• 2:40
Speaker 5: make the switch today. It's the forty seven Morning Update
• 2:44
Speaker 5: and it starts right now.
• 2:45
  Speaker 4: Story number one.
• 2:47
Speaker 5: There has been a lot of conversation about the Epstein files.
• 2:51
Speaker 5: Any Democrats are now obsessed over the Epstein files and
• 2:54
Speaker 5: trying to use anything where Donald Trump's name was used
• 2:58
Speaker 5: to connect ten to some of horrific behavior without any
• 3:02
Speaker 5: evidence to back it up. Well, while they're playing checkers,
• 3:06
Speaker 5: Donald Trump is now playing chess. A pretty brilliant move
• 3:10
Speaker 5: by President Donald Trump on Friday, he has now directed
• 3:14
Speaker 5: the Justice Department to investigate the disgrace late financier Jeffrey
• 3:18
Speaker 5: Epstein and his ties to several high profile Democrats as
• 3:23
Speaker 5: well as certain banks. The President writing this now that
• 3:27
Speaker 5: the Democrats are using the Epstein hoax involving Democrats not Republicans,
• 3:33
Speaker 5: to try and deflect from their disastrous government shutdown and
• 3:36
Speaker 5: all of their other failures. I will be asking the
• 3:40
Speaker 5: Attorney General Pambondi and the Department of Justice, together with
• 3:44
Speaker 5: our great patriots at the FBI, to investigate Jeffrey Epstein's
• 3:48
Speaker 5: involvement and relationship with Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reed Hoffman,
• 3:54
Speaker 5: JP Morgan Chase, and many other people and institutions to
• 3:59
Speaker 5: determine what was going on with them and him. Trump
• 4:03
Speaker 5: writing this on true Social this is another Russia Russia,
• 4:07
Speaker 5: Russia scam, with all arrows pointing to the Democrats. He added,
• 4:12
Speaker 5: records show that these men and many others spent large
• 4:16
Speaker 5: portions of their life with Epstein and on his island.
• 4:20
Speaker 5: Stay tuned now. In an earlier post on Friday, Trump
• 4:23
Speaker 5: said that Epstein was a Democrat and therefore is the
• 4:26
Speaker 5: democrats problem, not the Republican's problem.
• 4:30
Speaker 2: He also accused the.
• 4:31
Speaker 5: Democrats of doing everything in their withering power to push
• 4:35
Speaker 5: the Epstein hoax again, despite the DOJ releasing more than
• 4:39
Speaker 5: fifty thousand pages of documents. Trump said lawmakers should not
• 4:44
Speaker 5: waste time looking into him and instead should focus on
• 4:46
Speaker 5: the Democrats. He later named in the post, announcing the
• 4:49
Speaker 5: pro Democrats, of course, are trying to use this to
• 4:52
Speaker 5: hurt the president. What's interesting is if you go back
• 4:55
Speaker 5: and look at the history of this. Democrats never gave
• 4:59
  Speaker 5: a damn a bout the victims. In fact, it's a
• 5:02
Speaker 5: point that I brought up on Fox News Channel to
• 5:04
Speaker 5: the Democrats face, saying, where were you guys when you
• 5:07
Speaker 5: had the power to do something about this. Take a
• 5:10
Speaker 5: listen to what I had to say on Abby Phillips
• 5:12
Speaker 5: show on CNN. You guys gave us much thought and
• 5:16
Speaker 5: much obsession over this when Joe Biden was president.
• 5:19
Speaker 2: I wish you were asking for this much transparency.
• 5:22
Speaker 5: When it wasn't about attacking the president of the United
• 5:24
Speaker 5: States of America and we score political points. I wish
• 5:27
Speaker 5: you guys cared about the victims as much as you
• 5:30
Speaker 5: care about trying to attack Donald Trump. When CNN's own
• 5:34
Speaker 5: reporting says, and I quote the woman who is the
• 5:36
Speaker 5: survivor literally accused Democrats, not Republicans, of hiding her name
• 5:41
Speaker 5: because she had not alleged.
• 5:43
Speaker 2: Trump, Well, you're talking about anything wrong.
