- 3:25Welcome back to Tone Down.
- 3:29Today's guest, Christina Ernest.
- 3:32Yay!
- 3:33Coming at you from Palm Springs,
- 3:34onset for toned up the app workouts coming this summer.
- 3:40I can't wait. They're so good.
- 3:42They're going to be so much fun.
- 3:44There's just so much good energy on set.
- 3:46It's going to be incredible.
- 3:48What's your favorite moment so far?
- 3:52Favorite moment so far, I think, was getting back
- 3:56into teaching Tabata again after some time away
- 4:01and getting to say things that I love to say again.
- 4:04Like what's that?
- 4:05Like what do you love to say?
- 4:06At the end of my sessions,
- 4:09Tabata, there are 22 intervals,
- 4:12and my favorite thing is I'll say what's
- 4:1420 seconds to a boss.
- 4:16And it's our final interval.
- 4:17It's like the biggest push.
- 4:18And when I said it over there,
- 4:20it reminded me of how much I love coaching
- 4:24and how cool it is to be back.
- 4:27Let's like deep dive way back.
- 4:29Number one, activate and ignite is in the app right now.
- 4:34Yes.
- 4:35For those of you who are like,
- 4:37I want something really hard
- 4:38and I was reviewing all of the workouts.
- 4:41Activate and ignite.
- 4:42I'm like dang, this is for you.
- 4:45If you want to just like completely
- 4:49drench yourself and feel really good,
- 4:51like you really had a good workout,
- 4:54it's two weeks to do whenever you want with Christina.
- 4:59So that's in the app now.
- 5:00Obviously in the app, you can do your workouts
- 5:02anytime, any place.
- 5:04But let's like deep dive back.
- 5:06I'm like going way back.
- 5:08Because I don't, you all know Christina
- 5:10from turn it up workouts in the past.
- 5:12I've been around the block.
- 5:14She's in the loop.
- 5:18But let's go back to what 2000.
- 5:22I have made a note of this we were talking today.
- 5:242008 and career shifts.
- 5:27Yes.
- 5:28Yeah.
- 5:28So I did not start in the fitness industry.
- 5:32And if some of our OG tone up girls are like,
- 5:35wait a second, you pulled me up on stage
- 5:38and one of the tone up retreats on a whim.
- 5:40I was like, tell your story.
- 5:42And I was like, and here we go.
- 5:44Like it was just it was, but it was such a,
- 5:46it was, I was so on the spot.
- 5:49It's so cool to feel it come to life.
- 5:51So in 2008, I graduated from college.
- 5:55And I started in merchandising industry.
- 5:58I worked for companies like Puma and Ralph Lauren.
- 6:01And Ralph Lauren, I thought that was it.
- 6:03Like I made it.
- 6:04I'm going to be there forever.
- 6:05I love it.
- 6:07And then my husband and I got married.
- 6:09He got relocated to Chicago for work.
- 6:12I went.
- 6:13And there was nothing there for me that satisfied
- 6:18that same career path that Ralph Lauren gave me.
- 6:21I found a job eventually.
- 6:23And was in it for about eight weeks.
- 6:26I hated it.
- 6:28I won't put any companies on bless.
- 6:30But I really didn't like it.
- 6:32So I quit on Monday.
- 6:33Usually people quit on a Friday.
- 6:35You're not talking about Monday.
- 6:36Moral of this story.
- 6:37If you get anything, don't quit your job on Monday.
- 6:41Because I gave two weeks after only giving them eight weeks on the job.
- 6:45And they told me to get out on a Friday.
- 6:47So I said, okay.
- 6:48And I left.
- 6:50But they asked me, they're like, what are you going to do?
- 6:52And I was like, I don't know.
- 6:53But it's not this.
- 6:54I knew it wasn't this.
- 6:55I didn't know what it was.
- 6:58And I loved fitness.
- 7:00My, my, reminded me that I, you know,
- 7:02I enjoyed taking classes.
- 7:03I loved cycling and all that.
- 7:05So I went up to a studio, a local studio in Chicago.
- 7:09And then one of the bigger box gyms in Chicago.
- 7:11And I got a front desk job.
- 7:12I was like, give me what you got.
- 7:13And it was nights and weekends.
- 7:15So I took it.
- 7:16It was different.
- 7:20Definitely not the way that I thought
- 7:22that path would start.
- 7:23But it was my foot in the door.
- 7:25And I told everyone that I wanted to teach.
