- 0:00Speaker 1: Prepare for launching three two one, and away we go see.
- 0:07Speaker 2: See see see you see say.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced Talk
- 0:31Speaker 3: Show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now your
- 0:37Speaker 3: radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Well, well, well, good day, good day, and hello, and
- 1:03Speaker 2: how are you. This is Ron Edwards and you are
- 1:05Speaker 2: listening to the Iron Edwards American Experienced Talk Show. And
- 1:09Speaker 2: boy do we have a great show lined up for
- 1:11Speaker 2: you today. And we've got a great guest. His name
- 1:16Speaker 2: is doctor Eastman. He's going to be joining us in
- 1:18Speaker 2: just a few moments and so stick around for that
- 1:21Speaker 2: and it's going to be very very interesting, I promise you.
- 1:26Speaker 2: But in the meantime, I just want to share a
- 1:28Speaker 2: couple of things with you. I was doing a lot
- 1:32Speaker 2: of thinking today looking at the continued onslaught of lies
- 1:37Speaker 2: being spewed out by the leftist and the so called
- 1:41Speaker 2: committee hearings that they've been conducting with Cash Batel, the
- 1:45Speaker 2: FBI director and others, and also the murder and the
- 1:51Speaker 2: assassination of Charlie Kirk, and I was wondering what was
- 1:55Speaker 2: the number what could be the number one reason why
- 1:57Speaker 2: he was taken out the way he was, and what
- 2:02Speaker 2: was so provocative about Charlie Kirk's faith in Jesus Christ. Now,
- 2:07Speaker 2: for the most part, true followers of Christ are among
- 2:10Speaker 2: the most peaceful, loving people on earth. They pay their taxes,
- 2:15Speaker 2: and after all, we are commanded to render under Caesar
- 2:18Speaker 2: what is his meaning? Pay your taxes and also to
- 2:22Speaker 2: pay all laws, all laws rather that do not come
- 2:25Speaker 2: in direct conflict with God's law, for example the Ten Commandments.
- 2:30Speaker 2: We as Christians are commanded and no are we expected
- 2:36Speaker 2: by God to conform to moral and unjust laws, meaning
- 2:41Speaker 2: we're not supposed to obey laws that go against the
- 2:43Speaker 2: word of God. Neither executive orders or proclamations that would
- 2:50Speaker 2: violate the laws and statutes of almight in God. Now,
- 2:54Speaker 2: Christians are mostly tidy and you know, the majority of
- 2:58Speaker 2: times train up their in the way that they should go.
- 3:02Speaker 2: But for some reason, bigoted leftists hate the very existence
- 3:06Speaker 2: of Christians and will either set out to you know,
- 3:11Speaker 2: eliminate true Christians or cheer when another leftist assassinates a Christian.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Perhaps the biggest reason leftist feel it is their duty
- 3:21Speaker 2: to murder Christians and destroy any society that recognizes that
- 3:26Speaker 2: you and your unailable rights come from God, the God
- 3:31Speaker 2: of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, not from big nannygoate government,
- 3:37Speaker 2: although it was God who created all of us and
- 3:41Speaker 2: the planet we live in live on. It is the
- 3:44Speaker 2: leftist to insist on trying to make us bow to
- 3:48Speaker 2: them and their will and their ways, or be assassinated
- 3:54Speaker 2: for the want to be god leftist. Ye shall one
- 3:58Speaker 2: day be judged by the truth and living God. So
- 4:01Speaker 2: I urge you leftist to awaken from your self delusion
- 4:07Speaker 2: before it's too late. Because you know, I was looking
- 4:12Speaker 2: at the committee hearing today and the thing that they
- 4:17Speaker 2: were continuously attacking Cash Betel and others. It was all lies.
- 4:23Speaker 2: It's one thing if you're telling the truth and you're
- 4:25Speaker 2: coming on strong and you're going on and on and on.
- 4:29Speaker 2: But they just kept going with one lie after another
- 4:34Speaker 2: because they do that as a way to try to
- 4:40Speaker 2: connect with whom they consider to be the ignorant masses.
- 4:45Speaker 2: But what they're finding out on the left side is
- 4:48Speaker 2: that more and more people are actually awakening and they're
- 4:53Speaker 2: seeing behind the curtain, as it were, the reality that
- 4:58Speaker 2: they are not who they portray themselves to be. They
- 5:03Speaker 2: are not kind, They are not inclusive. They don't believe
- 5:07Speaker 2: in all opinions like they say they do. They only
- 5:13Speaker 2: agree to allow those to have equal rights, speech, liberty, etc.
- 5:20Speaker 2: As long as they agree with their destructive ways, the
- 5:26Speaker 2: same way they deal with black people. Stay on the plantation, boy,
- 5:33Speaker 2: or it's over for you. So they expect blacks to
- 5:39Speaker 2: remain victims and stupid and divide it between the men
- 5:44Speaker 2: and women. They expect the white females to become lunatic
- 5:51Speaker 2: karens running around screaming at everyone about stuff that they
- 5:56Speaker 2: don't even know about, and expect the men of America
- 6:00Speaker 2: to becomes nothing more than beta males, weak and droopy daffodils,
- 6:06Speaker 2: unable to fight against any evil whatsoever, unable to understand
- 6:11Speaker 2: the difference between good and evil. And that's what they
- 6:14Speaker 2: depend upon. That's why they have these stupid hearings. And
- 6:20Speaker 2: I call them stupid because how many times have you
- 6:23Speaker 2: heard or listened or watched these so called committee hearings
- 6:29Speaker 2: and have seen any concrete decisions come out of them
- 6:32Speaker 2: that are good for the republic? How many times? Not many?
- 6:41Speaker 2: There may have been one or two times in our lifetimes,
- 6:44Speaker 2: but not many times. To make much of a difference.
