- 0:19Hello and welcome to episode 55 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:24Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:34Happy Thirsty Thursday, another day here in the arena.
- 0:38Guys, we got a little bit of everything here today because I
- 0:41have a 5 pack of sweats I'm excited to share with you,
- 0:43including getting right back to the diamond here with Major
- 0:46League Baseball, 3 MLB bets. I know there's a lot of day
- 0:49sweats going on right now. I'm keeping one eye on my games
- 0:52that I'm sweating and another eye here on the games here for
- 0:54tonight. But I got two money lines as
- 0:56well as a total also a bet here in the NHL game three of the
- 1:00Stanley Cup Final. The Florida Panthers now move to
- 1:03Edmonton series shifts. Florida Panthers are up two O to
- 1:07the Panthers go up three O or to the Edmonton Oilers eke out a
- 1:10win here for tonight. Stay tuned.
- 1:12I have a play on that game and then WNBAI will play here in the
- 1:16WNBA, including a game that's involves Caitlin Clark.
- 1:20No, it's not a Caitlin Clark Clark prop bet.
- 1:23I have a bet here on the game here for tonight between the
- 1:27Atlanta Dream and the Indiana Fever, as well as a rhythm
- 1:31recommended play that coincides with the way the line is moving
- 1:34in this game. So we're hit on that here for
- 1:36today. So A5 pack 3MLB1NHL1 WNBA.
- 1:40We're going to hit on it all here today for episode 55 of the
- 1:43All Systems Go Sports Betting pod.
- 1:45Now looking back toward yesterday, 2 and 3 -. 1.2 units
- 1:49for our bets. I had a couple early winners.
- 1:51Baltimore Orioles came through. Orioles continue to print cash,
- 1:55which is pretty awesome. When you play them quite a bit,
- 1:57they come through for you. So Orioles were able to eke out
- 2:00a good winner there yesterday. Baltimore end up ended up with a
- 2:04big win. Looking at the what was the
- 2:07final score there? I'm trying to pull it up four to
- 2:09two. A bunch of nobodies who we never
- 2:11heard of on the mound. When you know what the under
- 2:13came through guys with high ERA. So luckily got the Orioles
- 2:16winner. The Cubs also came through,
- 2:18which was nice. Remember, the Cubbies were
- 2:20basically a dog to pick them type play.
- 2:23Had that line move in their favor, came through for the
- 2:25team. Now the losers were, of course,
- 2:27the Dallas Mavericks. Man, my Boston Celtics, they're
- 2:31just too good. I think that's what we got to
- 2:32say here. But the Dallas Mavericks, even
- 2:34though they couldn't get a win for us, that's a play that I'll
- 2:36make 10 times out of 10. Mavericks open -1 got that up to
- 2:40-2 1/2. We've even beat the closing line
- 2:42at some shops. Closed at -3 but remember the
- 2:45bet split less than half the tickets, but almost 75% of the
- 2:48money was on Dallas. Had a lot of system matches.
- 2:51Of course Luca fouls out and the Boston Celtics have another
- 2:55winner there. So now my Celtics only one win
- 2:57away from the NBA Finals, unfortunately last night bet
- 2:59against them, which was again a play I'll make every time but
- 3:03didn't come through. Obviously then the losers as
- 3:06well had the guardians. Guardians couldn't come through.
- 3:08That was a kind of a dog to fave line move and up losing at the
- 3:12Reds. And the one that was super
- 3:13annoying last night was the the Dodgers because the Dodgers lost
- 3:18three to two. But did you guys see how that
- 3:20game ended? The Dodgers were down.
- 3:23What was it, 3 to one going to the bottom of the ninth?
- 3:25They have a base hit by Jason Hayward, roped it kind of in the
- 3:30gap between right center, right in in center field.
- 3:34One run scores, makes it 3:00 to 2:00.
- 3:35And then Andy Pages, young kid here for the Dodgers.
