- 0:01Speaker1: Hey everybody, welcome back to Eye Opener Society, the new radio formatted show
- 0:08Speaker1: where we are going to be moving to internet radio over the course of a few years.
- 0:13Speaker1: So the format may be different, but the show is still the same.
- 0:17Speaker1: It's expanding. We have so many new people.
- 0:20Speaker1: I am here with Lizzie again, which I know everybody missed. Lizzie, how have you been?
- 0:26Speaker2: Good. Just, you know, exploring myself in the world as usual.
- 0:31Speaker1: Yes, exactly. And I was made the comment that it gets to the point where I have
- 0:35Speaker1: to make an appointment just to text you. But that's a good thing.
- 0:38Speaker1: I appreciate it, though, because in all due honesty, all the work that we do
- 0:43Speaker1: on ourselves is only there to benefit us.
- 0:47Speaker1: So I appreciate everything you do. And I'm always happy to have you here by my side.
- 0:53Speaker1: But we have something else that's going to be released this coming Friday,
- 0:58Speaker1: or actually was released Friday. I forget, I'm still on Podcast World.
- 1:03Speaker1: So we have an episode from a new podcast that's called The Sound Within.
- 1:11Speaker1: And just like I met you, Lizzie, on TikTok, I came across another wonderful,
- 1:16Speaker1: beautiful soul that I just was so connected to and I couldn't get enough of it.
- 1:20Speaker1: Her name's Hannah Rose And she works with
- 1:25Speaker1: Intentional breathing And she also does the sound bowls Which is my thing because
- 1:30Speaker1: they're so Mesmerizing to me And I reached out to her because I said This would
- 1:35Speaker1: be a beautiful thing For this show
- 1:38Speaker1: We spoke I spent a long time trying to come up with a logo
- 1:43Speaker1: Came up with the logo Because Hannah did her own Artwork and I was like why
- 1:49Speaker1: didn't you tell me this in the first place?
- 1:51Speaker0: Which is beautiful, by the way.
- 1:52Speaker1: Yeah. Thank you, guys. Yeah, it's gorgeous. So I want to welcome to the show
- 1:57Speaker1: Hannah Rose. Hannah Rose, how are you doing?
- 2:00Speaker0: I'm doing great. I'm really happy to be here. And I, again, was honored to be
- 2:07Speaker0: given my own platform within Eye Opener Society. And I'm definitely really excited
- 2:11Speaker0: to be here as a guest as well.
- 2:14Speaker1: And we're very happy to have you. And we're going to kind of dive into a lot of what you do.
- 2:19Speaker1: So just kind of give us a gist of, you know, what it is that you practice and
- 2:24Speaker1: how it's beneficial to you or anybody else.
- 2:28Speaker2: Sure.
- 2:29Speaker0: So sound healing is actually really, that's what a lot of people know me as
- 2:38Speaker0: and call me a sound healer.
- 2:41Speaker0: But my main healing modality that I have,
- 2:46Speaker0: used a lot in my practice as the shamanic breathing or the intentional breathing.
- 2:53Speaker0: And so the sound healing actually was a modality that came into my existence,
- 3:01Speaker0: you know, soon after I got started with the breathing and really started looking inward.
- 3:08Speaker0: And I found out that I love the power of sound. And I discovered that at a plant
- 3:17Speaker0: medicine retreat that I attended just a couple of months ago and at the end of June.
- 3:24Speaker0: And I actually attended a lot of the ceremonies which people were using sound
- 3:35Speaker0: healing frequencies to conduct the ceremonies.
- 3:39Speaker0: And we did a lot of drum circles and stuff like that. And so I just really found my passion within that.
- 3:48Speaker0: And of course, through breath as well. And I came home and I made a fire pit
- 3:52Speaker0: in the backyard and I decided I'm going to start my collection and start playing
- 3:57Speaker0: with this because that's all, you know, the intentional breath work has kind of.
- 4:03Speaker0: And I don't like to call it breath work because that's not how it was taught to me.
- 4:08Speaker0: My mentor actually always taught me that it's not work because we do it innately
- 4:12Speaker0: to live each and every day.
- 4:14Speaker0: And so to call it work is kind of just, in my opinion, dishonoring it.
- 4:21Speaker0: And so I don't really like to call it that. And I just like to call it intentional breathing.
- 4:26Speaker0: That's part of my practice. And I started cheering it with the world on TikTok.
