- 0:00Speaker 1: I have mystery boxes for us to open. Hello, my
- 0:02Speaker 1: name is Selena Myers and welcome back, Boo Crew. Today
- 0:06Speaker 1: is different. You can't smell it, thank goodness. But I
- 0:10Speaker 1: was gone for a couple days. I was in Los
- 0:12Speaker 1: Angeles and it smells like something died here in my studio,
- 0:15Speaker 1: which is like a 30 foot by 12 foot room, okay?
- 0:19Speaker 1: Something smells like death. I cleaned this whole room. I
- 0:21Speaker 1: looked in every box and every nook and every corner
- 0:23Speaker 1: and the only boxes that were not opened to look
- 0:27Speaker 1: in Were these mystery boxes waiting for me to open them?
- 0:29Speaker 1: They are vintage mystery boxes, but there might be an
- 0:32Speaker 1: oddities one. Honestly, it's kind of collective amount of boxes
- 0:35Speaker 1: that I don't really know what's in them, but I'm
- 0:37Speaker 1: pretty sure it's supposed to be vintage stuff. But the
- 0:40Speaker 1: smell in here is gross. The only way I know
- 0:42Speaker 1: what death smells like, like death, is one time I
- 0:45Speaker 1: tried to save a bird and it died in the
- 0:46Speaker 1: box and it was outside for three days. That's, that's that.
- 0:49Speaker 1: That's gross. Gross. This is almost as tall as me
- 0:53Speaker 1: and it wasn't even that expensive so I don't know
- 0:55Speaker 1: what's going on in this box. I'm gonna start with
- 0:58Speaker 1: this one that's called Chic and Cozy Moments and they're
- 1:01Speaker 1: on Etsy. I did crack it open because when I
- 1:03Speaker 1: first got it I didn't know but I haven't, I
- 1:05Speaker 1: haven't unfolded. Ooh! The smell is coming from something. Adam's like,
- 1:11Speaker 1: you're really, you're really deeply into those things. You know
- 1:13Speaker 1: my ideas, I'm wondering if one of it is an
- 1:15Speaker 1: oddities box and there's like a specimen. So this is
- 1:19Speaker 1: a vintage box. It's vintage. Isn't that exciting? First, we
- 1:23Speaker 1: have this little carved wood box. Actually, angelic as shit.
- 1:27Speaker 1: It's like carved out and cute. And then inside, we
- 1:30Speaker 1: have some vampire-esque. The smell in here, y'all. Y'all are
- 1:34Speaker 1: so freaking lucky. I don't know if it's in the walls.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Those are nice. I like this box. There's always like,
- 1:39Speaker 1: am I gonna keep it or am I not? This,
- 1:42Speaker 1: I think I'm gonna... Is it... It's not wood. I
- 1:45Speaker 1: don't know what you are, bone? Smells fine. It's smell,
- 1:48Speaker 1: it's not that. Next up, we have, there's like little
- 1:52Speaker 1: picture cards. Okay, Vintage Mystery Box, I don't know what
- 1:55Speaker 1: you are, you're in a different language, but hey, there's
- 1:58Speaker 1: a lot of drama going on there. Can you see
- 2:00Speaker 1: the flies? Something is dead. Inside this box, whispers of
- 2:05Speaker 1: the past, a sprinkle of spooky, and a dash of delight.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Unwrap your mystery from chick and cozy moments. I love nostalgia.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I love old stuff. I love spooky drama. We have,
- 2:19Speaker 1: is this a gazelle? I think this is a gazelle.
- 2:22Speaker 1: You're not the culprit. You actually smell delightful. I use
- 2:25Speaker 1: the word from the thing, delightful. There's a little thing
- 2:28Speaker 1: on this that said, open me. I'm looking for myself
- 2:30Speaker 1: to get wowed, all right? A crusty dish. Got a
- 2:35Speaker 1: lot of rust on it. Looks like a leaf. This
- 2:38Speaker 1: is the thing, okay? When you order mystery boxes, you
- 2:41Speaker 1: don't know, and it's not... Ooh, something squishy. Is that it? Okay,
- 2:45Speaker 1: we got two more things with something squishy. Please, oh
- 2:49Speaker 1: my god, please don't be gross. Ah, squishy because it
- 2:54Speaker 1: was bubble wrap. Because I'm an idiot. I'm an idiot.
