speaker 3: probable cause to raid President Donald trumps Marlago home in
• 7:45
Speaker 3: twenty twenty two, but they move forward amid pressure directly
• 7:49
Speaker 3: from the Biden Justice Department, with an official saying he
• 7:52
Speaker 3: didn't give a damn quote unquote about the optics of
• 7:56
Speaker 3: the search. Now, this is all coming from these newly
• 8:00
Speaker 3: classified documents. Fox New's Digital revealed emails between the FBI
• 8:04
Speaker 3: and the Justice Department officials in the months leading up
• 8:06
Speaker 3: to the August twenty twenty two raid of the president home,
• 8:10
Speaker 3: with FBI officials expressing grave concerns about a lack of
• 8:14
Speaker 3: probable cause to execute the search. Horrn on then front
• 8:18
Speaker 3: runner President Donald Trump and his residence in Palm Beach. Quote.
• 8:23
Speaker 3: Very little has been developed related to who might be
• 8:26
Speaker 3: culpable for mishandling the documents, and FBI officials serving as
• 8:30
Speaker 3: an assistant Special Agent in charge wrote to another FBI
• 8:35
Speaker 3: official from the interviews, the who has gathered information suggesting
• 8:42
Speaker 3: that there may be additional boxes, presumably of the same type.
• 8:46
Speaker 3: As we're sent back to NAR in January at mar Lago,
• 8:50
Speaker 3: who has been drafting a search hornant affidavit related to
• 8:53
Speaker 3: these potential boxes. But as some concerns that the information
• 8:57
Speaker 3: is single source, has not been corroborated and may be dated,
• 9:02
Speaker 3: the official continues, again, this is all in writing. Dj csopines, however,
• 9:08
Speaker 3: that the sws meet the problem cause standard. Then it
• 9:12
Speaker 3: says this even as we continue down the path towards
• 9:15
Speaker 3: a search warrant, WFO believes that a reasonable conversation with
• 9:21
Speaker 3: the former president attorney they're talking about Donald Trump, stating
• 9:25
Speaker 3: that the FBI and the DOJ are reading a search
• 9:28
Speaker 3: warrant and have developed information that there are more documents
• 9:32
Speaker 3: tomorrowl IGO ought not to be discounted. The official road,
• 9:36
Speaker 3: in other words, are saying, don't do this. Don't go
• 9:39
Speaker 3: rate it. Talk to his lawyers. We can probably make
• 9:43
Speaker 3: all this go away. Then, it says in this document
• 9:47
Speaker 3: this at a minimum, even if the former president's attorney
• 9:52
Speaker 3: is correct, and the documents were all declassified or believed
• 9:56
Speaker 3: to be disclassified, it can be reasonably argued that the
• 10:00
Speaker 3: documents remain sensitive and should be properly secured until the
• 10:04
Speaker 3: matter of classification is sorted out. The official continued, this
• 10:09
Speaker 3: conversation could easily be accomplished at the same time that
• 10:14
Speaker 3: the WHO presses forward with the investigation and continues building
• 10:18
Speaker 3: out a search warrant. In other words, hey, you guys
• 10:21
Speaker 3: are over reacting. You don't want to go raid mar Lago.
• 10:24
Speaker 3: There's not probable cause. I'm telling you that this call
• 10:27
Speaker 3: can be done through lawyers. This is a mistake. I'm
• 10:30
Speaker 3: telling you we don't have what we need to go
• 10:32
Speaker 3: in raid mar Lago. And now we understand going back
• 10:35
Speaker 3: to Radcliffe, why they were placing these folders out in
• 10:38
Speaker 3: the floor and taking pictures. It was all a setup.
• 10:40
Speaker 3: We know that. Now now here's something else is interesting.
• 10:43
Speaker 3: Weeks later, an FBI agent writes an email stating this quote,
• 10:48
Speaker 3: we haven't generated any new facts, but keep being given
• 10:52
Speaker 3: draft after draft after draft. In other words, you're going
• 10:55
Speaker 3: to raid this thing. I don't care what you found.
