- 0:41Speaker 2: I am Joyce Benning from the Robust Lifestyle Show with Divas at Care, and I have with me a beautiful guest, Regina Curtis, and her and I are going to chat about this, and we're going to chat about follow your flow.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Oh my, like I told her before we started recording that is how my life is, Just go with the flow.
- 1:04Speaker 2: So, Regina, could you please briefly introduce yourselves to our listeners?
- 1:09Speaker 3: today, Absolutely.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Thank you, Joyce.
- 1:12Speaker 3: It's a pleasure to be here with you.
- 1:14Speaker 3: So I'm Regina Curtis.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I am the creator and founder of Edmatry and also the co-founder of the Mingle Learning Collaborative, and what I do is business development for entrepreneurs visionary entrepreneurs to help them create and maintain a business that feels like magic excuse me, feels like home and works like magic.
- 1:35Speaker 3: Hope it feels like magic too, and so I'm excited to talk a little bit about all the ways that I do that and how to apply it both to life and business in our conversation today.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Oh, oh, and that is so fitting to what Divas at Care's first virtual podcast is about how you level up in your life and career and how they just both simultaneously run together is how I like to think about it.
- 2:06Speaker 2: So yeah and they just flow together.
- 2:09Speaker 3: They flow together.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I like to call it holistic entrepreneurship Because, really honestly, there's three pieces.
- 2:16Speaker 3: There's your personal life, right?
- 2:18Speaker 3: Your professional skills sets and ways of being, and then there's also your infrastructure, and that can apply to someone who's working in a career as well as someone who owns a business.
- 2:30Speaker 3: It's just a slightly different way of how it goes together, but all three of those pieces are important and you are a part of all of them, right?
- 2:39Speaker 3: You don't actually you don't switch who you are.
- 2:44Speaker 3: If you are at work or if you are at home, you may access or use different aspects of yourself, right.
- 2:52Speaker 3: You might bring certain pieces to the forefront or lean on different skill sets more in one place than the other, but if you feel like you have to be a different person in those two places, then let's take a look at that, because there's some that's going to cause some issues.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Oh, most definitely, Cause.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Just be yourself.
- 3:11Speaker 2: To me, that's whatever you're doing.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Just be yourself and it will all, all come together that way.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Absolutely, um, I think for a long time in my own career, and part of the reason why I do what I do today, joyce, is because I didn't always feel like I could be myself in, you know, at work specifically down certain parts of myself and turn up other parts and keep quiet certain ways of, especially my ways of knowing right.
- 3:50Speaker 3: So I think the recipe for success is quite simple You've got to trust your, your ways of knowing and being, and then take aligned action with that right.
- 4:01Speaker 3: It's quite a simple but not always easy recipe for success, and the trusting of yourself in your ways of knowing and being is the part that I think is it's hard to do in certain environments, especially when those environments are telling you that that's not acceptable or it's too much or too not enough right Of certain ways.
- 4:26Speaker 3: That I think, especially in when you're working for someone else, in a space that is defined for you what is acceptable and what is not, and if that's what your truth is, if that's how you actually are your most effective and effective contributor, then that makes it really difficult for you to do that.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Yes, and that's to me and myself sometimes.
- 4:54Speaker 2: It's always you have tried to be what others want you to be, rather than trusting yourself to be who you truly are Exactly.
- 5:05Speaker 2: I think that's something a lot of women struggle with.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Absolutely, absolutely.
- 5:11Speaker 3: You know the and especially looking at at women, right, I think that we all have, um, it's not necessarily a gender issue of, like, men do this and women do it this way, right, however, if you look at it as like the divine feminine feminine and the divine masculine, like the energies of how those two things play together, and that feminine way of doing business is receptive, it's intuitive, it is um, it's uh dynamic, right, like it really has.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Uh can change and shift and evolve, and the more uh masculine way is really focused and it is uh energized and it's forward moving.
- 5:58Speaker 3: And so you actually need both of those things and you need them in life and in business.
- 6:05Speaker 3: And when you can uh really kind of allow both of those aspects to support you and guide you and utilize them, when it's the correct time for you to utilize them and for the correct alignment with whatever it is that you're accomplishing or or working towards, then that's where it really works like magic and it feels really good, right, it feels whole, it feels complete, it feels joyful and productive, right, it can be both things at the same time.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Oh, yes, yes.