- 6:49Speaker 2: In my humble opinion, they've been mostly dog and pony shows,
- 6:54Speaker 2: political circuses, attention grabbers, and even the individuals who try
- 7:03Speaker 2: to tell the truth, what have they done? They're shouted down,
- 7:07Speaker 2: they're talked over. And that's one of the goals of
- 7:13Speaker 2: socialism or communism, it's one of the same, basically, and
- 7:19Speaker 2: that is to confuse the masses with disinformation, antagonism, and
- 7:29Speaker 2: throw in a good measure of hatred for their opposition,
- 7:33Speaker 2: for good measure to hopefully bring about more division amongst
- 7:38Speaker 2: the people, divide and conquered, you know, the drill. And
- 7:45Speaker 2: this is the kind of stuff that has been going on,
- 7:48Speaker 2: especially since twenty twenty, when many of us who believe
- 7:55Speaker 2: that the election was stolen, when many of us believe
- 8:00Speaker 2: that the J six ers were wrongly treated and those
- 8:03Speaker 2: that represented them were wrongly treated, all because of the
- 8:09Speaker 2: big lie and the big effort to destroy this country.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I mean, let's get to the bottom line of it.
- 8:14Speaker 2: They want to fundamentally transform this republic, as was spoken
- 8:20Speaker 2: by Ali Obama. And so these people they don't give up.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Neither should we. And I promise you that if we
- 8:35Speaker 2: don't give up, if we continue to stand tall and
- 8:39Speaker 2: stand on the truth, and we know the truth backwards
- 8:43Speaker 2: and forwards, and we stand boldly. Inevitably we will win.
- 8:49Speaker 2: But we must not falter, we must not break ranks,
- 8:54Speaker 2: and we must be pursuant of the truth. While at
- 8:59Speaker 2: the same time, those of us who have children and
- 9:04Speaker 2: those who have grandchildren, you must turn around and point
- 9:08Speaker 2: them in the right direction morally, politically, ethically, etc. Because
- 9:16Speaker 2: it's one thing to save a nation, but in order
- 9:20Speaker 2: to preserve a nation and continue a nation's greatness, you
- 9:25Speaker 2: must pass these things down to the next generation. Because
- 9:29Speaker 2: what is taught to one generation dictates the direction that
- 9:33Speaker 2: nation takes in the next generation. And so we must
- 9:38Speaker 2: return to the practice of teaching the truth from re
- 9:45Speaker 2: generation to another. That is also a source of victory.
- 9:54Speaker 2: When the young people who were approached by the truth
- 9:57Speaker 2: over and over again by Charlie Kirk, they were turning
- 10:01Speaker 2: away from the lives by the millions, by no less
- 10:06Speaker 2: than the hundreds of thousands. And now you have over
- 10:10Speaker 2: fifty five thousand requests for new turning point gatherings. I mean,
- 10:20Speaker 2: this is amazing for turning point of local organizations. And
- 10:27Speaker 2: that is proof positive that we cannot be stopped. If
- 10:32Speaker 2: we're going to do what's right, we'll be right back after.
- 10:34Speaker 4: This in pursuit of life, liberty, and our inalienable right,

- 12:30Speaker 3: unalienable rights are celebrated, not from.
- 12:36Speaker 7: You, gotta have the.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Welcome back. This is the Rhynovers American Experience. Signed for
- 12:44Speaker 2: Ron Edwards, your happy warrior and glad to be with
- 12:47Speaker 2: you from throughout America and around the world. Today, our
- 12:51Speaker 2: guest is doctor John C. Eastman. He's the founding director
- 12:55Speaker 2: of the Claremont Institute Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, Senior Fellow
- 12:59Speaker 2: of the Claremont Institute, and until January of twenty twenty one,
- 13:05Speaker 2: served and the Henry Salvatory Professor of Law and Community
- 13:10Speaker 2: Service at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
- 13:17Speaker 2: And he has done so much. If I just took
- 13:19Speaker 2: the time to spend all the time just talking about
- 13:23Speaker 2: his achievements, that would be the entire broadcast, which means
- 13:27Speaker 2: he he's a busy guy and a great guy of achievement.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Let's welcome John C. Eastman, Hilloser, and welcome to the
- 13:34Speaker 2: rond Erwarts American Experience.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Ron. Thanks very much, nice to make your acquaintance and
- 13:40Speaker 1: will be on your show.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Thank you, sir. It's an honor too to meet you.
- 13:44Speaker 2: And you are on tour and you're going to be
- 13:48Speaker 2: in the great state of Michigan next week September twenty second,
- 13:53Speaker 2: the twenty third, twenty fourth, and twenty fifth, and why
- 13:57Speaker 2: don't you first give us a little bit of a
- 13:59Speaker 2: background on yourself and it will talk about why you're
- 14:02Speaker 2: coming to Michigan.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Sure well. President Trump called me in late November of
- 14:08Speaker 1: twenty twenty to help him deal with the challenges to
- 14:12Speaker 1: illegality that occurred in the election. I'm a Supreme Court practitioner.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas Boy almost thirty years
- 14:22Speaker 1: ago now, and I was also one of the experts
- 14:25Speaker 1: that testified in Florida back in two thousand, so one
- 14:28Speaker 1: of the very few people in the country that had
- 14:31Speaker 1: the relevant experience that he needed at that time. And
- 14:34Speaker 1: of course, ever since then, I've been targeted. I've been
- 14:37Speaker 1: involved in eighteen different actions going after me bar disciplinary proceedings,
- 14:42Speaker 1: probably the longest and most expensive in history. I'm still
- 14:46Speaker 1: under indictment in Georgia and Arizona, along with President Trump
- 14:50Speaker 1: in Georgia despite Fannie Willis having been disqualified. We can
- 14:55Speaker 1: talk about that, but this was part of the law
- 14:58Speaker 1: fair effort to go after Trump and anybody who dared
- 15:01Speaker 1: stand up to support him and to question the illegality
- 15:05Speaker 1: in the election.
- 15:07Speaker 2: You know, I really every time I think about anything
- 15:12Speaker 2: that has to do with what happened in twenty twenty,
- 15:17Speaker 2: dealing with the election of the Jay six Ers, that
- 15:19Speaker 2: whole situation, I get infuriated all over again, because, sir,
- 15:24Speaker 2: it seems to go against all of our fundamental principles
- 15:29Speaker 2: of what made this nation the greatest in the history
- 15:31Speaker 2: of the world, and it seems to be these attacks
- 15:34Speaker 2: on you, the President, and many of the great Americans
- 15:38Speaker 2: is based on a heap of lies, which is backed
- 15:42Speaker 2: by a philosophical base, on something that is totally in
- 15:46Speaker 2: opposition to what the founding fathers laid down before us.
