- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court thought they could stop Trump's tariff revolution.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats in the legacy media celebrated the decision like it was V-Day, but with an hours to their utter horror, Trump did something no one thought possible.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: And it's sending shockwaves throughout the entire political establishment.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: Stick me the very end of this video because we're going to see how the globalists didn't just lose a battle on this.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, you're a patron professor, celebrating yet another day in the Trump being golden age that you made possible back in November of 2024, so if you want to front row seat on how you continue to change the world in ways you never even imagine, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe on all right, so last Friday, the Supreme Court handed down their ruling on President Trump's terrace.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's at least the way the legacy media
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: wanted their dwindling audience to see it.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court ruled against President Trump's tariffs and now the entire world was scrambling to get their money back and all that.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: Well, as it turns out, that is actually not what happened last week in the legacy media and their dwindling audience are learning that reality the hard way.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_00]: What the Supreme Court actually ruled was that President Trump could not use what's called the international emergency economic powers act.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's the IEEPA to impose terrorists.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: So Chief Justice John Roberts wrote for the majority.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: that the IEEPA contains no reference to tariffs or duties and that no president has ever read it to confer that power.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Now, regardless of the merits or the de-marriage of the decision, obviously Thomas Alito and Cavanol are all saying, I think rightly so, that it was a ridiculously flawed decision.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: Regardless.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: What the Democrats and legacy media missed in all of this is that a lot of Trump's tariffs were imposed outside of the iepa using instead what's known as section 232 the trade expansion act, which he had already used.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: back in his first term to impose steel and aluminum terrace and the section 122 of the trade act which allows up to 15% terrace for 150 days to address international payment issues like trade deficits.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you go down the list you'll find that roughly 30% of Trump's terrace were imposed either by section
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: 232 or Section 122.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: So we're talking about 50% tariffs on steel, aluminum, copper, lumber, imported automobiles and parts.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: He's imposed broad tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars worth of Chinese imports and alike.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: And so in the dissenting opinion drafted by Justice
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: tariffs could continue unabated in such a way that the court would respect and Trump didn't waste a second on that.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: Within hours of the ruling, he signed an executive order ending the IEEPA terrorist and simultaneously slapped a 15% global terror under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: Section 122 again allows the president to impose terrorists of up to 15% for 150 days.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: to address balance of payment problems.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's a bridge, right?
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's a tactical pause button.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: It buys him 150 days while his administration launches new investigations under what's known as Section 301 as well as Section 232 that will result in permanent, legally bulletproof terrorists.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the beautiful part.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_00]: Because the Supreme Court is now clarified,
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: no lower court can touch him.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: So some activist judge and some liberal district tries to block a section 232 or 301 tariff.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: The government cites the Supreme Court's own opinion and it gets laughed out of court.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: Trump even pointed out another angle, the court didn't think about licensing power.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: The court gave, they said, that Trump does indeed have the power under IEEPA to regulate importation he just can't charge a terror.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: Okay fine.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: So instead of a tariff, he can use licensing requirements to make it impossible for certain countries to do business here.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: So we can squeeze them without charging a single dime and it's 100% legal.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: The court basically said you can blow up the bridge right from Canada to Detroit to stop what's coming in.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_00]: you just can't charge the toll.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, fine.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: If the bridge is blown up, you don't need a toll.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: And then this is the part I absolutely love.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: Trump issued an ultimatum to the entire world.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: Any country.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: that wants to play games with this ridiculous decision, especially those that have ripped off the United States for years and even decades, will be met with a much higher tariff and worse than that which they recently agreed to, buyer beware.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's the President of the United States telling every single nation on earth.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: If you think this ruling is your escape hatch,
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: you're about to find out how wrong you are.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: So it's no wonder that Trump took to true social and posted this, and I'm paraphrasing, thank you Supreme Court, you just accidentally gave me more power and strength than I had before your ridiculous ruling.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: And what he means by that is this is, and again, this is the part that the legacy media either doesn't understand or they're deliberately trying to hide from you before this ruling Trump was using iepa you could think of it as like kind of like a Swiss army knife for terrace it was fast it was broad he could declare an emergency could slap terrors on anyone.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: But the problem was, I EEPA was always getting challenged in court.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: Law suits were everywhere.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: Legal uncertainty businesses didn't know if the terrorist would stick.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now the Supreme Court.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: has given Trump crystal clear legal clarity on what he can do.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: They affirmed either explicitly or by implication that Section 232, which deals with national security tariffs, and Section 301, which deals with unfair trade practices, are fully within the president's authority.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: Those tariffs untouched,
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: 100% legal, a firm by the highest court in the land, and he's not just going after foreign adversaries, he's cleaning house at home.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: On Saturday, Trump pulled his endorsement from Colorado Republican Jeff heard after heard was one of just six Republicans who voted with Democrats to repeal Trump's
- 7:41[SPEAKER_00]: and said he's more interested in protecting foreign countries that have been ripping us all for decades than he is the United States of America.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: And he endorsed, instead, heard primary challenger, hope shappel men and navy veteran, the message to every Republican Congress could not be more crystal clear.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: You either stand with the America first,
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: or you stand in the unemployment line.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: No more hedging, no more playing both sides.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: You're either with the 75 million Americans who elected Trump to do exactly this or you're gone.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: And what's so absolutely astonishing in all of this is it's not just 75 million Americans.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: As it turns out, literally billions are embracing Trumpian economics like never before.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: Wait until you see this, it's gonna absolutely blow you away.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: But first, all of this geopolitical tension should remind us of something.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: What if the censored medicine that saved millions during the pandemic was being made mostly in China today?
