0:39
Everybody, welcome to the live stream.
0:41
Welcome to the basement. We have an extra special guest
0:44
today. Our friend Elizabeth Grace is
0:46
joining us. She's a key member of our UFD
0:49
community. A lot of you know her from her
0:51
weekly crypto and UFD updates. Elizabeth, welcome to the
0:56
Basement Live. Thank you.
0:58
Good morning, Dusters and good morning, Ron.
1:00
Thank you for having. Me.
1:01
Yeah, well, we're going to have a lot of fun today because you
1:04
know, community is everything, right?
1:06
And yesterday during a spaces that we had, we compiled a list
1:11
of everything that the UFD community is doing.
1:14
And it just really blew me away. And I think there's even more.
1:18
But at this point, I just want to read through this list of
1:21
what this community has done. And I want to emphasize that
1:24
everything I'm reading on this list was basically done because
1:29
of the community, right? Like I started this little, I
1:32
was the spark, but the community is who really created this fire.
1:37
This this evolving community that is has become Unicorn fart
1:43
dust. Absolutely everybody's playing a
1:45
part and me being here is just a testament.
1:49
You're allowing the community to come into your home, and I love
1:52
that about. All right, I'm going to go
1:54
through the list and if I miss anything you let me know.
1:57
But we got a Kraken listing raised over 100,000 U.S. dollars
2:03
to get a market maker. We had billboards in New York
2:06
City. We've got the best NFT projects
2:09
around. I think now there's like 5 NFT
2:12
projects growing in popularity. Those get the word out to new
2:16
people that maybe are into NFTS but maybe not memecoin.
2:21
So it's gaining us exposure to a lot of those butter cups out
2:25
there. We have the promotional car, the
2:27
duster, and you interrupt me anytime you want.
2:31
We have spaces going on on X where people can come in.
2:35
Feels like pretty much all the time.
2:37
Overnight, people from all over the world are able to get
2:41
together and talk about UFD. We have a sticker campaign.
2:45
You know our artists that are creating these beautiful
2:48
artworks and also creating stickers.
2:50
We have a DJ on Friday nights. DJ.
2:53
Litmus, let's go. Right, I mean, enough said.
2:58
We're doing a meet up here in Saint Louis on June 20th where
3:02
people can come and and see the Duster and that's where the
3:05
Duster will be officially revealed our promotional car.
3:09
And I just want to say quickly about that.
3:11
I don't know any other meme coin community that's ever had a meet
3:14
up, you know, this early in the stages of the coin.
3:17
So that's we're trendsetters for that for sure.
3:21
You know, that's a great point too.
3:23
And as we look at all of this on this list, we have to remember
3:28
that we're only five months old. We're only five months old, I
3:32
mean, and all of this has already been accomplished and
3:35
we're only maybe not even halfway through the list not.
3:38
Even. Halfway OK, we've got
3:41
unbelievable memes and videos, short videos, people like where
3:46
I could go on forever Brian Life royal, all kinds of people.
3:51
I can't even begin to list. You know who you are that are
3:53
creating every single day. These eye-catching pieces of
3:57
artwork, both static art artwork and short videos, some of them
4:02
including me doing some unsavory things, but I'm fine with that.
4:06
I have a a good sense of humor. We have you doing a weekly
4:11
update. We'll look at that a little bit
4:13
later here today we're going to be at the Bitcoin conference.
4:17
We're on TikTok, we're on LinkedIn, we're on Facebook.
4:22
So we're on Reddit, right? Right now.
4:24
We're streaming on X, we're streaming on LinkedIn, we're
4:27
streaming on Facebook. We're streaming on Abstract
4:30
Network, the Pudgy Penguins, Lukanets Network.
4:34
We got the best contest. I mean, we just wrapped up this
4:38
Coinbase, Emma Bear, Emma Ball. Emma Ball ran, and that's a lot
4:44
of work. And one final time, I'll say
4:45
hats off to Emma Ball. She did a great job, but we had
4:49
like 125 people that entered Coinbase focused memes into a
4:55
contest and we've had a lot of contest when Ledger all kinds of
4:58
things over the last five months.
5:00
We've got the burger man. Who else has the burger man,
5:03
right? I mean, and he's in the
5:04
Philippines, you know, giving away burgers making he and had a
5:09
great video on the contest. And and I think that shows us
5:13
that wherever, you know, we're everywhere.
5:14
I mean, if you talk to people in the UFD community that are in
5:18
different countries or different areas at all or have you noticed
5:21
that? Well, mostly I the US and
5:24
Canada, but I have noticed some from Europe and of course I've
5:27
talked to Burger Man here and there and so yeah, it's great to
5:30
have all the world. We're decentralized, we're all
5:34
over the world. We've got great sponsors, which
5:36
is really thanks to you guys, right.
5:38
Again, you know, Ledger moon phase, matter of fact, hold on.
5:41
I'm gonna scoot over a little bit like to say thank you to
5:43
channel sponsor Ledger the the cryptocurrency hardware wallet
5:49
security leader and oh, go ahead.
5:51
Yeah. Thank you to Moon Pay.
5:55
They probably really appreciate you having you do that, right?
5:58
A different smiling pretty face. So no thanks to both of our
6:02
sponsors, Moon Pay and Ledger. Both of those companies are like
6:07
top tier recognized leaders in their respective fields.
