- 0:47Speaker 3: What's that?
- 0:48Speaker 5: Mate?
- 0:51Speaker 1: This is breaking news.
- 0:57Speaker 5: David Nika's opponent has failed a drug test. Yeah, it
- 1:00Speaker 5: was pulled out of their bout that will be taking
- 1:03Speaker 5: place in ten days time up here at the Viaduct
- 1:05Speaker 5: Events Center. Yes, Hoordy j yourself and myself will be
- 1:09Speaker 5: hosting a couple of backbones on the Backbone Table, the
- 1:11Speaker 5: competition currently running, and now Nyuka is seeking a new opponent. Yes,
- 1:19Speaker 5: and I believe you have some news around there?
- 1:23Speaker 1: Is this breaking news?
- 1:24Speaker 3: Yeah? I guess.
- 1:27Speaker 1: This is breaking news.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Certainly not the throbber whatever that was.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Sorry, let's redo that this is breaking news.
- 1:39Speaker 3: I can confirm I have been approached to get back
- 1:45Speaker 3: into the ring, you know, And I'll be honest with
- 1:49Speaker 3: you and my heyday, David wouldn't have had a her
- 1:54Speaker 3: of a chance of getting anywhere near me.
- 1:56Speaker 1: He wouldn't have had a horror of a chance.
- 2:00Speaker 3: And the reality is, I haven't haven't boxed for a
- 2:02Speaker 3: long time. But it's like just getting back on the horse, really,
- 2:05Speaker 3: isn't it. I'm considering it. Yeah, it really comes down
- 2:09Speaker 3: to the purse at this stage, you know what I mean,
- 2:11Speaker 3: And how much my cutters. And also I don't you know,
- 2:18Speaker 3: I think he's a great boxer and I think he's
- 2:20Speaker 3: got a big future. I don't want to ruin that
- 2:23Speaker 3: by smacking the living.
- 2:25Speaker 5: But Jesus said, well, you want to be the best,
- 2:26Speaker 5: you've got to beat the best.
- 2:28Speaker 3: I guess, So I guess, And those those are the
- 2:30Speaker 3: things that I'm tampling at the moment. Mogi Hurricane they
- 2:34Speaker 3: used to call you, Oh they did, Yeah, heroin hot.
- 2:39Speaker 3: But I'll be thinking about it over the next day
- 2:41Speaker 3: or two, and I'll let you know when I've come
- 2:43Speaker 3: to a decision. Keezy, Hello, it's such a cool camo shit, man,
- 2:47Speaker 3: where did you get that from? Chase?
- 2:52Speaker 1: Actually, just quickly, yes, bugging. It really bugs me when
- 2:59Speaker 1: you and out we're clothes and wearing and say that
- 3:01Speaker 1: cool because I know you don't mean it.
- 3:02Speaker 3: You know, I think that is it a caterpillar?
- 3:05Speaker 1: That's a cat like the bulldozer, isn't there?
- 3:07Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, caterpillars? Yeah No, I don't think it
- 3:11Speaker 3: looks really pillars. It looks really good on you.
- 3:14Speaker 5: I reckon, it's what would be the best word for.
- 3:17Speaker 3: It, but yeah, it's manly. Well butch Yeah, but okay, butch,
- 3:23Speaker 3: it's butch. And I just think because you know you're
- 3:27Speaker 3: wearing your Chevrolet cap.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I hate that the word chevrolet has become a joke now,
- 3:33Speaker 1: no pact.
- 3:34Speaker 3: I just CAZy. It's one of the important things to
- 3:38Speaker 3: learn is to take a compliment.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Okay, thanks Jase, just.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Dont get that. I think you look really neat today.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Thanks Jase, You're not really good as well, man, Thanks Buddy,
- 3:50Speaker 1: even Buddy just then, you know, it's just thanks Tiger.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Isn't it a rage?
- 3:57Speaker 1: The whole?
- 3:57Speaker 6: A Big shows with Jason Hoy, Mike Minogue and Keysy kind.
- 4:02Speaker 5: Of thinger there on the radio.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Holdanky big show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is fourteen
- 4:07Speaker 3: minutes past four, and all.
- 4:08Speaker 5: Is well, yeah, it sure is. Man, Hey, I got
- 4:11Speaker 5: this thing going on at my place. I was doing
- 4:13Speaker 5: some renos. Yeah yeah, crenovation Chat, Renovation Chat, Renovation Chat, Uka,
- 4:20Speaker 5: renovation Chat. We were Jason Mike Tune as a banger.
- 4:29Speaker 5: We moved into a new house about three or four
- 4:31Speaker 5: months ago. We're renting it. We're not rich like Kezy.
- 4:35Speaker 5: So what we do is when you move into a house,
- 4:37Speaker 5: you get all of your stuff and then you realize
- 4:40Speaker 5: probably got too much stuff or the wrong stuff, and
- 4:43Speaker 5: then you just leave stuff lying around for what's it
- 4:45Speaker 5: been four months?
- 4:46Speaker 3: It has been four months, Yes, can totally relate to that.
- 4:49Speaker 5: So just heaps of pictures and stuff leaning up against
- 4:51Speaker 5: walls and all that sort of stuff. Well, anyway, at
- 4:53Speaker 5: the weekend, we decided, right, we're into it, man, We're
- 4:55Speaker 5: going to get this sorted out. And that's that. Pictures
- 4:58Speaker 5: are going up, We're getting selling furnitu, we're getting rid
- 5:00Speaker 5: of furniture, we're giving furniture away, we get new furniture.
- 5:03Speaker 5: We're doing all of these things. Well, of course, the first,
- 5:06Speaker 5: you know, sort of obstacle we ran into is that
- 5:08Speaker 5: we couldn't agree on anything. Yes, let's put this picture there. No,
- 5:13Speaker 5: don't like it there? What about here? Nah? What about here?
- 5:18Speaker 3: Nah?
- 5:18Speaker 5: Is that you suggesting and her deny it? It doesn't
- 5:20Speaker 5: matter either her or me and I just cannot. We
- 5:23Speaker 5: just absolutely are one thousand percent not on the same
- 5:26Speaker 5: page when it comes to you. Even like I've got
- 5:29Speaker 5: a whole bunch of stuff, this music, sort of memorabilia stuff,
- 5:32Speaker 5: and I was like, Oh, we could frame it like this,
- 5:34Speaker 5: and we could do this and do that. Nah, Now
- 5:36Speaker 5: why don't we just nah? And it just it's so deflating.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Is it?
- 5:40Speaker 5: Because you're excited about setting up your new house generally,
- 5:43Speaker 5: but when you met with a barrage of disa great agreement,
- 5:46Speaker 5: I just pretty quickly I was like, you know what,
- 5:50Speaker 5: I think this is a part of the relationship which
- 5:53Speaker 5: I think most couples come to, and that is that
- 5:56Speaker 5: the woman can just own the house and I'll find,
- 6:01Speaker 5: you know, somewhere in the back guarden, you know a
- 6:03Speaker 5: little bit of earth, you palm over the top of it,
- 6:07Speaker 5: and I can just go out there and smoke D's
- 6:09Speaker 5: in the rain, and that could be my house. That's
- 6:11Speaker 5: your man cave, that's my man cave. Yes, So what
- 6:13Speaker 5: I said was, look, all I want. All I want
- 6:16Speaker 5: is just a mirror when you come in the front door.
- 6:18Speaker 5: A big air is a huge mirror. Because when we
- 6:21Speaker 5: moved into the house, that guy had something similar there
- 6:23Speaker 5: and I really liked it, and she said, what about
- 6:25Speaker 5: this goind of mirror? Said I don't like that. It's
- 6:27Speaker 5: got to be the kind of mirror that I like.
- 6:29Speaker 5: And then outside of that, the whole house is yours.
- 6:31Speaker 5: You can do whatever you want. And I'm just done
- 6:33Speaker 5: with the having the conversations about it because they're not conversations,
- 6:37Speaker 5: it's just suggestions. I set it up and she spikes it.
- 6:41Speaker 5: She sets it up, I spike it. Yeah, there's no
- 6:44Speaker 5: joy in it, you know what I mean.
- 6:45Speaker 1: And that's to do with like not only which art
- 6:47Speaker 1: goes where, but how you're even hanging it up. Yeah,
- 6:51Speaker 1: things like that.
- 6:51Speaker 5: Well, not the how, more just the it's more. It
- 6:54Speaker 5: is more the placement. So I was like, Oh, we've
- 6:57Speaker 5: got all this cool music memory, but god, that'll be
- 6:59Speaker 5: good in the hallway. I like the idea of having
- 7:01Speaker 5: people over and then they're just sort of wandering around
- 7:03Speaker 5: the house and then they're like they're finding cool stuff
- 7:05Speaker 5: all over the house. She's like, Nah, it's heaven in
- 7:07Speaker 5: the dining room. It's for everyone, will be.
