Speaker 1: It was an hour drive.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: Well, actually not quite.
• 1:39
Speaker 1: It was about a 50-minute drive from Sugar Land down here to San Leon, and for you it's 30 minutes.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: And I have to tell you it's a squiggly line to get from I-45 out here, because you can't get here from there, because this is a point along the bay that is basically there's Galveston Bay, there's Trinity Bay.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: This little point right here kind of divides the two.
• 2:04
Speaker 1: The water doesn't divide the two.
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: There's Trinity Bay.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: This little point right here kind of divides the two.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: The water doesn't divide the two, it's the water.
• 2:08
Speaker 1: But this is a fishing hole, if you will.
• 2:13
Speaker 1: So you think you're Moses?
• 2:14
Speaker 1: Are you going to split the?
• 2:15
Speaker 1: I don't think anything like that.
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: Okay, all right.
• 2:18
Speaker 1: No, that wouldn't be me, that would be Mars.
• 2:20
Speaker 1: It's our video expert.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: Okay, isn't that right, Mr Mars?
• 2:28
Speaker 1: Well, no, Hi how are you?
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: I'm great.
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: How are you?
• 2:37
Speaker 1: What are you doing down there, Mars?
• 2:40
Speaker 2: I am getting situated.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: We don't have any Zoom callers this morning.
• 2:45
Speaker 2: No, we do not.
• 2:45
Speaker 2: We have guests lined up, though, yeah.
• 2:48
Speaker 1: So I think that the gentleman that Jeff and I met earlier with the red Corvette is that you.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: Is that you sitting over there?
• 2:57
Speaker 1: You're the one with the red Corvette.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm talking to you, are you?
• 3:02
  Speaker 1: Are you, ed?
• 3:02
Speaker 1: I'm talking to you.
• 3:03
Speaker 1: I saw them walk by here.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: Maybe I'm talking to you, are you?
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: Are you, ed?
• 3:06
Speaker 1: I'm talking to you.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: I saw them walk by here.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: Maybe they went up to register, but somebody's got to go down and get them and you passed by their car, mr Morris, and it really is that, marvin Marvin.
• 3:17
  Speaker 2: Is that you?
• 3:18
  Speaker 2: No, Hello Marvin.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: Anyway, somebody is going to.
• 3:20
Speaker 1: There's five of us sitting here.
• 3:22
Speaker 1: Somebody is going to go down and get our first guest.
• 3:25
  Speaker 1: I'll go.
• 3:25
  Speaker 1: Okay, please do.
• 3:29
  Speaker 1: It's a red Corvette.
• 3:34
Speaker 1: Mike Woody, by the way, is the local entrepreneur of the Auto Appraisal Network here in town and he, in conjunction with Topwater Grill and with the American Pontiac Association, have put this show together.
• 3:48
  Speaker 1: That's Woody's redone.
• 3:51
  Speaker 1: Is it a 55?
• 3:52
  Speaker 1: Is it a 55 Pontiac?
• 3:54
Speaker 2: Kind of looks that way, sort of maybe, yeah, could be.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: At any rate, he's had it repainted and done all sorts of stuff.
• 4:00
Speaker 2: Well, he's only had a part of it painted.
• 4:01
Speaker 2: I think it was the top part, didn't he?
• 4:04
Speaker 1: I don't know, is it really important?
• 4:05
Speaker 2: Well, he mentioned, it's painted, not the whole car.
• 4:08
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 4:08
Speaker 1: It doesn't make any difference.
• 4:09
  Speaker 1: It's a beautiful car, 56.
• 4:13
  Speaker 1: 56.
• 4:14
Speaker 1: I missed it by a year, thank you.
• 4:15
Speaker 2: The car just spoke to us.
• 4:18
  Speaker 1: It did.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: It did In a very nice female voice.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: So the classes of cars here include cars and trucks from 1920 the year you were born, mike through 20 yeah, three years 2004 1820 yeah and mars is speaking to us from the grave this morning.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: Awards for best show, best, best engine and best paint, best truck, best rat rod and best import 40 awards in total are going to be handed out today.