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually true about 80% of the world's eye-remectin supply comes from Asia.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: But not at the wellness company introducing American-made Ivermectin, safe, trusted, tested, and produced locally in the great free state of Florida.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: Ivermectin has been prescribed globally for more than
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: 30 years and even earn the Nobel Prize in medicine for its proven ability to eliminate parasites.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: But after success treating COVID emerging research shows the wonder drug can help with everything from Reza, Arthritis and even Cancer.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: Most pharmacies charge $5 tablet for 12 milligrams or less, but the wellness company is offering a higher 18 milligrams dose for just 350 per tablet.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: You'll get a six-month supply of 84 tablets all at an unbeatable price.

- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: What's really happening here is so much bigger than just one Supreme Court ruling or one executive order.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: What we're witnessing is nothing less than the restoration of economic nationalism, not just here in America, but indeed around the entire world.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I want you to understand just how seismic the shift really is.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: You know, for decades going all the way back to the end of the Cold War, the ruling orthodoxy in Washington and London and Brussels and Davos was liberal globalism, right?
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: Free trade at all costs, open borders for capital, outsourcing everything, let China make it cheaper.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_00]: And the theory was that if you removed all the barriers,
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: The invisible hand of the market would lift all boats.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's certainly lifted some.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: It lifted the yachts of the multinational CEOs.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_00]: It lifted the boats of the CCP.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: But the American worker, the factory towns of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, those boats sank.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: And everyone in Washington pretended not to notice until 2016 when Donald Trump came down their golden escalator.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, technically, it was summer of 2015.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: I think about it.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, what nobody in either party was willing to say that free trade as practice was a raw deal for the American people.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: And he just, he didn't just talk about it, he did something about it.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: In his first term, he imposed tariffs on China, on steel, on aluminum.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: The establishment tree, trade war, between trade war, they scream economic suicide, they said.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: But you know what happened, factories started coming back, supply chains started shifting, and a conversation that had been forbidden in polite economic circles was suddenly the only conversation anyone was having.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: And in his second term, he was all in.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: He went all in, average U.S. tariffs went from 2% to 17% the highly, the highest in nearly 100 years.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: And the results, the United States collected a record 287 billion dollars in custom duties in 2025, nearly tripled the amount collected in 2024.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: That money isn't going to Beijing, that money isn't going to Brussels, it's going right here into United States Treasury.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: The fiscal deficit dropped from 6.9% GDP in 2024 to 5.4% in 2025, and Treasury Secretary Scott Basin says they're targeting 3% by 2028.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what's really incredible, and what the global has never predicted.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: Instead of retaliating against Trump's tariffs, countries around the world started copying him.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: They looked at what Trump was doing in some way to be in it now.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe we should be protecting our industries too.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development just released a report that found that governments using tariffs
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: as protectionists and strategic tools rose sharply in 2025.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: Trump's first year at back in office.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's a global phenomenon.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's called economic nationalism, where economic policies are implemented as forms of national security, and it's all happening because Trump made it happen.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: There's a Harvard study from the Belfare Center.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_00]: It just made a fascinating observation.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: They said that Trump's embrace of economic nationalism in his first term was the political earthquake that made everything that followed possible.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: So it wasn't just a policy change.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_00]: It was a paradigm shift.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: It shattered the neoliberal consensus that had dominated both parties for 40 years.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: And now in his second term, Trump is cementing that shift.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: The old world of Davos-style globalism where faceless bureaucrats in Geneva decided the economic fate of American workers, that world is over.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: What we're seeing now is a world where nations compete on the basis of strength, not supplication, where our country's first obligation is to its own citizens.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's own workers and its own industries.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: And the man who made that possible, the man who took
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: the slings and arrows who endured the ridicule, who's called every name in the book, is Donald J. Trump.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: So the Supreme Court can issue whatever rulings they want, the globals could throw whatever tantrums they want, the rhinos can vote however they want.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_00]: because the genie is already out of the bottle.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: Economic nationalism is here.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's here in America.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's here in Europe.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's here in Asia.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: And there's no putting it back.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_00]: The age of the globalist free ride is over.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: And the age of the American worker has just begun.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_00]: Before you go, quick, personal invite.