- 2:58Speaker 1: We all know this. We have a candle holder. Okay,
- 3:03Speaker 1: we have a taper holder, it's cute. And we have,
- 3:07Speaker 1: Small Voss? Alright, I need to know how much this was.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Let's put it all out. We got gazelle, vase, crusty plate,
- 3:15Speaker 1: cards that are missing, and small backs with earrings. How
- 3:19Speaker 1: much did you think this was? I'm thinking Etsy, I'm thinking...
- 3:21Speaker 1: 50 American dollars. 50 American dollars. Oh my goodness. The
- 3:28Speaker 1: receipt for this was $ 145. What? Oh, $ 62. It was
- 3:36Speaker 1: the shipping. The shipping was crazy. Yeah, I could see it.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I could see it. I could see it. It's cute stuff.
- 3:40Speaker 1: The plate was a weird choice and the cards were
- 3:42Speaker 1: a weird choice, but it's okay. Okay, I'm genuinely excited
- 3:45Speaker 1: for this. Okay, this comes from Susan. I know you
- 3:48Speaker 1: have a store. I know you have a store, but
- 3:49Speaker 1: this is apparently a spooky mystery box. Ooh, it's ghost
- 3:54Speaker 1: K art. I get excited for spooky stuff. Don't be
- 3:57Speaker 1: anything dead though. What? Iconic. It's a little tiny Raggedy
- 4:02Speaker 1: Ann doll. It's an Annabelle. And it smells like death
- 4:04Speaker 1: in here. You do smell, but like, you don't smell
- 4:09Speaker 1: like bad things. You smell like grandma's ass. I just
- 4:11Speaker 1: want to huff you kind of, but I also don't
- 4:13Speaker 1: want to get too close just in case. You can
- 4:17Speaker 1: sit over here with my crusty plate. Who are you?
- 4:20Speaker 1: We have a carved crystal ghost and a tiny carved
- 4:27Speaker 1: crystal star. What are you, obsidian? Then we have a
- 4:31Speaker 1: pencil with pumpkins, because as we all know, Halloween in July,
- 4:34Speaker 1: everything's coming out. What do we have here? We have
- 4:38Speaker 1: butterfly wings in a little jar. Nice. Okay, we got
- 4:42Speaker 1: a note. We got a note. It's like, I made
- 4:44Speaker 1: your office smell. I'm kidding. Oh, it tells me what's
- 4:46Speaker 1: in here. Okay. Let's go through this, because I'm really excited,
- 4:49Speaker 1: because y'all know what I like to collect. We have
- 4:52Speaker 1: a vintage tin type of a Precious little girl. And
- 4:55Speaker 1: then we have two photos. We have this lady and
- 5:00Speaker 1: this baby. Love it. We have this girl and this boy. Oh,
- 5:06Speaker 1: an antique funeral card. Okay, love this. Sorry, I know
- 5:12Speaker 1: it's spooky. Old postcard of a cemetery. How iconic is that?
- 5:16Speaker 1: And then we have an in loving memory for Ludwig
- 5:20Speaker 1: Le Fur. Aw. Ludwig died. I wish there was a picture. Rip.
- 5:24Speaker 1: This is a fun box. I wonder how much this was,
- 5:26Speaker 1: because this paper stuff really adds up. Oh, look at this. Yes,
- 5:30Speaker 1: in loving remembrance, okay, of Daniel Wiedensahl, born September 29th, 1829,
- 5:36Speaker 1: and died on June 26th, 1893, aged 63 years, eight months,
- 5:38Speaker 1: and 27 days. It's a really cool, nice, I love
- 5:40Speaker 1: the embossed, the black with the gold. I love paper stuff.
