- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi. It's Adam here, and in this
- 0:42episode of The Hypnotist, you're going to be listening to a
- 0:45hypnosis session designed for a life of more.
- 0:50Fun and. More adventure and I was working
- 0:54with a client that. Was.
- 0:56Already very, very successful and already making quite
- 1:01profound choices that gave them a life that was more of their
- 1:05liking. And a lot of people just go with
- 1:07the flow and they live life based on almost like a script.
- 1:11Of what society? Or their friendship group or
- 1:14their family expect them to live.
- 1:15And this guy definitely wasn't. Like that?
- 1:18But he wanted to elevate it even more.
- 1:21And what this session is really about is about empowerment and
- 1:26the empowerment to make life more fun, more enjoyable, but
- 1:30also more in control. And there is this wonderful word
- 1:34called agency. Some people call it empowerment,
- 1:37some people call it agency, but it's effectively the ability to
- 1:43make. Choices the way that.
- 1:44You want to make choices and to feel how you want to feel.
- 1:48Not feel how you should feel and not do what you're meant to do,
- 1:52but really take control. And this hypnosis session starts
- 1:56off with a metaphor of. A A game of them.
- 2:01Playing a game, and the reason I chose that metaphor is because
- 2:06characters within games are restricted by their programming.
- 2:11They can only do certain moves and they can only do certain
- 2:14things and they're they're limited.
- 2:16So by then. Playing a character in a game
- 2:18that then breaks free of their programming, what a lot of
- 2:22people these days would call breaking free from the matrix,
- 2:26is a very good metaphor for this idea of agency, of going beyond
- 2:31what is normally the typical confines.
- 2:34And then we use a bit of regression to anchor and harness
- 2:38resourceful states times where they.
- 2:41Did. Take a situation that could have
- 2:44been frustrating or annoying and made it fun, or times when they
- 2:47did feel empowered and take full agency of what was happening in
- 2:51that moment. And then lots of future pacing
- 2:54where they're able to live a life on their terms with more
- 2:57joy, with more adventure, with more spontaneity, with more
- 3:01empowerment. And then that ripples throughout
- 3:04the rest of the session. So there's a little bit going on
- 3:07here. Some of the references aren't
- 3:09going to relate to everyone because not everyone is familiar
- 3:12with the term NPC, this non player character.
- 3:16So in computer games you've got almost like background
- 3:19characters, like extras in a movie that just they say the
- 3:23same things and they do the same things.
- 3:25But it's a great analogy because there's a lot of people living a
- 3:28life of being almost like an NPC, like they're just doing
- 3:33what they're meant to do. And then you've got the real
- 3:36kind of. Players the live.
- 3:37Players that are actually making choices and decisions and really
- 3:41thinking about what kind of life they want.
- 3:44So that's happening in this and some of the references really
- 3:47are about the values of this individual like freedom, like
- 3:50fun, like empowerment. And that might not relate to
- 3:53everyone, but I think most people would benefit from having
- 3:57more fun in their life and and feeling more in control of
- 4:00choices and how they feel it was created for an individual and
- 4:05therefore bear that in mind. But if you do like the idea of a
- 4:10personalized bespoke session working with me directly, there
- 4:14will be a link in the description where you can book a
- 4:17completely free consultation call to explore working with me.
- 4:21And some people, because of my English accent, think that they
- 4:24have to be in England to work with me.
- 4:26Most of my clients aren't actually in the UK anymore.
- 4:30The client that I was working with is actually in Texas at the
- 4:33point where I actually did the session, and that's because I
- 4:36have a recording studio and I can work with clients all over
- 4:39the world. So if that appeals, check out
- 4:41the description, book that free consultation call and we'll have
- 4:44a chat. For now though, I think you will
- 4:47benefit from this hypnosis session.
- 4:48So find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be
- 4:52disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 5:32Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe in, breathe in that
- 5:41slow, steady, long breath of relaxation.
