- 0:20Hello everyone, welcome to the voice of Dr.
- 0:23Y.
- 0:23I'm your host, Dr.
- 0:25Demon Ye.
- 0:26In this episode, first of all I'm going to talk about that Texas Attorney General collects over 1100 mystery seed package from China issues on Wani.
- 0:41In another topic is that Ricola recently reported that a Chinese intelligence official, which is also a senior official belonging to the United Front Work Department of CCP, owns two golf courses.
- 1:00And guess where they are?
- 1:02Actually, these two golf courses are approximately two miles to the north and the source of American airbase global strike common, which is responsible for all of America's intercontinental plastic missiles and nuclear bombers.
- 1:22The common is hosted by Baxteel Air Force Base near Shreveport within.
- 1:28If you think it sounds disturbing, yes, that's why we need to talk about that.
- 1:33So first let's see what happened to the Texas mystery seed.
- 1:38First let's go through the report.
- 1:50It says Texas Agriculture Commissioner said MIMA is again warning about mysterious packages of seeds being sent from China.
- 2:00On some city packages of unidentified seeds began arriving in 2020 and continue to be sent to people across the state.
- 2:11The Texas Department of Agriculture urging people who receive these unsung city seeds not to open the package, not to plant the seeds and not to sow them into the trash where they end up in the landfill.
- 2:27Since February 2025, the TDA said it has collected 111 seed packages sent to more than 100 locations across the state.
- 2:40The TDA said the seeds could pose a serious threat to the state's agriculture and environmental safety.
- 2:49Although these deliveries may seem harmless at first glance, authorities insist they could consider a much greater threat.
- 2:59The potential introduction of invasive species that could impact crops, gardens, natural ecosystems and even the food supply chain.
- 3:10At a glance, this might seem like a small problem, but this is a serious business, said Miller.
- 3:18The possible introduction of an invasive species to the state via disease poses real risks to Texas families and the agriculture industry.
- 3:28We need everyone to report these packages when they arrive, so the contents may be gathered and disposed of properly.
- 3:37The most recent speed of meetings was reported last year when a resident of Clude received an assolidated package from China containing unidentified seeds and an unknown liquid.
- 3:53Since then, similar cases have been detected not only in Texas but also in other states such as Ohio, New Mexico and Alabama, indicating that this is a nationwide phenomenon.
- 4:07The most recent unsolicited seed package confirmed in Texas was collected on December 29, 2025.
- 4:15Whether it's part of an ongoing scam or something more sinister, we are determined to protect Texas, said Miller.
- 4:23Unsolicited seeds coming into our country are a risk to American agriculture, our environment and public safety.
- 4:32Texas is not going to take chances when it comes to protecting our people and our food supply.
- 4:40The TDA said the many eco-similar nationwide incidents dating back to 2020 and underscores continued risk posed by unsolicited foreign seed shipment, including brushing scams.
- 4:57By the way, brushing scams means a fragulant practice where sellers send low value items to generate fake reviews on e-commerce platforms.
- 5:08However, officials are not ruling out most severe scenarios due to the potential biological damage these shipments could cause.
- 5:19The TDA said it is working closely with the USDA to collect, test and safely dispose of seed packages.
- 5:29The USD's animal and plant health inspection surveys found that the contents were sacred liter seeds and that the liquid was a nutrition solution.
- 5:42The USDA considered sacred motors an invasive active plant, particularly when introduced outside its native ranch in Asia.
- 5:54The plant is not considered a noxious weed and is only prohibited in one state, Wisconsin.
- 6:01The USD is destroying the seeds using steam sterilization.
- 6:06The authorities reiterate that the seeds should not be planted open or disposed of in regular trash.
- 6:14Those who receive suspicious packages should keep them sealed and immediately contact the Texas Department of Agriculture.
- 6:23So after this article I posted on Twitter and to Such, I said since certain lengths of unrestricted biological warfare, the mass meeting of mysterious seeds from China is not random and not civilian.
- 6:40First, ecosystem subter and pandemic outbreaks are the two classic roots of biological unrestricted warfare.
- 6:50One attacks the food chain slowly and invisibly.
- 6:55The other hates human population abruptly as seen with COVID-19.