• 4:51
Speaker 1: If you're one of the first 50 to register, you got a free t-shirt.
• 4:56
Speaker 1: And, of course, topwater Grill has some really good food, has some really good food, including some salads, down there that's in the pavilion and in the restaurant.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: Do not bring alcohol, because they're selling alcohol, and let me just say cheers to everyone.
• 5:14
Speaker 1: They make really good Bloody Marys.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: Cheers to you, cheers to you.
• 5:19
Speaker 1: We have a special guest in the audience today.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: It's the only guest we have in the audience.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: His name is Jeff Heitzman.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: Jeff and I worked together at KPRC Radio way back when.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: When were you hired there?
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: 80s, you were 78?
• 5:36
  Speaker 1: Because I started in 75.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: We're dating ourselves and you're younger than me.
• 5:43
  Speaker 2: That's all right.
• 5:43
Speaker 2: You always liked youngers youngers?
• 5:46
Speaker 1: no, but we worked with somebody that did, and david and I met at kprc radio and he knows exactly what we're talking about.
• 5:56
Speaker 1: So at any rate, there's still room for registration $30 per car and there's no pre-registration.
• 6:08
Speaker 1: So you bring $30, bring your car up to the front gate, hand them the $30, and they say, come on in, and you pull your car in there and then you are officially in competition once you come up here to register.
• 6:18
Speaker 1: But coming up here to register is really a show in itself, because you're going to pass by all of the cars that have now taken up all of the waterside space and it's all spilled over, so to speak, into the main parking lot for Topwater Grill.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, now in a couple of weeks we are going to be at the Good Grub and Gears car show and that's going to be in Stevenson Park in Friendswood.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: How far is that from your house, david?
• 6:46
Speaker 1: Why don't you put your headset on and talk to us online?
• 6:48
Speaker 2: I thought you sleep in the park.
• 6:49
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, he does do that.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, so how far away is Stevenson Park from your house?
• 6:56
  Speaker 2: Three miles.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Three miles, are you serious?
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: Yeah, well, better.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: Yet why don't we just bypass the car show and just come to your garage?
• 7:04
Speaker 1: Sure, come to the house.
• 7:05
Speaker 2: Absolutely, let's do it.
• 7:07
Speaker 1: We could take a look at your new fence that you put up in the backyard.
• 7:10
Speaker 1: Yeah, Come on All right.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: Also, not to take away from this show, but in two weeks the Good Grub and Gears Car Show and Fall Festival, which, by the way, is an event put on by the Space City Corvette Club.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: It's going to be a rain or shine event, public welcome, open to all makes and models of cars.
• 7:32
Speaker 1: Entry fee is $40, $45 the day of, and so you can go online and register at SpaceCityCorvetteClubcom.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: Okay, the event in two weeks is going to be from 8.30 am until 3 pm.
• 7:56
Speaker 1: Registration is 8.30 am to 11 am and once again we'll be doing a three-hour show, kind of like today's show.
• 8:01
Speaker 1: So we extended it by an hour to get into the 1 o'clock hour.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: We just thought that it would be better for everybody, including you, at home or wherever you're watching, whether you're watching on the stream or a podcast or whatever.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: That make it easier for everybody.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: So you get out and about and you can listen to this fabulous show.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, you can't see it, but right off of the screen is the in-wheel time truck that Mars drives from neederville, and notice he hasn't said anything.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: He's been really quiet over there, he's.
• 8:34
Speaker 2: I've got him working on something for me do you?
• 8:35
  Speaker 2: Yeah, what's that?
• 8:36
Speaker 2: He's doing my taxes, you want me to do yours?
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: I no, don't touch mine.
• 8:44
Speaker 1: It only took me six months to get my refund back Six months, and I want to thank my CPA for dumping me in the grease.
• 8:54
  Speaker 1: But that's okay.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: I'm sure he's not listening to the show.
