Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Attention.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Due to unforeseen circumstances, Jimmy Smagoula will not be able
- 0:08Speaker 2: to perform this evening. However, despite this massive inconvenience, the
- 0:13Speaker 2: host was able to act quickly and find a replacement
- 0:15Speaker 2: with a voice just as, if not more beautiful and
- 0:20Speaker 2: now the theme.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Song to me.
- 0:35Speaker 1: When I invited you here, I thought I made myself
- 0:39Speaker 1: perfectly clear. When you're a guest in my home, you
- 0:44Speaker 1: have to come to me empty handed. I said, no gifts.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Your presence is presence enough. And I already have too
- 0:54Speaker 1: much stuff. I have so many things. I just organized
- 0:56Speaker 1: my garage and it's overflowing. It's disgusting. My life is
- 1:00Speaker 1: falling apart. So how dare you disobey me?
- 1:06Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:06Speaker 1: My god, it's on only smellson. Oh we should well,
- 1:14Speaker 1: let's go on over one more time. When I invited
- 1:16Speaker 1: you here, I thought I made myself perfectly clear. When
- 1:21Speaker 1: you are a guess in my home, you have to
- 1:24Speaker 1: come to me with nothing. Please bring nothing. It's very clear.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I said no gifts. Your presence is presence enough. Oh oh,
- 1:41Speaker 1: I said no gifts. I said no gifts. So how
- 1:49Speaker 1: dare you? How dare any of you disobey me.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Oh oh my god, look at this.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Look at the talent on display. I said, no gifts.
- 2:17Speaker 1: An A, Lisa Nelson, James Gerard, God.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Bless WHOA.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Welcome to I said, no gifts. I'm Bridger Wineger. How
- 2:29Speaker 1: did we get here? How did we get to what
- 2:31Speaker 1: we've just experienced? Well? Ten years ago I met a
- 2:35Speaker 1: man on Tinder. Fast forward two weeks ago. We've been
- 2:42Speaker 1: on a few dates and he gets an audition and
- 2:47Speaker 1: he says, should I do this? And I looked at it.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I said, the creative team is good, you should audition.
- 2:53Speaker 1: A week later, he books the job. The night he's
- 2:56Speaker 1: supposed to sing the theme song of the podcast in Chatsworth.
- 3:01Speaker 1: The Man's in Chatsworth. It's an adult swim project, so
- 3:05Speaker 1: it is a good credit. But unfortunately Jim wasn't able
- 3:09Speaker 1: to make it. Here. Could we just see the slide rip?
- 3:19Speaker 1: I'm so worried about gen Z. You know this is
- 3:22Speaker 1: the We're losing them. But we're here and now I'm
- 3:26Speaker 1: just like, I'm so baffled. I did not expect to
- 3:28Speaker 1: have to do the theme song. I'm carrying so much weight.
- 3:32Speaker 1: How is Los Angeles doing? I think we can take
- 3:40Speaker 1: Jim and Reeva off. Well, we'll talk about this. Actually,
- 3:45Speaker 1: actually we should get to this. Let's go to the
- 3:47Speaker 1: next slide because we've got to get to something so
- 3:50Speaker 1: I can take off this robe so I don't start
- 3:52Speaker 1: sweating like I usually do. So you know these. Over
- 3:56Speaker 1: the course of the last few live shows, I've worn
- 3:58Speaker 1: this beautiful thing, this key so light tunic, and I
- 4:02Speaker 1: died it and died it and died it, and eventually
- 4:03Speaker 1: it was unusable. And I wanted to wear something from
- 4:08Speaker 1: the podcast, but unfortunately, the guests usually bring me garbage,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and the clothes they bring me or garbage, so I
- 4:15Speaker 1: didn't really have a lot of options. And a couple
- 4:18Speaker 1: of months ago, Josh Sharp showed up and he brought
- 4:21Speaker 1: me these three I think the brand is Vory or something,
- 4:25Speaker 1: I don't know, some sort of ath leisure. And so
- 4:28Speaker 1: we have these three T shirts and could we see
- 4:30Speaker 1: me in one? Look how dumpy I look shapeless. It's
- 4:36Speaker 1: too long, it doesn't I mean even the neck is
- 4:39Speaker 1: too loose. It looks horrible. So I had to think
- 4:43Speaker 1: of something, and I contacted all the people with sewing
- 4:46Speaker 1: machines in my life, and I found my friend Danny,
- 4:49Speaker 1: and I said, can you can you do something for me?
- 4:52Speaker 1: And as someone with a skill, this is always so
- 4:55Speaker 1: amazing to me when someone has a skill and they're
- 4:57Speaker 1: able to accomplish something. She had me the T shirts
- 5:00Speaker 1: over and I guess I should reveal the look the
- 5:05Speaker 1: look for this evening. Okay, here we go. Be careful,
- 5:10Speaker 1: it's all. You've got to be careful when you're looking
- 5:12Speaker 1: at me. Look at this. Let's go back to those
- 5:21Speaker 1: T shirts, those horrible T shirts. This is couture, this
- 5:27Speaker 1: is fashion. I look like I spent the night at
- 5:29Speaker 1: Kevin Smith's or something. It's not an ideal look, but
- 5:35Speaker 1: you have to do what you can with what you're given.
- 5:38Speaker 1: That's kind of what life is. And now I need
- 5:40Speaker 1: to look at my business just to make sure we're
- 5:41Speaker 1: covering everything. We're doing the outfit. Okay, now I can
- 5:45Speaker 1: just talk about my life. Thank God. Very busy day.
- 5:48Speaker 1: I was on Instagram for fourteen hours and went to
- 5:51Speaker 1: the grocery store. My brother's in town. He's somewhere here
- 5:55Speaker 1: in the audience. We hope he made it. We hope
- 5:57Speaker 1: Jesse made it to the show. He got in last night,
- 6:01Speaker 1: and so far I've shown him the city by making
- 6:04Speaker 1: him watch the third episode of the documentary about Biggest
- 6:07Speaker 1: Loser and taking him to the same restaurant twice. So
- 6:14Speaker 1: it's been an explosive time for him. And so there's that.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Unfortunately I just found out, well I didn't find out.
- 6:22Speaker 1: This is a tough time for me because my nephew
- 6:24Speaker 1: didn't follow me back on Instagram and he watched my stories,
- 6:30Speaker 1: So I know, I know, but whatever, you know what
- 6:37Speaker 1: about this? Wouldn't you want to follow on Instagram? So
- 6:41Speaker 1: there's that. Somebody wanted somebody I guess it's their birthday.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Let's see here. This is not the birthday podcast, but
- 6:47Speaker 1: their sister wanted me to wish my happy birthday from
- 6:52Speaker 1: your sister. She's in Texas live streaming of this and
- 6:54Speaker 1: she sent him here. That was lazy on her part. Okay,
- 6:58Speaker 1: I think we got all of our business done. Okay,
- 7:00Speaker 1: so now this is I need. Okay, I'm gonna we
- 7:03Speaker 1: have two different volunteer opportunities tonight. The first one is
- 7:06Speaker 1: actual labor. It's going to require strong people who are
- 7:10Speaker 1: going to do something. So if you if you don't
- 7:13Speaker 1: feel strong, tell me, well, not physically but mentally and emotionally.
- 7:18Speaker 1: So I'm gonna come out and try to find two
- 7:20Speaker 1: people that. Oh, and I'm gonna bring my baked cookies.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Let's see. Don't look at me, okay, so just let
- 7:30Speaker 1: me know if you're not interested in working and uh
- 7:33Speaker 1: doing labor. Okay, let's see, you can just have a cookie.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Let's see here. Now I'm gonna go to the other so, well,
- 7:41Speaker 1: let's see here. Would you want to do any physical well,
- 7:43Speaker 1: it's not physical labor. Why do I keep? What's that? Okay? Okay,
- 7:48Speaker 1: don't do it. Let's see. No, no, no, no. Would
- 7:54Speaker 1: you want to do something? Okay? What's your name? Toria? Okay,
- 7:58Speaker 1: head up onto the stage. I'm not respond before you. Ah,
- 8:02Speaker 1: here's a cookie, and we need one more person that's
- 8:07Speaker 1: gonna be her teammate. Let's see here, we're looking, we're looking.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Would you like to.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Sure?
- 8:16Speaker 1: What's your name?
- 8:19Speaker 7: Mike?
- 8:19Speaker 1: Okay, Mike, get on stage and are you with him? Okay,
- 8:23Speaker 1: you can have the cookie. Okay. So a couple of
- 8:28Speaker 1: years ago, my friend Chris there was on the podcast
- 8:32Speaker 1: and he gave me a thousand piece puzzle of Republican
- 8:37Speaker 1: President's playing pool, and I had, as an adult, had
- 8:41Speaker 1: never done a large puzzle. So but I he kind
- 8:45Speaker 1: of bullied me into it with a hashtag puzzle please,
- 8:48Speaker 1: and everyone was harassing me online about doing the puzzle.
- 8:50Speaker 1: So I started it and it took me fifteen weeks
- 8:53Speaker 1: to complete the puzzle. So I thought, why not tonight.
- 8:57Speaker 1: People are always saying, oh, I listened to a podcasts
- 8:59Speaker 1: while I do. I thought, what a fun opportunity to
- 9:02Speaker 1: do that live. So these two we've got follow me.
- 9:11Speaker 1: We have this little table set up back here. Take
- 9:16Speaker 1: a seat, and they get cookies and water too. They're
- 9:18Speaker 1: not going to I just want to show everyone the
- 9:21Speaker 1: puzzle if we can. It's all of the Republican president
- 9:24Speaker 1: and presidents except for the worst one. He didn't make
- 9:27Speaker 1: it in. But this is what they'll be doing. It's
- 9:30Speaker 1: a thousand pieces. I don't I obviously don't know how
- 9:34Speaker 1: long it actually takes to make a puzzle because it
- 9:36Speaker 1: took me fifteen weeks. This could maybe it takes an
- 9:38Speaker 1: hour and a half. I don't know. Uh So this
- 9:41Speaker 1: is for you two. Now you two can get to work.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I would love for you to finish the puzzle. I'd
- 9:47Speaker 1: love for you to get the border. Whatever it takes,
- 9:49Speaker 1: I would love for you to get Richard Nixon's face.
- 9:53Speaker 1: So you've set to work, and we'll check in with
- 9:55Speaker 1: you throughout the show. And you're are you okay? Are
- 9:57Speaker 1: you okay with this labor perfect? I said, okay, we'll
- 10:01Speaker 1: check back in with them. Okay, good for them. Two
- 10:07Speaker 1: strong people, strong as oxes. Okay. So now, okay, now
- 10:11Speaker 1: I need three more volunteers. This is an easier one.
- 10:13Speaker 1: This doesn't require as much time or effort. So let's
- 10:17Speaker 1: and I've given away all the cookies. What a shame.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Let's see here, people are looking away. Would you want
- 10:24Speaker 1: to no? I love what someone says no, by the way,
- 10:28Speaker 1: I would, I would say yes, and I'm a no.
- 10:30Speaker 1: You want to Lauren? Lauren? Get up there? Okay, let's
- 10:35Speaker 1: see here. Let's see. I'd love to get somebody in
- 10:39Speaker 1: the middle where I can't access Sir with the glasses?
