A tragic head-on collision on No. 22 Public Road claimed the life of 42-year-old Carlton Pluck, just two days after the crash. Pluck, driving east and attempting to overtake on a curve, collided with a car driven by 33-year-old Andre Stephen, who had two passengers—Sean Cobagan and Delon Codogan. All four were injured; Stephen was released, Cobagan was hospitalized, and Codogan remains under observation—all stable. Stephen tested positive for alcohol at 17 micrograms.
