This conversation with Miss Dee Durant will take you back to them younger days when you felt like any wrong decision meant the end of the world. Dee advocates for Careers in the Trades as an ambassador for Kick Ass Careers and her story is a solid example of what a young adult should do to discover what it is that drives them. She also gives us some pointers that will help us make the Construction Industry a more inclusive space.