- 7:28And then one night, a cycling instructor did not show up.
- 7:31The group fitness manager was not in a good spot.
- 7:36And was asking people frantically if someone could teach.
- 7:39And I was like, I'll do it.
- 7:42Am I certified?
- 7:43No.
- 7:43But I will do it.
- 7:45I did it.
- 7:46It wasn't great.
- 7:47It wasn't even my own playlist.
- 7:49But that started everything.
- 7:52Go back into the mindset of when you said, yes,
- 7:55I've never taught a class before.
- 7:58Not my playlist.
- 8:00Not certified.
- 8:01That comes later.
- 8:02Whatever.
- 8:02You know how to motivate people.
- 8:03I think the biggest thing with like training is
- 8:06being able to motivate people to move.
- 8:09Yeah.
- 8:09What is the mindset where you said,
- 8:13yes, to teaching that class?
- 8:15Because I would be so scared.
- 8:17It was like, yes, uh-oh.
- 8:20Like I wanted it so bad.
- 8:22And in my head, this didn't happen often.
- 8:25You know, I didn't see instructors no show
- 8:28at all while I was at the front desk.
- 8:30So I'm like, if I take this and I prove at least
- 8:32that I can get on the bike, at least if I can just
- 8:36get one foot in front of the other, be honest with the people
- 8:38in front of me being like, hey, you don't know me.
- 8:40I don't know you.
- 8:41Like this is my first time.
- 8:43I probably just took your jacket and scanned you in.
- 8:45Like it's giving them that honesty
- 8:48and just proving to the staff there that I could do it.
- 8:52And that I really wanted it as much as I was saying
- 8:55gained the members trust as well as the managers trust.
- 9:00So that one gig after that, I immediately got certified
- 9:04because then I was hooked.
- 9:05That gig turned into I was a substitute there.
- 9:09And then I auditioned for another cycling specific studio.
- 9:12I got that gig.
- 9:13That one, yes.
- 9:16Even though it was a risk was so rare and unique
- 9:19that I knew if I didn't take it, I might not get that again.
- 9:22So were you like sweating in your armpits?
- 9:25Like, it was your heart.
- 9:26Yes.
- 9:27Pounding.
- 9:28So I get on the playlist is not my type of music.
- 9:32My it was very explicit.
- 9:34And I'm not that type of person.
- 9:36Like cussing.
- 9:37Oh yeah, cussing.
- 9:38Lots of cussing.
- 9:39I come in in like a sparkly headband.
- 9:41My like Bentley dance team teaser.
- 9:44It was not good.
- 9:45But you do what you got to do.
- 9:47And they were just happy.
- 9:48The class wasn't canceled in there.
- 9:50So once you finished, how did you feel?
- 9:54I was trembling for like two days.
- 9:56But like so excited.
- 9:58Like I was like that's it.
- 10:00That is the feeling I'm missing.
- 10:02And how do I chase that?
- 10:04Where do I go from here?
- 10:05Like I got this manager's trust.
- 10:07But like I heard that there's somebody doing cycling auditions
- 10:11down in the Gold Coast of Chicago.
- 10:12Like how do I get into the door there?
- 10:14Like who do I write to?
- 10:15Like I was just so the fire was just like ignited.
- 10:18Like I just wanted it so bad.
- 10:21So you were big on cycling and you have cycling workouts
- 10:24in the Tonerup app as well.
- 10:26So how do you make that shift then
- 10:30and to full training mode?
- 10:32Yeah.
- 10:33So in Chicago was only cycling.
- 10:36And then we moved again.
- 10:38We moved to California.
- 10:40And I was teaching at a studio called Flywheel.
- 10:42And the flywheel was in like West Hollywood.
- 10:45We knew we were moving to Manhattan Beach area.
- 10:47I heard the traffic was really icky.
- 10:49So I'm like, I don't want to deal with that.
- 10:51And then I found an equinox down the road.
- 10:55So we were living in a hotel in Chicago.
- 10:57It's just the stories get wacky.
- 10:58But like we were living in a hotel in Chicago waiting
- 11:01to move our belongings from Chicago to California.
- 11:03I wrote to the group fitness manager at South Bay.
- 11:08And I was like, hey, I'm coming in.
- 11:11You know, if you want any cycling substitutes
- 11:14and she was like, actually, I'm auditioning in 48 hours.
- 11:16You can be here.
- 11:17I was like, yes, yes.
- 11:19And I was.
- 11:19I had no cycling shoes.
