- 0:08Speaker 1: Scared advice sell Welcome to the naught even I shall
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm rub Shooter And it's Thursday. I love a Thursday.
- 0:21Speaker 1: It's a Thursday, which means our dear friend Mark Lupo
- 0:25Speaker 1: is joining ours. Hey, Liubi Luby lewis here. Maybe I
- 0:32Speaker 1: like Thursdays because I get to see you, my friend,
- 0:35Speaker 1: and gossip with you for twenty minutes or so. It's
- 0:38Speaker 1: a good day. Thursday is a good day. It's our
- 0:39Speaker 1: favorite day of the week. A little secret. If you
- 0:44Speaker 1: want to come and hang out in New York, and
- 0:46Speaker 1: who doesn't, it's a really fun city. Thursday is the
- 0:49Speaker 1: best night to go outday when New Yorkers go out.
- 0:52Speaker 1: So Friday Saturday is still great, but a lot of
- 0:54Speaker 1: people come into the city to visit and on a
- 0:57Speaker 1: Friday night, I get it. On a Saturday to really
- 0:59Speaker 1: really is a But Thursday is the last night of
- 1:02Speaker 1: the week. Just be New Yorkers. Yeah, just New Yorkers.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You got a little tipsy, you can sleep in before
- 1:09Speaker 1: work for Friday. It's the best. Absolutely, what are you
- 1:11Speaker 1: doing tonight, Mark? Where you go in? I'm going out
- 1:13Speaker 1: for drinks uptown somewhere and dinner and then calling a
- 1:17Speaker 1: night because it's gonna be very cold. Tierny or the
- 1:19Speaker 1: guy m yeah his name is which Verville' his name not? No,
- 1:25Speaker 1: I can't do it yet, but yeah, he's CON's gonna
- 1:27Speaker 1: be there. Yeah. Oh I love it. Let's go into
- 1:30Speaker 1: my friends. It is story at the top of the
- 1:33Speaker 1: show Jessica Simpson, who I used to work for. So
- 1:37Speaker 1: I know Jessica and I know her secrets. I don't
- 1:40Speaker 1: know this one, but she is saying she had a
- 1:42Speaker 1: secret romance with a quote massive movie star. So she
- 1:48Speaker 1: called it a teenage fantasy come to life when she
- 1:52Speaker 1: hugged up with her massive movie star only to find
- 1:56Speaker 1: out he had a girlfriend. So she did that this
- 2:01Speaker 1: sexy but also to a demeaning connection with an named
- 2:06Speaker 1: actor and a short true story. So Jessica is an
- 2:10Speaker 1: amazing writer. I don't know if you read her book autobiography,
- 2:14Speaker 1: it was really good. And she tells a great story.
- 2:17Speaker 1: She's a storyteller, and she's funny, and she makes fun
- 2:19Speaker 1: of herself. And when people make fun of themselves I
- 2:22Speaker 1: always enjoyed them more to begin with. So she's did
- 2:25Speaker 1: this short story. I think she's got some sort of
- 2:27Speaker 1: deal to do several short stories, and she said she
- 2:30Speaker 1: was on break, on a break from Nicholas. She and
- 2:33Speaker 1: This Heart Mystery, A list hied her up and down,
- 2:38Speaker 1: and the two thousand and one MTV Video Music Awards.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I think I was with her that night. She said
- 2:47Speaker 1: he was undressing me with his eyes. They finally did
- 2:51Speaker 1: her cup mark. They hung out together at nightclubs, at
- 2:54Speaker 1: mutual friends houses. She said ultimately she felt like a
- 2:58Speaker 1: cool girl when she realized it was just sex and
- 3:03Speaker 1: he was dating somebody else. Another blind item, which is
- 3:09Speaker 1: basically what Jessica is doing. A blind item is when
- 3:13Speaker 1: we report stuff, but we take out the celebrities name,
- 3:17Speaker 1: usually so we can't be soooed. Jessica, if you've got
- 3:24Speaker 1: the receipts, I'm sure as she does. What do why
- 3:27Speaker 1: she's not naming him? And who do you think of this?