- 5:49And as you exhale, give yourself permission to release, to just
- 5:59let go, to let go of anything that is causing any kind of
- 6:08stress, worry or tension or anything in fact, that would
- 6:15impede your ability to go further and deeper relaxed.
- 6:32And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you become.
- 6:41And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you breathe.
- 6:56And as your body relaxes, your imagination awakens.
- 7:05I don't want you to imagine a time, perhaps years back,
- 7:10playing a computer game, maybe a game that relates to football.
- 7:19I want you to get a sense that sometimes you would lose hours
- 7:26fully immersed in that game. And back then, you didn't
- 7:36consider that hypnosis. But when you're fully immersed
- 7:45in something, wasn't it the case that your fingers were doing
- 7:52things on the control pad without your conscious control?
- 7:59Sometimes things happening around you were almost
- 8:05invisible, in the same way that if you're reading a good book,
- 8:14you're not aware of turning the pages, and when you're immersed
- 8:19in a game, you're not aware of those subtle things happening
- 8:26around you. And I want you to think of a
- 8:32player in that game. And I want you to think that
- 8:39that player is bound by rules and restrictions, that a player
- 8:47in a football game can only play football.
- 8:53That is what they're programmed to do.
- 8:57But as you imagine staring at that player, I want you to
- 9:03imagine what it would be like to go into the screen and become.
- 9:12The player. Imagine.
- 9:18Wearing that football kit, taking that ball.
- 9:25But imagine asking yourself the question, what would it look
- 9:31like if I was in this situation, maximizing my fun?
- 9:41And maybe the fun thing to do is not to play football in this
- 9:45moment, but to explore the universe that you're in.
- 9:53And I want you to imagine simply leaving the football pitch,
- 10:01changing your clothes and exploring a reality you're not
- 10:08meant to experience. And maybe you can see the
- 10:14confused and perplexed faces of the other players.
- 10:20They never realized that not playing the game was an option.
- 10:26In fact, they're bound by their programming.
- 10:30All they can do is continue playing football.
- 10:35And yet now you're no longer in the stadium, exploring this
- 10:40brand new world. And maybe you.
- 10:44Ask yourself what? Could I do if I multiplied my
- 10:55agency? If I took full control of all my
- 11:00decisions, choices and emotions, could that even be 10X in this
- 11:07moment? But imagine saying this to
- 11:12yourself with a smile on your face, and I want you to think of
- 11:19anything that you could do. You.
- 11:26Could find an airfield and climb into a plane, find a motorcycle
- 11:32and start riding it. Perhaps you could find a cinema
- 11:41there in this digital reality and just watch a movie and
- 11:46imagine doing that. But instead of watching a movie
- 11:51from Hollywood, I want you to think of a memory and then see
- 11:57it on the screen. A specific time in your past
- 12:04where something happened that normally would make someone
- 12:08frustrated or annoyed, angry or scared.
- 12:14But in that moment, I want you to see a version of you that
- 12:21made it. Fun and maybe.
- 12:27It was an idea or an attitude. Maybe it was being playful in
- 12:36the moment. I don't want you to see that
- 12:40version of you doing something that made it fun.
- 12:48And then step into that memory, going into the screen, into your
- 12:55body at the very point where consciously or unconsciously,
- 13:05you asked the question, what would this look like if I made
- 13:10this fun? And in this very moment, wiggle
- 13:15your toes and link the idea of wiggling your toes to the
- 13:23question, what would this look like if I made this fun?
- 13:29And then imagine doing whatever you did back then that was fun
- 13:34because you made it that way. And.
- 13:41Notice there were so many other ways this could have gone, but
- 13:47it ended being a wonderful memory because it was a
- 13:52wonderful experience, because you took control of how you were
- 13:59going to feel and what were you were going to do.
- 14:04Hold on to that feeling of playfulness and fun as you
- 14:08return back into the cinema seeing a screen.
- 14:13But this time allow your unconscious to reveal a
- 14:20different memory. Allow your unconscious to reveal
- 14:25a memory where you saw yourself being in control.
- 14:35See yourself with such high levels of agency.