- 3:39The third base coach puts his hands up, says don't do not run,
- 3:43stop, do not go. Andy Pages runs through the
- 3:46third base coach with his hands up saying don't don't run runs
- 3:50right through it ignores it gets thrown out at the plate.
- 3:52So Andy Pages, can you listen to your third base coach would have
- 3:56been second and third with I forgot who would have been up
- 3:58there in that case. Maybe Biggio really just picked
- 4:00up on a trade. But it's never never never a
- 4:03good feeling when you lose on a guy getting thrown out at home
- 4:05plate. But bright side of yesterday
- 4:07guys was that you may have had a winning day because hopefully
- 4:10you're reading my sharp reports that I write for vesan.com.
- 4:13Had a couple good winners there to start the day.
- 4:15Both the Brewers and the Giants came through.
- 4:17So any games that take place before or you know, start before
- 4:21the pod gets released, you know, early afternoon.
- 4:24Check out my Twitter page at Josh under score insights.
- 4:26Again, winning day if you played some of those earlier bets.
- 4:29Anyway, let's get right into it because we got a lot to get to
- 4:32on today's pod. I want to start off with the NHL
- 4:35Stanley Cup Final because we are now, as I mentioned, going to
- 4:38Game 3. Florida is up to nothing.
- 4:41We saw Florida post a couple wins at home with home ice.
- 4:44Now the series shifts to Edmonton.
- 4:47Florida up two O. Now the series price Florida is
- 4:49-450 to win the series. That's an 82% implied
- 4:53probability. Edmonton to come back and win
- 4:55it. They're plus 360.
- 4:57Now where am I going to go for this one?
- 4:59I'm going to follow the line move and I'm going to follow
- 5:01some ridiculous system matches here and I'm going to place a
- 5:03bet on the oil. Let's go McDavid open for the
- 5:07Oilers to win here tonight. I'll make it a 2 to one series.
- 5:10But First off, anytime I bet a game, I start off with line
- 5:13movement because line movement. Not every line move is going to
- 5:16win, but line movement tells you where the smart money is leaning
- 5:19because it's really not the public who moves numbers.
- 5:21Yes, lines can be driven by injuries or even the weather
- 5:25with totals, but typically you're going to see a line move
- 5:27based on respected money coming in.
- 5:29So for tonight, Lions going to Edmonton.
- 5:32Edmonton Oilers open this game as low as a -, 115 -, 120.
- 5:36Home favorite. Edmonton has now been bet up to
- 5:38-130 -, 135. I see one chop even closer to
- 5:42-140. So it's pretty clear here that
- 5:44as soon as this line dropped and was available to bet and get
- 5:47down on, boom, all the respective money hit.
- 5:49The Oilers caused that adjustment in favor of Edmonton.
- 5:53Now Edmonton has a pretty good bet split.
- 5:54They're only getting 56% of bets, but nearly 70% of the
- 5:58money. So once again, low bets, higher
- 6:00dollars in favor of the oil. A little bit of injury related
- 6:04news here. You know Florida, they are going
- 6:06to have Barkov and Terra Senko play, but they both banged up
- 6:08the last game. How effective will they be?
- 6:11Barkov obviously is a very key player, but he will play.
- 6:13There's a question where whether he would play or not.
- 6:16But aside from the line move toward Edmonton, I have all
- 6:19these chalk system matches on the favorite which would be the
- 6:22Oilers here. So first one would be just this
- 6:24post season, 2024. Post season, when you are coming
- 6:28off a loss, you are post season off a loss.
- 6:32That system match is 22 and 1265% with a 7% ROI.
- 6:37So kind of the zigzag bounce back factor.
- 6:40If you are postseason favorite off a loss the last three
- 6:44seasons, 66 and 3665 percent, 8% ROI.
- 6:48So let me let me make an addendum.
- 6:51Postseason off a loss. That's postseason favourites off
- 6:54a loss who are 22 and 1265% this season.