- 7:11Speaker 4: All right.
- 7:12Speaker 1: By the way, I like the idea of the hallway, bitter.
- 7:14Speaker 5: I like the idea. Well, weirdly enough, a couple of days.
- 7:16Speaker 5: I just came back and she said, I think you're
- 7:18Speaker 5: right about the hallway, but I haven't got a couple
- 7:20Speaker 5: of days for everything we talk about.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Can I say something contra controversial here, because I'll get
- 7:27Speaker 3: the siren. I know what you're saying. I know what
- 7:29Speaker 3: you're saying, Magie. I think I have better taste than
- 7:34Speaker 3: my wife.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Yeah, that is so sexist. That's a sexism alarm.
- 7:40Speaker 3: By the way, I think I have a better eye
- 7:43Speaker 3: than my wife. Just one though, and we run into
- 7:48Speaker 3: the same issues. Yeah, Like because we've got a lot
- 7:52Speaker 3: of quite a bit of art now and I'm very
- 7:54Speaker 3: particular about where I like it, and she's very particular. Yes,
- 7:58Speaker 3: And as it turns out, she wins.
- 8:00Speaker 5: I was just going to say, who wins out? Yeah, yeah,
- 8:03Speaker 5: thank you. I've got some stuff that I've had for
- 8:06Speaker 5: years that is really meaningful to me. Yeah, that I've
- 8:10Speaker 5: taken everywhere with me, Like I wanted to put a
- 8:12Speaker 5: picture up in the bedroom and she's just like, absolutely no.
- 8:15Speaker 5: So we've hit it for you. Ever, Well, it means
- 8:17Speaker 5: something to me. What was the picture of Pamela Anderson
- 8:20Speaker 5: from Baywatch? Or like a poster you remember that?
- 8:24Speaker 3: Yeah, like a.
- 8:25Speaker 5: Poster and you sort of put it up on a
- 8:26Speaker 5: forty five. It's still got the original blue tech on it.
- 8:29Speaker 5: Oh wow, And she's just like absolutely not. That sucks, man,
- 8:33Speaker 5: So you should be allowed that.
- 8:34Speaker 4: I know.
- 8:34Speaker 3: I'm interested in other couples out there on three four
- 8:37Speaker 3: eight three have a similar problem in their homes in
- 8:40Speaker 3: terms of who gets it aside what.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Yeah, text through three four eight three in the drawer
- 8:44Speaker 1: for a fifty night and day about trip you do?
- 8:46Speaker 1: How's this picture hanging? How's this text hanging? Pictures? Is
- 8:49Speaker 1: not renovations? Whatever?
- 8:53Speaker 6: Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisya.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Indeed a menop there on the radio Hodarky Big Show
- 9:02Speaker 3: this Wednesday afternoon, twenty five minutes past four o'clock. I
- 9:05Speaker 3: believe we have some admin Captain admin.
- 9:12Speaker 1: My name's not Captain admin. It's keasy, but we do
- 9:14Speaker 1: have some admin the twenty five.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Ye you are Captain admin.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean I'm Chris really Chris, Captain Chris Key,
- 9:22Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, Captain Abmin.
- 9:23Speaker 5: That's one.
- 9:24Speaker 1: The twenty five grand fiddler is currently happening on Hoduky.
- 9:26Speaker 1: If you hear a song with some fiddle mixed into it,
- 9:28Speaker 1: give us a call on oh eight hundred Hoduky. Call
- 9:31Speaker 1: the number one hundred boom, one thousand dollars. How keep
- 9:34Speaker 1: an air out and get ready to call oh eight
- 9:35Speaker 1: hundred Hoducky. So there's your Edmin done. We're chatting renovations
- 9:38Speaker 1: fell as Mogi renovating his house at the moment, finally
- 9:41Speaker 1: hanging up all the pictures and the pieces of artwork.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Three months have been you've been in your house.
- 9:46Speaker 5: Three or four months, man, And we got to the
- 9:48Speaker 5: point this weekend where we decided we'd put it all up.
- 9:51Speaker 5: And then we realized that we disagreed on absolutely everything.
- 9:53Speaker 5: And I got to the point where I just said, look,
- 9:55Speaker 5: you know what, you just do it. You put everything out,
- 9:57Speaker 5: put it wherever you want, and I'm just going to
- 9:58Speaker 5: tap out.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Well, this is a lot of people are agreeing with
- 10:01Speaker 1: you on three four eight three, especially this. My wife
- 10:05Speaker 1: lets me put my sower.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Ballad.
- 10:10Speaker 1: My wife lets me put my stuff up wherever I want,
- 10:12Speaker 1: as long as it's in the garage. Yes, which is
- 10:15Speaker 1: something that I have an issue with. My wife will
- 10:17Speaker 1: be like, oh that's really cool. You can put that
- 10:18Speaker 1: up in the garage.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I don't hang out in the garage. I go on
- 10:21Speaker 1: the hop on a car and back out of it.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Yes, good a fellas. I've had my stuff in boxes
- 10:27Speaker 1: and the shed for eight years.
- 10:29Speaker 5: Feeling your pain, yeah, yeah, on that thing with the
- 10:32Speaker 5: shed there, I had it jas Actually I got you
- 10:34Speaker 5: one of these things. That was the scorecard for the
- 10:36Speaker 5: cricket when we won the Wiltiest Championship against against India.
- 10:41Speaker 5: So I got this card. You know, it's beautiful, beautiful
- 10:44Speaker 5: thing it is, and it got it framed up and
- 10:47Speaker 5: it turned up at the house and I said it's good,
- 10:50Speaker 5: isn't it. She goes, oh my god, this is my wife.
- 10:52Speaker 5: She says, oh, that will look so good at the office.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:58Speaker 5: I mean it's genius, though, isn't it to think that way,
- 11:01Speaker 5: not like oh no, I don't like it, take it
- 11:02Speaker 5: to the office, but to flatter you andto saying oh
- 11:04Speaker 5: my god, yeah, like I'm a complete idiot. And she
- 11:07Speaker 5: got to get.
- 11:09Speaker 3: I bought my wife a couple of small little paintings
- 11:12Speaker 3: which were really nice. Have I guess where they are.
- 11:15Speaker 1: At the office. No, you don't have an office as
- 11:18Speaker 1: a ship.
- 11:18Speaker 3: In the bog.
- 11:20Speaker 5: Behind the door.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, this.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Is a great one. My partner puts her filthy Crusader
- 11:27Speaker 1: stuff on one side of the room and I put
- 11:29Speaker 1: my beautiful Blues and Warriors stuff on the other side.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:32Speaker 5: Well that's come up as well.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Well, because I have a similar situation where I have
- 11:38Speaker 1: heaps of really cool old gaming stuff. How so oh,
- 11:44Speaker 1: you know, like my old consoles and stuff from when
- 11:46Speaker 1: I was a wee lad, when I was a little
- 11:47Speaker 1: kezy there, and I've got them all in big boxes
- 11:50Speaker 1: and stuff. And I'd love to put some of my
- 11:51Speaker 1: retro stuff out and around the place, and my wife
- 11:53Speaker 1: just says, no, no, you can put that in the garage,
- 11:56Speaker 1: you know. Yeah, it's cool. I've like, I've got a
- 11:59Speaker 1: big poster from the Collector's edition of Buzzy Island five
- 12:03Speaker 1: which I would love to put up, And she's like, yeah,
- 12:04Speaker 1: that looks so good in the garage too. Sure what
- 12:08Speaker 1: Buzzy Island five poster?
- 12:10Speaker 3: I think, you know, And it's that whole thing too.
- 12:14Speaker 3: I don't know if it's the same for you guys,
- 12:16Speaker 3: but the whole throw cushion thing and et cetera, et cetera,
- 12:19Speaker 3: that tends to be highly orientated to one sex. I
- 12:23Speaker 3: don't know if that's fear or enough, it's true not.
- 12:25Speaker 3: All I know is I'm not into it, no, neither
- 12:30Speaker 3: of I've got lots of them.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Yes, just quickly, I'm just going to quickly play this. Yeah,
- 12:34Speaker 1: I just just because there was sexist I realized that I.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Am absolutely fringing on that comment. But that's my vibe
- 12:42Speaker 3: that I have about it. Yeah, okay, throw the throw
- 12:46Speaker 3: cushion thing is more favored by woman than it is
- 12:49Speaker 3: by me.
- 12:50Speaker 1: How many do you have?
- 12:51Speaker 4: Right?
- 12:51Speaker 1: How many do you have on your couch? How many
- 12:53Speaker 1: throw cushions are on your couch?