- 15:50Speaker 2: And it just seems that there is a mad effort
- 15:54Speaker 2: to fundamentally destroy this country and people like yourself, President Trump,
- 15:59Speaker 2: the Jay Sixers, etc. I just looked at by the
- 16:02Speaker 2: left are people that need to be gotten rid of
- 16:04Speaker 2: what say.
- 16:05Speaker 1: You, Well, yeah, no, at least held accountable the people
- 16:12Speaker 1: that have been doing this, and they've been doing it
- 16:14Speaker 1: we now know since twenty sixteen, the Crossfire Hurricane thing
- 16:19Speaker 1: that involved Hillary Clinton funneling laundering money through her law
- 16:23Speaker 1: firm to hire a foreign intelligence officer with a Russian
- 16:27Speaker 1: asset to create a false story about President Trump and
- 16:31Speaker 1: trying to rail his campaign and then spy on him
- 16:35Speaker 1: and continue to spy on him after he won election,
- 16:38Speaker 1: and continue to spy on him even after he was inaugurated.
- 16:42Speaker 1: This is the biggest political scandal of our nation's history,
- 16:44Speaker 1: and nobody's had any accountability for except one guy got
- 16:49Speaker 1: a little slap on the wrist, a suspended bar license
- 16:52Speaker 1: that lasted for a year, but it was made retroactive
- 16:56Speaker 1: more than a year, so it never took effect. And
- 17:01Speaker 1: it's insane. And you know, you can continue on the
- 17:06Speaker 1: overt obstruction within the executive branch to the president's executive
- 17:11Speaker 1: orders in those first term, the raid on mar A Lago,
- 17:15Speaker 1: the criminal prosecutions against him, the raid on mar A Lago,
- 17:18Speaker 1: which now appears to have been designed to recover documents
- 17:22Speaker 1: that he had that exposed the Crossfire Hurricane scandal, and
- 17:26Speaker 1: they wanted to get those back. That was that was
- 17:29Speaker 1: a very strategic mistake on their part because it created
- 17:33Speaker 1: venue in the southern district of Florida rather than the
- 17:36Speaker 1: district of Columbia, and it extended the statute of limitations
- 17:40Speaker 1: to to because of that overdak And as I understand it,
- 17:44Speaker 1: there's now a grand jury convened looking at bringing criminal
- 17:47Speaker 1: prosecutions against very high ranking Biden administration officials and Obama
- 17:54Speaker 1: officials that were implicated in this.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:58Speaker 2: And do you think that the pardons that Uncle Joe
- 18:03Speaker 2: or his handlers gave when Uncle Joe was on his
- 18:07Speaker 2: way out, do you think that those may possibly be overturned?
- 18:13Speaker 1: Well, they might be. You know, the power and power
- 18:16Speaker 1: exists in the president, the one guy that the American
- 18:18Speaker 1: people elected nationally. It doesn't exist in as in a
- 18:22Speaker 1: special assistant to the president. It doesn't. It certainly doesn't
- 18:26Speaker 1: exist in a mechanical autopen and as I understand it,
- 18:32Speaker 1: the first use of an auto pen to signing an
- 18:35Speaker 1: executive document was by President Obama when he was overseas
- 18:40Speaker 1: and needed to sign a bill that had come from
- 18:43Speaker 1: Congress on the reauthorization of the Patriot Act, which was
- 18:46Speaker 1: set to expire at midnight, and so he explicitly authorized
- 18:51Speaker 1: somebody to affix his signature by auto pen. But when
- 18:55Speaker 1: when the president is even aware that people are using
- 18:58Speaker 1: the autopen to affix his sig get through the documents
- 19:01Speaker 1: about which he has no knowledge, that's clearly those are forgeries.
- 19:05Speaker 1: That's an abuse, that's a impersonation of the President of
- 19:08Speaker 1: the United States. That's exercising power by some menyon who
- 19:12Speaker 1: was never given power by the American people. And I
- 19:15Speaker 1: think it's a fairly overt criminal act, and I hope
- 19:20Speaker 1: it should do three things. The people that did that,
- 19:23Speaker 1: if that turns out to be the case, should be
- 19:25Speaker 1: criminally prosecuted. And the pardons that were executed by fraud,
- 19:29Speaker 1: by that fraud, if that's what was done, are void
- 19:33Speaker 1: because they were not signed by the person that had
- 19:36Speaker 1: authority to make those pardons.
- 19:40Speaker 2: You know, it seems that the corruption and the things
- 19:43Speaker 2: that you're just expressing and talking about is indicative of
- 19:48Speaker 2: an almost total corruption of our government, especially on the
- 19:53Speaker 2: federal level. And we only have about well we have
- 19:57Speaker 2: a few minutes. How deep do you think they will
- 20:03Speaker 2: have to do go to clean this madness out? Because
- 20:07Speaker 2: I don't think that just one great presidential term, meaning
- 20:13Speaker 2: this term of President Trump is enough. We're going to
- 20:16Speaker 2: need many more years. What say you? And how do
- 20:18Speaker 2: we get or done.
- 20:22Speaker 8: Well?
- 20:22Speaker 1: I think shining light light is an antiseptic. Shining light
- 20:26Speaker 1: on what's going on is I think the necessary first step,
- 20:31Speaker 1: and that's being done right now. And in fact, I
- 20:34Speaker 1: think if you can see a silver lining in the
- 20:37Speaker 1: twenty twenty election having been stolen at all, that President
- 20:41Speaker 1: Trump and his core team had four years to cross
- 20:46Speaker 1: the t's and dot the eyes on how to go
- 20:48Speaker 1: after this. The doge efforts by Elon Musk exposing the
- 20:54Speaker 1: massive amounts of money being laundered and I use that
- 20:58Speaker 1: word deliberately being laundered, our taxpayer money being laundered through
- 21:02Speaker 1: NGOs to affect our own elections, to criminally prosecute political opposition.