- 6:57That really coincides with a three-year big sample size were
- 7:00postseason favourites off a loss basically are winning 2/3 of the
- 7:03time. So that would match with
- 7:04Edmonton. Then specifically, let's get to
- 7:06the finals. Finals favorites chalk favorites
- 7:10in the finals 79 and 3073 percent, 23% ROI since 2007.
- 7:16That's a big sample size. Postseason, this NHL Finals 2
- 7:21and O Florida was favored both games, won both games.
- 7:24Last two years, postseason, NBA or sorry, NHL Finals favorites
- 7:29are 7 and O. So they're on A7 game win streak
- 7:32here and they're 73% since 2007. Then to dig a little bit deeper,
- 7:37if you look at NHL Finals in which a team is a favorite and
- 7:42coming off two straight losses, so you're expected to win,
- 7:44you're off two straight losses. Those teams are 18 and 290%
- 7:49since 2007. So these are all matching on
- 7:51Edmonton. So I'm going with the Edmonton
- 7:53Oil here, guys, hopefully at home.
- 7:55Remember hockey, the important thing with home ice, it's not
- 7:58just the crowd, but also getting that last ice change, being able
- 8:01to match up against your opponent.
- 8:03So I'm going to go Edmonton here, shop round.
- 8:05I got the oil at -135 and I will say I'm pretty intrigued by the
- 8:09under. I'm leaning pretty hard.
- 8:11I didn't play it yet. I may or may not play it.
- 8:14But if you're, if you're taking a total here, I got to go under
- 8:16or nothing. The total is 5 1/2 low number,
- 8:19but it's really juiced up under -120 -, 125 in the series.
- 8:25The under is 2 and O currently 68% of bets 70% of money is on
- 8:29this under tonight and here's a little angle for you since 2007,
- 8:33which is the longest my database goes to but the finals unders.
- 8:38So the under in the NHL finals are 59 and 4060% with an 8% ROI.
- 8:43So if you're playing the total I got to go under but officially
- 8:46for the pod here my one bet on NHL Stanley Cup finals game
- 8:50three I'm going with the oil. Let's go Edmonton.
- 8:53I got Edmonton at -135 keep on cruising.
- 8:57Now over to MLB. We got some Major League
- 8:59Baseball here, including someday sweats, but I got some games
- 9:03here for tonight. First one on the board, Cubbies
- 9:05and Tampa Bay. Now last night we had the Cubs
- 9:09have a big win for us. Cubs came through.
- 9:11What was that? Four to two or four to three
- 9:14actually made it very interesting.
- 9:15They're late, almost blew it. We're able to hang on four to
- 9:17three, but I'm going to focus on the total in this one.
- 9:19If you guys remember couple days ago we had the under in the,
- 9:23what was it, the Pirates and the Cardinals game.
- 9:26It ended up being low scoring game pretty much was I think it
- 9:29was nothing, nothing going into the 8th or 9th.
- 9:32But anyway, this one reminds me quite a bit of that.
- 9:33Hopefully we get another low scoring game here.
- 9:36But if you look at this match up here for tonight, Tampa Bay and
- 9:39the Cubs, first thing is that it's juiced up under everywhere.
- 9:437 1/2 under -120 I even see a couple shops that are falling
- 9:47down to seven. So if you're going to play this
- 9:49under with me tonight, you got to make sure you get the hook.
- 9:52And again, this goes to the importance of shopping for the
- 9:55best line, having multiple outs. You know, if you're if you only
- 9:58bet through one sports book, number one, you're doing it
- 10:01wrong because maybe that's just easy for you.
- 10:04You open up an account you don't want to go through, you know,
- 10:06jumping through the hoops of having to create another
- 10:08account. I get it, it takes a little bit
- 10:10of time, but you're going to be glad you did because if you only
- 10:12bet through one book, you are hurting yourself because you're
- 10:15at the mercy of whatever that book is posting.
- 10:17You want to be able to have multiple outs, have multiple
- 10:20books you can shop around and get the best number from.
- 10:22So if your only book available to you is is at 7, you're
- 10:26getting hurt here because there are a bunch of other books at 7
- 10:291/2. So make sure you have shopped
- 10:31around and find that under 7 1/2.
