Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:04
Speaker 1: In this episode, we're going to spin right back down
0:06
Speaker 1: to Palm Beach for a refresher course on some of
0:09
Speaker 1: the players that were on the stage during Jeffrey Epstein's
0:12
Speaker 1: first prosecution. That way, all you folks know exactly where
0:17
Speaker 1: your scorn should be directed. Like I said, today's article
0:20
Speaker 1: is from the Palm Beach Post and the headline, Jeffrey
0:24
Speaker 1: Epstein case. Here are the main players in the early
0:26
Speaker 1: case and where they are now. The author of this
0:30
Speaker 1: article is Holly Baltz. The Jeffrey Epstein saga began and
0:35
Speaker 1: could have ended in Palm Beach County in 2006. The
0:38
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Post sued in 2019 to find out why
0:42
Speaker 1: it didn't. Now a judge has decided that secret documents
0:46
Speaker 1: detailing what happened are not going to be released, if
0:49
Speaker 1: at all, until after July 1st, when a new law
0:52
Speaker 1: on releasing them takes effect. Can you imagine if this
0:55
Speaker 1: judge stands in the way of this ruling? There has
0:58
Speaker 1: to be some sort of remedy for that, right? You
1:02
Speaker 1: mean to tell me that a judge can supersede a
1:05
Speaker 1: bill that's put into effect by the lawmakers of the state?
1:09
Speaker 1: You gotta take that right to the Supreme Court of
1:12
Speaker 1: Florida if this judge fucks around and acts stupid. It
1:15
Speaker 1: would ensnare a prince, CEOs, and almost taint two former presidents,
1:20
Speaker 1: Donald Trump and Bill Clinton. Yet so much of the
1:22
Speaker 1: early case involved roughly two dozen teenage girls, many of
1:26
Speaker 1: whom attended Royal Palm Beach High School, where friends recruited friends,
1:31
Speaker 1: saying they'd earn money giving an old guy massages. And
1:35
Speaker 1: they had Epstein dead to rights. All these girls came forward,
1:39
Speaker 1: They all had the same corroborating story about what he
1:42
Speaker 1: was up to, what he was doing. And the authorities
1:46
Speaker 1: down in Palm Beach, even with all of that evidence
1:49
Speaker 1: available to them, they decided to take a different path
1:52
Speaker 1: and give Jeffrey Epstein one of the most lenient sentences
1:55
Speaker 1: in the history of lenient sentences. And then they wonder
1:58
Speaker 1: why people are asking questions now. They're wondering why people
2:02
Speaker 1: want these grand jury documents released. And as far as
2:05
Speaker 1: the judge goes, what's he trying to hide? Who is
2:08
Speaker 1: he trying to protect? The Players Jeffrey Epstein, Serial Sexual
2:13
Speaker 1: Predator Jeffrey Epstein was a wealthy financier, pedophile, with a
2:17
Speaker 1: mansion on El Brío Way in Palm Beach who sexually
2:21
Speaker 1: abused and trafficked hundreds of underage girls in his lifetime. Hundreds,
2:26
Speaker 1: I'd say thousands, and I'd say that confidently. He also
2:31
Speaker 1: owned estates in Paris, New York, New Mexico, and the U.S.
2:34
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, all of which were described as places he
2:37
Speaker 1: sexually abused girls. He pleaded guilty in Palm Beach County
2:41
Speaker 1: to two prostitution-related felonies in 2008. He served 13 months
2:46
Speaker 1: of an 18-month sentence in a private wing of the
2:49
Speaker 1: Palm Beach County Stockade with permission to leave the property
2:52
Speaker 1: under work release 12 hours a day, six days a week.
2:57
Speaker 1: Can somebody point me to anybody else who's ever received
3:00
Speaker 1: a deal like this? Oh, that's right, you can't, because
3:03
Speaker 1: nobody else has ever got the homie hookup the way
3:06
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein did. Nearly a decade after he was released,
3:10
Speaker 1: New York prosecutors charged him in July 2019 with sex
3:14
Speaker 1: trafficking minors, among other charges. Where is he now? He
3:19
Speaker 1: was found hanged, allegedly, in his jail cell nearly a
3:22
Speaker 1: month after he was arrested in New York. The medical
3:25
Speaker 1: examiner ruled it a suicide. Well, that's it, folks. Pack
3:29
Speaker 1: it in. The medical examiner and Bill Barr told you
3:32
Speaker 1: that it was a suicide, so that's all it could
3:34
Speaker 1: possibly be, right? Right? Barry Krischer. Palm Beach County State Attorney.
3:40
Speaker 1: Barry Krischer in 2006 was the first prosecutor ever to
3:43
Speaker 1: consider criminal charges against Jeffrey Epstein. His office became involved
3:48
Speaker 1: in 2005 as Palm Beach Police conducted its investigation into
3:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and the sexual abuse of underage girls. Palm
3:57
Speaker 1: Beach Police Chief Michael Ryder said Krischer was at first
4:01
Speaker 1: gung-ho but then cooled after Epstein's dream team of defense
4:04
Speaker 1: attorneys showed up. Krischer's office is Never reached out to
4:09
Speaker 1: or interviewed any of the girls who accused Epstein of
4:12
Speaker 1: molesting or raping them, according to the state attorney's office records.
4:16
Speaker 1: In a highly unusual move, Krischer called a grand jury
4:19
Speaker 1: to consider the case. He had him dead to rights.
4:23
Speaker 1: All he had to do was prosecute the case and
4:25
Speaker 1: do his job, but he couldn't even be bothered to
4:27
Speaker 1: do that. Instead, oh, I'm going to impanel a grand
4:31
Speaker 1: jury so that I can pass the buck. And that
4:33
Speaker 1: way we can have a little bit of secrecy when
4:35
Speaker 1: we hook our boy Epstein up here with that homie
4:38
Speaker 1: hookup we've been talking about. And it's all transparent. You
4:41
Speaker 1: don't have to be a great investigator to see what
4:43
Speaker 1: happened here. Where is he now? Krischer retired as a
4:47
Speaker 1: state attorney in 2009 after 16 years in office. He
4:51
Speaker 1: edits a criminal justice community newsletter for the Palm Beach
4:54
Speaker 1: County State Attorney's Office. Well, isn't that fun? I bet
4:59
Speaker 1: he's collecting a pension too, huh? If these grand jury
5:02
Speaker 1: documents say what I think they're going to say, then maybe,
5:06
Speaker 1: just maybe, he should lose that pension. Jeffrey Epstein's survivors.
5:11
Speaker 1: Several survivors have spoken out over the years, but women
5:15
Speaker 1: such as Courtney Wilde, Virginia Roberts, Michelle Licata, and Jenna
5:19
Speaker 1: Lisa Jones are but a fraction of as many as
5:22
Speaker 1: 500 victims of Epstein's sex trafficking and abuse. These four
5:27
Speaker 1: women were attending Palm Beach County Schools when they were
5:31
Speaker 1: cast into the clutches of one of the world's most
5:33
Speaker 1: prolific sexual predators. Wilde was attending Lake Worth Middle School,
5:38
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, Wellington, and Royal Palm Beach High Schools, Lakota,
5:43
Speaker 1: Royal Palm Beach High, and Jones Seminole Ridge. And that
5:47
Speaker 1: was his M.O. He'd get these little high school girls,
5:51
Speaker 1: he'd recruit them, bring them in, he'd groom them, and
5:54
Speaker 1: then he'd send them out to bring their friends back.
