Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: We talk a whole lot about the grand jury documents
• 0:08
Speaker 1: from the first time around when Jeffrey Epstein was arrested
• 0:12
Speaker 1: in Florida. Now we know that those documents have been
• 0:16
Speaker 1: safeguarded by the State of Florida, by the prosecution, and
• 0:21
Speaker 1: by people who would rather not have the truth come out. Well, today,
• 0:25
Speaker 1: I thought it would be a good idea for us
• 0:28
Speaker 1: to meet the judge who made the decision. So let's
• 0:32
Speaker 1: jump right into this article from the Palm Beach Post
• 0:35
Speaker 1: and let's see what author Holly Boltz has come up
• 0:39
Speaker 1: with headline five things about the judge who refused to
• 0:43
Speaker 1: release Jeffrey Epstein grand jury transcripts. This guy is an
• 0:48
Speaker 1: absolute clown. By the way, pomp Beach County Circuit Judge
• 0:53
Speaker 1: Donald Hafel pronounced Haffel on Monday denied the release of
• 0:57
Speaker 1: grand jury documents for a preceding after which Jeffrey Epstein
• 1:02
Speaker 1: was charged only as a john who had solicited a prostitute.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: Now we know it was so much more than that.
• 1:08
Speaker 1: We know that Jeffrey Epstein was bringing in little girls
• 1:11
Speaker 1: from schools, from playgrounds, from malls, you name it. Jeffrey
• 1:15
Speaker 1: Epstein and his dirty ass henchmen were into it, and
• 1:21
Speaker 1: the prosecutors in Florida, after they got the ball punted
• 1:24
Speaker 1: to them by the Feds, which should have never happened,
• 1:26
Speaker 1: by the way, decided to just go after Epstein for
• 1:29
Speaker 1: one count of soliciting a prostitute. It is absolutely absurd, disgusting,
• 1:36
Speaker 1: and unacceptable. And the fact that they've continued to keep
• 1:39
Speaker 1: these documents under wraps just goes to show you. Oh,
• 1:43
Speaker 1: they'll say, well, it would destroy the integrity of the
• 1:46
Speaker 1: grand jury process. Well guess what I think. I'm done
• 1:49
Speaker 1: with the grand jury process anyway. I'm tired of secretive
• 1:53
Speaker 1: courts and secretive decisions. Enough is enough. State Attorney Barry
• 2:01
Speaker 1: Krisher sunk his own case when only one survivor, a
• 2:05
Speaker 1: fourteen year old, testified, and he trotted out her MySpace
• 2:09
Speaker 1: pages which depicted her drinking with boys. The charge didn't
• 2:13
Speaker 1: reflect her age. So because this girl had a MySpace
• 2:17
Speaker 1: page where she was drinking with boys, hanging out with boys,
• 2:21
Speaker 1: this son of a bitch, Barry Krisher, who will run
• 2:23
Speaker 1: around and act like he's some kind of hero, decided
• 2:26
Speaker 1: to treat her like she was a prostitute or something,
• 2:29
Speaker 1: when in reality this was a little girl. How many
• 2:31
Speaker 1: of you out there didn't have a few drinks with
• 2:34
Speaker 1: your friends, and how many of you out there are
• 2:36
Speaker 1: very glad that social media didn't exist when you were young.