- 10:42Speaker 1: Would you want to do it? Okay, come on up, okay,
- 10:48Speaker 1: and we need one more. I'll go over here after
- 10:50Speaker 1: we find out. Sir with the glasses name Vincent. Okay,
- 10:54Speaker 1: head up, Vincent. Okay. Now I'm just gonna scurry over here. People, Okay,
- 10:59Speaker 1: let's here, moving, moving, moving people. Let's see people when
- 11:04Speaker 1: they're looking at me. It's uh, you would you like
- 11:09Speaker 1: to her friend is really throwing her under the bus? Sam, Sam,
- 11:14Speaker 1: come on, okay, all right, you can all take a seat. Okay.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I should have brought a blanket to put over my legs,
- 11:23Speaker 1: but I do. I mean, I've worn less on camera.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I have a very dark past. So okay, we're gonna
- 11:31Speaker 1: sit here. We're gonna play Gift or a Curse. And
- 11:33Speaker 1: I don't know if you're familiar with the game, but
- 11:35Speaker 1: I'm going to name some things. You'll tell me if
- 11:37Speaker 1: they're a gift or a curse and why. Then I'll
- 11:40Speaker 1: tell you if you're right or wrong. Oh and by
- 11:41Speaker 1: the way, Puzzle King and Queen, you are gonna win
- 11:45Speaker 1: a prize if you get to the end, So put
- 11:48Speaker 1: in the work and you you all are gonna win
- 11:51Speaker 1: a prize as well if you played the game correctly. Okay,
- 11:54Speaker 1: So do you have a mic? Let's see here. Okay,
- 11:57Speaker 1: everybody's got technology. Okay, so you're I'm going to give
- 12:01Speaker 1: you two things. You'll tell me and we'll see how
- 12:03Speaker 1: you do, and then we'll head down. I'm not gonna
- 12:05Speaker 1: leave you two out. Okay, So let's get into the
- 12:07Speaker 1: dock here. These were all sourced during my fourteen hours
- 12:11Speaker 1: on Instagram today. Thank you to the people who've sent
- 12:13Speaker 1: them in. Okay, first of all, gift your a curse?
- 12:16Speaker 1: Cold showers Hmmm okay, I'm gonna say gift.
- 12:25Speaker 8: Why because it shocks you? Okay, so it's like a
- 12:29Speaker 8: little excitement in your day you wouldn't have otherwise.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, correct, Yes, it's a gift. I mean, maybe
- 12:37Speaker 1: not on a chilly night like tonight, but I love
- 12:42Speaker 1: a cold shower. We all know, we don't all have
- 12:45Speaker 1: the plunge or whatever the hell, but you get in
- 12:48Speaker 1: the shower and get that blast to the face. I'm
- 12:50Speaker 1: sure it does the same thing. Yeah, so it's a gift.
- 12:52Speaker 1: You've gotten one, right so far. Number two, gift or
- 12:55Speaker 1: a curse? When a waiter says enjoy your meal and
- 12:58Speaker 1: you say you too.
- 13:02Speaker 8: I do this one far too often. I would say
- 13:08Speaker 8: it's a curse. Why Because you don't mean to say it,
- 13:12Speaker 8: and you're always a little bit embarrassed and you wonder
- 13:15Speaker 8: what the waiter thinks about you.
- 13:17Speaker 9: It's just awkward.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Wrong, It's a gift, I and it's for this reason.
- 13:23Speaker 1: I think the waiter needs to see you in a
- 13:26Speaker 1: weak moment. They need to find out that you're imperfect. Yeah,
- 13:30Speaker 1: and then the relationship is a little bit more fluid loose.
- 13:33Speaker 1: You're gonna have more fun over your vulnerable at that. Yes,
- 13:36Speaker 1: so you've got You've got one, right, Okay, how do
- 13:38Speaker 1: you feel?
- 13:39Speaker 9: I feel?
- 13:41Speaker 1: Okay? Okay, well that's a good attitude. You win a prize. Okay,
- 13:44Speaker 1: let's see what you won. I'll open it for you. Okay,
- 13:49Speaker 1: let's see here. So this is Okay, you do get
- 13:51Speaker 1: a cookie, so that will be in the bottom of
- 13:53Speaker 1: the back. And everybody voted on these on Patreon the
- 13:55Speaker 1: things that I should give away. So this is a
- 13:59Speaker 1: a fragrance from Rachel Dratch that is half used. She
- 14:04Speaker 1: bought it half used. It's called Redhead and Bed and
- 14:10Speaker 1: it personally, I don't like the smell, but you might
- 14:14Speaker 1: be into it. And you also get a little sticker
- 14:18Speaker 1: from the podcast. This is new merch Actually this is
- 14:21Speaker 1: actually basically a product launch. This is this is I
- 14:25Speaker 1: may be available online now, I'm not sure, but this
- 14:27Speaker 1: is for you. So you take that and then let's
- 14:29Speaker 1: head on to the next contestant. Remind me your name, Vincent. Okay, Vincent,
- 14:35Speaker 1: are you ready, Okay, we'll see number one. Gift her
- 14:40Speaker 1: a curse hard boiled eggs on a salad.
- 14:46Speaker 10: Curse?
- 14:47Speaker 11: Why because I feel like when you have harbolled eggs,
- 14:53Speaker 11: your breast smells. Then you have to interact with people,
- 14:55Speaker 11: and that's kind of weird. Also, I'm a deviled egg guy,
- 14:58Speaker 11: you know, I like a little I like it, but
- 15:00Speaker 11: a little bit of seasoning, a little bit of something
- 15:02Speaker 11: extra to the deviled egg.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Right. Wrong. First of all, you lost me a deviled egg. No, no, no,
- 15:09Speaker 1: Second of all, you definitely want We've seen the protein craze.
- 15:13Speaker 1: It's we've all need the protein, but we also need
- 15:15Speaker 1: our fiber. So this is a great combination of the two.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And I love a boiled egg. To the fact that
- 15:21Speaker 1: the other night my cobb salad didn't come with one
- 15:24Speaker 1: and I had to request can I get my egg?
- 15:26Speaker 1: Which was unpleasant, But it's worth it. So you got
- 15:31Speaker 1: one wrong. Okay, So next gift or a curse? That
- 15:34Speaker 1: tiny pocket inside of front pocket of your jeans.
- 15:38Speaker 11: Oh that's a gift for sure. Why all the time
- 15:41Speaker 11: I'll just jam something in my pocket forget about it,
- 15:43Speaker 11: and then a few weeks later I find it again
- 15:45Speaker 11: and it's like a mini Christmas sermony, birthday, and it's
- 15:48Speaker 11: so nice to just have a little surprise in your
- 15:50Speaker 11: pants every once in a while.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Correct, that's a gift. That little pocket was someone's dream.
- 15:59Speaker 1: They followed their dream and got it into almost all pants,
- 16:03Speaker 1: So I think that's great. That's a gift. And so
- 16:05Speaker 1: you got one out of two, which again is a failure,
- 16:08Speaker 1: but you still get to win a prize. So let's
- 16:11Speaker 1: find out what you're going to get. Now. This is okay.
- 16:15Speaker 7: So this is.
- 16:15Speaker 1: The Oreo Ultimate Dunking Set from David desk Mulchin.
- 16:21Speaker 7: I get a real gift.
- 16:22Speaker 1: This was bought at Goodwill and is definitely expired. I
- 16:26Speaker 1: think there are Oreos in here, so throw those away.
- 16:29Speaker 1: But the rest of this you get the tongs, the napkins,
- 16:32Speaker 1: the cookie cages. Does anyone here own a cookie cage?
- 16:38Speaker 4: Uh?
- 16:38Speaker 1: You might be the only person in Los Angeles with
- 16:40Speaker 1: the cookie cage. Okay, and then you get a cookie
- 16:43Speaker 1: and a sticker. Wow, I'm giving it all away tonight. Okay,
- 16:46Speaker 1: take that, thank you, all right, and then take the bag.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Let's see, let's hear it. For our first two contestants,
- 16:52Speaker 1: they failed, but they tried all right, and remind me
- 16:56Speaker 1: of your name again, Sam, Sam, Are you ready? Okay,
- 17:00Speaker 1: here we go. First of all, gift you a curse
- 17:03Speaker 1: hotel hot tubs.
- 17:08Speaker 9: You know, I do think that they're a gift.
- 17:11Speaker 12: Not many of us are finding personal access to a
- 17:14Speaker 12: hot tub, so sometimes a shared hot tub is the
- 17:18Speaker 12: best that we're going to get. And you know the
- 17:21Speaker 12: bubbling liquids.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Correct, it's a gift. Where else am I going to
- 17:29Speaker 1: meet divorce men? Okay, moving on, here's our final one,
- 17:38Speaker 1: and you might have you might need information. I hope
- 17:40Speaker 1: you know what this is. Gift you a curse USPS
- 17:43Speaker 1: Informed Delivery, Oh my god.
- 17:45Speaker 9: A huge gift.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Huge.
- 17:47Speaker 12: As a member of the member of Informed Delivery, it's
- 17:51Speaker 12: so worthy because when you, I don't know, there's sometimes
- 17:54Speaker 12: that I'm so anxious about the arrival of my package
- 17:58Speaker 12: or my water bill or whatever it may be, that
- 18:01Speaker 12: getting that little image in your inmocks every day is
- 18:04Speaker 12: just like, oh, and I know that the mailman's coming,
- 18:07Speaker 12: so I can you know, prepare my.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Dog correct this thing. And now this is just going
- 18:14Speaker 1: to become a commercial for this thing. If you don't
- 18:17Speaker 1: do that for this, you are missing out on a
- 18:19Speaker 1: cool part of life. You're getting an If you want
- 18:23Speaker 1: to get an email, this is a way to get
- 18:25Speaker 1: an email every day.
- 18:28Speaker 9: I'm very popular.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I mean, I love it. And the postal service is
- 18:31Speaker 1: a miracle. And this is truly one thing that I
- 18:33Speaker 1: don't I don't know how it works. And I worked
- 18:36Speaker 1: there for two days. I worked in one of their
- 18:38Speaker 1: data centers with a bunch of polygamist women. Once I
- 18:43Speaker 1: wasn't part of that. I was typing zip codes. It
- 18:44Speaker 1: was too cold and it hurt my fingers, so I
- 18:46Speaker 1: got out of.
- 18:47Speaker 12: There, but knew that they were polygamist women.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Oh you know a polygamist woman. If you're in Utah,
- 18:55Speaker 1: you know they look like they just got off of
- 18:58Speaker 1: a wagon. It's very clear you are the big winner today.
- 19:02Speaker 1: You got both bright, which is so exciting. Let's get
- 19:06Speaker 1: in here and see what you've got. So you've got
- 19:08Speaker 1: some great things. Let's see. Okay, you got backyard football.
- 19:12Speaker 1: This is from Joe Castle Baker, but if you open it,
- 19:15Speaker 1: it's actually the animated storybook from Pocahontas, which that's a
- 19:20Speaker 1: great thing. That's kind of a two for one. You
- 19:23Speaker 1: got a cookie, a sticker, and then this is so amazing.
- 19:26Speaker 1: This is from uh, Jeff Loveness, and this is your strips.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I think there's two left, so that's great. You're I mean,
- 19:34Speaker 1: this is a very good prize for you, so you
- 19:36Speaker 1: can go ahead and take that.
- 19:38Speaker 13: If it's a good prize, Bridge, excuse me. If it's
- 19:43Speaker 13: a good present, why didn't you use it?
- 19:46Speaker 1: Who is that?
- 19:47Speaker 3: You know who it is?
- 19:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, it's Jeff Loveness.
- 19:52Speaker 13: Was this your little plan to humiliate me on the
- 19:55Speaker 13: stage where Shirley Temple learned to dance?
- 20:01Speaker 1: Jeff, it's a good gift and I wanted to give
- 20:03Speaker 1: it to one of our wonderful audience members.
- 20:06Speaker 13: Sam, your nose seems great. Your poors seem fine. This man,
- 20:11Speaker 13: on the other hand, look in that four K Those
- 20:15Speaker 13: poors need a little plunge.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Oh interesting, interesting. Well, if you think they're so good,
- 20:21Speaker 1: why don't you come up on stage.