- 10:32And again, the good thing about online betting, you know,
- 10:35legalized betting across America, it's spreading up to
- 10:37nearly 40 states. You're going to get a good sign
- 10:39up bonus. You're going to get odds boost.
- 10:41You're they're going to they want your action.
- 10:42So hopefully I'll get a little sweetener there if you sign up.
- 10:45But anyway, I'm going under 7 1/2.
- 10:48Cubs and Rays pitching match up to near tonight is Steele.
- 10:53He is a lefty. He had a great year last year O
- 10:55and three, but a 3.65 ERA this year, he'll be opposed by Taj
- 10:59Bradley, who's one and four of the 5.17 ERA.
- 11:03But last three starts, Steele has been great.
- 11:05He's only given up two runs in 19 innings pitched.
- 11:08And Bradley, even those numbers don't look great.
- 11:10He has been better at home, 2.74 ERA at home versus almost a 12
- 11:14ERA on the road. I mentioned that total 7 1/2
- 11:17really juiced under. Again, 7 1/2 under -120 some
- 11:20shops even falling down to seven.
- 11:22But I like the bet split as well.
- 11:24Only 32% of bets, but nearly half the money is on this under.
- 11:28So flip it the other way. You know, more than 2/3 of bets
- 11:31are going over, yet the total is really getting juiced under.
- 11:34It's kind of a reverse line move liability play here toward the
- 11:37under. Also like the fact that both
- 11:39these teams are hopefully and hopefully this continues here
- 11:42tonight, but light hitting Tampa Bay is hitting 232, Chicago's
- 11:46hitting 2:30 as a team that ranks 23rd and 25th in baseball.
- 11:50So again, no, no juggernauts here.
- 11:53It's not like we got the, you know, Dodgers playing the
- 11:55Yankees hopefully get a low scoring game.
- 11:57Of course, you know, looking at the weather, no weather.
- 11:59This is a Dome or closed roof stadium.
- 12:00But I like unders in domes or closed roof stadiums because the
- 12:05angle there is the fact that, you know, the weather doesn't
- 12:07push the ball, ball doesn't travel as well.
- 12:09It's also perfect conditions for the fielders, so you always lean
- 12:13a little bit. Dome closed roof stadiums, you
- 12:14see the unders. I think they're like 54% over
- 12:17the last decade versus like 5152% for an outdoor under.
- 12:22And then lastly, interleague unders, 2 teams from two
- 12:25different, obviously leagues here don't match up very often,
- 12:28don't know each other very well. You don't really see the
- 12:30opposing pitcher. But interleague unders are 1:48
- 12:34and 1:24 this year, 54.4%. That is a 6% ROI.
- 12:39You're up 17 units playing those under, so make sure you get the
- 12:42hook there. Cubs Tampa Bay, if it's a four,
- 12:44three-game, 5, two game, six, one game, 7, nothing game.
- 12:48I mean, you really need that hook there.
- 12:49So it's available, but make sure you shop around.
- 12:51I'm on Cubs Tampa Bay under 7 1/2.
- 12:55Keep on cruising. This is a team that I I bet the
- 12:58other night and they lost for me and then I didn't.
- 13:00I laid off them last night. I said they're pretty sharp, but
- 13:02I don't want to lay a big number.
- 13:04I should have laid it. I'm talking about the Mets.
- 13:06Mets came through last night with a winner.
- 13:09I think it wasn't even close. I think the Mets won like 3:50.
- 13:12They moved from like -140 to -160 I should have played them.
- 13:15That's one thing when you're betting on baseball daily, it's
- 13:18like if a team you bet them, they let you down, you're like,
- 13:20oh, do I really want to risk again my money on them?
- 13:22But you got to kind of just, you know, put that aside and just if
- 13:25it's a match, you got to play it.
- 13:26So it's my fault not playing the Mets last night.
- 13:29I know my guy Devin Fernandez played them.
- 13:30We're we're DM ING about that game.