5:57
Speaker 1: So when we talk about a sexual Ponzi scheme, That's
6:00
Speaker 1: what we're talking about. And it fits all of the
6:03
Speaker 1: parameters of a Ponzi scheme, except the actual currency here
6:08
Speaker 1: wasn't money. It was human flesh. Victim's attorney, Brad Edwards,
6:14
Speaker 1: said he believes Epstein had as many as 500 victims,
6:17
Speaker 1: maybe more. And I'm leaning towards the more side. All
6:21
Speaker 1: of those women from Eastern Europe, remember how long this
6:24
Speaker 1: man was active in doing this. And if he was
6:27
Speaker 1: molesting three to seven women a day, as some reports
6:30
Speaker 1: have it, then the actual number, when all is said
6:33
Speaker 1: and done, has to be staggering. Where are they now? Wilde, 36,
6:39
Speaker 1: had a victim's rights bill in her name introduced in Congress.
6:42
Speaker 1: She recently wrote a letter to JPMorgan Chase executive Mary
6:46
Speaker 1: Erdo saying JPMorgan was Epstein's right hand in allowing him
6:51
Speaker 1: to become the most abusive sex offender in history. Facts. 100%.
6:56
Speaker 1: If it wasn't for the financial sector, Epstein would have
6:59
Speaker 1: never been able to do what he did with no repercussions.
7:02
Speaker 1: But when you have that kind of power behind you,
7:05
Speaker 1: that kind of power base backing you up, it's very
7:07
Speaker 1: difficult to hold you to account. Roberts, 40, has reportedly
7:12
Speaker 1: secured a book deal and settled with Prince Andrew for
7:15
Speaker 1: millions of dollars. She has said the prince raped her
7:18
Speaker 1: in 2001 when she was 17. In 2022, she dropped
7:22
Speaker 1: a lawsuit against Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz saying she may
7:26
Speaker 1: have mistaken when she accused him of sexual abuse. Lana
7:31
Speaker 1: Belolovic Chief Child Sex Crimes Prosecutor Assistant State Attorney Lana
7:38
Speaker 1: Belolovic led the prosecution against Epstein during the grand jury proceedings.
7:43
Speaker 1: She discredited her own witness, the only victim to testify,
7:46
Speaker 1: with the girl's MySpace pages, which simulated sex and depicted
7:50
Speaker 1: what appeared to be drinking and drugs. Bololovic said more
7:54
Speaker 1: than once that there were no victims in this case.
7:57
Speaker 1: Can you imagine? Can you imagine someone saying that? And
8:01
Speaker 1: we're not talking about a defense attorney here. We're talking
8:04
Speaker 1: about somebody who was the assistant state attorney and the
8:07
Speaker 1: chief of the child sex crimes prosecution. And that's what
8:11
Speaker 1: she had to say about Jeffrey Epstein and his behavior
8:14
Speaker 1: when it came to what was happening in Palm Beach.
8:18
Speaker 1: Where is she now? She now practices for the Provo
8:21
Speaker 1: Law Firm in Fort Myers, Florida. Next, we have Dahlia Weiss,
8:26
Speaker 1: child sex crimes prosecutor. Dahlia Weiss was on the Epstein
8:30
Speaker 1: case in the beginning, but bowed out when Epstein hired
8:33
Speaker 1: the law firm where her husband was working. She was
8:35
Speaker 1: known as a hard-nosed prosecutor. Well, at least she had
8:38
Speaker 1: the good sense to recuse herself, right? Where is she now?
8:43
Speaker 1: Weiss is a Palm Beach County Circuit Court judge. Next up,
8:46
Speaker 1: we have Alan Dershowitz and Kenneth Starr. Epstein's dream team
8:50
Speaker 1: of lawyers. Epstein took no prisoners. He picked high-powered lawyers
8:55
Speaker 1: and made sure they went on the offensive when it
8:57
Speaker 1: came to his defense. Among them, Jack Goldberger, a local
9:01
Speaker 1: high-powered defense attorney who was close with Krischer. Oh, that's
9:04
Speaker 1: a shock, huh? Let me go and hire somebody who's
9:07
Speaker 1: close with the lead prosecutor in the county where I'm
9:09
Speaker 1: being prosecuted. This is what I'm talking about. When you're
9:13
Speaker 1: hiring a high-powered lawyer, you're not hiring them for what's
9:16
Speaker 1: going to happen inside of the courtroom. You're hiring them
9:19
Speaker 1: for the deals that they're going to make before you
9:21
Speaker 1: even get to the courtroom. And that's certainly what Epstein
9:24
Speaker 1: was up to here. Where is he now? Goldberger is
9:28
Speaker 1: still practicing criminal law in West Palm Beach for the
9:31
Speaker 1: firm of Atterbury, Goldberger & Weiss, Alan Dershowitz. The famed
9:36
Speaker 1: law professor was in Palm Beach County as early as
9:39
Speaker 1: December 2005 to supply Kershaw with opposition research such as
9:44
Speaker 1: the 14-year-old girl's MySpace pages. Dershowitz was later accused in
9:48
Speaker 1: court documents of sexually abusing one of Epstein's victims. She
9:52
Speaker 1: later said that she was mistaken. Where is he now? Dershowitz,
9:56
Speaker 1: still a professor at Harvard, has represented... former President Donald
10:01
Speaker 1: Trump in recent years. And for me, with Dershowitz, the
10:05
Speaker 1: biggest beef was the way that he went after these girls. Like,
10:08
Speaker 1: we're talking about 14-year-old girls. You're gonna show up with
10:11
Speaker 1: an oppo packet, and then your buddy Barry Krischer's office
10:15
Speaker 1: is just gonna take that at face value and destroy
10:17
Speaker 1: these girls? Absolutely disgusting. Let's see those grand jury documents,
10:22
Speaker 1: and then let's see what Alan Dershowitz has to say.
10:26
Speaker 1: Gerald Lefcourt, a nationally renowned New York criminal defense attorney
10:29
Speaker 1: whose clients have included Abby Hoffman, Black Panther party leaders,
10:33
Speaker 1: Russell Crowe, and real estate tycoon Harry Hemsley. Where is
10:38
Speaker 1: he now? Lefcourt recently represented Andre Kukushkin, a defendant with
10:43
Speaker 1: Boca Raton businessman Lev Parnas, and Igor Fruman. who were
10:47
Speaker 1: accused of conspiring to circumvent federal laws against foreign influence
10:52
Speaker 1: in American elections by funneling campaign donations to a pro-Donald
10:56
Speaker 1: Trump super PAC. Kokushkin, a Ukrainian-born businessman, was found guilty
11:01
Speaker 1: and sentenced to a year in prison. Kenneth Starr. He
11:05
Speaker 1: was the independent counsel who investigated former President Bill Clinton's
11:09
Speaker 1: role in the Whitewater scandal and brought Monica Lewinsky to
11:12
Speaker 1: the fore, leading to Clinton's impeachment. A former appeals court
11:16
Speaker 1: judge and solicitor general, Starr also was president of Baylor University.
11:22
Speaker 1: After he was accused of mishandling an investigation of sexual assaults,
11:26
Speaker 1: Starr resigned. In 2020, he signed on to represent former
11:30
Speaker 1: President Donald Trump in his first impeachment trial. He said
11:33
Speaker 1: he was in the room when former U.S. Attorney Alex
11:36
Speaker 1: Acosta made the controversial deal with Epstein that scuttled a
11:40
Speaker 1: federal prosecution. Oh, I take a lot of umbrage with that.
11:44
Speaker 1: We all know that it wasn't a cost to stop it.
11:47
Speaker 1: Stop with the nonsense with the cost of holy cow.
