- 0:39Everybody, welcome to the live stream.
- 0:41Welcome to the basement. We have an extra special guest
- 0:44today. Our friend Elizabeth Grace is
- 0:46joining us. She's a key member of our UFD
- 0:49community. A lot of you know her from her
- 0:51weekly crypto and UFD updates. Elizabeth, welcome to the
- 0:56Basement Live. Thank you.
- 0:58Good morning, Dusters and good morning, Ron.
- 1:00Thank you for having. Me.
- 1:01Yeah, well, we're going to have a lot of fun today because you
- 1:04know, community is everything, right?
- 1:06And yesterday during a spaces that we had, we compiled a list
- 1:11of everything that the UFD community is doing.
- 1:14And it just really blew me away. And I think there's even more.
- 1:18But at this point, I just want to read through this list of
- 1:21what this community has done. And I want to emphasize that
- 1:24everything I'm reading on this list was basically done because
- 1:29of the community, right? Like I started this little, I
- 1:32was the spark, but the community is who really created this fire.
- 1:37This this evolving community that is has become Unicorn fart
- 1:43dust. Absolutely everybody's playing a
- 1:45part and me being here is just a testament.
- 1:49You're allowing the community to come into your home, and I love
- 1:52that about. All right, I'm going to go
- 1:54through the list and if I miss anything you let me know.
- 1:57But we got a Kraken listing raised over 100,000 U.S. dollars
- 2:03to get a market maker. We had billboards in New York
- 2:06City. We've got the best NFT projects
- 2:09around. I think now there's like 5 NFT
- 2:12projects growing in popularity. Those get the word out to new
- 2:16people that maybe are into NFTS but maybe not memecoin.
- 2:21So it's gaining us exposure to a lot of those butter cups out
- 2:25there. We have the promotional car, the
- 2:27duster, and you interrupt me anytime you want.
- 2:31We have spaces going on on X where people can come in.
- 2:35Feels like pretty much all the time.
- 2:37Overnight, people from all over the world are able to get
- 2:41together and talk about UFD. We have a sticker campaign.
- 2:45You know our artists that are creating these beautiful
- 2:48artworks and also creating stickers.
- 2:50We have a DJ on Friday nights. DJ.
- 2:53Litmus, let's go. Right, I mean, enough said.
- 2:58We're doing a meet up here in Saint Louis on June 20th where
- 3:02people can come and and see the Duster and that's where the
- 3:05Duster will be officially revealed our promotional car.
- 3:09And I just want to say quickly about that.
- 3:11I don't know any other meme coin community that's ever had a meet
- 3:14up, you know, this early in the stages of the coin.
- 3:17So that's we're trendsetters for that for sure.
- 3:21You know, that's a great point too.
- 3:23And as we look at all of this on this list, we have to remember
- 3:28that we're only five months old. We're only five months old, I
- 3:32mean, and all of this has already been accomplished and
- 3:35we're only maybe not even halfway through the list not.
- 3:38Even. Halfway OK, we've got
- 3:41unbelievable memes and videos, short videos, people like where
- 3:46I could go on forever Brian Life royal, all kinds of people.
- 3:51I can't even begin to list. You know who you are that are
- 3:53creating every single day. These eye-catching pieces of
- 3:57artwork, both static art artwork and short videos, some of them
- 4:02including me doing some unsavory things, but I'm fine with that.
- 4:06I have a a good sense of humor. We have you doing a weekly
- 4:11update. We'll look at that a little bit
- 4:13later here today we're going to be at the Bitcoin conference.
- 4:17We're on TikTok, we're on LinkedIn, we're on Facebook.
- 4:22So we're on Reddit, right? Right now.
- 4:24We're streaming on X, we're streaming on LinkedIn, we're
- 4:27streaming on Facebook. We're streaming on Abstract
- 4:30Network, the Pudgy Penguins, Lukanets Network.
- 4:34We got the best contest. I mean, we just wrapped up this
- 4:38Coinbase, Emma Bear, Emma Ball. Emma Ball ran, and that's a lot
- 4:44of work. And one final time, I'll say
- 4:45hats off to Emma Ball. She did a great job, but we had
- 4:49like 125 people that entered Coinbase focused memes into a
- 4:55contest and we've had a lot of contest when Ledger all kinds of
- 4:58things over the last five months.
- 5:00We've got the burger man. Who else has the burger man,
- 5:03right? I mean, and he's in the
- 5:04Philippines, you know, giving away burgers making he and had a
- 5:09great video on the contest. And and I think that shows us
- 5:13that wherever, you know, we're everywhere.
- 5:14I mean, if you talk to people in the UFD community that are in
- 5:18different countries or different areas at all or have you noticed
- 5:21that? Well, mostly I the US and
- 5:24Canada, but I have noticed some from Europe and of course I've
- 5:27talked to Burger Man here and there and so yeah, it's great to
- 5:30have all the world. We're decentralized, we're all
- 5:34over the world. We've got great sponsors, which
- 5:36is really thanks to you guys, right.