- 12:54Speaker 3: Well, I can tell you how many cushions we have
- 12:56Speaker 3: on our couch? Is sex?
- 12:58Speaker 1: I have sex as well. It's way too many. Yes,
- 13:00Speaker 1: every time I got to sit down, I have to
- 13:01Speaker 1: move all of them and put them on the floor.
- 13:04Speaker 3: And on a night, what's that about other couch? We
- 13:06Speaker 3: have none? And I'll be lying on the couch and
- 13:08Speaker 3: I'll say to my wife can I have one of
- 13:10Speaker 3: your cushions?
- 13:13Speaker 1: Keep the conversation happening on three four eight three, by
- 13:15Speaker 1: the way, and also keeping out for the old fiddler
- 13:17Speaker 1: could strike at any moment.
- 13:19Speaker 6: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarky Nirvana.
- 13:24Speaker 3: There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Wednesday afternoon.
- 13:28Speaker 3: The time is four thirty eight, So it's time for this.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Hi GDP Money invest Rip the bastards off, huge fun
- 13:36Speaker 2: food stamp stocks, exchange fat corn profits, hedge fat baby stocks,
- 13:43Speaker 2: the financial Report with a big shoe.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Yeah. This came about because we're aware of the fact
- 13:50Speaker 3: that many people are struggling out there financially, a lot
- 13:53Speaker 3: of people wondering what to do with money, you know,
- 13:55Speaker 3: what to invest in and that sort of thing, and
- 13:58Speaker 3: we thought it would be a useful thing to have
- 14:00Speaker 3: on our show where we discuss what's working financially, what
- 14:03Speaker 3: you can do in terms of budgets and stuff like that.
- 14:07Speaker 3: And as an example, I've invested in shares and a
- 14:11Speaker 3: lot of people come to me and they, you know,
- 14:13Speaker 3: they ask investing advice.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Mogie.
- 14:16Speaker 5: Yeah, I've got a question for you, jas because I'm
- 14:19Speaker 5: not you know, I'm pretty green when it comes to
- 14:20Speaker 5: this investment sort of stuff, Can you explain to me
- 14:23Speaker 5: what a share is?
- 14:25Speaker 3: Look, I don't want to digress from what I was
- 14:28Speaker 3: going to talk about, because it's important that we don't
- 14:30Speaker 3: lose track of.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Question.
- 14:33Speaker 5: That's a good question.
- 14:35Speaker 3: It is something that you buy into from a company,
- 14:39Speaker 3: so you have a share of ownership of that company
- 14:42Speaker 3: through the shares that go on to the stock market. Now,
- 14:47Speaker 3: a lot of people come up to me and they say,
- 14:49Speaker 3: what should I invest in? Watch you know that sort
- 14:51Speaker 3: of thing, and.
- 14:52Speaker 1: It's sort of like a share of a unit of
- 14:53Speaker 1: equity ownership in the capital stock of a corporation.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Well, if you want to get technical, yes, yeah, you know.
- 14:59Speaker 3: And one of the things I always say to people
- 15:01Speaker 3: when it comes to investing is to have a very
- 15:04Speaker 3: diverse portfolio. And the reason that you need a diverse
- 15:07Speaker 3: portfolio is because if you have a little loss there,
- 15:10Speaker 3: then it can be compensated with another sort of investment
- 15:14Speaker 3: in another area. So rather than to put all your
- 15:17Speaker 3: chips into one basket and that could go up or
- 15:19Speaker 3: down or fail and then you're in a world of trouble,
- 15:22Speaker 3: have a diverse investment strategy. For example, I had an
- 15:27Speaker 3: absolute horror of a time on the share market today.
- 15:31Speaker 3: My shares were devastated, devastated, big loss. But fortunately I
- 15:38Speaker 3: can supplicant that with other investments that I've made in
- 15:41Speaker 3: other areas.
- 15:44Speaker 1: How much how much did you lose.
- 15:46Speaker 3: On the share market? You mean in dollar terms?
- 15:48Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 15:49Speaker 3: Probably three bucks?
- 15:51Speaker 5: Yeah. How's that sort as a percentage of your total investment?
- 15:55Speaker 3: About zero point five four percent of my of my
- 16:00Speaker 3: investment stage. It was a terrible day.
- 16:02Speaker 5: About six hundred bucks invested in the stock market. That's
- 16:05Speaker 5: good man, Well, it's quite accurate.
- 16:08Speaker 3: It's about seven.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Another route you can go down is crypto. Yeah, yeah, sure,
- 16:14Speaker 1: which is the sort of area of the market that
- 16:15Speaker 1: I've been involved with for a long time. People think bitcoin,
- 16:20Speaker 1: you know, sure, but it's I think it's like fifty
- 16:22Speaker 1: six thousand US dollars for one bitcoin now.
- 16:25Speaker 5: Yes, crazy, crazy, I got any cheaper ones?
- 16:27Speaker 1: Yeh. Cupcake coin we touched on that last time. That's
- 16:30Speaker 1: gone up twenty bucks per coin. It was at twenty
- 16:34Speaker 1: three dollars. It's now forty three. So you've got to
- 16:36Speaker 1: jump on these things quick.
- 16:37Speaker 3: How many cupcakes do you have?
- 16:39Speaker 1: How many cupcake coins? I've got a whole tray of them.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Oh right, okay, N twelve really good eating. Have you
- 16:46Speaker 1: guys heard it? You've heard a bitcoin?
- 16:47Speaker 5: Yes, just talking about again.
- 16:49Speaker 1: One's called kit Boy. Oh nice, similar thing, except for
- 16:54Speaker 1: it's worth it's not the opposite, so it's actually negative
- 16:56Speaker 1: fifty six thousand right now.
- 16:58Speaker 5: But anyway, is that yes, if you jump on it
- 17:01Speaker 5: now or down?
- 17:02Speaker 3: Well, this is the thing jumping when you know, when
- 17:04Speaker 3: it's plummeted like that, that's when you jump in there.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Just put all your money into the one thing if
- 17:09Speaker 3: it's plummeted, because sure as chips, it's going to go
- 17:11Speaker 3: back up.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Or down or down. Good point. Have you heard of ethereum? Yes,
- 17:17Speaker 1: aquarium they're building one where Huntley, so that could be
- 17:23Speaker 1: a good thing to invest in, you know, bring tourism
- 17:25Speaker 1: back to Huntley. Now there's that sort of bypass.
- 17:27Speaker 5: Yeah, that's true.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I know that's not crept. I just think it's a
- 17:29Speaker 1: really good saving.
- 17:30Speaker 3: There's also some really good pie places in Huntley.
- 17:33Speaker 1: That's right, Jack Jais that's really that's a really good point.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Thanks man, Mogi.
- 17:38Speaker 5: I'm always I'm sort of something that's interested in high volatility,
- 17:42Speaker 5: high risk, high rewards sort of stuff. So I'm Queen
- 17:45Speaker 5: of the Nile all day.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, and hunting on the warriors.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Yeah yeah.
- 17:49Speaker 3: The thing about Queen of the Nile or two. At
- 17:51Speaker 3: some point she's going to pay out, oh yeah, and
- 17:54Speaker 3: when she does, you'll be a rich man slash woman.
- 17:56Speaker 5: Lit luck be your lady tonight is what I always say.
- 17:59Speaker 5: Keasy one wad cover. I've never heard you say. I say, yeah,
- 18:03Speaker 5: that's weird?
- 18:04Speaker 4: Is it?
- 18:04Speaker 6: For d Hurdiarchy big show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 18:08Speaker 6: and Kisey. It sounds like they've struck again the radio
- 18:13Speaker 6: Hodichy twenty five grand fiddlerd.
- 18:18Speaker 4: He is.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Indeed, for some reason, people love this fiddler stuff, don't they.
- 18:23Speaker 5: Well don't they?
- 18:23Speaker 1: It's because they get a one thousand dollars the money?
- 18:26Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, what one thousand dollars?
- 18:28Speaker 5: Yeah money.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Having said that, that Frands fitt an end song with
- 18:31Speaker 1: some fiddle mix until it was actually pretty awesome.
- 18:33Speaker 3: It was really good. Yeah. Now call a number one hundred,
- 18:37Speaker 3: of course, let's go to the phone lines. Good ay, Ashley,
- 18:39Speaker 3: how's live?
- 18:40Speaker 1: Hi? That's good?
- 18:41Speaker 3: Thank you, that's good, Yeah, very well, thank you, Ashley. Unfortunately,
- 18:46Speaker 3: you'll call a number ninety eight. Thank you anyway, Well
- 18:51Speaker 3: try again Ashley please? Oh will good on your mate?
- 18:55Speaker 3: Get a Ollie from Done Sandal, How's life?