- 13:32But anyway, I'm going Mets for tonight.
- 13:34It's a bigger number here, but it's been getting hit pretty
- 13:37hard. I want to be with the steam.
- 13:39The Mets opened around a -, 175 -, 185 favorite.
- 13:44Now they're up to like -195 -, 200.
- 13:47So try to shop around, try to find the Mets if you're going to
- 13:49play them, anything you know, less than 200.
- 13:51That way if you risk a unit, you'll get a half unit back or a
- 13:54little more than 1/2 unit back if you're sub 200.
- 13:56But anyway, big reason like the Mets, aside from the steam is
- 13:59the pitching matchup. Rotary Munoz is going for the
- 14:02Mets or sorry, going for Miami. He's one and two with a 5.95
- 14:06ERA. He's given up ten runs in his
- 14:08last two starts. He has an ERA of nearly eight on
- 14:11the road. Meanwhile, Luis Severino, he's
- 14:14been good for the Mets, four and two, 3.25 ERA.
- 14:17His last start against Washington was a nine to one win
- 14:19for the Mets. He went eight innings, only gave
- 14:21up one run. He's been better at home than on
- 14:23the road. At home, he's got a 2.61 ERA.
- 14:26On the road, 4.11. But aside from the move toward
- 14:29the Mets, Mets would also have an offensive advantage.
- 14:32They're hitting 242, 72 homers, 292 run scored versus Miami,
- 14:38hitting 233, only 52 homers, 241 run scored.
- 14:43Last 10. The Mets are six and four,
- 14:45hitting 290. Last 10, Miami's three and
- 14:47seven, hitting only 220. So hopefully that is a benefit
- 14:50to the bets, the bats of the Mets.
- 14:53And then I was digging a little bit some more system matches
- 14:55here, but one would be both teams have a losing record.
- 14:58So both teams are below 500. It's a new system I came up with
- 15:01the other day. Both teams below 500 take the
- 15:04favorite, very simple, but basically the lesser of two
- 15:06evils, 132 and 87 this year, 60%.
- 15:10It's only a 2 1/2 percent ROI, but it is positive.
- 15:13And then also Thursday chalk favorites, favorites on
- 15:17Thursday, as mentioned this few Thursdays ago, they're 49 and
- 15:203558%. But if you are a bigger chalk
- 15:23favorite on a Thursday, Thursday favorites of -150 or more,
- 15:27they're 21 and 1068% with a 6% ROI.
- 15:32So I'm taking a shot here on the New York Mets Shop round.
- 15:35I got the Mets at -195 Last bet for you here in Major League
- 15:40Baseball. If my buddy Daruch is listening,
- 15:43we have a bugaboo with this kid, Brandon Fod for Arizona.
- 15:47I feel like every time I ever bet Fod, I always lose.
- 15:50Well, I'm one of those insane people.
- 15:52Definition of insanity. Which would be, of course, doing
- 15:55the same thing over and over again, expecting different
- 15:57results. But I'm going back to the wall.
- 15:58I'm playing Brandon Fodd. Give me the snakes tonight.
- 16:01I'm on Arizona. I like the line move toward
- 16:03Arizona. Arizona open tonight against the
- 16:05Angels around a -, 175 home favorite.
- 16:08Now they've been bet up to -185 even -190 so pretty good steam
- 16:13in favor of the snakes. They're getting around 80% of
- 16:16bets, but nearly 90% of the money.
- 16:18So tells me the bigger, sharper wagers here look to be on
- 16:21Arizona now pitching match up. Hopefully it benefits Arizona.
- 16:25On surface, these guys look pretty similar.
- 16:26Griffin Canning is 2 and six with a 4.65 ERA.
- 16:30FOD is 2 and five with a 4.6 OERA.
- 16:34But one thing to fade Canning tonight.
- 16:36He's made six starts on the road.
- 16:39LA has lost all six of those games, so he's got a tough spot
- 16:42here on the road tonight. And FOD has been better at home
- 16:45than on the road. 3.77 ERA versus 5.13 on the road.