- 4:30Speaker0: And that's how you found me.
- 4:31Speaker0: So it's just a little bit of what I do.
- 4:38Speaker2: I love that. I think people do focus too much on it being work and, and the hard process.
- 4:43Speaker2: I like to refer to it as playing, you know, you play in your energy,
- 4:47Speaker2: you play in yourself because just that simple rephrasing changes like the whole
- 4:52Speaker2: tone of everything you're doing.
- 4:55Speaker0: Yes.
- 4:57Speaker1: And we um here at
- 5:00Speaker1: eye openness society as a society of collectives
- 5:03Speaker1: i think you bring in such a beautiful aspect
- 5:06Speaker1: of something different uh like i'm the same way with sound i started uh right
- 5:13Speaker1: seven years ago with binaural beats they've helped me tremendously they help
- 5:18Speaker1: my tinnitus which drives me crazy but the binaural beats just masks it all the
- 5:23Speaker1: time and it places me into a wonderful place,
- 5:26Speaker1: your sound bowls, wind chimes, all that.
- 5:29Speaker1: When I hear any of those sounds, it's almost mesmerizing.
- 5:33Speaker1: And I will stop dead in my tracks when I hear sounds like that.
- 5:36Speaker1: And I just sit and I'm instantly in a meditative state.
- 5:39Speaker1: And now when you're doing the intentional breathing, this is something else
- 5:44Speaker1: that, you know, when it comes to meditation, there is breath meditation.
- 5:47Speaker1: And I've practiced that too as well.
- 5:50Speaker1: So there's many aspects to this that, you know, really is beneficial.
- 5:56Speaker1: Now, without getting all too personal, however, this is important because I
- 6:00Speaker1: know there's people out there probably going through a lot of other struggles.
- 6:04Speaker1: And Lizzie, this applies a little bit to you and even me.
- 6:07Speaker1: When it comes to being sober, I was never really an alcoholic,
- 6:14Speaker1: but damn it, would I drink.
- 6:16Speaker1: And I mean, I will drink to the point of near alcohol poisoning just to have fun.
- 6:22Speaker1: And when we try to respect our bodies and treat it like the temple,
- 6:26Speaker1: you know, that it is, this is not good. It's harmful. And I learned that.
- 6:31Speaker1: So I just kind of shut out alcohol.
- 6:34Speaker1: But Hannah, you had the same kind of experience, right?
- 6:39Speaker0: Yes, I actually just celebrated my five years of sobriety a couple of days ago.
- 6:47Speaker0: And I, you know, I did get started pretty young, you know, using and,
- 6:55Speaker0: you know, drinking wasn't really my thing.
- 6:58Speaker0: But when I started using, I was pretty young.
- 7:02Speaker0: It was shortly.
- 7:05Speaker0: I got pregnant when I was 16. So my daughter is now eight years old.
- 7:09Speaker0: And so I was pregnant at 16.
- 7:13Speaker0: I had my child when I was 16. And so then when I turned, you know,
- 7:19Speaker0: 18-ish, I really just kind of wanted to rebel and, you know,
- 7:24Speaker0: have fun and do all the things that I missed out on and everyone else was doing
- 7:30Speaker0: and I was at home with the baby.
- 7:32Speaker0: And so I, you know, got a little carried away and that lasted quite some time.
- 7:39Speaker0: But then I got sober in 2020, like about two years after I started using and.
- 7:50Speaker0: I actually that it
- 7:54Speaker0: that part of my journey is how I have came to meet my significant other and
- 7:59Speaker0: have the family that I do today because I went to Florida for treatment and
- 8:06Speaker0: met my partner and and we ended up moving here to North Carolina just a couple
- 8:12Speaker0: of months ago in February.
- 8:14Speaker0: Which is where I was really struggling
- 8:17Speaker0: for the past you know
- 8:21Speaker0: I want to add because I kind of skipped over this part they say that sobriety
- 8:25Speaker0: is really once you hit the two-year mark of sobriety is when your brain fully
- 8:31Speaker0: goes back to normal bounces back and at that point for me when it did bounce back,
- 8:39Speaker0: whatever I was masking before with all of the using came about.
- 8:45Speaker0: And so with that, I really started struggling for about two years with my mental
- 8:49Speaker0: health, which had a lot to do with my obsessive compulsive disorder,
- 8:54Speaker0: which I didn't know what it was at first until I got diagnosed.