- 6:40Speaker 2: That's where the magic comes together is when you can take both of them and trust yourself to utilize each one of them in the correct way.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Exactly, yes, I love it.
- 6:54Speaker 3: So how do you follow your flow, joyce?
- 7:00Speaker 3: I'm curious to hear what.
- 7:02Speaker 3: What are the ways that you know when you're in flow?
- 7:08Speaker 2: Probably it's going to my heart and knowing what my heart is telling me that I need to do and the direction I need to take on this and get out of, get out of that mind, that ego.
- 7:21Speaker 2: And get out of that mind, that ego that so wants to drive us sometime, and listen to that quiet little voice.
- 7:29Speaker 2: And when I listen to that soft voice, I know it's my heart telling me, and that's my heart, your angels, your guides, your spirits, however you want to say it, it's them guiding you down that path that you need to be taking.
- 7:44Speaker 2: And that's how I know I'm in flow and it feels good.
- 7:49Speaker 2: The smile yeah, the smile just comes.
- 7:52Speaker 2: You feel like I'm doing what I need to be doing.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I love it.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Joyful.
- 7:59Speaker 2: You said you feel the joy and you do.
- 8:02Speaker 2: You truly do when you follow it.
- 8:04Speaker 2: So that's how I do it.
- 8:06Speaker 3: I love that.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I think it's.
- 8:09Speaker 3: You know, I love that you said the smile just comes.
- 8:13Speaker 3: I remember several years ago I was talking with someone and I talk about these often how you have yes, indicators and no indicators, and your body and your mind, and you know there's different ways that you receive these indicators.
- 8:31Speaker 3: So your, what I would like to, what I call your soul, wisdom, you might call it your intuition, you might call it your you know the guidance from the universe, or God or spirit, right, there's different ways that information comes in, that knowing, and there are six different ways that it's communicated.
- 8:53Speaker 3: So there's thoughts, images, emotions, movement, sensory and then also spatial awareness, and so we all have all of these communicating to us at all times.
- 9:08Speaker 3: However, we're more fluent in some than others and likely have one that is our go to preference.
- 9:15Speaker 3: I know that the more you you lean into and practice utilizing these and being aware of them and listening for them and practice playing with them, that the more, the stronger the communication gets, and you can also pick up some more of the nuances of how different channels are speaking to you or through you at the same time, and when I was talking with someone about this at one point.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I asked them, I said what are your yes indicators?
- 9:46Speaker 3: How do you know when your body or your mind, your soul, is saying yes?
- 9:51Speaker 3: Does it show up as a movement, does it show up as a thought?
- 9:56Speaker 3: Is there some kind of sensation that happens?
- 9:58Speaker 3: And and she said you know, I think it's really quite simple.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I just I smile.
- 10:04Speaker 3: And she's like, when I tell my kids that when I smile, I know it's a yes, they tell me well, of course, mom, like you, can make yourself smile anytime.
- 10:13Speaker 3: And while that's true, there's a big difference between a smile that happens from within, with that just shows up on your face and smile.
- 10:24Speaker 3: We're going to take a photo, right, you can see it, you can feel it.
- 10:27Speaker 3: There's a difference between those things.
- 10:29Speaker 3: And I was like yes, exactly, it's those simple things, those things that seem absolutely natural and totally normal for you and you've been doing your whole life.
- 10:41Speaker 3: That's how you know that it's true for you and it won't be the same for everyone else.
- 10:47Speaker 3: It's the same with the weird things that happen that tell you no right.
- 10:52Speaker 3: People often say, well, this weird thing happens.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I don't think it's weird at all.
- 10:57Speaker 3: I think that it's actually very common, very normal for these things to happen, but they seem weird because it doesn't happen in the same way for other people.
- 11:05Speaker 3: So, for instance, when I get really nervous, um, or I get really scared, my shins sweat, um, and it's like who did I?
- 11:15Speaker 3: Did you even know you had sweat glands in your shins?
- 11:17Speaker 3: You know, like um, somebody told me her elbows get itchy.
- 11:21Speaker 3: She's like I know I can't go somewhere if my elbows get itchy.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Um and it's.