- 20:23Speaker 3: You're afraid me.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It was so nice not having you in New York
- 20:26Speaker 1: or chicag Oh.
- 20:26Speaker 14: I was there.
- 20:27Speaker 3: I'll lend you to the end of the yard.
- 20:28Speaker 10: You were there.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I assume just as a fan.
- 20:32Speaker 13: You bumped me because jd Vance had to come on
- 20:34Speaker 13: the show. Big Pam, Sam, can I can I.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Put it on. This is ridiculous. I'm sorry. Wow, there
- 20:46Speaker 1: were three in there. It was even better than I thought.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Well, surely he's not the only one.
- 20:54Speaker 1: You've got to pull off that. He doesn't even know
- 20:55Speaker 1: how he gave these to me. He gave these to me,
- 20:59Speaker 1: and I don't know how to use them either. Okay,
- 21:07Speaker 1: I want you to go backstage and put that on
- 21:08Speaker 1: and then go back to the audience, and then we're
- 21:10Speaker 1: gonna we'll check in on your pores later. Okay, love
- 21:14Speaker 1: your little cult. Okay, always taking shots. Okay, whatever, get
- 21:19Speaker 1: out of here. Oh actually, wow, I almost forgot. You
- 21:23Speaker 1: want another thing that's so big that I forgot about it.
- 21:27Speaker 1: This was I think the biggest win. The big people
- 21:30Speaker 1: voted the most on this item. No, no, this is
- 21:35Speaker 1: a big reveal. You know what this is past I don't.
- 21:48Speaker 1: This is Telly's self. Oh, I don't know his name.
- 21:52Speaker 1: It's a Greek man who I don't know. He was
- 21:55Speaker 1: on a TV show, Sam Pancake gave this to me
- 21:57Speaker 1: and it was cluttering my home. So I was so
- 21:58Speaker 1: glad that you get to take it with you. I
- 22:02Speaker 1: guess that's a good thing. Of course, of course, everybody
- 22:06Speaker 1: give it up. For these three wonderful, wonderful. I guess
- 22:16Speaker 1: I could have offered help. Oh this is this is
- 22:23Speaker 1: a good reminder. I almost forgot. People have brought gifts.
- 22:25Speaker 1: So we'll quickly get through these while they do that.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Oh oh my god, look at this. Oh I think
- 22:33Speaker 1: somebody may have mentioned this on Instagram. This is why
- 22:36Speaker 1: I love Meta. Okay, so thank you for this. Let's
- 22:42Speaker 1: take these over because bending over is not for tonight. Okay,
- 22:48Speaker 1: let's see what's happening here, and I'll go through this
- 22:50Speaker 1: quickly because I know this is painful to watch a
- 22:52Speaker 1: person open gifts. This says to Bridger, Jimmy, and Bonnie. Okay,
- 22:55Speaker 1: neither of them are here. They don't get this. Okay,
- 22:59Speaker 1: this is on our anniversary. Oh, kind of an erotic card.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Keep it tight, keep it right. You were the love
- 23:05Speaker 1: of my life and I wouldn't trade our life together
- 23:07Speaker 1: for anything. I love you. Happy anniversary and that's love.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Ali and Mike easily, Mike.
- 23:15Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Let's check Can we check in on the puzzle cam?
- 23:23Speaker 1: Can we see what's happening with the puzzle so far? Okay, cutaway,
- 23:27Speaker 1: cut away, cut away from the puzzle should have waited
- 23:32Speaker 1: a little longer. Okay, okay, we've got oh dog toys.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Oh this see now it's even worse than you get
- 23:40Speaker 1: to watch me open a good gift because it's just like, well,
- 23:43Speaker 1: who cares, but I'm thrilled. Bonnie's gonna go crazy. Oh
- 23:47Speaker 1: and oh these are delicious. The gummy clusters. Ooh, the
- 23:50Speaker 1: nerds gummy clusters. Thank you so much, you two, and
- 23:53Speaker 1: thank you for doing the work.
- 23:54Speaker 7: Mike.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Oh there's one other thing in here. You did it.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'll put that right there. Okay. Oh I almost threw that.
- 24:03Speaker 1: I thought it was empty. Throw that. Okay, now we'll
- 24:06Speaker 1: get into this. Okay. Oh do you know what I needed?
- 24:11Speaker 1: A blanket just my size? Okay, Oh, oh my god.
- 24:18Speaker 1: People see again, I'm on Instagram. People are finding out
- 24:21Speaker 1: about me. I have the worst whisk in the world.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I think I found it in the garbage and people
- 24:27Speaker 1: were shaming me about it online when I made cookies
- 24:30Speaker 1: twice this week and someone has given me actually good whisks.
- 24:34Speaker 1: My sister was mad at me about the whisks. I
- 24:36Speaker 1: think she was embarrassed that those were online. So thank you.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Is there a card or anything, I don't think so,
- 24:43Speaker 1: but thank you to whoever and now I've got my things.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Should we see what else is going on in the show? Oh?
- 24:50Speaker 1: Oh no, what someone here? Somebody here? Is somebody here? Oh?
- 25:01Speaker 1: Maybe it's Lauren Lapis Lauren? Lauren? Oh, take a seat.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Welcome to I said, no, good.
- 25:17Speaker 9: Wow, Oh my gosh, how's it going?
- 25:20Speaker 1: You made it?
- 25:21Speaker 9: I'm so happy to be here.
- 25:22Speaker 1: You were one of our earliest guests.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Do you want to cookie?
- 25:25Speaker 9: I'm curious about him for the second I start talking.
- 25:27Speaker 9: But are they good? Have you had one?
- 25:30Speaker 1: I hope I made them?
- 25:32Speaker 9: You made them?
- 25:33Speaker 1: And if people don't like them, I'm gonna be crubbed.
- 25:35Speaker 9: I'll take a bite.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Take a bite. Let's let's hear how it is.
- 25:38Speaker 9: What's what's the flavor? I'm working?
- 25:39Speaker 1: It's chocolate chip? Icy in here?
- 25:42Speaker 3: Oh?
- 25:42Speaker 1: Can you eat a walnut?
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:43Speaker 9: I just wanted to know about it.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I'm glad you asked. We just something. I'm grabbing an
- 25:48Speaker 1: EPI pan. Take a bite. Let's and if you don't
- 25:52Speaker 1: like it, don't look at me. You like it. It's
- 25:56Speaker 1: a good cookie. It's actually it's a good cookie. This
- 25:59Speaker 1: is really perfer Oh, thank you.
- 26:01Speaker 9: I'm usually not one for nuts.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Oh. Lauren was one of our first sixteen guests.
- 26:07Speaker 9: I can't believe it was. I really was.
- 26:09Speaker 1: In twenty twenty.
- 26:10Speaker 9: I often think about what I gave you and how
- 26:13Speaker 9: offended you were.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Lauren gave me a package of thank you cards.
- 26:18Speaker 9: I thought you would need them.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I didn't, and I ended up using all of them,
- 26:24Speaker 1: but one what are you saving it for? I was
- 26:26Speaker 1: going to bring it tonight, but I couldn't find the
- 26:28Speaker 1: right sized envelope.
- 26:29Speaker 9: So I thought it was a good present, and then
- 26:32Speaker 9: I over time realized how unhinged it was as a present.
- 26:36Speaker 1: I thought it was such a good early on present
- 26:38Speaker 1: because you really threw something in my face. You kind
- 26:41Speaker 1: of just showed that you didn't want to be there all.
- 26:43Speaker 1: One of my nails fell off.
- 26:45Speaker 3: What okay?
- 26:45Speaker 9: And I want to talk about these because the gloves.
- 26:48Speaker 9: I think they're iconic. I'm just so curious about you
- 26:51Speaker 9: know how like you know, people who work with money
- 26:53Speaker 9: get dirty fingers.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Oh sure, sure.
- 26:55Speaker 9: You have a bit of that happening here. And I'm
- 26:57Speaker 9: just curdus.
- 26:58Speaker 1: If I was a bank teller, you're I go into
- 27:02Speaker 1: Chase Bank every day.
- 27:04Speaker 9: These it's actually the whole fingers coming through on that guy.
- 27:09Speaker 1: It's actually shocking to me that they're this dirty, because.
- 27:12Speaker 9: That's what I'm wondering, is like the presents are inherently
- 27:15Speaker 9: really dirty, is what we're learning.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Everything we touched, Yeah, everything we touch is gross. And
- 27:19Speaker 1: I've been using them for five years to demonstrate different products,
- 27:22Speaker 1: different items, and I guess I mean, like there's there's
- 27:25Speaker 1: pen ink, So I never used a pen to demonstrate anything.
- 27:30Speaker 9: So the ghost of those whoever owned those originally probably.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Right, right. But these were pristine white when I first
- 27:36Speaker 1: started using them. And people are begging me, people are
- 27:38Speaker 1: sending me new gloves, saying please wear those.
- 27:41Speaker 9: I think they just have to get as dirty as
- 27:42Speaker 9: they're gonna get. At this point, I think you're locked in.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Yeah, you're locked in. How often are you doing laundry?
- 27:49Speaker 9: Every other day?
- 27:50Speaker 1: At least every other day? I have two kids, though,
- 27:52Speaker 1: Oh that makes sense.
- 27:53Speaker 9: There's so much laundry, and my dog pisses on shit
- 27:55Speaker 9: and fucking I'm like always washing my ruggable, which I'm
- 28:00Speaker 9: not sure.
- 28:00Speaker 1: About you're not sure about it.
- 28:02Speaker 9: I'm not sure because here's the thing with ruggabull do
- 28:05Speaker 9: you have anyone use them? And I'm happy if they
- 28:07Speaker 9: want me to be.
- 28:08Speaker 1: A disrupted rugs.
- 28:10Speaker 9: Yeah, well they totally did they really, we didn't know
- 28:12Speaker 9: what we were doing before.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:13Speaker 9: Yeah, but I have the I have the rug pad
- 28:16Speaker 9: under it, but then my dog pisses on the rug
- 28:18Speaker 9: in the kitchen. It's their favorite place to piss, and
- 28:22Speaker 9: I think the pad has got to be disgusting. I'm
- 28:25Speaker 9: the rug, but not the pad. You can't wash the pad?
- 28:29Speaker 1: Do you have to throw it out every time?
- 28:30Speaker 9: I did throw out one and get a new one,
- 28:32Speaker 9: but it was it's expensive to do that.
- 28:33Speaker 1: That probably costs more than the rug itself.
- 28:35Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 28:35Speaker 1: And it's almost like you can't buy a battery for
- 28:37Speaker 1: a Tesla or whatever. It's like, do they sell the
- 28:39Speaker 1: things separately from the rugble to buy a whole.
- 28:41Speaker 9: New drug separately? You can't buy a battery for a
- 28:43Speaker 9: test leaf to buy a whole new test like.
- 28:45Speaker 1: You throw them away or something as far as I know.
- 28:49Speaker 1: But wow, So cyber trucks plug.
- 28:54Speaker 9: I just got one. Are they plugins or no? Because
- 28:57Speaker 9: I don't think so. It feels very gas chugging.
- 28:59Speaker 1: I just ever they're pluginska and this is not an endorsement.
- 29:02Speaker 1: It's still a bad car.
- 29:03Speaker 9: Oh yeah, the shape is preposterous.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Have you been past the Tesla Diner. Has anyone been
- 29:08Speaker 1: past the Tesla Diner? What's that goober city where it's
- 29:15Speaker 1: in West Hollywood? I guess?
- 29:17Speaker 9: And it's a pop up or this is like.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Around Unfortunately, it's there for good sounds awful. It's a
- 29:23Speaker 1: hideous building that's kind of a cyber truck design, and
- 29:27Speaker 1: they play stupid movies. Well that's movies for loser, playing
- 29:33Speaker 1: the matrix, of course. I was like, of course you're
- 29:35Speaker 1: playing the matrix.