- 16:49One system match with Arizona would be a favored off a loss
- 16:54versus opponent off a win. So kind of a buy low sell high.
- 16:57That's 217 and one 3761% this season with a 5% ROI.
- 17:02And I'm going to lean on the bats of Arizona.
- 17:04They have been better than LA. They're hitting two 49318 runs
- 17:08scored versus LA hitting 239 with 275 runs scored.
- 17:12But with both teams below 500, it just seems like a high number
- 17:16and it keeps creeping up toward Arizona.
- 17:18Tells me smart money likes Arizona here tonight.
- 17:20So I want to be with that steam move shop round.
- 17:22I got Arizona at -185 S Arizona and the Mets as well as the
- 17:28Cubs, Tampa Bay under 7 1/2. Now to finish up the pod here
- 17:32for today, going right back to the well with the WNBA because
- 17:36the WNBA we had a tough one the other night.
- 17:39Remember, we had over 156 1/2. It landed 155.
- 17:42So let's see if we if we can get some revenge.
- 17:44Now I'm going to focus on a game here tonight, 7:00 between
- 17:48ironically, the Atlanta dream. Same team we played, I believe
- 17:51was the same team that that kind of rough beat to the over was
- 17:56was the other night. But they're playing the Indiana
- 17:58Fever. Of course, Indiana fever.
- 18:00Caitlin Clark. So it's a Caitlin Clark game.
- 18:03I think it's going to be on TV. It it definitely will be.
- 18:06And again, I still don't get why the USA Basketball didn't have
- 18:10Clark be the last player on the team.
- 18:11Like you're kidding me. Why don't you grow your sport
- 18:13stupid? Anyway, I mentioned that the
- 18:15other day, but I'm going to take a shot here on a fade of Caitlin
- 18:19Clark. I'm going with the Atlanta Dream
- 18:20to win this game. The Atlanta Dream come in five
- 18:23and five. The Indiana Fever are three and
- 18:2610. So Fever obviously have
- 18:28struggled here even though Caitlin Clark is is drawing huge
- 18:30crowds. But I'm going to play the Dream
- 18:32as a data-driven bet like all my bets are.
- 18:34But what I like about the Dream number one line movement.
- 18:37This is the most heavily backed game of the night because it's
- 18:39Caitlin Clark and the lines not going to Caitlin Clark, it's
- 18:42going away from Caitlin Clark. This game open dream -2 on the
- 18:46road. Now the Dream are up to -2 1/2
- 18:48or even -3. So lines going to the Dream,
- 18:51which is notable because nearly 60% of bets are on the Fever.
- 18:54And again, those bets are just Caitlin Clark bets.
- 18:57But that would be a reverse line move, a fade the trendy dog in
- 19:00favor of the Dream. Again, Dream have the line move
- 19:03-2 up to -2 1/2 or -3 even though Publix on Fever.
- 19:07Now I'm going to bank on a couple things with the Dream.
- 19:10One would be the fact that the Dream have the better defense.
- 19:14The Dream are giving up 79 points per game.
- 19:16Doesn't sound very good, but the Fever are giving up 90 points
- 19:20per game. They are the worst defense in
- 19:22all of the WNBA, so hopefully that is a benefit here toward
- 19:27the Atlanta Dream. Also, home Rd. splits favorite
- 19:31Atlanta. Atlanta's three and one on the
- 19:32road. Indiana's just one and four at
- 19:34home. Better rebounding for Atlanta.
- 19:3734A game versus 32A game for the Fever.
- 19:39The Fever actually are dead last and rebounding.
- 19:42Better steals, so hopefully turnovers. 8A game versus 6A
- 19:46game. Steals for the Dream over the
- 19:47Fever. And then the cherry on top is
- 19:50the fact that we have a rhythm edge here on the dream.