- 19:00Speaker 4: Pretty good?
- 19:00Speaker 5: Thank you?
- 19:00Speaker 3: Good on your mate. What do you do for a crust?
- 19:02Speaker 3: Dolly Trimmy O. Good on your mate, But unfortunately you're
- 19:07Speaker 3: calling number ninety nine. Try again, Ollie Stew from Otago,
- 19:14Speaker 3: how's life?
- 19:16Speaker 4: Oh? Pretty good stuff Stew?
- 19:19Speaker 3: What do you do for a crust?
- 19:22Speaker 4: Grandma basically out seasons.
- 19:28Speaker 1: On you man.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Well, I'll tell you what you can add one thousand
- 19:31Speaker 3: dollars to your bank balance. How does that sound?
- 19:35Speaker 4: Awesome? Day center sound? Yeah?
- 19:41Speaker 1: Good on your mate. Thousand dollars coming your way because
- 19:44Speaker 1: you kept out for that fiddler, and just reminder for
- 19:46Speaker 1: everyone out there listening that it could strike again at
- 19:48Speaker 1: any moments to stay listening.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Yeah, beautiful, enjoy that thousand dollars to you. I hand
- 19:52Speaker 3: you over to Pudson Studio B. Thanks mate.
- 19:56Speaker 5: I've just had a text comes through on three for
- 19:57Speaker 5: eight three. Now you boys rigged this one the fiddler
- 20:01Speaker 5: apparently according to this texture, So why did you do that? Jas?
- 20:05Speaker 3: Why did I read it?
- 20:06Speaker 5: Yeah? Well, I'm not sure how I could well seems
- 20:10Speaker 5: like they know what they're talking about.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I think you purposely read it to the guy with
- 20:12Speaker 1: the mounted phone Woodman, Yeah, I couln't understand what he
- 20:16Speaker 1: was saying, so that your Yeah, Jay's shame on you man.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Yeah, sorry, feels hey, But keeping their out could be
- 20:24Speaker 3: you tomorrow.
- 20:26Speaker 1: This wezer you hear it could strike in this song?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Wow, that's not going to or is it?
- 20:33Speaker 6: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 20:36Speaker 6: Tune in week days and four on radio.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Hold Ikey, welcome back your massive bagbones. Hope your Wednesday
- 20:42Speaker 3: is going along very nicely. What a beautiful evening feels
- 20:46Speaker 3: It's beautiful.
- 20:48Speaker 5: CAZy and you Jason as well, but mostly Kezy look
- 20:51Speaker 5: beautiful in the evening sunlight.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, and your cat shit is just pining. The
- 20:56Speaker 3: camo is just going off for your Kezy. It's sucking
- 21:00Speaker 3: good man?
- 21:00Speaker 1: Who sponsors the show?
- 21:02Speaker 3: Again?
- 21:02Speaker 1: I can't remember?
- 21:03Speaker 3: Oh night.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Day, and I've just star a little memo here.
- 21:13Speaker 5: What does it say? Oh?
- 21:17Speaker 1: No, I feel like I should.
- 21:18Speaker 5: Oh okay, I think they wanted me to tell you
- 21:20Speaker 5: I thought it was a secret.
- 21:21Speaker 1: No, no, no, they wanted me to say that anytime
- 21:24Speaker 1: is a good time. For a thick shake from Night
- 21:26Speaker 1: and Day.
- 21:27Speaker 5: What about if you've got a bad cold, because I
- 21:28Speaker 5: find when I have deary, it really buggles with the flem.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Well, especially if your massive honker is blocked out.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Well, how are you drinking it?
- 21:35Speaker 3: Wow? You just got to suck at hard, real hard
- 21:40Speaker 3: number one.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Yeah, and you know I do for the best milkshakes,
- 21:43Speaker 1: thick shakes and super thick shakes. Hit up your local
- 21:46Speaker 1: night and Day.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Hey, now listen, breaking news is it?
- 21:51Speaker 1: This is breaking news.
- 21:55Speaker 3: We mentioned at the top of the show that David
- 21:57Speaker 3: Nieker's opponent in the box sing there got done for
- 22:01Speaker 3: a drug test, even done for one he have. He
- 22:05Speaker 3: didn't pass the drug test, and so they're looking for
- 22:07Speaker 3: a new opponent, and I believe we have an update ours.
- 22:12Speaker 1: We certainly do have an update. The update is that
- 22:14Speaker 1: they have already locked in an opponent for David Yuka
- 22:18Speaker 1: to face. Apparently this person's actually better than Chaparrello and
- 22:22Speaker 1: does less drugs. So they will be announcing that I
- 22:25Speaker 1: believe four pm tomorrow. So the announcement is that it's
- 22:29Speaker 1: going to be but they've already found someone. Of course,
- 22:31Speaker 1: the night was going ahead anyway, which is great because
- 22:34Speaker 1: there's a whole of undercards and stuff like that. But
- 22:35Speaker 1: they have a new opponent for him. He's an even
- 22:38Speaker 1: better fighter, and that is happening tomorrow at four pm.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Is it Mike Tyson?
- 22:42Speaker 1: It's not Mike Tyson, but or is He does the
- 22:45Speaker 1: same sport as Mike Tyson as.
- 22:47Speaker 3: There in the show Fellows, I've been approached. Let's just
- 22:50Speaker 3: wait till tomorrow.
- 22:51Speaker 5: Okay, good stuff.
- 22:52Speaker 1: No, but this person's better than Caperello.
- 22:54Speaker 4: He is.
- 22:56Speaker 3: He is till the.
- 22:57Speaker 6: Whodarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisy
- 23:02Speaker 6: Primal screen there on the radio, ho Darky Big Show
- 23:04Speaker 6: this Wednesday afternoon, sixteen minutes past five o'clock.
- 23:07Speaker 3: And I believe it was a big day for you today, Keezy.
- 23:11Speaker 3: A landmark day, wasn't it? Oh?
- 23:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it was. It was a big day for me
- 23:16Speaker 1: this morning. I successfully did my basic handling and skills
- 23:21Speaker 1: tests on a motorbike, which means that I can now
- 23:25Speaker 1: sit my learners. Oh yeah, thanks guys.
- 23:28Speaker 3: What kind of bike were you on?
- 23:31Speaker 1: It was like a little Suzuki one fifty thing road bike.
- 23:36Speaker 5: That's one hundred and fifty ccs is it?
- 23:38Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:38Speaker 5: That's right.
- 23:39Speaker 1: It was a little twin cylinder number yeah, five gears,
- 23:42Speaker 1: one down, four up.
- 23:43Speaker 3: You know the interesting thing about that is I'd really
- 23:46Speaker 3: struggle on that because, of course, Maggie, we used to
- 23:48Speaker 3: the massive hogs that you know, we usually big ride,
- 23:51Speaker 3: so something like that would just be like a little
- 23:53Speaker 3: toy for me.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Well, this is actually the funny thing. And get ready
- 23:57Speaker 1: to laugh. I really when I was on it that
- 24:01Speaker 1: I haven't actually written ridden a road bike before. I've
- 24:05Speaker 1: only ever ridden dirt bikes.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a dirt track.
- 24:09Speaker 5: Keasy that's what they call you.
- 24:11Speaker 3: That's the one because that's why you wore the Camo
- 24:14Speaker 3: shirt today.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Yeah, because everyone knows when you're on a motorbike you
- 24:17Speaker 1: have to have a Camo shirt on y.
- 24:20Speaker 3: B back in the day or the mud would flick
- 24:22Speaker 3: up from the back when you were out in the
- 24:24Speaker 3: out back there and then get your shirt duty.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I didn't ride in the outback, didn't you? And I
- 24:28Speaker 1: had a mud flap on my little bike, so all
- 24:31Speaker 1: the dirt flicking out was sweet airs, but.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Missed out then if you haven't you know, ridden in
- 24:34Speaker 3: the outback.
- 24:35Speaker 1: At the old outback dirt track and The funny thing
- 24:40Speaker 1: was because you literally hop on a little bike and
- 24:42Speaker 1: he goes, now, do you know how to start a bike?
- 24:44Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 24:45Speaker 1: And you don't want to be the guys like, you know,
- 24:46Speaker 1: I know how to do it, So you go, okay,
- 24:47Speaker 1: how do you start?
- 24:48Speaker 4: This?
- 24:48Speaker 1: One's you know, ignition on clutching and then you push
- 24:51Speaker 1: the button and blah blah you might need to have
- 24:52Speaker 1: some break and all this sort of stuff. I'll get
- 24:54Speaker 1: you just to take off and you're literally in a
- 24:56Speaker 1: car park. You've got a fluo vest on and he's
- 24:59Speaker 1: putt owns out and he's like, don't go out of
- 25:01Speaker 1: first gear, just get comfortable with the bike.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Man.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Really nice guy, Paul, by the way, did a really
- 25:05Speaker 1: great job.