- 11:21I bought them from like a local cycle shop.
- 11:23I audition.
- 11:24I got the gig.
- 11:25But then she was like, what do you think about the main studio?
- 11:28Like, what do you think about treadmill?
- 11:29Because equinox, they had great training tools.
- 11:33I forgot that you trained at the equinox or cat and I met.
- 11:37Yeah, yeah.
- 11:38I loved it.
- 11:39They, I mean, they jumped me right into the main studio.
- 11:42Like, again, it was one of those things that like,
- 11:43if someone's offering it to you,
- 11:45like, go for it.
- 11:48This is actually a funny story.
- 11:50So you and Mike moved Manhattan Beach.
- 11:53And he lived somewhere else first.
- 11:55And then you moved into the apartment that we filmed the Bravo show.
- 12:01Yes, we did.
- 12:02I could still, we could see the nail holes of where they were.
- 12:07Really?
- 12:08It was great.
- 12:09It was a great apartment.
- 12:11The views were like outrageous.
- 12:12Oh, my gosh.
- 12:13Like, it was so good.
- 12:15We aren't so fun fact.
- 12:16This was, I mean, what was this?
- 12:18Maybe 10-ish years ago?
- 12:20Yeah, for sure.
- 12:21We took Karina's mirror from her apartment.
- 12:26And it's still in my home today.
- 12:2810 years later, it's my favorite mirror.
- 12:30That's so wild that like so many of us like lived it.
- 12:33It was three, six, one, two, Manhattan Avenue.
- 12:35I can share that address now because none of us.
- 12:37Yeah, no, not there anymore.
- 12:39But that is where we filmed.
- 12:40That's where Bobby and I started dating.
- 12:42And Eddie lived there.
- 12:44And like, you guys moved in.
- 12:45Yep.
- 12:46Oh, so great.
- 12:47The apartment has so many memories.
- 12:50I kind of want to go back there and see.
- 12:52I wonder what it looks like now.
- 12:54Like, did they renovate it?
- 12:55Is it like, I doubt it?
- 12:56I mean, did you?
- 12:58I painted the walls teal.
- 13:00We did not paint them back.
- 13:01They were perfect as it is.
- 13:04What a wild time.
- 13:06So you come to California and let's even back up
- 13:08because our husbands knew each other from the east coast.
- 13:13Yeah.
- 13:14So me, Mike and Bobby went to Bentley.
- 13:17Yes.
- 13:18Bobby and I are both from Long Island,
- 13:20but we didn't know each other going into school.
- 13:22Yeah.
- 13:22But Mike and Bobby connected there.
- 13:25Yeah.
- 13:25The web of people and then somehow we're
- 13:273,000 miles away from where we started.
- 13:30Like, weird.
- 13:31But then also is interesting that Tory
- 13:35went to the same high school as Bobby.
- 13:37Yeah.
- 13:37And she's back along Island now.
- 13:41Can't keep us away.
- 13:42I know.
- 13:43There's like so many like.
- 13:44We go back and then we complain about the snow
- 13:47and the weather.
- 13:48And we're like, but we can't leave.
- 13:50Yeah.
- 13:52All right.
- 13:52So here in California, California,
- 13:54dream and then you ended up back in New York.
- 13:58We did.
- 13:59So to be honest, we didn't plan on leaving.
- 14:02We bought a home in Redondo Beach.
- 14:04We were like, ready to go.
- 14:08Yeah.
- 14:08How do I remember that?
- 14:09I love it because you were there.
- 14:11But like, it was our future.
- 14:13It was what we thought it was going to be.
- 14:16And then life shifted.
- 14:19We wanted to start a family.
- 14:21We had a lot of trouble starting our family.
- 14:23I had multiple miscarriages back to back.
- 14:26And it just, it wasn't happening.
- 14:28And I couldn't be that far away from family anymore.
- 14:31And I was like, I love it here, but I need to go home.
- 14:35And Mike completely understood he made a job happen.
- 14:39Like, we shifted gears completely.
- 14:43We didn't necessarily know what was going to happen
- 14:45when we moved to New York.
- 14:46But I was like, I just, like, I got to go home.
- 14:49Yeah, more of your family is so close and fantastic.
- 14:52And now they live down the street.
- 14:54Well, yeah, they got closer and closer
- 14:56after I got pregnant with Ava or second.
- 14:59They were, and we had almost Irish twins.
- 15:02I was like, mom, help me.
- 15:04But it, it worked out in, in the right way.