• 2:40
Speaker 1: I'm raising my hand right now because I'm really glad
• 2:42
Speaker 1: it didn't exist. The dumb shit me and my friends
• 2:45
Speaker 1: were up to the drinking, the partying, the acting. The
• 2:48
Speaker 1: fool forget it, and then for them to use that
• 2:52
Speaker 1: as some sort of a black mark against these girls
• 2:56
Speaker 1: or against this girl, it is just obscene. And this
• 3:00
Speaker 1: judge doesn't want to release the documentation that would tell
• 3:03
Speaker 1: us what went down here. The question is why was
• 3:12
Speaker 1: thee was the Jeffrey Epstein case intentional? The judge won't
• 3:16
Speaker 1: release the secret Grand Jerry tapes of paper, so how
• 3:19
Speaker 1: would we know the Palm Beach Posts suit to find
• 3:23
Speaker 1: out what kind of evidence prosecutors presented under a provision
• 3:27
Speaker 1: in the law that allows the release of the secret
• 3:30
Speaker 1: material in the interests of furthering justice? I mean, is
• 3:34
Speaker 1: there anything more that we could provide here that necessitates
• 3:41
Speaker 1: the furthering justice? Considering how long this has gummed up
• 3:44
Speaker 1: the system, how long this has gummed up the process
• 3:46
Speaker 1: and how this very case has caused others who were
• 3:50
Speaker 1: involved in this to be protected. That isn't worth pursuing.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: Judge Donald Haffl knows his way around many Epstein court cases. HALFL.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: Sixty four is no stranger to Jeffrey Epstein cases. He
• 4:04
Speaker 1: presided over several cases involving Epstein in the two thousands,
• 4:08
Speaker 1: including the civil case brought by survivors after Epstein agreed
• 4:13
Speaker 1: to the deal of the Century. He also provided over
• 4:16
Speaker 1: Epstein's defamation case against Scott Rostein, the one point two
• 4:20
Speaker 1: billion dollar Ponzi scheme fame and Brad Edwards, one of
• 4:24
Speaker 1: the survivor's chief attorneys. So the guy knows his way
• 4:27
Speaker 1: around the story. He knows who Jeffrey Epstein is, he
• 4:29
Speaker 1: knows the short the sort of shit that Epstein is
• 4:32
Speaker 1: accused of. But he's one of those judges, the kind
• 4:34
Speaker 1: we always talk about here, right, the guy who thinks
• 4:37
Speaker 1: that he is this lord and his courtroom is his
• 4:40
Speaker 1: mini fiefdom. These guys have almost unchecked power, and it's gross,
• 4:46
Speaker 1: honestly disparaging. Remarks about Italians and Subway founder lawsuit, Well,
• 4:53
Speaker 1: isn't that nice? Isn't that nice? Like Joe Peshy says
• 4:58
Speaker 1: in Goodfellas against Italian in this day and age, I
• 5:03
Speaker 1: mean really disparaging remarks about Italians. In twenty sixteen, while
• 5:09
Speaker 1: providing over a lawsuit involving subway founder Fred de Luca
• 5:12
Speaker 1: and developer Anthony Puglisi, he made a disparaging remark about Italians.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: There are so many right hand men with our Italian folks.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: What the fuck does that even mean? Absolute clown town shit.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: And but you know what, Italian. As an Italian American,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: I'm used to that kind of stuff. Everybody thinks that
• 5:32
Speaker 1: you're in the mafia. Everybody thinks that you're some kind
• 5:35
Speaker 1: of you know, sports gambler or you know. The typical
• 5:39
Speaker 1: stereotypes of Italian Americans. A lot of them are true,
• 5:42
Speaker 1: by the way, the gambling part anyway. But all kidding aside,
• 5:45
Speaker 1: there still are, you know, these perceptions of Italian Americans,
• 5:48
Speaker 1: and I'm here to tell you a lot of those
• 5:50
Speaker 1: perceptions are incorrect. Most Italian Americans they don't know anybody
• 5:54
Speaker 1: in the mafia. Most Italian Americans are just hard working folk. Eh,
• 5:59
Speaker 1: more big mouthed than most people. I'll give you that
• 6:02
Speaker 1: and we have better style obviously, but not all. The
• 6:05
Speaker 1: stereotypes of yesteryear really don't fit anymore, just like most
• 6:09
Speaker 1: stereotypes right. Delray Beach developer Anthony Puglisi eventually paid the
• 6:16
Speaker 1: widow of subway founder Fred Luca twelve point eight million
• 6:20
Speaker 1: dollars in connection with failed plans to build a city
• 6:23
Speaker 1: in central Florida. Haffel added ten point three million in
• 6:27
Speaker 1: legal fees to Pugliesi's legal tab. After a month long trial,
• 6:31
Speaker 1: a jerry found Puglizi committed civil theft by sending the
• 6:35
Speaker 1: Luca two point nine million in phony invoices from fake
• 6:38
Speaker 1: companies he created concerning a city to be named Destiny.