- 3:29Speaker 1: That's your question. I was speaking about this, and I'm like,
- 3:32Speaker 1: is it Brad Pitt? Could be Tom Cruise, Like who
- 3:34Speaker 1: could it be from her childhood that was a big
- 3:36Speaker 1: movie star. I don't know, but I'm surprised she did this.
- 3:39Speaker 1: This doesn't feel like I'm browned with her. She's also
- 3:42Speaker 1: brilliant guessing attention and I always once with Jessica, and
- 3:47Speaker 1: she's famous for those beautiful blonde locks, gorgeous hair. She
- 3:51Speaker 1: has the most fabulous are A lot of it is extensions,
- 3:54Speaker 1: which she would say she doesn't like. That's why she saw.
- 3:57Speaker 1: She says everything about me it's fake, like I have
- 4:00Speaker 1: loud And the day that Nick Lache's album came out
- 4:03Speaker 1: after they broke up, she put on a red wig.
- 4:06Speaker 1: She went red for the day, just like the timing
- 4:08Speaker 1: Jessica at the time. So I think she wants to
- 4:12Speaker 1: get some attention here. She's probably wants this new project
- 4:15Speaker 1: to do really well. She's really press savvy, so she
- 4:18Speaker 1: knows dropping this name. What makes me a little bit
- 4:20Speaker 1: suspicious is when she did her Tell Old book, she
- 4:23Speaker 1: revealed pretty much everything. And when you wrote a book
- 4:26Speaker 1: like that, you want it to be a number one
- 4:28Speaker 1: best sellers, so you throw everything at it. You don't say, well,
- 4:32Speaker 1: I'm going to pull out these three four details and
- 4:35Speaker 1: save them for another story. So when you do your
- 4:38Speaker 1: first book, you don't know if it's going to be
- 4:40Speaker 1: a here it could be a flop. You want it
- 4:41Speaker 1: to be successful, so you tell all the stories. So
- 4:44Speaker 1: the fact that this wasn't in the book makes me
- 4:47Speaker 1: a little suspicious. I think, knowing jess here, I think
- 4:51Speaker 1: she might have had a smooch with an a lister.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I'm not sure if it's much more, although she does
- 4:56Speaker 1: come into detail that they'n hang out in nightclubs. I
- 4:59Speaker 1: was with Jessica one at a nightclub in l A
- 5:04Speaker 1: and Prince hit on her. Yes, sitting with Jessica, like
- 5:10Speaker 1: I guess a V I P type area, and these
- 5:14Speaker 1: bodyguards came over, these huge guys like Prince wants to
- 5:17Speaker 1: see you, and he could come over here. Do you
- 5:26Speaker 1: know who I think this is? And this is why
- 5:29Speaker 1: I don't think she's really revealing the name, because I
- 5:31Speaker 1: don't think it's the type of celebrity now that you
- 5:34Speaker 1: want to admit that you're hooked up with because his
- 5:37Speaker 1: image has changed. And I think it's Johnny Depp. I
- 5:42Speaker 1: think it was a sneech. I don't know here, so
- 5:44Speaker 1: nobody sued. This is just my speculation. I think Jessica
- 5:49Speaker 1: had a smooch with Johnny. I don't know one. Just
- 5:52Speaker 1: my speculation, and that would explain why she's not naming
- 5:55Speaker 1: names right, kind of come out of nowhere, like she's
- 5:58Speaker 1: selling something and something coming in book. Hay to do
- 6:01Speaker 1: these books online. So yeah, it's so interesting. Her book
- 6:05Speaker 1: was such a big hit. I think she got this
- 6:07Speaker 1: deal where she could write essays, but she's not putting
- 6:10Speaker 1: them up for free on a website. She's not doing
- 6:13Speaker 1: like what j Low does something on the j Loo
- 6:15Speaker 1: When she says that that news letter, it's not that.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I think this is a commercial project. So I think
- 6:21Speaker 1: it's Johnny. I don't know, but we want to know
- 6:23Speaker 1: what you think. Jessica Simpson claims that she huked up
- 6:26Speaker 1: had a secret romance. Let's be clear here, not a
- 6:28Speaker 1: hook up, a secret romance with a massive movie star.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Who do you think it is? Do you think it's Johnny?