6:10
Obviously, Ledger in the crypto security area, in Moon Pay in
6:16
the fintech arena, I mean they are like growing and innovating
6:19
and on ramping 10s of millions of people into the crypto
6:24
sector. So thank you to the sponsors
6:26
that worked in well and we have merch, right and we're going to
6:29
look at some later, yeah. And we've got great merch going
6:33
on. We had the documentary, which
6:35
again is in the works, right, an Emmy award-winning documentary
6:39
crew and we've had radio interviews and I'm sure there's
6:43
even more. But Elizabeth, what do you
6:45
think? I mean, when we think like
6:47
everybody and, and then I'm going to let Elizabeth speak,
6:49
right? But everybody says community is
6:53
the bottom line when it comes to crypto currencies.
6:56
And when I look at what you guys have done in this community, I
7:00
don't, I can't see any other, you know, are very few cryptos
7:05
that stacked up to what we've accomplished.
7:08
Yeah, this is a first for me. And you made the front page of
7:11
the newspaper, so that's, you know, other media attention
7:14
there as well. So, yeah, so many things we
7:17
forgot on the list, I'm sure over the past five months.
7:21
Last time I was here, it was February.
7:22
So it's been, it's been a while. Well, in the in the community
7:26
continues to show up every day. Yeah.
7:30
And something that I've noticed that that has become real clear
7:34
to me in particular over the last two months is that the
7:37
quality of people in the community continues to get
7:42
better and better and better. And that surprises me because it
7:47
was really the quality of people from Day 1 was great.
7:50
But like some really the people that are committed, it feels
7:55
like the UFD, just the quality of the people, the, the, the
8:01
morals and the ethics and the, and the feeling that I get in
8:04
their, of their, their, their willingness to be open and help
8:09
people feel like they belong and be sharing it.
8:12
Just it just feels like we like like the, like the, the, the,
8:17
the group of people that we have continues to grow in numbers,
8:21
but also it's just a really high quality group of people.
8:25
Yeah, absolutely, Diamond hooved.
8:28
Yeah, and people like you, I don't want to embarrass you, but
8:31
like I, I've known you now for two or three months and it's
8:35
blatantly obvious to me. Like you are a good hearted, I
8:38
guess that's, you know, I kept saying quality, quality,
8:40
quality. But good hearted people like
8:43
you, you strike me as a very good hearted person.
8:46
Well, you as well, and thank you.
8:48
I, I noticed even just on my drive over here, you're like,
8:50
it's OK, the traffic's really bad.
8:52
Just get here safely, yeah? She was late.
8:57
You didn't care though, you were like, as long as you're here
9:00
safely. And I'm like, that's so caring
9:01
and kind, you know, and, and the community just worked so hard as
9:05
well. Everyone's got day jobs and
9:06
families and things going on. And you know, the, the effort
9:10
that they put in is just incredible day after day to see,
9:13
you know, all the posts online and the commitment there is
9:17
incredible. Yeah, and when and when people
9:19
need help, I've seen dusters and the community step up and help
9:25
people either moral support, all types of great things have
9:29
happened within the within the community.
9:33
All right, let's watch a funny video because this one got me,
9:36
really got me yesterday. I think I may have retweeted it,
9:40
but I'm going to pull this up and make it full screen.
9:46
And we won't watch the whole thing, but this is a good one.
9:52
This is the fun we have. Yeah, it's all about the I guess
9:56
I feel like a bit of a narcissist here showing this,
9:58
but. In the basement with a jar of
10:01
beans, he rides a stream of the timeline.
10:04
Boomers don't dev. That's a lie he told him that's
10:07
got dust in the stains and a heart full of gold.
10:10
They laughed at the name, said it couldn't.
10:11
He asked me the other day why my on my LinkedIn profile said I'm
10:15
a professional uniform. Rider.
10:23
Born from the fringe, powered by horns to the sky.
10:27
No shame. Just as.
10:29
Yeah, it is. It's amazing.
10:31
I mean, the artwork and the on this community, oh, they, they,
10:39
they called me and I have to call these dance moves.
10:41
Do you remember the stink? That soft little puff turns
10:46
seismic quick. Go in here deep.
10:48
Let the Malcolm bust. Turns out the dust was all of
10:52
us. I will just watch it fill me in.
10:58
It's definitely AI because that's more, that's more the
11:01
reality. Yeah.
11:03
Yeah. Psychedelic.
11:07
OK, let's get back here to everybody.
11:10
All right, guys, we're back. The other big thing that's
11:12
happening, or we're getting some big buys of UFDI.
11:17
Want to pull this up from yesterday?
11:20
We had this post. Here we go.
11:25
And this came from Starcatcher. Some giga Chad.
11:29
I'm not sure. I'm going to ask Elizabeth here
11:30
what Chad means. Just aped.
11:33
I guess that means bought 87 K of UFD to get 2 million beans
11:38
and one clip. Whoever you are, respect.
11:41
So Elizabeth, do you know what a what a Chad is?
11:45
I hear that word from time to time.
11:47
I would just say a Chad is a cool crypto dude or.
11:53
With a lot of money. Well, in a lambo and the whole
11:56
thing so. There can be a Chad debt as
11:59
well. Get a Chad debt.
12:01
OK, Yeah, but I don't know, 87 K that's like typical.
12:06
They probably spend that on a dinner out or right, Right.