• 6:43
Speaker 1: Puglisi used the money for various personal expenses, including installing
• 6:47
Speaker 1: a moat chiller to protect tropical fish swimming around his
• 6:50
Speaker 1: thirty one million dollar Gulf Stream mansion. Well you know
• 6:55
Speaker 1: you got to spend that money to get the moat chiller, right,
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Imagine spending money on a moat chillers. Think about where
• 7:01
Speaker 1: your priorities must be if you have millions and millions
• 7:04
Speaker 1: of dollars to spend on a moat chiller. Ruling on
• 7:09
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivor's abortions. During one of the survivor cases, Hafel
• 7:14
Speaker 1: made a controversial ruling that gave lawyers representing Epstein the
• 7:18
Speaker 1: right to subpoena abortion records from the women suing him.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: He said at the time that the records could help
• 7:24
Speaker 1: Epstein rebut the women's claims that they suffered psychological ills
• 7:28
Speaker 1: after being paid to give him sexually abusive massages at
• 7:32
Speaker 1: his Palm Beach mansion when they were as young as fourteen.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: Epstein's defense attorneys had to find out about the abortions
• 7:39
Speaker 1: from the survivors, no phishing expeditions allowed, and the records, well,
• 7:44
Speaker 1: they could not be public. So it just shows you
• 7:46
Speaker 1: this is one of those judges that certainly was aligned
• 7:50
Speaker 1: with people like Epstein. Now I'm not saying he was
• 7:53
Speaker 1: in on it or he's a molester himself, but he
• 7:55
Speaker 1: certainly has compassion towards people like this. Oh Yifrey Epstein
• 8:00
Speaker 1: was being targeted by these women, these gold diggers, and
• 8:05
Speaker 1: that was the prevailing thought process for a lot of
• 8:08
Speaker 1: people for a very long time. Anytime a woman would
• 8:11
Speaker 1: go after a man, automatically, she's a gold digger. And
• 8:14
Speaker 1: I've been guilty of that train of thought when I
• 8:16
Speaker 1: was younger as well, I didn't have any idea. I
• 8:19
Speaker 1: never did the proper research. I never looked at the stats.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: I never looked at the number of women that are
• 8:24
Speaker 1: actually sexually abused, and boy, oh boy, it is a
• 8:28
Speaker 1: sad fucking number. And dudes out there, I'm talking directly
• 8:32
Speaker 1: to you, one in three women will be abused in
• 8:36
Speaker 1: their life some form of sexual abuse, harassment, whatever it
• 8:40
Speaker 1: might be. Don't be that guy. Okay, don't be an asshole.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: Lawsuit over Pulse Omar Matin Jupiter security firm. He also
• 8:50
Speaker 1: provided over a lawsuit involving the Jupiter security firm G
• 8:54
Speaker 1: fours Secure Solutions and whether it was responsible for the
• 8:58
Speaker 1: Pulse nightclub shooting by Omar Mateen in Orlando in twenty
• 9:02
Speaker 1: and sixteen. Matteen worked as a security guard for G
• 9:05
Speaker 1: four s Come on, man, guy was a psychopathic Islamic
• 9:09
Speaker 1: state guy. That's what was going on there. I know
• 9:11
Speaker 1: people try to frame it other ways, because you know,
• 9:14
Speaker 1: God forbid, we talk about ISIS or terrorists opening fire
• 9:19
Speaker 1: on our own soil. We always like to, you know,
• 9:21
Speaker 1: massage that. But the fact is, this guy had all
• 9:25
Speaker 1: sorts of leanings towards the Islamic state and his hate crime,
• 9:30
Speaker 1: because that's what it was, going in there and unloading
• 9:33
Speaker 1: on all of those people in the gay club. It's
• 9:38
Speaker 1: unbelievably disgusting and obviously a hate crime and obviously terrorism.
• 9:46
Speaker 1: The suit claim the security firm ignored complaints from Matteen's
• 9:49
Speaker 1: coworkers that he was unhinged, angry, and repeatedly professed admiration
• 9:54
Speaker 1: for Islamic, Islamic extremists and mass killers, but fame's a Stewart.
• 9:59
Speaker 1: Attorney Willie Gary claims the firm fake documentation to allow
• 10:04
Speaker 1: him to obtain a security firearms license. Well, if that's
• 10:08
Speaker 1: the case, everybody, see, these are the kind of stories
• 10:11
Speaker 1: like we'll hear about the story like the Pulse nightclub shooting, right,
• 10:14
Speaker 1: and it'll be wall the wall coverage four a week,
• 10:17
Speaker 1: and then we'll hear nothing about it ever again. They'll
• 10:20
Speaker 1: never be any follow up, they'll never be any coverage again,
• 10:24
Speaker 1: and they'll just let it die on the vine and
• 10:25
Speaker 1: they'll let whatever rumors persist, they won't get to the truth.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: And it's always just a shit show with our legacy media,
• 10:32
Speaker 1: isn't it. While expressing sympathy for those who lost loved
• 10:38
Speaker 1: ones and for the more than fifty people who were
• 10:41
Speaker 1: wounded when matteen opened fire in a crowded Orlando night spot.
