- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, Mark Simone here, Welcome to the bonus segment, the
- 0:03Speaker 1: podcast bonus. You know, if you're a podcast listener, we'd
- 0:06Speaker 1: like to give you an extra show just for you
- 0:09Speaker 1: every week. So you got the left wing going nuts.
- 0:12Speaker 1: They don't know exactly how to fight on Iran because
- 0:17Speaker 1: they don't want to seem to be taken the side
- 0:20Speaker 1: of a Ran, but they pretty much are. Look at
- 0:22Speaker 1: Michael Moore came right out and said it, he's on
- 0:24Speaker 1: Iran side. They're the heroes where they were the terrorists,
- 0:28Speaker 1: that kind of stuff. So they attack every other thing.
- 0:30Speaker 1: There was a war of choice. Well, every war is
- 0:33Speaker 1: a war of choice. And now the new attack is
- 0:36Speaker 1: going after the money that is spent. So Democrats going
- 0:39Speaker 1: crazy about this. You're gonna hear this all weekend and
- 0:42Speaker 1: this is gonna be a new talking point on the
- 0:43Speaker 1: Sunday shows. We've spent billions and billions and billions could
- 0:47Speaker 1: have been used to educate American children, could have been
- 0:50Speaker 1: used to feed the hungry. Why we've wasted twenty eight
- 0:54Speaker 1: billion dollars in i Raq, Well that's true. It's about
- 0:58Speaker 1: a billion dollars a day to fight this war. It's
- 1:00Speaker 1: been about twenty eight this twenty eight billion, twenty eight
- 1:03Speaker 1: billion we spent in erect. Now watch when they do
- 1:06Speaker 1: this on these Sunday shows or on MSNBC or CNN,
- 1:11Speaker 1: the host, fake news host will just nod like a
- 1:14Speaker 1: bobblehead and never say, wait a minute, we spent four
- 1:20Speaker 1: hundred billion in the Ukraine. We've given Ukraine four hundred billion.
- 1:24Speaker 1: How come you didn't complain about that. That's a war
- 1:27Speaker 1: of choice for us. So the double standard, the hypocrisy
- 1:32Speaker 1: Democrats are famous for, will continue. Hey, if you're saying
- 1:36Speaker 1: to me, if you're thinking, hey, you said Tulsi Gabbard
- 1:40Speaker 1: is going to get fired, you said the next to
- 1:42Speaker 1: go is Tulsa Gabbard. Yeah, well that was true. Now
- 1:45Speaker 1: it looks like she's got a little reprieve. It looks
- 1:48Speaker 1: like it was Roger Stone, who was a big supporter,
- 1:51Speaker 1: who got to the president, pleaded with him, argued with him,
- 1:55Speaker 1: convinced him keep Tulsi Gabbart for a while. She's not
- 1:58Speaker 1: off the hook yet, but he has delayed what might
- 2:02Speaker 1: be the inevitable. You know what this Amazon bill. You know,
- 2:08Speaker 1: the Democrats love to yell and scream about how the
- 2:11Speaker 1: President Trump has cost you money, he's caused gas prices
- 2:15Speaker 1: to go up. What is this doing to your pocketbook? Meantime,
- 2:19Speaker 1: it's the Democrats that made your electric bill go from
- 2:22Speaker 1: one hundred dollars to five hundred dollars a month. This
- 2:25Speaker 1: is because of all the green schemes, the wind the
- 2:27Speaker 1: shutting down drilling, shutting down oil production, shutting down natural gas,
- 2:33Speaker 1: shutting down nuclear. That's why you're electric bill. Also the
- 2:36Speaker 1: regulations they throw onto any fossil fuel. That's why your
- 2:40Speaker 1: electric bill used to be one hundred dollars now it's
- 2:41Speaker 1: five hundred dollars, all because of Democrats. Here's the next
- 2:44Speaker 1: thing they're going to hit you on. This is all
- 2:46Speaker 1: because of Democrats here in New York. They're going after
- 2:50Speaker 1: Amazon now right now. You got to admit, there's nothing
- 2:55Speaker 1: like Amazon for a delivery you order. If you're in
- 2:57Speaker 1: the middle of Manhattan, you order someone Amazon, it's there
- 3:00Speaker 1: the next day. You can even get it that day
- 3:02Speaker 1: if you want. If you're out in the suburbs, a
- 3:03Speaker 1: little different, can take a day or two. But in Manhattan,
- 3:06Speaker 1: delivery is right next morning. It's there. So Democrats to
- 3:11Speaker 1: city council, some Dems they're pushing this bill now this
- 3:14Speaker 1: Amazon Delivery Protection Bill, which starts to regulate all of
- 3:19Speaker 1: this Amazon delivery. Now, the way they get it to
- 3:21Speaker 1: you so fast, they use a whole bunch of different companies.