- 8:58Speaker0: And it just came to a point, I was at my breaking point. I was kind of at rock bottom in sobriety.
- 9:05Speaker0: So I was in sobriety and I was doing all the right things, but life still showed up.
- 9:11Speaker0: And so then once I discovered the intentional breathing, it really allowed me
- 9:17Speaker0: to tap into the true essence of who I've always been and tap back into that with play.
- 9:24Speaker0: And, you know, when I say play, I mean with my sounds and with my breath and just being creative and,
- 9:34Speaker0: Doing all the things that light me up that my fear was getting in the way of, like this podcast.
- 9:42Speaker2: Beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your story.
- 9:46Speaker0: Thank you for listening.
- 9:49Speaker2: I also did the kind of sober thing as I was discovering my early spiritual journey.
- 9:55Speaker2: I did mine a lot slower. I didn't really realize mine was even a problem until
- 10:00Speaker2: my dad, best friend and boyfriend at the time all approached me separately in
- 10:05Speaker2: the same week and was like, hey, you might have a problem.
- 10:07Speaker2: And then I'm like, I might have a problem.
- 10:11Speaker2: So I kind of like slowly quit drinking as I like came into myself.
- 10:15Speaker2: And it was like a real slow drawn out process.
- 10:17Speaker2: And I think it was because I was scared of that sober rock bottom because every
- 10:22Speaker2: time that would hit, it's like I drink a little bit.
- 10:25Speaker2: So I would piece it out, which really just spread it out. You probably just
- 10:29Speaker2: did it faster and harder, you know, and sometimes that's better.
- 10:34Speaker1: I appreciate both of you, honestly, for sharing that.
- 10:38Speaker1: It's never comfortable, you know, to talk about, you know, basically our flaws.
- 10:44Speaker1: But as human beings, we're just flawed from birth because, you know,
- 10:48Speaker1: there was never a manual that came with us.
- 10:51Speaker1: You know, this is what life is, is how we deal with it. So we just go through
- 10:55Speaker1: life making decisions that we think are right at the time or just going based
- 10:59Speaker1: upon, hey, this is what feels good at the time.
- 11:03Speaker1: So I appreciate both of you for both being here and for both taking steps to
- 11:08Speaker1: make your lives even better. And you're both beautiful people.
- 11:12Speaker1: And I appreciate both of you.
- 11:15Speaker1: So what I wanted to do, Hannah, are you able to give us a little demonstration
- 11:21Speaker1: of intentional breathing?
- 11:24Speaker0: Um sure i it's no different.
- 11:27Speaker1: Than your tiktok okay i don't
- 11:29Speaker0: Have my i don't have any of my instruments out here well you.
- 11:33Speaker2: You are the instrument
- 11:34Speaker0: Yeah thank you for that um i really just to kind of give a preview i guess of
- 11:43Speaker0: what a normal practice for me would look like And again,
- 11:47Speaker0: everything I learned about this was from my friend Amber June that really brought
- 11:53Speaker0: everything into my awareness.
- 11:55Speaker0: And now I just like to kind of spread that same love that was so generously
- 12:02Speaker0: given to me to other people that might need it.
- 12:05Speaker0: And so I always like to start my practice off just by kind of getting familiar
- 12:10Speaker0: with my breath, which they're not shallow breaths.
- 12:15Speaker0: They're pretty deep breaths. So sometimes they sound a little crazy.
- 12:19Speaker0: So it would sound kind of like this.
- 12:29Speaker0: Or I would you know do in through the nose out
- 12:31Speaker0: through the mouth different patterns that you could work with but that is just
- 12:35Speaker0: kind of the intensity of the deepness of the breath and I once I get familiar
- 12:40Speaker0: with my breathing and I really kind of tap into myself at this point Sometimes
- 12:45Speaker0: I'm already feeling vibrations from it.
- 12:49Speaker0: And when I say vibrations, I'm talking about the DMT that's being naturally
- 12:54Speaker0: released from our lungs.
- 12:55Speaker0: And then it works its way up to our pineal gland and opens up your pineal gland
- 13:00Speaker0: to create an altered state of consciousness, which feels pretty good.
- 13:05Speaker0: I always like to say it's like a natural high.
- 13:09Speaker0: And I heard this thing about like getting high on my own supply, but it's breath.
- 13:14Speaker0: And so I felt like bringing that up right now for some reason.