11:50
Speaker 1: This man was nothing more than a convenient fall guy. Sure,
11:53
Speaker 1: he's the one who was down in the office, but
11:55
Speaker 1: do you really think he has that kind of ability?
11:57
Speaker 1: He's a middle manager. That's like a manager at McDonald's
12:02
Speaker 1: making a decision for the whole ass corporation. It's never
12:05
Speaker 1: going to happen. Where is he now? Starr died in
12:10
Speaker 1: 2022 from complications of surgery. He was 76. Roy Black,
12:15
Speaker 1: the criminal defense lawyer with a folksy style, fought to
12:18
Speaker 1: keep a federal judge from throwing out Epstein's infamous plea
12:21
Speaker 1: deal because prosecutors had notified victims before it happened. He
12:26
Speaker 1: was successful once Epstein died. Black denied that the deal
12:30
Speaker 1: was negotiated in bad faith and that the Dream Team
12:33
Speaker 1: went too far in digging into the personal lives of
12:35
Speaker 1: federal prosecutors. Allegations launched in 2017 by former U.S. attorney
12:41
Speaker 1: Alex Acosta. Black established fame, defending William Kennedy Smith in
12:47
Speaker 1: 1991 and getting him acquitted of rape charges in Palm
12:49
Speaker 1: Beach County. Black's third and current wife, Leah, was a
12:53
Speaker 1: juror on that trial. They both went on to star
12:57
Speaker 1: in reality TV shows, including a three-year stint by Leah
13:01
Speaker 1: on The Real Housewives of Miami. Black represented the late
13:05
Speaker 1: conservative radio personality Rush Limbaugh, accused of doctor shopping for
13:09
Speaker 1: pain meds. He got deferred prosecution for drug treatment. Justin Bieber,
13:14
Speaker 1: accused of DUI and pleaded guilty to reduced charges. And
13:17
Speaker 1: John Goodman, the Wellington Polo Club founder, found guilty of
13:21
Speaker 1: DUI manslaughter in the death of Scott Wilson, who drowned
13:24
Speaker 1: after Goodman hit his Hyundai and overturned it into a canal.
13:28
Speaker 1: Where is he now? Black is still practicing law at
13:32
Speaker 1: 79 and is a professor at the University of Miami
13:35
Speaker 1: Law School. Jay Lefkowitz, a nationally known attorney, He urged then-U.S.
13:40
Speaker 1: Attorney Alex Acosta to hold off notifying any victims of
13:44
Speaker 1: the hearing at which Epstein would plead guilty. None of
13:47
Speaker 1: them were ever told, so they had no opportunity to
13:50
Speaker 1: object to the deal or to give an impact statement
13:53
Speaker 1: at the hearing. Over roughly 10 months between Epstein's signing
13:57
Speaker 1: the plea deal and the guilty plea, Lefkowitz and Starr
14:00
Speaker 1: took the matter to the top Justice Department officials to
14:03
Speaker 1: get a better deal. They say it right here. They
14:06
Speaker 1: took it to top Justice Department officials to get a
14:09
Speaker 1: better deal. Now, who do you think those top Justice
14:12
Speaker 1: Department officials are? Well, one of them was Mark Philippe,
14:15
Speaker 1: who was the Deputy Attorney General at the time of
14:18
Speaker 1: the Epstein deal and whose fingerprints are all over the
14:21
Speaker 1: Epstein deal. And wouldn't you know it, what law firm
14:24
Speaker 1: do you think that Mr. Philippe works for now? Well,
14:27
Speaker 1: that's right, Kirkland & Ellis, the same place where Jay
14:30
Speaker 1: Lefkowitz was working. So, I mean, come on, What, there
14:34
Speaker 1: was no connection there? None of them knew each other?
14:36
Speaker 1: And the outcome of Jeffrey Epstein's prosecution wasn't predetermined? Give
14:40
Speaker 1: me a break. Absolute and utter nonsense. The Justice Department
14:45
Speaker 1: gave Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal because Jeffrey Epstein's high-powered
14:49
Speaker 1: attorneys were good friends with all the people at the
14:52
Speaker 1: Justice Department and they were able to weasel their way
14:54
Speaker 1: in and convince them. Guy Lewis, former U.S. Attorney. Lewis
14:59
Speaker 1: was by Epstein's side when Epstein went into the Palm
15:02
Speaker 1: Beach County courtroom where he would plead guilty to two
15:05
Speaker 1: prostitution-related charges. Where is he now? Lewis continues to practice
15:10
Speaker 1: law at his own firm in Miami. Palm Beach Chief
15:14
Speaker 1: Michael Ryder Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Ryder became increasingly
15:18
Speaker 1: worried about how the prosecution of the case was going
15:21
Speaker 1: in 2006. He sent a personal letter to Krischer about
15:25
Speaker 1: two months before Epstein was arrested and expressing his concern
15:29
Speaker 1: about the unusual course Krischer's office was taking and suggesting
15:32
Speaker 1: that Krischer consider disqualifying himself. Ryder took the case to
15:37
Speaker 1: the FBI about two months before Epstein was arrested. Where
15:41
Speaker 1: is he now? Michael Ryder retired from the Palm Beach
15:44
Speaker 1: Police Department in 2009 and established the security firm Michael
15:48
Speaker 1: Ryder & Associates. He gave the commencement address at Florida
15:52
Speaker 1: Atlantic University in May. and Michael Ryder is one of
15:55
Speaker 1: the few heroes in this whole entire story. This is
15:59
Speaker 1: a guy that wouldn't leave well enough alone as far
16:03
Speaker 1: as Epstein was concerned, and went all the way to
16:05
Speaker 1: the feds. And if it wasn't for him, forget it.
16:08
Speaker 1: We probably wouldn't even know half of what we know.
16:12
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Police Detective Joseph Ricari Palm Beach police detective
16:16
Speaker 1: Joseph Ricari passionately pursued the investigation of Epstein. He began
16:20
Speaker 1: leading the investigation about six months after the 14-year-old girl's
16:25
Speaker 1: stepmother told police she thought her daughter was molested by
16:28
Speaker 1: a wealthy man. Like his boss, Ricari became increasingly concerned
16:32
Speaker 1: about the prosecution of the case. After unreturned calls, he
16:36
Speaker 1: visited the state attorney's office in April of 2006. That's
16:40
Speaker 1: when he learned that Krischer was allowing Epstein to plead
16:43
Speaker 1: guilty to aggravated assault, a misdemeanor with no jail time.
16:48
Speaker 1: He was incensed that prosecutors did not consult with police first.
16:52
Speaker 1: Prosecutors then asked Ricari to write an arrest warrant. His
16:55
Speaker 1: warrant called for four counts of unlawful sexual activity with
16:59
Speaker 1: a minor and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
17:03
Speaker 1: The charges, punishable by a maximum of 30 and 15-year
17:06
Speaker 1: sentences respectively, could have sent Epstein to prison for decades.
17:11
Speaker 1: Where is he now? Rakari died in 2018 at age 50.
17:15
Speaker 1: All right, folks. Well, those are some of the players
17:18
Speaker 1: that were on the stage. And those are some of
17:21
Speaker 1: the names that you should familiarize yourself with, because those
17:24
Speaker 1: are the names that we're going to be talking about
17:26
Speaker 1: when these grand jury documents eventually drop. But I think
17:30
Speaker 1: one thing is absolutely crystal clear, and that is that
17:33
Speaker 1: what happened in Palm Beach and the deal that Jeffrey
17:36
Speaker 1: Epstein received were completely out of line with the usual
17:39
Speaker 1: doctrine that is put forth by the Department of Justice.