- 15:07Like, it happened in ways I couldn't have predicted.
- 15:11But now I love that my family is 10 minutes away.
- 15:14I love that my kids know them so well,
- 15:17versus having to take a plane and all that.
- 15:20So it's nice.
- 15:22So can we talk about you've overcome
- 15:25there's so many different career shifts,
- 15:27which I think is important to normalize
- 15:29and having to be like, you can change your mindset,
- 15:33your mind on what you want to do for your career at any point.
- 15:37But also, just don't do it on Monday.
- 15:38Don't do it on Monday.
- 15:40Don't just don't take that from me.
- 15:42But there's also something that you were told you couldn't run
- 15:48because of your heart problem.
- 15:50Yes, let's talk about that.
- 15:51Yeah, so that's that's a way back.
- 15:53That's many, many Christina.
- 15:55So when I was younger, fitness wasn't,
- 15:59it wasn't a part of my life.
- 16:00I did grow up doing dance and gymnastics
- 16:02and cheerleading and things like that.
- 16:03But everyone always had to be very careful with me
- 16:05because if I overexerted myself,
- 16:08my blood pressure would drop significantly.
- 16:10I would have some sort of fiending episode.
- 16:12Sometimes they were smaller.
- 16:14Sometimes they were more dangerous.
- 16:15And nobody wanted to put me in an ambulance.
- 16:17So everyone, I was excused from the mile in school.
- 16:20I like any sort of higher impact conditioning.
- 16:24I was like, Christina, no, you can't do it.
- 16:26And looking back, I would kind of joke,
- 16:28like, haha, I don't have to do it.
- 16:30And then at the same time, I was like, why can't I do it?
- 16:32If everybody else is doing it, what's wrong with me?
- 16:37So it was tough growing up.
- 16:40It really, I dealt with it from fifth grade was the first time
- 16:45we realized it happened.
- 16:46Up until my sophomore year of college, we were very careful.
- 16:50And finally, I found the right doctor.
- 16:52We did the right treatments.
- 16:54We had the right medication.
- 16:55We had the right program to getting me better
- 16:58and having my heart stronger
- 17:01that I was able to do things like run-walking.
- 17:04Like just let I started very small
- 17:06like when we started doing it.
- 17:08And what's interesting is once we got me on the right path,
- 17:12that aerobic activity made my heart stronger,
- 17:15which is interesting because it was like the thing
- 17:17that you can't do, now you can do,
- 17:20and it's working to your advantage.
- 17:22So, because I don't know too much about it,
- 17:25but I do recall if you don't mind me saying Eddie and Liz is wetting.
- 17:30That's not a good one.
- 17:33And then in a fiending episode,
- 17:34they're wetting it's beautiful and perfect and wonderful.
- 17:36Yes, but you fainted, yeah.
- 17:38And I'm like, what is going on?
- 17:39So like that doesn't happen anymore.
- 17:42That hasn't happened in a very long time.
- 17:44What's interesting is that one of the last times
- 17:48it happened, and I was pregnant.
- 17:52Yeah.
- 17:53I don't think I knew that.
- 17:54Nobody knew that one person knew it.
- 17:57One person that was helping me other than
- 17:59our friend Amy, who is a nurse.
- 18:01Yes, absolutely.
- 18:02She saw me go down and Mike was honest with her.
- 18:04And I mean, that was the last time.
- 18:07And it's very scary because it comes on very fast.
- 18:09And it doesn't give you much warning,
- 18:11but it just makes your body go totally limp.
- 18:15Like, and there's no control.
- 18:16There's no sight.
- 18:17It's, yeah.
- 18:19Well, we're happy.
- 18:20You're healthy and working out again.
- 18:22Oh, yeah.
- 18:22We did a crazy, crazy to about earlier.
- 18:25There were sweat flowing and so much.
- 18:28All good.
- 18:29Lots of strength.
- 18:29Okay.
- 18:30So then with tone it up,
- 18:33you've done workouts before.
- 18:34And then you had K E squad.
- 18:37Yeah.
- 18:37And then you took a break because mother of three.
- 18:42Three.
- 18:43There's so many.
- 18:44No, I'm kidding.
- 18:44So Madison is our first, she's seven.
- 18:48Ava is six.
- 18:49They're 13 months apart.
- 18:50And then there's Bryce, who is two.
- 18:52And they would all tell you that I am wrong.
- 18:54And they are seven and a half, six and a half, two and a half.
- 18:56So in case they see this, got you.
