Speaker 1: Get yourself all snuggled up in your bed, allow your
• 0:36
eyes to gently close and focus only on your breathing.
• 0:45
Take a deep breath in, then slowly and gently let
• 0:51
the breath out again. Deep breath in, Then slowly and
• 1:02
gently let the breath out one more time. Deep breath in,
• 1:15
and slowly and gently let the breath out. Not just relax. Now,
• 1:26
imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light
• 1:33
that is so bright, so pure, so wonderful, a light
• 1:40
that will protect you. Breathe in this white light and
• 1:47
feel it as it enters your body completely and it
• 1:52
tingles a little bit, making you feel all warm and safe. Now,
• 2:01
imagine that you are in the most wonderful God, walking
• 2:06
down a very pretty path with lots and lots of flowers.
• 2:12
They are very pretty flowers, and they are in all
• 2:16
the colors of the rainbow. There are pink flowers, blue flowers,
• 2:22
There are yellow flowers. There are great big purple flowers,
• 2:27
and the biggest orange flowers you have ever seen. You
• 2:32
wonder what they are because you've never seen them before.
• 2:37
You continue to walk along this pretty path and feel
• 2:41
your arms and legs gently relaxing. Even your feet are
• 2:46
relaxing and the ground and it feels all squidgy and soft,
• 2:51
but it's not wet, just nice and soft. As you
• 2:58
walk along this winding path, see rabbits and squirrels playfully
• 3:04
chasing each other and running in and out of the undergrowth.
• 3:08
They don't see you at all. They run under the
• 3:11
bushes and in and out of the flowers. They're having
• 3:15
such fun, and you watch them and you smile to yourself.
• 3:21
They seem so happy just playing together and being with
• 3:26
each other. You can hear bees flying lazily from flower
• 3:33
to flower, collecting the pollen to make for their dinner.
• 3:38
You see big, fat bumblebees landing gently on the flowers,
• 3:43
and you wonder how on earth they can fly. They
• 3:47
are so big that they have such tiny wings. But
• 3:53
you feel so happy and safe in this wonderful and
• 3:57
special garden. You come to the end of the winding
• 4:04
path and you find yourself standing in front of the
• 4:08
biggest tree you have ever seen. It looks like a
• 4:13
very old and very large oak tree with the most
• 4:17
splendid branches reaching upwards to the beautiful blue sky, reaching
• 4:23
out to feel the warmth of the sun on its
• 4:26
luscious green leaves. This is a very special tree. As
• 4:35
you look at it, you notice it has a pretty
• 4:38
yellow door in the side of this magical old tree.
• 4:43
So you turn the handle of the door and you
• 4:46
go inside. There are little lanterns hanging all around the
• 4:51
room you were in. They look so warm and inviting
• 4:57
and has your eyes adjust to the light, you see
• 5:02
that there are many doors all around the room, fat ones,
• 5:07
the thin ones, wooden ones. There are even some round
• 5:12
ones too. You see a winding spiral staircase with an
• 5:18
oddly shaped door at the top of the stairs. So
• 5:22
you climb the stairs and when you reach the top,
• 5:27
you look at the door and you wonder what on
• 5:30
earth could be on the other side, so you decide
• 5:35
to take a look. You step through the door, and
• 5:40
there to greet you is a very lovely fairy with
• 5:44
the most loving smile on her face, and she tells
• 5:48
you that her name is Lily. She has blonde hair,
• 5:54
so blonde it's almost white. She is wearing a beautiful
• 5:59
silver dress, and her wings too are silver, and they
• 6:04
flutter gently behind her. She lives here inside this beautiful
• 6:11
magical oak tree. This is her home. You say hello
• 6:19
to her and tell her your name. She tells you
• 6:23
that lots of fairies live here, they work here too,
• 6:27
and she asks you if you would like to explore
• 6:30
it with her. We'll obviously you say yes. In this
• 6:36
room there are many doors too, and Lily asks you
• 6:42
which door would you like to go through first? You
• 6:46
can choose any door you want. Which one will it be?
• 6:52
Do you think you may find the room where the
• 6:55
fairies make their shoes, or would it be the sewing
• 7:00
room where they make all of their clothes. Will it
• 7:04
be the big kitchen where they are making the dinner
• 7:07
for this evening? Or maybe you will find the Great
• 7:11
Hall where all the younger fairies are learning to fly.
• 7:17
They are testing out their new wings. You decide to
• 7:22
open the big arched door faced and you see that
• 7:28
you are in the Great Hall, and you see many fairies,
• 7:32
many many young fairies testing the new wings. A few
• 7:36
of them are even lifting off the floor and gently rising.
• 7:42
As you watch them, you begin to feel your shoulders
• 7:46
start to tingle, and when you look to see why,
• 7:51
you see you have grown the most perfect set of
• 7:55
wings on your back, and they are silver, just like lilies,
• 8:01
and you can feel them fluttering gently behind you. You
• 8:06
realize that you can wriggle them and make them flap,
• 8:12
and it's so much fun. As you flap your wings gently,
• 8:19
you are astonished because you look down and you see
• 8:24
that you have left the floor and you're hovering just
• 8:28
like the other fairies. This is fantastic. You have wings
• 8:33
and you can fly just like Lily. Lily tells you
• 8:40
to follow her, so you flap your wings gently and
• 8:45
move around the room. Lily introduces you to some of
• 8:49
the other fairies who are very excited to meet you.
• 8:54
So for a few moments, spend some time with Lily
• 8:59
and the young fairies flying around the great Hall. You
• 9:04
laugh as you wash through the air with your new wings.
• 9:09
You think to yourself that this is so much fun.
• 9:13
You sweep high up almost to the ceiling, then wash
• 9:17
back down again. You fly low to the floor, then
• 9:20
so high up again. You love having wings. This is
• 9:25
just wonderful. So for just a little while, fly with
• 9:32
the fairies. Watch what they do, do what they do,
• 9:36
most of all, have some fun. Wow, fuck, was so
• 12:01
much fun. But your wings, though, are beginning to get
• 12:07
tired now, and they're starting to feel a little bit
• 12:10
heavy on your back, so it's time to head back home.
• 12:18
You say good bye to Lily and her friends, and
• 12:22
they tell you that they hope you will come back
• 12:25
again really soon, and when you do, they will show
• 12:30
you what is behind the other doors. Lily then asks you,
• 12:36
instead of going home, would you like to sleepover with
• 12:41
Hair and her friends. Well, of course you would. Lily
• 12:48
takes you to a very special bedroom. It's filled with
• 12:54
flowers and beautiful crystals, and it has an enormous bed
• 13:00
just for you. As you get comfortable. When you're bed,
• 13:07
Lily sings you a little lullaby to help you sleep.
• 13:13
She has a very lovely voice, but she doesn't sing
• 13:17
with words, just beautiful sounds. It's so lovely and so peaceful,
• 13:28
and your eyes have already closed. The sound of Lily's
• 13:34
voice is just so beautiful. Just before you drift off
• 13:42
to sleep, you thank her for what she has shown
• 13:47
you to day, and especially for the lovely silver wings.
• 13:53
You really really enjoyed that. Lily is a very kind
• 14:00
fairy and we should always be kind to each other
• 14:04
and to all living creatures, just like Nelly does. But
• 14:12
for now, breathing gently through your nose and slowly sigh
• 14:21
the breath out again, breathing gently and slowly, just sigh
• 14:33
the breath out one last time, gently breathe in and
• 14:44
slowly sigh the breath out, and now just sleep, just rest,
• 14:56
  night night a the