17:43
Speaker 1: And the million dollar question is, why? And hopefully, when
17:47
Speaker 1: these documents are released, we're a little bit closer to
17:50
Speaker 1: that answer. All of the information that goes with this
17:54
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. So today,
17:58
Speaker 1: we have an article from the Daily Mail. And this
18:02
Speaker 1: article talks about how, you know, Ghislaine Maxwell was the
18:08
Speaker 1: pivot woman. She was setting this all up so that
18:11
Speaker 1: these rich men could have access to these girls and
18:14
Speaker 1: the emails prove it. Again, something we've been talking about
18:17
Speaker 1: for years. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm glad that
18:23
Speaker 1: the legacy media is starting to catch up a little bit.
18:27
Speaker 1: But they have done you folks a big disservice for
18:30
Speaker 1: a very long time. And I hope moving forward, you
18:35
Speaker 1: remember that and don't have amnesia when the next story
18:37
Speaker 1: pops up that might confirm your biases and you latch
18:41
Speaker 1: onto it because it confirms your biases. I really hope
18:44
Speaker 1: moving forward that we're all aware of that. Me too, right?
18:48
Speaker 1: Because none of us are immune from it. We all
18:52
Speaker 1: have confirmation biases. We all want to follow the stories that,
18:56
Speaker 1: you know, make us feel like we're right. But we
19:01
Speaker 1: have to be careful of those pitfalls. And we have
19:03
Speaker 1: to make sure we're not in an echo chamber. And
19:05
Speaker 1: we have to make sure. We're willing. To get the
19:11
Speaker 1: right information. To correct the wrong thinking. That we might
19:15
Speaker 1: be engaged in. So I just hope that. After this case.
19:20
Speaker 1: You folks keep in mind. How the legacy media has
19:23
Speaker 1: dog walked us. So many different times throughout the past.
19:27
Speaker 1: Not just with Epstein. But go back. Weapons of mass destruction.
19:33
Speaker 1: All of the huge drawbacks and corrections the Washington Post
19:40
Speaker 1: has had to make to their Russiagate stuff. So, moving forward,
19:47
Speaker 1: one of the biggest things I hope that we all
19:49
Speaker 1: take away from this is that we have to be
19:51
Speaker 1: very careful of what we believe in the legacy media.
19:55
Speaker 1: All right, so let's jump into this article from Daniel
19:58
Speaker 1: Bates over at the Daily Mail. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell set
20:02
Speaker 1: up powerful men with women they'd like. Prosecutors in sex
20:06
Speaker 1: trafficking case. plan to reveal emails that they claim show
20:10
Speaker 1: the socialite, co-conspirator, general all around scuzzbag, using her ability
20:14
Speaker 1: to provide access to women as a form of social currency.
20:20
Speaker 1: And it's funny now that these emails are coming out
20:23
Speaker 1: and they're bearing the fruit that we have discussed for
20:25
Speaker 1: so long. Now, I've always said that I'm willing to
20:28
Speaker 1: follow the evidence wherever it goes in this case, and
20:31
Speaker 1: that's what I've always done here. I've been on my
20:34
Speaker 1: own trajectory when it comes to covering this case, doing
20:37
Speaker 1: it my own way, following my own path, because to
20:40
Speaker 1: be honest with you, there is so much disinformation out there,
20:45
Speaker 1: and there are so many people who think they have
20:47
Speaker 1: an idea of what went on here, who really have
20:50
Speaker 1: no idea what went on here, that it is crazy
20:56
Speaker 1: to think about how much disinformation has really been out there.
21:00
Speaker 1: So I have always covered this case my own way,
21:04
Speaker 1: and followed my own path because of that specific reason.
21:09
Speaker 1: Prosecutors in Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking case plan to reveal
21:13
Speaker 1: emails showing her setting up powerful men with women they
21:16
Speaker 1: would like. In a court filing, the lead attorney claims
21:20
Speaker 1: the messages show the 59-year-old British socialite, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag,
21:27
Speaker 1: using her ability to provide access to women as a
21:30
Speaker 1: form of social currency. We know that money to them
21:34
Speaker 1: was secondary. And we know that information and social credit, well,
21:39
Speaker 1: that was at the top of the list for Jeffrey
21:41
Speaker 1: Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. So they would do whatever they
21:45
Speaker 1: can to make sure they were increasing their social credit
21:48
Speaker 1: and their ability to move within the circle of the
21:51
Speaker 1: so-called elite. And what better way to do that than
21:54
Speaker 1: to provide girls to these dorky ass MFs who were
21:58
Speaker 1: getting atomic wedgies growing up. And now they're just so
22:02
Speaker 1: cool because they're politicians. You know what they say, right?
22:06
Speaker 1: Politics is show business for ugly people. And it's a fact.
22:12
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was providing these young ladies, most of them
22:15
Speaker 1: from war-torn countries, broken countries, broken homes. And Jeffrey Epstein
22:22
Speaker 1: was providing these girls to all these people in these emails.
22:26
Speaker 1: And conveniently, by the way, None of the names of
22:28
Speaker 1: the people who he was providing girls to are mentioned.
22:36
Speaker 1: You mean to tell me the Department of Justice, Merrick Garland,
22:39
Speaker 1: really cares about justice here? Or do they care about
22:42
Speaker 1: just getting a quick victory, the low-hanging fruit? Maxwell, the
22:48
Speaker 1: alleged madam for pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, was eager to
22:52
Speaker 1: please the men and wanted to ingratiate herself with them
22:56
Speaker 1: by making connections with women. The 84-page court document does
23:01
Speaker 1: not mention the men by name. Of course it doesn't.
23:04
Speaker 1: They have to offer protection to the bag men, right?
23:07
Speaker 1: All of the people that would be mentioned by name
23:09
Speaker 1: are the same people who put these politicians into office.
23:13
Speaker 1: And in fact, some of them might even be these politicians.
23:17
Speaker 1: I know, it's hard to wrap your mind around some
23:19
Speaker 1: shit like that. And it sounds like I'm talking out
23:22
Speaker 1: of the side of my neck. Like it's some kind
23:24
Speaker 1: of ridiculous conspiracy theory found on 4chan. But it's reality.
23:31
Speaker 1: The powerful amongst us, the most powerful amongst us especially,
23:36
Speaker 1: they engage in this sort of shit. There's no doubt
23:38
Speaker 1: about it. And all of these dudes that were palling
23:41
Speaker 1: around with Jeffrey Epstein, anybody getting emails from Ghislaine Maxwell
23:45
Speaker 1: or Jeffrey Epstein, They should be wrapped up in this
23:47
Speaker 1: case as well. And again, it just goes to show
23:50
Speaker 1: you that's why the government was scared to bring RICO charges.
23:53
Speaker 1: That's why the government basically is negligent in this prosecution,
23:58
Speaker 1: no matter how it turns out. New York prosecutors plan
24:05
Speaker 1: to offer several emails that show the defendant took steps
24:08
Speaker 1: to please other influential men, then Epstein, by providing them
24:12
Speaker 1: access to women she selected for them. It claims these
24:16
Speaker 1: exhibits show, one, the defendant's willingness to facilitate encounters between
24:20
Speaker 1: powerful men and women they would like, and two, the
24:24
Speaker 1: defendant's understanding that providing such access is a way to
24:28
Speaker 1: ingratiate herself with powerful men. And don't take that the
24:34
Speaker 1: wrong way. She's not trying to ingratiate herself with powerful
24:37
Speaker 1: men because she wants to date them. She wants to
24:40
Speaker 1: suck them into the web. She wants them to trust her.