• 5:45
Speaker 6: You're talking about Virginia grew correct, who we just talked
• 5:48
Speaker 6: about you. And my point is she died by it,
• 5:50
Speaker 6: Just to be clear, shed.
• 5:52
Speaker 5: But that she accused Democrats when she was alive her
• 5:57
Speaker 5: words of hiding her name because she had not alleged
• 5:59
Speaker 5: Trump to have done anything wrong. That is how sick
• 6:02
Speaker 5: and partisan this has become. You guys didn't care about
• 6:05
Speaker 5: the victims, You didn't care about anything else. And now
• 6:07
Speaker 5: you're saying, well, maybe Donald Trump knew of a crime
• 6:10
Speaker 5: and maybe didn't report it.
• 6:11
Speaker 2: That's just straight up slander and libel.
• 6:16
  Speaker 7: You're telling.
• 6:19
Speaker 2: To finish watch the crime.
• 6:22
Speaker 6: One thing up because I think this is important. I
• 6:24
Speaker 6: don't want this mist information to be out there. When
• 6:26
Speaker 6: Virginia Jeffrey said that Trump had not done anything wrong,
• 6:31
Speaker 6: she was not accusing the Republicans accused Democrats of withholding
• 6:35
Speaker 6: her name for that reason. She just separately said that
• 6:39
Speaker 6: that she did not see Trump do anything untoward.
• 6:41
Speaker 5: That's that's that's the quint and so go back to
• 6:44
  Speaker 5: what he made.
• 6:46
Speaker 6: I don't want people to think that that it was
• 6:49
Speaker 6: that's just responding to Democrats, which she was not.
• 6:51
Speaker 7: But go ahead, here's the thing. First of all, Joe
• 6:53
Speaker 7: Biden was not on the plane. He was not made
• 6:58
Speaker 7: you go jump to another because on the plane was
• 7:00
Speaker 7: not there. Everybody said, well, Joe Biden didn't do whatever.
• 7:03
Speaker 7: The Democrats were never saying, don't release the Republicans now
• 7:07
Speaker 7: are saying don't release. That's not true.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: I've said release, stay consistent. I rea.
• 7:15
Speaker 8: Ironically, the reason this is such an issue right now
• 7:19
Speaker 8: is because Republicans campaigned on it and made it. Frankly,
• 7:23
Speaker 8: shame on the Biden DOJ for not having been more proactive,
• 7:28
Speaker 8: and thank you to the Republicans. The manner is fear
• 7:31
Speaker 8: all the bloggers, fear the Republican right wing who spent
• 7:35
Speaker 8: the campaign making this into a big issue.
• 7:38
Speaker 5: And I'd say, now release it as long as you
• 7:40
Speaker 5: protect the victim's release. But what you notice, Democrats, and
• 7:45
Speaker 5: that's why I went back in history, they didn't care
• 7:47
Speaker 5: about this at all. The only thing they want to
• 7:50
Speaker 5: do now is hurt President Donald Trump. They want to
• 7:53
Speaker 5: do anything they can to try to imply that he
• 7:55
Speaker 5: did something terrible, that he did something that is like awful.
• 7:59
Speaker 2: He he didn't do anything wrong. That is the biggest
• 8:02
  Speaker 2: difference here.
• 8:03
Speaker 5: And so now with the President saying, Okay, DJ, you
• 8:07
Speaker 5: guys want to go there, you want to play this game, fine,
• 8:10
Speaker 5: we will investigate you. Now let's go through the names
• 8:14
Speaker 5: of people. You notice he said Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton
• 8:18
Speaker 5: has never been investigated for going to Epstein Island, flying
• 8:22
Speaker 5: on his plane or any of the connections there, which,
• 8:25
Speaker 5: by the way, also brings us to another story that
• 8:28
Speaker 5: involves the Clintons. The Clinton Foundation, where money was flowing
• 8:33
Speaker 5: in when Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State and
• 8:36
Speaker 5: running for president, is now the center of more attention. Now,
• 8:41
Speaker 5: there's a part of this story that you may not
• 8:43
Speaker 5: actually even know about, and that is the IRS actually
• 8:46
Speaker 5: opened a criminal probe into the Clinton Foundation in twenty nineteen.
• 8:52
  Speaker 2: But guess what.