- 5:38Again, you know, Ledger moon phase, matter of fact, hold on.
- 5:41I'm gonna scoot over a little bit like to say thank you to
- 5:43channel sponsor Ledger the the cryptocurrency hardware wallet
- 5:49security leader and oh, go ahead.
- 5:51Yeah. Thank you to Moon Pay.
- 5:55They probably really appreciate you having you do that, right?
- 5:58A different smiling pretty face. So no thanks to both of our
- 6:02sponsors, Moon Pay and Ledger. Both of those companies are like
- 6:07top tier recognized leaders in their respective fields.
- 6:10Obviously, Ledger in the crypto security area, in Moon Pay in
- 6:16the fintech arena, I mean they are like growing and innovating
- 6:19and on ramping 10s of millions of people into the crypto
- 6:24sector. So thank you to the sponsors
- 6:26that worked in well and we have merch, right and we're going to
- 6:29look at some later, yeah. And we've got great merch going
- 6:33on. We had the documentary, which
- 6:35again is in the works, right, an Emmy award-winning documentary
- 6:39crew and we've had radio interviews and I'm sure there's
- 6:43even more. But Elizabeth, what do you
- 6:45think? I mean, when we think like
- 6:47everybody and, and then I'm going to let Elizabeth speak,
- 6:49right? But everybody says community is
- 6:53the bottom line when it comes to crypto currencies.
- 6:56And when I look at what you guys have done in this community, I
- 7:00don't, I can't see any other, you know, are very few cryptos
- 7:05that stacked up to what we've accomplished.
- 7:08Yeah, this is a first for me. And you made the front page of
- 7:11the newspaper, so that's, you know, other media attention
- 7:14there as well. So, yeah, so many things we
- 7:17forgot on the list, I'm sure over the past five months.
- 7:21Last time I was here, it was February.
- 7:22So it's been, it's been a while. Well, in the in the community
- 7:26continues to show up every day. Yeah.
- 7:30And something that I've noticed that that has become real clear
- 7:34to me in particular over the last two months is that the
- 7:37quality of people in the community continues to get
- 7:42better and better and better. And that surprises me because it
- 7:47was really the quality of people from Day 1 was great.
- 7:50But like some really the people that are committed, it feels
- 7:55like the UFD, just the quality of the people, the, the, the
- 8:01morals and the ethics and the, and the feeling that I get in
- 8:04their, of their, their, their willingness to be open and help
- 8:09people feel like they belong and be sharing it.
- 8:12Just it just feels like we like like the, like the, the, the,
- 8:17the group of people that we have continues to grow in numbers,
- 8:21but also it's just a really high quality group of people.
- 8:25Yeah, absolutely, Diamond hooved.
- 8:28Yeah, and people like you, I don't want to embarrass you, but
- 8:31like I, I've known you now for two or three months and it's
- 8:35blatantly obvious to me. Like you are a good hearted, I
- 8:38guess that's, you know, I kept saying quality, quality,
- 8:40quality. But good hearted people like
- 8:43you, you strike me as a very good hearted person.
- 8:46Well, you as well, and thank you.
- 8:48I, I noticed even just on my drive over here, you're like,
- 8:50it's OK, the traffic's really bad.
- 8:52Just get here safely, yeah? She was late.
- 8:57You didn't care though, you were like, as long as you're here
- 9:00safely. And I'm like, that's so caring
- 9:01and kind, you know, and, and the community just worked so hard as
- 9:05well. Everyone's got day jobs and
- 9:06families and things going on. And you know, the, the effort
- 9:10that they put in is just incredible day after day to see,
- 9:13you know, all the posts online and the commitment there is
- 9:17incredible. Yeah, and when and when people
- 9:19need help, I've seen dusters and the community step up and help
- 9:25people either moral support, all types of great things have
- 9:29happened within the within the community.
- 9:33All right, let's watch a funny video because this one got me,
- 9:36really got me yesterday. I think I may have retweeted it,
- 9:40but I'm going to pull this up and make it full screen.
- 9:46And we won't watch the whole thing, but this is a good one.
- 9:52This is the fun we have. Yeah, it's all about the I guess
- 9:56I feel like a bit of a narcissist here showing this,
- 9:58but. In the basement with a jar of
- 10:01beans, he rides a stream of the timeline.
- 10:04Boomers don't dev. That's a lie he told him that's
- 10:07got dust in the stains and a heart full of gold.
- 10:10They laughed at the name, said it couldn't.
- 10:11He asked me the other day why my on my LinkedIn profile said I'm
- 10:15a professional uniform. Rider.
- 10:23Born from the fringe, powered by horns to the sky.
- 10:27No shame. Just as.
- 10:29Yeah, it is. It's amazing.
- 10:31I mean, the artwork and the on this community, oh, they, they,
- 10:39they called me and I have to call these dance moves.
- 10:41Do you remember the stink? That soft little puff turns
- 10:46seismic quick. Go in here deep.
- 10:48Let the Malcolm bust. Turns out the dust was all of
- 10:52us. I will just watch it fill me in.