24:43
Speaker 1: She wants to build that foundation of trust. so that
24:45
Speaker 1: they can build dossiers on these people. See how it
24:50
Speaker 1: all works? Coming into a clearer picture for you now?
24:55
Speaker 1: All of the things that we have discussed for the
24:57
Speaker 1: last two and a half years are all being talked
25:01
Speaker 1: about now in court documents. And that's because we've been
25:06
Speaker 1: over the target since day one here on this podcast, folks.
25:16
Speaker 1: At trial, it may not be obvious to a jury
25:19
Speaker 1: that an adult woman would be willing to provide Jeffrey
25:21
Speaker 1: Epstein with access to young girls. These emails make it
25:25
Speaker 1: clear that the defendant was willing to serve in such
25:27
Speaker 1: a role and that she was eager to please wealthy
25:31
Speaker 1: and influential men by providing them with access to women.
25:34
Speaker 1: So again, why aren't these men caught up in this?
25:38
Speaker 1: So it's okay to solicit prostitution? What if the prostitutes,
25:42
Speaker 1: can't be, but what if the girls were children? Then what?
25:46
Speaker 1: We're just going to forget about it and just keep
25:48
Speaker 1: it moving? Well, that's how it always works, doesn't it?
25:54
Speaker 1: The game is rigged, folks. I don't know how many
25:57
Speaker 1: times we've got to talk about the two-tier justice system,
25:59
Speaker 1: but it's on full display right here. You look at R. Kelly,
26:04
Speaker 1: you look at Keith Ranieri, Rico, Rico, Man Act, Man Act,
26:07
Speaker 1: none of that here. You have to ask yourself why.
26:14
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyer said that if she was trying to ingratiate
26:17
Speaker 1: herself with a friend, so what? Their response document states,
26:22
Speaker 1: if her motive is to permit adult women to date
26:24
Speaker 1: her single friends, then it is not to pick up
26:28
Speaker 1: schoolgirls off the street to give sexual massages to Jeffrey Epstein. Um,
26:33
Speaker 1: both can't be true? Only one of those things can
26:36
Speaker 1: be true? They can't both be true at the same time, huh?
26:39
Speaker 1: She can't be trying to ingratiate herself to powerful men
26:42
Speaker 1: while at the same time going to find... Nubiles, as
26:45
Speaker 1: she said, according to Maria. Both can't be true? Of
26:50
Speaker 1: course it can both be true at the same time,
26:52
Speaker 1: and both were true at the same time. And if
26:57
Speaker 1: she already had access to other powerful and influential men
27:00
Speaker 1: who were in her life, she would not need her
27:02
Speaker 1: friendship or access to Jeffrey Epstein. So that's how they're
27:06
Speaker 1: setting it up, remember. They're setting it up like she
27:08
Speaker 1: needed Epstein, like Epstein was this buoy in the middle
27:12
Speaker 1: of the ocean that she was clinging onto as she
27:14
Speaker 1: was drowning, like she was a shrinking violet. We all
27:18
Speaker 1: know that's not the case. Ghislaine Maxwell was nothing, nothing,
27:23
Speaker 1: if not shrewd, if not conniving, if not in on
27:28
Speaker 1: the manipulation. So setting it up like she wouldn't need
27:32
Speaker 1: all these other powerful men because she had Epstein is
27:35
Speaker 1: not going to work. In fact, the other powerful men
27:39
Speaker 1: were crucial to her relationship with Epstein. If she wasn't
27:42
Speaker 1: bringing them into his web, she wouldn't be needed either,
27:46
Speaker 1: would she? Ah, the symbiotic relationship once again rears its
27:51
Speaker 1: ugly head. The matter of the emails is set to
27:56
Speaker 1: be debated today at the final hearing before Maxwell's trial.
28:00
Speaker 1: The public phase of jury selection is set to begin
28:04
Speaker 1: in the Manhattan courtroom tomorrow. Opening statements are due on
28:07
Speaker 1: November 29th. Maxwell faces six counts, including enticement of minors,
28:12
Speaker 1: sex trafficking of children, and perjury. The daughter of disgraced
28:16
Speaker 1: tycoon Robert Maxwell denies all of the counts, which carry
28:20
Speaker 1: a jail sentence up to 80 years. She is being
28:23
Speaker 1: held in a six by nine foot cell at Brooklyn's
28:27
Speaker 1: bleak Metropolitan Detention Center and has set aside five and
28:31
Speaker 1: a half million dollars or five and a half million
28:33
Speaker 1: pounds to pay for her defense. Imagine five and a
28:37
Speaker 1: half million pounds to pay for your defense. Must be
28:40
Speaker 1: nice to have that kind of dough. And she's still
28:43
Speaker 1: crying about how she doesn't have a fair shake. There's
28:48
Speaker 1: a reason the federal government has a 97% conviction rate
28:51
Speaker 1: in federal court. It's because most of us don't have
28:57
Speaker 1: the money, the funds to deal with something like this,
29:00
Speaker 1: the way Maxwell is. And we certainly don't get access
29:04
Speaker 1: to our computers for 14 hours a day if we
29:06
Speaker 1: go to prison. So there you have it, folks. The
29:11
Speaker 1: rubber is now meeting the road. And all of those
29:14
Speaker 1: disinformation agents that have been working throughout this case to
29:17
Speaker 1: tell you guys bullshit and garbage, well, that's all going
29:20
Speaker 1: to be exposed soon. And the reality of the situation
29:25
Speaker 1: is this. We are two weeks away from this trial starting.
29:31
Speaker 1: And just a few weeks after that, of hopefully seeing
29:34
Speaker 1: this lady convicted. If you'd like to contact me, you
29:40
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
29:49
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
29:56
Speaker 1: All of the links that we discussed can be found
29:59
Speaker 1: in the description box. All right, folks, I'll be back
30:01
Speaker 1: later on. In this article we have today from RT.
30:09
Speaker 1: And again, not a source I use too often, but
30:12
Speaker 1: it is the second time now that I've found an
30:15
Speaker 1: op-ed in RT that's been pretty solid. So we're going
30:19
Speaker 1: to rock and roll with it. And the author here
30:22
Speaker 1: is a gentleman named Damian Lewis. Excuse me, Damian Wilson. Headline.
30:29
Speaker 1: New Jeffrey Epstein book, Perversion of Justice, hints at plenty
30:33
Speaker 1: of accomplices fearing exposure. But will they ever be named?
30:38
Speaker 1: And that is, that's the question, right? That's the million
30:41
Speaker 1: dollar question. Who is Maxwell going to finger? Or who
30:47
Speaker 1: has she fingered already? Speaking with prosecutors. Now you would
30:51
Speaker 1: think if there was some sort of bombshell and that
30:55
Speaker 1: she had a proper agreement that we would have heard
30:57
Speaker 1: something about it, it would have leaked. We all know
31:00
Speaker 1: that the government can't keep anything secret. So you would
31:05
Speaker 1: think that that would have leaked already. But again, who knows?
31:08
Speaker 1: Maybe they're tight-lipped here. But when you look at the
31:12
Speaker 1: things that are going on, especially now considering there's reports
31:16
Speaker 1: that the Russians, I say that with air quotes because
31:20
Speaker 1: that's kind of a vague term, but here we are.