- 11:27Speaker 3: I think it's fascinating, right, your body is.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Tell us exactly they.
- 11:31Speaker 3: They tell us the answers.
- 11:33Speaker 3: And it's not always your gut, it's not always your heart.
- 11:37Speaker 3: It will be for some people, some people, like you said, joyce, it'll be my heart, my heart will tell me when I'm in flow.
- 11:43Speaker 3: For others, they might feel this like opening or brightness in their gut right, or an uplifting in their chest, or they might feel like a sigh of relief and for nose.
- 11:59Speaker 3: For me, aside from the sweaty shins, I also feel this heaviness, like I can feel my feet pushing into the ground.
- 12:07Speaker 3: I can feel like there's weight on my shoulders, um.
- 12:11Speaker 3: So it's interesting that you, you know, like I like to say that I know when it's go time, I know when it's slow time and I I know when we're not going anywhere, because my body will tell me like exactly what I need to know.
- 12:24Speaker 2: And, and it's so, does it just if you just listen to your body and become in tune with what is happening with your body?
- 12:35Speaker 3: Yeah, it lets you know, it will let you know, and if you don't listen, it will speak louder, yeah it does.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Oh no, you're gonna sit down now and listen to me.
- 12:46Speaker 3: You haven't been listening.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, I think there's also.
- 12:55Speaker 3: So there's like internal indicators, but there's also external indicators and there's different environmental influences.
- 13:03Speaker 3: And one of the things that I love to do with people is to help them understand what that dynamic is between what's happening internally and what's happening externally, what's happening internally and what's happening externally.
- 13:19Speaker 3: So, for instance, if you think about like seasonal depression right, some people get seasonal depression because it's like there's the light, there's not enough light, and they really get kind of depressed during certain times of the year.
- 13:28Speaker 3: It's not the only case of that where there's a dynamic, that is, some kind of external factor that is influencing something internal.
- 13:40Speaker 3: And the way that I would kind of start looking at that is where are you in your internal cycle of development?
- 13:50Speaker 3: What season are you in, and does that season actually complement, and is it complemented by and supported by, these external energies that are happening, whether it is a season, whether external season, weather season, whether it is an environment that you're in, whether it is a relationship that you're in, and is that supportive and complimentary or is it actually creating some friction?
- 14:17Speaker 3: Is it creating a challenge is it amplifying something that's happening within you in both either a supportive or a non-supportive way yeah, oh yes, it's.
- 14:30Speaker 2: It is so true because and something that comes to mind when you said that kind of like about people get depressed in the different seasons my go-to is to stop and start to see what I'm grateful for in that situation, be it a challenge that has arisen, be it anything.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Just stop a moment and find the gratitude in it and what you're grateful for.
- 14:59Speaker 2: And sometimes you have to look a little bit is it under this couch cushion over here?
- 15:06Speaker 2: that's right but once you for me, once I find that it's like a mind shift.
- 15:13Speaker 2: I'm'm like, oh, okay, then you start to see the positives rather than the negatives in the situation.
- 15:23Speaker 3: And that is huge, absolutely.
- 15:25Speaker 3: So I think there's a lot of different touchstones that we can rely on, and gratitude is one that is absolutely transformative.
- 15:37Speaker 3: I've seen it be transformative in many, many situations and, as you implied, sometimes it's hard to find that gratitude in the moment and you have to look a little bit right.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Other things that I like to implement is having different structures and systems and people, and you know I call these the touchstones.
- 16:05Speaker 3: They're time, teachers, tools, techniques, talents and technology, and so how can these things come in and support you when you are having a challenge right, when you're challenged by something, and maybe you know already that challenge is coming up, so you might engage these touchstones to help you prepare so that, going into this environment, you're more calm, you're more open-minded, you're more at peace, you know whatever those things are that you need, or you might get into it and go, whoops, okay, here I am.
- 16:44Speaker 3: I didn't know I was walking into this, but now I'm in it and, yes, gratitude is absolutely one of those anchors, right, that can bring you into that space and bring you back into a peaceful state, into a positive state of mind, and maybe the way that you're able to access that is by playing some music or by drawing, or going outside and spending time with your horses, or taking a walk in nature, right, doing some breath exercises.