- 19:54I popped open my rhythm app by the way, it says this one's on
- 19:56ESPN 3 so good we can watch it. But the rhythm AI backed model
- 20:01is telling us to money line the dream because the dream have a
- 20:05predicted basically a projection, a recommended bet
- 20:10dream -135 on the money line. They are predict predicting the
- 20:14AI backed models from rhythm. A dream win of 84.1 to 78.5.
- 20:21So you could say lay it, you know, just lay the three, you
- 20:24know, 2 1/2 save the juice there with the dream.
- 20:27But specifically I'm going to go money line here.
- 20:29I like to money line short favorites off chance.
- 20:31Again, they just win by one or two.
- 20:33I want to win my bet. But we do have a rhythm
- 20:35projection here, a predicted advantage on the dream.
- 20:39So the lines going to the dream, the dream have a reverse line
- 20:43move Publix on Caitlin Clark, yet lines going in their favor,
- 20:46better defence, home Rd. splits, better rebounding, better
- 20:49steals. And then also again, the cherry
- 20:51on top is that rhythm is telling me to bet the dream on the money
- 20:54line. So that's good enough for me
- 20:55guys, I'm going dream to win this game Shop round.
- 20:58I got the dream at -135 that about does it for today's
- 21:04podcast here, episode 55 of the all systems go sports betting
- 21:08pod powered by Rhythm reminder. If you enjoy this pod, if you
- 21:12look forward to the breakdowns each day, if you missed me while
- 21:14I was on the on Safari in Africa, if any of that is true,
- 21:18well #1 thank you for your support.
- 21:20Thank you for listening. This pod is nothing without you
- 21:22guys tuning in each day. I would still do it if no one
- 21:25listened. But hey, the sense of community
- 21:28and just kind of being in the in the position to, to host this
- 21:31pod, it really means a lot to me.
- 21:33So can you help me to grow this pod organically?
- 21:36Recommend it to a friend, follow it if you can do that on
- 21:39Spotify. But really, what I would love
- 21:40for you to do is give this pod a 5 star review.
- 21:44It goes a long way to rising up the charts and gaining cred here
- 21:47with the ranking. So if you're on Spotify or
- 21:50iTunes, could you please give it a 5 star review?
- 21:52That would really, really mean a lot to me.
- 21:55And guess what? I will.
- 21:56I'll buy you a beer next time I see you.
- 21:58Or maybe I'll buy a ginger ale if you don't drink for giving it
- 22:01a 5 star review. But secondly, of course, if you
- 22:03enjoy the breakdowns, you want to learn more about data-driven
- 22:06contrarian betting, how to approach the betting market at
- 22:09like a Wall Street trader approaches the stock market.
- 22:12Well, you get a lot of that each day on the POD.
- 22:14But if you want to hold something in your hand,
- 22:15something you can lean on, something you can write in the
- 22:18margins on guess what, I wrote a book called the Everything Guide
- 22:21to Sports Betting. So go, just go to Amazon.com,
- 22:24type in the Everything Guide to Sports betting, pick up a copy
- 22:27for you or for a friend. It'll mean a lot to me guys.
- 22:29It's got everything I've learned in the industry, how lines are
- 22:32set, how and why they move, how to read line movement, how to
- 22:35locate sharp action, how to place a bet in person or online,
- 22:38how to shop for the best line, all included in the everything
- 22:41guide to sports betting. Lastly, of course, have you
- 22:44signed up for your free trial of Rhythm or your free trial of
- 22:48Juice Reel, my two favorite AI driven or data-driven apps to
- 22:52help you win? Well, if you haven't done it
- 22:54yet, go do it now. Rhythm I talked about each day
- 22:57powers this pod does a great job with their AI backed models and
- 23:00projections for both prop bets and gameplays.
- 23:03All you got to do is click the bio description, the link inside
- 23:07the bio for each podcast and you will get a sign up link to go to
- 23:12to give yourself A7 day free trial of rhythm.
- 23:14And then also I want you to sign up for juice reel.