- 3:24Speaker 1: They use FedEx, they use ups, they use a post on,
- 3:28Speaker 1: whatever they got to use. There's all depends on what
- 3:30Speaker 1: kind of delivery, where it's going. They use all these
- 3:32Speaker 1: different delivery services and they get it. So the new
- 3:35Speaker 1: Democratic bill, they're not not allowed to subcontract. They're not allowed.
- 3:39Speaker 1: There's no reason on earth for these silly regulations. So
- 3:42Speaker 1: what that's going to mean if it goes through, if
- 3:45Speaker 1: Democrats pull this off and get this thing past, Amazon
- 3:48Speaker 1: has to move all their delivery centers outside of New
- 3:51Speaker 1: York City. They're all over New York City now, that's
- 3:53Speaker 1: why they can get to you so fast. So they'll
- 3:55Speaker 1: have to move them to New Jersey, or to Connecticut
- 3:58Speaker 1: or to Westchester. And they say that it's going to
- 4:00Speaker 1: a delay your delays. It'll add probably an extra day
- 4:03Speaker 1: to your delivery. You'll have more delays. It's going to
- 4:07Speaker 1: increase the cost because it'll be much farther to deliver
- 4:11Speaker 1: the way they do it cheaply now is they got
- 4:13Speaker 1: distribution centers all over wherever you are, this warehouse distribution
- 4:18Speaker 1: center delivery sip right next to you. Now they'll have
- 4:20Speaker 1: to come from far away. So it would estimate average
- 4:23Speaker 1: personal pay an extra six hundred and fifty bucks a
- 4:26Speaker 1: year on Amazon delivery. So that's another example Democrats with
- 4:32Speaker 1: their nonsense driving up the cost of everything you touch. You, hey,
- 4:36Speaker 1: mayor mom. Donnie's celebrating one hundred days. How's it going. Well,
- 4:42Speaker 1: a lot of the major promises not happening. Free buses,
- 4:46Speaker 1: he admitted this past week. There's no free buses. He
- 4:50Speaker 1: finally had to confess, as we told you all along,
- 4:53Speaker 1: he has absolutely no authority over buses. They're all controlled
- 4:56Speaker 1: by the MTA. He can't give you free buses, free growth,
- 5:00Speaker 1: three stores, government run grocery stores. Well, finally realized there's
- 5:05Speaker 1: no possibility that the government can't run grocery stores. They
- 5:09Speaker 1: have to understand the Mamdani mentality. You know, these democratic socialists,
- 5:16Speaker 1: these young crazy socialist, kooky left wing that voted for him,
- 5:20Speaker 1: they're a lot like Mamdani. And Mamdani was a very
- 5:22Speaker 1: rich kid when he grew up, grew up in luxury,
- 5:26Speaker 1: went to one of these elite Ivy League universities his
- 5:29Speaker 1: father taught and one of these elite Ivy League universities.
- 5:33Speaker 1: His mother a left wing filmmaker. But like a lot
- 5:37Speaker 1: of very elite, wealthy socialists, especially young ones, that they've
- 5:44Speaker 1: never actually worked. They've never done anything real. It's all
- 5:47Speaker 1: just academic, it's idealistic. It's just feeling. And you know,
- 5:53Speaker 1: this sounds great on paper, it sounds great, but they've
- 5:56Speaker 1: never actually had a job, they've never actually run anything.
- 5:59Speaker 1: They know nothing about the practical world. So it sounded
- 6:01Speaker 1: great when you're campaigning government run grocery stores. Everything's free
- 6:04Speaker 1: government groceries. And then you get elected and you realize
- 6:08Speaker 1: government doesn't know a thing about running a grocery store,
- 6:11Speaker 1: has no mechanism to even run a grocery store. There's
- 6:15Speaker 1: no way to do it. And you got supermarket chains
- 6:18Speaker 1: all over New York. You got Cristiiti's, you got the
- 6:20Speaker 1: Whole Foods, you got Wegman, you got Morton Williams. These
- 6:24Speaker 1: are experts, they've been doing it one hundred years. They're
- 6:27Speaker 1: experts at how to run grocery stores. You can't suddenly
- 6:30Speaker 1: get into their business to try to compete with them.
- 6:32Speaker 1: And these grocery stores all over New York, the top
- 6:35Speaker 1: top grocery stores. Theyve been doing this for one hundred years.
- 6:38Speaker 1: They'll tell you the profit margin is nothing. It's like
- 6:41Speaker 1: one percent profit margin. A normal business, you want to
- 6:45Speaker 1: have twenty thirty, forty to fifty percent profit margin. They're
- 6:47Speaker 1: operating on one percent profit margin. The slightest mistake could
- 6:51Speaker 1: put you out of business. That's such a tight profit margin.