- 7:02Second, calling this a brushing scam ignores reality.
- 7:06Private actors can't sustain multi-year multi-state biological intrusion at scale.
- 7:15So this is how state action is disguised as civilian behavior to reduce US vigilance while creating long-term hard to reverse damage.
- 7:27Unrestricted biofair doesn't look like traditional bio.
- 7:32Sometimes it looks like a seed.
- 7:35Now let me explain this.
- 7:37So why this fits a typical pattern of CCP's unrestricted warfare?
- 7:42Under the consistent logic of the CCP's military and security system, conduct of this kind doesn't require proof of a formal or explicit military order.
- 7:55As long as it conforms to a certain structured logic, it already falls within the scope of unrestricted warfare.
- 8:05The defining feature is the use of non-military means to generate potentially strategic level damage.
- 8:18Yet when the introduction of non-native species leads to economical imbalance, which then undermines agriculture systems and ultimately places pressure on the food supply chain, the result is a classic pathway of asymmetric non-kinetic systemic destruction.
- 8:40This is precisely what unrestricted warfare defines as achieving war level effects through non-war means.
- 8:49Actually, invasive species can be considered as slow viable weapons in agriculture and ecology.
- 8:59Agriculture and ecological systems share several fundamental characteristics.
- 9:05They are highly complex.
- 9:07Their shelf regulating circles alone and once disrupted, damage is often irreversible or extraordinarily costly to repair.
- 9:19When invasive species are weaponized within an unrestricted warfare framework, their effects include the suppression of native species, the alteration of soil composition, water systems and biological competition, the disruption of coordinated insect plant animal networks and direct impacts on crop yields, food safety and agricultural stability.
- 9:48This is not the destruction of a single field.
- 9:53It is alteration of a nation's underlying ecological parameters.
- 10:00So why the brushing scam explanation is not a sufficient rebuttal?
- 10:05Even if so called brushing scams exist, their presence doesn't preclude the exploitation of such behavior as an unrestricted warfare too.
- 10:18The core logic of CCP unrestricted warfare has always been the combination of great zone behavior, a facade of legality and decentralized execution.
- 10:32Such actions can be possibly explained as commercial activity, fraud or accidental behavior.
- 10:41Execution is highly dispersed and difficult to treat.
- 10:45And if consequences emerge, China can maintain compete deniability.
- 10:51This model of deniable disruption is precisely what the CCP's national strategies want.
- 10:58So it's just a plant is a strategic misjudgment.
- 11:03Because this is cognitive plant spot common in Western frameworks.
- 11:08Strategic assessment doesn't hinge on a single instance or isolated sample, but rather on skill, persistence, multi-state distribution and whether the target is a critical system such as agriculture, ecology or water resources.
- 11:29Texas data alone shows that within a single year, more than one thousand hundred seed packages were collected across over 100 locations, with similar incidents reported in multi states and sustained activity dating back to 2020.
- 11:48From a national security perspective, this already constitutes systematic dispersal behavior, not random anomaly.
- 11:58So I say the real strategic impact of this kind of unrestricted warfare in agriculture in the United States.
- 12:08The true damage doesn't manifest immediately.
- 12:11Instead, it emerges through the gradual amplification of food system vulnerability, including rising risk associated with monoculture dependence, declining competitiveness of native crop varieties and altered pests in disease transmission pathways.
- 12:33At the same time, governance costs escalate, quarantine, eradication, and monitoring expenses increase, creating long-term fiscal burdens at both state and federal levels.
- 12:47Most critically, public trust and a sense of security is root.
- 12:53Questions arise not merely about crops, but about whether a society can protect its land and food supply.
- 13:02This is an attack on civilizational security, not merely agriculture.
- 13:09So from the perspective of CCP's unrestricted warfare doctrine, large scale persistent decentralized delivery of foreign seeds clearly fits agricultural, ecology, food chain dimension of unrestricted warfare.
- 13:28The danger lies not in a one-time incident, but in its long term, covert, deniable and difficult to reverse nature.
- 13:39This is precisely the category of attack that the CCP most prefers in greater conflict against the United States.
- 13:49When examined within the structure of the US agriculture and ecological food chain, sacred looters, which are the seeds, right, demonstrates how unchecked the spread can translate into concrete systematic damage.
