#16 Diversity Series - Racial, ethnic and cultural differences with Gabriela Barragán
Today we are continuing our theme on diversity by looking at racial, ethnic and cultural differences. We discuss what the terms mean and why it is important that we understand the differences so that we can work towards creating a safe and inclusive working environment for all crew.
To discuss this topic, we're really excited to be joined by Gabriela Barragán - yacht crew member and former host of the podcast 'Diversity in Yachting'.