12:09
That's great. Well, maybe if I ever get a
12:11
Lambo. For now I'm driving a 2012 Honda
12:14
Odyssey minivan. But if I get a Lambo 2. 1014
12:17
Honda Civic. There, All right, There we go.
12:19
Yeah, but yeah, maybe I'll rent the Lambo for one day.
12:23
I can. Yeah, the King Chad of all time.
12:32
Meet up in June. We'll have to ride it.
12:34
So I talk all the time about the about the jug.
12:38
I guess I'll get it out. What the heck?
12:40
I had to move it. But the jug, right?
12:42
You guys know it. And can I shake it?
12:46
It's very loud. Yeah, you always do that.
12:47
So we have 999 million beans. You know that, right?
12:51
Each one of those beans represents one of you.
12:58
Hold on anyway, because overtime we're going to fill this thing
13:01
up. We're going to have a bean
13:02
shortage and then a beanopoly. But I was watching a a video
13:06
last night about YouTube and and YouTube videos and the guy
13:11
brought up a great point about viewers on YouTube videos.
13:14
He's like, you might have six people join your video and three
13:20
people drop off as long as the net number is big.
13:22
So I put this together to further demonstrate the idea of
13:27
the jug and I drew this picture and even uploaded it to the
13:32
computer. I I just want to show this, I
13:35
think this is important. There's our jug, right?
13:37
999 million beans. Make sure we're on the right
13:43
screen, which we are OK, if we get 6 new people, 6 new diamond
13:48
hood dusters every day and of course people are going to drop
13:51
out, right? People buy and sell.
13:53
But if we get 6IN and only three drop out on a daily basis, the
13:59
net number of people coming in, as long as the net number is
14:03
positive, we continue to fill the jug.
14:07
Does that make sense, Elizabeth? Yes, yeah, mathematically that
14:11
checks out. Yeah, I mean it.
14:13
And it could be any number. It could be 100 new people
14:16
coming in, 100 buys of people who are Diamond Hood and maybe
14:21
60 people aren't. They're just there to do a quick
14:25
trade, whatever. But as long as day by day by
14:28
day, we continue to fill that jug up.
14:31
Eventually, eventually we wind up in a situation where there's
14:37
just aren't as many beans left, right, a bean shortage.
14:40
And you know, anytime there's a shortage.
14:44
I did study economics when I was in college.
14:46
Anytime there's a a, a shortage of anything, the only thing that
14:51
fixes that is price. Now, Oh, I forgot to add in,
14:54
neither myself or our friend Elizabeth Grace are providing
14:58
financial advice. We are not financial advisors.
15:01
Don't do anything, buy anything, adopt A puppy, get engaged, do
15:05
anything based on anything that we say.
15:08
But I own UFD beans and I think it's safe to say that you do as
15:12
well. So our horns are aligned with
15:14
you. I forgot all the important
15:15
stuff. Would you want to say horns up?
15:18
Horns up. Horns up, dusters, horns up.
15:22
And by the way, how did you get in my basement?
15:24
Hey, you, huh? I'm going to start asking you,
15:27
how did you get in my basement? But yeah, we'll have a shortage
15:30
and and yeah, as long as the net number of people coming in,
15:34
right? Because it's a market people are
15:36
going to buy and sell. But each day that we add a few
15:40
more diamond hoof dusters gets us closer to this potential,
15:44
potential, right? I don't have a crystal ball that
15:46
we do have a bean shortage and with what we're seeing in the
15:50
community, right? Don't forget there's the list
15:53
here. Hold it up there.
15:55
If you guys want to screenshot that and look at it later.
15:58
That's just some of the stuff. And at the bottom, I put the
16:00
most important thing. See if you can read that.
16:03
Not me, right? UFD is way bigger than me, OK.
16:10
And that's good. You know, the community is, has
16:14
grown and evolved in a way that it's become way, way bigger than
16:17
just, I'm happy to do my part, right.
16:20
But we got a lot of other people like Elizabeth who are doing
16:23
their part as well. Don't forget though.
16:27
You're Ron Toshi. Ron Toshi the Deegan.
16:30
Ron Toshi the Deegan. The Deegan.
16:33
What else is going on here? I wanted to show our friend,
16:36
well, our one of our friends, the the guy who's wearing the
16:40
UFD shirt every day and he's like, on day 115.
16:43
Yeah. He's committed to that.
16:45
He's committed, right. What a great community member.
16:47
And he's actually here I am talking about me again, my
16:51
favorite subject, but he's actually in Budapest and hold on
16:55
here. Yeah.
16:56
And he showed this picture and I guess there's a couple, couple
17:02
lessons in this. Number one, when I was in
17:05
college, I studied in Budapest for six months at Karl Marx
17:10
University, which was it was still part of the Soviet Union.
17:13
It's right before the Berlin Wall fell.
17:16
And I went over there as an exchange student and studied
17:19
economics at Karl Marx University.
17:21
So I do know what I'm talking about when I talk about
17:23
beanomics. That was beanomics that, that,
17:26
that that picture I showed you before.
17:29
But I used to ride those every day.
17:30
That's called a villa. And then he sent me a message
17:34
back and said he was on the street.
17:35
So here is proof that I know a little bit about economics and I
17:39
can speak about beanomics. That is my student ID when I was
17:44
at Karl Marx University. And I think it says 1990 and you
17:48
can't read the stamp at the top, but it does say Karl Marx
17:51
University. So I'm not a communist.
17:54
That was back during the Cold War.