- 29:36Speaker 9: Everyone who owns a Tesla is bad. But you know
- 29:38Speaker 9: a lot of you are right.
- 29:40Speaker 1: I mean, it's become a very complicated issue in America.
- 29:45Speaker 9: Everyone's trying to get their sticker on the back, like
- 29:46Speaker 9: I had those four.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Uh yeah. The Tesla Diner, I think is already falling apart.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I feel like they already canceled half their menu.
- 29:58Speaker 9: I think we need to not do this. Have you
- 30:00Speaker 9: in the City National Cafe or whatever it is by
- 30:03Speaker 9: the mall?
- 30:04Speaker 1: Yes, over America.
- 30:06Speaker 9: Yes, it's like a bank Capital one Cafe, and it's like,
- 30:09Speaker 9: who the fuck is like, let's get a coffee at
- 30:11Speaker 9: Capital One. It's it's cozy, so crazy, it's and then
- 30:16Speaker 9: you get a discount if you use your card, which
- 30:17Speaker 9: I guess is the incentive.
- 30:19Speaker 1: I don't know how much of a discount could you possibly,
- 30:21Speaker 1: I don't know. And then it's not really even a bank.
- 30:23Speaker 1: It's just a bunch of ATMs.
- 30:24Speaker 9: It's it's not a bank, it's a restaurant.
- 30:28Speaker 1: That's my favorite. Oh my god, whoa somebody else?
- 30:35Speaker 4: Who?
- 30:36Speaker 9: Who could it be?
- 30:38Speaker 3: Oh my god, Saren kill Oh.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Turning away, turning away, I just.
- 30:48Speaker 9: Noticed your slippers.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Hello, Tarren Killum. You could say that talk Sharon. Welcome, give,
- 31:00Speaker 1: thank you for having me. These seats are giving give.
- 31:04Speaker 1: We were talking Tesla diner.
- 31:06Speaker 3: Yeah, there there's a diner for Tesla. I have not
- 31:10Speaker 3: my wife Tesla before Trump was elected, saying she got
- 31:17Speaker 3: the SUV model, didn't like it too much windshield and
- 31:21Speaker 3: I've always felt cooked.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Right, I don't understand the appeal of that. You're constantly
- 31:25Speaker 1: being blasted by the sun.
- 31:27Speaker 3: Yes, and the technology of a Listen, I'm gonna go
- 31:30Speaker 3: full old man right now.
- 31:31Speaker 1: I wanted what was the show for?
- 31:34Speaker 3: Yeah, cars have too many buttons. Now everything's button like
- 31:39Speaker 3: a handle. Worked great.
- 31:40Speaker 9: I don't like the sh I rented a minivan recently,
- 31:43Speaker 9: which was amazing she was like, I got to switch
- 31:45Speaker 9: over to this, but it was a button to switch gears,
- 31:48Speaker 9: and I thought, this is so fun. I'm to start
- 31:51Speaker 9: going all over the place. If I pushed the wrong thing,
- 31:53Speaker 9: it was crazy.
- 31:54Speaker 1: No, we've all kind of developed the muscle memory for
- 31:56Speaker 1: the basic car features. Yes, I don't want to relearn.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I'm now twisting to get to that.
- 32:03Speaker 5: Twist.
- 32:03Speaker 9: I twisted my car on.
- 32:05Speaker 1: It's why you gotta do like a like a purple
- 32:08Speaker 1: going not for me, Not for me. I was driving
- 32:11Speaker 1: a stick shift for my first five years in l A.
- 32:13Speaker 1: And it felt he wasn't thought you were cool because
- 32:17Speaker 1: there's a stoplight every four feet.
- 32:19Speaker 9: Yeah, that's so annoying.
- 32:20Speaker 1: It's a real difficult time. But uh yeah, I kind
- 32:24Speaker 1: of miss it now because I'm twisting. It's not any fun.
- 32:27Speaker 1: But can I say something about the steps twister? Yeah,
- 32:31Speaker 1: thank you.
- 32:31Speaker 3: We always say that about it.
- 32:33Speaker 1: I feel like I had number boy.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Twist I had.
- 32:47Speaker 1: When did you realize Elon Musk was horrible?
- 32:50Speaker 3: I'm still like barely aware of him, to be honest,
- 32:53Speaker 3: like barely aware of it. I think I think I
- 32:56Speaker 3: think the Amber Heard relationship kind of made.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Me go interesting that I didn't know that happened.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Okay?
- 33:03Speaker 1: Is that pre or post crimes?
- 33:05Speaker 3: Uh?
- 33:06Speaker 9: She was in a relationship with Grimes or Grimes had
- 33:09Speaker 9: a baby with.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Him to I think too?
- 33:12Speaker 9: Yeah, okay, yeah, it changes my experience listening to her music,
- 33:16Speaker 9: which I totally.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Ruined her catalog for my relationship is like Pirates of
- 33:21Speaker 3: the Caribbean, Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp feel bad for her.
- 33:26Speaker 3: Aquaman is not that bad? Oh no, wait, Cord thing
- 33:30Speaker 3: a mega cup? What does he say? Like a mega
- 33:33Speaker 3: glass of wine? And the lawyer I never heard.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Of this, okay.
- 33:40Speaker 3: And then and then Amber is like she's moved on
- 33:42Speaker 3: from Johnny to Elon and I was like, oh, that
- 33:44Speaker 3: feels that I'm not rooting for that for some reason.
- 33:47Speaker 1: No, that's tough to hear. That's really tough.
- 33:51Speaker 3: And he puts buttons on his car doors.
- 33:54Speaker 9: No, it's not easy to get that handle out, okay,
- 33:57Speaker 9: which like an asshole trying to get into my friend's car.
- 34:02Speaker 1: Oh, I feel so stupid every time. I just feel
- 34:04Speaker 1: like trash.
- 34:07Speaker 3: It's very it's also to get your child out with
- 34:09Speaker 3: like the te wing doors. Okay.
- 34:12Speaker 1: The problem I'm not familiar with. Should I think we
- 34:16Speaker 1: should check in now, I think it's probably should we
- 34:18Speaker 1: check in on the puzzle case.
- 34:19Speaker 9: Yes, I'm actually really curious about this.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Let's see what's happening here.
- 34:23Speaker 9: Okay, okay, so are.
- 34:25Speaker 3: We allowed to give tips?
- 34:26Speaker 1: You can give tips.
- 34:27Speaker 9: We were pretty stressing out backstage because there's no piles happening,
- 34:32Speaker 9: there's no.
- 34:33Speaker 3: You both seem wonderful, and we feel conflicted for you
- 34:37Speaker 3: that you had to buy tickets to then like watch
- 34:39Speaker 3: the back of our heads for an hour and a half.
- 34:41Speaker 3: But you start with corners, you go colors, edge pieces, edges,
- 34:46Speaker 3: use the full space of the table too. There's a
- 34:48Speaker 3: whole blank space to.
- 34:49Speaker 1: The left, that wasted space to the left.
- 34:52Speaker 3: Just use that to spread. As you can see it, very.
- 34:54Speaker 9: Little forward movement happening, and I feel very worried.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Well, and they haven't even touched their refreshments, so they're
- 35:00Speaker 1: probably parched.
- 35:01Speaker 9: Oh you got to eat the cookie.
- 35:02Speaker 1: And if you look at Bridge or you like the cookie, yes.
- 35:05Speaker 9: You don't look at him, you don't like it.
- 35:07Speaker 1: But has anything happened over there?
- 35:09Speaker 3: Yes?
- 35:10Speaker 1: You two. There's a lot of defense defenders audience, a
- 35:17Speaker 1: lot of them. These people committed to this.
- 35:19Speaker 3: A thousand piece puzzle is ludicrous.
- 35:22Speaker 1: Okay, I'm glad to hear this.
- 35:23Speaker 9: I started them with like a four, a five hundred
- 35:25Speaker 9: for an hour and a half.
- 35:26Speaker 3: Four you could do still looks like that. Don't rip
- 35:29Speaker 3: the pieces up.
- 35:32Speaker 1: How long would it take each tribute to do a
- 35:34Speaker 1: thousand piece puzzle?
- 35:35Speaker 3: Three days?
- 35:36Speaker 9: It's a pandemic. I was really into that, and I
- 35:38Speaker 9: it would be maybe a week.
- 35:40Speaker 1: I don't okay, I don't know if it was a
- 35:42Speaker 1: five hundred, five hundred a couple hours, Okay, Yeah, what
- 35:47Speaker 1: sort of pictures are you doing? You know what?
- 35:49Speaker 9: There's a great company that I loved when I was
- 35:51Speaker 9: doing the Mountain, White Mountain or something like that. Do
- 35:54Speaker 9: they know this puzzle company? They make really fun ones
- 35:56Speaker 9: and it'll be like TV shows and it's like all
- 35:59Speaker 9: like little cartoons of all the best TV shows over
- 36:02Speaker 9: that's all the time, and like candy bars and it's
- 36:04Speaker 9: like all candy bars, very.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Fun white White Mountain puzzles. Before Trump was elected, yeah,
- 36:12Speaker 3: after and I'm finally similar sounding. There's a great five
- 36:15Speaker 3: hundred piece when I did recently that's like iconic nineties
- 36:19Speaker 3: image that it's like Blockbuster and Dawson from Dawson's Creek
- 36:24Speaker 3: and that was a joy, and.
- 36:25Speaker 9: That was like really fun.
- 36:26Speaker 1: I'm having a hard time visualizing these as good puzzles.
- 36:29Speaker 1: But I like, you know, a beautiful scene.
- 36:32Speaker 9: You like it like.
- 36:33Speaker 1: Fall leaves, and it's just like artist Thomas Thomas. Yeah,
- 36:39Speaker 1: I only do Thomas. Did you know he had a
- 36:42Speaker 1: real public urination problem? This is true, I tell yeah,
- 36:47Speaker 1: down the doorbells.
- 36:48Speaker 9: What's my favorite thing about it?
- 36:50Speaker 1: Who is here? In it's Vinnie Thomas, Vinnie turning journey.
- 36:59Speaker 1: You're returning.
- 37:00Speaker 9: Oh I love your wrapping paper.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Look at that.
- 37:07Speaker 14: Yeah, it's only ads from the grocery store.
- 37:10Speaker 1: It's beautiful.
- 37:11Speaker 3: He's a clipper.
- 37:14Speaker 14: Stuff. I don't know what that is.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Someone wasn't watching the monitor backstage.
- 37:21Speaker 9: No, the gossip was too good back there. We were
- 37:28Speaker 9: getting into some good stuff. Really, we had different sides
- 37:31Speaker 9: of a gossip.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Oh I heard about this.
- 37:33Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm not going to share it here. I don't
- 37:36Speaker 9: know anyone involved.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Can you say the key word because there's a.
- 37:39Speaker 9: Fun No, I don't know what a keyword was.
- 37:45Speaker 1: The crime that happened, Well, there's.
- 37:47Speaker 9: A cheating scandal.
- 37:49Speaker 4: Yeah, it was a fiscal crime.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Yeah, yea. And my favorite fiscal crime, but we won't
- 37:55Speaker 1: get it because I don't want to give anything. Okay,
- 37:57Speaker 1: it's sensitive, Yeah, Bridger, you live here, I live here,
- 38:01Speaker 1: this is my home.
- 38:02Speaker 10: Okay, wonder if you're interrupted.
- 38:04Speaker 9: I'm so curious and I don't mean to be rude. Okay,
- 38:06Speaker 9: but what's under.
- 38:08Speaker 1: What's under this?
- 38:10Speaker 12: Oh?
- 38:11Speaker 10: Yeah, we were wondering.
- 38:12Speaker 1: I am wearing underwear, okay, and a conservative pair.