- 25:05Speaker 5: And I was just sort of like you said, he
- 25:07Speaker 5: was a buffoon.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Did I? I don't remember saying that I must have
- 25:14Speaker 1: those You wouldn't have brought it up.
- 25:16Speaker 3: I mean said he looked stupid and bro sort of
- 25:19Speaker 3: jacket thingy.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Did I say that?
- 25:22Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:24Speaker 1: So anyway, I'm just driving around this car park in
- 25:26Speaker 1: first gear, just learning how to stop, and he goes,
- 25:28Speaker 1: before we start, just want to let let you know
- 25:30Speaker 1: one thing. No, we hadn't done the test yet it
- 25:33Speaker 1: was just getting used to the bike, he said, because
- 25:36Speaker 1: he said, you've obviously done a lot of dirt biking,
- 25:39Speaker 1: you know, you obviously don't get photocross. Yeah, dirt track
- 25:41Speaker 1: and he referred to it as and I was like,
- 25:43Speaker 1: come on, Paul, your buffoon. Of course I have. And
- 25:46Speaker 1: then he said, because you your stance is aggressive. I'm
- 25:50Speaker 1: on it like I'm about to hit some tiny little jumps. Yeah,
- 25:53Speaker 1: a little bit of mud and stuff. Yeah, poos Jason.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Yet and he's like, you've got to change your You've
- 26:04Speaker 1: got to change your stance. Like let's say you go
- 26:06Speaker 1: for a ride. You know, let's say where do you like,
- 26:08Speaker 1: where are you going to ride? I might write to
- 26:10Speaker 1: Totunger eventually once I've got my license. So that's a
- 26:12Speaker 1: three hour journey. You're going to ride it with your
- 26:14Speaker 1: elbows up really griffin like, you know, so you're going
- 26:17Speaker 1: to relax and just you know, but managed to do
- 26:19Speaker 1: it all went around this.
- 26:21Speaker 5: He sat behind you and sort of helped you on
- 26:23Speaker 5: the bike, and he sort of guided you and just
- 26:25Speaker 5: made you calm down and stuff. Is that right? It's
- 26:28Speaker 5: relaxed you. No, that's how you do it.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Did he rub your shoulders.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Yeah, jac rubbed my shoulders could yeah.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 26:37Speaker 5: And was that good? Yeah? That was good because that's
- 26:39Speaker 5: the thing when you can't get very tense, especially when
- 26:42Speaker 5: you're underppreciate, someone like Paul there to help you out.
- 26:46Speaker 5: And that's what he's there for, isn't he Because he's
- 26:47Speaker 5: a teacher, to make you feel better? Yeah, and then
- 26:51Speaker 5: to have you call him a buffoon. No, hang on,
- 26:53Speaker 5: that's not what that's not.
- 26:56Speaker 1: But the funny thing was when I was actually doing
- 26:58Speaker 1: the test, even though it was very easy, like take
- 27:00Speaker 1: off figure of appul over there, not really easy, I
- 27:02Speaker 1: was really nervous, yeah, because I hadn't been tested. Yeah,
- 27:05Speaker 1: and I thought I was gonna stuff the whole thing up.
- 27:07Speaker 1: And then at the end I was like, did I
- 27:08Speaker 1: do it? Okay, you were totally fine?
- 27:09Speaker 3: Tested for what?
- 27:11Speaker 1: For the motorbike?
- 27:13Speaker 3: Oh?
- 27:13Speaker 1: Literally the whole thing? Jase, Actually, do you guys still
- 27:18Speaker 1: have a motorbike game?
- 27:21Speaker 3: The here he scrapes.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Yeah, if I get my license and a bike, can
- 27:24Speaker 1: I join?
- 27:26Speaker 5: Oh jeez, you're not allowed to talk over the song
- 27:31Speaker 5: when they're singing.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Hey.
- 27:33Speaker 6: The Hiking Bing Show podcast.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Did maybe there on the radio Kodarky Big Show this
- 27:42Speaker 3: Wednesday afternoon. The time is, Hey, fell.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I've just got some quick admin. If that's all good,
- 27:47Speaker 1: I just do it really quick so it doesn't.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Now worries Captain Admin.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Huge news. Of course, you've got David Nyika who was
- 27:58Speaker 1: fighting Caparello from Oz. He has failed his drugs test.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Tomorrow four pm they're gonna announcing who his new opponent
- 28:04Speaker 1: is going to be. However, if you would like to
- 28:06Speaker 1: be at that fight, which is next Saturday, the fourteenth
- 28:09Speaker 1: of September at Vidact Events Center, sitting at a table,
- 28:12Speaker 1: the Backbone Table with free free food, free drinks, you've
- 28:16Speaker 1: got to wear a suit, and being hosted by Hordy
- 28:18Speaker 1: J Mike Minogue. Text the word fight to three four
- 28:21Speaker 1: eight three. You'll get a link and if you want
- 28:23Speaker 1: to watch it instead on the old Telly there, go
- 28:25Speaker 1: to design dot com. It's about daz.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Inn and there's going to be an announcement on that
- 28:30Speaker 3: tomorrow who is new opponent. When you think about when
- 28:33Speaker 3: you think about it, Fellas, it's actually a pain in
- 28:35Speaker 3: the ass man because he'd be training for that specific
- 28:37Speaker 3: fight here and then to have to turn around with
- 28:39Speaker 3: just a few days left and fight something completely I.
- 28:42Speaker 5: Think it's massively disrespectful of Caporello. He was on, I
- 28:47Speaker 5: want to know what drugs is on? Yes, I want
- 28:48Speaker 5: to know where he got them, Yes, and I want
- 28:50Speaker 5: to know if he's got any left and how much?
- 28:52Speaker 3: Yes. Yes, Hey, we're just.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Chatting Fellers, And this is actually something I've been wanting
- 28:57Speaker 1: to bring up with you guys. I've been looking for
- 28:59Speaker 1: us sort of a way to sort of get to
- 29:02Speaker 1: know you guys better, because you're quite standing not stand offish,
- 29:05Speaker 1: but it's quite hard to break into the in a circle.
- 29:07Speaker 5: There's plenty of articles on me if you just google me.
- 29:10Speaker 5: No Mogi.
- 29:11Speaker 1: I don't want to be looking up Mogi articles. And
- 29:13Speaker 1: believe me, I've read and even written quite a few
- 29:15Speaker 1: of them, you know. But I figured this whole me
- 29:18Speaker 1: getting my motorbike license, getting my learners and getting a bike.
- 29:21Speaker 1: You guys have a bike gang. Maybe this could be
- 29:24Speaker 1: a good way for us to hang out more. And
- 29:26Speaker 1: I want to join your bike again. What was it
- 29:27Speaker 1: called again?
- 29:28Speaker 4: Here?
- 29:28Speaker 5: He scrats, Yeah.
- 29:30Speaker 1: That's the one. Do you have like patches and stuff?
- 29:33Speaker 1: Do you have to wear a patch with.
- 29:34Speaker 5: That written on it?
- 29:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 29:35Speaker 5: You got a patch on it? Okay? Yeah? On it
- 29:38Speaker 5: like a jacket on the backs replace that you would
- 29:41Speaker 5: find a patch keys. Okay, yeah, I mean it's a
- 29:46Speaker 5: bit different now, isn't it, Jason. I mean that was
- 29:48Speaker 5: many years ago when I get my bulls lasered there.
- 29:51Speaker 5: So there's a certain irony in that.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Totally my joged enough, here are my balls for both of.
- 29:57Speaker 5: Us, which is handy.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Yes, that's totally handy.
- 30:03Speaker 3: So like are your bulls here?
- 30:07Speaker 5: That is part of.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Get to wander on and yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, superhero.
- 30:16Speaker 3: The first thing we look at it was look at
- 30:18Speaker 3: as your balls basically.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Okay, and it's like, you know, you've got to put
- 30:23Speaker 5: a paper there with everything written down on it, and
- 30:25Speaker 5: you go here e bull laws.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Yes, and then we wave.
- 30:30Speaker 5: Them well like me or no your ball right laws
- 30:37Speaker 5: and bullaws?
- 30:38Speaker 1: Yeah right okay, And then do you at any point
- 30:41Speaker 1: do you guys like, do you guys still have motorbikes?
- 30:43Speaker 5: We've got a motorbike. I've got one. We always had
- 30:46Speaker 5: a motorbike, and that allows one of us to ride,
- 30:48Speaker 5: bitch and take photos of the scenery, and.
- 30:50Speaker 1: That generally it's me writing bitch, Yeah, I figured okay,
- 30:55Speaker 1: and so if I do, how many other members are there.