- 10:58It's definitely AI because that's more, that's more the
- 11:01reality. Yeah.
- 11:03Yeah. Psychedelic.
- 11:07OK, let's get back here to everybody.
- 11:10All right, guys, we're back. The other big thing that's
- 11:12happening, or we're getting some big buys of UFDI.
- 11:17Want to pull this up from yesterday?
- 11:20We had this post. Here we go.
- 11:25And this came from Starcatcher. Some giga Chad.
- 11:29I'm not sure. I'm going to ask Elizabeth here
- 11:30what Chad means. Just aped.
- 11:33I guess that means bought 87 K of UFD to get 2 million beans
- 11:38and one clip. Whoever you are, respect.
- 11:41So Elizabeth, do you know what a what a Chad is?
- 11:45I hear that word from time to time.
- 11:47I would just say a Chad is a cool crypto dude or.
- 11:53With a lot of money. Well, in a lambo and the whole
- 11:56thing so. There can be a Chad debt as
- 11:59well. Get a Chad debt.
- 12:01OK, Yeah, but I don't know, 87 K that's like typical.
- 12:06They probably spend that on a dinner out or right, Right.
- 12:09That's great. Well, maybe if I ever get a
- 12:11Lambo. For now I'm driving a 2012 Honda
- 12:14Odyssey minivan. But if I get a Lambo 2. 1014
- 12:17Honda Civic. There, All right, There we go.
- 12:19Yeah, but yeah, maybe I'll rent the Lambo for one day.
- 12:23I can. Yeah, the King Chad of all time.
- 12:32Meet up in June. We'll have to ride it.
- 12:34So I talk all the time about the about the jug.
- 12:38I guess I'll get it out. What the heck?
- 12:40I had to move it. But the jug, right?
- 12:42You guys know it. And can I shake it?
- 12:46It's very loud. Yeah, you always do that.
- 12:47So we have 999 million beans. You know that, right?
- 12:51Each one of those beans represents one of you.
- 12:58Hold on anyway, because overtime we're going to fill this thing
- 13:01up. We're going to have a bean
- 13:02shortage and then a beanopoly. But I was watching a a video
- 13:06last night about YouTube and and YouTube videos and the guy
- 13:11brought up a great point about viewers on YouTube videos.
- 13:14He's like, you might have six people join your video and three
- 13:20people drop off as long as the net number is big.
- 13:22So I put this together to further demonstrate the idea of
- 13:27the jug and I drew this picture and even uploaded it to the
- 13:32computer. I I just want to show this, I
- 13:35think this is important. There's our jug, right?
- 13:37999 million beans. Make sure we're on the right
- 13:43screen, which we are OK, if we get 6 new people, 6 new diamond
- 13:48hood dusters every day and of course people are going to drop
- 13:51out, right? People buy and sell.
- 13:53But if we get 6IN and only three drop out on a daily basis, the
- 13:59net number of people coming in, as long as the net number is
- 14:03positive, we continue to fill the jug.
- 14:07Does that make sense, Elizabeth? Yes, yeah, mathematically that
- 14:11checks out. Yeah, I mean it.
- 14:13And it could be any number. It could be 100 new people
- 14:16coming in, 100 buys of people who are Diamond Hood and maybe
- 14:2160 people aren't. They're just there to do a quick
- 14:25trade, whatever. But as long as day by day by
- 14:28day, we continue to fill that jug up.
- 14:31Eventually, eventually we wind up in a situation where there's
- 14:37just aren't as many beans left, right, a bean shortage.
- 14:40And you know, anytime there's a shortage.
- 14:44I did study economics when I was in college.
- 14:46Anytime there's a a, a shortage of anything, the only thing that
- 14:51fixes that is price. Now, Oh, I forgot to add in,
- 14:54neither myself or our friend Elizabeth Grace are providing
- 14:58financial advice. We are not financial advisors.
- 15:01Don't do anything, buy anything, adopt A puppy, get engaged, do
- 15:05anything based on anything that we say.
- 15:08But I own UFD beans and I think it's safe to say that you do as
- 15:12well. So our horns are aligned with
- 15:14you. I forgot all the important
- 15:15stuff. Would you want to say horns up?
- 15:18Horns up. Horns up, dusters, horns up.
- 15:22And by the way, how did you get in my basement?
- 15:24Hey, you, huh? I'm going to start asking you,
- 15:27how did you get in my basement? But yeah, we'll have a shortage
- 15:30and and yeah, as long as the net number of people coming in,
- 15:34right? Because it's a market people are
- 15:36going to buy and sell. But each day that we add a few
- 15:40more diamond hoof dusters gets us closer to this potential,
- 15:44potential, right? I don't have a crystal ball that
- 15:46we do have a bean shortage and with what we're seeing in the
- 15:50community, right? Don't forget there's the list
- 15:53here. Hold it up there.
- 15:55If you guys want to screenshot that and look at it later.
- 15:58That's just some of the stuff. And at the bottom, I put the
- 16:00most important thing. See if you can read that.