- 13:18Speaker0: But I always like to then set my intention.
- 13:20Speaker0: So anything that I want to set into my reality during my practice,
- 13:25Speaker0: I would allow it to float into my mind like a cloud.
- 13:29Speaker0: So typically I close my eyes, allow it to float into my awareness like a cloud.
- 13:34Speaker0: And then once it's there, I start breathing into that intention.
- 13:37Speaker0: And I do that with three deep breaths, like I just demonstrated,
- 13:43Speaker0: but it can be whatever pattern is most comfortable for you.
- 13:49Speaker0: And then really once you do that at
- 13:52Speaker0: that third breath holding at the inhale and thinking
- 13:56Speaker0: into your intention and what you really want to bring about this practice
- 14:00Speaker0: that's just a way of grounding yourself and knowing
- 14:03Speaker0: what you want to get out of what you're doing
- 14:06Speaker0: so that you can do it with intent hence the
- 14:09Speaker0: intentional breathing part and then
- 14:12Speaker0: I would just continue to play with my inhales
- 14:15Speaker0: and exhales like that however it feels good on
- 14:19Speaker0: tiktok on my tiktok streams I do it a little bit more formally I guess you would
- 14:24Speaker0: say because I like to stick with a certain breath pattern to work with but when
- 14:29Speaker0: I'm doing it on my own in my own bubble I really just play with it I allow myself to just you know.
- 14:38Speaker0: Feel into it.
- 14:39Speaker2: I love that. I've actually found with myself, with either sound or movement,
- 14:46Speaker2: like it's almost like the more cringier you allow yourself to sound and look,
- 14:50Speaker2: if somebody was watching you, the further your consciousness expands.
- 14:54Speaker2: It's like you hit that capacity and you're like, I'm going to do it anyways
- 14:58Speaker2: because that's what feels good.
- 14:59Speaker2: And then suddenly it's just like it all flows. It's just, it's kind of fun.
- 15:03Speaker2: I'm still, I would definitely do it differently if I was doing it in front of
- 15:07Speaker2: people. I think I was still grasping that one a little bit.
- 15:10Speaker2: Yeah. Certainly I'm getting pretty crazy with my the way that I sound and look
- 15:14Speaker2: when I'm doing stuff. And that makes all the difference.
- 15:17Speaker0: We look structured. Yeah. And, you know, the practice is all about allowing
- 15:22Speaker0: your logical mind to just turn off for a little bit so that you're not thinking about,
- 15:28Speaker0: you know, what you look like or what you sound like to whoever,
- 15:32Speaker0: however many people are online watching me who I may not even know.
- 15:35Speaker0: Maybe, you know, maybe people are judging me.
- 15:39Speaker0: But when I truly allow myself to let my logical mind go, that question isn't
- 15:45Speaker0: there. I'm just doing what feels good and what is making me feel free and most like myself.
- 15:53Speaker0: And so that's why the practice is so special to me.
- 15:56Speaker0: And I'm not going to lie and say
- 15:59Speaker0: that sometimes when I am like laying down at night and i'm like ah like should
- 16:05Speaker0: i have posted that video or that clip of me is that embarrassing is that going
- 16:10Speaker0: to be judged but i just tell my logical mind like that that's not true well.
- 16:19Speaker2: I'll say that everything that i saw that you posted you just look so natural
- 16:23Speaker2: and just so like happy with yourself
- 16:25Speaker0: Thank you yeah.
- 16:28Speaker1: I'm gonna i'm actually gonna to second that because like, I never seen anything wrong with it.
- 16:33Speaker1: Like, as soon as I seen your videos, I knew exactly what was going on. Um.
- 16:38Speaker1: But people just don't really, this is a practice. I mean, Native Americans sat
- 16:43Speaker1: around and done many rituals and there's dances and different cultures have all these.
- 16:48Speaker1: From the outside world, it's all about the perspective. But,
- 16:51Speaker1: you know, anybody that's just focusing in on just, oh, this sounds weird.
- 16:55Speaker1: That's not the right way to look at these things. This is pure healing.