- 38:19Speaker 10: Bloomers ruffle.
- 38:22Speaker 1: My boyfriend told me I should wear shorts, but then
- 38:24Speaker 1: I thought, what if they're too long? And you know,
- 38:27Speaker 1: people wear less than what I'm wearing on the beach.
- 38:30Speaker 9: You look great.
- 38:31Speaker 1: I feel far. Oh in Europe, Oh that continent. Don't
- 38:35Speaker 1: don't bring that up and prostrate they No, I could.
- 38:38Speaker 1: I could take this off and I'm not going to
- 38:40Speaker 1: and everyone would be so comfortable. So nothing to worry about, Vinnie.
- 38:47Speaker 1: We were just getting into Thomas Kinkaid peeing places and
- 38:50Speaker 1: marking his territory.
- 38:51Speaker 10: Big pisser Kinkaid.
- 38:54Speaker 4: Kinkaid love to piss, and I think that's part of
- 38:58Speaker 4: what made him see nature in such a beautiful way.
- 39:01Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 39:03Speaker 9: He had quiet moments of solitude in it exactly.
- 39:05Speaker 4: I think he became so relaxed that his bows loosed
- 39:10Speaker 4: and then he would make like a beautiful impressionist painting.
- 39:13Speaker 3: No a worked until then.
- 39:19Speaker 10: Yeah, I know who he is.
- 39:21Speaker 3: But he did work with water colors.
- 39:22Speaker 1: He did work with oils and water colors and had
- 39:26Speaker 1: the peeing problem. I don't know why I know that.
- 39:29Speaker 9: Yeah, I want to know more about it.
- 39:30Speaker 1: I have gotten to his Wikipedia at some point, and
- 39:32Speaker 1: there's a whole section public urination or whatever. Rip he's gone.
- 39:37Speaker 3: No, I died.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know because of the public urination.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Sorry, wait, you didn't I just didn't know.
- 39:45Speaker 14: Yeah, yeah, all right, died of a broken piss.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Broken pissard. Yeah, died of a broken pissard artist father,
- 39:57Speaker 3: broken pissar.
- 40:00Speaker 10: Oh, it's gonna be sad.
- 40:01Speaker 1: At the end of twenty four, I predicted this year
- 40:03Speaker 1: was going to be big for public urination.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Not the TV series.
- 40:08Speaker 1: At the end of twenty I love the show. This
- 40:11Speaker 1: is gonna be big for a public domination.
- 40:14Speaker 3: I liked them.
- 40:14Speaker 4: We all thought different things because I was I thought
- 40:16Speaker 4: you were talking about your twenty fourth birthday, like.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Your year being.
- 40:20Speaker 9: I knew you were talking about the year, but I
- 40:21Speaker 9: thought I never really say that twenty five, you have
- 40:24Speaker 9: to say.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Twenty Yeah, we've got to fix that.
- 40:27Speaker 9: Yeah, I think we should because I liked it. It
- 40:29Speaker 9: was good.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Yeah, twenty four eight. You know that really works, right?
- 40:32Speaker 1: You don't say at the end of nineteen ninety eight.
- 40:34Speaker 9: Yeah you're a nerd?
- 40:36Speaker 1: Yeah, total dork.
- 40:37Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 40:39Speaker 1: But I predicted that, and I think it has come true.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I saw a guy outside of his place of work
- 40:44Speaker 1: ping in Glendale, so that was enough for me.
- 40:48Speaker 9: Does it bother you?
- 40:50Speaker 1: And how long.
- 40:50Speaker 10: Did you watch?
- 40:51Speaker 1: I was a little stoplight, so I got my I
- 40:53Speaker 1: got my look, and then I carried on with my day.
- 40:56Speaker 14: Of course.
- 40:57Speaker 9: I think it's a little shocking, but I don't know
- 40:58Speaker 9: that it's like the biggest deal in it.
- 40:59Speaker 1: I think it's fine. Yeah, I think we've got to
- 41:02Speaker 1: I think we need to loosen up.
- 41:03Speaker 15: About I do have some Kincaid lore if you're curious.
- 41:07Speaker 15: Oh my god, we did call it ritual territory marking,
- 41:11Speaker 15: which he called he called it that, he called it that,
- 41:13Speaker 15: he called her that which allegedly manifested itself in the
- 41:16Speaker 15: late nineteen nineties outside the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim. This
- 41:20Speaker 15: one for you, Walt the artist quipped, late one night
- 41:23Speaker 15: as he urinated on a Winnie the Pooh figure.
- 41:27Speaker 9: Okay, that's funny.
- 41:28Speaker 3: It was Winnie the Pooh, pissa, I love you.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Wow, that's a year? Did he pass? I want to
- 41:37Speaker 1: say twenty fourteen?
- 41:39Speaker 9: Okay? If I know that, then I just say you
- 41:41Speaker 9: should say fourteen after fourteen after twelve, twenty twelve?
- 41:46Speaker 10: Do we all agree that you should piss on piglet?
- 41:49Speaker 3: Right?
- 41:49Speaker 1: Oh? Interesting?
- 41:52Speaker 10: He wants a little hog?
- 41:53Speaker 1: Yeah, of course.
- 41:56Speaker 10: Please please?
- 41:59Speaker 1: Are there any what did you take on me?
- 42:03Speaker 10: Shivering rabbit?
- 42:05Speaker 3: Are we filming?
- 42:07Speaker 9: There's like a whole world online of this already I know.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Yeah, Oh my god? Absolutely? Are there any others?
- 42:14Speaker 14: Or?
- 42:14Speaker 1: Was it just the Disneyland and he was off?
- 42:17Speaker 2: That's that's all that was listed in some times. I
- 42:22Speaker 2: guess he denied it, but one of his friends like
- 42:24Speaker 2: ratted him out.
- 42:24Speaker 10: So was he handsome?
- 42:26Speaker 3: I wonder?
- 42:27Speaker 1: Oh, I wonder what he looked like? That's it interesting.
- 42:30Speaker 9: We won't know, because audience.
- 42:34Speaker 1: We'll never know.
- 42:35Speaker 3: He's just a skeleton.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Well, look, you guys. As much as I'd like to
- 42:40Speaker 1: talk about Thomas Kincaid pissing on everything, uh, there is
- 42:43Speaker 1: something else.
- 42:44Speaker 7: A full scar.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Thank you, it's my blank this blanket scarf. I was
- 42:52Speaker 1: so excited to have all three of you here. I
- 42:53Speaker 1: think the audience was excited to have you here. I
- 42:56Speaker 1: think we all just thought, let's just kick back and
- 42:58Speaker 1: have a normal Friday night for once, with no interruptions,
- 43:02Speaker 1: no problems. Yes, the podcast is called I said no gifts,
- 43:06Speaker 1: so I was a little surprised when the three of
- 43:08Speaker 1: you kind of trotted into the green room, each of
- 43:12Speaker 1: you holding what I assume is a gift.
- 43:17Speaker 9: Yeah, I well I did.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Oh, okay, okay, I did bring a gift. Okay.
- 43:24Speaker 9: I can get really stuck when someone says no gifts
- 43:27Speaker 9: because it feels, you know that you spin out. Yeah,
- 43:30Speaker 9: It's like, does that what they mean? Or is everyone
- 43:32Speaker 9: going to bring one? And I'm not going to have one?
- 43:34Speaker 9: And so I want to make sure I have what
- 43:36Speaker 9: I might need. You know, you can reject it.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Sure, And our confrontation on the last episode meant nothing
- 43:42Speaker 1: to you. You was so long ago, you know, COVID brain,
- 43:45Speaker 1: COVID brain, COVID brain. Well, okay, and do you two
- 43:49Speaker 1: have gifts as well?
- 43:51Speaker 3: I did bring a gift. Yeah, I'm sorry.
- 43:53Speaker 1: I hate you.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Hate it, you hate it. You hate me. I hate it.
- 43:59Speaker 3: My friend ship with you, my friendship with Jimmy just
- 44:02Speaker 3: means far too much to me. And and I my
- 44:05Speaker 3: parents raised me well, and I didn't want to show
- 44:07Speaker 3: up empty handed, So hence the very loose Gelson's bag
- 44:11Speaker 3: before me and.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Vinnie, you've got one as well.
- 44:14Speaker 4: Oh, yes, it wasn't. It wasn't originally for you, so
- 44:19Speaker 4: you can't get my eye. I was brought it to donate.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Okay, okay, during the show.
- 44:28Speaker 3: That could be interesting.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Okay, let's get into this. Look how beautifully wrapped this is.
- 44:31Speaker 1: By the way, this is a stunning Oh and it's
- 44:34Speaker 1: heavy too, good grief. Okay, let's lift this up and
- 44:39Speaker 1: get into it. Let's oh, this is a lot of stuff.
- 44:42Speaker 9: Two things. There's two things.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Take them out in a.
- 44:47Speaker 9: Start with the start with the bigger.
- 44:48Speaker 1: The bigger, heavier thing. Yeah, okay, let's see. Okay. The
- 44:56Speaker 1: secret language is a birthday.
- 44:58Speaker 16: How this is?
- 45:00Speaker 9: It's every birthday in there. People are familiar with this,
- 45:03Speaker 9: yeah right, this No, okay, this tells you about who
- 45:07Speaker 9: you are based on the day you were born. And
- 45:10Speaker 9: I didn't know your birthday, so I couldn't market for you.
- 45:11Speaker 9: But I wanted to find out what's your birthday. It
- 45:14Speaker 9: starts in the middle because of something about astrology.
- 45:17Speaker 1: It starts like October ninth, let's get into it, marked
- 45:20Speaker 1: everybody market, Okay, let's see here September eight.
- 45:24Speaker 9: Until you get a title like the day of something,
- 45:26Speaker 9: and that's your title of your life. And then it
- 45:29Speaker 9: tells you who was born the same day, and like
- 45:31Speaker 9: what kind of life you're gonna have?
- 45:32Speaker 1: So here the day of the Penetrating Gaze.
- 45:40Speaker 3: Absolutely not.
- 45:42Speaker 14: It doesn't say that that is so funny.
- 45:46Speaker 3: You're kidding me.
- 45:48Speaker 1: I was born on a pervert.
- 45:49Speaker 9: Day's so good? Who decides that's amazing?
- 46:00Speaker 1: Who gets to decide that that's.
- 46:01Speaker 9: So exciting to me?
- 46:03Speaker 3: I don't even know.
- 46:03Speaker 9: I can't calm down, and Juice to Elfers, I'm so
- 46:07Speaker 9: happy right now. Oh my god, I'm so happy right now.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Juice Elfers is the author of this book, Juiced el First,
- 46:15Speaker 1: So I.
- 46:15Speaker 9: Had this growing up, like my mom had this book,
- 46:17Speaker 9: and I like always loved looking at it and looking
- 46:19Speaker 9: at people I knew. So it tells you a little
- 46:21Speaker 9: bit about your main personality. Traits are over here.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Okay, let's say multi talented, obviously observant, Yes, inspirational. Thank you,
- 46:30Speaker 1: thank you, thank you. Weakness has unraveled my opic and
- 46:32Speaker 1: complacently so.
- 46:37Speaker 14: Elegant way to say the f slur that I've heard
- 46:39Speaker 14: of my entire life.
- 46:40Speaker 1: Absolutely well, these things I just put in the general stop.
- 46:46Speaker 1: You can read into these whatever you want. It's born
- 46:50Speaker 1: on this day. John Lennon, complicated person. Let's see, is
- 46:55Speaker 1: there anybody else interesting? These are all dummies and losers.
- 46:59Speaker 4: I see that photo of John Lennon where someone photoshopped
- 47:01Speaker 4: his butt to make it look.
- 47:03Speaker 10: A little long.
- 47:05Speaker 9: I need to see that.