- 16:03Not me, right? UFD is way bigger than me, OK.
- 16:10And that's good. You know, the community is, has
- 16:14grown and evolved in a way that it's become way, way bigger than
- 16:17just, I'm happy to do my part, right.
- 16:20But we got a lot of other people like Elizabeth who are doing
- 16:23their part as well. Don't forget though.
- 16:27You're Ron Toshi. Ron Toshi the Deegan.
- 16:30Ron Toshi the Deegan. The Deegan.
- 16:33What else is going on here? I wanted to show our friend,
- 16:36well, our one of our friends, the the guy who's wearing the
- 16:40UFD shirt every day and he's like, on day 115.
- 16:43Yeah. He's committed to that.
- 16:45He's committed, right. What a great community member.
- 16:47And he's actually here I am talking about me again, my
- 16:51favorite subject, but he's actually in Budapest and hold on
- 16:55here. Yeah.
- 16:56And he showed this picture and I guess there's a couple, couple
- 17:02lessons in this. Number one, when I was in
- 17:05college, I studied in Budapest for six months at Karl Marx
- 17:10University, which was it was still part of the Soviet Union.
- 17:13It's right before the Berlin Wall fell.
- 17:16And I went over there as an exchange student and studied
- 17:19economics at Karl Marx University.
- 17:21So I do know what I'm talking about when I talk about
- 17:23beanomics. That was beanomics that, that,
- 17:26that that picture I showed you before.
- 17:29But I used to ride those every day.
- 17:30That's called a villa. And then he sent me a message
- 17:34back and said he was on the street.
- 17:35So here is proof that I know a little bit about economics and I
- 17:39can speak about beanomics. That is my student ID when I was
- 17:44at Karl Marx University. And I think it says 1990 and you
- 17:48can't read the stamp at the top, but it does say Karl Marx
- 17:51University. So I'm not a communist.
- 17:54That was back during the Cold War.
- 17:55Never was a communist. But you know, I love capitalism.
- 17:58But oh, the lesson in that was and it, and it relates to what
- 18:03we're going on with UFD right now.
- 18:04I was a junior in college studying accounting and I
- 18:07decided to take this opportunity to go and be an exchange student
- 18:11in Budapest. And people were like all my
- 18:13friends. Everybody was like, what are you
- 18:15doing? Why are you going to go to a
- 18:17communist country? That's crazy, right?
- 18:19I was 20 years old and I was like, this seems interesting and
- 18:23I can learn. When I look back, that was one
- 18:26of the best, most educational experiences I had in my life.
- 18:29And the lesson there is just if you believe something's good and
- 18:33you believe something's right, don't listen to what everybody
- 18:36says because a lot of times what everybody says isn't right.
- 18:40You know, even with meme coins, right?
- 18:42You got, we got, we have our non believers, we have people that
- 18:44don't believe in UFD and that's good, right?
- 18:48I mean, I feel like, you know, like I know I believe in UFD and
- 18:53I believe in the community and I see the real value there.
- 18:57You know, there's always going to be non believers.
- 18:59There's always going to be people who are going to be
- 19:02critical, love you in life, and it's important, right?
- 19:05If you believe something, it's good to follow it.
- 19:10Yeah, I have that conviction for UFD for sure, and it almost
- 19:13lights a fire inside of me, even more when people are doubting it
- 19:18and thinking that, you know, it's not what it is.
- 19:22So yeah, it lights a fire in me. Yeah.
- 19:25And you know, any great like movement that's occurred,
- 19:28whether it's religious, some in some instances or even countries
- 19:33like when the United States was formed, there were a lot of non
- 19:36believers, right? We had a Revolutionary War.
- 19:41There's people, there's people that don't like Apple products,
- 19:44right? There's people that don't like
- 19:46Tesla product or any, any big company.
- 19:49There's always like people out there that are going to be think
- 19:52it's not good. And you know, and that's part of
- 19:56the that's part of the the process of any movement taking
- 20:00hold. So, you know, they are there are
- 20:02UFD non believers. And that's actually a good thing
- 20:04because how do I say this? There's a great saying.
- 20:07The further up the mountain you climb, the harder the wind
- 20:11blows, right? There'll be more people who will
- 20:14be, you know, and the better you do.
- 20:16And we have people that I get this question all the time
- 20:19because there's, there's. On the, on the, in the in the
- 20:22trenches, apparently people say this is the next UFD or this is,
- 20:27you know, or there's the other tokens that have tried to kind
- 20:30of copy what we're doing. And I'm like, that's good,
- 20:33right? Because if, if we weren't, if we
- 20:35weren't successful, right, if we weren't having the success that
- 20:40we're having that, that the people wouldn't be doing that
- 20:44exactly right. That's why you're the
- 20:47trendsetter. I was saying, especially with
- 20:49the live streaming everyday, I think that this is really the
- 20:52future of not just meme coins, but a lot of the social media in
- 20:57general is just going to go to more video content and promoting
- 21:01things through that with the coin and gaining a community and
- 21:05a following. Yeah, yeah.