31:24
Speaker 1: The Russians supposedly hacked into the SDNY. And hacked into
31:31
Speaker 1: a bunch of Microsoft emails and a whole bunch of
31:33
Speaker 1: other jazz. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that
31:37
Speaker 1: where Jeffrey Epstein is being prosecuted out of? Oh yeah,
31:40
Speaker 1: that's right. So they're so good at their job that
31:46
Speaker 1: they can't even safeguard their emails, huh? And these are
31:49
Speaker 1: the people that we're counting on to bring us some justice. Boy,
31:55
Speaker 1: that's comforting. You know, like when you were a little
31:58
Speaker 1: kid and you had like a cold or whatever and
32:00
Speaker 1: your mom would put a blanket on you and you'd
32:03
Speaker 1: have some chicken noodle soup. You'd be watching some cartoons
32:07
Speaker 1: on TV. You know, my generation watching some Captain Caveman
32:11
Speaker 1: or something on some TV. And you know, you got
32:13
Speaker 1: that nice comfortable feeling. Yeah, well, certainly don't have that
32:18
Speaker 1: kind of comfortable feeling knowing that the SDNY is run
32:22
Speaker 1: by a bunch of minkin' poops. You guys don't have
32:25
Speaker 1: an IT department there that can safeguard you against some hacks?
32:32
Speaker 1: The death of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein denied his victims justice
32:36
Speaker 1: and left Ghislaine Maxwell as keeper of his darkest secrets.
32:40
Speaker 1: But a new book investigating the case suggests her trial
32:43
Speaker 1: shouldn't be the end of this sordid story. Yeah, no shit.
32:47
Speaker 1: The evidence says that that shouldn't be the end of
32:50
Speaker 1: this story. Not just the book. Now, Julie K. Brown
32:53
Speaker 1: does a good job of emphasizing the fact, right? Because
32:57
Speaker 1: there's a lot more here. You can't look at this
33:01
Speaker 1: and tell me with a straight face there isn't more here.
33:04
Speaker 1: It's absolutely ludicrous to believe the official narrative. When the
33:13
Speaker 1: trial of Ghislaine Maxwell over her alleged complicity in trafficking
33:17
Speaker 1: teenage girls for sex with dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein... eventually
33:21
Speaker 1: draws to a conclusion, it is unlikely to be the
33:24
Speaker 1: end of this sordid, salacious saga. Yeah, I highly doubt
33:28
Speaker 1: it's going to be the end. That's definitely the way
33:35
Speaker 1: I'm thinking, right? This is, you know, you're going to
33:38
Speaker 1: have appeals, you're going to have a whole bunch of
33:40
Speaker 1: shit that comes after this. And if it comes out
33:44
Speaker 1: during this trial that other high-profile people have been named
33:48
Speaker 1: by Ghislaine Maxwell... Forget it. It's going to explode. Maybe
33:52
Speaker 1: it becomes something more. Maybe I'm missing the mark here
33:55
Speaker 1: and the SDNY is doing their due diligence behind the scenes.
33:59
Speaker 1: Maybe they have a team of forensic accountants right now
34:03
Speaker 1: pouring through all of the financials. Then again, maybe they're
34:09
Speaker 1: having a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich for breakfast on
34:14
Speaker 1: Sunday morning in New York City instead. That's probably what
34:17
Speaker 1: they're doing. Thanks to the massive journalistic grunt work carried
34:22
Speaker 1: out by Miami Herald investigative reporter Julie K. Brown and
34:27
Speaker 1: rigorously documented in her recently published Perversion of Justice, the
34:32
Speaker 1: recriminations will continue, law officials will continue to look over
34:36
Speaker 1: their shoulders, and the survivors will edge ever closer to
34:40
Speaker 1: closure of a sorts. And that is really what the
34:45
Speaker 1: end goal is, right? For these survivors to find some
34:48
Speaker 1: sort of closure. To find some sort of peace, even
34:53
Speaker 1: if it's just a little sliver. And I know that's
34:55
Speaker 1: not attainable for everybody who has been through this with
34:58
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. But at least if Maxwell goes to prison,
35:02
Speaker 1: if the Core Four go to prison, Jean-Luc Brunel goes
35:06
Speaker 1: to prison, Indyke and Khan go to prison, then these
35:09
Speaker 1: survivors can at least close their eyes at night and
35:12
Speaker 1: say to themselves, we weren't completely abandoned. At least in
35:18
Speaker 1: the final hour, somebody showed up to help us out.
35:24
Speaker 1: Because I'll tell you what, you want to talk about
35:26
Speaker 1: a perversion of justice, the biggest perversion of justice is
35:31
Speaker 1: the fact that all of these years have went by.
35:34
Speaker 1: And there's been nobody held to account for what has
35:38
Speaker 1: occurred throughout the decades at the hands of Epstein and
35:43
Speaker 1: his associates. Because justice will elude the 34 women who
35:49
Speaker 1: have stayed the distance as legal proceedings against the disgraced financier, pedophile,
35:54
Speaker 1: dragged on, and were then ultimately derailed when Epstein apparently
35:59
Speaker 1: chose the coward's exit rather than face his accusers, and
36:03
Speaker 1: hung himself with his bedsheets in his prison cell in
36:06
Speaker 1: the special housing unit of the New York's Metropolitan Correctional
36:10
Speaker 1: Center in August 2019. Allegedly, right? I highly doubt that
36:17
Speaker 1: he killed himself in that jail cell. Sorry, I just
36:19
Speaker 1: don't buy it. Again, I am more than willing to
36:24
Speaker 1: change my opinion if the evidence is presented and it's overbearing,
36:29
Speaker 1: but I'm certainly not going to go on the word
36:32
Speaker 1: of the coroner for the state of New York, especially
36:37
Speaker 1: considering all of the things that led up to it,
36:40
Speaker 1: including them not treating it as a crime scene when
36:43
Speaker 1: they showed up. Nobody talks about that enough. When they
36:47
Speaker 1: showed up to that jail cell, video should have been taken.
36:50
Speaker 1: Pictures should have been taken. It is now a crime scene.
36:54
Speaker 1: It should have been closed off. None of that occurred.
36:58
Speaker 1: We just automatically call it a suicide? Any death in
37:01
Speaker 1: a prison is supposed to be treated as foul play.
37:06
Speaker 1: Why was this one not treated the same way as
37:10
Speaker 1: any other death or injury would have been treated? And
37:16
Speaker 1: the problem is nobody can answer that question. Nobody who's
37:19
Speaker 1: pumping the official narrative can answer that question. While no
37:25
Speaker 1: one openly mourns the death of a sex monster, Epstein's
37:29
Speaker 1: ranks of lawyers have attempted to paint his death as
37:32
Speaker 1: some sort of miscarriage of justice. And Brown does take
37:36
Speaker 1: a close look at the circumstances surrounding it and comes
37:39
Speaker 1: up with, well, nothing certain. Yeah, nobody has come up
37:43
Speaker 1: with anything certain. That's the problem. That's the biggest problem here.
37:47
Speaker 1: You know, the official narrative is obviously BS. It's obviously varnish, right?
37:53
Speaker 1: They're putting a little bit of wax on it to
37:55
Speaker 1: try and make it look better than what really occurred
37:58
Speaker 1: that night. And they refuse to be transparent. Anytime anyone
38:05
Speaker 1: asks for any information or a Freedom of Information Act
38:08
Speaker 1: is filed, this is an ongoing investigation with national security.
38:14
Speaker 1: Give me a break. Just another way for them to
38:19
Speaker 1: not be transparent. Another way for them to keep shit hidden.
38:23
Speaker 1: And then they want to cry that people come up
38:24
Speaker 1: with their own ideas. The security cameras monitoring Epstein's cell
38:31
Speaker 1: were on the blink at the time of his death.