- 14:06Sacred Lutus is not an ordinary academic plant.
- 14:10It reproduces aggressively surrounded juice.
- 14:14By the way as Chinese unload to eat this kind of lotus roots is very tasty and very common in China, but I know that in the US this is invasive plant because of the different ecosystem.
- 14:28Sacred routers also form dense floating leaf canopies, block sunlight with exceptional efficiency and responds strongly to nutrition rich water condition.
- 14:41Once established, removal is costly and recurrence is common.
- 14:47As a base of freshwater food chains, dense lutter scovers interrupts primarily producers by blocking light penetration, suppressing native algae and submerged plants, and altering dissolved oxygen profiles, particularly creating hypoxic conditions near the bottom.
- 15:10This weakens the foundation of the entire food web.
- 15:14The aquatic invertebrates such as insect lava, cross stations and monarchs depend on native vegetation, stable algorithms, and balanced oxygen gradients.
- 15:30Rutus expansion disrupts water flow, outer sentiment structure and causes cycling bottom level hypoxic, leading to population declines among these organisms.
- 15:44These invertebrates are direct food sources for fish, birds and amphibians.
- 15:51In agricultural states such as Texas and across the Midwest, irrigation channels, farm ponds and wetlands serve not only as water infrastructure but also as ecological buffers bothing fish populations and pollinators.
- 16:10When looters enter these systems, juvenile fish survival drops.
- 16:16Native fish are displaced.
- 16:19Eutrophication risk rises.
- 16:21Water bird populations decline, insect eating fish decrease, agriculture past pressure increases, and surrounding farm ecosystems destabilize.
- 16:35Importantly, lutus doesn't need to invade cropland directly to affect agriculture.
- 16:42By degrading pest control, lowering irrigation water quality, increasing passage risk and driving up cleanup and restoration cost, it undermines the resilience of the entire food system.
- 16:58So now you may ask why sacred lotus is strategically attractive in unrestricted warfare.
- 17:06Again from an unrestricted warfare perspective, sacred rooters has ideal attributes.
- 17:12You see, it's not listed as a traditional noxious weight, and is unlikely to be perceived as a threat in its early stages.
- 17:21It spreads slowly but persistently causes damage that is difficult to reverse and transfers long-term cost to the target country.
- 17:32This combination of low visibility, high long-term damage, and strong deniability mirrors the structural logic of biological unrestricted warfare.
- 17:45The parallel to pandemics is clear.
- 17:49Ecological food chain attacks and disease outbreaks differ in tempo but both target foundational systems, resist immediate attribution and reveal their full cost only after the fact.
- 18:05Now I see the detail reviewed in this news report.
- 18:09The seeds will send with the nutrition solution, which helps the seed grow up in local environment.
- 18:16So clearly they don't want to do something like brushing scam.
- 18:21Even they may also have this idea, but more importantly, they want to attract people to plant the seeds and make sure the seeds can grow up and spread in the local environment.
- 18:35Right?
- 18:36If it's only to make some brushing scams, they should reduce the cost.
- 18:40Even if they send some seeds, they don't need to give you the matching nutrition solution.
- 18:47So clearly, this is well designated.
- 18:51And why do they send to ordinary Americans?
- 18:55Not send to the CCP's agents in the US to plant them because they are definitely hundreds of thousands of CCP's agents here, including those coming into US from the border illegally, right?
- 19:09You should know this is also the tactics.
- 19:12It's part of the design.
- 19:14You see, the deliberate inclusion of nutrition solutions alongside city signals intend not to discard but to encourage planting.
- 19:25This choice reflects a sophisticated state level strategy rather than a crude operation.
- 19:32While using intelligence agents to plant species directly is dangerous, inefficient and difficult to scale.
- 19:41Humans are surveillance liabilities.
- 19:44Once caught, actions become undeniable state behavior, triggering national security, legal and even military responses.
- 19:54So the CCP is accurately aware of that.
- 19:57By contrast, inducing the target
- 20:01To plant voluntarily transfers agency, intent and legal responsibility to individuals acting out of curiosity or goodwill.
- 20:12In counterintelligence terms, this is outsourcing liability.
- 20:17Deniability reaches its high Aston level and diffusion becomes more effective than forced dispersal.