- 21:06That's our value, is our connection.
- 21:09And this is my part in fostering the connection, right?
- 21:13I guess. Sure, I'd love to meet up with
- 21:15you face to face every day, but you know, yeah, we live on other
- 21:18different countries and yeah, it's not possible.
- 21:21So this is how we can connect. Yeah.
- 21:23And you know, and that's our value.
- 21:25That really is our value because.
- 21:27And thank you for saying that. You reminded me of something.
- 21:31There's, there's, there. I've read this several places.
- 21:33There's an epidemic of isolation in the world right now.
- 21:38People feel isolated. There's mental health issues.
- 21:41There's all this stuff. And, and we are providing it.
- 21:45We're open like this is the most open, welcoming community to
- 21:50ever see. A place for people to come and
- 21:53connect, right? In a place where people can
- 21:56belong and be part of. I got a great message last night
- 22:00from a guy who was like that really like UF DS changed my
- 22:04life. I didn't change his life, right?
- 22:06The community has changed his life, right?
- 22:09Like, it's not just me. I mean, I guess, oh, I started
- 22:12this. I'm the boss.
- 22:13No, I mean, you know, it's the community that's doing it and
- 22:18that the community had really changed.
- 22:20I mean, he gave me kudos for being the spark, right?
- 22:23But I'm not the fire. And and people are lonely.
- 22:28And it's weird because we have this technology now where we are
- 22:32connected like you and I like we're here like, you know,
- 22:34you're real, I'm real, but you're real too, right?
- 22:37There's, you know, there's you and I and there's 405 hundred
- 22:41people live that are joining us and people that will watch this
- 22:44later and we are all connected. We.
- 22:47Yeah, and I just love people in general.
- 22:49I just have a lot of love for people.
- 22:51And I like all the unique individuals that come here and
- 22:55post about UFD or just seeing the creativity in the community.
- 22:58And some of it's like, oh, I would have never thought to do
- 23:01that, or that's a little funny or, you know, that's not really
- 23:04my sense of humor. But you know I'm going to like
- 23:05it anyway because I appreciate you for your unique
- 23:09individuality. Yeah, it's a very welcoming
- 23:13community. It blows me away, right, that we
- 23:16have people from every political ideology, economic class, skin
- 23:23color, religion, right? But somehow in some magical
- 23:28Unicorn way, seriously, everybody comes together and
- 23:33feels this like united sense of belonging within UFD where, you
- 23:39know, we aren't about any. We're just about like people
- 23:43being able to connect and, and feel like they're part of
- 23:46something. And I guess at the bottom line
- 23:48of it is good, good attracts good, right?
- 23:50We want to do good and, and give people, I think a fair, I guess
- 23:55that's another part of it too. Is this fair opportunity where
- 23:59they can trust? I guess they can trust me,
- 24:02right? Initially because I was the
- 24:04developer, but they can trust each other and they know that
- 24:07there's a fair level playing field where they have a chance
- 24:12to make a difference and then get involved.
- 24:14And you know, I've heard that from a lot of people too.
- 24:17Like this inspired me to learn about how to make graphic art,
- 24:21or it inspired me to make some music, or it inspired me to put
- 24:25on a DJ litmus show or whatever the case may be.
- 24:28So very cool, very cool. Alright, let's talk about
- 24:31Solana. Right, Our native.
- 24:33Is it our native token? Is that the right way?
- 24:35Yep. OK, our native token, Solana.
- 24:37I'm pumped up about Solana. I was talking to the people at
- 24:40Ledger yesterday. We were talking about Solana.
- 24:42Like Solana, which by the way, six months ago, I had no idea
- 24:47what Solana was in Full disclosure.
- 24:50But I've learned a lot in the last 5 1/2 months and I'm
- 24:53excited about the future of Salon.
- 24:56And there's a big deal coming up in New York here, right?
- 25:00The big Like Solana conference. I forget what it's.
- 25:02Called. Accelerate.
- 25:04Yeah, just going to say you you thought Solana was on a
- 25:08sandwich? Right, Salami.
- 25:10Yeah, I've got some. We've got some upstairs and look
- 25:12at this. I thought this was really cool.
- 25:15They are going to light up the Empire State Building with the
- 25:21Solana. Let me see if I can get that on
- 25:23the whole screen. Yeah, look at that.
- 25:24I've never been to New York. I want to go.
- 25:26Someday. I've never been to New York
- 25:27either. New York City.
- 25:29You've never never been to New York City?
- 25:30I've been all over the world, never to New York City.
- 25:32And David Golkstein is going to be the first ride in the Duster
- 25:36when we get out there, so that'll be cool.
- 25:38So yeah, look at that. The big Solana.
- 25:40I mean, that looks cool. That looks that's the Empire
- 25:42State. Building.
- 25:44That's the Empire State Building.
- 25:45Yeah. I also thought this was
- 25:47interesting. And I wonder if you have any
- 25:49commentary on this, Elizabeth. And.