• 8:53
Speaker 5: In twenty nineteen, a Democrat was in charge of the
• 8:56
Speaker 5: White House, the FBI, and all of all four smith
• 9:00
Speaker 5: So what happened? The investigation was abruptly stopped. Here's more
• 9:06
Speaker 5: of the background on that story.
• 9:08
Speaker 3: And a criminal probe into the Clinton Foundation in twenty
• 9:12
Speaker 3: nineteen but then suddenly stopped. That's according to new memos
• 9:16
Speaker 3: detailing how agents suddenly cut off contact with whistleblowers after
• 9:21
Speaker 3: months of cooperation. The National Newsdesk Jeff Harris joining us.
• 9:25
Speaker 3: The federal government, as we know, has long been concerned
• 9:29
Speaker 3: about the Clinton Foundation, But these memos they only add
• 9:32
Speaker 3: to that worry. What are you learning tonight?
• 9:35
Speaker 9: So the memos detail how IRS agents abruptly cut off
• 9:38
Speaker 9: contact with two whistleblowers, John moynihan and Larry Doyle. They
• 9:43
Speaker 9: had been working with for several weeks now, several meetings
• 9:46
Speaker 9: even taking place with them between January and April of
• 9:49
Speaker 9: twenty nineteen, before then abruptly getting cut before losing contact. Moynihan,
• 9:55
Speaker 9: a retired DEA financial crimes analyst, in Doyle, a corporate
• 9:59
Speaker 9: tax compliance had spent years researching the Clinton Foundation, even
• 10:03
  Speaker 9: testifying before Congress.
• 10:05
Speaker 10: The investigation clearly demonstrates that the Foundation was not a
• 10:09
Speaker 10: charitable organization per se, but in point of fact, was
• 10:14
Speaker 10: a closely held family partnership.
• 10:17
Speaker 9: Just The News, reviewing internal IRS emails and memos, which
• 10:20
Speaker 9: show an IRS office in New Jersey, initially took serious
• 10:24
Speaker 9: interest in the allegations, meeting with the two in late
• 10:27
Speaker 9: twenty nineteen, one memo reading in part quote they found
• 10:30
Speaker 9: numerous problems with the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Foundation
• 10:34
Speaker 9: was operating as a foreign agent, but weeks later the
• 10:37
Speaker 9: agent's reversed course, saying quote, we can't talk about the CF.
• 10:41
Speaker 9: Others looking into the foundation include author Peter Schweizer, who
• 10:44
Speaker 9: spoke with the National Newsdesk Thursday morning about his own investigation.
• 10:48
Speaker 11: The Nigeria office had phone tapped interviews with Nigerian officials
• 10:54
Speaker 11: saying that they had donated at the Clinton Foundation and
• 10:56
Speaker 11: they were getting favors in returns.
• 10:58
Speaker 9: But the Clinton Foundation as denied any wrongdoing. Hillary Clinton
• 11:02
Speaker 9: even pushing back when asked about possible pay for play
• 11:06
Speaker 9: during her twenty sixteen presidential campaign.
• 11:08
Speaker 12: At the Clinton Foundation spend ninety percent ninety percent of
• 11:12
Speaker 12: all the money that is donated on behalf of programs
• 11:16
Speaker 12: of people around the world and in our own country.
• 11:19
Speaker 9: Now, just the News reports both moynihan and Doyle are
• 11:22
Speaker 9: currently pursuing two whistleblower cases involving the Clinton Foundation. One
• 11:27
Speaker 9: is tentatively scheduled for trial beginning December.
• 11:30
Speaker 5: First, here's what's interesting about this background of it stopping
• 11:35
Speaker 5: this investigation twenty nineteen. Now the Trump administration has reopened
• 11:40
Speaker 5: it and making it clear they're going to look into
• 11:42
Speaker 5: a why it was stopped and what crimes could have
• 11:45
Speaker 5: been committed. Again, the IRS opened the criminal probe and
• 11:49
  Speaker 5: they were shut.
• 11:50
Speaker 2: Down by the Biden administration.
• 11:53
Speaker 5: This is truly shocking, but now we're going to get
• 11:56
Speaker 5: some answers we're being told moving forward.