- 20:26The CCP's concern is not whether an individual act can be chased, but whether direct state implementation can ever be proven.
- 20:37Even a single documented instance could escalate international consequences beyond accept acceptable strategic risk.
- 20:48So the highest form of unrestricted warfare is therefore not direct action, but enabling the opponent to annoyingly competitive act themselves.
- 21:01If this was work of individuals or small groups, they would plant quietly.
- 21:08If it is state-level unrestricted warfare, the objective is precisely to ensure that others do the planting.
- 21:17That is what makes this pattern truly alarming.
- 21:21Additionally, do you know that this type of plant, sacred lutus has never been a harmless plant in China?
- 21:30Uh this is very tricky, so I would like to explain a little bit more.
- 21:37Sacred Lutus has never been treated as a banana aquatic plant.
- 21:43It is a high risk species that can only be kept in checks through long-term administrative suppression, heavy engineering control, and repeated forced removal.
- 21:56The reason it appears to cause no problems inside China is not because the plant is inherently mild, but because China maintains extraordinary intensive human control over water bodies.
- 22:18Mandatory dredging, compulsory cutting, chemical and mechanical interventions, a routine, and the financial and ecological cost are absorbed over decades by local governments and farmers.
- 22:34This is not nature coexistence.
- 22:37It is a false ability produced by sustained high pressure control.
- 22:42Have you ever seen the tempo lutus?
- 22:46This is a type of the tampon lutus in Buddhism in Asia.
- 22:51That's why it's called sacred looters.
- 22:54However, the tampon lutus are only maintained in small artificial ponds.
- 23:00And when I talk about the Lutus roots I can eat, that means cultivated as a monocrab in agricultural zones.
- 23:09The real problem is without this kind of management, the Lutus, once it goes into the nature water channels, then it goes different.
- 23:20Even back to China, it also caused real disaster.
- 23:25Across many regions of China, particularly the central lake districts called Yang's Delta and the North China Plain.
- 23:33Dense Lutus coverage has led to what internal assessments describes as functional deaths of lakes and reservoirs.
- 23:44Sick surface coverage blocks light penetration, while long-term bottom layer hypoxic kills native aquatic vegetation, fish eggs, and benzene organisms.
- 23:57And internal local government documents, rarely visible in public reporting.
- 24:03This is described as degradation of water body function, or also storage and regulation capacity.
- 24:13The consequences are concrete, reduced flood control capacity and increased risk to water supply systems.
- 24:22Even more alarming from Chinese policy perspective is the impact on irrigation infrastructure.
- 24:30China's agriculture system is fundamentally irrigation-based, and sacred looters pose a direct threat.
- 24:38As a result, water authorities routinely conduct false Lutus removal, deploy dredging machinery, and carry out cyclical mechanical destruction.
- 24:51Biodiversity suppression is another consequence that Chinese authorities rarely describe openly.
- 25:03Aquatic insect populations collapse and fish communities become increasingly simplified, favoring low oxygen tolerant species.
- 25:14Official discourse doesn't label this as ecological damage.
- 25:19Instead, it is reframed as biological community secession, a textbook example of linguistic sanitization.
- 25:29That's how propaganda works in China.
- 25:32So China's apparently ability to coexist with Lutus relies on conditions that don't exist in the US.
- 25:41Chinese water bodies are highly engineered, treated as infrastructure rather than ecosystems.
- 25:48Mutas cultivation is a monoculture allowing authorities to eliminate it outright if it escapes control.
- 25:57Administrative directive override ecological cost with little consideration for habitat restoration or endangered species.
- 26:08This logic doesn't translate to the US.
- 26:11Where Western lands are protected, native species conservation is mandatory.
- 26:18Removal costs are high, regulatory procedures are complex, and destroy first fixed later governance is not acceptable.
- 26:28So let's have a short break.
- 26:30When we go back, we will continue this topic and talk about why this method using the sacred lutas is specifically designed for the United States.

- 28:56Well it's high time Americans refuse to be honest in the human chest.
- 29:01Under the name of diversity, politicians divide the people in their quest for home.
- 29:07No diversity of opinion and expression is as American as ever bomb.