- 21:09Speaker 1: We're now seeing it looks like that some of that
- 21:11Speaker 1: money was funding the organizations that radicalize this kid that
- 21:17Speaker 1: assassinated Charlie Kirk last week. And so now knowing the
- 21:23Speaker 1: depth of the corruption, the breadth of the corruption, two
- 21:28Speaker 1: billion dollars at the last minute on the out going
- 21:30Speaker 1: out the door that Biden gave to Stacy Abrams down
- 21:34Speaker 1: in Georgia to do stuff she'd never done in her
- 21:37Speaker 1: lives before. I mean, the abuse is just unbelievable, and
- 21:41Speaker 1: everywhere you turn. I mean it's hundreds and hundreds of
- 21:44Speaker 1: billions of dollars of our taxpayer funds being used to
- 21:49Speaker 1: undermine America. And I think President Trump knows that. I
- 21:53Speaker 1: think Elon Musk started exposing it. It's why they went
- 21:57Speaker 1: after him so hard. And so I think we're turning
- 22:01Speaker 1: the corner. But you're right, I mean, this corruption has
- 22:04Speaker 1: been building for a century. It's been building since then.
- 22:07Speaker 1: The progressive movement.
- 22:08Speaker 8: Is on set.
- 22:10Speaker 1: In the twenty tens, it went to New Heights under
- 22:15Speaker 1: Franklin Roosevelt and then Lyndon Johnson, but it really really
- 22:19Speaker 1: hit its peak under Obama and Biden. And you know,
- 22:24Speaker 1: it's not going to be fixed overnight. But starting down
- 22:28Speaker 1: that path of fixing it and restoring our government to
- 22:31Speaker 1: accountability the American people is I think mission number one
- 22:35Speaker 1: for the current administration, and so far, to me, they're
- 22:38Speaker 1: doing a very aggressive job. I mean, it's got to
- 22:41Speaker 1: be like drinking from fire hoses and all of those
- 22:43Speaker 1: agencies where there's so much corruption that they need to uproot.
- 22:47Speaker 1: But they're working hard, and my hats off to them.
- 22:53Speaker 7: All.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I get what you're saying, but there are some
- 22:58Speaker 2: complaints about people Pambondi and even cash Battel, people that
- 23:05Speaker 2: seem to know more about it than I do that
- 23:07Speaker 2: are there in Washington see and I guess they're up
- 23:09Speaker 2: close with these people. But you're right, it is a
- 23:12Speaker 2: heck of a bureaucracy, and it's it's been there for years,
- 23:16Speaker 2: and you're talking about hundreds and thousands of people that
- 23:19Speaker 2: are deeply ingrained bureaucratically throughout the government. And it's hard
- 23:23Speaker 2: to get that out, Like you know, it's like you
- 23:27Speaker 2: have to take a giant white water hose and you
- 23:29Speaker 2: just just just hose it out or something. It's just unbelievable.
- 23:34Speaker 2: And folks the organizations.
- 23:36Speaker 1: I've often joked that you ought to have the Department
- 23:39Speaker 1: of the Interior in the interior. Put it in Kansas
- 23:42Speaker 1: and Nebraska and see how many of those self important
- 23:45Speaker 1: DC bureaucrats want to live there. I think you ought
- 23:48Speaker 1: to have the Department of Energy down in Texas or
- 23:50Speaker 1: Colorado where the energy is. I think you know, you
- 23:53Speaker 1: can go agency by agency. I think the Department of
- 23:56Speaker 1: Education needs to be abolished because there's no top stitutional
- 24:00Speaker 1: authority for that kind of local spending. You know, we're
- 24:03Speaker 1: going to just go down the list. And I, you know,
- 24:06Speaker 1: and I think this turning point we're at after the
- 24:09Speaker 1: assassination of Charlie Kirk and you're seeing young people in
- 24:15Speaker 1: frustration looking at a thirty seven trillion dollars debt that
- 24:19Speaker 1: we are handing to them. That's one hundred thousand dollars
- 24:22Speaker 1: per person in this country before they even get started.
- 24:26Speaker 1: And then you add on to that a couple hundred grand.
- 24:28Speaker 2: And doctor, we're gonna have to hold it American, We're
- 24:31Speaker 2: gonna have to hold it right there. We're going to
- 24:33Speaker 2: be right back after the break.
- 24:51Speaker 9: Protecting your liberties. You are listening to Liberty News.
- 24:55Speaker 8: Radio Breaking News this hour from town Hall on John Scott.
- 25:05Speaker 8: The Federal Reserve has cut its key interest rate. The
- 25:09Speaker 8: rate was cut by a quarter point. More importantly, the
- 25:12Speaker 8: Fed projected it would do so twice more this year
- 25:15Speaker 8: as concern grows at the Central Bank about the health
- 25:18Speaker 8: of the nation's labor market. The move is the Fed's
- 25:22Speaker 8: first cut since December, and lowered its short term rate
- 25:25Speaker 8: to about four point one from four point three percent.
- 25:29Speaker 8: President Trump and the First Lady are the toast of Britain.
- 25:33Speaker 8: Correspondent Denica Kirkha reports the central event of the President's
- 25:39Speaker 8: visit is the lavish state banquet that we'll be getting
- 25:42Speaker 8: underway shortly at Windsor Castle with King Charles and hundreds
- 25:46Speaker 8: of invities.
- 25:47Speaker 10: State banquet on Wednesday night promises to be an absolute,
- 25:51Speaker 10: unforgettable affair for the one hundred and sixty people who
- 25:53Speaker 10: are going to be lucky enough to sit around a
- 25:56Speaker 10: huge mahogany table the size of half of American football
- 26:00Speaker 10: to get a chance to see pomp and ceremony at
- 26:04Speaker 10: its very best. There'll be trros, they'll be diamonds, There'll
- 26:09Speaker 10: be decorations.
- 26:10Speaker 8: And that pomp gives way to the real work on Thursday,
- 26:14Speaker 8: when President Tromp and British Prime Minister Kris Starma meet
- 26:18Speaker 8: on the battlefront, Israeli troops and tanks are pushing deeper
- 26:21Speaker 8: into Gaza City. Correspondent Charles de la Desma.
- 26:25Speaker 6: Hundreds of people carry their belongings on the crowded road
- 26:28Speaker 6: in Wadi Gaza. Israeli troops and tanks pushing deeper into
- 26:32Speaker 6: Gaza City, marking the second day of a ground offensive.