- 25:53And I have to Full disclosure, Elizabeth has no idea what I'm
- 25:56pulling up during this show. I did not give her any prep.
- 25:59This came from Bitcoin Magazine that has three, almost 4 million
- 26:03followers. Just then more Americans, now,
- 26:07more Americans now own more Bitcoin than gold.
- 26:11And I thought that was very interesting. 50 million
- 26:15Americans own Bitcoin and 37 million Americans own gold.
- 26:20What do they mean though by that?
- 26:22Gold stocks or like gold physical because I have gold
- 26:25rings on. Yeah, that's a good that I was
- 26:28kind of wondering that myself and I was a little bit.
- 26:31That would mean that 50 million Americans, that would mean one
- 26:33in six Americans own Bitcoin. And does that mean they own it
- 26:38through a mutual fund that owns, you know, stock?
- 26:41And what is it micro strategy or whatever it's called now or does
- 26:44it? Mean ETF or real actual Bitcoin?
- 26:48That's really cool though. 50 million.
- 26:50That's more than the entire population of Canada.
- 26:53Really. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:54Well, and to me, what it shows is though is that crypto is
- 26:58gaining in popularity. I mean, I love silver and gold,
- 27:03still love silver and gold and I love crypto as well.
- 27:06The last six months have just been a very much eye opening
- 27:10experience for me and you know, so it's just good to see.
- 27:15It just feels like the world is it is adopting crypto right now
- 27:20in a much more accelerated pace than you know.
- 27:24And I followed crypto over the last decade.
- 27:29But it feels like to me, which is really why in the last year,
- 27:32my stance on crypto, I was, you know, 2-3 years ago was probably
- 27:37not a crypto hater, but I was definitely very skeptic.
- 27:41Good thing. And you never bought it before
- 27:43like 10 years ago, You never bought Bitcoin or never thought
- 27:46about it or? No.
- 27:47Well, I'm one of those. I'm one of those people.
- 27:51When my daughters were infants 12 years ago, I spent three days
- 27:55learning about Bitcoin. I was fascinated by it.
- 27:58So I'm one of those people. They can say I almost bought,
- 28:01but I and it was Mount Cox at the time and but I didn't, I did
- 28:05not buy it, but I learned I was fascinated.
- 28:07I was kind of fascinated by Bitcoin 1012 years ago.
- 28:10Of course I wish I'd bought it and held onto it, but I didn't.
- 28:14Right. I hear a lot of stories like
- 28:15that and the people that they didn't know how to buy it or
- 28:18they did and then they lost over 200 Bitcoin because they don't
- 28:21remember their seed phrase and all of this so.
- 28:24Yeah, yeah. No, I remember it was about $10
- 28:27when I was looking at it. Yep, which is unbelievable to
- 28:30think what 10,000, but you know, water under the bridge.
- 28:33We all could bought Apple stock when it was 2 bucks or you know,
- 28:37there's all kinds of of examples and but no, I think it's it's
- 28:41just very interesting that the feeling that I get just in the
- 28:48general markets, because I follow it very, very closely.
- 28:51And I think there's no denying that the world is moving towards
- 28:56digital currencies, crypto currencies, and I understand and
- 29:02I and again, I still love silver and gold, right.
- 29:05I always say silver is the original cryptocurrency.
- 29:08You hear that all the time, But, you know, to me, it's like
- 29:11trying to avoid the fact that we went from a system like with
- 29:16mail in this country where everything came to your mailbox
- 29:21and it was paper physical, you know, mail and then e-mail came
- 29:26around. I remember e-mail coming around
- 29:28in the early mid 90s and thinking oh, this is weird and
- 29:31you know, blah blah blah, but and.
- 29:33There was a lot of scams through e-mail is when people were like,
- 29:36oh, what is this? And then they didn't know and
- 29:38they clicked on it and they did something wrong.
- 29:40Or then the Internet even at that time was like, oh, I don't
- 29:43know if this is really going to take off or right, or if people
- 29:47are going to want not they people want physical paper.
- 29:51Don't they like their bills? And how are they going to file
- 29:54it and organize it? And then eventually people
- 29:56figured it out and it made life easier.
- 29:59So. Yeah, and now mail, right, I
- 30:01mean what comes in my mailbox is basically advertisements and big
- 30:07glossy most real mail information comes through
- 30:12e-mail. So I think the nine that that
- 30:15that money and value isn't moving into more of a pure
- 30:19digital form is like saying, well, no, I'll never use e-mail,
- 30:23right? I only trust or I only use
- 30:26landline phones or whatever the case may be.
- 30:29And then there's so many benefits.
- 30:31And you know, I was thinking, as I was thinking about you being
- 30:34here this morning, like, you know, six months ago, I didn't
- 30:39know anything. I mean, I knew very little about
- 30:42crypto. I didn't own it.
- 30:43No, to answer your question from earlier, six months ago today,
- 30:47six months ago. So what is today?
- 30:49May 21st? So that would have been November
- 30:5221st, if my math is correct, of last year.