• 8:57
Speaker 2: I'm sorry I brought it up.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: Yeah, well, we are too.
• 9:01
Speaker 1: So we passed some really cool rides here today.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: One of them and I'm hoping we're going to have that guest that's you.
• 9:14
Speaker 1: Sit down right there, put on a headset.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: We've been looking for you.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: Like you, you didn't pay attention to the clock, did you Close?
• 9:25
  Speaker 1: Close.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: You know this is broadcasting, and the only thing that's close in broadcasting is he doesn't have enough Extension.
• 9:37
Speaker 2: Well, nobody put the extension in.
• 9:38
Speaker 2: Pull your chair up over here.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, if you just do some work for us here, will you?
• 9:43
Speaker 1: Do a little watch Hoosie.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: Hey, honey, this is for you.
• 9:46
Speaker 1: Come on over here.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, just so you can.
• 9:48
Speaker 1: We'll work on getting an extension here.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: There you go, thank you.
• 9:52

Speaker 1: Correct and lucky you.
• 10:25
  Speaker 2: In San Leon.
• 10:27
  Speaker 1: At San Leon.
• 10:28
  Speaker 2: That place too.
• 10:30
Speaker 3: Clear Lake, clear Lake.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: You're as bad as he is.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: You're all wearing Clear Lake.
• 10:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, very good.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: So we want to talk about your car, because I noticed your car as I was coming back from the bathroom earlier today and I was very impressed with your car well, thank you so please tell everybody what your car is it is a 94 Chevrolet corvette convertible just turned 20 000 miles wow it was a brickyard 400 parade car.
• 11:03
Speaker 3: Uh, it was the first brickyard where jeff gordon won that that was the, that was the race yes, and that car is where the drivers sat in and went around the track.
• 11:11
Speaker 3: Yeah, wade, you know, did their beautiful wave?
• 11:13
  Speaker 3: Yeah, and how?
• 11:13
  Speaker 1: did you acquire?
• 11:14
Speaker 1: How long ago did you acquire 2017, 2017?
• 11:16
Speaker 1: Did you acquire it?
• 11:16
Speaker 1: How long ago did you acquire it?
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: 2017.
• 11:18
  Speaker 1: 2017.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: Did you buy it from the?
• 11:22
  Speaker 3: owner of.
• 11:23
Speaker 3: I bought it from a gentleman that, god bless his soul had cancer and he wanted somebody to have the legacy of that car to continue on, and so I committed to it.
• 11:33
Speaker 3: And here we are today.
• 11:35
  Speaker 3: Well, it's a beautiful car.
• 11:37
Speaker 3: Well, I'm going to give my dad credit to why it's beautiful.
• 11:40
Speaker 3: My dad has a 41 split-window Cadillac that won the World of Wheels.
• 11:44
Speaker 3: Jeff, did you hear that?
• 11:45
Speaker 1: No, I'm sorry, okay, go ahead.
• 11:49
Speaker 3: He also has a 55 Chevrolet convertible that he's owned since he was 18.
• 11:53
Speaker 3: My parents just turned 85 and 86.
• 11:56
Speaker 3: God bless their souls.
• 11:57
Speaker 3: And he is a car fanatic.
• 11:59
Speaker 3: His garage is a museum and when I bought that car I said I'm going to start taking it to shows.
• 12:04
Speaker 3: He says no, son, you're not going to take that to shows.
• 12:07
Speaker 3: There's just no way it's going to happen.
• 12:09
Speaker 3: So we decided to take it to his garage and put it upon.
• 12:13
Speaker 3: Jack Stans took it all apart and detailed it from underneath.
• 12:17
Speaker 3: That's why that car looks the way it does today.
• 12:20
Speaker 1: Did it need detailing?
• 12:21
Speaker 1: It only had 20,000 miles on it.
• 12:23
Speaker 1: Did they run it in the rain or something, or?
• 12:26
  Speaker 3: snow.
• 12:26
Speaker 3: He said this car will never win at a show unless we detail it to the T.