38:34
Speaker 1: The two guards supposedly keeping watch over him, following one
38:37
Speaker 1: earlier unsuccessful attempt at suicide, allegedly, were both found fast
38:41
Speaker 1: asleep on the job. And it was clearly documented that
38:45
Speaker 1: their charge was ill-suited to the harsh realities of prison life. Yeah, well,
38:50
Speaker 1: who is suited to the realities of prison life besides
38:54
Speaker 1: hardened criminals? A guy like Jeffrey Epstein stood no chance
38:58
Speaker 1: in prison, folks. You think he had it bad in jail?
39:02
Speaker 1: The second he hit the line, it would have been
39:03
Speaker 1: a wrap. And that's why I always laugh when you
39:07
Speaker 1: hear about Maxwell's lawyers talking about, she should leave solitary.
39:12
Speaker 1: And where should she go exactly? To the main yard? Why?
39:16
Speaker 1: So she could be green light? So someone could walk
39:18
Speaker 1: by and slice her face open right away and mark
39:20
Speaker 1: her as a piece of shit forever? Because that's what
39:23
Speaker 1: happens on them yards. You think I'm playing around? Go
39:27
Speaker 1: ahead and do some research. Go ahead and listen to
39:29
Speaker 1: some people who have been on those yards. Some people
39:31
Speaker 1: who have actually done hard time. The worst thing you
39:35
Speaker 1: could possibly be on one of them yards is a chomo.
39:39
Speaker 1: A child molester. And the fact of the matter is
39:45
Speaker 1: people like Maxwell and Epstein They have to be put
39:49
Speaker 1: in protective housing right away, right into the chute, because
39:53
Speaker 1: there's no way they can mainline. Brown also suggests that
39:58
Speaker 1: selecting Nicholas Tartaglione, a.k.a. Tat-Tat, a former upstate New York
40:03
Speaker 1: police officer facing quadruple murder charges, to be the bunkmate
40:07
Speaker 1: of Epstein following his 2019 arrest on federal charges of
40:11
Speaker 1: sex trafficking and minors, might have been considered a bit
40:15
Speaker 1: more carefully. Yeah, you think? So you're going to put
40:19
Speaker 1: the most delicate prisoner that we have in the federal
40:25
Speaker 1: prison system in jail with somebody who is brazen enough
40:30
Speaker 1: to kill a Mexican drug cartel operative by strangling him
40:35
Speaker 1: with a zip tie. That's who you think it's a
40:38
Speaker 1: good idea to put Jeffrey Epstein in a cell with, huh?
40:42
Speaker 1: Whose decision was that again? And why is that person
40:47
Speaker 1: still working? because this sure looks like an epic disaster.
40:54
Speaker 1: This is like launching nuclear bombs by mistake. No coming
40:59
Speaker 1: back from something like this. The fuck you doing putting
41:04
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein in a cell with Tartaglione? But frankly, any
41:12
Speaker 1: attempt to garner sympathy for the loathsome billionaire is hard
41:16
Speaker 1: to stomach. No matter how or at whose hands he
41:19
Speaker 1: finally shuffled off this mortal coil. Well, yeah, there's no
41:23
Speaker 1: doubt about that. But he got what was coming to him, right?
41:27
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein got what was eventually coming to him one
41:31
Speaker 1: way or the other. Point blank, period. It would have
41:34
Speaker 1: eventually happened to him in jail if he would have went, folks.
41:38
Speaker 1: He would have been greenlit right away. And eventually one
41:41
Speaker 1: of these dudes would have had access to him. Eventually
41:43
Speaker 1: one of these dudes would have PC'd up just for
41:46
Speaker 1: the simple fact that they'd have access to Epstein. And
41:50
Speaker 1: then when they PC'd up, they'd get on the yard
41:52
Speaker 1: and they'd do their work, do their business. It's all
41:57
Speaker 1: about your reputation in prison. And Tartaglione coming in as
42:04
Speaker 1: an ex-cop already has a strike against him. Strike two
42:08
Speaker 1: is he fucked around with the cartel. So you know
42:12
Speaker 1: the cartel reached out to La Eme, the Mexican mafia.
42:17
Speaker 1: And you know that Tartaglione's in for it in prison.
42:21
Speaker 1: So there's a whole different kind of spider web around
42:25
Speaker 1: Tartaglione and his situation, folks. He's already been assaulted in prison.
42:31
Speaker 1: Dude had like his orbital bone busted up. And look
42:34
Speaker 1: how big he is, right? But Jeffrey Epstein would have
42:37
Speaker 1: been great on the main line. Whole different world inside
42:41
Speaker 1: of prison. And the situation with Tartaglione is one that
42:45
Speaker 1: has not been explored enough. It's not a footnote in
42:49
Speaker 1: this story. It's a big part of what's going on
42:53
Speaker 1: here considering he was in the cell with Epstein right
42:56
Speaker 1: before Epstein died. So there's a lot more there with
43:01
Speaker 1: Tartaglione for sure. Anyone who has followed this story will
43:07
Speaker 1: see parallels in the way that Maxwell's legal team is
43:09
Speaker 1: behaving in the run-up to her trial. Ever since her arrest, smarmy, disingenuous,
43:15
Speaker 1: top-flight lawyers have been trying to weasel bail, better prison conditions,
43:20
Speaker 1: and more lenient treatment for their client. Even enlisting the
43:24
Speaker 1: help of her brother to claim she was being kept
43:26
Speaker 1: in conditions as bad as those in the USA's notorious
43:30
Speaker 1: Rendition Prison in Guantanamo Bay. I mean, really? Talk about bloviating.
43:38
Speaker 1: Talk about hyperbole. Comparing her to Nelson Mandela. You know,
43:47
Speaker 1: saying she's being treated like Hannibal Lecter. Just the most
43:52
Speaker 1: over-the-top BS. How many thousands of dollars are you people
43:56
Speaker 1: getting paid by the hour and that's all you can
43:58
Speaker 1: come up with? I have all of her lawyers marked
44:03
Speaker 1: down right next to my computer. That way, if I'm
44:05
Speaker 1: ever in trouble, I know who not to call. I mean,
44:07
Speaker 1: are you kidding me right now? In the pleas to
44:14
Speaker 1: the court to go easy on Maxwell, there is never
44:16
Speaker 1: any mention of the countless lives of pretty young teenagers
44:20
Speaker 1: that were destroyed by cynical manipulation to coerce them into
44:24
Speaker 1: having sex with Epstein and his rich, powerful pals. Before
44:28
Speaker 1: they were discarded, like the soil towels the pervert would
44:32
Speaker 1: use three or four times a day after assaulting his
44:35
Speaker 1: latest private masseuse, in quotes. And it's true. It's really true.
44:44
Speaker 1: There should never be any pleas by Maxwell that aren't
44:48
Speaker 1: followed up by visions of what these girls went through
44:53
Speaker 1: at the hands of her and Jeffrey Epstein. At this
44:57
Speaker 1: point in time, with all of the evidence that has
45:00
Speaker 1: been presented, I don't know how anybody can look at
45:04
Speaker 1: what's going on here and say, oh yeah, Maxwell's getting railroaded.
45:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell needs, you know, she needs to be treated more fairly.
45:14
Speaker 1: Because from where I'm at, she's being treated a lot
45:17
Speaker 1: more fair than just about any other prisoner in the
45:20
Speaker 1: prison system. While Maxwell's trial shall certainly be a significant
45:27
Speaker 1: step forward in reaching closure on this case, and the
45:30
Speaker 1: total of $ 67 million paid out in compensation to some
45:34
Speaker 1: of the survivors also helps, after reading Perversion of Justice,
45:39
Speaker 1: you can't help feel there is substantially more to be
45:41
Speaker 1: revealed that, were it to be made public, would rupture
45:46
Speaker 1: the U.S. political and legal establishment. And that's why they
45:50
Speaker 1: want it quieted down, folks. Come on, let's be real.