- 30:56I'd never owned a crypto in my life.
- 30:57I really didn't know what Solana was.
- 30:59I heard a lot about XRP, obviously Bitcoin, Ethereum, and
- 31:04I followed the financial news, but I'd never owned.
- 31:07And I was thinking like if I'd met you, if we could be in a
- 31:10time machine. And it was six months ago.
- 31:12I'm going to ask you to to sell me on why I should consider
- 31:17buying some cryptocurrency. You want me to sell?
- 31:21Sure, I'm putting you on the spot.
- 31:23She's not prepared. Well, I, I started with Bitcoin
- 31:26and I only started about a year ago personally as well.
- 31:30And for me, the life changing thing about it was just the fact
- 31:34that it's deflationary and you can actually it's scarcer and
- 31:40scarcer. So it gains value as where Fiat
- 31:44currency is inflationary. And so for me, you know, I,
- 31:48that's the entire economy right now is a lot of people are
- 31:52struggling with that. So it was a no brainer for me to
- 31:55hop in and I kind of went in full force and just saw how
- 31:59amazing the community was and just a deep dive into it and
- 32:03yeah, which is what else about it kind of putting well.
- 32:06Here, I put it on the spot. Well, I'll help out, right?
- 32:10Yeah, right. Well, it's funny because I wrote
- 32:11this yesterday. One of my little cards, which
- 32:14was, I changed it, it's now 3D. But I said D3, right?
- 32:19There's three things that start with the letter D, and you said
- 32:21one of them, scarcity, that I call digital scarcity, Right?
- 32:25There's only one UFD. There's only one Bitcoin, and
- 32:29there's only so many Bitcoin and there's only so many UFD beans.
- 32:34I know Bitcoin is still mining, but that you know, gets shut off
- 32:38at some point in the future 20. 142, yeah, right.
- 32:42In over 100 years, anyway, yeah. Yeah, in that, in that it's
- 32:46decentralized finance, which I love well.
- 32:49That's a huge thing for me. Yeah, that was a big feature as
- 32:51well because we saw a lot of things like Canada truckers
- 32:55protests and people got their bank accounts shut down or even
- 32:58big other private institutions can just freeze your bank
- 33:02accounts and just having no CEO being decentralized
- 33:06peer-to-peer, you know, I, I really like that about
- 33:09cryptocurrency. Just so everybody understands,
- 33:13Elizabeth Grace is the CEO of Unicorn Fart Dust.
- 33:19What? And so are you, right?
- 33:20I say it all right, you. We are all the.
- 33:22CEO Well, we we are yeah, we're all the CE OS, right?
- 33:25I mean, I always say like I'm not the I'm not the CEO of
- 33:30Unicorn fart dust. I am a really.
- 33:32That would be cool merch. I'm not the CEO, not the CEO.
- 33:36I mean really and that's, that's decentral like you said, right?
- 33:39There's no central authority that can really exert any
- 33:45influence over, let's say, Bitcoin, right?
- 33:50Also up over UFD. I mean, you know, everybody is
- 33:55kind of on this equal footing. And that brings me to the third
- 33:59D So digital scarcity, decentralized finance and
- 34:04democratization, right? That it's like this.
- 34:07The people decide what has value.
- 34:10Right. Right, there's 15,000,000
- 34:12cryptos out there. Well, cuz right now, isn't it?
- 34:15What is money really? We're just putting our faith and
- 34:18our trust and basically the government and the Federal
- 34:22Reserve and all of that, they can print money.
- 34:24And so it's just, it's no different really like them
- 34:29putting your well, it's, I would rather trust something like this
- 34:32where I know the community and I know it has value and.
- 34:36Yeah, yeah. Because at the end of the day,
- 34:39anything that has value, even silver, even gold, anything, the
- 34:44US dollar, right, is the value is there because a group of
- 34:49people agree that it's valuable. They're willing to pay a certain
- 34:52amount or Yeah exactly, or put value into it and the.
- 34:56Tulip. Story.
- 34:57The Tulip craze. Yeah.
- 34:59Oh yeah, sure. No, for like millions of
- 35:00dollars. To.
- 35:02Yeah, right, right, right. Because people decided they were
- 35:06worth money, you know, or they had a certain value to it.
- 35:09And yeah, you bring up a real critical point.
- 35:12I could and I won't speak very long on this, but it is true,
- 35:16right? Like the US dollar is controlled
- 35:19by the US Federal Reserve, right?
- 35:21This guy, he, he wants to say hello to Elizabeth, right?
- 35:24Our old friend Jerome Powell. And I love Jerome Powell, right?
- 35:28But he can, he can print money and I'm going to put them away
- 35:33for a week or so. But you know, they can.
- 35:35I mean, and that's a big deal because the US dollar under the
- 35:39best case scenario, under the best case scenario, this thing
- 35:44is designed to lose 2% of its value every year.