- 17:00Speaker1: And it was funny actually hannah and i were we're talking about you lizzie behind
- 17:05Speaker1: your back a little bit because one of your uh host uh hannah reposted one of
- 17:09Speaker1: your videos about being comfortable and i was like yeah lizzie rocks and and
- 17:14Speaker1: i said and i said yeah lizzie doesn't care she shows up
- 17:18Speaker1: And she just doesn't care she's going to put herself forward
- 17:22Speaker1: no matter what state she's in and that's true
- 17:25Speaker1: and that's the same thing with you hannah you're going out there and you're doing what
- 17:28Speaker1: you feel is really right for you
- 17:31Speaker1: and you're sharing it with complete and total
- 17:34Speaker1: strangers and of course it's social media
- 17:37Speaker1: world and not everybody's going to but i think though you've helped many people
- 17:41Speaker1: there's many people that really appreciate what you do and the main thing that
- 17:46Speaker1: i found so exciting about it is that when i watch your shows you are always
- 17:51Speaker1: happy you're always smiling and you have this aura about you,
- 17:56Speaker1: but I know that's because of all of this breath work that you're doing is bringing that out in you.
- 18:01Speaker0: And, and, you know, I'm glad that you brought that up too, because that's also
- 18:06Speaker0: something that I was just discussing with my significant other before this podcast,
- 18:10Speaker0: because I was really just kind of trying to mentally prepare, um,
- 18:15Speaker0: just to come on here and be authentic, uh, with my expression,
- 18:19Speaker0: of course, of my practice and, and the message that I want to give to the world.
- 18:24Speaker0: And I was touching on the fact that sometimes if I am out of character,
- 18:34Speaker0: someone might point out that I am always this light, airy, loving person on TikTok.
- 18:41Speaker0: And then how can I ever have negative emotions that invoke within me?
- 18:47Speaker0: And how can I ever lash out or do this and then pretend to be this person?
- 18:52Speaker0: I might remind you this is, you know, my meditation that you guys are seeing.
- 18:57Speaker0: You know, this isn't me 24-7. I'm not always this perfect person that has all the answers.
- 19:03Speaker0: I'm far from it, really. And I just want people to know that, that, you know,
- 19:10Speaker0: my expression in this is not to portray myself as this perfect person,
- 19:16Speaker0: but more so to express that imperfect people can also feel magical and,
- 19:25Speaker0: and authentic.
- 19:26Speaker2: Well, yeah, that's so beautiful. I think it's so true.
- 19:30Speaker2: As like somebody putting yourself out on the internet, it's so hard because,
- 19:34Speaker2: of course, we all want to like put out the best of ourselves.
- 19:38Speaker2: But when you're doing it with like spiritual content, you're putting out a vibe.
- 19:43Speaker2: You're trying to create like a space of safety and comfortability for people
- 19:47Speaker2: to go into and be able to view an experience with you.
- 19:51Speaker2: But then also when you do that, yeah, it's like it's a double persona.
- 19:56Speaker2: You know, I'll post this like beautiful worldly view on TikTok.
- 20:00Speaker2: And then 20 minutes later, I'm, you know, micromanaging my family,
- 20:04Speaker2: which is like the opposite of what I just talked about. But,
- 20:07Speaker2: you know, I'm still integrating.
- 20:08Speaker2: And I think that is one of the reasons why I'm trying to figure out how to get
- 20:12Speaker2: comfortable, like learning out loud, because it's true. Like this is something
- 20:17Speaker2: that I did a lot in the beginning.
- 20:19Speaker2: I looked at all these like beautiful spiritual people.
- 20:22Speaker2: And I'm like, I'm doing that. I'm doing all those things. Like,
- 20:25Speaker2: why am I still yelling at everybody?
- 20:28Speaker2: It's because it's like a lot more in-depth. And I think that the more people
- 20:32Speaker2: who learn out loud and are willing to view that flaw is like,
- 20:37Speaker2: it gives everybody else permission.
- 20:39Speaker2: But it also kind of takes away from that like safety bubble of energy people can go to.
- 20:45Speaker2: And so it's kind of like, it kind of depends on how, like what you want to give
- 20:50Speaker2: to the world. And you don't have to give all of it all the time.
- 20:53Speaker2: It's just like what you want to share, you know?
- 20:55Speaker0: And that's why it's an intentional practice, you know?
- 20:58Speaker0: We're practicing this feeling of peace and this feeling of, like, harmony. And so...
- 21:07Speaker0: If you are truly intentional about it and continue to integrate that,
- 21:12Speaker0: and it doesn't have to be every day.
