- 0:00Speaker 1: Tip for stacks and hacks.
- 0:01Speaker 2: You, guys, I have stacks of information and rich has
- 0:03Speaker 2: live acts that I was telling you, I have the
- 0:07Speaker 2: four behaviors that predict whether your relationship is heading towards
- 0:11Speaker 2: a breakup. Oh all right, this is big stuff. They
- 0:14Speaker 2: call it the four horsemen. Red flags. Red flags you
- 0:17Speaker 2: need to watch out for a relationship. Number one. Criticism
- 0:20Speaker 2: it's when someone attacks their partner's character instead of addressing
- 0:23Speaker 2: a specific issue. I've heard that's number one in so
- 0:26Speaker 2: many things make sense. You don't ever want to do that.
- 0:28Speaker 3: They're not into you anymore.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Contempt This shows up as eye rolling, sarcasm, mocking, or
- 0:34Speaker 2: talking down to a partner.
- 0:36Speaker 1: It's the most dangerous of the four. That's wild. I've
- 0:39Speaker 1: seen some eye rolling in here.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Defensiveness it's when a person always makes excuses or shifts
- 0:45Speaker 2: the blame instead of hearing their partner's concerns. Stonewalling it's
- 0:51Speaker 2: an emotional withdrawal. Some people shut down or refuse to
- 0:54Speaker 2: talk to their partner. Toddlers do this anyway. Those are
- 0:58Speaker 2: the four behaviors. It doesn't mean your relationship is doomed,
- 1:02Speaker 2: but hopefully you can learn from it and have healthier
- 1:04Speaker 2: conversations about moving forward.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Yeah, those all sound bad. You learn here on John
- 1:08Speaker 4: Jane Rich. You learned here on Saxon Hacks. That's what
- 1:10Speaker 4: we do here.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Oh.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Pole was taken of Americans, and they asked the question,
- 1:15Speaker 2: thinking about the past week, how many hours of sleep
- 1:18Speaker 2: have you had per night on average?
- 1:21Speaker 3: That's a mean question. I'd say five is probably good.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Peyton six five was the third most popular answer. Eight
- 1:30Speaker 2: hours was a close second seven hours. Number one answer
- 1:34Speaker 2: seven hours.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I wish jealous of both of those eight or seven.
- 1:38Speaker 1: I would take it.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Gen Z has now turned the word polyester into a
- 1:42Speaker 2: slang insult for anything low quality or inauthentic. That's all
- 1:46Speaker 2: over comments sections on TikTok and twitch.
- 1:49Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 1:50Speaker 4: That's like a long word to type out polyester, even
- 1:53Speaker 4: long to say.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Yesterday was National Couple's Day. A recent study found on average,
- 2:00Speaker 2: men fart more often than women.
- 2:04Speaker 1: But it's close.
- 2:05Speaker 3: It is.
- 2:06Speaker 2: It's close, you guys. Yeah, the peak farting time between
- 2:09Speaker 2: six pm and ten pm.
- 2:10Speaker 3: And in this room, experts.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Are telling influencers please stop taking selfies and pictures with
- 2:21Speaker 2: sharks because they keep they keep getting.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Bit well on the edge of cliffs. Yeah, I know,
- 2:27Speaker 1: that's just happened the other day.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Yeah, well, the kid goes to the edge of the
- 2:31Speaker 2: cliff to take a picture of slips and falls and dies.
- 2:34Speaker 2: There is a cruise line called Coonyard and Princess cruise
- 2:39Speaker 2: lines like jon Yard and Princes. There's Counyard and then
- 2:42Speaker 2: there's Princess. Like the different cruise ships they now offer
- 2:46Speaker 2: the Morning After pill.
- 2:49Speaker 4: I mean, I'm sure there has been plenty of hookups,
- 2:52Speaker 4: random hookups.
- 2:53Speaker 2: On the like, what else do we need to offer
- 2:57Speaker 2: our guests We've.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Already got for their whole experience.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Yeah, you just want them to be able to just
- 3:04Speaker 3: go for it.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Now that engines are quieter, many car companies, including Ford, BMW,
- 3:09Speaker 2: and Volkswagen are all adding fake engine noises to cars.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Mine has one where it goes through the speakers and
- 3:17Speaker 4: it's really loud. It's like totally unnecessary. I think you
- 3:20Speaker 4: turn it off though.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Wow, yeah, I wouldn't want that. I know.
- 3:23Speaker 4: I'm like, what's the point, Well, because aren't you getting
- 3:26Speaker 4: the low quiet car for reasons? Well, yeah, if you're
- 3:28Speaker 4: in a car like Kyle, though, sometimes people need the
- 3:31Speaker 4: noise to feel like when they're accelerating that it just
- 3:34Speaker 4: doesn't go like messes with your system. So they want
- 3:37Speaker 4: the noise, so they're putting it through the speakers.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I thought they also added it for people like Kyle's
- 3:40Speaker 2: cars so quiet that they added the noise so that
- 3:42Speaker 2: people don't get hit.
- 3:44Speaker 1: But that too, because you're walking by, you don't hear
- 3:46Speaker 1: you coming by.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Actually, I know that they added that. When you're backing
- 3:49Speaker 3: up like it makes like a not like a full
- 3:53Speaker 3: like golf car.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I just like it. That's when you're backing up, it's having.
- 3:57Speaker 3: But just a little a little b.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Hacks Rich.
- 4:02Speaker 4: Let's talk about hydration, John Jay, I know you like
- 4:04Speaker 4: to be hydrated at all times. Do you know that
- 4:07Speaker 4: there's something more hydrating out there, according to science now
- 4:11Speaker 4: than all the electrolyte drinks put together. It's milk, no way,
- 4:16Speaker 4: for real, Yeah, any kind of milk. I'm talking skim milk,
- 4:19Speaker 4: whole milk, because the natural sodium in milk it actually
- 4:24Speaker 4: retains hydration longer, while the fat and protein and milk
- 4:28Speaker 4: further aid in the hydration.
- 4:30Speaker 3: For longer periods of time.
- 4:32Speaker 4: So start hydrating with some delicious milk. This not brought
- 4:37Speaker 4: to you by the Dairy Council just just brought to
- 4:38Speaker 4: you by us. Also makes me feel like when you
- 4:40Speaker 4: eat ice cream, you're getting hydrated.
- 4:42Speaker 3: So that's right, that's right. Skip the water.
- 4:47Speaker 4: I mean, might as well turn it up and not
- 4:48Speaker 4: to get a little more sugar and fat in there
- 4:49Speaker 4: with the ice cream. That life hack at john Jay
- 4:51Speaker 4: and rich dot com.