- 30:58Speaker 5: There's only the tour us now everyone else got locked up.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Yeah wow, you guys are actually doing crimes in there.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Oh wow, okay, and so well fill out the form.
- 31:08Speaker 1: You'll like do weird stuff from the downstairs and then
- 31:11Speaker 1: that's it. We're good to go. You got a prospect
- 31:13Speaker 1: in it, yeah, totally.
- 31:15Speaker 5: Yeah, and generally that prospecting can take anywhere up to
- 31:18Speaker 5: sort of three years. You'll get a jacket, but it
- 31:20Speaker 5: won't have the Hero Scrapes patch on it. You just
- 31:23Speaker 5: have altro down the bottom. And then you've established like
- 31:27Speaker 5: I think whatever it was in eighty three or whatever
- 31:29Speaker 5: it was, and that's on there, but you won't have
- 31:30Speaker 5: the patch, and then eventually get the patch. But it's
- 31:33Speaker 5: sort of like being in the boy Scouts. You've got
- 31:34Speaker 5: to get your your ribbons and that you get your
- 31:40Speaker 5: Yeah like that, but obviously a bit more hard cool than.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Okay, just side know what I'm getting myself into.
- 31:48Speaker 3: What do I have to do while we smack your balls?
- 31:53Speaker 3: Oh yeah, but sorry, bull us with a stick and
- 32:00Speaker 3: that goes over a forty eight hour period.
- 32:02Speaker 5: But that's a stick of gum, right, okay, And I'll
- 32:06Speaker 5: tell you what at Tickles.
- 32:11Speaker 6: The Hdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Def lepp it there on the radio. Holdarkey Big show
- 32:18Speaker 3: this Wednesday evening. Let's have a bit of a big
- 32:21Speaker 3: show improv, shall we quite on? It sounds free lionce
- 32:26Speaker 3: camera action. Now it's time for the big show a pro. Yeah.
- 32:33Speaker 5: Yeah. This is where we try and give Keesy a
- 32:36Speaker 5: little bit of training. He wants to be an actor.
- 32:37Speaker 5: He's an aspiring actor, if I could put it that way,
- 32:40Speaker 5: and it's a struggle to get auditions out there, and
- 32:42Speaker 5: it's a struggle to get seen. So we thought, well,
- 32:44Speaker 5: why not give Keesy a little bit of training with
- 32:46Speaker 5: two of New Zealand's and I, you know, this is
- 32:48Speaker 5: what's been said about us Ja's two of New Zealand's
- 32:50Speaker 5: greatest ever actors, The Deer, Iconic Deser, worldwide fame and stardom.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Just on that. By the way, Maggie, I want to
- 32:59Speaker 3: make a public announcement here if I can very quickly.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Keysy got a callback for one of his acting jobs. Congratulations, thanks, well,
- 33:07Speaker 3: thank you, really great well down.
- 33:08Speaker 1: I thought it was one of like two or three people,
- 33:10Speaker 1: but I was told it was actually about one of five.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Sure, yeah, still had a lot of weeks.
- 33:16Speaker 5: Actually it's actually more than that.
- 33:19Speaker 3: I think they're just redoing it all anyway.
- 33:22Speaker 5: So this is an opportunity today for you, Keyzy to
- 33:25Speaker 5: work with Hoody Jay and Okay dream Now. Tonight, keys
- 33:30Speaker 5: You're going to be going along to a bit of
- 33:32Speaker 5: an industry event. It's going to be a sort of
- 33:35Speaker 5: the media pressor for and screening of the latest season
- 33:39Speaker 5: of Celebrity Trees Island.
- 33:40Speaker 1: That's right, that's what is happening tonight.
- 33:41Speaker 5: You are a huge fan of that show. You have
- 33:43Speaker 5: been dying to get on that show. The amount of
- 33:46Speaker 5: times I've heard you banging on to Jay's to try
- 33:48Speaker 5: and get you on that show. And that's the thing.
- 33:53Speaker 5: It's like, oh man, just leave me alone. So in
- 33:57Speaker 5: this scenario, Keysy, you're going to be there to be
- 34:00Speaker 5: getting photos of your lovely wife who you're attending with.
- 34:02Speaker 5: You have arrived on the recarp and then you spot
- 34:04Speaker 5: Hoydy j who you know is the producer, and you
- 34:07Speaker 5: are going to try and get convinced him to let
- 34:09Speaker 5: you on the next season okay of Celebrity Treas Royland. Okay,
- 34:15Speaker 5: and here we go and action. Oh babe, babe. That
- 34:21Speaker 5: guy over there, that's Jace. He's the producer. He's the
- 34:24Speaker 5: producer of Rolling. Yeah, yeah, so you stay here.
- 34:27Speaker 1: I'm just going to go over a yearn to him
- 34:28Speaker 1: and just sort of sidle up and see if I can. Yeah,
- 34:31Speaker 1: you get myself on the show for next Season's okay?
- 34:33Speaker 5: All right? W's me luck?
- 34:35Speaker 1: Are you excuse me there? You know you? Are you Jace?
- 34:39Speaker 5: Are you? Yes?
- 34:41Speaker 3: That's right? Yes, yeah, I sent your wife over there?
- 34:45Speaker 5: Did you just my name's critic?
- 34:49Speaker 3: It just looks like you've just left him behind it.
- 34:52Speaker 3: She's fine, coming over, that's fine, So come over. Hyeah.
- 34:56Speaker 3: So how are you loving to meet you?
- 34:59Speaker 1: Very nice to me, you as well? Yes, actually, what.
- 35:03Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure you didn't used to work here for
- 35:06Speaker 3: a while.
- 35:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:07Speaker 5: I was here for a while. And yeah, you guys
- 35:10Speaker 5: you fired me for thieving.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Wow, yeah that's right. Yes, it was what I was
- 35:20Speaker 3: going to say. It wasn't mean fire. Yeah, I wouldn't
- 35:22Speaker 3: do that in a million years.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Well, anyway, Jace, I'm glad you're hanging it off with
- 35:25Speaker 1: my wife.
- 35:26Speaker 4: There.
- 35:26Speaker 1: My name's Cres.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Sorry what was your name again?
- 35:29Speaker 1: I'm loose?
- 35:30Speaker 5: They call me loose.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Can we have some champagne over here? Please?
- 35:33Speaker 1: Let's Lucy by the way. Yeah, she hates trust me,
- 35:39Speaker 1: so anyway, my name's Cris by the way. Have you
- 35:42Speaker 1: heard of Radio Hduky Never? I mean, I find that's
- 35:46Speaker 1: surprising because it's been around like ages. You know, it's
- 35:48Speaker 1: a pretty iconic station, and no one really listens to it. Babe,
- 35:52Speaker 1: come on, not now, not now for this anyway.
- 35:56Speaker 3: She's right, I mean, I mean, I think, especially with
- 35:58Speaker 3: the podcast Lucy are going on at the moment, that's
- 36:01Speaker 3: the new genre. If you will, Lucy and hang on
- 36:07Speaker 3: deaf is I'm imagining too. Yeah, now, look that.
- 36:10Speaker 1: You may have a point there in our particular show.
- 36:12Speaker 1: It's a really good show. Actually, four to seven. You
- 36:15Speaker 1: should listen to it. We do a podcast as well.
- 36:18Speaker 1: And you know, the first week they were on, they
- 36:20Speaker 1: gave me a bit of jip about mccake being dry.
- 36:23Speaker 1: You're joking, Yeah, they did, Lucy, and if I remember correctly,
- 36:27Speaker 1: you were very upset about that and refuse to bake
- 36:29Speaker 1: anything for them for a year.
- 36:30Speaker 3: But that's neither he Look, anything you'd make for me,
- 36:32Speaker 3: I'd be highly appreciate. Yeah, actually absolutely.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, to hang on loose. But yeah, Jay says,
- 36:40Speaker 1: I was saying it could be quite a nice co lab.
- 36:41Speaker 3: You know, do you want to shrimp Lucy?
- 36:45Speaker 5: Is that a euphorim?
- 36:46Speaker 1: No, it's not a euphemism.
- 36:48Speaker 6: The Hurdiarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kissy.

- 36:57Speaker 3: Wednesday evening. I just want to put it out there too, actually,
- 37:01Speaker 3: because we've had a bit of an issue with this
- 37:03Speaker 3: regarding the Friday triber and I know that's a couple
- 37:06Speaker 3: of days away Feller Fellas, but I just want to
- 37:09Speaker 3: put it out there on three four eight three some
- 37:12Speaker 3: themes or ideas for the Throbber, because we keep getting
- 37:15Speaker 3: to the tar every Friday and going what are we
- 37:17Speaker 3: doing here?