- 29:16Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 29:19America outlawed.news, liberty and justice for all.
- 29:28Hi everyone, welcome back to the Lives of Dr.
- 29:32Let's continue our topic.
- 29:34Why the seeds of sacred Lutus is specifically designed for the US in the unrestricted warfare.
- 29:42So this logic, in fact, explains the question in reverse, why the seeds are male to the US rather than simply being scattered by intelligence operatives on the ground.
- 29:55The answer lies in the fact that the US uniquely satisfied.
- 30:00specifies a set of conditions that together create what can only be described as an ideal victim invitement for this type of unrestricted warfare the convergence of these conditions is rare and doesn't exist in most other regions of the world first the United States maintains an exceptionally high level of ecological protection wetlands are legally protected native species conservation is mandated and the removal of remediation procedure are complex, regulated and slow.
- 30:42Ecological intervention is not discretionary.
- 30:47It must follow formal processes US ecosystems are highly interconnected.
- 30:55River networks, irrigation canals and urban water systems form continuous hydrological pathways.
- 31:03Once a species enters one node, it can propagate across multiple systems, multiplying its impact far beyond the initial site of introduction.
- 31:16Third, public vigilance towards so called cultural plants is low.
- 31:22A motors is easily perceived as beautiful, edible and culturally benign, especially when framed as originating from Asia.
- 31:32This cultural framing dramatically lowers perceived risk at the civilian level fourth ordinary citizens are likely to plant such seeds out of goodwill or curiosity ornamental ponds and farm adjacent water features become entry points into broader ecological systems.
- 31:57These are precisely the locations where invasive species can most effectively establish themselves the probability that all four of these conditions coexist is extremely low in Southeast Asia and many other regions.
- 32:14So there is a harsh but necessary truth that must be stated plainly the various drinkings of the American system, ecological protection, rule of law governance and public good faith can function as false multipliers for slow, variable attacks in an unrestricted warfare context in the US, ecosystems can't be cleared arbitrarily water bodies can't be excavated at will and damage can't be inflicted first and repaired later.
- 32:54Every intervention must proceed through regular review, environmental assessment and legal authorization.
- 33:02These constraints which are fundamental to democratic governance create an environment in which slow cumulative low visibility echo disruption can persist and expand with minimal resistance.
- 33:20From a strategic standpoint this is an ideal tearing for long horizon attacks Many cities directly to American civilians achieves maximum deniability at the state level the apparent actors are American individuals.
- 33:39The planting sites are private property the motivations are curiosity or goodwill the consequences are framed as accidents as a result external narratives can always default to explanations such as e commerce brushing scams, individual behavior, cultural exchange or discarded commercial debris rather than deliberate state action.
- 34:10This structure makes attribution extraordinarily difficult and keeps responses confined to risk adversaries rather than escalation with national security frameworks.
- 34:32Its defining characteristic is the precise selection of targets whose own institutional structures are most likely to amplify the attack's effects let's say about the sacred root tactic in Southeast Asia longstanding ecofamiliarity and constant human interaction provide both echo and social immunity in parts of Africa small diffusion and cost control limit effectiveness within China itself state authority and engineering dominance prevent uncontrolled spread the US stands apart.
- 35:13Here the likelihood of successful establishment is high, the capacity for denial is maximal and institutional friction delays effective countermeasures this is what makes this approach not incidental but purpose built and at the end of this case I say why I see this is unrestricted by weapon because we need to know what standard is used to define a biological weapon in the unrestricted warfare so you see plant seeds are unquestionably biological entities in both biological science and legal theory agent is not limited to pathogens it includes plants animals, microorganisms and their reproductive life stages such as seeds, sprawl, eggs and lava a seed is by definition accompanied biological transmission unit.
- 36:18It possesses the capacity for self-replication, ecological occupation and long term potentially irreversible impact on the question of whether seeds are biological in nature there is no legitimate room for disrupt contemporary security studies increasingly converge on functional understanding of weapons.
- 36:47A weapon is not defined by its physical form, but by its intended use and expected effects a virus existing in nature is not bioweapon a virus deliberately deployed to attack a population is agriculture seeds used for cultivation are not weapons but foreign plant species deliberately introduced to systematically damage another countries ecosystem and food chain are in functional terms.