- 26:36Speaker 6: The movers faced international condemnation as Palestinians.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Flee the devastated era.
- 26:41Speaker 6: Israel's military reports over one one hundred and fifty air
- 26:44Speaker 6: and artillery strikes on the city in recent days, the
- 26:48Speaker 6: strikes of toppled high rise towers, which Israel claims are
- 26:51Speaker 6: used by Hamas for surveillance.
- 26:53Speaker 9: I'm Charles Tiledesma.

- 26:59Speaker 11: So my mother is I'm thinking of switching from Verizon
- 27:02Speaker 11: to Pure Talk, but she's worried the deal sounds too
- 27:04Speaker 11: good to be true. Michael. She said, how can those
- 27:07Speaker 11: Pure Talk people offer me the same basic service as
- 27:10Speaker 11: Verizon for so much less money? I said, Mom, go
- 27:13Speaker 11: ask Google how much Verizon spends on advertising and promotion.
- 27:17Speaker 11: A few seconds later, my mother said, oh, my goodness,
- 27:20Speaker 11: twelve billion dollars a year. That must be a typo.
- 27:24Speaker 11: I'll tell you what I told my mom. It's not
- 27:26Speaker 11: a typo. Verizon spends twelve billion dollars a year on
- 27:30Speaker 11: advertising and promotion, and their customers are paying for it. Well,
- 27:34Speaker 11: Pure Talk doesn't spend that kind of money on commercials.
- 27:36Speaker 11: Trust me, I would know. Consequently, they can offer you
- 27:40Speaker 11: and my mother, unlimited talk, text, and plenty of data
- 27:43Speaker 11: on a blazing fast five G network for just twenty
- 27:46Speaker 11: five bucks a month. Dial pound two fifty and say
- 27:49Speaker 11: the words Micro and you'll get an additional fifty percent
- 27:52Speaker 11: off your first month. That's pound two five zero Micro

- 28:05Speaker 2: On September tenth, twenty twenty five, America lost a valiant
- 28:08Speaker 2: hero in Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated by leptist bigots
- 28:13Speaker 2: whose mission is to literally destroy our republic Helo, I'm
- 28:17Speaker 2: Ron Edwards. On today's page from your Notebook, brought to
- 28:20Speaker 2: you by Root Brand's premium products, Charlie Kirk successfully reached
- 28:24Speaker 2: out to millions of college students throughout America. Charlie's mission
- 28:29Speaker 2: was not just to change the direction of our republic.
- 28:32Speaker 2: By reminding we the people of the importance of pointing
- 28:35Speaker 2: the young people toward the right path that leads to
- 28:38Speaker 2: righteousness and the importance of the traditional family, Charlie literally
- 28:43Speaker 2: shook the evil establishment to its rotten core with truth,
- 28:48Speaker 2: love of God and country. Charlie Kirk dropped irrefutable truths
- 28:52Speaker 2: so powerful they shook the establishment to the core, so
- 28:56Speaker 2: they killed Charlie Kirk, who stood for liberty and just
- 29:00Speaker 2: for all. But they haven't killed the spirit of what's
- 29:02Speaker 2: best about America. As Muslims, trainees, Democrats, randals all celebrate
- 29:07Speaker 2: the murder of Charlie Kirk. I celebrate the great life
- 29:10Speaker 2: an example that Charlie Kirk said. Rest easy, Soldier Kirk.

- 30:06Speaker 13: Ron Edwards the new voice of America.
- 30:13Speaker 2: Welcome back. This is the Runovers American Experience and our
- 30:16Speaker 2: guest today is doctor John Eastman, advisor to President Trump
- 30:20Speaker 2: and author, and he put together a great documentary and
- 30:25Speaker 2: it's called The Eastman Dilemma, Law Fair or Justice and
- 30:33Speaker 2: he's here with us, and he's nice enough to stick
- 30:37Speaker 2: around for a few more minutes, and doctor Eastman, welcome back.
- 30:42Speaker 2: And I want you to tell folks about your tour
- 30:46Speaker 2: here in Michigan and why you're here.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Sure you know a group called Magnificent Republic, a Michigan
- 30:54Speaker 1: election integrity group, has invited me up for a four
- 30:58Speaker 1: city tour to have screenings of the documentary which shows
- 31:03Speaker 1: the evidence we had of illegality in the election and
- 31:06Speaker 1: the strategies we were trying to design to deal with it,
- 31:09Speaker 1: and then the lawfare that has resulted ever since. I
- 31:12Speaker 1: think it's a very important documentary and I hope people
- 31:15Speaker 1: will come out to watch it with us, and then
- 31:18Speaker 1: I'll be available after the screamings for question and answers,
- 31:22Speaker 1: and we're going to be up in Oakland County on Monday,
- 31:25Speaker 1: Gladwyn County on Tuesday, in Lansing on Wednesday, and then
- 31:29Speaker 1: in Wayne County on Thursday, and the details for each
- 31:32Speaker 1: of those events can be found at Magnificentrepublic dot com.
- 31:37Speaker 1: And I hope as many of the people in your
- 31:39Speaker 1: audience in those areas can come out and join us,
- 31:44Speaker 1: and I look forward to meeting as many people as
- 31:46Speaker 1: we can in person and taking questions.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Absolutely, And one more question before you go, do you
- 31:55Speaker 2: think that we will get enough of a cleanup operation
- 31:58Speaker 2: in order to have a good and clean election midterm
- 32:03Speaker 2: and following.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Well, you know, I think if you look at the
- 32:08Speaker 1: twenty twenty four election, the information that I have indicates
- 32:13Speaker 1: that there were attempts to steal that election as well,
- 32:16Speaker 1: but President Trump flooded the zone. As they say, it
- 32:23Speaker 1: was too big to rig. But more importantly, I think
- 32:27Speaker 1: millions of Americans across the country and every county in
- 32:30Speaker 1: the country are now aware of the problems and are
- 32:33Speaker 1: watching their local officials like hawks. That makes it much
- 32:37Speaker 1: more difficult to cheat in the elections. There's still a
- 32:40Speaker 1: lot of cheating that goes on, and a lot of
- 32:42Speaker 1: illegality that goes on, but people are starting to be
- 32:46Speaker 1: held accountable. You know, Folks in Michigan have been criminally
- 32:50Speaker 1: prosecuted for submitting double ballots and falsifying absentee applications and
- 32:57Speaker 1: those sorts of things. And so I think the tide
- 33:01Speaker 1: is turning. But that this is you know, Ronald Reagan
- 33:04Speaker 1: once said, you know, you can't sit on your laurels.