17:55
Never was a communist. But you know, I love capitalism.
17:58
But oh, the lesson in that was and it, and it relates to what
18:03
we're going on with UFD right now.
18:04
I was a junior in college studying accounting and I
18:07
decided to take this opportunity to go and be an exchange student
18:11
in Budapest. And people were like all my
18:13
friends. Everybody was like, what are you
18:15
doing? Why are you going to go to a
18:17
communist country? That's crazy, right?
18:19
I was 20 years old and I was like, this seems interesting and
18:23
I can learn. When I look back, that was one
18:26
of the best, most educational experiences I had in my life.
18:29
And the lesson there is just if you believe something's good and
18:33
you believe something's right, don't listen to what everybody
18:36
says because a lot of times what everybody says isn't right.
18:40
You know, even with meme coins, right?
18:42
You got, we got, we have our non believers, we have people that
18:44
don't believe in UFD and that's good, right?
18:48
I mean, I feel like, you know, like I know I believe in UFD and
18:53
I believe in the community and I see the real value there.
18:57
You know, there's always going to be non believers.
18:59
There's always going to be people who are going to be
19:02
critical, love you in life, and it's important, right?
19:05
If you believe something, it's good to follow it.
19:10
Yeah, I have that conviction for UFD for sure, and it almost
19:13
lights a fire inside of me, even more when people are doubting it
19:18
and thinking that, you know, it's not what it is.
19:22
So yeah, it lights a fire in me. Yeah.
19:25
And you know, any great like movement that's occurred,
19:28
whether it's religious, some in some instances or even countries
19:33
like when the United States was formed, there were a lot of non
19:36
believers, right? We had a Revolutionary War.
19:41
There's people, there's people that don't like Apple products,
19:44
right? There's people that don't like
19:46
Tesla product or any, any big company.
19:49
There's always like people out there that are going to be think
19:52
it's not good. And you know, and that's part of
19:56
the that's part of the the process of any movement taking
20:00
hold. So, you know, they are there are
20:02
UFD non believers. And that's actually a good thing
20:04
because how do I say this? There's a great saying.
20:07
The further up the mountain you climb, the harder the wind
20:11
blows, right? There'll be more people who will
20:14
be, you know, and the better you do.
20:16
And we have people that I get this question all the time
20:19
because there's, there's. On the, on the, in the in the
20:22
trenches, apparently people say this is the next UFD or this is,
20:27
you know, or there's the other tokens that have tried to kind
20:30
of copy what we're doing. And I'm like, that's good,
20:33
right? Because if, if we weren't, if we
20:35
weren't successful, right, if we weren't having the success that
20:40
we're having that, that the people wouldn't be doing that
20:44
exactly right. That's why you're the
20:47
trendsetter. I was saying, especially with
20:49
the live streaming everyday, I think that this is really the
20:52
future of not just meme coins, but a lot of the social media in
20:57
general is just going to go to more video content and promoting
21:01
things through that with the coin and gaining a community and
21:05
a following. Yeah, yeah.
21:06
That's our value, is our connection.
21:09
And this is my part in fostering the connection, right?
21:13
I guess. Sure, I'd love to meet up with
21:15
you face to face every day, but you know, yeah, we live on other
21:18
different countries and yeah, it's not possible.
21:21
So this is how we can connect. Yeah.
21:23
And you know, and that's our value.
21:25
That really is our value because.
21:27
And thank you for saying that. You reminded me of something.
21:31
There's, there's, there. I've read this several places.
21:33
There's an epidemic of isolation in the world right now.
21:38
People feel isolated. There's mental health issues.
21:41
There's all this stuff. And, and we are providing it.
21:45
We're open like this is the most open, welcoming community to
21:50
ever see. A place for people to come and
21:53
connect, right? In a place where people can
21:56
belong and be part of. I got a great message last night
22:00
from a guy who was like that really like UF DS changed my
22:04
life. I didn't change his life, right?
22:06
The community has changed his life, right?
22:09
Like, it's not just me. I mean, I guess, oh, I started
22:12
this. I'm the boss.
22:13
No, I mean, you know, it's the community that's doing it and
22:18
that the community had really changed.
22:20
I mean, he gave me kudos for being the spark, right?
22:23
But I'm not the fire. And and people are lonely.
22:28
And it's weird because we have this technology now where we are
22:32
connected like you and I like we're here like, you know,
22:34
you're real, I'm real, but you're real too, right?
22:37
There's, you know, there's you and I and there's 405 hundred
22:41
people live that are joining us and people that will watch this
22:44
later and we are all connected. We.
22:47
Yeah, and I just love people in general.
22:49
I just have a lot of love for people.
22:51
And I like all the unique individuals that come here and
22:55
post about UFD or just seeing the creativity in the community.
22:58
And some of it's like, oh, I would have never thought to do
23:01
that, or that's a little funny or, you know, that's not really
23:04
my sense of humor. But you know I'm going to like
23:05
it anyway because I appreciate you for your unique
23:09
individuality. Yeah, it's a very welcoming
23:13
community. It blows me away, right, that we
23:16
have people from every political ideology, economic class, skin
23:23
color, religion, right? But somehow in some magical
23:28
Unicorn way, seriously, everybody comes together and
23:33
feels this like united sense of belonging within UFD where, you
23:39
know, we aren't about any. We're just about like people
23:43
being able to connect and, and feel like they're part of
23:46
something. And I guess at the bottom line
23:48
of it is good, good attracts good, right?