- 37:24Weaponization occurs at the level of intent and application not as a level of species classification.
- 37:33In national security analysis bioweapons are increasingly defined functionally whether biological processes are deliberately used to inflict large scale sustained and systemic damage on the target nation's population, ecology, agriculture, economy or social stability under the standard pandemics attack human health systems while invasive species attacks echo and food chain systems.
- 38:07The targets differ, but the strategic logic is identical both strike foundational systems upon which national survival depends from a security perspective this constitutes the same class of threat the limitation of the biological weapon convention are historic rather than conceptual drafted during the Cold War.
- 38:33The treaty focused primarily on viruses, bacteria and toxin, reflecting the assumption that bioattack would take the form of epidemic style assaults this doesn't imply that other bioagents can't be weaponized.
- 38:52It reflects the reality that at the time ecosystem were not yet recognized as primary battlefield one of the more principles of unrestricted warfare is the deliberate exploitation of domains where legal, ethical and institutional definitions remain incomplete.
- 39:13The weaponization of invasive species feel logical precisely such attacks don't reveal themselves immediately like pandemics don't automatically trigger military or treaty based responses can be denied for extended periods and transfer long term costs to the target country.
- 39:35This is not accidental it is a textbook example of attacking through regularly and conceptual bland sports so the distinction lies in skill, persistence and purpose ordinary environmental violations, aspiratic, localized and lack strategic
- 40:00Continuity.
- 40:01Weaponized invasive species operations are systemic, long-term and deliberately aimed at national critical systems.
- 40:11Agriculture, food chain, and water resources.
- 40:15Once the object of harm rises to the level of national survival systems, the issue has already crossed beyond the environmental regulation and into the domain of national security.
- 40:30If a bioweapon is understood as a deliberate use of bioorganisms to damage a state's foundational system, then invasive species intentionally employed to degrade the economy and food chains falls currently within that category, about as non-traditional, slow variable and deniable bow weapons.
- 40:56This is not an extreme position.
- 40:58It's an assessment that security research is increasingly recognizing as reality.
- 41:05Okay now let's move to the second topic we are going to talk today.
- 41:09This week, Delekon published an exclusive investigative report.
- 41:14CCP's intelligence official owns golf clubs flanking US nuclear missile nerve center.
- 41:21This is written by Felipe Langzinski.
- 41:24I will go through the full report because there are a lot of details to talk about.
- 41:29It says a Chinese intelligence official owns twin golf courses flanking the US Air Force headquarters that controls Twin X of the US nuclear trial.
- 41:40Air Force Global Strike Command, which is responsible for all of America's intercontinental ballistic missiles and nuclear bombers, is hosted by Bucksdale Air Force Base near Shreveport, Louisiana.
- 41:57Approximately two miles to the north and south.
- 42:01The base is effectively bordered by the golf club at Stone Bridge and its 27 whole 340 acre sister, Old Oaks Golf Club.
- 42:15Since 2013, both courses have been owned by Eugene Chi, a Chinese American businessman who has held multiple Chinese government positions including serving as an official for an arm of CCP's influence and intelligence agency called United Front Work Department, according to local news reports, Louisiana Business Records, and Daily Kong translations of Chinese government and university announcements.
- 42:48The matters you are asking about are not related to Stone Bridge or Old Oaks golf course and we are not able to provide any comment.
- 42:58Ti's daughter, who's the general manager of both golf clubs, told Din Lekong.
- 43:05Our focus here is certainly on golf operations and serving our members.
- 43:10According to Chinese State Media Reports and Den Kong translation of T's 2040 autobiographic news circle, Chi purchased the golf courses to provide a coded networking opportunity for Chinese and American business people and to create a platform coded for people to people diplomacy with US lawmakers.
- 43:37By the way what I want to tell here is that all these terms are very familiar because if you know CCP's terms you would know these are the terms they use to describe their open frontline intelligence work, which means how to buy people, how to compromise people, how to cheat people in favor of CCP.
- 44:00In the Ti wrote in his book, politicians and dignitaries, business friends, university presidents all come to play golf.
- 44:11When senators and congressmen campaign, when governors and mayors hold gatherings, they all come to my golf club.
