In Episode 285, I sit down with father–son jiu-jitsu black belts Jeff and Aaron Tiegs. It's wild how small the world is—Aaron and I first connected through jiu-jitsu, and I've had him up to train my athletes a couple of times because he's an exceptional grappler and instructor. Last week, when he came up to teach, he brought his father Jeff with him. Jeff and I quickly realized we were Rangers together back in 2000 at Alpha Company, 2/75.