- 6:37Speaker 1: Do you think it's Johnny Depp? Yes? Or no? Go
- 6:41Speaker 1: verte On a Twitter page at Naughty Nights rob Facebook pages,
- 6:44Speaker 1: Lady goes hip and be sure to choke back tomorrow
- 6:46Speaker 1: to hear your results. Hey, Mark, what you're working on?
- 6:49Speaker 1: It's like add some breaking news for your up Bunch
- 6:52Speaker 1: has commented on Tom Brady's retirement outn Okay. So Dell
- 6:58Speaker 1: is wishing her ex husband Tom Brady only wonderful things
- 7:01Speaker 1: as he steps away from the NFL. I know be
- 7:05Speaker 1: like oh happy exs. So shortly after the forty five
- 7:09Speaker 1: year old announced his retirement from football via social media,
- 7:12Speaker 1: Boonston commented on the post. She wrote, wishing only wonderful
- 7:15Speaker 1: things in this new chapter of your life, and she
- 7:18Speaker 1: added a few prayer emojis behind it. What do you think?
- 7:22Speaker 1: It's so sweet? His confirms my reporting that the split
- 7:26Speaker 1: was pretty amicable and honest, she's not that raw about it.
- 7:30Speaker 1: My mindset is tell me, this marriage fell apart a
- 7:33Speaker 1: year ago, and the divorce part was pretty easy because
- 7:37Speaker 1: it was just splitting up the assets. And both of
- 7:39Speaker 1: them are really rich, so that's easy too. Was rich.
- 7:41Speaker 1: If he was Tom Brady and I was just like
- 7:44Speaker 1: he married, it would be a horrible divorce because I'd
- 7:47Speaker 1: want half of his money, but just all didn't care
- 7:49Speaker 1: because I think she actually has more money that than Tomdas.
- 7:52Speaker 1: So I'm told the split is actually pretty friendly and
- 7:56Speaker 1: she's sort of moved on. She moved on a year
- 7:58Speaker 1: ago and she's living her best life. I think the
- 8:00Speaker 1: splits be more hurtful, more upsetting for Tom and it
- 8:05Speaker 1: is for Giselle. Now, what makes this super interesting is
- 8:08Speaker 1: that if you remember, there are lots and lots of
- 8:10Speaker 1: reports that the reason she finally broke up with him
- 8:13Speaker 1: was because he chose football over her. So was it
- 8:17Speaker 1: worth it to what squeeze out another six months? No?
- 8:20Speaker 1: And I think when he made that announcement online, you
- 8:23Speaker 1: can see the pain in his face. He's like, it's over.