- 17:13Speaker 3: So when you can actually identify what these things are for you and then actually even take it one step further into I know that in this season these are my go-to touchstones, right, so you have it prepared then, when you do that pause that you mentioned, to kind of take stock of the situation and see what's going on, you have a whole variety of things that you can lean on to say, oh okay, I'm going to engage this touchstone which is going to help me get to that space of gratitude, that space of peace, that space of being able to, you know, keep moving forward more effectively, more efficiently and with much more joy.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Oh yes, so so very true.
- 18:02Speaker 2: And the other thing I think of a lot of times is what am I, what is the universe?
- 18:09Speaker 2: Angels, god trying, whoever you go to trying to teach me in?
- 18:15Speaker 3: this challenge.
- 18:16Speaker 2: What do I need to learn from it?
- 18:18Speaker 2: And come out on the other side a better person.
- 18:22Speaker 3: Yes.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that is always another go-to for me.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Another catchstone, I would say yeah, absolutely A touchstone there.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Joyce, I think you know your touchstones really well and you know they do differ for each person as far as what their touchstones are, that are going to always show up and be those reliable call them touchstones, but your rock right Like the thing that you can always rely on um is another way of saying that and, uh, there may be some that are your core right Like there.
- 19:05Speaker 3: They are your core go-to, are always going to be the thing that is going to create a shift.
- 19:12Speaker 3: And then you may have some that are really helpful sometimes, or some circumstances, and not so much in others, but this group over here is really helpful at that time or in that circumstance.
- 19:25Speaker 3: So it's, you know, the point being that when you do follow your flow right, when you allow yourself to be supported, no matter what season you're in, no matter what terrain, no matter what circumstances, and you have the tools to cope with the challenges that come to you, then that's when everything gets to be more enjoyable, everything gets to flow more easily and more joyfully and you get to experience a whole lot more magic.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Oh, yes, definitely.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Then the magic, the smiles, the joy, they just all come when you bring all that together and can go inside yourself as to how I feel and get through the challenge that you are dealing with or what, and in life and career, because we all have challenges I call them my stepping stones in life to get me to a better place yes, exactly, they are your stepping stones for sure.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Right, there's, um, I love that there's there's a lot of earth energy in this, in this conversation today.
- 20:41Speaker 3: Um, we are, uh, we're really playing with that a lot and I think it, I love it.
- 20:47Speaker 3: The stepping stones, um, I had this.
- 20:51Speaker 3: I don't know why, but this is is coming to mind.
- 20:54Speaker 3: I may have talked about this on this podcast before, but a long time ago I had this kind of visual I have.
- 21:02Speaker 3: I'm a very visual thinker and processor, right Like I.
- 21:08Speaker 3: I can see when people say things.
- 21:10Speaker 3: I get these really amazing, like full on visual experiences of them and even beyond the visual of it, but like the whole story of it, and it's quite wild in my, in my mind sometimes, and it's, it's a lot of fun.
- 21:23Speaker 3: But I had this experience where I was, I was thinking through something and I was like you know, I just I want to make sure that I have the safety net in place and I I got this kind of like.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Sometimes my wisdom comes in almost like a smack to the head, not a, not painful in any way, but it kind of like knocks me a little bit like whoa, okay, and I and I know it's, it's it's not aggressive or any you know negative way, but it is very much like.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Here I am, you're listening to this, and so as soon as I had that thought of like well, I need to make sure the safety net is in place, I got this visual of standing on a like on a cliff and seeing nothing in front of me.
- 22:15Speaker 3: And then I I just put my foot out and like, step down.
- 22:19Speaker 3: And as soon as I stepped down, this like transparent stepping stone showed up and I was like, oh, okay, and it was like just following the, the visual and the cure with curiosity, and I took another step and another one showed up.
- 22:36Speaker 3: And I took another step and another one showed up and I was like, but where's the why is this coming up?
- 22:41Speaker 3: When I was thinking that I needed the net, and so I was like maybe it's there, and I could almost like see myself like get down on my knees and start reaching underneath these stones to to look for it.
- 22:52Speaker 3: And it showed up and I fell off the blocks and the net was there.