- 18:59But yeah, they're, I mean, they've been everything.
- 19:03And when I built the K E squad, it was a different time.
- 19:08It was during the pandemic.
- 19:10Mike wasn't traveling.
- 19:11Now he travels a ton for work.
- 19:13There's another baby in the mix.
- 19:15The biggest eye opener for me was I actually went into preterm labor
- 19:19with Bryce at around 32 weeks and gave me a real scare.
- 19:24And I remember thinking I was like,
- 19:25because I was ready to take a long,
- 19:27maternity leave because of Mike's travel.
- 19:29But when that scare happened,
- 19:31I was like, I am here for my family.
- 19:34That is now my main focus.
- 19:36I'm going to bring him into the world safely.
- 19:37And they are my world.
- 19:39And it has been and always will be.
- 19:42But that was again, why that shift really happened.
- 19:46So then we talked again.
- 19:48It was like serendipity because it was literally,
- 19:51it was the perfect timing.
- 19:52I was just feeling good about just getting that spark back,
- 19:56teaching more regularly and not worrying about what could be
- 20:00and just having fun again.
- 20:02It's so interesting too,
- 20:04because not to be like,
- 20:05who or anything, but whatever was aligned when I reached out to
- 20:10China and Steph and Tori and you,
- 20:14everyone was like, I'm ready.
- 20:16Like we went through this like phase.
- 20:18So what would you say?
- 20:19Like anyone who's feeling not necessarily connected
- 20:26with their purpose of their self.
- 20:29And then they're ready to come back.
- 20:31But how to listen to yourself and your intuition.
- 20:34And how to just take that step again.
- 20:36Like you've done many times.
- 20:39Yeah, to me, it's about that human connection too.
- 20:42Like keeping trust.
- 20:44Like with the manager in Chicago,
- 20:46like I wanted him to trust me.
- 20:48I wanted him to know that even if I had no idea what I was doing,
- 20:52that he could trust that I was going to get on that bike at five.
- 20:55I think it was five o'clock, five thirty one of those.
- 20:56And stay on it till five forty five, see through the class.
- 21:00Like when we talked again, I wanted us to like keep our relationship going
- 21:05and know that like you can you can trust.
- 21:09I will do anything to keep the toned up community thriving.
- 21:14And it's all about that connection with others and keeping that
- 21:20positivity in there when that door opens.
- 21:23It will go towards you because you'll keep that connection going.
- 21:27And then when it's your time, you got to you got to step through the door.
- 21:31When it opens, you got to go.
- 21:32And even even if it's a little wonky along the way, like my first class,
- 21:37like that big step forward, really just catapult to you.
- 21:42So I always love like takeaways.
- 21:45A woman listening.
- 21:47She's got her kids at home.
- 21:48She has a dream.
- 21:50She's living her dream.
- 21:52She has a family.
- 21:53But there's just like one little spark more that she wants.
- 21:57Yeah. What do you tell her?
- 21:59I think we dig deep because we really have to think about what we love to do.
- 22:05I loved fashion, but fitness was my outlet.
- 22:10So I think finding what speaks to you and then how can you make that a reality
- 22:17for like a career path and how it worked.
- 22:20It really was like magic.
- 22:21Like it really turned out.
- 22:23And it's not because I went externally looking for anything.
- 22:26It's because I really looked from within and believed in myself.
- 22:28And like I knew I could teach.
- 22:31I knew I needed more tools and more knowledge and more wisdom behind it.
- 22:34But like I wanted to make people feel good.
- 22:37That was the big thing.
- 22:38So like other than finding like what you love,
- 22:41like what do you want to accomplish?
- 22:43Like what do you like for me?
- 22:45I want to make people feel good.
- 22:46I want to make people feel strong.
- 22:47It's for little Christina that couldn't run.
- 22:49Like it's that path that got me to fitness to continue that.
- 22:57So would you say like fitness to you is not the aesthetic,
- 23:00but the way it makes you feel that you can accomplish a feat.
- 23:06100%.
- 23:06Yeah.
- 23:07It's all about that feeling at the end.
- 23:09And I would say that when I say that we're like sweating with a smile,
- 23:13it's really because we're here.
- 23:14Like we're doing this when there are so many obstacles that can make you not do it.
- 23:20It's special.
- 23:21It is very true.
- 23:22And I think as we've had many discussions the past two days of hitting 40.
- 23:27So all of the things change.
- 23:30And like why we work out here with like red eyes and snotty noses.