- 33:07Speaker 1: You know, the loss of our system of government and
- 33:10Speaker 1: freedom is only one generation away, and it falls to
- 33:13Speaker 1: each generation anew to stay active in order to protect
- 33:18Speaker 1: those freedoms that we inherited from our great forefathers. On
- 33:22Speaker 1: the day that we celebrate to day, Constitution Day, and
- 33:26Speaker 1: I think that's true. And you know, we get fat
- 33:29Speaker 1: and sassy, as the old trae says, when we're comfortable.
- 33:32Speaker 1: But I think what's happened over the last dozen years
- 33:35Speaker 1: or so is awakened a lot of people to the
- 33:37Speaker 1: risk of losing everything our for bears fought for. And
- 33:41Speaker 1: it's now our turn. It's now our call to stand
- 33:46Speaker 1: up and defend the freedom so that when we pass
- 33:48Speaker 1: the baton to the next generation, we don't pass down
- 33:51Speaker 1: some weakened version of freedom that they have to then
- 33:55Speaker 1: suffer through. But they can take that baton fresh and
- 33:58Speaker 1: clean and and work on their own for freedom to
- 34:03Speaker 1: pass on to their kids and their grandkids. That's a
- 34:06Speaker 1: perpetual mission and we ought never lose sight of that.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Amen to that, sir, I want to thank you for
- 34:12Speaker 2: taking time out of your schedule to be with us today,
- 34:14Speaker 2: and we do wish you much success on your ongoing tour.
- 34:19Speaker 2: And as you are going to be in Michigan, and
- 34:23Speaker 2: big thumbs up to you for all that you've done
- 34:25Speaker 2: and continue to do for our republic.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Thank you very much. And I'll give that website again,
- 34:30Speaker 1: magnificentrepublic dot com. I hope people will go to that
- 34:34Speaker 1: and join us at one or the other of those events.
- 34:37Speaker 1: And thank you Ron very much for having me on.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Thank you, take care sir. Well there he goes, great
- 34:45Speaker 2: American John Eastman, and be sure to join John Eastman
- 34:48Speaker 2: at one of the four locations here in Michigan, Oakland
- 34:51Speaker 2: County September twenty second, at also on the twenty third
- 34:57Speaker 2: in Gladwyn County at Riverwalk Place Resort and Spa. And
- 35:01Speaker 2: it's going to be at the State Capitol Lansing Wednesday,
- 35:03Speaker 2: the twenty fourth, and on Thursday on the twenty fifth
- 35:09Speaker 2: at the River Church at one seven two three five
- 35:12Speaker 2: Middle Built Road in Lavonna. She'll check it out and
- 35:16Speaker 2: for more information go to magnificentrepublic dot com. Great folks
- 35:21Speaker 2: over there, and you know, give them a look. See well,
- 35:25Speaker 2: you know, friends, we are a constitutionally limited republic and
- 35:30Speaker 2: that is something that is very important that we need
- 35:33Speaker 2: to discriminate. The crucial differences between what a republic is
- 35:38Speaker 2: and what a democracy is, especially when explaining that to
- 35:43Speaker 2: our young, because so often America is falsely called a
- 35:49Speaker 2: democracy by elected officials, by judges, by just people in general,
- 35:56Speaker 2: and many of them do not understand that there is
- 36:01Speaker 2: a crucial difference between a republic, a constitutional republic, and
- 36:05Speaker 2: a mob biocracy or a democracy. Democracy is nothing more
- 36:10Speaker 2: than mob rule. And under a constitutionally limited republic, as
- 36:15Speaker 2: ours was set up, it recognizes the important rights of
- 36:19Speaker 2: the individual, meaning you as an individual, means as much
- 36:24Speaker 2: as a million people. And that's based upon how God
- 36:28Speaker 2: judges us. And see, so much of the founding of
- 36:32Speaker 2: this nation was based upon how God set things up.
- 36:37Speaker 2: And that's something that we cannot forget and we must
- 36:40Speaker 2: always remember as we go forth in this battle to
- 36:44Speaker 2: restore this republic. We must restore America upon the rock,
- 36:50Speaker 2: the rock. And I tell you in watching the testimony
- 36:57Speaker 2: again today in the House Judiciary Committee hearing following the
- 37:02Speaker 2: Bombshells Sender report revealing Biden's FBI targeted conservative organizations throughout
- 37:07Speaker 2: the Republic, and I tell you, the opening statements were
- 37:12Speaker 2: fire on both sides. The good news is that on
- 37:18Speaker 2: one side. You had all the lies that were being established,
- 37:22Speaker 2: and it's becoming more and more apparent to more and
- 37:26Speaker 2: more people who's lying and who's not in these committee hearings.
- 37:31Speaker 2: And that's the good news. So man, oh Man, oh Man.
- 37:40Speaker 2: And as we continue on the ron Edwards American experience,
- 37:45Speaker 2: we must not forget the goal of socialism, which is communism.
- 37:49Speaker 2: We can and must write in a language which sows
- 37:53Speaker 2: among the masses hate, revulsion, and scorn towards those who
- 37:57Speaker 2: disagree with us. That would be the movement which led
- 38:01Speaker 2: to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Again, I'll give it again.
- 38:08Speaker 2: The goal of socialism is communism. And one of the
- 38:12Speaker 2: things that those that are pushing communism they have stated this,
- 38:16Speaker 2: we can and must write in a language which sows
- 38:19Speaker 2: among the masses hate, revulsion, and scorn toward those who
- 38:24Speaker 2: disagree with us unquote. That is the movement which led
- 38:28Speaker 2: to the assassination literally of Charlie Kirk. The way to
- 38:33Speaker 2: crush the bourgeois is to grind them between the millstones
- 38:37Speaker 2: of taxation and implation, another set of principle set forth
- 38:42Speaker 2: by the communist They also stated that people always have
- 38:46Speaker 2: been and they always will be stupid victims of deceit
- 38:49Speaker 2: and self deception. In politics, democracy is indispensable to socialism.