• 10:59
Speaker 3: Then the FBI agent writes, this absent a witness coming
• 11:04
Speaker 3: forward with recent information about classified documents on site, At
• 11:08
Speaker 3: what point is it fair to table this question mark?
• 11:13
Speaker 3: The agent rights it is time consuming for the team
• 11:17
Speaker 3: and not productive if there are no new facts supporting
• 11:21
Speaker 3: probable cause. Another email revealed that the FBI's Washington Field
• 11:27
Speaker 3: office did not believe, as has articulated to the DOJ
• 11:32
Speaker 3: and the CS, that we have established probable cause for
• 11:35
Speaker 3: the search warrant for classified records at mar Lago. Then
• 11:40
Speaker 3: there's another line. This is what it says. Quote the
• 11:44
Speaker 3: DOJ is a pine that they do not have probable cause,
• 11:47
Speaker 3: requesting a wide scope including residents office storage space. Another
• 11:54
Speaker 3: agent wrote, the FBI believe that a raid would be
• 11:57
Speaker 3: counterproductive their words in writing, and suggested alternatives less intrusive
• 12:04
Speaker 3: and likelier quicker options for resolution to reclaim any potential
• 12:09
Speaker 3: classified records. The process move forward regardless of all of
• 12:14
Speaker 3: these concerns that were put in writing. There's even another
• 12:17
Speaker 3: email on August fourth of twenty twenty two, revealed the
• 12:21
Speaker 3: plan for the execution of the warrant, saying this, the
• 12:26
Speaker 3: FBI intends for the execution of the warrant to be
• 12:29
Speaker 3: handled in a professional, low key manner and to be
• 12:32
Speaker 3: mindful of the optics of the search, an agent writes.
• 12:36
Speaker 3: The agent quotes then Deputy Assistant Attorney General in a
• 12:40
Speaker 3: meeting saying, quote, Since we heard mister Tosca say yesterday
• 12:45
Speaker 3: in the call that he quote frankly doesn't give a
• 12:47
Speaker 3: damn about the optics, and mister Brad has already built
• 12:52
Speaker 3: an antagonistic relationship with Trump attorneys, I think it is
• 12:57
Speaker 3: more than fair to say that the DOJ contact with
• 13:01
Speaker 3: Trump attorneys just prior to the execution of the warrant
• 13:04
Speaker 3: will not go well. DOJ said as much yesterday. The
• 13:09
Speaker 3: agent writes, it also thinks that it is fair to
• 13:12
Speaker 3: say that if FBI calls having in mind officer safety,
• 13:17
Speaker 3: to the optics of the search, and the desire to
• 13:19
Speaker 3: conduct the search in a professional and low key manner,
• 13:22
Speaker 3: there is a far better chance that the execution will
• 13:26
Speaker 3: go more smoothly and we may actually gain some measure
• 13:29
Speaker 3: of cooperation which could go some way to resolving the
• 13:34
Speaker 3: mishandling of classified records and the investigation that is being conducted.
• 13:39
Speaker 3: The agent added, I understand that this request may not
• 13:43
Speaker 3: go well at DOJ. However, it is the FBI serving
• 13:48
Speaker 3: and executing the search, and it will be our personnel
• 13:51
Speaker 3: who have to deal with the reaction to that first contact.
• 13:56
Speaker 3: So what happened? The FBI rated mar Lago execute the
• 14:01
Speaker 3: sir towarnts as part of the investigation into alleged and
• 14:05
Speaker 3: proper retention of classified records that they and writing said,
• 14:08
Speaker 3: there's no probable cause for this, and why do they
• 14:12
Speaker 3: do it? For one reason, because the Biden administration weaponized
• 14:16
Speaker 3: the government to try to take out their political opponent
• 14:20
Speaker 3: and put in jail the sitting president now of the
• 14:23
Speaker 3: United States of America, a guy by the name of
• 14:26
  Speaker 3: Donald Trump.