- 22:58Speaker 3: And the wisdom that came from that was the net only appears when you need it.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Stop looking for it.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Oh yeah, but the steps also appear when you need them.
- 23:10Speaker 3: So, look for those instead.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Oh, that is so beautiful.
- 23:14Speaker 2: What a beautiful story.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Oh, my goodness, I love that visual.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Yeah, it has stayed with me for many years and it's like, if I'm looking for the net, I will find the net, if I'm looking for the next step, I'll find the next step, and that's what trust I think really is right.
- 23:34Speaker 3: It's it's having that faith that the thing that it is that you're looking for will be there.
- 23:40Speaker 3: So just kind of make sure that you're looking for the thing that you really want to be there and have faith in that.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Yes, yes, oh, definitely, oh my, what a, what a beautiful way to follow your flow, because it goes back to what we kind of started with by trust yourself.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Yeah, trust yourself.
- 24:02Speaker 2: If you're looking for the stepping stone, or if you're looking for the net, you will find it.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Yes, you will find it.
- 24:08Speaker 2: It's not going to be pulled out from under you.
- 24:12Speaker 2: You will find it.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, you will find it.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, absolutely.
- 24:22Speaker 3: Um, and and it is, you know, with our theme of following your flow.
- 24:24Speaker 3: It really is, you know, I think a lot of times, the way that that is perceived is that the flow is something that is moving you.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Yeah, right, but in this visual, you are guiding it.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Right, it's meeting you where you are, and that is a different way of looking at it, right, but it's knowing that the, the flow is, um, it's more of a currency, a movement, and that movement is the, it, the, the flow is the movement of energy that is moving, and it's moving through you and it's not.
- 25:06Speaker 3: It is moving you with it, right?
- 25:09Speaker 3: However, it isn't something outside of you, it isn't something that is, you know, carrying, carrying you necessarily in in a, in a way, or in a to a place that you are not.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Um, also, you're, you're co-creating it, right, it's not being created for you, it's being created through you, with you, and when you can look at it in that way, and look at it in that way again, it comes back to it being much more fun, right?
- 25:44Speaker 3: It also is not passive at all, and the more that you play with it and the more that you have curiosity about what might come next, as well as speaking what you desire and then allowing yourself to be met with those desires and to receive them and continue to advance and evolve them.
- 26:03Speaker 3: It's quite a fun game.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Oh yes, yes, it definitely is.
- 26:09Speaker 2: Yes, when you said that to and to meet them, and when you have those desires and to say them and the other thing I would add and to believe them and believe on yeah, not say oh yeah, I wish, I wish this could happen, or when this happens, this is happening to me, this is who I am and, yeah, just just believe in yourself.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yeah to me, this is who I am.
- 26:41Speaker 2: And yeah, just just believe in yourself that you can accomplish this and that you are accomplishing it.
- 26:44Speaker 2: You are already there.
- 26:45Speaker 3: You know, I, I, I love that you just brought that up and there's a little um, I do really, I make everything a game.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Um, I've done this ever since I was a little kid.
- 26:54Speaker 3: And when I make it a game, and I make it fun for myself, um, often I will give myself little challenges, and in those challenges is where it really gets quite fun.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Um, and you know so.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Sometimes people will say you know, but how do I, how do I build that belief?
- 27:14Speaker 3: Right, like, I know that's what I need to do, but to switch the you know, wow, I can't say those words flip the switch, to flip the switch from not believing or questioning to being in full faith.
- 27:29Speaker 3: That's, yes, I understand that's like boop, it's a switch, but that switch can be really difficult.
- 27:36Speaker 3: It's a, it's a switch, but that switch can be really difficult.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Right, simple, not always easy.
- 27:39Speaker 3: And so they asked me well, how do I do that?
- 27:43Speaker 3: And that's when I say make it fun, make it a game, right, set it up so that you again, whatever, whatever terminology you use, right, like, I tend to use the word the universe, um, or my soul, wisdom, and I will, I will create a little game out of something, and if what I'm trying to uh build belief in or build faith in is my prosperity right, then I'll say, please show me prosperity right here, right now.
- 28:13Speaker 3: And I'll look around and even if I see like a penny, or if I see a like, I say that right.
- 28:21Speaker 3: And then I turn and I look and I've got a whole jar full of coins, right now Right.