- 44:21KDM and CCP's intelligence official T is bragging his achievement in that book.
- 44:28Let's see what else in this report.
- 44:31However, customers review and local news reports have criticized the golf club's condition in recent years.
- 44:39One Google Review characterized the Stone Bridge as a dumb, while others have claimed nine holes have been abandoned by old oaks which the American golfer block listed as among the worst Louisiana golf courses in December 2025.
- 44:58This ownership of the golf clubs and business activities which appear centered on the Bay Estate pose a serious national security threat.
- 45:09Lawmakers and Chinese intelligence expert to the Daily Kong.
- 45:13We spend billions of dollars on our bomber fleet.
- 45:17Chinese agents spend pennies on the dollar to put them in the crosshairs.
- 45:22Jacqueline Dio and advisory board member at State Armor, a nonprofit focused on countering the CCP told the Daily Kong.
- 45:32For the price of two apparently poorly maintained courses, the CCP and People's Laboration Army have likely secured an intelligence and sabotage banas.
- 45:45There have been no reported espionage incidents involving either of the golf courses.
- 45:52By the way, it doesn't mean it doesn't happen, it's just no record, right?
- 45:58An airmen trained to confront the security threats posed by adversaries both at home and abroad, and the base is prepared to respond to those threats when necessary.
- 46:11About still AFB spoken mental Daily Congo.
- 46:15The owner Eugene Chi, whose Chinese name is Jing is listed as an overseas committee member of the United Front Work Departments of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.
- 46:30And briefly, just let my audience know that this title means he's a senior intelligence official who has done a lot of things for CCP successfully.
- 46:41So that's why he could be on this list.
- 46:44And a lot of reports also shows that even Qi's family in China receives regular very high treatment and grating from the Shandong provincial government.
- 46:56That means at least Qi's title should be equal to some mayor level in CCP system and he's definitely an active agent.
- 47:07Okay, let's go back to this report.
- 47:10The United Front Work Department's operations are a blend of engagement influence activities and intelligence operations that Beijing uses to steer foreign policy and gain access to advanced foreign technology, according to the House Select Committee on the CCP.
- 47:29Companies and individuals acting on behalf of the CCP have increasingly purchased land across the US, oftentimes adjacent to military installation and other sensitive sites.
- 47:41Michigan Republican representative John Mong, Chairman of the House Select Committee on the CCP told Dinekong.
- 47:49The time for sleepwalking past China's spending spear on the strategic vital land across the US need to end.
- 47:58Ti has attended numerous ACFRC meetings in China, including the United Front World Department Arms September 2018 Beijing Conference.
- 48:09According to their own announcement and the Chinese state media footage.
- 48:14Since that conference, Zhang's in a businessman has also met with ACFRC officials in Jiangsu, Shandong and Guangxi province.
- 48:25During those meetings, Ti agreed to support China's economy in various ways such as by serving as an ambassador to recruit talent for Shandong's Jinan startup area.
- 48:39This national development zone hosts centers focused on researching artificial intelligence, supercomputers and robotics and mandated to advance China's military civil fusion policy.
- 48:53The CCP uses military civil fusion to ensure that new innovations simultaneously advanced economic and military development, according to 2020 US State Department memo.
- 49:08United Front Operations really look hostile, they build relationships, normalize their presence, embed in local communities and we conducting the CCP's work abroad like recruiting.
- 49:22LG is a former Air Force intelligence analyst to Deleka.
- 49:28This isn't businessman who happens to own a golf course.
- 49:31This is a CCP political actor highlighted in Chinese government publications.
- 49:39If a CCP-linked network controls the social economic nodes around a nuclear mission base, that is leverage Beijing and weaponize in a moment of tension.
- 49:51Here what I want to add is that usually the United Front works staff not hostile, but you know it's up to
- 50:00What Task receives.
- 50:01So for example, my audience would remember that back to 2023, I win the Mao Suit against the CCP's number one United Front Work agent in the US, billionaire Liang Guan Jing, who was based in New York.
- 50:18Back to that time, he was conducting the CCP's Fox hunting operation against me using Mao Suits to silence me.
- 50:28Meanwhile, they want to identify where I was to arrest me and brought me back to China.