- 21:14Speaker0: It could be, you know, five minutes a week. But if you are intentional about
- 21:18Speaker0: that, then you're going to get what you are manifesting out of it.
- 21:25Speaker0: Confirmation, lawnmower.
- 21:29Speaker0: Sorry about that.
- 21:30Speaker1: It's all right. Just make sure no rocks get kicked up into your house.
- 21:34Speaker0: That's all.
- 21:35Speaker1: I don't want that. Yeah, listen, Lizzie and Hannah, both of you got beautiful views on that.
- 21:42Speaker1: And it's so right. We, as human beings, if we put our flaws forward,
- 21:47Speaker1: we'd be in a much better world, you know?
- 21:51Speaker1: Because, yeah, we try to always present ourselves as the perfect person and
- 21:54Speaker1: I'm better than everybody else. But that's just ego.
- 21:57Speaker1: Once we separate that ego and we just focus in on whatever it is we have to
- 22:02Speaker1: offer, then there's no problem.
- 22:04Speaker1: We show that to the world. And that's our gift. to everybody.
- 22:09Speaker1: Just because I meditate doesn't mean I don't get angry. Just because I meditate
- 22:12Speaker1: doesn't mean I don't get sad.
- 22:14Speaker1: I meditate to help perfect each one of those emotions so I know how to deal with them better.
- 22:22Speaker1: I have a lot of built-up rage in me. I always have. I'm from a tough city.
- 22:28Speaker1: I was born and raised in the Bronx. I still have that in me.
- 22:31Speaker1: It doesn't take much to trigger.
- 22:33Speaker1: However, the meditation has helped it.
- 22:37Speaker1: This meditation of intentional breathing has helped you.
- 22:41Speaker1: Lizzie, with her energy work, helps her. Helps her to go through each one of
- 22:46Speaker1: her crises as they show up. And I appreciate that.
- 22:50Speaker1: And I did. I've seen Lizzie through them in such a short period of time.
- 22:54Speaker1: And it's beautiful to see the change, the positive changes in people.
- 22:59Speaker1: It really is. And I appreciate that.
- 23:02Speaker1: So real quick, what I want to do, even though it's new, you have a podcast.
- 23:07Speaker1: I don't know who offered that to you, but wow, what a great thing.
- 23:13Speaker0: It's amazing. I'm very excited about it.
- 23:16Speaker0: I, again, I keep saying this and I'll continue to say I'm just honored to have
- 23:21Speaker0: been given the platform that I've been given.
- 23:24Speaker0: And I love your vision for Eye Opener Society.
- 23:31Speaker0: I know that you shared a little bit of how it came about and what you wanted
- 23:37Speaker0: it to be and I think that you're doing a really good job at perfecting that
- 23:43Speaker0: vision by giving people that,
- 23:49Speaker0: have a voice, a platform to be heard on.
- 23:53Speaker0: And I think it's really important to point out that a lot of people are being
- 23:57Speaker0: silenced for their thoughts and their beliefs and their practices,
- 24:04Speaker0: especially when it comes to holistic healing and things of that sort.
- 24:11Speaker2: Now, you can't build a community of unconditional love on TikTok. That's not okay.
- 24:17Speaker2: It's, I guess, Community guidelines for minors.
- 24:20Speaker0: Yep. Yep. We were just talking about that, me and Lizzie, that she posted a
- 24:25Speaker0: beautiful message about just aligning your home life with your other life, I guess.
- 24:35Speaker0: Something of that sort. And it got silenced.
- 24:39Speaker0: And it was a beautiful message. And it was said to be inappropriate.
- 24:45Speaker0: And so with that being said, I am very pleased to see an uncensored society,
- 24:55Speaker0: if you will, called Eye Opener Society.
- 24:59Speaker0: And then to be a part of that and have my own podcast, I'm so excited.
- 25:04Speaker0: I'm so stoked. I was a little bit nervous about it because, of course,
- 25:10Speaker0: it's just it's a platform and I'm going to be the host.
- 25:14Speaker0: So I just was kind of worrying about what I would say, if I would say all the
- 25:20Speaker0: right things, if it would sound good. And I think that is beside the point.
- 25:26Speaker0: I think that the point of the matter is just to self-express in the most authentic
- 25:34Speaker0: way possible and share my message with the world.
- 25:37Speaker0: And so I've already recorded two episodes, as Gary knows.
- 25:42Speaker0: I have sent them over. The first premiere episode, of course,
- 25:47Speaker0: is coming this Friday, as you stated.