- 8:26Speaker 1: It's over now, everything's over, his marriage is over, his
- 8:28Speaker 1: careers transitioned to something else. You know, it's a lie,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and you let go if you get fired from a job,
- 8:33Speaker 1: or if you lose something you love, maybe a pair
- 8:37Speaker 1: of sunglasses or will you can you let go? It
- 8:40Speaker 1: takes me a minute, but I can. I can. But
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm a very emotional person, and I agree things like
- 8:47Speaker 1: I really feel that I sit there and I cry,
- 8:49Speaker 1: and I like think about it and then you can
- 8:51Speaker 1: release it for at least from me. Yeah, yeah, you'd
- 8:55Speaker 1: sit there and you really could shed it to you
- 8:57Speaker 1: actually physically, your editor many tears. Tears, yes, jackled Doris
- 9:02Speaker 1: or Jonathan your brother who comforts you my therapist. Better
- 9:07Speaker 1: idea is that Jonathan he took busy, He's busy, not
- 9:14Speaker 1: available available for your crying. Is Jonathan emotional or you
- 9:18Speaker 1: the emotional one in the family? He's sensitive? But he
- 9:21Speaker 1: hired behind it, and he'll like, you know, he put
- 9:23Speaker 1: up a strong friend. I'll just cry. I'll just cry
- 9:25Speaker 1: if you're sad. The whole world has to know. Moving along, sir,
- 9:29Speaker 1: this is quite a strange story, the one that's definitely
- 9:32Speaker 1: worth getting into. Nelson Mandela's granddaughter granddaughter is clarifying some
- 9:39Speaker 1: remarks that Prince Harry and Megan made. So the granddaughter
- 9:44Speaker 1: is actually defending Harry and Megan after they reported, after
- 9:48Speaker 1: it was reported Sorry that she accused them of profiting
- 9:53Speaker 1: from her grandfather's name. So she wrote an essay for
- 9:57Speaker 1: The Australian and she said she was misquote it. So
- 10:00Speaker 1: after it was reported that Harry and Meghan were using
- 10:05Speaker 1: her grandfather's name, which they did in their Netflix documentary Serious,
- 10:11Speaker 1: she wrote an article an essay about this. She said
- 10:14Speaker 1: it was misquoted so badly that The Australian has now
- 10:18Speaker 1: taken down that story. So that's a real key piece
- 10:22Speaker 1: of evidence there that lets do not like to remove
- 10:25Speaker 1: stories unless they rarely are there's like big problems with them.
- 10:29Speaker 1: And she said, quote when people accused me of criticizing
- 10:33Speaker 1: Harry and Megan for profiting from my grandfather's name. I
- 10:37Speaker 1: was shocked because it's false. I never accused Harry and
- 10:41Speaker 1: Megan of doing this. Mandela said her words were weaponized
- 10:46Speaker 1: and used to attack a woman of color who was
- 10:49Speaker 1: effectively hounded out of the British royal family. It was
- 10:54Speaker 1: weird because they did drop his name. They did, and
- 10:57Speaker 1: it definitely was a moment in the documentaries all got
- 11:00Speaker 1: I don't know if I think they were comparing themselves
- 11:02Speaker 1: to him, but they sort of were. I was like that,
- 11:06Speaker 1: just that's a name that no a no, Yeah, this
- 11:09Speaker 1: story is a little weird. I was not expecting this
- 11:11Speaker 1: one this morning. But I will say, you know, I
- 11:13Speaker 1: appreciate her clarifying her comments or letting people know that
- 11:16Speaker 1: this is how she really feels. And to your point,
- 11:18Speaker 1: rob outlet's never takedown stories unless it is a major problem.
- 11:22Speaker 1: So that really tipped me off to yes. Yes when
- 11:25Speaker 1: I saw that. When I saw the story was removed,
- 11:26Speaker 1: I was like, oh, there's more to this than meets
- 11:28Speaker 1: the eye. I thought, maybe should change her mind, or
- 11:32Speaker 1: maybe she friends with Harriet. I was like that, I like,
- 11:35Speaker 1: get that, and then I was like, oh no. Once
- 11:37Speaker 1: I saw the story was removed, I was like, this
- 11:39Speaker 1: is trouble. Pam Anderson is here in New York doing
- 11:43Speaker 1: tons of interviews. She's got a Netflix documentary, a book out.
- 11:47Speaker 1: What did she have to say about somebody? Very interesting? Oh,
- 11:51Speaker 1: the story is so cute. So Pam Anderson revealed, should
- 11:54Speaker 1: have phone conversation once with John F. Kennedy Jr. That
- 11:57Speaker 1: left her blushing to me, to me too, Okay, So
- 12:00Speaker 1: the story happened when she posed nude for John F.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Kennedy's magazine, George One. That so Pam recalled at the moment,
- 12:09Speaker 1: she said, he ringed me at the shoot, apologizing for
- 12:12Speaker 1: not being there, and she thought, thank god, I would
- 12:15Speaker 1: be too nervous. She would have to say that she
- 12:18Speaker 1: was star struck. She said, I was embarrassingly giddy on
- 12:20Speaker 1: the call, making noises. I didn't recognize some kind of squeal.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I couldn't get the phone fast enough. Rob. She would
- 12:28Speaker 1: have to say, I was out of my depth and
- 12:30Speaker 1: maybe my most embarrassing moment. He was charming and I
- 12:33Speaker 1: was blushing and he was way out of my league.
