After a $28,500 restoration in Charleston, SC, complete with a new wooden housing and steel brackets, the bell made a triumphant return to Boise, complete with a downtown parade and crowd-pleasing rings. Now, it’s hitting all 44 counties starting mid-August, inviting everyone—including students—to see and ring it. Kids can even chip in a quarter to help fund the tour.