- 23:16Juice reel is a little bit different than rhythm, but it's
- 23:18great as well. You can sync your sports books,
- 23:21get all your plays listed, learn about yourself as a better your
- 23:23strengths and weaknesses. You can follow the AI backed
- 23:26Robo Jackson plays each day. There's two recommended best
- 23:29bets each day. Basically Juice Reel Combs
- 23:32through all their data and recommends the two best bets,
- 23:35which I always enjoyed and I always look forward to seeing
- 23:38what they have each day. We tend to overlap quite a bit,
- 23:40which is always nice, but then also your arbitrage bets, your
- 23:44sharp mush plays, all included. When you become a rhythm or
- 23:47sorry, a Juice Reel download of the app, you'll get that all
- 23:51included. So rhythm Juice Reel, hey, take
- 23:54my word for it, they're going to help you win.
- 23:56You can go sign up via that custom link within the bio
- 23:59description of this profile of of the podcast, especially on
- 24:03Spotify, but I believe it shows up on iTunes as well.
- 24:06It's also on YouTube. You can get the link there as
- 24:08well. Anyway, guys, that's it for me.
- 24:12My parting words as always, weather I see you at the Borgata
- 24:15in Atlantic City, Twin River in Rhode Island, the brook in New
- 24:17Hampshire, Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun down in Connecticut at the
- 24:20encore in Boston or plain Ridge park casino R.E.M.
- 24:22Jim Springfield in my neck of the woods in Massachusetts.
- 24:25We're out in the desert where the true grinders get down,
- 24:27where Billy Walters sends his number runners, where the lowest
- 24:30choose possible is found at the South Point.
- 24:32Or sweating, sharp contrarian plays, jumping in the stadium
- 24:35swim pool at Circa. When you catch a big bet,
- 24:38wherever it may be, you're going to walk up to me.
- 24:39You're going to show me an Orioles winning ticket, a Cubs
- 24:42winning ticket. Hopefully you read the sharp
- 24:44report and played the Brewers or the Giants yesterday.
- 24:46Whatever you do. Dallas Mavericks.
- 24:48Luca, Luca, can you lose a little bit of weight?
- 24:50Can you not foul out? I'm not here to fat shame.
- 24:52I need to lose some pounds too, but man, you're professional
- 24:55athlete. You're whining about the refs.
- 24:58Luca and the Mavs let us down. Dodgers and Guardians as well.
- 25:01But guess what? We're going to have some winners
- 25:02here for tonight and going to hopefully post a profitable
- 25:06night. But that about does it.
- 25:07My parting words, as always, stay sharp.
- 25:09Stay contrarian. Bet against the public, place
- 25:11yourself on the side of the house.
- 25:12Always be with the smart money, never against it.
- 25:15Will smart money win every time? Of course not.
- 25:17You can beat the closing line. Doesn't guarantee winner.
- 25:19But you know what does guarantee closing line value?
- 25:21It guarantees that you are reading the market correctly, so
- 25:24we can consistently take that contrarian approach against the
- 25:27public with the house, with the pros flat back, avoid parlays,
- 25:31get some closing line value. If we can do that, we're going
- 25:34to be successful sports bettors long term.
- 25:36So enjoy the sweats, everyone. We got the Stanley Cup final
- 25:39here tonight, we got WNBA, we got MLB, we got it all.
- 25:42Let's see if we can have a profitable night and I will see
- 25:45you tomorrow for a big Friday here in the arena.
- 25:48Episode 56 of the All Systems Go sports betting pod.
- 25:51And let me just double check because I've missed biting.
- 25:55That's right. We got some UFC for this
- 25:57weekend, baby. Stay tuned for a couple UFC
- 25:59plays. Just waiting on that batch of
- 26:01data, fresh batch of data for my buddy John Ewing at BET MGM, but
- 26:05should have AUFC bet for you this weekend as well.
- 26:07We'll talk about it on tomorrow's pod, but enjoy the
- 26:10sweats. Everyone.
- 26:10Have a great Thursday. Thursday.
- 26:12I'll see you tomorrow for episode 56 of the All Systems Go
- 26:16Sports Betting podcast. Good luck.