- 50:34Anyway, they failed because they falsified my signature, which means he committed the federal felony, so he escaped back to China and registered himself and his organizations which controls another hundreds of smaller branches over US for United Front Work Department as foreign agent.
- 50:56Eugene Ti's position is lower than Liang Guan Jing in that system.
- 51:00But it seems in Louisiana, he's one of the leading CCP agents of United Front Work.
- 51:07In Danger's report, Qi has held Chinese government positions on and off for more than 40 years and has used his foothold in Louisiana to introduce CCP delegations to the state.
- 51:21By the way, I can confirm that because I have done my uh independent research on that.
- 51:27Qi first began working for the Chinese government in 1981 when he was assigned to the Quixhou Provincial Economic and Trade Department.
- 51:37Over the next seven years, the Chinese government dispatched Qi on a series of trade commissions to Guangzhou, Europe, Japan and the US, until he quit his post in June 1989 and moved to America to pursue his graduate degree in economics at New York University.
- 51:59Later that year, Qi dropped out of New York University and began working for the Chinese government again.
- 52:07In one of Chi's previous interview, he said, after a Chinese green buying delegation's interpreter Faye in New York, a friend introduced me to Fiing, so I led the delegation to Louisiana where we met the governor, the agriculture commissioner and the commercial secretary.
- 52:26Because of that, the governor met me stay, so I stay in Louisiana.
- 52:32Come on, this is totally the money.
- 52:34I mean, definitely the CCP government arranged him to move from New York to Louisiana and the university study is just the disguise for him to gain the US visa.
- 52:47I can't believe this kind of stupid things, and he even used it in the interviews he's cheating everyone.
- 52:55See this should be treated as an example that how CCP government cheated Americans and the public from the beginning, they made friendship with US.
- 53:05And according to the report that at that time, over the course of delegation's 20 day US visit, the Chinese government paid Chi a salary of 300 an hour and also provided him with formal clothing.
- 53:20These details are from Ti's autobiography.
- 53:24Actually, Ti implies that he's always been part of the CCP government.
- 53:30And then Chi has continued to serve as the agent between China and Deep Source in the intervening years.
- 53:38With local news automate reports in 2013 that Qi had been responsible for attracting nearly all of Louisiana's Chinese investors.
- 53:49I once again felt profoundly that intense moaning deep inside me.
- 53:54That voice buried deep in my heart that has never faded.
- 54:00I want to do all that I possibly can do to make a real difference for China's core interest.
- 54:08This is what Chi wrote in his autobiography.
- 54:11Well, this is a typical way how the CCP agents to show their loyalty to the party.
- 54:18In one instance, Ji's film company partnered with Beijing Film Academy and Hunan TV to produce Chinese programs and establish a film training center in Baton Road.
- 54:31So clearly, he's not only helping businessmen infiltrate Louisiana, he also helped make and promote CCP's propaganda all over the world.
- 54:43In another instance, Ji Ling the deal with his delegation from the State Council's China Federation of Industrial Economics in June 2018 to establish a joint office in Baton Range.
- 54:57The joint office supports China's belt and showed the initiative which is a CCP's infrastructure and economic strategy that the US State Department once was created to collect intelligence and gain political, military and economic leverage over participating countries through the accuracy and manipulation of that.
- 55:21Well actually Chi has done quite a lot of work for CCP and we can list it all in this episode.
- 55:27But as I showed in Twitter and Truso, this investigation makes one thing crystal clear.
- 55:35Purchasing large tracts of lands and golf courses on both sides of Octoes nuclear trial base was never about profit.
- 55:45It was about serving critically important CCP espionage and pre-positioning operations.
- 55:52Packaging United Front Work, Intelligence Collection, Surveillance and Cross to Military and Politic as private business, golf networking or people-to-people exchanges is a longstanding CCP intelligence and political warfare tactic.
- 56:11And it represents a blanket threat to US national security.
- 56:16More importantly, Ti is not a private Chinese businessman.
- 56:21He's an overseas committee member of the All China Federation of Return Overseas Chinese under CCP's United Front Work Department, which in CCP's term makes him a senior agent, not a civilian actor.
- 56:37Once C CCP gives the order, locations like this can instantly shift from commercial property to a wartime node.
- 56:48The next Pearl Harbor.