• 10:45
Speaker 1: Circuit Judge Donald Haffel said G four s Secure Solutions
• 10:50
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with the attack. Well, I don't
• 10:52
Speaker 1: know all of the details, right, but how about we
• 10:55
Speaker 1: blame the people that actually do carry out these attacks,
• 10:59
Speaker 1: you know, the actual scus who did it. And I
• 11:01
Speaker 1: get it, everybody wants to you know, they're pound of
• 11:03
Speaker 1: flesh in the aftermath of one of these tragedies. But
• 11:07
Speaker 1: here's an idea. Why don't we focus on making sure
• 11:09
Speaker 1: these tragedies don't happen at all. I know it's impossible
• 11:12
Speaker 1: to stop them all, but there's a lot of things
• 11:15
Speaker 1: that we can do to try and ramp this shit down.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: And a lot of it starts with the rhetoric you
• 11:20
Speaker 1: hear in the media. How many times do you hear
• 11:22
Speaker 1: the media talking about this side or that side dehumanizing people.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: And once you start dehumanizing people, well, it makes it
• 11:29
Speaker 1: a lot easier for those people to be looked at
• 11:32
Speaker 1: as less then, and that is something we see in
• 11:35
Speaker 1: society way too often lately. You know, the either you're
• 11:39
Speaker 1: with us or against us mentality that you see in
• 11:42
Speaker 1: the tribes. That shit is very pervasive and it's very dangerous.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: Halfle has been on the Circuit Court bench since two
• 11:50
Speaker 1: thousand and eight. Halfle was appointed to the Circuit Court
• 11:53
Speaker 1: bench in two thousand and eight and one election unopposed
• 11:56
Speaker 1: in twenty ten. He graduated from the University of Miami
• 12:00
Speaker 1: Law School in nineteen eighty two and was a civil
• 12:03
Speaker 1: litigator until nineteen ninety nine, when he was elected to
• 12:06
Speaker 1: the county bench. So, as you see, this guy's been
• 12:09
Speaker 1: hanging out as far as being a judge since I
• 12:12
Speaker 1: was nineteen years old and I'm forty two. So you
• 12:16
Speaker 1: want to talk about entrenched power, You want to talk
• 12:18
Speaker 1: about people who have overstayed their welcome, Well, why don't
• 12:23
Speaker 1: we talk about these judges because most of them have
• 12:26
Speaker 1: certainly overstayed their welcome in my opinion, and these lifelong
• 12:30
Speaker 1: appointments that some of these judges get it is absolutely absurd, folks.
• 12:35
Speaker 1: I'm just not a fan of it, and I understand
• 12:37
Speaker 1: the other side of the argument right for political reasons,
• 12:40
Speaker 1: but this obviously is not the right path. You got
• 12:43
Speaker 1: judges like this who wield an extreme amount of power
• 12:47
Speaker 1: and have the ability to really destroy lives when what
• 12:51
Speaker 1: they should be doing is pursuing justice, not trying to
• 12:54
Speaker 1: protect people like Jeffrey Epstein. And that's what we saw
• 12:58
Speaker 1: in Florida, just point blank right. I'm not even gonna
• 13:01
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna cut corners. I'm not gonna beat around
• 13:03
Speaker 1: the bush. We're not playing touch ass in the park.
• 13:07
Speaker 1: The state of Florida, the federal courts, the country as
• 13:12
Speaker 1: a whole failed. Jeffrey Epstein survivors, Barry Krisher failed, Jeffrey
• 13:17
Speaker 1: Epstein survivors, Donald Haffl. You failed as well, my friend,
• 13:21
Speaker 1: and they continue to fail until all of these co
• 13:25
Speaker 1: conspirators are rounded up and until all of them are
• 13:28
Speaker 1: indicted and they have their day in court. This is
• 13:30
Speaker 1: a failure. And it would be real nice if we
• 13:34
Speaker 1: could start by getting ourselves a nice little look at
• 13:38
Speaker 1: these Grand Jerry documents. All right, folks, that's gonna do it.