- 5:51Speaker 1: We have Mullins and Co. carpet and furniture business card.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And then, ooh, spooky. In loving memory of Mary C. Crush,
- 6:00Speaker 1: who God called to himself May 18th, 1991. Aww. Aww.
- 6:06Speaker 1: And then we have these cards right here. We have
- 6:09Speaker 1: this super handsome guy, which on the back it says
- 6:12Speaker 1: his name is AJ German. You can tell someone like
- 6:14Speaker 1: took time to write that and then someone dies and
- 6:16Speaker 1: it all gets split up. Yeah, these ones came from
- 6:18Speaker 1: the same family. That is such a beautiful little girl.
- 6:21Speaker 1: How old are you? Mary Ann, about eight years old. Rip.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Look at this crystal. That's gorgeous. Love, love. Is that
- 6:30Speaker 1: so wonderful? That was a fun box. Like, honestly, like,
- 6:33Speaker 1: I would think, hmm, I would guess it was like
- 6:36Speaker 1: $ 70 Canadian. Let's see. It was $ 68, so I was
- 6:41Speaker 1: literally right on the nose. I think that was a
- 6:44Speaker 1: really cool deal. These are really hard to find. I
- 6:46Speaker 1: was hella impressed with that box, my dudes. I'm nervous
- 6:50Speaker 1: about this, because if there's something dead in one of
- 6:52Speaker 1: these boxes, it's gonna be in this giant box. It's
- 6:55Speaker 1: gonna be in the giant box. And this came, and
- 6:57Speaker 1: it's kind of like, something could've gone in there, even
- 7:00Speaker 1: in my garage, you know, and couldn't get out. Dear Caroline,
- 7:04Speaker 1: thank you for your order. My daughter is a fan
- 7:06Speaker 1: of yours and she insisted I should send you our
- 7:09Speaker 1: epic mystery box instead of the medium size you ordered.
- 7:12Speaker 1: You're fans of Caroline? Does she know it's coming to me?
- 7:16Speaker 1: Caroline's my helper. She helped me order these. They figured
- 7:18Speaker 1: it out. That's cool. Oh, I don't want to read it.
- 7:20Speaker 1: I don't want to read what's in there. Okay. Thank
- 7:22Speaker 1: you for sending me the epic box. That's pretty epic.
- 7:25Speaker 1: There's a lot going on in here. We have some stickers.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Madame Round a little bit of sticker. Oh, it's a
- 7:31Speaker 1: lot of bubble wrap. You know what that means? Oh
- 7:44Speaker 1: my gosh! This is insane! This box is freaking packed.
- 7:49Speaker 1: I just cleaned my office. Don't! I'll literally shite my pants.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Look at this. It's literally Twilight. It's literally like an
- 7:58Speaker 1: aged looking Twilight hands in a freaking frame. I'm gonna
- 8:02Speaker 1: shit my pants. This one's spooky. Look at the skulls
- 8:05Speaker 1: and the flowers. That's cute. Not vintage, but cute. It says,
- 8:12Speaker 1: Enter at your own risk. I'll make sure to put
- 8:14Speaker 1: this outside the bathroom after I use it. I need
- 8:16Speaker 1: to stop saying things like that, but I can't. It's
- 8:18Speaker 1: who I am. It's my condition. Look at that candelabra. Look,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna stick some candles in that. It's freaking gorgeous though.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I like the patina. The patina, the ambiance of the aged.
- 8:33Speaker 1: It doesn't smell bad though. I like the flavor. Oh.