- 25:49Speaker0: And then we already have some more loaded up.
- 25:52Speaker0: So I'm really excited for these messages to be released because, uh.
- 26:01Speaker0: It's crazy when when me and Gary had our first meeting just to kind of discuss
- 26:06Speaker0: logistics and everything.
- 26:08Speaker0: I was just having a conversation with him and I had a page in my notebook full
- 26:14Speaker0: of ideas of certain episodes, topics, things that I wanted to touch on.
- 26:20Speaker0: And I had like 10 ideas already off the rib. And so I'm really just excited
- 26:25Speaker0: to dive into all of these things that I want to express to all of you guys that are listening.
- 26:32Speaker2: I'm so excited to hear it. I'm just so excited. I'm just waiting.
- 26:36Speaker2: I think when this episode comes out, I think it will have already dropped.
- 26:40Speaker2: But when we're recording it, now it has it.
- 26:42Speaker0: Yes.
- 26:43Speaker1: Yeah, that was one of the discussions I had. I said, yeah, with the first podcast
- 26:46Speaker1: you did, I was like, you have to remember that there's no timeline here.
- 26:51Speaker1: Somebody could be turning this show on 75 years from now. Yeah.
- 26:55Speaker1: Everything already happened. You know, it's like you can't say,
- 26:57Speaker1: well, next Friday. Well, in the year 3030, what's next Friday?
- 27:02Speaker0: And that's a concept I'm going to definitely have to get used to on here.
- 27:07Speaker1: Yeah, it's fine. I do it myself all the time as well.
- 27:11Speaker1: You know, I was like, oh, I was down at Appalachian Rootworks on such and such
- 27:14Speaker1: day. And it's like, wait a minute.
- 27:15Speaker1: That's probably irrelevant whenever somebody's turning it on in their timeline.
- 27:19Speaker1: So it's good and from what I hear just if you have not yet tuned into A Sound Within
- 27:27Speaker1: everything is beautiful the way it's
- 27:30Speaker1: kind of like a storytelling voice that you have and it's extremely
- 27:33Speaker1: to me it's extremely meditative and I enjoy listening to it and I hope that
- 27:39Speaker1: the rest of our listening owners can tune in and start following and I'm pushing
- 27:44Speaker1: you to do the Facebook page which I know you have in the works this way we can
- 27:49Speaker1: find you on Facebook but we can find you on TikTok Hannah Rose is it 164?
- 27:54Speaker0: Yeah so it's at HannahRose146 and it's all lowercase at.
- 27:59Speaker1: HannahRose146 Yeah so follow her
- 28:02Speaker1: on TikTok because she does her lives and they are really really
- 28:05Speaker1: great and you should at least check one out follow
- 28:08Speaker1: her podcast A Sound Within and she's not only going to be doing you know the
- 28:13Speaker1: podcast she's going to be a fixture here with Eye Opener Society because she's
- 28:18Speaker1: going to be that backup guest when I can't show up or when Lizzie can't show
- 28:22Speaker1: up or if we just want somebody else's perspective in on it.
- 28:27Speaker1: Lizzie and Hannah could do a show together and then I could do a show.
- 28:31Speaker1: It's going to change things up and I really,
- 28:36Speaker1: That's why I want, you know, certain people to be in this platform.
- 28:40Speaker1: You're right. I don't want to silence everybody. I don't want Lizzie to have
- 28:44Speaker1: to say for entertainment purposes only.
- 28:47Speaker0: It's bullshit.
- 28:48Speaker1: It really is. We're trying to do something and say something that's so important.
- 28:52Speaker1: And then we got to destroy it with these stupid rules and regulations.
- 28:56Speaker1: Not here. So I'm going to have Lizzie recording shows herself,
- 29:01Speaker1: you know, when she wants to get those messages.
- 29:03Speaker1: And if she wants to make them clear without being banned or without having to
- 29:07Speaker1: say for entertainment purposes only, she'll do it right here on our platform.
- 29:12Speaker1: And that's why I want more people to come.
- 29:13Speaker1: So if you're following Hannah, follow us. And it's not just because we want follows.
- 29:18Speaker1: It's because we just want a clearer, much more open society where,
- 29:23Speaker1: yes, we can speak what's on our mind.