- 12:36Speaker 1: So I hate when people say that, like, oh, I'm
- 12:40Speaker 1: not good enough for them, and were all people at
- 12:42Speaker 1: the end of the Yeah, he's a very special person.
- 12:46Speaker 1: She never met him, but photographs of him alone has
- 12:50Speaker 1: left you blushing like who what celebrities? She met so
- 12:53Speaker 1: many mark who get like major get you don't have
- 12:57Speaker 1: to be headed over heels in love, But did you
- 12:59Speaker 1: get a giddy thing? Charlie Sheen event several times took
- 13:03Speaker 1: a real liking to me. I don't know why, but
- 13:05Speaker 1: we met a few times. He always had really lovely things.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And then I interviewed him on the phone once and
- 13:10Speaker 1: he was such a delight like true, yes, yeah. He
- 13:14Speaker 1: told me I looked like his friend, an actor that
- 13:17Speaker 1: played Jesus in a Passion of the Christ. He was like,
- 13:19Speaker 1: you look like Jim Caviezel and he was like he
- 13:21Speaker 1: couldn't get over it. And so we just had this
- 13:23Speaker 1: connection whenever I would see him. Mine was mine was
- 13:27Speaker 1: not a too regulation. Let me be very clear. It
- 13:31Speaker 1: was me gushing him really probably annoyed. Mine was Brad pitt.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I was back in the eyelids a dad like, how
- 13:45Speaker 1: was a cat? But my eye lit up and Dad
- 13:48Speaker 1: had a smile from it. Everything He said, Oh my god,
- 13:54Speaker 1: he's too much. He's like a Barbie Dodds Kendall. Not
- 13:58Speaker 1: the best skin, No, just in person. I know, really
- 14:02Speaker 1: it didn't matter that, but it was not. I definitely
- 14:05Speaker 1: was like totally star struck. And he's gorgeous, and I
- 14:09Speaker 1: think the fact he doesn't have perfect skin made me
- 14:12Speaker 1: like him even more. And I felt that he was human,
- 14:16Speaker 1: he was like a real person. But oh, I was
- 14:19Speaker 1: so okay quickly before we go to break it. Now
- 14:24Speaker 1: has been revealed that Alec Baldwin was on the phone
- 14:27Speaker 1: during the Rust fire arms training. So before the movie started,
- 14:32Speaker 1: they had to do training of how to handle all
- 14:35Speaker 1: the firearms allegedly while this was happening. This is also
- 14:39Speaker 1: too we should we should, we should point out in
- 14:42Speaker 1: the district attorneys accusations of the actor, and so they're
- 14:46Speaker 1: saying that while this was happening, this training session, he
- 14:51Speaker 1: was on the phone on the phone, Alec, and what
- 14:56Speaker 1: is wrong with this guy? It's just every point he's
- 14:58Speaker 1: failed them. He really it's sad and the arrogance and
- 15:02Speaker 1: they you see it too, though. I'm really careful about
- 15:04Speaker 1: this because we use our phones all the times. Now,
- 15:07Speaker 1: I've never been in a training session to shoot a gun,
- 15:11Speaker 1: and let me be clear about that, but we all
- 15:14Speaker 1: have meetings each day with they might be with her boss,
- 15:17Speaker 1: or it might just be with a friend. Get off
- 15:19Speaker 1: your phone, don't do it. Put your phone down. Add
- 15:24Speaker 1: drinks on Tuesday night with somebody that was a source
- 15:28Speaker 1: who has become a friendlyish. It's a weird relationship. And
- 15:33Speaker 1: it was only about an hour and we had drinks
- 15:35Speaker 1: the entire time. He was on his phone, and I
- 15:38Speaker 1: was like, rude, so rude. It's rude. And you know
- 15:41Speaker 1: what it can literally cost them in their life in
- 15:43Speaker 1: this in this instance, it did. And you know, alegans,
- 15:46Speaker 1: just pay attention. Don't be so smug, please. I don't.