- 6:54Speaker 1: So how the hell is the government going to get
- 6:56Speaker 1: into a business. Is that that tough? So there's a
- 7:00Speaker 1: whole list of like twenty promises that aren't going to happen.
- 7:03Speaker 1: The funding for libraries not being part of the budget negotiable.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Turns out that was a lie. I talked about a
- 7:10Speaker 1: few departments he would create public safety to this, none
- 7:13Speaker 1: of it happened, none of it even started. The good
- 7:17Speaker 1: news is off the record. President Trump would say in private,
- 7:20Speaker 1: he would say, because he met with mom Donnie, he
- 7:22Speaker 1: talks to him a lot. Nobody can read people better
- 7:25Speaker 1: than Donald Trump. And he said, guy's a coward. He's
- 7:29Speaker 1: not tough, he's not brave. It's a lot of talk.
- 7:31Speaker 1: He just talks. He won't actually get anything done. So
- 7:33Speaker 1: that's good news, actually, and it's kind of shaping up
- 7:36Speaker 1: that way. President Trump was right. You see, mo'm donnie.
- 7:39Speaker 1: This week he went to the Mets game and he's
- 7:42Speaker 1: hugging mister Met, and a lot of people got offended
- 7:46Speaker 1: by that. What's mister Met doing so chummy with the
- 7:49Speaker 1: mom Donne? Well good, you know, it's good. Let him
- 7:51Speaker 1: do that stuff because he's never run anything. He's not
- 7:54Speaker 1: a real manager, he's not a business person, he's not anything.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Never had a real job. Let them just do the
- 8:02Speaker 1: theatrical part of the job. Let them pose for pictures,
- 8:05Speaker 1: let them put out videos, let them take Instagram and
- 8:09Speaker 1: TikTok videos with mister Mett. Let him just do that stuff.
- 8:12Speaker 1: He'll have a good time, he'll enjoy it. Meantime, New
- 8:16Speaker 1: York so far is doing fine. So far, so far,
- 8:20Speaker 1: there's enough protection from mom, Donnie. You got a city
- 8:23Speaker 1: council speaker who's pretty common sense centrist. She'll keep a
- 8:27Speaker 1: lit on things. And you can always look at the
- 8:30Speaker 1: big real estate guys, the big you know, there's like
- 8:33Speaker 1: ten major, huge, enormous real estate companies led by real
- 8:37Speaker 1: estate geniuses, and every one of them is building like
- 8:40Speaker 1: crazy right now in New York. And they're not just building.
- 8:43Speaker 1: They're building the biggest things you've ever seen, what they
- 8:45Speaker 1: call super talls, ninety story buildings, ninety five story But
- 8:50Speaker 1: they're going up all over the place. There's one in
- 8:52Speaker 1: fifty eighth in Madison going up. There's one at fifty
- 8:54Speaker 1: second and Park going up. I mean, they haven't started
- 8:57Speaker 1: building yet, but they're demolishing and tearing down. They're going
- 9:01Speaker 1: to build this stuff. Now. There's a new one that's
- 9:02Speaker 1: just been announced right next to Grand Central Station, you know,
- 9:06Speaker 1: the Hyatt, the Grand Hyatt that's next to Grand Central
- 9:10Speaker 1: Station where they just got clearance. It's all set to go.
- 9:12Speaker 1: They're going to build a ninety five story building there,
- 9:16Speaker 1: right next to Grand Central. You know, there's already one
- 9:20Speaker 1: Vanderbilt which is right there, and that's considered by many
- 9:26Speaker 1: to be the finest new skyscraper in New York. So
- 9:29Speaker 1: that's whatever that is, seventy five stories. This one will
- 9:32Speaker 1: be ninety five stories right next to Grand Central. And again,
- 9:36Speaker 1: they're going up all over the place. The old Roosevelt Hotel,
- 9:39Speaker 1: there's talk there of they want to build like a
- 9:42Speaker 1: ninety story building there. And that's a good sign these guys,
- 9:45Speaker 1: would you know you're talking billion dollars two billion dollars
- 9:49Speaker 1: for each one of these projects. And they wouldn't be
- 9:51Speaker 1: doing this if they thought New York was going to go.
