Gold, frankincense and myrrh
What presents would we bring to the birth of Jesus, if we went there? The wise men brought three gifts, which had a spiritual meaning: gold as a symbol of kingship, frankincense (an incense) as a symbol of deity and worship, and myrrh (an embalming oil) as a symbol of death, indicating "gold to a king; myrrh to one who was mortal; and incense to God."