23:50
We want to do good and, and give people, I think a fair, I guess
23:55
that's another part of it too. Is this fair opportunity where
23:59
they can trust? I guess they can trust me,
24:02
right? Initially because I was the
24:04
developer, but they can trust each other and they know that
24:07
there's a fair level playing field where they have a chance
24:12
to make a difference and then get involved.
24:14
And you know, I've heard that from a lot of people too.
24:17
Like this inspired me to learn about how to make graphic art,
24:21
or it inspired me to make some music, or it inspired me to put
24:25
on a DJ litmus show or whatever the case may be.
24:28
So very cool, very cool. Alright, let's talk about
24:31
Solana. Right, Our native.
24:33
Is it our native token? Is that the right way?
24:35
Yep. OK, our native token, Solana.
24:37
I'm pumped up about Solana. I was talking to the people at
24:40
Ledger yesterday. We were talking about Solana.
24:42
Like Solana, which by the way, six months ago, I had no idea
24:47
what Solana was in Full disclosure.
24:50
But I've learned a lot in the last 5 1/2 months and I'm
24:53
excited about the future of Salon.
24:56
And there's a big deal coming up in New York here, right?
25:00
The big Like Solana conference. I forget what it's.
25:02
Called. Accelerate.
25:04
Yeah, just going to say you you thought Solana was on a
25:08
sandwich? Right, Salami.
25:10
Yeah, I've got some. We've got some upstairs and look
25:12
at this. I thought this was really cool.
25:15
They are going to light up the Empire State Building with the
25:21
Solana. Let me see if I can get that on
25:23
the whole screen. Yeah, look at that.
25:24
I've never been to New York. I want to go.
25:26
Someday. I've never been to New York
25:27
either. New York City.
25:29
You've never never been to New York City?
25:30
I've been all over the world, never to New York City.
25:32
And David Golkstein is going to be the first ride in the Duster
25:36
when we get out there, so that'll be cool.
25:38
So yeah, look at that. The big Solana.
25:40
I mean, that looks cool. That looks that's the Empire
25:42
State. Building.
25:44
That's the Empire State Building.
25:45
Yeah. I also thought this was
25:47
interesting. And I wonder if you have any
25:49
commentary on this, Elizabeth. And.
25:53
And I have to Full disclosure, Elizabeth has no idea what I'm
25:56
pulling up during this show. I did not give her any prep.
25:59
This came from Bitcoin Magazine that has three, almost 4 million
26:03
followers. Just then more Americans, now,
26:07
more Americans now own more Bitcoin than gold.
26:11
And I thought that was very interesting. 50 million
26:15
Americans own Bitcoin and 37 million Americans own gold.
26:20
What do they mean though by that?
26:22
Gold stocks or like gold physical because I have gold
26:25
rings on. Yeah, that's a good that I was
26:28
kind of wondering that myself and I was a little bit.
26:31
That would mean that 50 million Americans, that would mean one
26:33
in six Americans own Bitcoin. And does that mean they own it
26:38
through a mutual fund that owns, you know, stock?
26:41
And what is it micro strategy or whatever it's called now or does
26:44
it? Mean ETF or real actual Bitcoin?
26:48
That's really cool though. 50 million.
26:50
That's more than the entire population of Canada.
26:53
Really. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
26:54
Well, and to me, what it shows is though is that crypto is
26:58
gaining in popularity. I mean, I love silver and gold,
27:03
still love silver and gold and I love crypto as well.
27:06
The last six months have just been a very much eye opening
27:10
experience for me and you know, so it's just good to see.
27:15
It just feels like the world is it is adopting crypto right now
27:20
in a much more accelerated pace than you know.
27:24
And I followed crypto over the last decade.
27:29
But it feels like to me, which is really why in the last year,
27:32
my stance on crypto, I was, you know, 2-3 years ago was probably
27:37
not a crypto hater, but I was definitely very skeptic.
27:41
Good thing. And you never bought it before
27:43
like 10 years ago, You never bought Bitcoin or never thought
27:46
about it or? No.
27:47
Well, I'm one of those. I'm one of those people.
27:51
When my daughters were infants 12 years ago, I spent three days
27:55
learning about Bitcoin. I was fascinated by it.
27:58
So I'm one of those people. They can say I almost bought,
28:01
but I and it was Mount Cox at the time and but I didn't, I did
28:05
not buy it, but I learned I was fascinated.
28:07
I was kind of fascinated by Bitcoin 1012 years ago.
28:10
Of course I wish I'd bought it and held onto it, but I didn't.
28:14
Right. I hear a lot of stories like
28:15
that and the people that they didn't know how to buy it or
28:18
they did and then they lost over 200 Bitcoin because they don't
28:21
remember their seed phrase and all of this so.
28:24
Yeah, yeah. No, I remember it was about $10
28:27
when I was looking at it. Yep, which is unbelievable to
28:30
think what 10,000, but you know, water under the bridge.
28:33
We all could bought Apple stock when it was 2 bucks or you know,
28:37
there's all kinds of of examples and but no, I think it's it's
28:41
just very interesting that the feeling that I get just in the
28:48
general markets, because I follow it very, very closely.
28:51
And I think there's no denying that the world is moving towards
28:56
digital currencies, crypto currencies, and I understand and
29:02
I and again, I still love silver and gold, right.