- 29:25Speaker1: We all can be beautiful human beings. And we don't have to sit there and say,
- 29:29Speaker1: well, that's only for entertainment purposes only.
- 29:32Speaker0: Because that is almost discrediting the beautiful message that Lizzie, and not only message,
- 29:40Speaker0: but messages that Lizzie has to share with the world, all the magic that is
- 29:45Speaker0: her trying to be, you know, pushed down.
- 29:50Speaker0: And that's something that we are trying to steer away from.
- 29:54Speaker0: So I really hate that they're doing that to you too, Lizzie.
- 29:58Speaker0: And I know that it's not only entertainment. This is real life stuff here.
- 30:04Speaker2: You know, I believe that the universe always conspires in my favor.
- 30:08Speaker2: And so if TikTok is trying to play with how I phrase things,
- 30:13Speaker2: maybe I need to address that because I am still learning to say my message even
- 30:17Speaker2: when others are not ready to receive it.
- 30:19Speaker2: And so what a beautiful opportunity to argue with a robot versus a person, you know.
- 30:25Speaker0: And have your own platform. on my own site completely uncensored.
- 30:30Speaker2: Yes yes this was important and so
- 30:33Speaker2: beautifully timed I met Gary like right before the first
- 30:36Speaker2: one got and got banned and that one they actually
- 30:39Speaker2: took all my videos down and everything and almost
- 30:42Speaker2: like was gonna delete it all and then they just
- 30:45Speaker2: like gave it back to me like the next day like nothing happened
- 30:48Speaker2: and they're like well if you want to appeal it you have to go in and like go
- 30:51Speaker2: to your notifications but there was no notification so
- 30:55Speaker2: it's like they don't even give me an opportunity it's kind of interesting so
- 30:59Speaker2: but i guess this is a common one with the spirituality so i'm just gonna go
- 31:02Speaker2: with that the universe is always conspiring in my favor and this is clearly
- 31:06Speaker2: teaching me and guiding me to where i need to go so you know whatever happens there i
- 31:11Speaker0: Love that sentiment.
- 31:12Speaker1: Yeah and it's funny i always said when it comes to why does spirituality get attacked
- 31:20Speaker1: Why does nobody go inside of a Catholic church and sit there and say,
- 31:24Speaker1: hey, you have to say for entertainment purposes only?
- 31:26Speaker1: Why is it only spirituality when we're just talking about something that's not
- 31:31Speaker1: mainstream? I never get that.
- 31:33Speaker2: Because we're empowering people, not corporations. And no matter how much you
- 31:38Speaker2: want to put God in front of a church, that is a corporation.
- 31:42Speaker2: And we don't like that.
- 31:45Speaker1: Bravo, Lizzie. Thank you. See, this is why you have this platform. You can say that here.
- 31:50Speaker0: Yes. And your word is not only for entertainment.
- 31:57Speaker0: You know, the message that you have to share with the world is really beautiful.
- 32:01Speaker0: I'm really glad that we've connected and that we are friends now. Yeah, I'm so happy.
- 32:07Speaker2: Gary's so good at bringing these beautiful souls together. Like each time he
- 32:11Speaker2: introduces me to a person, he's like, oh, I met this really cool person.
- 32:14Speaker2: I'm like, wow, they're like one of the most beautiful souls I've ever met.
- 32:17Speaker2: He just does it over and over again He's just got like a gift with that I think He's
- 32:21Speaker0: Like the cool kids He's the cool kids table,
- 32:27Speaker0: Everybody's welcome.
- 32:28Speaker1: Everybody I do appreciate that so much And I appreciate you Hannah Rose Thank
- 32:34Speaker1: you so much for coming on this episode Thank you so much for your podcast A
- 32:38Speaker1: Sound Within I want everybody to tune in I want everybody to find you on TikTok
- 32:42Speaker1: I'm going to have everything down to synopsis And also another announcement too
- 32:47Speaker1: The OG of Eye Opener Society My
- 32:50Speaker1: stepdaughter Hannah Was just given a show Given
- 32:53Speaker1: her own platform To bring her back into the mix It's going to be called Hannah's
- 32:58Speaker1: Unrealistic Desires And I can't wait for her to start Giving me some episodes
- 33:03Speaker1: So I can start putting them out there She has a voice And she needs to be her
- 33:07Speaker1: too as well And there will be no For entertainment purposes Only on that Because she is raw
- 33:14Speaker1: Emotional and she lets everything go.