45:54
Speaker 1: There's only a handful of people talking about this on
45:57
Speaker 1: a regular basis. And look at how many of those people,
46:01
Speaker 1: myself included, have dealt with censorship. Have dealt with nonsense.
46:05
Speaker 1: Have dealt with BS. They think that just happens in
46:10
Speaker 1: a vacuum? These people are running scared. They know that
46:16
Speaker 1: they're on the precipice of disaster. And we have to
46:19
Speaker 1: keep pushing and just keep it moving. And keep the
46:21
Speaker 1: pressure on. Oh, they can't stop the run? Fine, run
46:27
Speaker 1: the ball five more times. And just when they'll put
46:30
Speaker 1: eight in the box to stop the run, we're going
46:32
Speaker 1: to go deep. In one instance that Brown explores, it's
46:39
Speaker 1: surely significant that no one has been able to extract
46:42
Speaker 1: from bureaucracy the unredacted flight manifest of Epstein's private trips
46:47
Speaker 1: down to his personal slice of the Caribbean, dubbed Pedophile Island.
46:52
Speaker 1: Rumors abound, meanwhile, about the identities of the rich and
46:55
Speaker 1: powerful men who accompanied the financier, pedophile, on his jaunts
46:59
Speaker 1: to the island of Little St. James, along with the
47:02
Speaker 1: many teenage girls, for sordid sex in the sun, away
47:06
Speaker 1: from prying eyes. Well, what about all of the girls
47:09
Speaker 1: we don't know about? That's the scariest part, right? The
47:13
Speaker 1: girls who don't have a voice. The ones who have
47:15
Speaker 1: never come forward. The ones who might not be able
47:18
Speaker 1: to come forward. Who knows what happened to these girls.
47:23
Speaker 1: And it terrifies me to think. That there are so
47:26
Speaker 1: many unnamed people. Who were caught up. In this web.
47:32
Speaker 1: Who were caught up. In Jeffrey Epstein's nightmare. It's chilling.
47:40
Speaker 1: Now we've heard from a lot of the survivors. Who
47:42
Speaker 1: have come forward. And they've acted as a surrogate voice.
47:45
Speaker 1: For those who don't have one. But man. Sometimes I
47:50
Speaker 1: sit here and I think to myself, how many girls
47:53
Speaker 1: have slipped through the cracks? And not only just with
47:56
Speaker 1: the Epstein case, just in general. And it's really depressing
48:02
Speaker 1: to think about. While money and power shield many of
48:08
Speaker 1: those who embraced Epstein's hospitality, 59-year-old Maxwell's pending trial could
48:13
Speaker 1: identify some of those accomplices who would much prefer they
48:17
Speaker 1: were never mentioned. This might prompt some of the unnamed
48:21
Speaker 1: former associates of Epstein into working on Maxwell's behalf, calling
48:26
Speaker 1: in favors from powerful friends behind the scenes, attempting to
48:29
Speaker 1: coerce prosecutors and police, and enlisting private investigators to dig
48:35
Speaker 1: up information that might deter her inquisitors from taking too
48:39
Speaker 1: close a look at all of the details. Obviously, a
48:43
Speaker 1: carefully worded plea bargain would be in all of their interests. Well,
48:48
Speaker 1: that is certainly the fear, right? And that's something that
48:52
Speaker 1: I have been very cognizant of this whole time and
48:56
Speaker 1: keeping an eye on. Who are they pressuring behind the scenes?
49:01
Speaker 1: What sort of maneuvers are they trying to make? One
49:04
Speaker 1: thing I don't think they'll be successful at this time
49:07
Speaker 1: is twisting the arm of the prosecution behind closed doors.
49:11
Speaker 1: They were able to get away with that down in Florida. Thus,
49:14
Speaker 1: they were able to get Epstein off. But I don't
49:17
Speaker 1: think that's going to happen this time around. Because that's
49:22
Speaker 1: how Epstein worked, and Maxwell, without question, learned a lot
49:26
Speaker 1: from her former boyfriend, co-conspirator. Of course, that would mean
49:30
Speaker 1: the search for truth would again be stymied. Look, it's
49:34
Speaker 1: definitely something that we have to be cautious of. We
49:38
Speaker 1: know there's a lot of people that want this to
49:40
Speaker 1: go away. We know that there's a lot of people
49:43
Speaker 1: that want us all to shut the F up. Well,
49:46
Speaker 1: guess what? They're in for a big surprise because we're
49:51
Speaker 1: in it till the very end. And all of the
49:57
Speaker 1: hand-wringing and threats and all the other BS, they might
50:01
Speaker 1: as well focus that somewhere else because that kind of
50:04
Speaker 1: stuff will have zero effect here. In fact... That kind
50:09
Speaker 1: of shit just makes me go harder. What does offer
50:15
Speaker 1: hope is that the political and legal landscape in the
50:18
Speaker 1: United States has changed since Donald Trump, a longtime pal
50:21
Speaker 1: of Epstein, left office and the more colorful members of
50:26
Speaker 1: an interconnected band of high-rolling lawyers, politicos, and influence peddlers
50:31
Speaker 1: scattered in the wind. Some of the creepier rock spiders
50:35
Speaker 1: themselves have been arrested. charged and jailed for various misdemeanors
50:39
Speaker 1: while others have quietly scuttled off hoping no one notices
50:44
Speaker 1: and that's their biggest mistake because guess what scuttle away
50:48
Speaker 1: folks you are not getting out of the crosshairs if
50:53
Speaker 1: you were named in these documents if you were one
50:55
Speaker 1: of jeffrey epstein's buddies if you're a fellow traveler i'm
50:59
Speaker 1: your huckleberry Talk about the wider trafficking network that Epstein
51:06
Speaker 1: established seems to have gone quiet, particularly since the arrest
51:10
Speaker 1: of French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel over rape and sexual
51:14
Speaker 1: assault charges. If that is true, then maybe justice of
51:20
Speaker 1: sorts can be found. Maybe Maxwell has no cards left
51:23
Speaker 1: to play and will spend the next few decades behind
51:26
Speaker 1: bars and Epstein's survivors like Virginia Roberts and Courtney Wilde
51:31
Speaker 1: can carry on with rich and fulfilling lives. Yeah, well,
51:35
Speaker 1: you know what? I hope so. Right? I really do.
51:38
Speaker 1: Because at the end of the day, that's what it's
51:40
Speaker 1: all about. Justice for these girls. Point blank, period. All
51:43
Speaker 1: the other shit is just background noise. Justice. Justice. Justice.
51:52
Speaker 1: Or maybe something darker will emerge and Epstein's crimes will
51:56
Speaker 1: become Maxwell's crimes and the crimes of others. One thing
52:00
Speaker 1: is certain. Only when the fallen socialite, co-conspirator, general all-around
52:05
Speaker 1: scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, steps into the courtroom on November 29th,
52:10
Speaker 1: will we ever even begin to know if we are
52:13
Speaker 1: anywhere near the end of this shameful perversion of justice.
52:20
Speaker 1: And I highly doubt it, folks. Look, there's going to
52:22
Speaker 1: be more. We're going to be disappointed. I already steeled
52:26
Speaker 1: myself for that. But I hope that Maxwell, the core four,
52:30
Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel, Con and Indyke, at the very least, end
52:34
Speaker 1: up eating bologna sandwiches for the rest of their lives.