29:05
I always say silver is the original cryptocurrency.
29:08
You hear that all the time, But, you know, to me, it's like
29:11
trying to avoid the fact that we went from a system like with
29:16
mail in this country where everything came to your mailbox
29:21
and it was paper physical, you know, mail and then e-mail came
29:26
around. I remember e-mail coming around
29:28
in the early mid 90s and thinking oh, this is weird and
29:31
you know, blah blah blah, but and.
29:33
There was a lot of scams through e-mail is when people were like,
29:36
oh, what is this? And then they didn't know and
29:38
they clicked on it and they did something wrong.
29:40
Or then the Internet even at that time was like, oh, I don't
29:43
know if this is really going to take off or right, or if people
29:47
are going to want not they people want physical paper.
29:51
Don't they like their bills? And how are they going to file
29:54
it and organize it? And then eventually people
29:56
figured it out and it made life easier.
29:59
So. Yeah, and now mail, right, I
30:01
mean what comes in my mailbox is basically advertisements and big
30:07
glossy most real mail information comes through
30:12
e-mail. So I think the nine that that
30:15
that money and value isn't moving into more of a pure
30:19
digital form is like saying, well, no, I'll never use e-mail,
30:23
right? I only trust or I only use
30:26
landline phones or whatever the case may be.
30:29
And then there's so many benefits.
30:31
And you know, I was thinking, as I was thinking about you being
30:34
here this morning, like, you know, six months ago, I didn't
30:39
know anything. I mean, I knew very little about
30:42
crypto. I didn't own it.
30:43
No, to answer your question from earlier, six months ago today,
30:47
six months ago. So what is today?
30:49
May 21st? So that would have been November
30:52
21st, if my math is correct, of last year.
30:56
I'd never owned a crypto in my life.
30:57
I really didn't know what Solana was.
30:59
I heard a lot about XRP, obviously Bitcoin, Ethereum, and
31:04
I followed the financial news, but I'd never owned.
31:07
And I was thinking like if I'd met you, if we could be in a
31:10
time machine. And it was six months ago.
31:12
I'm going to ask you to to sell me on why I should consider
31:17
buying some cryptocurrency. You want me to sell?
31:21
Sure, I'm putting you on the spot.
31:23
She's not prepared. Well, I, I started with Bitcoin
31:26
and I only started about a year ago personally as well.
31:30
And for me, the life changing thing about it was just the fact
31:34
that it's deflationary and you can actually it's scarcer and
31:40
scarcer. So it gains value as where Fiat
31:44
currency is inflationary. And so for me, you know, I,
31:48
that's the entire economy right now is a lot of people are
31:52
struggling with that. So it was a no brainer for me to
31:55
hop in and I kind of went in full force and just saw how
31:59
amazing the community was and just a deep dive into it and
32:03
yeah, which is what else about it kind of putting well.
32:06
Here, I put it on the spot. Well, I'll help out, right?
32:10
Yeah, right. Well, it's funny because I wrote
32:11
this yesterday. One of my little cards, which
32:14
was, I changed it, it's now 3D. But I said D3, right?
32:19
There's three things that start with the letter D, and you said
32:21
one of them, scarcity, that I call digital scarcity, Right?
32:25
There's only one UFD. There's only one Bitcoin, and
32:29
there's only so many Bitcoin and there's only so many UFD beans.
32:34
I know Bitcoin is still mining, but that you know, gets shut off
32:38
at some point in the future 20. 142, yeah, right.
32:42
In over 100 years, anyway, yeah. Yeah, in that, in that it's
32:46
decentralized finance, which I love well.
32:49
That's a huge thing for me. Yeah, that was a big feature as
32:51
well because we saw a lot of things like Canada truckers
32:55
protests and people got their bank accounts shut down or even
32:58
big other private institutions can just freeze your bank
33:02
accounts and just having no CEO being decentralized
33:06
peer-to-peer, you know, I, I really like that about
33:09
cryptocurrency. Just so everybody understands,
33:13
Elizabeth Grace is the CEO of Unicorn Fart Dust.
33:19
What? And so are you, right?
33:20
I say it all right, you. We are all the.
33:22
CEO Well, we we are yeah, we're all the CE OS, right?
33:25
I mean, I always say like I'm not the I'm not the CEO of
33:30
Unicorn fart dust. I am a really.
33:32
That would be cool merch. I'm not the CEO, not the CEO.
33:36
I mean really and that's, that's decentral like you said, right?
33:39
There's no central authority that can really exert any
33:45
influence over, let's say, Bitcoin, right?
33:50
Also up over UFD. I mean, you know, everybody is
33:55
kind of on this equal footing. And that brings me to the third
33:59
D So digital scarcity, decentralized finance and
34:04
democratization, right? That it's like this.
34:07
The people decide what has value.
34:10
Right. Right, there's 15,000,000
34:12
cryptos out there. Well, cuz right now, isn't it?
34:15
What is money really? We're just putting our faith and
34:18
our trust and basically the government and the Federal
34:22
Reserve and all of that, they can print money.
34:24
And so it's just, it's no different really like them
34:29
putting your well, it's, I would rather trust something like this
34:32
where I know the community and I know it has value and.
34:36
Yeah, yeah. Because at the end of the day,
34:39
anything that has value, even silver, even gold, anything, the
34:44
US dollar, right, is the value is there because a group of
34:49
people agree that it's valuable. They're willing to pay a certain
34:52
amount or Yeah exactly, or put value into it and the.