- 47:06Speaker 3: It's did they photoshop?
- 47:08Speaker 4: Yeah, they photoshopped his butt crack to make it look
- 47:10Speaker 4: a little long, and then they photoshopped Yoka's butt to
- 47:12Speaker 4: make it look a little small, but just small and
- 47:15Speaker 4: long enough so that it doesn't look like.
- 47:16Speaker 10: It was photoshopped.
- 47:17Speaker 14: So now everyone thinks it's a real photo and it's
- 47:19Speaker 14: very funny.
- 47:19Speaker 9: Well, that's so funny.
- 47:21Speaker 1: I would assume he has a long butt, So what
- 47:23Speaker 1: I have?
- 47:24Speaker 4: He has that vibe yright he walks around like he
- 47:26Speaker 4: got a long crack.
- 47:27Speaker 9: Yeah, it's always sticking out.
- 47:30Speaker 1: Yeah, let's see, there's okay. The last one on here
- 47:33Speaker 1: is William Edward Buck The Dutch American Ladies Home Journal
- 47:37Speaker 1: editor in chief. When this ring so now wait, Seawn
- 47:43Speaker 1: Lennon was also born on October ninth, John Lennon's son.
- 47:46Speaker 9: John Lennon and Seannotte. That's crazy.
- 47:48Speaker 1: Wow, how did.
- 47:49Speaker 9: They how did they tie him?
- 47:51Speaker 5: Then?
- 47:51Speaker 1: If you've got money, yeah, you can do you can,
- 47:54Speaker 1: you can do whatever you want. Okay, what's your birthday?
- 47:56Speaker 9: September sixth?
- 47:57Speaker 1: Okay, September sixth.
- 47:59Speaker 3: Right around the court.
- 48:00Speaker 9: I know it's coming.
- 48:02Speaker 1: On September fourth, September sixth, the day of the unpredictable fate.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Yes.
- 48:07Speaker 1: I always loved that these are like Harry Potter. Now, oh,
- 48:16Speaker 1: look at it before this accepting.
- 48:18Speaker 17: Don't boo vote except vol.
- 48:30Speaker 1: You are accepting, sympathetic and tasteful. Thank you, and yourself involved.
- 48:34Speaker 1: I've always said that you're repressed and fatal is sick repressed.
- 48:40Speaker 9: Okay, wait, we need to do yours someone here.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Okay, let me just see if really quick, let's find

- 48:51Speaker 1: born on oh Jane curtain.
- 48:53Speaker 9: Yes, that's a good one.
- 48:54Speaker 1: That's actually a good one.
- 48:55Speaker 9: Yeah, that is a good one.
- 48:55Speaker 1: I have a good Jane Curtain sorry that I unfortunately
- 48:57Speaker 1: can't tell on stage because she hates another celebrity. Okay,
- 49:02Speaker 1: uh Taran, when's your birthday?
- 49:04Speaker 3: I am April first?
- 49:06Speaker 1: April first, okay, right around the corner.
- 49:12Speaker 3: I don't think you know corners. I neither do these
- 49:15Speaker 3: two puzzlers, am I?
- 49:16Speaker 14: Right?
- 49:18Speaker 1: April first?
- 49:20Speaker 3: You guys are doing great?
- 49:22Speaker 9: Oh what is it?

- 49:26Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 49:27Speaker 9: They didn't lean into the April Fool's Day thing.
- 49:29Speaker 1: Yeah, they really want the other direction. Interesting, Well, that's
- 49:33Speaker 1: very nice. And your strengths are your goal oriented, you're sincere,
- 49:37Speaker 1: and you're technically skillful, which seems like they're like, yes,
- 49:44Speaker 1: you're isolated, your one track and you're a workaholic.
- 49:49Speaker 9: Sure, okay, those are kind of good weaknesses.
- 49:52Speaker 3: Yeah, sorry, isolate your weakness is green.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Let's let's see here, I'm let's see. Oh, so many
- 50:02Speaker 1: boring snoozes, I I know. Yeah.
- 50:07Speaker 3: Sam Huntington and I were born the same day, which
- 50:10Speaker 3: is very exciting to me because I love the film
- 50:14Speaker 3: Jungle to Jungle Growing and Sam Huntington plays the Sun
- 50:20Speaker 3: the lead in that, and I always found that very
- 50:24Speaker 3: exciting and years later we ended up being neighbors in
- 50:27Speaker 3: Sherman Oaks and I came at him so fast birthday
- 50:34Speaker 3: and he handled it with dignity.
- 50:39Speaker 6: Nice.
- 50:40Speaker 1: That's what you say on your first day of fifth grade. Yeah,
- 50:43Speaker 1: your new neighbor. Wow, but that's exciting. That's a good one.

- 51:08Speaker 1: that's not it. I was doing this so well.
- 51:10Speaker 9: It's hard with those gloves.
- 51:13Speaker 1: By the way, past them a cokay.
- 51:15Speaker 9: Please don't eat the one I'm eating.

- 51:30Speaker 1: Almost there, help me across the finish, like July first,
- 51:33Speaker 1: the day of emancipation.
- 51:35Speaker 9: No, it's just.
- 51:42Speaker 10: Not my book coded and kind of a fascinating way.
- 51:45Speaker 1: It is my book. Your strengths are your books at
- 51:47Speaker 1: gay black Okay. And by the way, we'll get to
- 51:54Speaker 1: the we'll get to your celebrity and you've got a
- 51:56Speaker 1: big one, but you're profound, giving and determined, you're troubled,
- 52:01Speaker 1: depressive and long suffering.

- 52:06Speaker 1: But you share a birthday with Princess Die.
- 52:09Speaker 4: Oh wow.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Yeah, what a wind for you, I think.
- 52:12Speaker 10: So.
- 52:14Speaker 9: I've said this multiple times on podcasts, and I'm sorry,
- 52:16Speaker 9: but I have to say I've met her.
- 52:19Speaker 10: No way I did.
- 52:20Speaker 1: You should have just said that at the beginning of
- 52:21Speaker 1: the podcast.
- 52:22Speaker 10: Just out of nowhere.
- 52:23Speaker 1: I met her a picture.
- 52:29Speaker 9: Yeah, when I was like ten years old.
- 52:33Speaker 4: She came.
- 52:34Speaker 9: I'm from Evanston, Illinois, and she came there to meet
- 52:36Speaker 9: with the president of Northwestern University and go to some
- 52:39Speaker 9: gala thing. And then she was. We knew where she
- 52:42Speaker 9: was going to be, and she was. She stood on
- 52:43Speaker 9: a corner and shook hands with them like a group
- 52:46Speaker 9: of people, and I shook her hand, and then I
- 52:48Speaker 9: rode my bike around going I shug her.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Hay, what was she wearing?
- 52:55Speaker 9: She was wearing a mint green blazer and skirt set
- 52:58Speaker 9: or pearls. And someone has found it on gutty images
- 53:01Speaker 9: and proven this all happened. Haven't dug deep enough to
- 53:04Speaker 9: see if there's a picture of me in the background.
- 53:06Speaker 1: But that is amazing. I was just talking about I
- 53:08Speaker 1: remember when she died. Does everyone want to know about that?
- 53:11Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 53:12Speaker 1: I was on my way to get a smoothie. You're
- 53:15Speaker 1: getting My family was going to get smoothies.
- 53:19Speaker 14: So it sounds like you remember that your family was
- 53:22Speaker 14: going to get smoothie.
- 53:24Speaker 1: The radio and then she ruined it. The radio is on.
- 53:29Speaker 1: I was supposed to be a fun night for a smoothie.
- 53:32Speaker 18: You're going for a strawberry rasmataz and I wanted a
- 53:36Speaker 18: lime sublime, and now the people's princess, it's just, oh brother,
- 53:43Speaker 18: can we turn that off?
- 53:45Speaker 1: Well, okay, we've got the birthdays? Is there anything left
- 53:47Speaker 1: to say about this? Over one million copies sold, that's
- 53:49Speaker 1: not a big number for a book.
- 53:52Speaker 9: Also, it's been around for like a million years.
- 53:54Speaker 1: I don't don't take that off.
- 53:56Speaker 3: Yeah, what edition though?
- 53:58Speaker 1: This is? I assume first, I assume this is the
- 54:01Speaker 1: first print.
- 54:01Speaker 9: That's the first print. Yeah, can I there's something else
- 54:05Speaker 9: in there in case you didn't like that.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Okay, let's see what's here. Okay, and you thought I
- 54:12Speaker 1: would like this more than the.
- 54:13Speaker 9: Book, Yeah, let me tell you. This is a great set.
- 54:19Speaker 9: This is a five dollars set. From Target, but it's
- 54:21Speaker 9: always sold out, so I had to get on a
- 54:23Speaker 9: wait list and notified, and I resock when I see
- 54:27Speaker 9: that they're coming back, and it makes a very big bubble.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Well, I think we should open it and get it
- 54:31Speaker 1: going here on at least would you mind doing this,
- 54:33Speaker 1: I'm sorry to drag. Or we could have the puzzle

- 55:10Speaker 1: Parents are screaming, how long is the show? How long
- 55:21Speaker 1: can bubbles carry a show? I'm asking for myself.
- 55:24Speaker 3: I think I think, I think printed in the program
- 55:27Speaker 3: is about eighty five minute runtime, Okay, really long, like
- 55:32Speaker 3: John Lennon's butt crack.
- 55:34Speaker 14: Yeah, I know that's right.
- 55:36Speaker 1: Oh, look on Lish is really good at doing chores

- 1:02:16Speaker 1: It's a genuinely good game.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: It was our marbles.

- 1:03:14Speaker 1: are you feeling?
- 1:03:15Speaker 9: You know when you're confident we're in it to win it.
- 1:03:17Speaker 9: We're doing great.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: This is.
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: Really look really look for the green of the billiard's table,
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: you know what I mean. I feel like that's really
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: gonna help you. It looks like we got a lot

- 1:03:29Speaker 9: But really find that puzzle.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: This was given to me on the podcast, and then
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: I was pressured into making it myself and it took
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: fifteen weeks. Wow, it was on my kitchen counter for
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: fifteen these Republican presidents just looking at me every day.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: It was a horrible experience.
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: Would you ever be the kind of person who, after
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: you finish a puzzle, you'd take a pose it and
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: put it on your wall.
- 1:03:49Speaker 10: You like frame it.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: I do have one of my dog. That's a sweet one. Okay,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: but I wouldn't pick well, you want to make sure.
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: I really love that story.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: I had a great beginning, middle of the folding, the descriptors.
- 1:04:06Speaker 9: That's who I am, my day of dignity, like.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: A bear getting into Okay, he's really mastered this opening.

- 1:04:22Speaker 10: This one is up to no good.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: This is a guy.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: Yeah, he's got red eyes and and.
- 1:04:32Speaker 14: Have any of them?
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Have any of you ever been snowmobiling? No? I have.
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: Does it involve Jane?
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: Jane and I had a troubling experience with another celebrity
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: on a snowmobile. Ask me about it later. I'm not
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: meant to snowmobile.
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: I'll just say I don't want to get one of that.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: I'm not strong enough, it's too cold, and I shouldn't
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: be operating something that's fast. So but give it a shot.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: I don't know. Okay, now, let's get this final one.

- 1:06:05Speaker 9: Great, yeah, don't lose track of that.
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: Of this set, you have three out of ten, now
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: three out of ten, and I wish for you to

- 1:06:27Speaker 4: Here's what I would do is I would get like
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: a bunch of animal toys from the dollar store.
- 1:06:31Speaker 10: I would set up zoos on the floor.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: Oh I like that.
- 1:06:34Speaker 14: And I don't think I ever really collected Oh, fossils,
- 1:06:36Speaker 14: like like fossils. I have fossils.