- 38:58Speaker 2: See they admit that democracy is dangerous, it is not
- 39:01Speaker 2: good for us, But yet most of your politicians continue
- 39:06Speaker 2: to promote the idea of democracy. They also said, give
- 39:12Speaker 2: us the child for eight years and it will be
- 39:15Speaker 2: a Bolshevik forever. By destroying the peasant economy and driving
- 39:20Speaker 2: the peasant from the country to the town, the famine
- 39:24Speaker 2: creates a proletariat. They also stated. Furthermore, the famine can
- 39:31Speaker 2: and should be a progressive factor, not only economically. It
- 39:35Speaker 2: will force the peasant to reflect on the basis of
- 39:39Speaker 2: the capitalist system, meaning they will say, get rid of it.
- 39:44Speaker 2: And how many times have we heard young Americans say, ah,
- 39:46Speaker 2: capitalism is bad, as they are programmed to believe that
- 39:49Speaker 2: in their government schools. They also set out to demolish
- 39:53Speaker 2: faith in the Czar and Tzarionism and consequently, in due course,
- 39:59Speaker 2: make the victory of the revolution easier. Psychologically, all this
- 40:04Speaker 2: task about feeding the starving and so on and so
- 40:07Speaker 2: on essentially reflexed on usual sugary sentimentality of our intelligensia.
- 40:17Speaker 2: And there you have it, folks, I mean, that's it
- 40:19Speaker 2: in a nutshell, and there's more to that madness, but
- 40:23Speaker 2: I think that pretty much summarizes with the Communists with
- 40:28Speaker 2: the Democrats one of the same or all about. And
- 40:32Speaker 2: we will continue on this to run Edwards American Experience,
- 40:36Speaker 2: the run Edwards American Experience, a charter member of the

- 43:24Speaker 2: doctor John Eastman who stopped by for a little bit
- 43:27Speaker 2: to chat with us about an upcoming program that he's presenting,
- 43:33Speaker 2: Dilemma Lawfair or Justice, The Eastman Dilemma, Law Fair or Justice.
- 43:41Speaker 2: And he's put this together and he's going to be
- 43:43Speaker 2: sharing it on his tour which we'll be stopping in
- 43:46Speaker 2: Michigan for for four days September twenty second, the twenty third,
- 43:52Speaker 2: twenty fourth, and twenty fifth, And for more information, simply
- 43:55Speaker 2: go to Magnificentrepublic dot com. I urge to check this
- 44:02Speaker 2: out because a lot of good details are being shared
- 44:09Speaker 2: on this very important tour. Well, you know, it's pretty
- 44:17Speaker 2: sad when you cannot share your opinion about food. We'll
- 44:21Speaker 2: get in trouble, big heap of them, trouble for simply
- 44:24Speaker 2: stating the facts about something that you're eating. If you're
- 44:27Speaker 2: eating food right and it doesn't taste good, you should
- 44:31Speaker 2: be free to express that without getting in big heap
- 44:35Speaker 2: them trouble. However, US tennis star Taylor Townsend has apologized
- 44:40Speaker 2: to China after her social media joke about Chinese food backfired.
- 44:46Speaker 2: Some people got but hurt. In the original post that
- 44:49Speaker 2: Chinese officials found offensive, Townsend had posted photos of traditional
- 44:56Speaker 2: kaza dishes such as bullfrog and turtle dishes, and she
- 45:00Speaker 2: joked that she would have to talk to hr about
- 45:03Speaker 2: the quality of the food in China. But now the
- 45:07Speaker 2: world's number one ranked doubles player has apologized bent the knee.
- 45:12Speaker 2: In the video posted on Instagram, she said, I just
- 45:16Speaker 2: wanted to come on here and apologize sincerely from the
- 45:19Speaker 2: bottom of my heart, said Townsend, who said that she
- 45:23Speaker 2: understood how privileged she is as a professional athlete to
- 45:27Speaker 2: be able to travel around the world and experience cultural differences.
- 45:32Speaker 2: It's one of the things that I love so much
- 45:34Speaker 2: about what I do. And I have had nothing but
- 45:36Speaker 2: the most amazing experience in time here and the tournaments,
- 45:41Speaker 2: she said, everyone has been so kind and so gracious,
- 45:45Speaker 2: and the things that I said were not representative of
- 45:49Speaker 2: all of me at all, and I just truly wanted
- 45:53Speaker 2: to apologize to China. There's no excuse, there are no words,
- 45:58Speaker 2: and for me, I just I will be better. Man
- 46:04Speaker 2: oh man, oh man. This is crazy and it's it's
- 46:11Speaker 2: sad at the same time. It's crazy. It's coca POV's crazy.
- 46:18Speaker 2: She just made a little joke. Now, Americans in American
- 46:21Speaker 2: food has joked about all the time around the world.
- 46:27Speaker 2: But yet you don't hear people getting scared because they
- 46:31Speaker 2: joked about America. I mean, foreigners are allowed to burn
- 46:35Speaker 2: their flags in our streets. But yet an American tennis player,
- 46:40Speaker 2: one of the best in the world today, she says
- 46:44Speaker 2: a little, little, lighthearted joke, and a Chinese official says,
- 46:50Speaker 2: I don't I don't like that. I don't like it,
- 46:53Speaker 2: and she she gets up, she bends the knee. I mean,
- 46:58Speaker 2: come on, I I just I just so bothered about
- 47:03Speaker 2: people that grow up in a land that is supposed
- 47:05Speaker 2: to be about liberty and freedom of speech. And she
- 47:08Speaker 2: says a harmless joke, And yet she bends the need
- 47:12Speaker 2: to China. But not one comment did she make during
- 47:15Speaker 2: those weeks when people were burning American flags while flying
- 47:20Speaker 2: Mexican flags in our streets. Now, Ali Obama, the former president,
- 47:27Speaker 2: implied that Trump is to blame for Charlie kirk assassination.