- 37:18Speaker 4: What is it?
- 37:19Speaker 3: What is it going to be about? The ideas? Chuck
- 37:22Speaker 3: them in there now. No.
- 37:22Speaker 1: The issue we're having is we have a theme and
- 37:24Speaker 1: then you just completely ignore it and then pick a shit.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Last week's theme was jumping or budgying or flying. The
- 37:31Speaker 1: week before was drinking because we're at Beavana. But we
- 37:34Speaker 1: do need a new theme. Three for eight three send
- 37:35Speaker 1: it through and if we use your theme fifty dollar
- 37:37Speaker 1: Night and Day about you pretty good?
- 37:40Speaker 3: Now coming up after six o'clock. Of course, what's on
- 37:42Speaker 3: the TV with Mike Nag got.

- 37:47Speaker 3: And we've got a scenario too after sex that we
- 37:50Speaker 3: want to run by that happened to actual people in
- 37:54Speaker 3: the world, and I'm curious to know how you fellas
- 37:57Speaker 3: would react in that same situation.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Sure, I'm intrigued.
- 38:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that's after six the whole.

- 38:22Speaker 3: a podcast of the actual show at stuff we do
- 38:24Speaker 3: beyond the.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Show, really good point tends.
- 38:27Speaker 3: To be a bit more R eighteen. It tends to
- 38:29Speaker 3: be a bit more well, not always R eighteenpies. It
- 38:32Speaker 3: can be very honest and open and you find out
- 38:35Speaker 3: a little bit more about our personal life today.
- 38:38Speaker 5: Was crying.
- 38:39Speaker 3: He was crying.
- 38:40Speaker 1: That's right, I was. You just reminded me and the
- 38:44Speaker 1: little clip here is labeled treats. I think I cried
- 38:47Speaker 1: after hearing this little clip, and I think you will
- 38:49Speaker 1: turn New Zellan to rap your ears around this one.
- 38:54Speaker 3: Every day I buy a Nippies and I've got and
- 38:57Speaker 3: I chastised myself because I I don't need this, but
- 39:01Speaker 3: it's just it's just habit, and I'm doing it out
- 39:04Speaker 3: of habit, So you know, maybe.
- 39:06Speaker 5: A creature of habit. Jo are you going to do?
- 39:08Speaker 5: What are you gonna do?
- 39:09Speaker 1: That's true, but it's totally innocent, you know.
- 39:13Speaker 3: Yeah, I like it?
- 39:14Speaker 1: Yeah, you love it? You love it?
- 39:17Speaker 3: I love it, you.
- 39:20Speaker 4: Love it.
- 39:20Speaker 1: I like you love nice coffees.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I do have my addictions. It's true. It was
- 39:26Speaker 3: cheese balls, and then it was the what was art
- 39:29Speaker 3: Betty's steam puddings and cheating on your wife, And now
- 39:32Speaker 3: it's Nippy's cheating on my wife. You suck it hard, man,
- 39:36Speaker 3: I suck it hard.
- 39:37Speaker 1: All right?
- 39:38Speaker 3: Hey, do you guys have any bucket till it's empty?
- 39:42Speaker 1: Do you guys have any tattoos? Yes, just tattoos. Okay,
- 39:48Speaker 1: if you don't have any tatooes, but you'd like to
- 39:49Speaker 1: get some more. You've got something you'd like to top
- 39:51Speaker 1: them up. The New Zealand Tato and Art Festival is
- 39:54Speaker 1: happening down and New Plymouth soon. Oh yeah, John Too
- 39:58Speaker 1: going to be there. He's going to be the headlining
- 39:59Speaker 1: on the old un called stage. And you didn't forget it,
- 40:03Speaker 1: but if you did want to go and see the
- 40:05Speaker 1: Tatoo Festival and John Too good and also get a
- 40:08Speaker 1: five hundred old Tatoo voucher plus flights and accommodation into
- 40:12Speaker 1: hodak you dot co dot ins in and into their
- 40:14Speaker 1: What does.
- 40:14Speaker 5: Five hundred bucks get your tatoo wise these days?
- 40:17Speaker 1: You know, probably a half uss one like what Pugs
- 40:18Speaker 1: Pug Soun's got.
- 40:22Speaker 3: And actually, Kezy, what I was just joking Pugs?
- 40:27Speaker 4: Was that?
- 40:28Speaker 3: Edmund?
- 40:29Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 40:30Speaker 1: What what about it? Good? There's a change. Jim ajs
- 40:42Speaker 1: Sure as.
- 40:44Speaker 6: The whole Archy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 40:48Speaker 6: and Keezy.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Blink one A two there on the radio Hoarchy Big
- 40:51Speaker 3: Show this Wednesday evening. But we have breaking news.
- 40:55Speaker 1: This is breaking news Fellas a New Zealand couple purchased
- 41:01Speaker 1: a house and then found two hundred and thirty two
- 41:04Speaker 1: thousand dollars hidden in the roof space, all right, right,
- 41:09Speaker 1: should they be allowed to keep it? That's the question,
- 41:11Speaker 1: is that the question? So basically what's happened is they've
- 41:13Speaker 1: found it. However, because it's the house had gang affiliations
- 41:17Speaker 1: prior to their purchase, it's likely, but not one hundred
- 41:21Speaker 1: percent certain, to be like drug money basically.
- 41:25Speaker 5: So you know, it could have been anything. They could
- 41:27Speaker 5: have been doing work for charity.
- 41:28Speaker 1: It could be charity money, which sometimes happens.
- 41:31Speaker 3: But yeah, well there you go, Magie.
- 41:34Speaker 5: Well, my feeling is if you've bought the property, then
- 41:36Speaker 5: you own everything that is on the problem the chattels.
- 41:40Speaker 1: The problem is it's proceeds of criminal activity.
- 41:42Speaker 5: You can't prove that. You can't believe that.
- 41:44Speaker 1: So that's the issue is they have to prove their
- 41:46Speaker 1: proceeds of criminal activity. Also, just going right back on
- 41:49Speaker 1: this though, way back to but like before that. No,
- 41:53Speaker 1: but so they obviously reported it. They must have reported it.
- 41:57Speaker 3: Yeah, so there would be my first time Emma.
- 42:00Speaker 5: Well, that's the thing that I think they've got wrong
- 42:02Speaker 5: there is, you know, potentially when it comes to gang's
- 42:06Speaker 5: and if it is gang money, the memories affected Jason.
- 42:09Speaker 5: You remember when we used to be awake for days
- 42:11Speaker 5: and days just party, party, party, Your memory. Your memory
- 42:14Speaker 5: is one of the first things to go, it is,
- 42:17Speaker 5: And so they probably forgot that they had two hundred
- 42:19Speaker 5: and thirty grand up in the craul space. But as
- 42:20Speaker 5: soon as you go to the police and you say, hey,
- 42:22Speaker 5: I got two hundred thirty grand, then the gang members
- 42:24Speaker 5: are like, oh that and thirty grand papers next my
- 42:29Speaker 5: point a knock on the door.
- 42:31Speaker 1: But the issue you've got is, let's say one of
- 42:33Speaker 1: these gang members all of a sudden strapped for cash
- 42:35Speaker 1: and remembers that house has got two hundred grand in
- 42:37Speaker 1: the roof. I'm going to go around there and get if.
- 42:39Speaker 1: And if they go around there, intimidate you into letting
- 42:42Speaker 1: them inside, and then they look up there and the
- 42:44Speaker 1: money's got.
- 42:44Speaker 5: How are they going to intimidate someone like you into
- 42:46Speaker 5: letting them inside. Keys, It's just not going to happen.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Just by saying keyzy, yeah, cave your facing yeah true, yeah,
- 42:55Speaker 1: Well they'll be hard with that.
- 43:00Speaker 3: Look, if if it was me, I just not tell anyone.
- 43:05Speaker 3: And then if they.
- 43:06Speaker 5: Didn't just live with the stress that someone could kill
- 43:08Speaker 5: you doesn't he doesn't get affected by stress.
- 43:12Speaker 3: But then you know, and if someone came over and said,
- 43:16Speaker 3: blah blah blah blah blah, go oh through your boots, mate,
- 43:19Speaker 3: what are you talking about? Go up?
- 43:20Speaker 5: I have never been would you be in the cruel space?
- 43:23Speaker 5: I've been a very few cruel spaces actually the same
- 43:27Speaker 5: over the year.
- 43:27Speaker 3: And That's what I'd say. And then they go up
- 43:28Speaker 3: there and find it wasn't there, and.
- 43:30Speaker 5: Then about where is it you bought your teeth?
- 43:33Speaker 3: And then I'd go, well, I don't know. I would
- 43:34Speaker 3: never clue.