- 9:54Speaker 1: But you know, you talk to these real estate guys,
- 9:56Speaker 1: well what about mom, Donnie, what about It's just a
- 9:58Speaker 1: little blip on the radar. Don't worry about it. So
- 10:02Speaker 1: that's great news. Hey. The other thing with Democrats they
- 10:04Speaker 1: don't know what to do. They don't know how to
- 10:06Speaker 1: attack Donald Trump. So now they're talking about twenty fifth
- 10:09Speaker 1: Amendment that he's incapacitated. The twenty fifth Amendment is, first
- 10:15Speaker 1: of all, you'd have to have all of the cabinets
- 10:17Speaker 1: sign off on it. It's never going to happen, but
- 10:20Speaker 1: it was put in place in case you had an
- 10:23Speaker 1: extreme emergency. Was at Woodrow Wilson who had a stroke
- 10:27Speaker 1: and was totally completely in a coma incapacitated. That's what
- 10:33Speaker 1: the twenty fifth Amendment is for. It's not for a
- 10:36Speaker 1: president who made a joke you didn't like, or you know,
- 10:39Speaker 1: put out a tweet you didn't let. That's not what
- 10:41Speaker 1: it's for. I mean, even Joe Biden, who didn't know
- 10:45Speaker 1: where he was, was totally incoherent, bumping into walls. Even then,
- 10:51Speaker 1: the twenty fifth Amendment shouldn't kick in. That's not the
- 10:54Speaker 1: most extreme incapacitation. So it's absolutely ridiculous. Hey, even Stephen A.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Smith now yelling and screaming that Democrats are absolutely nuts,
- 11:04Speaker 1: yelling at them. Stop with that twenty fifth amendment stuff.
- 11:07Speaker 1: It's never gonna happen. Hey, do you remember Michael Avenatti.
- 11:13Speaker 1: You remember Stormy Daniels, the Stormy Daniel's case, and she
- 11:16Speaker 1: had that lawyer, Michael Avinatti, and he was kind of
- 11:19Speaker 1: a colorful character, like a lot of these criminal lawyers.
- 11:22Speaker 1: He was defending her and he was in front of
- 11:24Speaker 1: a million microphones shooting his mouth off. So the media
- 11:27Speaker 1: fell in love with him. And the other reason, of course,
- 11:29Speaker 1: Stormy Daniels Avenatti the case was against Donald Trump. It
- 11:33Speaker 1: was creating scandal for Donald Trump. So I love this guy.
- 11:36Speaker 1: And remember Avinatti was on television day and night. Every
- 11:41Speaker 1: time you turned on CNN or MSNBC, there he was.
- 11:44Speaker 1: He was on every Sunday show. Anytime they wanted Trump attack,
- 11:48Speaker 1: they'd bring this to. This guy became quite a TV star,
- 11:51Speaker 1: Michael Avinatti. Remember they talked about him running for president. Insane,
- 11:56Speaker 1: but they talked about oh him, I might be the
- 11:59Speaker 1: presidential case in twenty twenty. All this time now then,
- 12:03Speaker 1: and we all thought he was a slimy guy. And
- 12:05Speaker 1: I never saw a guy do so many TV shows,
- 12:09Speaker 1: hundreds and hundreds of TV shows literally every week. I
- 12:13Speaker 1: remember running them in Bergdruff Goodman. One day, He's got
- 12:18Speaker 1: like twenty neckties and he said, what the hell's that?
- 12:20Speaker 1: He said, I'm running out of neckties. I want to
- 12:22Speaker 1: wear a different one, and I don't want to repeat
- 12:24Speaker 1: him on TV shows and I'm running out of ties.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I got to keep buying more. I try to explain
- 12:28Speaker 1: to him he could wear the same tie. If you're
- 12:30Speaker 1: on four hundred shows, there's nobody out there keeping track
- 12:33Speaker 1: of what Tiger war were. But that's how crazy he
- 12:36Speaker 1: got with the TV stuff. And then all of a
- 12:40Speaker 1: sudden he gets caught shaking down who was it? Was
- 12:44Speaker 1: it PEPSI, some big company, major corporation, trying to extort
- 12:47Speaker 1: money from them. It was out and out crooked extraor well.
- 12:50Speaker 1: He got convicted of multiple crimes and it was Nike
- 12:55Speaker 1: extortion scheme involving Nike stealing from clients. He got victed.
- 13:00Speaker 1: He was sentenced to eleven years in prison. Well, it's
- 13:05Speaker 1: only four years now and he's getting out. Yeah, they're
- 13:07Speaker 1: letting him out. He's got to pay restitution nearly six
- 13:10Speaker 1: million bucks, but he'll go to a halfway house in
- 13:13Speaker 1: Los Angeles and he's ordered to enter mental health programs.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I'm just telling you this and warning you because he's
- 13:23Speaker 1: still got the neck ties. You're going to see him again.
- 13:26Speaker 1: He's going to be all over television, the fake news.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Watch this, Michael Avnati. I'm just warning you. He's back. Hey,
- 13:32Speaker 1: we're out of time, but thanks for listening. This has
- 13:34Speaker 1: been the bonus segment just for you podcast listeners who
- 13:37Speaker 1: we really appreciate. I'm here normally Monday ten to noon.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Listen then or I don't have to tell you. You can
- 13:44Speaker 1: listen anytime with the podcast. Mark Simone here, Thanks for listening.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Take care,