34:56
Tulip. Story.
34:57
The Tulip craze. Yeah.
34:59
Oh yeah, sure. No, for like millions of
35:00
dollars. To.
35:02
Yeah, right, right, right. Because people decided they were
35:06
worth money, you know, or they had a certain value to it.
35:09
And yeah, you bring up a real critical point.
35:12
I could and I won't speak very long on this, but it is true,
35:16
right? Like the US dollar is controlled
35:19
by the US Federal Reserve, right?
35:21
This guy, he, he wants to say hello to Elizabeth, right?
35:24
Our old friend Jerome Powell. And I love Jerome Powell, right?
35:28
But he can, he can print money and I'm going to put them away
35:33
for a week or so. But you know, they can.
35:35
I mean, and that's a big deal because the US dollar under the
35:39
best case scenario, under the best case scenario, this thing
35:44
is designed to lose 2% of its value every year.
35:49
That's under the best case. That's their goal is to have it
35:53
lose 2%. I mean, why should people go
35:56
work? You know, let's say you and I go
35:59
out and do some yard work for one of my neighbors today and
36:03
they pay us $100 each. So we put work in and they're
36:06
going to pay us with this stuff, right?
36:09
That then if we just want to hold it and hold that value,
36:13
it's going to lose value under the best.
36:15
And, you know, a couple years ago it lost some people say 15%
36:19
in a year, 10% in a year with high inflation.
36:22
Right. Yeah, I heard another saying
36:24
that was like your house, you know, when you sell it, it
36:28
usually goes up in value, right? Right.
36:30
Isn't that just that the dollar is losing value or something?
36:33
It's not that your house is really.
36:34
Going up in that sense it's a it's it's the unit of measure
36:38
that you use to measure things I mean here's an ounce of silver,
36:42
right and people say well what's it worth and and that and this
36:45
is a real key point there's a that's a Unicorn.
36:47
Can you guys see that? Yeah.
36:49
Anyway, if you use the the dollar as the unit of measure
36:54
for this, right. Well, when it goes up in value,
36:58
measured in dollars, what's really happening is that the
37:02
dollars are just becoming less valuable, right?
37:05
And people, people in this is a really interesting concept and
37:09
one that takes a while for most people to grasp, including me.
37:13
Is that like if you're thinking of and they when I'll use
37:17
precious metals as an example, people say don't measure your
37:20
wealth in precious metals in dollars, measure it in ounces.
37:25
How many ounces of silver do I have?
37:27
How many ounces of gold do I have?
37:30
How many how many Bitcoin do I have?
37:33
Yeah, people, people measure it. All the bitcoins worth $108,000.
37:38
Well, here's the deal, OK, And I would this is an absolute truth,
37:43
whether you're talking about Bitcoin, UFD, gold or silver,
37:48
whatever, ultimately, you know, no Fiat currency has lasted.
37:53
That's a fact. They've all there's thousands of
37:56
them that have been, excuse me, created and have lost their gone
38:00
away over time. Eventually the price measured if
38:05
you're using the dollar or any other paper currency could
38:08
almost go to Infinity. And and and you know, people
38:12
suffer from what's called recency bias, right?
38:15
I'm 55 years old and my whole life the dollar has had value.
38:21
So I don't like to like think it's hard to the conceptualize
38:25
because our entire life the Canadian dollars has had value.
38:29
The US dollars had some value, but it's some point.
38:33
These things, you know, if history does indeed give us a
38:36
lesson, they become worth a lot less, right?
38:40
I'm sorry I went on a rant. About the dollar.
38:42
Learning. I didn't go to school for
38:44
economics. So you didn't go to Karl Marx
38:46
University? I know.
38:47
I know a lot about communist economics.
38:50
All right, let's go out. Elizabeth is doing some
38:52
unbelievable stuff for the UFD community and for the crypto
38:57
community as well. I want to show you guys she's
39:00
doing a weekly update. Let's see if I can get this
39:04
pulled up for us here. And here we go.
39:08
Is this it? Watch again.
39:14
Watch this video, most recent video of House Park here in
39:18
Saint Louis. This is kind of fun.
39:20
We'll watch the beginning next. Carousel house part.
39:25
All the Unicorn stuff. I felt right.
39:30
Yeah. Let's see.
39:31
How many unicorns do you think she can find?
39:35
I'll see 11. We're going to do the Unicorn
39:41
shopping. Go to the gift shop at the House
39:43
Park carousel. Meant to be This is your neck.
39:56
Of the world. Hold on, hold on.
39:58
Susie says that I did not share the right Oh darn, I screwed up
40:04
finally. You knew it was going to happen,
40:05
guys, hold on. Hey, it doesn't.
40:08
Start over. Yep, I got
40:51
That's the point. There's a.
40:52
Lot of there's a lot of unicorns you need to go shopping for.
40:56
Unicorns. All right, OK, guys.
41:01
So here. All right, there she is.
41:07
Hey Dusters the. Rest of that one if you like,
41:09
but I want to go down and show you what she's doing on a we
41:13
there you were a year ago and there's the extreme Yep,
41:17
tornadoes in Saint Louis. There she is.
41:20
This is her weekly update video, which is I think just awesome.
41:24
What 2 minutes, but just really it does two things.