- 35:49That's under the best case. That's their goal is to have it
- 35:53lose 2%. I mean, why should people go
- 35:56work? You know, let's say you and I go
- 35:59out and do some yard work for one of my neighbors today and
- 36:03they pay us $100 each. So we put work in and they're
- 36:06going to pay us with this stuff, right?
- 36:09That then if we just want to hold it and hold that value,
- 36:13it's going to lose value under the best.
- 36:15And, you know, a couple years ago it lost some people say 15%
- 36:19in a year, 10% in a year with high inflation.
- 36:22Right. Yeah, I heard another saying
- 36:24that was like your house, you know, when you sell it, it
- 36:28usually goes up in value, right? Right.
- 36:30Isn't that just that the dollar is losing value or something?
- 36:33It's not that your house is really.
- 36:34Going up in that sense it's a it's it's the unit of measure
- 36:38that you use to measure things I mean here's an ounce of silver,
- 36:42right and people say well what's it worth and and that and this
- 36:45is a real key point there's a that's a Unicorn.
- 36:47Can you guys see that? Yeah.
- 36:49Anyway, if you use the the dollar as the unit of measure
- 36:54for this, right. Well, when it goes up in value,
- 36:58measured in dollars, what's really happening is that the
- 37:02dollars are just becoming less valuable, right?
- 37:05And people, people in this is a really interesting concept and
- 37:09one that takes a while for most people to grasp, including me.
- 37:13Is that like if you're thinking of and they when I'll use
- 37:17precious metals as an example, people say don't measure your
- 37:20wealth in precious metals in dollars, measure it in ounces.
- 37:25How many ounces of silver do I have?
- 37:27How many ounces of gold do I have?
- 37:30How many how many Bitcoin do I have?
- 37:33Yeah, people, people measure it. All the bitcoins worth $108,000.
- 37:38Well, here's the deal, OK, And I would this is an absolute truth,
- 37:43whether you're talking about Bitcoin, UFD, gold or silver,
- 37:48whatever, ultimately, you know, no Fiat currency has lasted.
- 37:53That's a fact. They've all there's thousands of
- 37:56them that have been, excuse me, created and have lost their gone
- 38:00away over time. Eventually the price measured if
- 38:05you're using the dollar or any other paper currency could
- 38:08almost go to Infinity. And and and you know, people
- 38:12suffer from what's called recency bias, right?
- 38:15I'm 55 years old and my whole life the dollar has had value.
- 38:21So I don't like to like think it's hard to the conceptualize
- 38:25because our entire life the Canadian dollars has had value.
- 38:29The US dollars had some value, but it's some point.
- 38:33These things, you know, if history does indeed give us a
- 38:36lesson, they become worth a lot less, right?
- 38:40I'm sorry I went on a rant. About the dollar.
- 38:42Learning. I didn't go to school for
- 38:44economics. So you didn't go to Karl Marx
- 38:46University? I know.
- 38:47I know a lot about communist economics.
- 38:50All right, let's go out. Elizabeth is doing some
- 38:52unbelievable stuff for the UFD community and for the crypto
- 38:57community as well. I want to show you guys she's
- 39:00doing a weekly update. Let's see if I can get this

- 41:34there we go make sure we got the right one up and and it's

- 43:52OK, Yeah, they ring the bell. I she does not have.
- 43:56Look, she look at her. Huh?
- 43:57She's no crazy eyes. When I first started YouTube,

- 44:29High 5 from Susie. I know they called me Mr. Crazy
- 44:32Eyes because I was so nervous when I would do my initial that
- 44:35I wouldn't blink and people would watch my videos and they
- 44:39wouldn't leave nice comments. They would say, is this guy a
- 44:41robot? He never blinks.
- 44:43Oh, I've. Gotten.
- 44:43That so I'm blinking yeah, cuz you yeah, cuz I I was so and
- 44:49they would say I think it's AII think he's a robot and like
- 44:52well, what about the video? Did you like that?
- 44:54Like, no, he didn't like the video, but you know, you never
- 44:57blink the whole time. Where was that?
- 45:00Oh yeah, And I put those little crypto news videos on my YouTube
- 45:03and TikTok as well. And my sister who knows nothing
- 45:07about crypto, now she's learning.
- 45:09So I like that. It's just kind of makes it
- 45:11easier to digest and kind of colorful and fun.
- 45:15Yeah, I think for the average. You are a you are a very, you're
- 45:19a very welcoming, wholesome like people are, I think gonna be.
- 45:27You have the ability to attract a lot of butter cups.
- 45:30Do you know what a buttercup is? It's a flower.
- 45:32Yeah, yeah, yeah. The butter cups right, the
- 45:36people that aren't dusters yet. I really think that you you are

- 46:08No. Never made videos, Very, very
- 46:11little to do with it. I'm a biologist so I've
- 46:15completely transitioned and I'm learning all this.
- 46:17It's just really fun for me just to learn new things so.
- 46:20Yeah. So six months ago I didn't know
- 46:23anything about crypto, right? And six months ago she didn't
- 46:27know anything about videos. Now she's making great videos.