- 47:32Speaker 2: Extreme views were not in my White House, so said
- 47:36Speaker 2: Ali Obama. What a lie. How in the world can
- 47:44Speaker 2: you say that Trump is to blame for the assassination
- 47:50Speaker 2: of Charlie Kirk. Trump did not put a gun to
- 47:53Speaker 2: that guy's head. In fact, it wasn't just that guy.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Trump was not the the person who put a gun
- 48:03Speaker 2: to the people who are behind the death of Charlie Kirk.
- 48:09Speaker 2: He had nothing to do with it. Now, see, we
- 48:18Speaker 2: have to come to grips in this country. We have
- 48:23Speaker 2: to wake up to reality in this country. We have
- 48:26Speaker 2: to understand what Khrushchev understood is that how they would
- 48:32Speaker 2: bury us. And when he talked about burying us, he
- 48:37Speaker 2: talked about burying us from within, because no one could
- 48:40Speaker 2: do it from without. And see, here's the thing. The
- 48:45Speaker 2: reason why Ali Obama was able to say what he
- 48:48Speaker 2: said and say that President Trump was to blame is
- 48:51Speaker 2: because everyone on the left believes that if you say
- 48:57Speaker 2: anything that is not in agreement with their awful philosophy,
- 49:03Speaker 2: that means it's okay if you die, and therefore it
- 49:08Speaker 2: is your fault if you die, or and or it
- 49:13Speaker 2: is the fault of someone who may agree with you.
- 49:18Speaker 2: If you get killed, you get killed, it's someone else's
- 49:21Speaker 2: fault who believes who agrees with you. That's how egotistical
- 49:26Speaker 2: these people are on the left. This is how powerful
- 49:29Speaker 2: these people on the left have been allowed to feel
- 49:34Speaker 2: that they are in their adult brains. Now, he pretended
- 49:42Speaker 2: to mourn Kirk's death, saying it was horrific, but made
- 49:45Speaker 2: sure to recite and an accurate laundry list of Kirk's
- 49:50Speaker 2: more controversial statements, including a false claim that Kirk claimed
- 49:54Speaker 2: that black women were stupid. He never said that. I've
- 49:59Speaker 2: seen comments that he made about black women. But when
- 50:02Speaker 2: he spoke about black women, he spoke about particular things
- 50:08Speaker 2: that they either said or did. Now, maybe the things
- 50:14Speaker 2: that they did. Like I remember one comment he made
- 50:18Speaker 2: in reference to Big Mama Abrams out of Georgia. Now,
- 50:24Speaker 2: I call her Big Mama Abrams because she is She's huge.
- 50:28Speaker 2: She's a real thick one, Okay, And I will say
- 50:33Speaker 2: that she's not that bright, but I can prove it
- 50:37Speaker 2: based upon things that she has said. Okay, I could
- 50:42Speaker 2: prove that she's very thick in the head. And by
- 50:46Speaker 2: saying or repeating or showing you the things that she
- 50:49Speaker 2: has said and done, you would come to the conclusion
- 50:53Speaker 2: that she's not that bright. But no, Charlie Kirk never said,
- 50:58Speaker 2: like in a blanket statement, the black women or stupid.
- 51:04Speaker 2: He's not guilty of that. Now, see people like Ali
- 51:09Speaker 2: Obama and al windbag Sharp and I'm looking at a
- 51:12Speaker 2: picture of them, the two of them together laughing. They
- 51:18Speaker 2: think it's stupid if you go against what they believe.
- 51:26Speaker 2: How many times have you heard or seen comments in
- 51:31Speaker 2: the comments sections on substack or elsewhere, and how they
- 51:34Speaker 2: attack people who disagree with them. They'll call them all
- 51:39Speaker 2: kinds of names, racist, bigot, volgar, names that I'm not
- 51:48Speaker 2: allowed to stay here in this setting, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
- 51:54Speaker 2: And the thing that the Left is most guilty of
- 51:56Speaker 2: is a double standard. Kind of remind me of certain
- 52:01Speaker 2: family members. Double standard. They deal by favoritism rather than
- 52:08Speaker 2: correct principles across the board. And so you know, this
- 52:18Speaker 2: is part of what I was talking about in the
- 52:20Speaker 2: opening segment of the show, of how we have to
- 52:24Speaker 2: defeat these individuals who are hell bent on destroying this
- 52:30Speaker 2: country through deception. Now he'll have a lot of people
- 52:35Speaker 2: running around, ali Obamba will have a whole lot of
- 52:37Speaker 2: people running around believing that Charlie Kirk said that black
- 52:40Speaker 2: females are all stupid, and he never said that. He
- 52:45Speaker 2: talked about certain black individuals who did stupid things or
- 52:50Speaker 2: said stupid things or said evil things like Jasmine Crockett.
- 52:55Speaker 2: If you were to just separate the segment, I mean
- 52:58Speaker 2: the statements that he said and didn't even know who
- 53:02Speaker 2: said these particular statements, you would think that it was
- 53:07Speaker 2: a very stupid person that said those things. Then when
- 53:11Speaker 2: you apply the face to it, it happens to be
- 53:13Speaker 2: a black female named Jasmine Crockett. But that doesn't mean
- 53:17Speaker 2: that because one points out something that Jasmine Crockett said,
- 53:21Speaker 2: that they're calling all black female stupid. And those kinds
- 53:25Speaker 2: of lives should not be spread about to give someone
- 53:29Speaker 2: an excuse to kill somebody because they disagree with the evil.
- 53:39Speaker 2: And that is why I continue to say over and
- 53:42Speaker 2: over and over again that we have to really continue
- 53:47Speaker 2: unite and press against the darkness with the truth and
- 53:52Speaker 2: with resolve to restore our republic. Now, my friends that
- 53:56Speaker 2: I see my time is uh, thank you so much
- 53:58Speaker 2: for your time. I'm ron Edwards urging you to continue
- 54:01Speaker 2: to pray for your nation, your family, your friends, and
- 54:04Speaker 2: even your innovent enemies that they get it right before
- 54:06Speaker 2: it's too late, because we're all going to be judged
- 54:09Speaker 2: one day. Don't forget to treat others the same way
- 54:12Speaker 2: you want to be treated. And remember you're sure is
- 54:17Speaker 2: king and until next time, I'm Ron Edwards Excelsior. Come on,
- 54:42Speaker 2: you would you would be as all folks tags that
- 54:46Speaker 2: stage right