41:28
It gives a great overview of what is going on in crypto and
41:34
there we go make sure we got the right one up and and it's
41:38
spreading the word about Unicorn Farta.
41:40
So let's watch just the first few seconds.
41:42
How many? Crypto wranglers, welcome to the
41:44
corral, where we're galloping through the wildest crypto news
41:47
brought to you by Unicorn Farta Theme coin Bitcoins
41:50
consolidating around one O 3K after smashing a record weekly
41:54

41:58
150K by your end. Leave your predictions in the
42:01
comments. Solana's charging around 160.
42:04
And. Ethereum steady around 2400.
42:06
A healthy pull back with some choppiness last week.
42:09
But the market looks ready to sparkle, so let's saddle.

42:40
into the Unicorn fart dust ecosystem, right?
42:43
Like you're, you're repping UFD, but you're giving some also some
42:48
great like a general brief update and you're smiling and
42:52
you're happy. I have what?
42:59
He hasn't stuck on crazy eye. Elizabeth's where screenshot the
43:04
one of me in the the news. Oh, this one.
43:07
Oh, well, you're not. That's that.
43:08
This is what people see. Hi, everybody.
43:11
Oh, here. Let's look at crazy Eyed
43:12
Elizabeth here. Oh, yeah.
43:15

43:16
I just put them out and I don't watch it.
43:22
Oh, it's fine. I don't care.
43:23

43:24

43:26
You want to say hi to Elizabeth and the in the community?
43:29
Hello everybody. OK, Thanks, sweetie.
43:39
We love you. All right, hold on here.
43:43
Oh, I'm on the wrong screen. Shoot.
43:46
Sorry. That was the crazy eyes.
43:49
Yep. She she does not have crazy
43:50
eyes. I've got crazy eyes.
43:52
OK, Yeah, they ring the bell. I she does not have.
43:56
Look, she look at her. Huh?
43:57
She's no crazy eyes. When I first started YouTube,
44:01
they called me Mr. Crazy Eyes. Because as you may know, hold on
44:07
a second. I can't.
44:13
We can't understand what you're saying.
44:14
Please hold the walkie about 8 to 1012 inches from your mouth.
44:21
OK? Thank you, sweetheart.
44:22
We love you. We love you.
44:29
High 5 from Susie. I know they called me Mr. Crazy
44:32
Eyes because I was so nervous when I would do my initial that
44:35
I wouldn't blink and people would watch my videos and they
44:39
wouldn't leave nice comments. They would say, is this guy a
44:41
robot? He never blinks.
44:43
Oh, I've. Gotten.
44:43
That so I'm blinking yeah, cuz you yeah, cuz I I was so and
44:49
they would say I think it's AII think he's a robot and like
44:52
well, what about the video? Did you like that?
44:54
Like, no, he didn't like the video, but you know, you never
44:57
blink the whole time. Where was that?
45:00
Oh yeah, And I put those little crypto news videos on my YouTube
45:03
and TikTok as well. And my sister who knows nothing
45:07
about crypto, now she's learning.
45:09
So I like that. It's just kind of makes it
45:11
easier to digest and kind of colorful and fun.
45:15
Yeah, I think for the average. You are a you are a very, you're
45:19
a very welcoming, wholesome like people are, I think gonna be.
45:27
You have the ability to attract a lot of butter cups.
45:30
Do you know what a buttercup is? It's a flower.
45:32
Yeah, yeah, yeah. The butter cups right, the
45:36
people that aren't dusters yet. I really think that you you are
45:39
going to be able to attract a lot of new people into into
45:43
Unicorn Farta. So thank you for doing that and
45:46
hopefully and also hopefully you will serve because this is this
45:51
is new for you, right? Creating video, yes, a year ago
45:54
of let's say six months ago, I'm down here.
45:57
I've never owned crypto, right? You just sold me on crypto.
46:01
Good job. OK, Yeah, you did a great job.
46:04
But six months ago, right now, were you making videos?
46:08
No. Never made videos, Very, very
46:11
little to do with it. I'm a biologist so I've
46:15
completely transitioned and I'm learning all this.
46:17
It's just really fun for me just to learn new things so.
46:20
Yeah. So six months ago I didn't know
46:23
anything about crypto, right? And six months ago she didn't
46:27
know anything about videos. Now she's making great videos.
46:31
I've been making videos for three years, right.
46:34
And, and so, so now she's making videos and I bought and I bought
46:39
crypto. So yeah, it's like it's good to
46:41
learn new things. It's good to get out there and,
46:44
and try new things. So Elizabeth, what did I forget?
46:48
Anything else we need to talk about before we Oh, before I
46:52

47:24
Thank you. She's on a delay so she doesn't
47:29
know what I'm. Well it takes there's like a 5
47:31
second delay right? Anything else?
47:34
Anything before we bid farewell that I forgot to talk about or
47:38
or any burning desire. We'll see you at the Bitcoin
47:41
conference and that'll be cool in a week.
47:43
So yeah, definitely a lot more promotion happening there.
47:46
I'll try to get out a few more videos.
47:48

47:49

48:02

48:04
We're in the basement. You're maybe in your family
48:06
room, maybe you're at work. Who knows where you are
48:09
somewhere in the world, but you're important.
48:12
You matter, right? We always end by reminding
48:15
ourselves be good to ourselves first gives us a great
48:18
foundation from which we can be good to other people.
48:22
And thanks everybody for being here and I will see you.