- 1:07:16Speaker 1: This is what I'll say about the lafufuo, and if
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: you haven't bought either, the nice thing about a lafufu
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: is that I think they have a superior package packaging
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: because you open like a potato chip bag, and that
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: there's nothing more satisfying than that. Yeah, this is a
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: little sleek er, a little bit more twenty twenty five,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: but uh, wonderful, beautiful.
- 1:07:35Speaker 10: There's nothing more satisfying than a pop.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Should we get into yours vini? Yeah, okay, bring it over.
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: I'm not coming to you.
- 1:07:42Speaker 14: And I would say, just kind of unwrap everything and
- 1:07:44Speaker 14: take it all out at once.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, right, okay. I really like this type of wrapping.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: By the way, I ran a whole our Amazon business
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: when I was interning in New York, where I would
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: take free CDs from work I'm so sorry and use
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: these and ship them all over the country. They would
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: be wrapped up in coupons. You would do what I would.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: I worked at David Letterman Show and they would get
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: free CDs and stuff, so I would take all of
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: those back to the apartment, and then I would wrap
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: them up in the circulars for the week and send
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: them across the country. And it worked. It was a
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: beautiful business.
- 1:08:18Speaker 9: Yes, that's really smart.
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: I profited.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: I profited.
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: You're like like like Columbia House, but Bridger House, Bridgerhouse.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: Yes, so this is a great type of wrapping paper.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: I suggest it for anyone. Okay, oh wait, what I mean,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: I'm baffled. It's okay, I should take it all out
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: at once.
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: Yes, it's for listeners. It's it's a it's a sort
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: of plastic bag that was wrapped in in the coupon
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: paper that looks like a plastic bag you get from
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: like a spirit Halloween store.
- 1:08:48Speaker 9: That's beautiful.
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: Seeing a raven a raven jet blacks.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Would you put this on me? Thank you?
- 1:08:58Speaker 10: Well, there's a little bit of a hairnet on it. Okay,
- 1:09:02Speaker 10: one of the little bit of a hearnet. You got it,
- 1:09:04Speaker 10: of course.
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: I'm what I'm seeing is sort of Madeline con clue.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Yeah, vibe Vinnie, what was this wig four?
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: Well, it was just the most delightful little shaking gough
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: kind of a ferocious little bob.
- 1:09:21Speaker 10: And I thought you might. I didn't know if you
- 1:09:23Speaker 10: had one kind of in your collection.
- 1:09:25Speaker 9: This is really good. Yeah, wow, that's beautiful.
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: I think everyone needs one that looking perfect.
- 1:09:35Speaker 10: It's really nice.
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: Could be Madeline con could be yeah.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Okay, And was this used for another costume or what?
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: No, it wasn't. It's one hundred percent human. Yeah, and
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: it was actually very expensive.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 1:09:50Speaker 7: Yes?
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Oh my god, it's a beautiful wig.
- 1:09:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:09:55Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, it's very so be careful with it, be
- 1:09:57Speaker 10: gentle with it.
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: Very careful.
- 1:09:59Speaker 10: It's yeah.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I can feel a different attitude for me already. Serious.
- 1:10:07Speaker 14: She don't got no pants on, she don't got no
- 1:10:12Speaker 14: panties on?
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: It all deal with Uh, do you have a lot
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: of wigs?
- 1:10:18Speaker 17: No?
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: So basically I got this because i'd gotten you the
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: other thing, and it felt almost as if you'd want
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: to wear it while you had this. Oh, I thought
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: it might be fun for you to, you know, if
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: you wanted to unwind and you know, take a break
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: and be someone else for a second. There's a lollipop
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: as well, because I thought it would round out the character.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: Very low la oh. It's a gorgeous mug with two
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: little pomeranium.
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: That is it's actually Javanchi. What the mug is Javanci
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: and it's expensive. Yeah, yes, no, I saw it in
- 1:11:02Speaker 4: the store and clearly someone made this for someone else's
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: a gift to those are clearly someone's owned Pomeranians. And
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: I was kind of inspired by who that person might be.
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: I mean, it clearly is a woman, sure, and maybe
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: her name is Linda, and maybe she works in hospital administration.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: Oh is that why she has the two suckers and
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: here like yeah, yeah, yeah, she gives those out take
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: a sucker before you go.
- 1:11:31Speaker 10: And the wig is part of it.
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: She has beautiful hair, but she wears wigs just because
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: she enjoys them.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: Right, Yeah. Did you get this at Goodwill? Because that
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: that to me, I'm asking because when you find something
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: that there's a very sad section of Goodwill where it's like, oh,
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: these were former gifts that someone thought about. And here's
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: what I.
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: Will say if even I did get it from goodwill,
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: But there is I was looking through Goodwill while I
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: was looking for that mug, and there was a book
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: that said for Tony.
- 1:11:58Speaker 14: Oh and one wonders.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: Do you remember what the book was? The book was
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: It was a whole bunch. It was a whole bunch
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: of New Yorker cartoons, but only the dog ones. It
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: was only dog New Yorker cartoons, and a whole bunch
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: of people had signed it for Tony. Oh so, I
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: don't know if Tony had a falling out with his
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: friend group, yeah, or if he'd like moved to another
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: country where that kind of thing isn't allowed. Those are
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: probably the only two options. And then of course they
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: saw this mug which had no information whatsoever. Besides the
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: two Pomeranians, which, based on the quality of the flooring,
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: have shortly passed away by now.
- 1:12:38Speaker 9: The picture is not even good.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: One of them's cut off and one's totally blown out.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, I mean, sir, if it was just the
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: only picture ever taken of these dogs, that's the question
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: I can I guess I can see why you would
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: get rid of this.
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: May I ask a process question? Just because it came
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: with two lollipops, yes, different flavors. One made it into
- 1:13:00Speaker 3: the wrapping with the mug, one made it with the wood. Question,
- 1:13:04Speaker 3: is there is there a connection there?
- 1:13:06Speaker 10: And that's a really great question, thank you.
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: Here's what happened is basically sometimes every now and then
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: I get a sandwich from a sub sandwich place and
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: they give you a free lollipop with the meal. Wow,
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: I've done it twice in the past couple of weeks.
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: And so I do have two lollipops.
- 1:13:20Speaker 9: And they're very different.
- 1:13:21Speaker 10: And they're very different.
- 1:13:22Speaker 9: It's not like they just have one big bulk bag
- 1:13:23Speaker 9: that they're handing out. These are like, No, this week
- 1:13:25Speaker 9: we're doing caramel apple pops, and last week it was
- 1:13:28Speaker 9: blue Ras.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: Oh, now blue Ras, blue Ras.
- 1:13:31Speaker 9: This was where it was at.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: It's a classic flavor. Everyone loves it. There's no one
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: that doesn't like it. There's no one.
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: I go to the mug and I had forgotten that
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: that lollipop was in there, and I was looking around
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: my house, so fuck, go, fuck go, fuck I can't
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: find a lollipop.
- 1:13:43Speaker 10: I meant to bock the lot and and then I
- 1:13:45Speaker 10: find the.
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: Second lollipop and I think, okay, perfect, I'll just throw
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: this in the bag.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: Perfect. What I want to know the sub sandwich place
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: that's really great service.
- 1:13:53Speaker 10: Love and sandwiches.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: Okay, it's very good.
- 1:13:55Speaker 10: Get the Dutch crunch bread.
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: Oh, I love a Dutch crunch. What a texture what
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: a flavor. Well, I've got my wig on. Do either
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: of you have any wigs?
- 1:14:03Speaker 9: I have many?
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: You have many? That makes sense.
- 1:14:05Speaker 9: You have a favorite, Yeah, to have a favorite, I have,
- 1:14:09Speaker 9: you know, I have just a lot of them are
- 1:14:11Speaker 9: in terrible condition because I just used them for sketches
- 1:14:13Speaker 9: and I've never washed any of that. I never brushed them.
- 1:14:16Speaker 9: That was not part of the deal. So there's one
- 1:14:18Speaker 9: that's like it's like it's like a mullet, but it
- 1:14:20Speaker 9: has like a lot of hair sticking up on top too.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I love that one.
- 1:14:24Speaker 9: It makes you look really uning.
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: Yeah, my favorite. My favorite was was mullet ish. It
- 1:14:29Speaker 3: was like very curly, like tight curls, but but voluptuous
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: and sort of like sandy blonde. That was a real
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: go to. And then the other one that I really
- 1:14:38Speaker 3: held onto for a while was just like a wizard's
- 1:14:40Speaker 3: wig and beard because it was the easiest Halloween cost
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: a wizard grove. It's just Jammy's on the street for.
- 1:14:48Speaker 9: It's really hard to get rid of those. I can't
- 1:14:49Speaker 9: get rid of them. I just go like these are
- 1:14:52Speaker 9: it's too good. I don't know, just for just one
- 1:14:54Speaker 9: day when I'm being silly, even at this.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: Point, get rid of wigs.
- 1:14:57Speaker 9: Yeah, and who wants my old nasty way.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: Yeah, it is something you just kind of have to
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: keep for the rest of your life.
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: No, it's my old nasty wig, my old nasty wig.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: Well, I feel like I've got my wig on, I've
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: got my laboo boos. I have everything I could possibly
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: ever wish for. I think we should play a game. Yay,
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: We're gonna play a gift or curse. I do not
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: need a number from any of you because I've got
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: our game pieces set to go. So we let's see here.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Let's get into it. I I gotta get into the dock. Now.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: This is how we play gift or a curse, and
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: you all have to be careful. I'm gonna name a
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: few things. We'll see how how I feel, and you're
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: gonna tell me if they're a gift or a curson why,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: and I'll tell if you're right or wrong, and then
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: we'll see who wins because there are correct answers. Okay,
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: first up, be very careful. Okay, First up, constellations and
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: this is from a listener named Sam. Gift or a Curse. Constellations, Lauren, oh,
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: I would say it's a gift because it makes you
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: feel like there's some sense of purpose in the world. Okay,
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: oh universe, okay, taran.
- 1:16:08Speaker 3: Curse for two reasons, almost the inverse of what, like
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: they don't really grant light, Like if there's a light
- 1:16:14Speaker 3: on anywhere near you, you're not gonna see them anyway,
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: so they're worthless for that. But also like to see them,
- 1:16:20Speaker 3: like and then find out what they are. They're far away,
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: they might not even exist anymore, Like they're nothing, Like
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: they literally are nothing. But also when I think of constellations,
- 1:16:29Speaker 3: I think of like constellation stickers that glow and are
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: stuck on your ceiling, and like every time you try
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: to move and get those off, it peels the pain right,
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: and it's you don't get your deposit back.
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: Okay, Vinny, I think constellations are a curse in the
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: sense that those people are lying when they say that
- 1:16:47Speaker 4: those stars look like what they're saying they look like
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: that's true, that's ridiculous.
- 1:16:51Speaker 10: They don't look like a hunter. That's incredibly stupid.
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: When I see people draw out those lines, it's like,
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: get a.
- 1:16:57Speaker 10: Grip, Yeah, get a grip.
- 1:17:00Speaker 9: There's a really long space and.
- 1:17:04Speaker 10: The handles all bent like this. Yeah, what are you
- 1:17:07Speaker 10: using that to dip into.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: Goofy Oh, you're correct, curse the second gift left my mouth.
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: I knew they don't exist. Yeah, I mean, I agree
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: with Vinnie. They're not real. Somebody made them up, and
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: now a bunch of people have gotten tricked into thinking
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: they're real. I've anytime I've ever said, oh I see it,
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: I didn't see it. I simply didn't see the constellation.
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: I just wanted to move on with my night. So
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: it's a curse. Two of you have gotten points. Lauren,
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: you're behind.
- 1:17:38Speaker 12: That sucks.
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: Okay, it sucks pretty bad.