- 8:38Speaker 1: We have two children's books. I don't know what Caroline said,
- 8:41Speaker 1: but I think she figured out this is coming to
- 8:42Speaker 1: me and that's freaking sweet of you. Look it, books
- 8:45Speaker 1: for my child. We have Biscuit's Pet and Play Halloween book,
- 8:48Speaker 1: which it's kind of fuzzy, I'm gonna need touch. Wow,
- 8:52Speaker 1: is it on every page? Ooh, I'm having sensory happiness.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I need to stop teeny tiny ghost. It's funny, like,
- 9:02Speaker 1: all of my kids' books are spooky. I even, like,
- 9:05Speaker 1: the books I'm ordering, I'm like, damn, this kid's stance,
- 9:07Speaker 1: no chance. I see feet and feet makes me nervous.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Oh my God, please don't be a haunted doll. First,
- 9:16Speaker 1: what is this? It was in here with the doll.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It's an apple with holes in it. So that's either
- 9:21Speaker 1: for flowers or cigarettes maybe. What is going on here?
- 9:27Speaker 1: Please don't be haunted. Oh, look at those shoes. I'd
- 9:31Speaker 1: wear the shit out of those shoes. That is horrifying.
- 9:34Speaker 1: I love you. Do you see this? Look at her face.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Can someone tell me about this doll? I need to
- 9:41Speaker 1: take a picture of this and see if chat knows anything,
- 9:45Speaker 1: because I don't. Oh, this is from 1999 and it
- 9:50Speaker 1: was numbered 228 out of a thousand. Let's go deeper. Handcrafted,
- 9:55Speaker 1: hand finished, dressed in Victorian gothic fashion. I like your vibe.
- 9:59Speaker 1: You're now my friend. I named her, she looks like
- 10:03Speaker 1: an Olivia. This is Olivia. Welcome to the family, babe.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I love you. You got a trustful face. Oh, okay.
- 10:11Speaker 1: We have some tribal art. Spooky. Cool. Whoa. What is this?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Not vintage, but very cute. We have a Ray Dunn
- 10:20Speaker 1: pumpkin pie pie plate, which is actually really freaking cute.
- 10:25Speaker 1: And I have someone I'm gonna gift this to because
- 10:27Speaker 1: I know they're gonna love it. I'm not finding the
- 10:29Speaker 1: dead thing in these packages. It's a potpourri jar, looks
- 10:32Speaker 1: like a spell jar. How cute is that? Oh my goodness,
- 10:38Speaker 1: I'm so sorry, Hannibal. Okay, looks like we've gotten through
- 10:40Speaker 1: that box. Now I'm gonna say what was in there.
- 10:42Speaker 1: There was a vintage candelabra, vintage jan mclean doll limited
- 10:47Speaker 1: edition two vintage frames the art prints enter at your
- 10:50Speaker 1: own risk tribal tiki mask a spell jar for love
- 10:53Speaker 1: and protection thank you a wooden apple pencil holder that's

- 11:08Speaker 1: let's see how much Like, damn, that was big. And
- 11:10Speaker 1: they said they sent their epic one. I would say
- 11:12Speaker 1: that this was probably... Their epic one was probably like $ 150.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Let's see. This is the vintage holiday mystery box. Okay,
- 11:22Speaker 1: so I got Halloween, not totally vintage. And then their
- 11:26Speaker 1: large one is $ 141. So yeah, I was pretty much
- 11:29Speaker 1: on there at $ 150. This was so much fun. We
- 11:31Speaker 1: didn't find the dead thing in my office though, which
- 11:34Speaker 1: isn't great. It's not great. but it's somewhere and it
- 11:37Speaker 1: smells bad yeah so i love you guys pray for
- 11:41Speaker 1: me and i'll update you on instagram the day that
- 11:43Speaker 1: i post this video because this video is going up

- 11:50Speaker 1: found what was dead or if they smell it away
- 11:52Speaker 1: because if the smell just disappears then obviously we have
- 11:55Speaker 1: a darker thing at play love that Until next time,
- 11:58Speaker 1: I love you, Boo Crew. And don't forget, House on

- 12:24Speaker 1: you see this still going? I worry how much you
- 12:29Speaker 1: spent on the freaking bubble wrap here, guys.