• 12:31
Speaker 1: Well, that could be.
• 12:32
Speaker 3: And he said it's got to look brand new.
• 12:34
Speaker 3: So that's what we did.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: It took us a month.
• 12:37
  Speaker 1: It did it.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: And when you say you took it all apart, you didn't take the body panels off we took.
• 12:43
Speaker 3: We took all the wheels off, we took all the uh, the hood, everything inside, all the easy stuff to get off, and then, uh, redid the hole underneath uh, actually he did and uh, stained, took a uh uh drill and did all the pipes to make it all.
• 12:59
  Speaker 3: I mean, he's so detail-orientated, it's crazy.
• 13:03
Speaker 3: What did your dad do for a living?
• 13:06
Speaker 3: My dad was a.
• 13:07
Speaker 3: He did all the floor planning for all the dealers.
• 13:09
Speaker 3: He was a car guy and he did all the floor planning for all the dealers in the state of Indiana.
• 13:14
  Speaker 1: Nice.
• 13:16
Speaker 3: That's when dealers couldn't afford to own the cars which they own, which pretty much they do today.
• 13:20
Speaker 3: Yeah, and he's always been a car guy all his life and that Cadillac, or the 55 he's owned since he was 18.
• 13:26
Speaker 3: And it's just flat gorgeous.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: Well, that car is gorgeous.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: I can only imagine his own collection and I really was impressed, and I'm a corvette guy.
• 13:41
Speaker 1: I've owned corvettes for a long, long time, many different ones.
• 13:46
Speaker 1: The one I currently have is an o1.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: It's a driver and um, it's black on black, six speed.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: It's pretty much stock.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: I mean it's some accoutrements on it that are not, but you could put it back to stock instantly in one day.
• 14:01
Speaker 1: But I appreciated the car the instant that I saw it.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: It drew me to it.
• 14:06
Speaker 3: Thank you very much, I appreciate it.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: Car fetish from your dad.
• 14:09
  Speaker 1: I did.
• 14:10
Speaker 1: I did with my dad too.
• 14:12
Speaker 1: My dad had an old DeSoto that you could barely keep it running back in the day, and he would get out there and work on it in the dead of winter in Wisconsin.
• 14:19
Speaker 1: You know about winters up there in the Midwest and you know he rebuilt engines out there in the driveway no garage, and just to keep the thing running.
• 14:31
Speaker 1: So mom would have wheels, you know, and so that's how I think I got it.
• 14:36
Speaker 1: And he worked for an engine company called Walker Shaw Motor Company, and so I guess I got the, the oil, grease and gasoline in my veins from the very beginning yeah and so I get it.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: You know you the car fetish for your dad transferred to you, and I'm glad that you appreciate cars I most definitely.
• 14:59
  Speaker 3: I bet my.
• 15:00
Speaker 3: My first one was a 69 camaro ss396.
• 15:02
Speaker 3: I wish I still had that car, don't you?
• 15:05
  Speaker 3: Um, yes, unfortunately.
• 15:08
  Speaker 3: Uh, it had.
• 15:09
Speaker 1: It went bye-bye for some reason made bad decisions too in my day and I've lost some things that, uh, I really regret.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: But um, that's good to know that you had a 69 SS yeah.
• 15:21
Speaker 3: Yeah, I do have.
• 15:22
Speaker 3: At least I still have pictures of it.
• 15:24
Speaker 3: You know my plate was my 69 SS had that for years and that was another one.
• 15:31
Speaker 3: My dad was that 55 that he had.
• 15:33
Speaker 3: He dragged race that car at Indianapolis Raceway Park and that car still has.
• 15:39
Speaker 3: You can, underneath is the same way, but it's got the dumps.
• 15:43
Speaker 3: If you ever ask somebody to go up and say, hey, what is that?
• 15:45
Speaker 3: These people they don't know.
• 15:47
Speaker 3: The younger generation did not have a clue what dumps mean.