- 1:17:40Speaker 9: That's hard.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: It's tough for you. Let's do a quick puzzle check in.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: Oh whoa, I mean I've okay, sure there are pieces
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: that have been hooked together. Okay, let's get into the
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: second one here.
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: This is from listening.
- 1:17:56Speaker 10: Easy, you keep checking in. It's so dispiriting. I'm hoping
- 1:18:01Speaker 10: for America.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: Okay, okay. This is from a listener named Caitlin. Gift
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: or a curse. Putting on deodorant after putting on your clothes.
- 1:18:13Speaker 9: I think it's a gift. I did it today, Okay,
- 1:18:17Speaker 9: I actually usually do put it on after I put
- 1:18:19Speaker 9: on my clothes. But I don't necessarily go she's putting
- 1:18:21Speaker 9: it on the shirt. I mean, I'll go under the shirt.
- 1:18:24Speaker 9: I'll get in there. It's a gift, though, it's like,
- 1:18:27Speaker 9: you know, it's my last bit of self cash before
- 1:18:30Speaker 9: I leave.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: Absolute gift. You got to put the shirt on first.
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: It's all about control. What would you rather have, like
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: maybe a little smudge around the inner sleeve of your
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: shirt or a huge streak of the side as you
- 1:18:45Speaker 3: pull it down over your body.
- 1:18:47Speaker 10: Yeah, you know what?
- 1:18:48Speaker 4: And I was going to say curse, but now I
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: do think it's a gift because if I'm putting deodoran
- 1:18:53Speaker 4: on when I have my clothes on, it means that
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: last minute.
- 1:18:55Speaker 10: I remembered to do it.
- 1:18:56Speaker 14: Yeah. Yeah, if I'm doing it means I remember, And
- 1:19:00Speaker 14: that's a blessing.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: It's a gift. I think. I'm actually shocked that this
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: was brought up for a long time.
- 1:19:06Speaker 3: I did it before you.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Get the streak, and also the the way you two
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: are describing it is you're putting it through the sleeve.
- 1:19:14Speaker 3: Under the shirt up under. I still find that there's
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: there's high risk of smudging on the way up. You
- 1:19:20Speaker 3: really got a guide it close to the tor show
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: through the sleeve. Unless you're wearing a long sleeve, then
- 1:19:26Speaker 3: you must you must go through torso. But a short
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: sleeve you just have quicker access. And again it's being
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: hidden between bicep and lateral right.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: Does that makes sense?
- 1:19:38Speaker 14: I think I always roll mine up.
- 1:19:40Speaker 10: You guys, don't bunch your shirt up and roll it
- 1:19:42Speaker 10: up and hike it.
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: Out a greaser so.
- 1:19:46Speaker 9: I don't need my tits out while I put the
- 1:19:48Speaker 9: deodoran on, So I don't do that. You've never read
- 1:19:52Speaker 9: the directions over your head like Amelia Badelia, she's too literal.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: No, I think that's a gift. I mean I tell
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: every everyone should do that, and I guess if you
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: had the spray, you could go. But I've never I
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: don't have the spray. Anyone do the spray because I'm curious.
- 1:20:12Speaker 9: Like like when I do my like workout classes, some
- 1:20:14Speaker 9: of the places will have like the spray if you
- 1:20:16Speaker 9: are in a pinch. I guess that's the best situation.
- 1:20:18Speaker 9: I don't think anyone's using spray every day.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Anybody, Okay, why.
- 1:20:21Speaker 10: Would you use the spray?
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: It's like you're a cow being sprayed with pesticide or something.
- 1:20:25Speaker 14: It just feels it feels very agricultural.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Clap. Clap if you use the bar oh, interesting enough response.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: Actually clap if you use the spray, well, we found him,
- 1:20:39Speaker 3: We found them them and then cows your cows.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: Absolutely not the entire audience with that, either of those.
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: So there's a huge Some people don't do anything. They've
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: got another there.
- 1:20:53Speaker 10: You use the salt stick.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: Some of you are using a crystal.
- 1:20:56Speaker 9: That was and just like that.
- 1:20:58Speaker 10: Yeah, okay, which one of you is using oil? Raise
- 1:21:00Speaker 10: your head?
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: What is the salt stick?
- 1:21:03Speaker 9: It's like it's like using like you know, like a
- 1:21:05Speaker 9: salt lamp. Okay, yes, it's like using a crystal on
- 1:21:08Speaker 9: your armpit that it goes away. Crystal smells like ship.
- 1:21:17Speaker 9: Crystal smells like like a fucking b oh all right.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: This third one is from a listener named Eric Gift
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: to a curse when a man and when a man
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: and a woman are shopping at the mall together and
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: while the woman browses at the more feminine stores, the
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: men waits just outside.
- 1:21:34Speaker 9: This is a curse.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: Look at this asshole.
- 1:21:36Speaker 9: This is so this is so annoying, Like this makes
- 1:21:40Speaker 9: you feel the pressure, like you have to shop like quickly.
- 1:21:42Speaker 9: Like it's like, oh we're bored. I'm bored and gonna
- 1:21:44Speaker 9: get out of here. Like I hate that, Like stay home, please,
- 1:21:47Speaker 9: stay home. I don't want you near me if you're
- 1:21:50Speaker 9: going to be mad about everything I'm doing, like.
- 1:21:54Speaker 3: A full curse, full curse. Binary is a myth and
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: we need to break down the system. Also for them all,
- 1:22:03Speaker 3: you're just like breaking up foot traffic in such an
- 1:22:05Speaker 3: annoying way, like stay with your party. Yeah that way,
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: I can work my way around the jacket rack. But
- 1:22:10Speaker 3: if you're coming at me from two different sections and
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: it's just it's just an absolute disaster waiting to happen.
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: Okay, Finny, This is tricky because ultimately it is a
- 1:22:21Speaker 4: gift for women not to have him in the store.
- 1:22:26Speaker 10: I think that is a gift.
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: But the phenomenon itself, I think is a curse and
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: also dips into some weird heterosexual thing where you're like, I.
- 1:22:34Speaker 14: Can't be in the store that has women in it.
- 1:22:36Speaker 4: Yeah, that would be gay, and I'm not sure that's
- 1:22:40Speaker 4: how that works.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: So curse across the board for the three of you.
- 1:22:46Speaker 14: Wrong.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: What Look, you're talking to a real guys. Guy, while
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: my lady's shopping, I'm checking out what else is available,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: I'm wandering eyes. Yeah, that's the only time I'm I
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: get away from my wife a few minutes to look
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: for another wife. So I think it's a gift and
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: you all missed the point.
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: What a disappointing factor in your your.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: Listen. You missed the point. I was not keeping track
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: of points. Oh, I think who feels like they lost?
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: I lost.
- 1:23:33Speaker 9: I definitely.
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: Imagine if your wife goes to Auntie Anne's and you
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: go to wels.
- 1:23:44Speaker 9: Is For fucking dudes, I'm not buying some antis pretzel.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: Okay, we have to have a tie breaker. This is
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: from a listener named Emily. Gift or a curse waking
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: up moments before your alarm goes off.
- 1:24:01Speaker 9: Oh, it's a It's it's two things. Because it's a
- 1:24:06Speaker 9: gift because you don't have to hear the alarm sound,
- 1:24:08Speaker 9: which is so triggering and upsetting. It's a curse because
- 1:24:11Speaker 9: you missed out in those two extra minutes of sleep.
- 1:24:14Speaker 9: So I think I'm gonna go with.
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: Curse.
- 1:24:20Speaker 3: Curse Okay, yeah, a full self inflicted curse. That's literally
- 1:24:24Speaker 3: what it is. Is like you're cursing yourself the night
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: before by setting the alarm, You're cursing, you're dooming yourself
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: to not allow it to perform its function, and you're
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: robbing yourself of precious moments of rest.
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: Okay, first of all, I'll say I think it's a gift. Second,
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: I'd like to say the way this man is looking
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: at this clock, they are Yeah, they are gonna mess
- 1:24:48Speaker 4: it up later.
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: I'll say that.
- 1:24:50Speaker 9: It's like the movie Her, but it's analog because.
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: Those sheets are gonna be covered in gears.
- 1:24:58Speaker 14: I do think it's a gift because what you're doing
- 1:25:01Speaker 14: is you're you're winning.
- 1:25:03Speaker 10: You're winning in a competition with the clock.
- 1:25:06Speaker 14: To beat the clock is to offend the clock.
- 1:25:08Speaker 4: Then this is its one function and you're beating it
- 1:25:11Speaker 4: that and the clock is your worst enemy, you know
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: what I mean.
- 1:25:15Speaker 10: It destroys your sleep every night.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: So when you get one over on the clock, that's
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: giving gift down the house.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: The house, Vinny wins, it's a gift.
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: It's a classic man versus machine And we all have
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: to stay on our toes and if that means waking
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: up before our alarm clock, that's that's a little win
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: against the machines. So you get you win and you
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: to lose completely.
- 1:25:44Speaker 9: I can't accept that.
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: Okay, wow, okay, Well, let's check in on the puzzle
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: real quick.
- 1:25:51Speaker 3: Okay, the same Wow, okay, it is more organized now.
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: I've been doing a.
- 1:25:57Speaker 10: Puzzle for one hour.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: Okay, let's at us.
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: Like, not a ton of movement on completion, but so
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: much better for organization.
- 1:26:05Speaker 10: Yeah, my god, Oh, they've hardly touched their cookie.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: I do. It's disappointing to see that. But they're hard workers, and.
- 1:26:11Speaker 9: You gave them one cookie to share.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: No, no, the other one's off camera. Lord, I'm gonna
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: go take a closer look, just to make sure. What's
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: to see what's happening? Okay, you two, let's see. Well,
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: if I gave you another two minutes, do you think
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: you could get it done? Okay, well, look it's time
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: for you to to give up. They won the game.
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: Come up here, come up here. Okay, let's say we've
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: got some prizes for them. Where do I Where did
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: I put the prizes? Oh? They're right here. Okay, close
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: your eyes. Okay, follow me. Let's see about you two gods.
- 1:26:58Speaker 9: These bags have been through.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: Okay, let's see here. Okay, these bags, these were the
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: biggest winners on the voting. So first of all, let's say,
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: who wants what you have to You worked as a
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: team and now I'm tearing you apart. You want the
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: red okay, this, let's see what's in here? Okay, So I.
- 1:27:24Speaker 9: Think that you opened the gift for them too.
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: There's a lot of explaining. Oh, first of all, you
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: got for a new mug, and this again the product
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: launch of the new mug, so that's great. And then
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: now this is a special gift. This let's stand up here.
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: Let's see here. This says this t shirt blunked today's
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: forecast chance of bridger. This came from the wonderful Karen
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: Cheese and I don't want to give it up, but
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: I'm going to give it to you for the puzzle.
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: And okay. And then there's a sticker in there somewhere,
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: so you take that. Okay, And now, okay, now what
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: je cats. Let's it's not that you got the mug.
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: You got a sticker. Then you got a pair of
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: knee socks that are Raphael from Ninja Turtles. I've only
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: worn them once, and not out on the town, just
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: around the house. So they're clean and they're for you.
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: Do you to have anything to say about the puzzle?
- 1:28:25Speaker 9: Well, you put it in good effort, but we weren't there.
- 1:28:28Speaker 14: What is.
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: Oh my, it's me, Oh my god, the.
- 1:28:35Speaker 19: Ghost of Richard Nixon.
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: Richard Nixon. That's right, I'm not a cry You may
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: remember me from water game.
- 1:28:52Speaker 3: You two did such a good job sitting and organizing
- 1:28:57Speaker 3: and pretending to put the puzzles in the other.
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: That it brought me back and finally.
- 1:29:04Speaker 9: I could clear my name.
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: I came up with peace.