- 15:51Speaker 1: When I get on the airplane and they say the
- 15:54Speaker 1: exits are here and there, I listen. When everybody else
- 15:57Speaker 1: is reading magazines or on the phone trying to get
- 16:00Speaker 1: their candy out of the overhead bins, I sit there
- 16:03Speaker 1: and listen. Listen, take a quick break. We will be
- 16:07Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the I'm not sure if
- 16:11Speaker 1: your friend copy Lou Haley by let's get to the
- 16:13Speaker 1: pole stuff down. Yesterday, Andy Cohen was livid, and he
- 16:16Speaker 1: shupped down a report that the Real Housewives of New
- 16:19Speaker 1: York spinoff show it's called Legacy, those plans had been
- 16:22Speaker 1: totally scrapped. Our question was will you watch? Will you
- 16:25Speaker 1: watch this show? So? And they said it has not
- 16:27Speaker 1: been scrapped. There's somebody lays. I even know one of
- 16:30Speaker 1: the ladies who has signed a contract, so I know
- 16:33Speaker 1: it's happening. What happened is a few of the ladies
- 16:35Speaker 1: wanted more money and they leaked that the whole thing
- 16:38Speaker 1: was scrapped. Because if they weren't going to do it,
- 16:40Speaker 1: how could they possibly move forward without them? Honey, there's
- 16:44Speaker 1: so many housewives at this point, they can do this show.
- 16:47Speaker 1: They can cobble together a New York legacy show. Ain't
- 16:51Speaker 1: that hard? I question was will you watch? Only said yes, cheese, Yeah,
- 17:02Speaker 1: I could care less. I don't need it, but I
- 17:04Speaker 1: do like Luanno. I saw a couple of nights ago,
- 17:08Speaker 1: so she was not a person on her phone, but
- 17:11Speaker 1: lan and I think she has a show coming out
- 17:13Speaker 1: with with Sonya and so she's already got one spin
- 17:16Speaker 1: off and said, but I'm not into it anymore. I
- 17:19Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's pole Twitter page at
- 17:22Speaker 1: two nights are back, Facebook pages goes in. I make
- 17:25Speaker 1: sure let's check back tomorrow results. And now it's time
- 17:29Speaker 1: for annoyances the excited, but I'm excited. Oh it's one
- 17:36Speaker 1: of my favorite people ever. It's Beyonce. Beyonce. She could
- 17:40Speaker 1: do no wrong on our book, So Beyonce. She announced
- 17:43Speaker 1: her highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour, which will be kicking
- 17:46Speaker 1: off on July eighth, with dates in New York's, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Miami,
- 17:52Speaker 1: Las Vegas. Rob Are we going? Yes, we're going. Have
- 17:55Speaker 1: you seen her life before? Three times? I love her? Yes.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I'm a little worried about ticket sales because after Taylor
- 18:02Speaker 1: Swift there's going to be a high demand. So ticket Master,
- 18:05Speaker 1: if you're listening, get your you know what together. I'll
- 18:09Speaker 1: be if yours. I'm a little worried about the price.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I went to buy the dollar tickets, so they were
- 18:15Speaker 1: like a thousand dollars subrageous. And I can't trust Madonna
- 18:19Speaker 1: because she said she's going to sing the hits, but
- 18:21Speaker 1: she never does, so I don't know if I can
- 18:22Speaker 1: dance Madonna. Be honest. She does a good mix of
- 18:25Speaker 1: the of the new songs and the old songs, so
- 18:27Speaker 1: I think it'll be amazing. But I'm not paying a
- 18:30Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Big questions, who would you rather see Taylor
- 18:34Speaker 1: or Beyonce. Oh, Beyonce all day long. Taylor is a shower. Oh,
- 18:38Speaker 1: but it's like a real show of the it's dancers,
- 18:43Speaker 1: it's fireworks, it's it's everything everything, Betty, she's the show.