• 15:51
Speaker 3: I didn't either, and so the dumps are pretty cool Was it a handle?
• 15:57
Speaker 3: No, he's got two screws he takes the caps off and comes down.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: The first one that I saw had a handle and it was down on the floor and you just twisted the handle and that took care of it.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: And which car was that?
• 16:14
  Speaker 3: The 55 Chevy the 55.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: While Jeff was over there fiddling with the wires, his dad also has a Cadillac 41 split window.
• 16:23
  Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
• 16:25
Speaker 3: I think this has the engine that's in it was the World War II tanks.
• 16:31
  Speaker 3: That's what's in it.
• 16:32
Speaker 3: They made this car and that's the motor that it came in it.
• 16:35
  Speaker 2: Is it 41?
• 16:36
  Speaker 3: 41.
• 16:38
  Speaker 1: Wow, nice.
• 16:41
Speaker 2: I'm going to show you a picture here in a minute.
• 16:42
Speaker 2: Okay, you used to buy those cutoffs or cutouts from jc whitney and they were.
• 16:47
Speaker 2: They had a cable that you could pull and and do it.
• 16:50
  Speaker 2: I think that's the use.
• 16:51

• 22:26
Speaker 2: Haven't had one in quite some time, but here we go.
• 22:28
Speaker 2: Andretti hands over control of the race team to his business partner for the formula one plans michael andretti.
• 22:35
Speaker 2: Well, that's the only one left.
• 22:36
Speaker 2: Well, his dad, but we know michael andretti has restructured andretti global to give the co-owner, dan torres, control of the organization, while andretti stays a strategic advisor for the team.
• 22:47
Speaker 2: Andretti in 2023, confirmed that he sold part of the company to Torres, which is owner of GameBridge, a holding company Group 1001.
• 22:57
Speaker 2: Gamebridge is actually the premier sponsor for Indy 500, or the Indy Racing League, so as CEO and chairman of Global, his name stays on it, but Torres became part owner of the group.
• 23:11
Speaker 2: He's going to transition to a more strategic role with N2, the day-to-day activities and is the key ambassador.
• 23:18
  Speaker 2: Check this out.
• 23:19
Speaker 2: Andretti is bought, or is investing in an AI company called Zapata, which is part of a motorsports team as well.
• 23:27
Speaker 2: So it's still kind of in limbo, but there's more to follow once Andretti gives us more detail.
• 23:33
  Speaker 2: Okay.
• 23:34
  Speaker 1: There you go.
• 23:34
  Speaker 2: Thank you, sir.
• 23:36
Speaker 1: Time now for this hour's car review.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: I had a chance to drive a very interesting SUV.
• 23:41
  Speaker 1: It's the brand-new 2024 Buick Invista.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: It comes in the Preferred the Sport Touring.
• 23:50
Speaker 1: It's the brand-new 2024 Buick Invista, comes in the Preferred, the Sport Touring and the Avenir trim levels.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: Of course, I had the Avenir.
• 23:57
Speaker 1: This is what the government calls a small station wagon.
• 23:59
Speaker 1: We call it a compact SUV.
• 24:00
Speaker 1: Here on the In Real Time Show Seats five people, including the driver.
• 24:04
Speaker 1: This is an all-new vehicle for Buick in 2024.
• 24:07
Speaker 1: Sharpest exterior from Buick in a long, long time Clean, sharp front fascia with squinty front headlights, fast back roofline and chrome rear bumper treatment.
• 24:21
Speaker 1: When's the last time you saw what we call a bumper in chrome?
• 24:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's going away.
• 24:28
Speaker 1: They're not doing it.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: Looking wheels on the Avenir very upscale looking.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: What I liked about it?
• 24:33
Speaker 1: Something like designs direct from today's high-styling studio.
• 24:41
Speaker 1: That's what I liked about it.
• 24:42
Speaker 1: What could use improvement?
• 24:45
  Speaker 1: Nothing.
• 24:45
Speaker 1: Don't mess with it and don't make it bigger, because they always make it bigger when they do a redesign.