- 28:26Speaker 3: That's prosperity.
- 28:27Speaker 3: And or even I might like look down and I see a receipt with money, you know like, written on it and it's like, oh, okay, there's a clue, there's a hint, let me follow it.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Wonderful, and I'll say thank you, universe, for showing me what else can we see right, how can we expand this?
- 28:48Speaker 2: And it's the gratitude that you were talking about earlier of having that gratitude and sharing that gratitude and asking for more yes, yes, and believing that it is coming and mine is always angels, I go to my angels and say, okay, angels, I need some guidance, I need some assistance here.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and there they are.
- 29:10Speaker 2: And then there they are, it'll just come.
- 29:13Speaker 2: If I'm supposed to do it this way, show me the sign, and there it is, I'll see.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Redbirds, cardinals are one of my signs Feathers and just hearts in the clouds, and even hearts on the ground, heart shaped rock.
- 29:29Speaker 2: I mean, there's so many things if you just start looking.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I had this really amazing experience this weekend.
- 29:38Speaker 3: I was driving in a car with four other ladies and we were talking about, you know, just some challenges and some transitional points that they were, that they were all moving through, and as we were talking, I was noticing, you know, at one point I was like, oh, and look, there's a rainbow.
- 30:00Speaker 3: And oh, and you know, we hit this kind of like emotional point.
- 30:03Speaker 3: At one point.
- 30:04Speaker 3: I was like, oh, the rain starts coming right, as, like the tears start coming, the rain starts coming to.
- 30:09Speaker 3: And I was like, look, I was like nature is helping you process this emotion and the rain has shown up.
- 30:15Speaker 3: And, um, at another point, I was, uh, we were driving, driving along and I was like, is that, what is that?
- 30:23Speaker 3: Is that a turkey?
- 30:24Speaker 3: Is it a?
- 30:25Speaker 3: And the?
- 30:25Speaker 3: You know, it was like it's a duck and I was like, huh, I wonder what duck has, like, what significance duck has in this moment.
- 30:33Speaker 3: And and she was like, actually, like I, I know exactly what that means.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Right, I've been feeling like I'm like spinning my wheels, like paddling underneath the water, but from the surface it looks like, you know, things are really smooth and calm.
- 30:46Speaker 3: And I was in.
- 30:47Speaker 3: So we were, we were playing in the magic, right?
- 30:51Speaker 3: Even though we were talking through some things that were.
- 30:53Speaker 3: They were significant decisions and significant choices and transitions and circumstances that people were moving through.
- 31:06Speaker 3: And yet it was still very magical, very fun, and it was the process of observing, just noticing what is happening around us, right?
- 31:16Speaker 3: What is calling my attention?
- 31:18Speaker 3: They asked me at one moment.
- 31:20Speaker 3: At one time they said how are you seeing?
- 31:23Speaker 3: How do you know which things to see?
- 31:24Speaker 3: You know, and it was.
- 31:27Speaker 3: I trust it.
- 31:29Speaker 3: I go into it with curiosity, I allow myself to be open to seeing what is calling my attention.
- 31:36Speaker 3: Sometimes it comes in the form of a word.
- 31:39Speaker 3: I just hear a word, right.
- 31:42Speaker 3: And sometimes I see something, my attention is drawn to it, or sometimes I have a feeling it's those things I was talking about in the beginning, right?
- 31:51Speaker 3: It's why I like the acronym TIMES, because sometimes my soul, wisdom speaks to me this way, or sometimes the universe speaks to me this way.
- 32:00Speaker 3: And if you allow yourself to be an observer and stay in curiosity and then acknowledge and celebrate and be grateful for the information that comes through, the guidance that comes through, and stay in that place of playfulness, which I know we're doing a summer series right now, and playfulness is really the energy of summer.
- 32:30Speaker 3: It's experimentation, it's expansion, it's playfulness, it's curiosity, it's creativity, all of these things when we can allow ourselves to play in that energy and be a co-creator, and that's when we follow our flow.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Yes, right.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Oh, regina, what a beautiful way to sum this up.
- 32:55Speaker 2: Oh, I just loved it.
- 32:59Speaker 2: You summed it up here in the end, just bringing everything we talked about together and follow your flow.