- 14:42Things happened because you made them happen.
- 14:46No waiting around, no following standard ways of doing
- 14:51something. See yourself doing something
- 14:57that mitigated something, enhanced something, or gave you
- 15:01an outcome that you only got because of the initiative you
- 15:07showed. And then step into that memory
- 15:16that had you stayed on autopilot, you would have been a
- 15:20spectator or just followed A pathway where nothing much
- 15:26happened, but instead you made something happen.
- 15:34And in that moment, with that conscious or unconscious choice
- 15:39to take agency, shift your posture, and breathe the way you
- 15:45brought back then to feel you're in control.
- 15:52You are a master of your destiny.
- 15:57Feel that you have the power, the power to make a choice, a
- 16:05decision to alter your emotions. And I want you to get a sense
- 16:12that this is just a taste of what is to come.
- 16:21Because now the cinema screen in this digital virtual reality
- 16:29will now reveal your future, Allow the screen to show you
- 16:36glimpses of a future yet to happen.
- 16:42Because from this moment on, anytime you feel stark or bored
- 16:47or disconnected, a quiet inner voice will ask, what would this
- 16:55look like if it were fun? And see that version of you on
- 17:00the screen, discreetly wiggling those toes, smiling in a
- 17:07mischievous way. And notice your body and mind
- 17:12will begin shifting into that frequency automatically.
- 17:18A future of more fun, more joy, more enjoyment, more
- 17:23spontaneity. The moments that feel heavy or
- 17:28dull, you'll naturally find yourself smiling as you ask,
- 17:37what would I do right now if I had 10 times the agency and see
- 17:44that version of you with a spark of possibility igniting within.
- 17:50Your posture shifts. Your breathing shifts, your
- 17:54facial expression subtly changes, You see yourself
- 18:00switching from NPC mode to live player mode.
- 18:04In that moment, that's all it takes, like a switch.
- 18:11And each time you catch yourself on autopilot, you will feel a
- 18:17playful jaunt of curiosity, like the moment before a plot twist,
- 18:25and you'll wake up to the game again.
- 18:31Game in live player mode. And even without thinking, your
- 18:38unconscious now knows how to turn that monotony into magic by
- 18:45reaching into a parallel version of you who's already in that
- 18:55most engaged, fully in control state.
- 19:02There's a version of you always making something joyful,
- 19:09empowered and positive, and in any moment feel that you can
- 19:17harness the infinite power of the multiverse.
- 19:21Get inspiration and resources from that version of you,
- 19:26handling any situation in the most fun and empowered way
- 19:32possible. Because you are no longer a
- 19:39background character, no longer autopilot.
- 19:47You're the main character, the hero, the artist, and every
- 19:51choice now feels like an invitation to play, to shape, to
- 19:59explore, to take risks, to do. And the more present you become,
- 20:09the more powerful you feel, as if each second is a joystick in
- 20:17your hand. Giving you control over the
- 20:21mood, direction and essence of your experience.
- 20:32And whenever life feels a bit too predictable, there will be a
- 20:38voice either in your head or your gut that wakes up and
- 20:43thinks, let's mix things up and you start playing with reality
- 20:52like a sandbox, surprising even yourself.
- 20:59And when others pause or hesitate or shrink, your nature
- 21:04is to expand, turning dark clouds into colour with more
- 21:11life and more possibility with every breath.
- 21:21I want you to get a sense you can consciously decide how to
- 21:26make things more fun or give you more agency.
- 21:30But what if spontaneity becomes your secret portal?
- 21:38That your gut can be your guide, where each unexpected idea or
- 21:46impulse leads to a moment of joy, discovery, or magic.
- 21:53So when you feel the urge to do something random, do it,
- 21:59trusting that the weirdest choices often lead to the best
- 22:04memories. You are now guided by a compass
- 22:11of curiosity there in your gut, where each day feels more like
- 22:18an adventure, where anything could happen.
- 22:24Where horror movies turn to comedies and action movies feel
- 22:30like it's describing your life. So much so that you love
- 22:36breaking your own patterns. Because each time you do, you
- 22:42uncover a new part of yourself you didn't know existed.