- 43:35Speaker 5: Punch your face and punch your face, and then I
- 43:37Speaker 5: say that's right.
- 43:38Speaker 3: I'd say I still don't have a clue.
- 43:41Speaker 5: Oh would you Yeah?
- 43:42Speaker 3: And then they break your legs and then I'd say,
- 43:44Speaker 3: I still don't have a clue.
- 43:45Speaker 5: Yeah, really yeah?
- 43:47Speaker 1: How'd you buy that lambeau? You got out front there.
- 43:50Speaker 3: From the money I found in the roof? Ah? You
- 43:53Speaker 3: got me, damn it. Shown podcast Hierrosmith there on the
- 43:58Speaker 3: radio Hold Donkey Show. Now for those of you that
- 44:01Speaker 3: enjoy watching a bit of TV, you should listen to
- 44:05Speaker 3: this next segment What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 44:13Speaker 5: Yeah, Hey, last night, feel as I watched an episode
- 44:32Speaker 5: of Seinfeld, I thought we.
- 44:38Speaker 3: Got over that particular hump.
- 44:40Speaker 5: I'll tell you what, man, it's a it's a later
- 44:42Speaker 5: episode there and it's old Costanza gets a starts. We're
- 44:45Speaker 5: in a two page oh here hat here. I can't
- 44:49Speaker 5: I couldn't remember it. I couldn't remember that episode because
- 44:52Speaker 5: there was a couple of Yeah, very very funny all
- 44:57Speaker 5: the way through, which has been a long time since
- 45:00Speaker 5: can say that about an episode of Old Seinfeld.
- 45:02Speaker 1: There was that the one where there's the other guy
- 45:05Speaker 1: who they give shit about wearing the hair hat.
- 45:06Speaker 5: Originally there's a guy he's got his hair hat on.
- 45:10Speaker 5: There's a couple of episodes, this one I watched last night.
- 45:12Speaker 5: He's got his two Peyon Kramer sets him up with
- 45:16Speaker 5: a woman Georgie boy and it turns out that she's balled,
- 45:19Speaker 5: so he's not happy about that. Meanwhile, Elaine has been
- 45:23Speaker 5: a beard for a gay guys, which means you're a
- 45:26Speaker 5: woman that was pretending to be the partner of a
- 45:27Speaker 5: gay dude and she falls in love.
- 45:29Speaker 1: With that's right, and yeah, yeah, that's a classic, very.
- 45:33Speaker 3: Funny stuff, very funny. Sorry if you just tuned out
- 45:35Speaker 3: of it there. Speaking of comedies, and I mentioned it
- 45:38Speaker 3: again our last night camping a British comedy and if
- 45:43Speaker 3: you love your comedy awkward, uncomfortable, cringing in your in
- 45:49Speaker 3: your sofa gun, check it out. Written and directed by
- 45:53Speaker 3: Julia Davis I think her name is, who also did
- 45:55Speaker 3: Sally Forever, which is also and has a scene in
- 45:59Speaker 3: Sally Forever that I think is the most horrendous scene
- 46:03Speaker 3: I've ever seen on television where you're watching the television
- 46:06Speaker 3: going don't do it, don't do it, and they go
- 46:11Speaker 3: there fully, oh wow, So go and check it out.
- 46:13Speaker 3: Very funny. So when you were talking about at the India,
- 46:16Speaker 3: is not the show that you're talking about. Really, that
- 46:18Speaker 3: particular scene was part of Sally Forever, but camping is
- 46:22Speaker 3: in the very similar vein.
- 46:24Speaker 1: And where is it when you watch it?
- 46:25Speaker 5: Neon television?
- 46:26Speaker 1: Yeah, television, that's right, last night.
- 46:29Speaker 3: Or maybe Disney, I might be Prime. Actually last night my.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Wife was very tired and mind and so she was like,
- 46:40Speaker 1: can we just watch something real low steak someone I'd
- 46:42Speaker 1: have to think about. And then I was like, oh, well,
- 46:44Speaker 1: do you want to watch Country Calendar? And she's like, nah,
- 46:46Speaker 1: what about New Zealand's New Zealand's Best House. So it's
- 46:50Speaker 1: like the British guy from location like cofession location moved
- 46:53Speaker 1: over here. Your wife has a hot New Zealand guy
- 46:58Speaker 1: Green Design confused.
- 46:59Speaker 5: Because she's got quite a few hall passes.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Honestly, like a whole wallet full of them. But we
- 47:06Speaker 1: watched New Zealand's Best House and it was just this
- 47:07Speaker 1: British guy going to these really rich people's houses and
- 47:10Speaker 1: these amazing you know, and just taking you through it,
- 47:13Speaker 1: show you how massive they are, how flash they are.
- 47:16Speaker 1: And I found the whole thing a bit like, oh
- 47:18Speaker 1: this is I don't know.
- 47:19Speaker 5: Well, I think it's a bit of a shame because
- 47:21Speaker 5: it feels like it's a direct dig at Jay's who
- 47:24Speaker 5: you know, damn well, his father in law appeared in
- 47:27Speaker 5: the first episode as the architect walking them through the
- 47:30Speaker 5: house of a very successful and beautifully made house with
- 47:34Speaker 5: a wavy, wavy roof, and I had a possibly I
- 47:41Speaker 5: might have.
- 47:41Speaker 3: To correct you there, Maggie, I don't know that if
- 47:43Speaker 3: it was the first episode.
- 47:44Speaker 1: Yeah, because there was no such thing. And also I
- 47:46Speaker 1: would have noticed if your father in law's name had
- 47:48Speaker 1: popped up.
- 47:48Speaker 3: Sure.
- 47:49Speaker 1: And the thing I didn't like about it was the
- 47:50Speaker 1: houses were so magnificent that it made you feel bad
- 47:53Speaker 1: about your.
- 47:53Speaker 5: House and you see you didn't like it how they're
- 47:56Speaker 5: let all the women talk.
- 47:58Speaker 1: And I hated it that that Jason's I did not
- 48:02Speaker 1: say that. By the way, I definitely did not say that.
- 48:05Speaker 3: What did I say?
- 48:06Speaker 1: I don't worry about its.
- 48:09Speaker 6: The Hodarky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and
- 48:13Speaker 6: Kizy Soon.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Temple pilots here on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 48:17Speaker 3: Wednesday evening. Now the Music Jury New Zealand. That's where
- 48:21Speaker 3: you get to have your say on the music that
- 48:23Speaker 3: we play here at Radio Hodaki. You get to voice
- 48:27Speaker 3: your opinions about the shows and what you like about
- 48:30Speaker 3: them and what you don't like about them. And we
- 48:32Speaker 3: massively encourage people to do that because we get so
- 48:34Speaker 3: many text saying I don't like this song or I
- 48:36Speaker 3: don't like that. We can't do anything with that, Mogi.
- 48:39Speaker 3: But if you go on the Music Jury, we really
- 48:42Speaker 3: take note of what people say, and also there's amazing
- 48:46Speaker 3: prizes to give away if you do that.
- 48:47Speaker 5: That's right. We understand that people out there don't want
- 48:49Speaker 5: to do something for nothing. They love a complain so
- 48:51Speaker 5: to get a song that comes on the radio don't
- 48:53Speaker 5: like it, They text and skip yes, skip yes. But
- 48:57Speaker 5: if you actually jump on board and help stay out
- 49:00Speaker 5: with our music selections, give us a little bit of feedback,
- 49:02Speaker 5: you can be in the drawer for some pretty amazing
- 49:05Speaker 5: stuff as we are today. According to.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Capt I was just going to say the guy's name
- 49:13Speaker 1: who I was about to call it the winner?
- 49:14Speaker 3: Yes, what is the guy's name that we're about to call?
- 49:20Speaker 3: That is a.
- 49:21Speaker 1: Complete wrong thing, but I'm bugged about it.
- 49:25Speaker 3: Yeah, appropriate. If I was annoyed by it, i'd be
- 49:28Speaker 3: playing kepn Edmund.
- 49:29Speaker 1: Yeah, totally okay, So just quickly before his name is Eric,
- 49:35Speaker 1: before we call him. He has won for himself a

- 49:41Speaker 1: It looks just like a guitar ramp. And that fridge
- 49:44Speaker 1: when you open it up, has got one thousand dollars
- 49:46Speaker 1: cold hard cash.
- 49:47Speaker 3: And wow, two good men. Wow.
- 49:49Speaker 1: To get this, he had to answer I think too
- 49:51Speaker 1: that once a year we do a really big survey,
- 49:53Speaker 1: and he answered over two hundred and reviewed two hundred
- 49:56Speaker 1: different songs and answered the whole heap of questions and stuff.
- 49:58Speaker 5: So he's hurnt.