• 24:51
Speaker 2: That ruins it absolutely well, the bigger part of that would be the uh envision okay well, that's a different model today.
• 24:59
Speaker 1: Interior highlights uh, one extra large horizontal screen across the top of the dash that includes the instrument and infotainment systems.
• 25:08
Speaker 1: Attractively designed dash layout, attractive seating surfaces that are very comfortable and easy to use, control surfaces.
• 25:17
Speaker 1: Cargo and trunk room is small.
• 25:19
Speaker 1: It's got a very slanty roof fastback, if you will, so it's going to make it smaller.
• 25:26
Speaker 1: What I liked about it all of it?
• 25:28
Speaker 1: What could use improvement?
• 25:29
Speaker 1: I say too much plastic, but God love plastic because it keeps the price lower.
• 25:34
Speaker 1: Engine Okay, now hold on to your web chair.
• 25:38
Speaker 1: Okay, 1.2 liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine.
• 25:46
Speaker 2: I think my golf cart's got a bigger engine.
• 25:47
Speaker 2: Are you laughing down there?
• 25:49
  Speaker 1: He's laughing.
• 25:50
  Speaker 2: They do make a 1.3.
• 25:51
  Speaker 2: It's beefier.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: They get two horses, yeah, what?
• 25:53
Speaker 1: It's got another 10 horsepower or something.
• 25:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, this one here has 136 horsepower with 162 pound-feet of torque.
• 26:00
Speaker 1: But you don't have a lot of power.
• 26:02
Speaker 1: You get pretty good gas mileage as a rule.
• 26:05
Speaker 1: Now, this car is only available in front-wheel drive, not four-wheel drive.
• 26:09
  Speaker 1: Perfect for Houston.
• 26:10
Speaker 1: In the city it gets 28.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: In the highway it gets 32, for a combined of 30.
• 26:14
Speaker 1: I got 31.4 miles per gallon with a gasoline motor and I did not think that it would be as peppy as it is.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: I think that the six-speed automatic is geared right, but I drove it for 387 miles and the 136 horsepower wasn't a problem as long as I kept my right foot off the floor.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: You know you floor the thing.
• 26:40
Speaker 1: You're going to be underwhelmed.
• 26:41
Speaker 1: But that's not what this car is about.
• 26:43
Speaker 1: Finesse, ride and handling, smooth, comfortable ride quality.
• 26:47
Speaker 1: What could use improvement?
• 26:49
Speaker 1: I had to think about this one.
• 26:51
Speaker 1: Maybe offer a sportier trim, not a corner cutter, but just a sportier trim.
• 26:56
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 26:56
Speaker 1: I had to come up with something to fill in the space Base trim price $28,600.
• 27:02
Speaker 1: Price is tested in, a reminder that this was the top-of-the-line Avenir model.
• 27:06
Speaker 1: It went, prices tested a reminder that this was the top of the line avenir model.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: It went for 30, 490, the base model price.
• 27:13
Speaker 1: You can get in this thing for 22, 4 yeah, 22, 4 for a buick, for darn good competitors include the chevy tracks at 20 400, hyundai venue for 19 9.
• 27:24
Speaker 1: And the Kia Seltos for $24,490.
• 27:27
Speaker 1: That is my review of the 2024 Buick Invista New for $24,000.
• 27:35
Speaker 1: I'm sure that they've got some $24,000 still left on the lot They'd love to get you into.
• 27:41
Speaker 1: I would suggest that if you're in the market for a mom car, something to go back and forth to the grocery store not a long hauler, uh, good short trips to grandma's or aunt mary's, whatever the case may be, I would definitely look at this and consider it in your shopping list there are quite a few on the buick lots.
• 28:01
Speaker 2: I've because I've seen them uh, been by, looked at them, kathy and I looked at them, uh, but I'm a fan of the envision, so that's going to be a choice that I'm going to make and so you're thinking about buying a new car yeah, well, good for you.