- 22:50And what? If in every situation you can
- 22:57download from the quantum cloud energy for the most fun version
- 23:04of yourself in another universe and feel it charging your body
- 23:09and mind right now. Because there are infinite
- 23:16versions of you, there is a version of you even more
- 23:22fearless, even more joyful, even more in control, and you can
- 23:29channel their mindset whenever you choose.
- 23:37And what if that gut regret only feels that way because another
- 23:44version of you in the multiverse followed that instinct?
- 23:52This isn't to make you feel like you've missed out, is to remind
- 23:57you of the infinite upside of trusting your instincts and
- 24:03intuition. And when you face a challenge,
- 24:11what if you were to unconsciously or consciously
- 24:14ask, how is the most empowered version of me handling this?
- 24:21And their strategy flows into you like a psychic transmission.
- 24:31You already know there's not just one way to live your life
- 24:36is already evidence that that is true.
- 24:39There are infinite paths. There is a version of you
- 24:43somewhere in the multiverse that never left your home, spent your
- 24:50whole life in the same town, and therefore you are already
- 24:57inspiration to other versions of you there in the multiverse.
- 25:05And there will be other versions of you that will be inspiration
- 25:09for you. Because Infinity has no limits.
- 25:16And with those infinite paths, imagine that you can hop
- 25:20timelines in an instant by choosing the energy, resources
- 25:25and strategies that feel most exciting.
- 25:32And whether it's a posture, a phrase in your head, or a
- 25:40particular way of moving your body, perhaps even touching an
- 25:47object in a particular way, you can harness all of those
- 25:54different choices and options. And the more you choose agency,
- 26:01the more fun you have. And the more fun you have, the
- 26:06more willing you are to take risks, to be spontaneous and
- 26:12choose random possibilities. And the more fun you have, the
- 26:18more agency you feel. Consider it an infinite feedback
- 26:25loop. Good choices leads to more
- 26:32positive reinforcement, encouraging you to have even
- 26:37more fun and even more agency. And imagine how it would feel to
- 26:45speak, move, and decide with the authority and the energy of
- 26:51someone who's designing their life on purpose, even when
- 26:57others are just reacting, trapped in that MPC mode.
- 27:06Feel your body is now calibrated to fun, like a tuning fork.
- 27:10And when something's not right for you, you feel it.
- 27:17And when something is right for you, feel that vibrate as
- 27:22energy, lightness, or laughter. Agency is leaning in to those
- 27:31things that feel rewarding and mitigating those things that
- 27:37don't quite feel right. As you now trust that fun isn't
- 27:44a luxury, it's a frequency. It's a choice that powers you
- 27:52up, makes you smarter, more magnetic, more creative.
- 28:01It enhances who you are at your very core.
- 28:09I want you to imagine now leaving that cinema and
- 28:13returning to the stadium. And I want you to see those
- 28:18other football players trapped in the game, restricted by the
- 28:23confines of their own rules and belief systems, not realizing
- 28:30their reality is beyond the football pitch and the games.
- 28:39And if that's true for these players, what if it's also true
- 28:44for you that the confines and the restrictions aren't real,
- 28:52They just feel like it. And now imagine returning back
- 28:58to you in the present moment, the desire to break free from
- 29:06certain rules and routines and rituals and instead to take
- 29:15control, to live your life on your terms with more fun, more
- 29:24agency, and more more alignment with the intuition there in your
- 29:34gut. It's time to recalibrate with
- 29:38the present. So take a deep breath in through
- 29:42your nose and out through your nose.
- 29:46Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
- 29:48Connect and calibrate into the here and the now as I now count
- 29:53from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 29:56You will awaken feeling empowered, playful, and a desire
- 30:04to break free even more from those restrictions that some
- 30:08people call life. Starting to count 123.
- 30:15Waking up 456. More alert 7-8.
- 30:20Open your eyes, Open your eyes. 910.
- 30:24Wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
