Publix is recalling GreenWise Organic IQF Blueberries across eight states after E. coli O145 contamination was detected — a strain that can cause severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea, and even life-threatening complications in vulnerable populations. Twelve people have already fallen ill from consuming the tainted 10-ounce bags with lot code 60401 and a best-by date of February 9, 2028.