- 18:49Speaker 1: She's like a real star. Yeah, it's love it and
- 18:52Speaker 1: nicest of the day. And notice the day naughty, naughty, naughty,
- 18:55Speaker 1: And listen, Milano is the naughtiest of the day. Britney
- 18:57Speaker 1: Spears is calling her a bully. Listen said, can somebody
- 19:02Speaker 1: please go and check on Britney Spears? And I think
- 19:03Speaker 1: she was trying to be helpful, but really, while she
- 19:05Speaker 1: was she looking for attention, Brittany saw it and said,
- 19:08Speaker 1: hey girl, you bully in the back. I gotta admit here,
- 19:12Speaker 1: We've got to stop with Brittany. This is who Brittany is.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Always going to be complicated, It's always going to be difficult.
- 19:19Speaker 1: But we fought so hard, we supported her so much
- 19:22Speaker 1: to get her out of this conservatorship. Now it's her choice.
- 19:26Speaker 1: She's a growing adult. She has mental health issues that
- 19:29Speaker 1: she hopefully is dealing with. But now let Brittany live
- 19:32Speaker 1: her life, even if she makes bad decisions and update
- 19:37Speaker 1: here Milano has extended and Olive branched to Brittany. She
- 19:41Speaker 1: said she privately messaged her good looking response. I think
- 19:48Speaker 1: Brittany knows what the private message part is because she
- 19:50Speaker 1: must get so many private messages. I bet she's like,
- 19:53Speaker 1: what's this? But what is it been happening? That? I
- 19:56Speaker 1: have no idea? But she was have hundreds of thousands
- 19:59Speaker 1: of like d m s and She's just like, no,
- 20:01Speaker 1: she has no idea. Okay, without apology, he learn to
- 20:09Speaker 1: be brutal when it comes to your happiness, including your
- 20:11Speaker 1: happiness online and in social media. I call this my
- 20:15Speaker 1: attention diet, and I write down the name of every
- 20:18Speaker 1: person I come into contact with. Not every day, but
- 20:20Speaker 1: I do it like maybe like once a month. So
- 20:22Speaker 1: I pick a day and I write down every person
- 20:24Speaker 1: that I come to contact with during that day. And
- 20:26Speaker 1: at the end of the day, I look at it
- 20:28Speaker 1: and I see who brought joy into my life and
- 20:30Speaker 1: who brought misery. And like a diet, a traditional diet,
- 20:34Speaker 1: I keep track of the intake the outtake, and I
- 20:37Speaker 1: make sure to adjust it so that I don't have
- 20:40Speaker 1: a bad taste in my mouth at the end of
- 20:43Speaker 1: the month. Think about it. Who comes in and out
- 20:46Speaker 1: of your life. And if you can get rid of
- 20:47Speaker 1: people that come in that you don't need to be there,
- 20:50Speaker 1: that don't bring you joy, get rid of them. It's
- 20:52Speaker 1: more difficult with family members and job because you can't
- 20:55Speaker 1: cut out your boss. Maybe you can, it's more difficult
- 21:00Speaker 1: to just be aware of who comes in and out
- 21:02Speaker 1: of your life. It's like a little auditing process, a
- 21:05Speaker 1: little auditing technique. Do it for one day, right down,
- 21:10Speaker 1: everybody that comes in and out of your life for
- 21:11Speaker 1: one day, even if they just flash into your mind
- 21:14Speaker 1: and then put a little ticker across next to them.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Tickets they made you happy, crosses they didn't, And it
- 21:20Speaker 1: is fascinating. That is it for today. Thank you so
- 21:23Speaker 1: much for listening. So they're not even eye with Rob
- 21:26Speaker 1: and Mark show. Don't forget to subscribe on the I