- 23:37Healthy as a whistle.
- 23:38Can't breathe.
- 23:38Why?
- 23:39Because flowers are blooming.
- 23:40Like what?
- 23:40You kidding me?
- 23:43But I think that one of the biggest things is just like we work out.
- 23:48Because number one, I feel like fitness as we are the place that we are in our life.
- 23:55It's more of the community and how we come together and the best conversations happen
- 24:00before and after workout or while we're sitting here around the dining room table and
- 24:06sharing stories.
- 24:07But it's all like fitness brings you together.
- 24:10It makes you feel good.
- 24:12And I don't know.
- 24:14It's just it's a complete even like down to last night.
- 24:17So when we got in and I was I mean jet lagged and exhausted and then I saw a
- 24:23China and Ari and Ari and I had never actually met in real life.
- 24:26Yeah.
- 24:26Like we had taught virtual classes together during the pandemic.
- 24:29We had done work with women's health together.
- 24:30But we'd never like actually like met together.
- 24:34And that was our first thing.
- 24:35And I didn't want to get up from the table.
- 24:36I was exhausted and I'm like no, I need to keep talking to her because we had that connection.
- 24:42And the only way we had it was through fitness.
- 24:45Was it when I asked you to be a part of the show and you I think that you said on the
- 24:50phone to me, would you ever consider having Ari and she was like your next phone call.
- 24:55And I said I have a call with her in like 30 minutes.
- 24:58I can't believe it because she's like she's infectious.
- 25:02She's so good and like it's that fitness connection.
- 25:06Like it brings community together and you just want people that uplift you to win.
- 25:12Like when I'm going into it, I'm like I'm bringing my people like I love her.
- 25:16So we've been here watching all the workouts and it was when Ari was doing her dance workout.
- 25:23I really hope no one can see our silhouettes in the window.
- 25:27No, I took video but we all are like okay move like this.
- 25:31I kind of want to have like a toned up dance off with Ari's workout because it was so fun.
- 25:38We're going to tap me out.
- 25:39It's like you know, I just uploaded dance like no one's watching and so
- 25:45fun.
- 25:46It was so fun.
- 25:47That class is I can't I'm going to take that alone in my basement.
- 25:51And I'm just going to go for it.
- 25:54I'm pretty sure kids would join in.
- 25:56They would.
- 25:56Oh yeah.
- 25:57She's family friendly.
- 25:58Over here.
- 25:58No, they were.
- 25:59They got like moves.
- 26:02Oh my gosh, they would love it.
- 26:04Okay, let's talk about activate and ignite one more time here.
- 26:08Yeah.
- 26:08Turn it up up.
- 26:10The end spoke for those girls who really want to go hard.
- 26:13It has a little bit of everything.
- 26:15You'll be jumping.
- 26:16You'll be lifting.
- 26:17We've had some low impact it.
- 26:18We've got some core days like it really is a great hybrid of classes.
- 26:23And maybe if you haven't taken class with me in a while or if we're just meeting for the first
- 26:27time, this is a great way to see some of the classes that I have been teaching.
- 26:33And my favorite, which is Tabata, which is sprinkled in there.
- 26:36It really, it does the job.
- 26:38It really gets it done.
- 26:39And there's five days of work, two days off.
- 26:42But you can always go on your app and I choose what days you want to work out.
- 26:45But I was looking at the programming.
- 26:47I'm like, dang, Christina's really good at like programming.
- 26:51She's going to, like, you're going to crush it.
- 26:55You'll be feeling good.
- 26:59Maybe mad at me in the moment.
- 27:00There might be a few very, and that's okay.
- 27:03That happens.
- 27:05All right, Christina, well, thank you.
- 27:08This was so fun.
- 27:08This was so fun.
- 27:09I know.
- 27:10Don't send me home.
- 27:11I know.
- 27:12She's like coming from a snow in New York and it's like,
- 27:15I just have grass here.
- 27:16That's not covered in snow.
- 27:19The little, the little things.
- 27:21We have pomeranians.
- 27:22We have grass.
- 27:23We have 90 degrees of water.
- 27:27But all right, how do we find out and follow you at Christina Ernest?
- 27:31Yes, follow me at Christina Ernest.
- 27:33You'll see classes just flowing on the toned-up app from from me and the whole crew.
- 27:39And it's going to be really exciting.
- 27:40All right.
- 27:41Thank you.
- 27:42Thank you.
- 27:42Let's go find out.
